Shania Twain is back! Okay, technically, she never really left.

The country music icon opened for Harry Styles on Friday, June 12, and fans couldn't get over how incredible she looks at age 60. She took the stage in a black corset and a pair of hot pants, showing off her impressive figure.

After the show, Twain took to social media to share some photos from the evening.

"Wembley Stadium… WOW! What a way to kick off this run of shows with my gorgeous friend @harrystyles. You were so loud!! Thank you for welcoming this Canadian girl with so much love," she captioned an Instagram post.

Fans took to the comments section to praise Twain, who wowed the live crowd as well as her Instagram followers.

"MOTHER!! YOU’RE GLOWING," one fan wrote.

"Could you imagine going to Harry Styles and seeing SHANIA F-ING TWAIN AS THE OPENING ACT?!?! HOLYYYY," someone else said.

"Incredible voice, artist and beautiful Shania," a third comment read.

"YOU LOOK INCREDIBLE," a fourth Instagram user added, along with two heart eyes emoji.

Twain is Styles' opening act for all 12 London dates of his "Together, Together" stadium residency. Though she's been active in the industry, Twain wrapped a farewell tour in 2015, leaving fans thinking that she was done performing.

"I’m not slowing down and I’ll tell you why," Twain said in a recent interview with The Times UK. "I just keep finding new things that I love to do. I’ve got a genuine explorer’s heart and I haven’t run out of things to explore. And maybe I will  No!” she corrects herself, “I never will. I mean, come on, there’s always a new flower, new recipe, new horse — there’s always something new."

Mick Jagger is one of the most iconic rock stars in history, and even he has a hard time picking favorites when it comes to his own music catalog.

The 82-year-old Rolling Stones frontman recently sat down with NBC's Willie Geistfor an in-depth interview on Sunday TODAY, where he was asked to name some of his favorite songs his band has put out over the past six decades.

But the question wasn't an easy one for Jagger to answer.

During his interview, Jagger was asked by Geist to name the "one song" that he believes embodies the band at their best — but the rocker chose to name a few, rather than just one.

Nothing that the band has "hundreds of songs" and "so many different styles," Jagger struggled to come up with an answer, but ended up rattling off some of his favorites from over the years, including "Sympathy for the Devil," "Start Me Up," "Angie," and "Honky Tonk Woman."

"Asking Mick Jagger to pick his favorite stones song is like asking Gretzky to pick his favorite assist," one user wrote in the comments on Instagram, adding, "Just too many good ones."

"How can you pick just one stones song? I mean, HOW?" someone else added, while more fans chimed in with comments naming their personal favorite Rolling Stones tracks, with answers ranging from "Wild Horses" and "Gimme Shelter" to "Paint It Black," "Satisfaction" and more.

Also during his interview with Geist, Jagger was asked about his favorite Rolling Stones album — and again, he couldn't pick just one.

"Hmm. I mean, I think Sticky Fingers is really good. I think Beggars Banquet is really good. I think Hackney Diamonds is pretty good, too."

In the 1970s, Eve Plumb was best known for her role as Jan Brady on The Brady Bunch, playing the middle Brady daughter from 1969 to 1974 on the ABCsitcom. But during her run on the show, Plumb auditioned for the starring role in one of the scariest movies of the 1970s—the 1973 supernatural horror classic, The Exorcist.

During a recent fan Q&A in New York City, Plumb, 68,  revealed that while her parents, Neely and Flora, were “so protective” of her, they encouraged her to audition for less wholesome roles, such as the lead role in the 1976 teen prostitution movie, Dawn: Portrait of a Teenage Runaway.

“They also let me audition for The Exorcist, which I had read,” Plumb said. “They didn't want to ever hide anything from me. They were like, you know, you can read most books. So I think they probably saw it as a real opportunity for me to start in adult roles and to be seen completely differently from Jan right away.”

Plumb shared details about her audition for The Exorcist in her book, Happiness Included, noting, “I had read the book, surprisingly, even though I was young. Jamie Lee Curtis wanted to audition as Regan, but her parents objected to the storyline and what would be required as a child actor.”

Plumb admitted she was surprised her parents did not object the way Curtis’s parents did. She also recalled reading her lines for her The Exorcist audition with a “gravel-crunching tone.”

The Brady Bunch star shared that over 500 young girls auditioned for the role of demonically possessed teen Regan MacNeil, including Laura Dern, Kim Basinger, and Melanie Griffith, before Linda Blair won the part at age 13.

Plumb admitted that when The Exorcist came out in theaters, she went to see it and was “so terrified” that she slept in her mother’s bed for several nights afterward.

Eve Plumb auditioned for another horror film in the late 1970s

The Exorcist audition wasn’t Plumb’s only foray into the horror genre. Several years later, she was up for one of the lead roles in the slasher film Prom Night—a role that, ironically, went to Curtis.

In a 2004 interview with The Terror Trap, Prom Night producer Peter Simpson recalled, “One of the girls we interviewed was Eve Plumb... she came in and met with us.”

Plumb didn’t get to the audition stage, as Curtis aggressively rallied for the role of popular high school prom queen Kim Hammond, the main protagonist in the 1980 slasher film.

Still, in the documentary The Making of Prom Night, director Paul Lynch revealed that Plumb had been a frontrunner for the role.

“We were talking about getting a name from television, and I liked a young girl who'd been up; she was now in TV movies, but she'd been on The Brady Bunch, and we were kind of leaning towards that,” he said. “And then I got a call, an odd call, from Jamie Lee Curtis's manager. 'Would you consider Jamie Lee Curtis?' I said yes.”

Lynch revealed that Curtis totally sold herself to the film's producer. “After that, the girl from the TV series was gone, and it was now Jamie Lee Curtis,” he said.

Sarah Pidgeon is one of Hollywood's latest breakout stars, and according to the actress, maintaining a sense of self is more important than ever.

In a conversation with Colman Domingo for Variety’s Actors on Actors series (which was released Sunday, June 14), the Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette star reflected on navigating this newfound attention after the premiere of the Hulu show earlier this year. 

And the discussion arrives at an interesting time. Rumors linking Pidgeon, 29, to actor Joe Alwyn, aka Taylor Swift's former boyfriend of six and a half years, have been swirling after the pair were reportedly spotted together in Brooklyn.

The topic came up as Domingo and Pidgeon discussed the intense scrutiny that accompanied Carolyn Bessette Kennedy's life in the public eye. "Do you feel that?" Domingo asked, referring to the attention surrounding Pidgeon's breakout role. "Love Story has become such a huge part of a zeitgeist right now. How do you navigate that?"

"It's crazy how fast things can change," Pidgeon admitted. "It's rarely helpful taking in the conversation that's happening online. Not to say I don't. Curiosity has killed this cat."

The actress went on to explain that privacy isn't just about protecting herself personally—it's also about preserving her work as an actor. "But I want to be able to disappear into roles," she said. "And when you become well-known—I want to protect my privacy and my sense of Sarah, because I want to play a whole litany of characters."

Seeking advice from Domingo, who has navigated rising fame throughout projects like Euphoria and The Four Seasons, Pidgeon asked how he had handled similar experiences. 

Domingo credited his willingness to embrace uncertainty and avoid being boxed into a single type of role. "I liberated myself years ago from being right or making sure something was perfect," he said. "I look for the rough edges." The Oscar nominee added that he trusts his preparation enough to take creative risks. "I believe I have everything I need to go out and do the thing. Now let me go do it."

On Friday, gossip account Deuxmoi reported that the I Know What You Did Last Summer star had been spotted with Alwyn, 35, in Fort Green. The sighting quickly fueled speculation online, though no relationship has been confirmed. The account did note, however, that similar reports involving Pidgeon and other actors have previously preceded professional collaborations. Either way, fan had a field day.

“Probably a business thing but they’d be cute together,” one noted in the comments, while another said, “They’d be gorgeous together.”

Another warned, “Mama be careful he don’t know how to love.”

“We about to get an album from Taylor,” a third quipped.

The idea of self-trust is a nice one, that’s for sure. Having confidence in our thoughts and abilities can be assuring and aid in decision-making, just to name a couple of perks. What Does Self-Trust Look Like?

The idea of self-trust is somewhat vague, so if you're scratching your head, you're not alone.

“Self-trusting people are able to manage the unknown with confidence, accept responsibility for the consequences of their actions and do so without overanalyzing or doubting themselves,” Dr. Shannon Franklin, PsyD, a licensed psychologist with Element Q Healing, tells Parade.

This can look like:

• Having confidence in your judgment and ability to make good decisions.
• Making consistent choices.
• Having a clear idea of your boundaries.
• Relying on an internal sense of what feels “right” rather than constantly seeking approval from others.

When Is Self-Trust Important?

Self-trust is useful in many situations that arise in life, whether it’s dealing with adversity at work, a change at home or something else.

“People are able to take action in their lives with confidence (as opposed to fear of uncertainty) and pursue self-improvement instead of seeking validation from others,” Dr. Franklin explains.

Self-trust also helps build and maintain emotional balance and well-being.

“It can contribute to an individual’s ability to be authentic, resilient and complete commitments both personally and professionally,” she adds.

7 Phrases People With High Self-Trust Use Often, According to a Psychologist

Want to check your self-trust level or increase it? Check out the following phrases that “self-trusters” commonly say, either to themselves or out loud.

1. “I’ve got this”

This phrase is a simple, clear example. It “demonstrates an individual’s confidence to handle different situations and reinforce self-reliance, which can help them to complete tasks with less hesitation,” according to Dr. Franklin.

2. “I’ll make my decision, and then I will be able to adjust if that is what is needed”

Phrases like this may arise when changing jobs, for example.

“This statement reflects a person who is comfortable making decisions but also flexible in regards to being open to changing or adjusting as necessary, because they are aware that there will likely be changes in the outcome, but do not fear making those adjustments,” Dr. Franklin shares.

With the changing jobs example, that might look like taking a higher-paying job and then adjusting to a busier work schedule.

3. “I believe in myself”

Simply put, people who trust themselves also believe in themselves, whether it’s their ability to get something done, listen to their inner compass, make a decision or handle a tough situation. 

“By relying less on what others think of you, it helps strengthen your ability to make better decisions down the road,” Dr. Franklin adds.

4. “I am accountable for my actions”

People with self-trust acknowledge what they're personally responsible for—even if it led to undesirable results. 

This mindset is admirable and useful in other ways, too. Dr. Franklin says it “will help you grow as an individual and prevent yourself from blaming others for things that don’t go well with you.”

5. “I can find out something from this” 

A growth mindset (aka, knowing you can improve with time and experience) is useful in many ways—including building self-trust. Dr. Franklin recommends it, explaining it helps you view challenges “as chances to improve yourself instead of viewing them as failures, therefore helping develop a more resilient and flexible person.”

6. “I am aware of what is important to me and will act accordingly”

Knowing your core values is key to high self-trust. A phrase like this suggests you’re in sync. 

“It can help ensure integrity and possibly resist influence from others,” Dr. Franklin explains. 

For example, you might say “no” to a night at the bar if you’re sober, or refuse to engage in gossip if you know that you always feel guilty after partaking in it. 

7. “It’s OK to refuse an invitation or opportunity”

People with high self-trust will say “no” when needed.

“[This phrase] shows you are able to draw lines around what is acceptable for you, to maintain your sense of well-being, to honor those limits and to do so without feeling guilty,” Dr. Franklin says.

Last but not least, it’s important to note that you can practice saying these phrases to yourself to build self-trust (even if you don’t fully believe them yet). You may not completely trust yourself right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t in time.

Anna Faris has revealed to Varietyhow she coped with one of the most difficult periods in her life.

The Mom actor revealed that her 2018 divorce from Chris Pratt was one of the saddest moments of her life, but it led to something positive.

"I was feeling sad," Anna candidly told the outlet, but the launch of her popular podcast, Anna Faris Is Unqualified, helped her find a sense of purpose and connection. "I'm lucky that at that time I had my podcast," she said.

Anna admitted she had modest expectations when launching the podcast, but it grew into something else. "I wanted, like, four people to listen and to build my own secret community," she explained. "I wanted an avenue outside of Hollywood as a way to connect with people."

The actress didn't disclose much about the relationship breakdown on the podcast, but appreciated she had somewhere to go if she needed to open up to someone.

Anna and Chris met in 2007 and married in 2009, having their son Jack in 2012. The pair announced their split in 2017 before finalising their divorce the following year.

When the pair announced their split, it was front-page news, but Anna felt like she was strong enough to handle the scrutiny.  "I had enough gumption, enough of a core," she told the publication.

During an April 2021 episode of her podcast, according to People, Anna revealed she felt "stunted" by not having enough people to talk about during her marital problems with Pratt. "One of them being that I never talked about any issues, so to the people, even who I was closest to, I'm sure things were more transparent with my relationship with Ben, but with Chris, I think that we both protected that imagery even within our close circles."

People reports that during an episode of Unqualified, Faris spoke candidly about her relationship with Pratt to guest Rachel Bilson. Bob Dylan continues to surprise fans new and old during his ongoing 2026 tour, pulling out songs he hasn't played in years during each new concert. While playing for the audience at the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Oregon on June 9, Dylan made some fans' dreams come true when he played the track "I Shall Be Released."

It was his first time playing the song live since a 2008 performance in Warsaw, Poland, making it 18 years since fans last heard it in concert. Written and first recorded by Dylan with the Band in 1967, the first official release of the track was actually performed by Boz Burrell and came out the next year.

After Burrell's version, released under the name Boz, the Band recorded and released a version a couple of months later. The first version of "I Shall Be Released" recorded by Dylan to come out was in 1971 on Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits Vol. II. But it wasn't until years later, in 1991, that the original recording would come out on The Bootleg Series Vol. 11: The Basement Tapes Complete.

At the 2026 concert in Oregon, fans were ecstatic to hear Dylan add the classic track to his setlist.

In reaction to one fan's video of the performance, someone commented, "It's super exciting when Bob plays a song he hasn't performed in a long time. I'm always on the lookout and here we have it."

Others said, "What a gem. A gift from Bob," and "First time since 08' Incredible stuff!"

Dylan wrote "I Shall Be Released" after surviving a serious motorcycle crash in 1966, and the song deals with themes about the pressures of society, fame, and more. Since its release, the singer-songwriter has played the song 493 times throughout the course of his career.

During earlier June shows, Dylan played some other rare songs from his extensive repertoire, including "You Ain’t Goin’ Nowhere" and "Baby, Won’t You Be My Baby," much to the fans' delight.

Energy drinks typically contain high amounts of caffeine, which can raise blood pressure and make the heart work harder, Dr. Hmoud says. “Higher workloads for the heart will lead to muscle thickening and potentially heart failure,” he explains, adding that higher blood pressure can increase the buildup of plaque in the arteries that feed your heart, along with impact the blood vessels in your neck and brain, raising the risk of stroke.

Lower levels of caffeine—under 400 milligrams a day—is fine for most people, says Dr. Blair Suter, MD, a cardiologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Caffeine "is the most widely used pharmacologically active substance in the world and is considered safe when used in small or moderate amounts,” he says. 

But some energy drinks contain large amounts of caffeine, along with added sugars and stimulants like guarana, taurine and L-carnitine, all of which can increase blood pressure and heart rate, per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

That can be problematic for anyone, Dr. Chen says. But it’s especially concerning for those with underlying heart disease. “In patients with a history of arrhythmia—abnormal rhythms of the heart—high doses of caffeine may cause worse symptoms such as palpitations or feelings of a racing heartbeat,” Dr. Suter adds.

When Are Energy Drinks a Problem?

Having an energy drink here and there is likely OK if you’re an otherwise healthy person, Dr. Chen notes. But he says that regular use isn’t a great idea for your heart health, explaining, “While occasional energy drink intake is not likely to result in long-term consequences, having energy drinks daily or many times a day could potentially result in clinical hypertension and increased risk of abnormal heart rhythms."

People who have too many energy drinks might experience heart palpitations, chest pain or lightheadedness, according to Dr. Chen. “Depending on the severity of the symptoms, it might be necessary to seek medical attention."

What To Drink if You Want an Energy Boost, According to Cardiologists

If you want an energy-boosting drink, Dr. Hmoud recommends having one cup of tea or coffee per day. “Tea has a multitude of benefits besides increased energy, such as antioxidants,” he says. 

Dr. Suter agrees. “Tea or coffee with minimal sugar would be the best bet,” he says, adding that being well-informed about what’s in the drinks you’re having regularly.

“I would suggest trying to get a sense of the calories, amount of caffeine and amount of sugar or other additives in these beverages to educate yourself on what might be right for you,” he says.

Donald Trump Jr.just shared family photos as the Trump clan gets ready to celebrate the President’s 80th birthday at the UFC Freedom 250 fight.

While Don Jr. doesn’t seem to shy away from the spotlight, he only occasionally posts pics of his four youngest children. But with his father’s big Bday on the way, the eldest of the Trump brothers just gave fans a glimpse into his brood’s life lately.

Trump Jr.’s latest Instagram post features group shots of himself, his four youngest children, and Bettina in front of “the Claw” and in the White House. He captioned the carousel, “Getting ready for @UFC at the White House and dad/grandpa’s 80th birthday. It’s going to be a crazy weekend.”

The father-of-five also posted a quick clip of the motocross stunt show in front of the White House during the first day of the UFC Freedom 250 festivities. 

Where Was Kai Trump?

Oldest child, daughter Kai Trump, was noticeably absent from her father’s photos. So, where was Kai? Based on her Instagram Stories, it seemed like she was in New York City cheering the Knicks on to their NBA Finals victory at Madison Square Garden. Kai also notably attended Game 3 with her grandfather, President Donald Trump. 

Even though she did post a photo of herself at MSG, she later shared a video of herself with UFC’s Dana White in front of the White House. This led fans to believe that the Knicks pic was from earlier in the week and that the President's granddaughter was indeed at the Freedom 250 event with the rest of her family.

Something about watching David Beckham stand on Hollywood Boulevard and try not to cry plays into the public perception people have of him as the working-class boy from East London who built a life so extraordinary that even he can't quite believe it. On June 12, that life got a star embedded in the sidewalk. Namely, the 2,849th on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and the man who received it could barely get through his speech.

The ceremony at Ovation Hollywood unfolded in front of a crowd that included three of Beckham's four children (daughter Harper, 14, and sons Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21) along with his wife and Spice Girl, Victoria, and his longtime friend Tom Cruise. Beckham, 51, received his star in the sports entertainment category, which recognizes longevity of excellence in entertainment beyond athletic achievement. In his case, the documentary work he's produced through his studio, Studio 99, for Netflixand other major platforms.

Cruise, a Walk of Famer himself, spoke first. He recalled Beckham's iconic curling free kick at the 1998 World Cup, the one that inspired the film Bend It Like Beckham, and said that in the three-and-a-half seconds that ball was in the air, Beckham became a permanent part of global sports history. He called Beckham a man who 'inspired generations around the world to watch and play the game.'

Then Victoria took the podium (and the crowd).

She opened by reflecting on what the Hollywood Walk of Fame meant to her growing up in England, the kind of place you only saw in films, reserved for people who had truly left their mark. Then she quipped that she had 'naturally assumed' she was there to receive her own star, for her role in the 'iconic cult classic' Spice World: The Movie, bringing delighted laughter from the crowd.

She then turned serious, praising her husband's vision, determination, and the 'extraordinary amount of hard work' it took for a boy from East London to make his dream this permanent.

When Beckham himself finally stepped to the microphone, he almost held it together He spoke about being a dreamer who never imagined this particular dream was possible, then turned to his children and said, 'I hope you bring my grandchildren here one day and tell them about a boy who dreamed big. To make you all proud is my greatest achievement.'

The moment was made more poignant and complicated by the fact that his eldest son, Brooklyn, 27, was absent, continuing an estrangement that became public in January when Brooklyn released an 800-word statement accusing his parents of prioritizing their brand over their family. Brooklyn lives in Los Angeles, where the ceremony was held. He did not attend.

The timing of the Walk of Fame honor came on the same day the United States hosted its first World Cup game since 1994, with Beckham present at SoFi Stadium hours later for the opening ceremony. The two moments together ( a Hollywood star in the morning, a global sports celebration at night) seemed a fitting summary of everything the man has managed to be at once.

Billy Joel is proving that classic rock never goes out of style.

The legendary singer-songwriter, best known as the “Piano Man,” is seeing renewed chart success decades after dominating the music industry. His landmark compilation album Greatest Hits – Volume I & Volume II has reentered major charts and continues to attract listeners nearly 40 years after its original release.

The collection currently sits at No. 75 on the Billboard 200, marking another milestone for Joel, whose music has experienced a resurgence following the release of his HBO documentary Billy Joel: And So It Goes and growing interest in his decades-long catalog.

The renewed attention comes 37 years after Joel scored one of his three Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 singles, “We Didn’t Start the Fire,” which topped the chart in 1989. His other chart-topping hits include “It’s Still Rock and Roll to Me” and “Tell Her About It.”

Released on Aug. 2, 1985, Greatest Hits – Volume I & Volume II remains one of the most successful compilation albums ever issued. The set gathers some of Joel’s biggest recordings from 1973 through 1985, including “Piano Man,” “New York State of Mind,” “Just the Way You Are,” “Only the Good Die Young,” “My Life,” “Uptown Girl” and “The Longest Time.”

The album also introduced two previously unreleased songs at the time: “You’re Only Human (Second Wind)” and “The Night Is Still Young.”

The resurgence has been fueled by several developments surrounding the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer.

In 2025, Joel stepped away from touring after revealing that he had been diagnosed with normal pressure hydrocephalus, a condition that affected his hearing, vision and balance. Following the announcement, fans revisited his extensive catalog, helping boost sales and streaming numbers.

Interest in Joel’s music received another boost from HBO’s two-part documentary Billy Joel: And So It Goes, which explored his personal life, career highs and challenges. The documentary introduced his story to younger viewers while reconnecting longtime fans with his music.

The renewed popularity was reflected internationally. In the United Kingdom, Greatest Hits – Vol. 1 & 2 returned to several sales charts in 2025. A special vinyl edition released for the album’s 40th anniversary helped the collection debut on the Official Vinyl Albums Chart and reach new peaks on multiple sales rankings.

The album’s staying power is hardly surprising. It has been certified 23-times Platinum in the United States, representing more than 11.5 million copies sold and remains one of the most successful greatest-hits collections in music history.

Joel has sold more than 160 million records worldwide during a career that spans more than five decades. His catalog includes classic albums such as The Stranger, 52nd Street, Glass Houses, The Nylon Curtain and An Innocent Man.

A new feature film, Billy & Me, is currently in development and will focus on Joel’s early years before becoming a global superstar. The project will tell the story through the perspective of his first manager, Irwin Mazur, who helped guide the future star before his breakthrough with Columbia Records.

The film follows the release of Billy Joel: And So It Goes and arrives as interest in the musician remains high.

Away from music, Joel has continued sharing family milestones. Recently, he celebrated his daughter Della Rose's elementary school graduation, posting a heartfelt message about her achievement.

With Greatest Hits – Volume I & Volume II climbing the charts again and younger audiences discovering his music through documentaries, vinyl releases and streaming platforms, Billy Joel is showing that timeless songs can find new audiences long after their original release.

In 1974, the history-making American rock band Redbone released their signature song, which is still considered a beloved rock classic, even over five decades later.

The band's chart-topping single "Come and Get Your Love" became a major success when it first came out in the '70s, first as part of the album Wovoka in late 1973, and then as a single in January 1974.

It peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 in April 1974, helping Redbone make history as one of the first primarily Native American and Mexican-American rock bands to reach major commercial success. It was even named the No. 4 top song of the entire year in 1974.

But even long after the '70s decade, "Come and Get Your Love" has proven to be an enduring funk-rock anthem, and even experienced a major comeback in 2014.

The Redbone song was introduced to an entirely new generation of fans after it was prominently featured in the Marvel Studios 2014 film Guardians of the Galaxy. In the movie, Star-Lord a.k.a. Peter Quill (played by Chris Pratt) spends the opening credits dancing and jamming out to "Come and Get Your Love," a now-iconic scene that many Marvel fans know and love.

"Come and Get Your Love" was also included on the movie's official soundtrack, subtitled Awesome Mix Vol. 1, which famously reached the summit of the Billboard 200 in 2014. It was the second move soundtrack to hit No. 1 that year, following Disney's Frozen.

The Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack also features a number of other songs released during the '60s and '70s, including throwback classics from David Bowie, The Jackson 5 and more.

Crowe and Girlfriend Britney Theriot Took on the French Open

Last month, Crowe showed off his style on Day One of the 2026 French Open in Paris, France. Sitting in the stands alongside his girlfriend, Britney Theriot, Crowe sported his trademark white beard and slicked-back gray hair with a navy blue suit, baby blue tie, and aviator sunglasses.

Smiling after catching a ball as Alexander Zverev won a match, the star seemed to be thriving and living a healthier lifestyle.

How Did Russell Crowe Lose the Weight?

Back in 2024, Crowe weighed about 50 pounds more. In November, he made an appearance on the popularJoe Rogan Experience podcast and revealed how he managed to drop the extra pounds.

“I was 126 kilos when I finished Nuremberg,” Crowe told Rogan about his role as Hermann Göring in the 2025 film. “I’m 100.9 now.”

Crowe explained that in addition to focusing on diet and exercise, he credits much of his weight loss to Rogan introducing him to a platform called Ways2Well. According to its website, Ways2Well is a healthcare platform that combines everything from bloodwork and hormone optimization to stem cell therapy and peptide therapy.

“I’m not really across the science, but the real benefit I’m getting from these into my shoulders, my knees, and also IVs, is that it’s calmed down my body’s inflammation,” Crowe said, adding that he has years of sports injuries and arthritis.

One of the biggest music icons to ever exist started his solo career in the early 1970s. Michael Jackson embarked on his own with a track intended for another singer and became the theme song to a 1972 horror film.

"Ben", also known as "Ben's Song", was never expected to be the hit that would skyrocket Jackson's career and become his first No. 1 hit as a solo artist. Its backstory is even more bizarre when knowing the emotional ballad was written as the theme for the horror film of the same name, which was the sequel to Willard in 1971.

Ben, the film, follows a lonely boy named Danny Garrison (Lee Harcourt Montgomery) who befriends the leading rat from the prior film named Ben. The rodent becomes Danny's best friend and protector against bullies, as Danny also suffers from a heart condition. Things get complicated when Ben forms an army of deadly rodents.

The track is performed by Montgomery in the film, with Jackson's version heard during the finale scene and ending credits. "Ben" smooth and mellow sound contradicts the movie's horror element, and it's exactly what Don Black and Walter Scharf wanted.

According to American Songwriter, the two songwriters wanted an emotional ballad and steered clear of using any rodent-related language. They instead focused the track on being about a loyal and misunderstood friend. "Ben" was initially intended to be performed by Donny Osmond, but he was unavailable due to his touring schedule and passed on it. The track was instead passed on to Jackson, who was only 13 at the time.

Recorded by Motown studio in October 1971, "Ben" climbed the charts to land at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 for a solid week. It marked Jackson's first-ever No. 1 hit as a solo artist in the U.S. and served as the title track to his second solo album. The ballad also landed at No. 3 on the Adult Contemporary chart and No. 2 on Cash Box.

At the same time, Osmond released the song "Puppy Love" and recalls him and Jackson having talked about their hit tracks being about animals. He told the Huffington Post, "It’s funny because we eventually ended up laughing at this one. I will never forget. We stayed up to like two in the morning, laughing about the fact that I had a hit about a puppy and he had a hit about a rat."

"Ben" gained further popularity when it was nominated for Best Original Song at the 1973 Oscars. It lost that year to "The Morning After" by Maureen McGovern from The Poseidon Adventure. The ballad became one of Jackson's most re-released tracks in his career.

June 13 marked King Charles III's official birthday, and as usual the crowds were out in force to cheer the monarch as he and the royal family waved from horse-drawn carriages in the Trooping the Colour parade.

But it's safe to say that Kate Middleton and her 11-year-old daughter Princess Charlotte stole the show with a cute twinning moment—that paid tribute to Princess Diana!

The Princess of Wales, 44, and Charlotte were spotted with a particular matching accessory that had a special significance to Kate's late mother-in-law and Charlotte's grandmother.

Charlotte's three-strand pearl bracelet was identical to the one her mother wore. As for Kate's own bracelet, it once belonged to Diana and was one of her favorite pieces of jewelry.

Designed by Nigel Milne the pearl-and-diamond bracelet was often spotted on Diana's wrist.

Probably the most famous picture of Diana wearing it was taken in 1989 when she paired it with the iconic Cambridge Lover's Knot tiara, and her pearl-encrusted white 'Elvis' dress and bolero by Catherine Walker.

Since it was passed down to Kate Middleton, the new Princess of Wales has displayed a similar enthusiasm for the accessory's charm. She wore it as recently as last week, when she paired it with a buttercream tweed dress to the wedding of Queen Elizabeth II's grandson.

And now Princess Charlotte has her own miniature version!

Kate was channelling Princess Diana in more ways than one at Charles' birthday parade. Her baby blue coat dress by Catherine Walker was extremely similar to a pale aqua coat dress by the same designer that Diana wore to Easter service in 1987.

Like Diana, Kate also accessorized with a broad-brimmed hat. However she ditched the pussy bow blouse that Diana wore in favor of a cleaner neckline so that her cluster pearl earrings could do the talking!

The $10,240 Cavolfiore earrings by Cassandra Goad, whose design is inspired by the shape of a cauliflower, were previously worn by Kate to Prince Louis' christening in 2018.

Prince Louis, now 8, was spotted solemnly waving from his carriage yesterday alongside Kate, his sister Charlotte, and his 12-year-old brother Prince George.

Meanwhile Prince William rode on horseback wearing the Full Ceremonial Guard Order of the Welsh Guards.

King Charles wore the red uniform of the Grenadier Guards, while Queen Camilla wore a red dress by Fiona Clare whose design is based on the Grenadier Guards' uniform. She finished off the military inspired look with a black beret feat. feathered plume.

Camilla was recently appointed Colonel of the Grenadier Guards.

The 75-year-old Princess Royal rode in the procession on horseback in her role as Colonel of The Blues and Royals regiment.

Last week Princess Anne hosted the wedding reception of her son Peter Phillips and his bride Harriet Sterling on her country estate in the Cotswolds.

Following the parade, the royal family were later photographed standing together on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the traditional military fly-by.

There was no sign of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who have been on the outs with the royal family since they moved away from the UK in 2019. Tensions were only exacerbated by the publication of Harry's memoir Spare, and recently it was revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's former home of Frogmore Cottage is set to undergo yet more renovations in order to remove the final traces of its previous occupants.

Meghan did take part in the Trooping the Colour parade twice during her brief stint as a royal however, during which time it was Queen Elizabeth II whose birthday was being marked.

She made her Trooping the Colour debut in 2018, just a month after her and Harry's wedding. She wore a pale pink dress by Carolina Herrera that featured an off-the-shoulder neckline.

This drew disapproval from some royal commentators who claimed that such a style of dress for the queen’s birthday broke royal protocol—but Harper’s Bazaar pointed out that Kate Middleton has worn shoulder-baring styles on many occasions, as did Princess Diana before her.

The following year's Trooping the Colour marked Meghan's first appearance in public since giving birth to her and Harry's son Prince Archie earlier that summer.

Country music star Koe Wetzel has scored another major career milestone as his newly released album The Night Champion climbed to No. 1 on Apple Music’s Country Albums chart, adding momentum ahead of his highly anticipated 2026 world tour.

The achievement arrives just days after the album’s release on Friday and continues a remarkable stretch for the Texas-born singer-songwriter, whose popularity has expanded far beyond his roots in the Red Dirt and Texas country scene.

The Night Champion is Wetzel’s sixth studio album and follows 2024’s 9 Lives, a project that helped establish him as a mainstream country force. The new record features 11 tracks, including previously released songs “Hurts Like You,” “Time Goes On,” “Dollar and a Bottle” and “Surrounded.”

Speaking about the album, Wetzel described it as a defining moment in his career.

“The whole outlook on it was this kind of being the closing of a book instead of a chapter in the book,” Wetzel told People. “It was wrapping up everything from the Noise Complaint record and every record in between and all the stuff that went on in between to get to where we're at now.”

The album's rapid rise on Apple Music reflects strong fan interest that had been building for months.

While The Night Champion celebrates a chart victory, Wetzel has made it clear that the album is not about fame or status. Instead, he says the project represents survival, growth, and self-reflection after years of challenges.

“The long nights, man, all the bars that we played with nobody in them,” Wetzel recalled when discussing his early career. “Going almost a week without eating any food just because we didn't have any money and we were too proud to ask our parents to help out a little bit, things like that, sleeping on couches.”

The album explores many of those experiences. Songs such as “Time Goes On” examine personal growth, while “Hurts Like You” showcases the emotional honesty that has become one of Wetzel’s trademarks.

The Apple Music chart success comes as Wetzel prepares to launch the U.S. and Canada leg of The Night Champion World Tour in July.

The tour will span four months and feature arena and amphitheater performances across North America. Supporting acts are scheduled to include Ole 60, Shane Smith & the Saints and Wyatt Flores.

Fans can expect a setlist that blends new material from The Night Champion with many of Wetzel’s most recognizable songs. The performances are also expected to include “High Road,” his collaboration with Jessie Murph that became a crossover hit and one of the biggest songs of his career.

With The Night Champion already leading Apple Music’s country chart and a major tour about to begin, Wetzel’s latest chapter is off to a strong start.
