Ronald W. Woodland, age 86, of Sullivan, MO, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at St. Louis University Hospital.

Alice Ann Woodruff nee Kosfeld of Sullivan, MO was born on Saturday, October 14, 1922 in St. Louis, MO to Martin L. Kosfeld and Gertrude Cora Siemens Kosfeld.

Kit S. Lahmann, age 72, of Sullivan, MO, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family.

A Broadway Beginnings workshop was held Aug. 9 by Sullivan High School graduate and Tony Award nominee Taylor Louderman. The workshop was held at the SHS Performing Arts Theatre. 

Denny's in Sullivan has joined the Sullivan Area Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant has been open since 2010 at the Flying J Travel Plaza. It is open 24/7.

The fourth annual 5K-DEN on Sept. 9 raised more than 18,000 for three local children.
