A former FBI agent believes a turning point may be approaching in the Nancy Guthrie case as mounting pressure continues to build on those involved in her disappearance. In a new interview with Page Six, Jason Pack pointed to the unique combination of intense media coverage—fueled in part by Savannah Guthrie’s return to national television—and a reward exceeding $1 million as factors that could ultimately lead to a crucial break in the case.

"Every day that passes the pressure builds. Keeping a secret like this is exhausting. … and that gets harder with every morning that Savannah Guthrie sits behind that anchor desk," Pack told the outlet.

"Most criminals in cases like this count on the media moving on," he continued. "They count on the family fading from public view. They count on people forgetting. This case is different. Savannah has a national platform and she shows up on it every single day. Every time a viewer sees her face, they think about her mother."

"Add a reward of more than one million dollars and the full weight of FBI resources and you have a situation where the walls are not just closing, but they are closing from every direction at once," Pack added.

He went on to say that someone may get up the "courage" to phone in a tip that ultimately solves the case. Pack isn't the only expert who feels this way, either. Former Orange County prosecutor Matt Murphy appeared on a recent episode of Prof Jo Explains where he said, "I think, eventually, they’re going to catch this guy. There’ll be answers. But it may take—I mean, I did cold cases that were 15, 20 years old sometimes—so, it’ll take a while. I think somebody’s gonna have to talk."

Nancy, 84, has been missing since Sunday, Feb. 1. Authorities believe that she was kidnapped from her Arizona home in the middle of the night. Despite receiving thousands of leads, investigators have not been able to locate Nancy—or identify the person or persons responsible for her disappearance.

As fans learned just yesterday, actress Aubrey Plaza, 41, is pregnant. Now the hilarious Parks and Recreation star has been photographed, walking her cute pooch in Manhattan, and today these photos have resulted in the first public sighting of the famous mom-to-be's adorable baby bump.

Plaza hasn't made any public comment about the pregnancy herself, but sources reveal she's expecting her first child with partner and actor Chris Abbott, 40, in the fall. And so now, of course, the celebrity curiosity and gawking has commenced.

Fans can't help but be curious when there's life-changing news about one of their favorite stars, especially the positive kind like a pregnancy. It's normal to be curious and to hope for the best. The Artemis II crew got the latter today, with "Under Pressure" serving as their Day 8 wake-up song aboard the Orion spacecraft on Wednesday, April 8.

The wake-up song tradition is a longstanding one in space exploration, dating back more than 50 years according to NASA. For the Artemis II mission, each of the four astronauts (Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen) selected their own tracks for the historic 10-day voyage, which took them further from Earth than any humans have ever traveled. The crew broke the distance record previously held by the Apollo 13 mission back in 1970 during their lunar flyby.

The full playlist has been a highlight reel in its own right. Previous wake-up calls have included Chappell Roan's "Pink Pony Club," Glass Animals and Denzel Curry's "Tokyo Drifting," and John Legend and Andre 3000's "Green Light."

Several artists whose songs made the cut have reacted to NASA's Instagram post about the playlist, and the excitement has been palpable. Young & Sick, whose song "Sleepyhead" kicked things off on Day 1, added, "Thank you sooooo much for having me aboard!! My life will never be the same." Even Spotify got in on the fun, commenting "Houston, the taste is impeccable." 

NASA has made the full wake-up playlist available on Spotify for anyone who wants to follow along for the remainder of the mission. The crew is expected to land Friday evening, splashing into the Pacific ocean after their descent.

Camilla Luddington is opening up about the most emotional moment of her podcasting career so far, and it almost never made it to air.

The Grey's Anatomy star, who co-hosts the Call It What It Is podcast with former co-star Jessica Capshaw, exclusively told Parade about the unexpected reading from Theresa Caputo that left her "stunned," and which connected her to the mother she lost more than two decades ago.

"We had Theresa Caputo on, who is a Long Island medium," Luddington said. "And my mom came through. My mom passed when I was 19."

Luddington's mother, MaryLuddington, died when the actress was a teenager, long before her breakout as Dr. Jo Wilson on the long-running ABC medical drama. The actress has spoken sparingly but movingly about the loss over the years, but the unannounced reading from the Long Island Medium alum caught her completely off guard.

"We had her on just to talk about her gift, not to do a reading," Luddington explained. "And so that was a moment where I was kind of stunned and didn't honestly know if I was going to air it because it felt like such an intimate thing."

The Moment That Almost Got Cut

In the end, Luddington made the call to leave the reading in, and she's glad she did.

"I ended up airing it because I just thought it was actually like a really beautiful moment to be able to share," she told Parade. "But that definitely was crazy. It was wild."

The episode, titled Call It with Theresa Caputo, dropped in October 2024 and remains one of the most talked-about installments of the podcast, which Luddington and Capshaw launched in 2024 as a space to talk Grey Sloan, motherhood and everything in between. For longtime fans of the actress, the episode marked one of the rawest, most personal moments she's ever shared publicly.

Why She Decided to Share It Anyway

For Luddington, the call to keep the reading in the final cut came down to one thing: connection.

"It happens like halfway through," she told Parade, urging fans who haven't heard it to go back and listen. "It's so shocking."

The reveal lands during one of the busiest stretches of Luddington's career. The back half of Grey's AnatomySeason 22 is currently airing on ABC, a season in which her character Jo Wilson nearly died during childbirth, while also managing her own Hashimoto's disease diagnosis. Grey's Anatomy was renewed for Season 23 by ABC last month and is expected to return to the network in fall 2026.

Call It What It Is is on a hiatus, with its last episode released in November 2025. Past episodes—including the Theresa Caputo installment—are available wherever podcasts are heard.

The future of the Social Security Administration (SSA) has been a much-debated topic for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I remember my grandparents talking about whether the agency would have enough money to pay for their retirement and what it would look like when it was time for their children (and their grandchildren) to retire.

And while the end of that conversation usually included a bit of back-and-forth about exactly how much money the agency had left, there was always one prevailing sentiment: Social Security is going broke. However, some now say that Social Security may be in better shape than we thought. And, it doesn't just sound like the agency will be able to squeak by for a few more years, either. Some even say it has a long future ahead of it... even if that future does look different from what past retirees have had.

Social Security Only Has Enough Money to Get to 2032

April's issue of the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General includes a study that finds that around two-thirds of Americans believe the SSA will stop sending Social Security payments in 2034, when the agency is expected to experience a shortfall due to paying out more than it receives in tax revenue.

And while AARP agrees that the money is shrinking due to the number of Baby Boomers who have been dipping into the account as they retire, the publication says that, much like the great line from Mark Twain, stories of the administration's death are largely exaggerated.

Instead, AARP says the SSA will be able to continue making payments, since the administration will continue collecting money from the paychecks of working Americans as it has always done. But those receiving Social Security benefits may see their checks shrink by 81 percent, a figure AARP says the SSA will likely be able to cover with its new cash flow.

How Much Will Your Social Security Payment Be

While I think we can all agree that receiving a smaller portion of Social Security benefits, when you pay the same amount into the pot as everyone else does, may feel like a scam, but without some sort of congressional intervention, this is the future many of us are looking at.

As for how much your Social Security benefits will be when you retire, well, that's a tricky question to answer. That's because there are many factors to consider, including the year you were born (retirement age has changed over the years, and depending on when you were born, you may be able to collect as early as 62 or have to wait until you are older). Additionally, your lifetime income is also taken into consideration when determining how much you are entitled to based on how much you paid into the Social Security pot.

According to the SSA, the administration will use the highest 35 years of indexed earnings (a fancy way of saying the income is adjusted for inflation to keep up with current trends) when determining what you're entitled to each month. The website has a spreadsheet to help you figure out this number. From there, you can enter it into just about any benefit calculator, and you will find out what your payout should be when you retire.

Of course, if you're going to start collecting after 2034, you might want to do another quick calculation to see what 81 percent of that figure will be, since that may be closer to the true number you'll be taking home each month. That said, Social Security is a hot topic for politicians, and every year someone comes up with an idea to "save" It. Hopefully, one of them actually comes to fruition before the agency is set to experience a shortfall, otherwise a lot of retirees are going to experience their own shortfall when they receive that monthly payment.

Great news for wine lovers who are willing to travel for a buttery chardonnay or full-bodied cabernet sauvignon, as Southwest Airlines is expanding its service to California wine country. 

The travel provider is launching its 14th route to the Golden State, this time to Santa Rosa’s Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport with connecting flights from San Diego, Las Vegas, Denver, and Burbank.  Additionally, it’s launching its first-ever sip and ship program on April 24, which lets customers check one case of wine at no cost from select West Coast locations, allowing wine lovers to bring back some of their favorite vintages without a hefty shipping fee. A case is defined as a single box or specialized wine suitcase containing up to twelve bottles and weighing no more than fifty pounds.

The baby macaque at the Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan was abandoned by his mother and bullied by his fellow snow monkeys, leading him to cling to a plush orangutan for companionship.

Punch (also called Punch-kun) was named after the late mangaka (manga artist and illustrator) Kazuhiko Katō, known by the pen name Monkey Punch.

After being rejected by his mom, Punch had to be bottle- and hand-fed by zoo caretakers.

The cute critter went viral on social media (often with the hashtag #HangInTherePunch), leading traffic at the Ichikawa Zoo to surge with visitors coming to see and hopefully cheer Punch up.

Punch even earned the attention of Oscar winnerChristian Bale, who compared his Frankenstein monster character from The Bride! to the lonely little guy.

Explaining that loneliness is universally experienced by many, Bale said his character, Frank, tried to remove himself from society but eventually gave up and needed a companion badly. "He needs to have a companion, even if it's someone who just sits on the log next to him and never speaks," Bale told BuzzFeed U.K. "Like a He just needs someone. Like a poor little monkey in a lab who's kept by himself. Like little Punch! Little Punch with the orangutan, Little Punch, you can do it! That's all he needs. He just needs a little orangutan."

Punch is a young macaque at the Ichikawa City Zoo outside of Tokyo who went viral for carrying a plush orangutan toy after being rejected by his mother and fellow snow monkeys.

Punch's mom abandoned him after he was born, leading zoo staff to have to bottle-feed him as a newborn and hand-feed him as he began to grow. What's more, some social media footage from Punch's enclosure showed another macaque pushing him, which shattered pretty much every beating heart on the planet that watched it happen. However, he's doing better now!

Someone sent Lindsey Vonn a plush orangutan like the one Punch has as a get-well gift when she was hospitalized in February 2028.

"Some of my friends don't know what Punch is, but, I mean, everyone has to know what Punch is," Vonn told USA TODAY Sports on April 7, 2026. "Punch is the cutest."

She added that Punch finding a girlfriend (see below) gave her more confidence that she can heal up successfully.

"Always a bright spot," she said. "If Punch can [find love], I can do it!"

Punch the Monkey's popularity leads to new Ichigawa Zoo regulations.

On March 12, the Ichigawa Zoo announced that largely due to Punch's popularity, they've suspended sales of annual passes for the foreseeable future to prevent overcrowding.

The Ichigawa Zoo also released a guide for donations, noting that they don't actually endorse any products related to Punch and that the only place for legitimate donations that will be used for his care, as well as for the other critters and botanical life at the zoo, is here—so make sure you don't fall for any scams!

Punch the Monkey is getting along better with his macaque mates.

On March 10, the Ichigawa Zoo said in a statement that Punch spends most of every day "peacefully," and that the alleged "bullying" that some visitors witness is merely normal macaque "discipline" that's typical of the species. The zoo's statement also noted that more and more snow monkeys are playing and interacting with Punch overall, indicating that he's going to be just fine!

Is Punch the monkey OK now?

Thankfully, the answer seems to be yes!

According to one spectator from Business Insider, Punch is so popular that his visits from the public are limited to 10 minutes per group to allow everyone to get the opportunity to catch a glimpse at the zoo's Monkey Mountain display, where he lives.

In early March, one of those visitors was K-pop superstar Lisa of BLACKPINK, who documented her venture to Monkey Mountain in her Instagram Stories.

That said, not all of his fellow macaques are on the bandwagon of adoring him. At least one is still pushing him around a bit (or was on March 5, 2026, at least), but thankfully a zookeeper was able to whisk poor Punch away from the bully.

While that may be a bummer, he's also made some friends, even riding on one new pal's back recently.

Will Punch the monkey be okay?

Most likely he'll be fine!

"There have been studies where they have put babies with other juveniles to be raised in juvenile social groups. The truth is, in those situations, they're not as normal as we'd like," According to visiting assistant professor of psychology at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts Lauren Robinson, told NPR's Short Wave. "It's certainly not as ideal as having a mother, because Mom protects the baby. She provides a lot of social relationship education, teaching baby how to communicate rank as well as apologies. It's not an ideal situation. As far as how it's impacting Punch, I think we'll have to wait and see, but I think the zoo is doing the best they can. I don't know if there's a good alternative."

Robinson did note that it would be tricky to predict where exactly Punch will land in the snow monkey hierarchy overall, but there's a lot of of hope for him!

"If he learns quickly and he learns the ritualized aggression and how to apologize and get out of the way, I think he'll do all right," she said. "And it seems like he is getting relationships with other monkeys, so that's where you learn that information. But if he doesn't learn and he misreads information, that's a tougher life. That's probably like getting that education as you go in a more strict way when it comes to snow monkeys. The dominant male will definitely let him know his place."

Robinson added that because Punch is beginning to develop grooming relationships with other monkeys, which is a "really great sign," as is that he hasn't been hit with any "really high-intensity aggression."

"Those are all good signs that he's being brought into the group," she said. "But he's got quite a few years till he reaches adulthood anyway. He's just a juvenile. He's just a baby right now."

Why does Punch the monkey get bullied?

"Having worked with snow monkeys, they're a**holes. Snow monkeys, they have what's called a strict hierarchy, so there is always someone at the top, but someone always ends up at the bottom of the hierarchy," Robinson explained to NPR. "If we get mad at snow monkeys for being aggressive to each other, we might as well be mad at the rain for being wet. It's just who they are as a species."

Why was Punch the monkey abandoned?

It's not entirely known, but also isn't uncommon, according to Robinson.

"It's a tough situation. It does happen, where infants get left by the mother for whatever reason," Robinson told NPR. "We certainly hear about it in other facilities. Research facilities will try to give the baby to a surrogate, which does happen and works sometimes. It's not uncommon, to the extent that we have methods that we can try if there's an appropriate female to take on the infant who's actually interested in doing so. But that doesn't always happen."

Thankfully, footage appears to show that Punch's mother is finally warming up to him.

Robinson said, "Without anyone to support him, I don't think there's really any question about what would happen. In the wild, I don't think he'd make it. And that's important to remember as well, that nature is not necessarily kind. Nature is just what it does. There's no need to judge it as, like, a negative or anything. It's just how nature works."

And it's not because they've fallen in love with their careers, either. Instead, research from Economist Enterprise shows that people are afraid of one thing in particular, and it's a common complaint among almost all Americans right now.

Now, it looks like many people are pushing back their retirement by several years, raising questions about what the next chapter of life will actually look like for many older Americans.

Americans Are Delaying Retirement Because of the Cost of Living

Inflation has become a major pain point for many Americans today. And while that figure is often a temporary one that can rise and fall as various things happen both in and outside the U.S., it's the increased cost of living that has many people approaching retirement age pressing pause on their plans.

According to research from Economist Enterprise, which published its findings with the help of the investment firm Nuveen, around half of the 2,063 full-time employees surveyed said that the cost of living was keeping them from retiring on time.

People Are Pushing Their Retirement Back an Average of 4 Years

When it comes to just how long they are keeping that pause, it looks like the average American says they will work four years longer than they planned to so they can enter retirement in a better financial position.

"People are willing to sacrifice their long-term goals for some of their short-term needs, and that's probably contributing to the cause of delayed retirement," Economist Enterprise project manager Matt Terry told CBS News. "People think, 'OK, I guess I'll have to push it out a few years, because I really need the financial support right now.'"

Financial Issues Have People Borrowing from Their 401(k)

Unfortunately, the study also discovered that a third of the people who responded had also been forced to tap into their 401(k) by way of a hardship withdrawal to fund a variety of expenses. While these types of loans aren't inherently bad and many people use them to fund big expenditures like adoptions or the purchase of a new home, they may point to a broader issue with just how tapped today's workforce is already feeling.

Add into it the fact that many of these people may be nearing retirement age while still having a chunk of their retirement savings still in repayment, and it's easier to understand why so many are expressing trepidation over making the jump into that next chapter of their lives and delaying retirement until they feel more financially secure about entering into a time when they are earning less while also possibly having to spend more on basic necessities, including healthcare.

After nearly a year-long closure, Disney's fan-favorite attraction, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, has officially reopened its doors following a lengthy refurbishment period.

As visitors to the park and longtime Disney fans might remember, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin initially shuttered its doors on August 4, 2025. As expected from its significant closure, the ride has reopened with major renovations made throughout the attraction, ensuring a new and improved version of Space Ranger Spin sure to please visitors of all ages.

An interactive shooting dark of intergalactic proportions, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin finds guests hurling through the furthest reaches of space while battling Buzz's sworn nemesis, the Evil Emperor Zurg.

Opened in 1998 within Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland area of the park, the ride specifically allows passengers to compete against one another to acquire the most amount of points per attraction vehicle.

With the newly reopened version of the ride, Disney has made several key changes to allow for more a seamless attraction experience when embarking on Space Ranger Spin.

Rather than having the vehicle's blasters fixed in place, the new version of the attraction features handheld weapons, sleek new vehicles and interactive targets that light up whenever a player manages to hit them during their ride-through.

Additionally, the new iteration of Space Ranger Spin features an updated scoring system, upping the limit of potential points acquired from the prior limit of 999,999 to 1,000,000. Not only that, but the attraction also features an entirely new character, "Buddy" the robot, who has been added to the ride's opening scene for a smoother transition from onboarding to the actual ride itself.

There’s no doubt that there are some major changes between The Testaments by Margaret Atwood and the TV series. That’s not surprising, and in the lead-up to the sequel series to The Handmaid’s Tale, it was clear that changes had to happen.

However, there was a moment at the end of the very first episode — three dropped to kick-off the show on April 8, 2026 — that does have standing in the sequel novel. Released in 2019, there was always an unspoken truth in the novel revealed at the very end.

June’s Cameo on ‘The Testaments’ Comes From the Book

At the end of the first episode, we get to see a flash of June Osborne. She’s in Canada, in a shop that belongs to Daisy’s parents. Then in the third episode, we get to see her again, this time with more screentime. She is there to help Daisy, who finds herself in trouble as Gilead comes after her.

Now, none of these scenes are exactly from the book. Atwood did include Daisy’s story outside of Gilead, but it wasn’t June who came to her and encouraged her to go into the totalitarian nation as a spy.

The cameo comes at the very end of The Testaments. As Daisy and Agnes get out of Gilead, they come across a woman who claims to be their mother. For those who had only stuck to the books, this was presumed to be Offred, although that character in The Handmaid’s Tale was never officially given a name. That sequel came after the TV series was developed, and we all just assumed that June had come for her daughters, Baby Nichole and Hannah.

There's enough in there to infer that Offred made it out of Gilead after the events of The Handmaid's Tale novel, and even that she could have started working with the resistance. However, the ending is more of a sweet moment between a mother and her two children, who were cut off from her.

While there is room to allow June to come into The Testaments from the book, there is a huge change that is going to affect everything moving forward. It’s clear that Daisy cannot be June’s second daughter.

Agnes tells us that the war in Boston ended four years ago. That would make June and Nick’s baby only around five or six, while Daisy is around 16 on the show. This was a conscious choice to allow for Daisy and Agnes to connect with each other, but it does affect everything in terms of their relationship and Daisy’s relationship with June.

How that will turn out is still unknown. For now, there are still ways to bring the two girls and Aunt Lydia together to start the fall of Gilead.

“In the U.S., the recommended level for fluoride in community water is .7 milligrams per liter because that concentration helps prevent cavities while minimizing the risk of dental fluorosis [a condition caused by consuming too much fluoride],” Dr. Ye explains. He says that as long as fluoride in tap water is kept at this level, it’s considered a benefit, not a concern. 

Dr. Varun Sharma, MD, an internal medicine doctor at MedStar Health, also says that fluoride in tap water is a health benefit, not a risk. “Fluoride in tap water is beneficial because it reduces tooth decay by approximately 25% and is considered one of the top public health achievements of the 20th century by the CDC,” he tells Parade.

The inclusion of fluoride in tap water is the main difference between tap water and bottled water. “Beyond fluoride, there is no universal health-related ingredient that clearly separates tap water from bottled water. Bottled water comes in many forms, including mineral, spring, alkaline, distilled and deionized water, each with its own composition. Tap water can also contain many of the same naturally occurring minerals found in bottled water, depending on the source and treatment. The most consistent public health distinction is fluoridation, since many bottled waters contain little or no fluoride unless it is added,” Dr. Ye says.

Scientific research backs this up. In one study comparing the nutrient content of tap water and various bottled water brands, researchers found that both tap and bottled water contain calcium, magnesium and sodium.

What Has the Higher Risk of Contaminants: Bottled Water or Tap Water?

Maybe you’re more worried about potential contaminants. Which water source is the riskier choice? Dr. Sharma says that both tap water and bottled water have comparable contamination risks overall. That said, he says they bring different risks to the table.

“Tap water may have higher levels of disinfection byproducts and occasional bacterial contamination, [while] bottled water can contain arsenic, lead and uranium—especially spring-sourced bottled water,” he explains.

Dr. Ye says that risk depends on the contaminant and the setting, sharing, “Both tap water and bottled water are regulated and generally safe, so there is no universal winner. In many cases, well-managed tap water offers more transparency because public water systems must provide annual water quality reports, while bottled water is regulated by FDA as a food product."

What About Filtered Water?

Many people use a water filtration system, such as Brita, for extra protection against harmful contaminants. But you may be wondering if it’s filtering out the beneficial nutrients too. Dr. Ye says that it depends on what type of water filtration system you have. 

“Not all filters do the same thing. Basic pitcher filters, including most Brita filters, are mainly designed to improve taste and reduce chlorine and some trace contaminants, and they typically do not remove much fluoride. More intensive systems, especially reverse osmosis, can remove fluoride, but they may also remove naturally occurring minerals from the water. So whether fluoride or minerals are filtered out really depends on the type of filtration system being used,” he explains.

Dr. Sharma adds to this, saying, “Water filtration systems do not remove fluoride, but do remove chloride and some heavy metals as well as sand and sediment.”

Should You Worry About Microplastics in Bottled Water?

Microplastics, which are tiny fragments of plastic measuring less than five millimeters, have become a hot topic in the health world. According to a study of more than 200 people undergoing surgery, almost 58% had microplastics or nanoplastics (which are smaller than microplastics) in a main artery, and the individuals who had microplastics in their main arteries had a 450% higher likelihood of having a heart attack, stroke or dying within 34 months of their surgery. 

Anything with plastic poses a risk of microplastics, including water in plastic bottles. “People who drink bottled water should at least be aware that microplastics and nanoplastics have been detected in bottled water. However, the science is still developing and current evidence does not yet clearly establish a human-health risk from the levels found in drinking water,” Dr. Ye says. To his point, it’s too early for anyone to know exactly how microplastics may or may not impact health.

While we don’t know the exact impact of microplastics, Dr. Sharma says that drinking tap water instead of bottled water is an easy way to reduce your exposure. “Someone who drinks three bottles of water a day may consume an entire credit card’s worth of plastic more than someone who drank just tap water,” he says.

Dr. Sharma says that most of the microplastic exposure from bottled water comes from the plastic release from twisting the cap on and off. So if you are going to drink bottled water, it’s best to pour it in a glass instead of twisting the cap on and off multiple times. “Storage conditions such as heat, cold, sunlight and mechanical stress can increase microplastic leeching into the water,” Dr. Sharma adds.

The Verdict on Which Is Healthier: Bottled Water or Tap Water

With all this in mind, what is the best choice: Tap water or bottled water? Both experts emphasize that both options are safe. However, if given the choice, they both say that tap water is the healthier option.

“For most people served by a well-run public water system, tap water is usually the healthier default choice. It is publicly monitored, often fluoridated and avoids the plastic packaging and potential plastic-particle exposure associated with bottled water,” Dr. Ye says. 

Dr. Sharma adds, “Tap water is healthier than bottled water. It provides fluoride for dental health, beneficial minerals and lower microplastic exposure with comparable safety profiles.” 

However, there are times when bottled water is helpful to have on hand. “Bottled water is useful in emergencies, during travel or when local tap water has a specific problem,” Dr. Ye says, adding that it’s still not inherently healthier simply because it is bottled.

We’re fortunate to live in a country where tap water is safe and accessible; it’s easy to take it for granted. Drinking tap water is healthy and cuts down on environmental waste. It’s a win-win!

The Neil Diamond classic pop song "Sweet Caroline (Good Times Never Seemed So Good)" was originally released as a single in May 1969, and by June of the same year, it peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Fast forward a couple dozen years to 1997 forward, and the catchy song has become a timeless game-day anthem, thanks to the Boston Red Sox and their fans.

Back in the mid-1960s, when Diamond was writing the song "Sweet Caroline" in a Memphis, Tennessee hotel room, there's no way he could have predicted the song would evolve into a sporting day hype song for decades to come.

"Sweet Caroline" began its journey to becoming a Fenway Park institution back in 1997, when a Red Sox employee reportedly played the Diamond song in the stadium at random for a friend who had named their new baby Caroline. Fans responded to the song's catchy, high-energy chorus, and after that, the Red Sox began using it the song more regularly to pump up fanfare in the stands.

In 2002, "Sweet Caroline" was officially inaugurated onto Fenway's ongoing playlist rotation, at the request of then-executive vice president, Charles Steinberg. He decided they'd play the beloved song during the middle of the eighth inning at every home game.

Despite some Red Sox fans expressing some "Sweet Caroline" fatigue over the years, the tradition continues today.

And you'll not only hear this song's "So good, so good!" chant at Red Sox games. The song continues to generate nostalgic game-day energy far and wide at sports events across the globe.

Curtis took to Instagram to reveal that she and Bregman enjoyed some time together on a plane ride. The Freakier Friday star posted a selfie of her with Bregman, who took the picture.

“So fun to have my old friend @traceybregman1 as my airplane spouse! We spoke of when we first met on the ABC show of Circus of the Stars when I flew on the trapeze and reconnected now, both deeply involved in our lives and our families and our friendships,” read her Instagram caption.

Bregman reshared the image with her own caption reflecting on decades of friendship with the Hollywood A-lister.

Although she was born in Germany and spent time as a kid in London, Bregman’s family moved to Los Angeles when she was 10. Like Curtis, Bregman grew up in the entertainment industry.

Bregman’s father was famed composer Buddy Bregmam and her mother is Canadian-born actress Suzanne Lloyd. Curtis is the daughter of Hollywood icons Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis.
