'Shark Tank' Star Wears $12.9 Million Item as a Necklace

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 2:52am

Kevin O’Leary grabbed attention at the 2026 Actor Awards when he walked the red carpet wearing a sports card worth nearly $13 million around his neck.

The Shark Tank investor arrived at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday with a rare, one-of-one basketball card signed by two NBA legends, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan, framed in white gold and covered in diamonds.

O’Leary, 71, is best known for his role on Shark Tank. But this time, it was not a business pitch that got people talking. It was his necklace.

The item hanging from his neck was a 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autograph card. According to ESPN, it features patches from both players’ jerseys and their signatures.

The card is numbered 1-of-1, meaning there is only one like it in the world. O’Leary bought it in August 2025 for $12.932 million. On the red carpet, he proudly said it is now worth $20 million.

View this post on Instagram

“We brought Kobe back to L.A. That’s a one of one dual logo, man, signed with Jordan as well. It’s a $20 million card in 2.2 pounds of Tiffany white gold and 100 karats of Tiffany diamonds. I mean, we’re rockin’ it tonight, baby, that’s it,” O’Leary said during a red carpet interview.

The necklace includes 2.2 pounds of Tiffany white gold and about 100 carats of Tiffany diamonds. He described the weight of the piece in a social media video before the event.

“The weight of this thing is, like, two pounds of solid gold and diamonds,” he said while holding the card close. “But it’s all for Kobe.”

O’Leary explained that wearing the card in Los Angeles had special meaning. Bryant, who played for the Los Angeles Lakers, died in a helicopter crash in January 2020 along with his daughter Gianna and seven others. O’Leary said the necklace was his way of honoring the late basketball star and “bringing Kobe back to LA where we all love him.”

The card is not just rare; it is record-breaking. When it sold for $12.932 million through Heritage Auctions, it became the most expensive sports card ever sold at auction. It passed the famous 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle card, which had sold for $12.6 million in 2022.

Experts say the card’s value comes from its rarity and history. It is the only dual Logoman card signed by both Jordan and Bryant. The patches on the card come from game-worn jerseys, making it even more special to collectors.

O’Leary purchased the card with partners Matt Allen and Paul Warshaw. Even though it cost nearly $13 million, O’Leary has made it clear he does not plan to sell it.

“It’s going to be a part of an index that I’m going to continue to grow along with my partners,” he said in a past interview. “We look at it no different than our bitcoin holdings, our ethereum holdings, our gold holdings. ... It’s no different than collectible watches, in some way. It’s so rare that the prices continue to appreciate, and they seem to defy recessions.”

He has also called the card “a labor of love.” For O’Leary, the gold Logoman patch is what makes it stand out. “It’s unique. It’s a piece unique,” he said.

O’Leary wore the necklace while attending the 32nd annual Actor Awards, where he was nominated with the cast of Marty Supreme for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. In the film, he plays Milton Rockwell, a wealthy businessman in a 1950s sports drama.

The ceremony, hosted by Kristen Bell, brought out many big names in film and television.

While many stars wore designer gowns and tailored suits, O’Leary’s bold choice stood out because it mixed sports history with high jewelry. It was part fashion and part investment statement.

Movie Icon, 83, Triggers Wave of Emotions After Lifetime Achievement Award

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 11:15pm

Hollywood legend Harrison Ford brought many in the room to tears after accepting the Life Achievement Award at the 2026 Actor Awards on Sunday night.

The 83-year-old star received a long standing ovation at the 32nd annual ceremony, newly renamed from the SAG Awards to the Actor Awards. As he walked to the stage, cameras captured emotional reactions from fellow actors, including Timothée Chalamet, as well as Ford’s wife, Calista Flockhart

A video shared by Entertainment Tonight on Instagram quickly spread online, showing just how much the moment meant to the crowd.

Online, fans echoed the emotional tone seen inside the venue.

“He deserves it! He's such an amazing person! Couldn't love him more!!” one wrote.

Another commented, “What a legend total class act.”

A user added, “Finally! So well deserved!”

One fan simply said, “This extraordinary man. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼”

Another praised, “Harrison is a legend, one of the best actors Hollywood has. He has given us so so so much with his acting that this is the least he deserves. ❤️”

And yet another repeated the strong support, “He deserves it! He's such an amazing person! Couldn't love him more!!”

View this post on Instagram

Ford, who has worked in film and television for more than six decades, fought back tears as he began his speech.

“I feel incredibly grateful for this kind of attention, but to be clear, I also am quite humbled,” he said. He joked that while many actors in the room were nominated for recent performances, he was there “to receive a prize for being alive.”

The comment made the audience laugh, but it also showed his modest side. He added, “It’s a little weird to be getting a Lifetime Achievement Award at the half-point of my career. It’s a little early, isn’t it? I’m still a working actor.”

Ford shared that he was not an overnight success. For 15 years, he moved between acting jobs and carpentry work before landing a role in a “wildly successful film.” That film was the firstStar Wars movie, directed by George Lucas. He also thanked Steven Spielberg, who directed him in the Indiana Jones films.

“In my third year of college, I was a little lost,” Ford said. “I felt isolated and alone, and then I found a company of people putting on plays.” He explained that those people became “my people.” Through acting, he found purpose and a sense of belonging.

He also spoke about how much he values teamwork. “The work I do with other actors is one of the great joys of my life,” he said. He thanked writers, directors, crew members and castmates who helped build his long career.

As someone who grew up watching Ford fly the Millennium Falcon or crack a whip as Indiana Jones, seeing him speak so openly felt different. He is often known for playing tough heroes, but on this night, he showed a softer side.

Ford ended his speech by thanking his “extraordinary, beautiful wife, Calista,” and his family. “I’m indeed a lucky guy,” he said. “Lucky to have found my people, lucky to have work that challenges me and lucky to be still doing it. I don’t take that for granted.”

The emotional speech came during a rare public appearance with Flockhart. The couple, who married in 2010, walked the red carpet together at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles. They wore matching black outfits, with Ford adding black-rimmed glasses to his tuxedo, while Flockhart wore a one-shoulder gown with silver earrings.

Ford became the 61st recipient of the Life Achievement Award, joining past honorees such as Jane Fonda and Robert De Niro.

Despite the lifetime honor, Ford shows no signs of slowing down. He recently earned his first Emmy nomination for his role in the Apple TV+ series Shrinking, where he plays Dr. Paul Rhoades, a senior therapist living with Parkinson’s disease.

Even at 83, Ford made it clear he is not finished. And judging by the tears, applause and heartfelt reactions from peers and fans, Hollywood is grateful he’s still here.

Did Ghislaine Maxwell Inspire an 'Industry' Character? Creators Weigh in Amid Finale

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 11:03pm

If you're a fan of edgy television and not yet familiar with Industry, now is the time to brush up.

The acclaimed HBO show's fourth season came to a close on Sunday, March 1, with a fifth and final installment already confirmed.

Fans have already voiced their thoughts about season 4 in the comments section of HBO/Industry's recent finale-centric Instagram post. "What a season, what a series. Can’t wait for season 5," wrote one Instagram user, while another person simply wrote, "Yasmin became the father😢."

View this post on Instagram

Regarding the latter comment, others referenced a public figure who has been making plenty of headlines amid the Epstein files. "Yasmin Kara Hanani Maxwell," one person commented, while another Instagram user wrote, "yasmin to ghislaine."

To make things explicitly clear — fans, viewers and critics have noticed parallels between the fictional character Yasmin (played by Marisa Abela) and real-life inmate Ghilaine Maxwell. And as the latest season's finale came to air, the masterminds behind Industry addressed the similarities in a new interview.

"We talked about Ghislaine Maxwell in the Season 3 writers’ room, and it was more the biographical elements," show co-creator Mickey Downtold Variety in an article that published Sunday. "That story was interesting. We always talked about Robert Maxwell — his fraud, the fact that he named this boat after his daughter. They had a slightly inappropriate relationship. I can’t speak for Ghislaine Maxwell, or understand her motivations whatsoever. But we found certain biographical elements of her story interesting, quite frankly."

Down continued, "But I feel like the one-to-one comp between Ghislaine Maxwell and Yasmin is to do a disservice to Yasmin as a character. Yasmin has been a victim of trauma, a victim of abuse. She can’t really formulate what that abuse was, but there’s definitely a sort of inappropriate relationship with sex and her parentage, which has been there basically since Season 2. The first scene with her father, he’s commenting on her body and how she looks. So that’s always been there. It was never supposed to be a character study about how trauma begets trauma."

'90s Rocker Announces Return to Music at Age 57

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 10:44pm

More than five decades after he first began his musical journey, '90s metal mainstay Jon Schaffer, 57, is officially returning to the spotlight.

Schaffer, best known as the founder and longtime guitarist of Iced Earth, is mounting a comeback through his politically oriented side project, Sons of Liberty. The release, titled Thought Crimes (Volumes 1 & 2), is described as a reimagined collection of material from the project's earlier works, the Brush-fires of the Mind LP (2009) and the Spirit of the Times EP (2011). The set features newly remixed tracks and updated live drums from Mark Prator and is scheduled to arrive July 4 via The Circle Music.

Schaffer addressed the project’s return in a lengthy statement. “Sons of Liberty was always meant to be more than music; it was a wake-up call and an attempt to start brushfires of freedom in the minds of those with ears to hear,” he said. "Those who know me, know that I am not here to please everyone; not with my music, nor with my ideals and principles… My wish with the first SOL album in 2009 was to inspire the people to inform themselves."

He added that future Sons of Liberty material may focus on solutions rather than critique. "In the future it is my intention to write a new chapter of Sons music focusing on what I believe to be the solution. Until then, as a great friend and mentor says… Don't aggress. Be an excellent human. Live and let live. Peace."

Schaffer's return to music follows a turbulent chapter in his life. He was arrested in 2021 in connection with the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol and faced multiple charges, including violent entry and disrupting government business. He later cooperated with authorities and, in October 2024, received three years of probation and a $2,200 fine. In 2025, he was pardoned by President Donald J. Trump.

Now, with Thought Crimes (Volumes 1 & 2) set for release, Schaffer is reentering the music world with a project that remains closely tied to his personal and political convictions.

1973 Hit Ranked Among Best ‘Classic Rock Instrumentals’ Was a True Classic

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 10:23pm

A joyful 1973 instrumental by The Allman Brothers Band is getting fresh praise more than five decades later. “Jessica,” the bright and breezy track from the band’s Brothers and Sisters album, has been ranked No. 7 on Collider’s list of the best classic rock instrumentals of all time.

The ranking places “Jessica” among iconic wordless rock pieces, but fans of Southern rock may not be surprised. For years, the song has stood as one of the band’s most loved recordings.

Written mainly by guitarist Dickey Betts, “Jessica” was released in December 1973 as the second single from Brothers and Sisters. While it peaked at No. 65 on the Billboard Hot 100, the song found its real power on rock radio, where it earned heavy airplay and became a staple for generations of listeners.

Derek Trucks, Warren Haynes, and Duane Trucks perform during "The Brothers: Celebrating 50 Years of The Allman Brothers Band" at Madison Square Garden.

Collider’s ranking considered emotional intensity, depth and musical complexity. “Jessica” stood out for its warm tone and uplifting melody. The seven-and-a-half-minute track feels like what one critic described as an “upbeat, warm hug.”

The electric guitar carries the main theme, but it never sounds harsh. Instead, it feels friendly and smooth. An acoustic guitar keeps the rhythm moving forward, while layers of percussion hold steady energy in the background. The result is a song that feels alive, almost like a road trip through the countryside on a sunny afternoon.

One of the track’s most praised moments is the sparkling piano solo by Chuck Leavell. The solo shifts the song into a brighter space before handing the spotlight back to the guitars. The instruments trade lines in a way that feels playful and natural. Even young listeners who may not know the band’s history can sense the joy in the melody.

Betts wrote “Jessica” as a tribute to jazz legend Django Reinhardt. In fact, he crafted the melody so it could be played using just two fingers on the fretting hand, honoring Reinhardt’s unique style. But the inspiration became even more personal.

Betts once struggled to finish the tune until his infant daughter, Jessica, began bouncing happily to the rhythm. He named the song after her, capturing her playful spirit in music.

The track also marked an important moment for the band. It was the first song recorded with bassist Lamar Williams after the death of founding member Berry Oakley. Despite earlier tragedies, including the loss of guitarist Duane Allman in 1971, the band pressed on. “Jessica” became proof that they could still create something bright and hopeful.

Allman Brothers Band’s Legacy Grows in 2026

The renewed spotlight on “Jessica” arrives during a busy period of tributes and honors for the band’s legacy. According to News Channel 8, Florida lawmakers approved a measure to rename a stretch of U.S. 41 in Sarasota County as the “Dickey Betts Memorial Highway.”

Betts, who died in April 2024 at age 80, was remembered by his family as a “legendary performer, songwriter, bandleader, and family patriarch.” They added, “Dickey was larger-than-life, and his loss will be felt worldwide.”

Meanwhile, the band’s landmark 1971 live album At Fillmore East was recently ranked No. 1 on BBC Music Magazine’s list of the “21 greatest live albums of all time.” The magazine called it the “gold standard for improvisation,” praising the group’s unity and energy on stage.

Even related acts continue to carry the torch. Gov’t Mule, led by former Allman Brothers guitarist Warren Haynes, recently expanded its 2026 U.S. tour schedule, showing how the Southern rock spirit lives on through connected projects.

Still, “Jessica” remains one of the purest examples of the band’s magic.

'Summer House' Stars Say This Buttery Yellow Top Is a Must-Have From Target's New Roller Rabbit Collab

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 10:05pm

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

Target has been doing epic brand collaborations for over 25 years and each one of us probably has a different favorite. For me, it has to be the Missoni collab, with Lilly Pulitzer coming in at a close second. But now there's a new launch happening on March 7 that may just put my aforementioned faves in second and third place, respectively. Target is teaming up with Roller Rabbit and I honestly cannot contain my excitement.

If you're as obsessed with Roller Rabbit's playful, boho vibe as much as I am, then mark your calendar for the launch (it's happening online and in stores the same day). And as if I wasn't already pumped for this, two of my favorite Bravo stars, Amanda Batula and Lindsay Hubbard of Summer House, have created their own curated Roller Rabbit x Target edit. Their picks are ridiculously cute.

Roller Rabbit x Target Daisy Floral Embossed Terry Sweatshirt, $25 at Target Roller Rabbit x Target Women's Daisy Floral Embossed Terry Crewneck Sweatshirt Yellow

Target

One of Batula and Hubbard's favorite pieces is this Daisy Floral Embossed Terry Crewneck Sweatshirt in the sweetest yellow. It comes in sizes XXS through 4X and there's a pair of matching shorts available, too, also for $25. Love it when you have the option to create a complete set. Honestly, what might be the best feature of this sweatshirt is that it's designed to hit at the waist—not everyone wants a cropped fit, ya know?

If yellow isn't your color, these exact same separates (in the same size range) come in a cream colorway, too. So you can pick your poison here if you like the embossed print.

The Roller Rabbit x Target is chock full of cutesy pieces, from loungewear to sweet dresses to pajamas. But there are also housewares in the mix, like a patio table and chairs, beach towels, pool floats and dishes. Prices range from $2.49 for a Roller Rabbit-themed sugar cookie all the way up to $250 for the aforementioned patio table.

Target has all sorts of newness for spring happening throughout the store right now, including "radicchio" salad plates and a footed glass egg-shaped jar. So it's certainly worth perusing the aisles if you head in-store for the Roller Rabbit launch on March 7.

The actress’ slimmed-down figure was perfectly highlighted by a transparent knitted maxi skirt with rhinestone details that subtly showcased her toned legs.

Completing her red carpet look, the 46-year-old star added a touch of drama with a pair of black velvet gloves while keeping her glam chic in warm brown hues and sleek straight hair.

Fans on social media couldn’t help but gush over her stunning transformation and effortlessly chic red carpet look.

“A MOMENT for Mindy Kaling at the #ActorAwards!!!! She looks so iconic that she clearly decided to make the red carpet her own personal runway. We are not worthy!” one wrote.

A follower praised her standout fashion choice, noting “This dress is everythinggggggggg.”

“Mindy Kaling is absolutely redefining glamour! That silhouette is breathtaking, and the detailing on the gown is perfection. She truly understood the assignment for the #ActorAwards!” a fan added, referring to the style theme “Reimagining Hollywood Glamour From the '20s and '30s.”

Apart from her head-turning appearance, she also made a memorable return to the Actor Awards red carpet.

Although she participated in the virtual ceremony in 2021 in a striking cobalt blue Alex Perry gown as a presenter at the 27th annual ceremony, her last red carpet appearance for the Actor Awards was in 2014.

At the time, the then-35-year-old actress walked the red carpet in a dark blue ensemble by David Meister. The creation featured a cowl neckline and a cinched bodice with a flowy floor-grazing skirt.

Not only was the Actor Awards 2026 her red carpet comeback, but it was also a reunion with her The Office co-stars.

To present the award, cast members Jenna Fischer, Ellie Kemper and Angela Kinsey joined Kaling on stage to announce the winner for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, with The Studio winning the category.

Actor Awards 2026: Owen Cooper Creates History, Dethrones Kate Winslet As The Youngest Winner

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 9:41pm

Adolescence star Owen Cooper is turning this awards season into a history-making run, and the Actor Awards were no exception.

The 16-year-old actor from Warrington, England, took home the Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series award, becoming the youngest winner in the category’s history. Cooper eclipsed Kate Winslet, who was 20 when she won the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) award for her performance in the 1995 movie Sense and Sensibility.

The actor was not present at the ceremony, and his award was collected by presenters Damson Idris and Yerin Ha. Idris joked that Cooper was unable to attend, adding, ‘Owen couldn’t be here, so I’ll be taking this home — thank you."

A masterclass performance. Congratulations to Owen Cooper, winner of the Actor® for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Limited Series. 🙌 pic.twitter.com/3j44zC8kx0

— The Actor Awards (@theactorawards) March 2, 2026

Cooper edged past industry veterans such as Jason Bateman (Black Rabbit), Stephen Graham (Adolescence), Charlie Hunnam (Monster: The Ed Gein Story), and Matthew Rhys (The Beast in Me) to win the trophy.

Cooper's golden run in awards season began in September 2025, when he took home the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie award at the Emmys. He was 15 at the time and became the youngest male actor to win the prestigious award, and the youngest actor ever to be nominated in the aforementioned category. Meanwhile, he took home the Best Supporting Actor in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film trophy at this year's Golden Globes, and by doing so, he went on to become the youngest winner in that particular category. But that's not all, he was also the second-youngest male to win a Golden Globe.

Adolescence itself has enjoyed a strong awards run, winning multiple prizes across major ceremonies and gaining attention for its ambitious storytelling style and emotionally heavy themes. The series explores youth violence, accountability, and the social pressures shaping modern adolescence, helping it resonate with viewers worldwide and become one of Netflix’s most critically discussed limited series in recent years.

Despite the growing spotlight, the teenager’s career is only just beginning, with upcoming projects already in development following the breakout success of Adolescence.

With another major award secured, Owen Cooper’s rapid ascent shows no signs of slowing, positioning him as one of the most promising young actors currently working in television.

'90s Rock Band Announces Exciting News on 2026 World Tour

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 9:22pm

'90s alternative rock icons, The Flaming Lips, are taking their 2026 world tour even further.

The Oklahoma-born band has just announced additional stops in Mexico City, London, Jakarta and Louisville via Instagram, expanding what was already shaping up to be one of their most ambitious global runs in recent years.

Known for their kaleidoscopic live shows, complete with confetti cannons, oversized balloons and frontman Wayne Coyne often performing inside a giant inflatable bubble, The Flaming Lips have long treated concerts as full sensory experiences. The newly added cities give even more fans around the world the chance to witness that spectacle in person.

"We don’t do fire but we did do fireworks here and there," Coyne told The Guardian. "We were playing a series of shows in Texas and bought a bunch of fireworks and, while we were playing, we literally shot them off the stage. They're shooting up and hitting us, they're hitting the audience, they're hitting the ceiling, they're hitting everywhere." Then he added, "No one should ever do that. But we did it. We got away with it. And we will never do it again."

View this post on Instagram

Formed in 1983, the band rose to mainstream prominence in the 1990s with breakout releases like Transmissions from the Satellite Heart and The Soft Bulletin. Their 1999 album The Soft Bulletin and 2002's Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots remain cult favorites, celebrated for blending dreamy psychedelia with deeply emotional songwriting.

While the group has continued to experiment sonically across decades, releasing concept albums, orchestral collaborations and even immersive performance projects, their live presence has remained a constant draw. Each tour tends to feel less like a standard rock show and more like a communal celebration.

The newly announced 2026 dates in Mexico City, London and Jakarta highlight the band's enduring international appeal, while the Louisville stop adds another key U.S. market to the itinerary.

With the expanded schedule, 2026 is shaping up to be a banner year for The Flaming Lips, and a reminder that more than 30 years after their alt-rock breakthrough, they're still finding new corners of the globe to turn pink and psychedelic.

Who Plays Billie on 'Tracker'?

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 9:05pm

Billie made her return on Tracker Season 3 Episode 10, helping Justin Hartley's Colter Shaw navigate a sticky situation.

For the first time ever, Colter was the one being hunted after being framed for a string of murders he did not commit.

With the FBI serving up a warrant to search and seize electronics at Reenie's (FionaRene) office, he couldn't count on Randy's (Chris Lee) help, so he called in back-up.

And Billie came to the rescue without hesitation, providing Colter with medical assistance, an AirBnb hideout (which didn't take long for the police to find after neighbors spotted him) and a cover so he could escape. She even got herself arrested trying to get the police off his scent so he could make a break for it and solve the case, bringing justice to the victims and clearing his own name in the process.

Who Plays Billie on Tracker?

Billie is played by Moroccan-Cuban actress Sofia Pernas, who is married to Hartley in real life.

The duo tied the knot in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, about one year after they started dating. Hartley and Pernas first met on the set of The Young and the Restless in 2015, before continuing their on-screen partnership on Tracker.

Pernas is known for her roles in the NBC legal drama Suits LA, the CBS action series Blood & Treasure, and other titles such as Sonic the Hedgehog 3,Jane the Virgin, QuantumLeap, and The Brave.

Billie's Backstory on Tracker

Pernas' Billie Matalon is a recurring character on Tracker. As a fellow rewardist, she is somewhat of a rival to Colter. And though she has double-crossed him in the past, she's also come to his aid a handful of times.

Billie's painful childhood, which she reveals when she returns to her hometown in Nebraska to help Colter work a case, also gives fans insight into her character, as she confides in him that her mother was a grifter who embezzled money from City Hall, which impacted many locals and left them without pensions and retirement funds.

Billie and Colter's history becomes even more complicated as they go from rivals to love interests, unable to fight the intense chemistry between them and the deeply shared understanding of the loneliness that comes with the job.

T

Fans first meet Billie on Tracker Season 1 Episode 6 titled "Lexington." She's returned a few times since, including Tracker Season 2 Episode 3, titled "Bloodlines," and again in Tracker Season 2 Episode 15, titled "The Grey Goose," where the duo shares a pivotal on-screen kiss.

In her most recent guest stint, Billie's loyalty to Colter never wavers, even when it puts her in the line of danger. She goes above and beyond to help him, and though there's no romantic moment playing out on screen, the fact that she's willing to drop everything to save him shows just how deeply rooted their connection is.

Tracker airs Sundays on CBS, shifting to a 9 pm ET – 10 pm ET timeslot (9/8c) starting March 1.

'Tracker' Midseason Premiere: In a First-Ever Twist, Colter Shaw Is a Wanted Man—Can He Clear His Name?

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 9:01pm

Tracker finally returned from its lengthy midseason hiatus on Sunday, March 1, picking up right where it left off, despite airing in a new time slot.

Fans may remember that Colter Shaw's life hung in the balance on Tracker Season 3 Episode 9, after he and John Keaton (Brent Sexton), his buddy and retired cop, were run off the road by bullets, causing their car to fall off a cliff.

On Tracker Season 3 Episode 10, titled 'The Fallout,' fans learn that Colter survived the incident, though he's not in fighting shape. He's taken quite a beating while assisting Keaton on the case, and not just physically. With his face plastered all over the news, Colter is the one being hunted for a change, as he's made out to be considered "armed and dangerous."

It's a first for Colter, and presents a series of challenges, as he tries to uncover the truth, save Cassie Lindstrom, the kidnapping victim in the case, and clear his own name in the process, all while flying under the radar.

He gets an assist from his team, Reenie (Fiona Rene) and Randy (ChrisLee), along with a special guest star that fans may or may not be happy to see again. Sofia Pernas, Hartley's real-life wife, returns as Billie, offering him an assist and landing herself behind bars in the process.

Tracker Season

While slapping the handcuffs on, Det. Willa Sims (guest star Jes Macallan) tells Billie, "I hope he was worth it," and, of course, Billie knows he is, because unlike the FBI, Billie knows the nature of Colter's character—she knows he'll get to the bottom of it eventually, even if that means she has to take the hit for a bit.

Regardless of your feelings on Billie and Colter's romantic dalliance, Billie was a necessary asset on "The Fallout," as the FBI took control of Randy's computer, leaving him limited in the ways he could help Colter out.

Colter eventually manages to untangle this very complex web of lies (we never doubted him for a second), which involves a corrupt task force, set up by Police Commissioner Ross Bogart (played by SashaRoiz), who kidnapped Cassie Lindstrom, the widow of Jake Lindstrom, an officer on the task force who was killed by assasin-for-hire Emile Lang (Mark Engelhardt).

Bogart wanted to keep the fact that he and his task force were being paid off hidden, so they kidnapped Cassie, Lange's now-girlfriend, to draw him out and hopefully silence him. When Colter got involved, he saw the perfect scapegoat, though he severely underestimated his skills and abilities.

Colter initially believed that Lange was the one responsible for shooting at him and Keaton, but he later put the pieces together and realized it was actually agents from the task force.

Once Colter figured out that Bogart was the one framing him and Lange, he was able to locate Cassie. Bogart threatened to "snap her neck," as Lange arrived just in time to take the shot, freeing Cassie and turning himself in.

The logic is sound—find the kindapper, find the person setting you up for a string of murders.

The plot, however, was pretty clunky and hard to follow at times, especially with a three-month hiatus, and it wasn't totally necessary in moving Colter's storyline along. Though it did allow fans to see a new side of him—forcing him to really zone in on his survival skills and fight for what's right from the shadows, with a huge target on his back.

Sims paid the ultimate price, however. Before Colter was able to figure everything out, Sims confronted Bogart about the shady operation, thinking she'd give him a chance to explain. She put too much trust and faith into a person who shot her several times without hesitation, mere moments after offering a menacing warning to tread "carefully."

We may not have known Sims for too long—and questioned her motive and involvement at one point too—but her death was hard to watch, especially at the hands of someone who was meant to serve and protect and have her back.

Billie later informed Colter that Sims didn't make it, despite trying to "make it all right."

Tracker airs Sundays on CBS, shifting to a 9 pm ET – 10 pm ET timeslot (9/8c).

'80s Icon Causes a Stir With Concerning Appearance

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 8:49pm

Demi Moore turned heads at the 32nd Annual Actors Awards on Sunday, not just for her fashion but for her noticeably fragile appearance.

The 63-year-old actress arrived in a stunning black column gown from Schiaparelli’s 2026 couture collection, featuring a dramatic tulle bustle adorned with black polka dots.

While the outfit and glittering Harry Winston jewels totaling over 95 carats made a bold statement, social media users quickly noticed something concerning about Moore’s physical condition.

As videos of Moore’s entrance circulated, viewers were quick to comment

“Her feet came into view. It was the first thing I focused on. She looks swollen,” one Instagram user observed.

“Wait a minute, look at her ankles. Something is wrong,” another added.

The commentary continued, with fans expressing concern over her overall health.

“Something is not right,” a user said.

A commenter claimed, “She is beautiful but does not look healthy. Too thin and swollen feet.”

A more sympathetic view stated, “I’m sorry. I think she is beautiful but here she looks underweight and sickly. Very concerning.”

Despite the concern, Moore’s fashion choices remained undeniably glamorous. The black Schiaparelli gown featured a sculptural strapless neckline with textured detailing down the front, complemented by a massive white tulle piece with polka dots trailing behind her. Moore paired the gown with glittering jewels, completing a look that brought the glamour to the red carpet.

This appearance followed closely on the heels of a bold hairstyle change. Just days before the awards, Moore debuted a wet-look shaggy bob at Gucci’s FW26 show in Milan, Italy. Her stylist, Dimitris Giannetos, described the cut as a major transformation to highlight Moore’s personality and align with designer Demna Gvasalia’s collection.

Moore praised her glam team, saying, “An absolute honor to attend Demna’s inaugural runway show for Gucci. A bold, beautiful new chapter begins!”

View this post on Instagram

Moore’s recent public appearances have been filled with high-fashion moments. Earlier in Milan, she paired a fitted black leather jacket and pants with oversized shades, carrying her chihuahua Pilaf. The actress also shared casual, makeup-free moments on Instagram, including dining at a local Italian restaurant with Pilaf, showing her in a cozy black sweater and aviator frames, per InStyle.

Back in Los Angeles for the Actors Awards, Moore was nominated for Best Ensemble for her role in Landman. The red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium, streamed live on Netflix, was full of dazzling stars, from Gwyneth Paltrow in Givenchy to Jenna Ortega in Christian Cowan.

While Moore has always embraced bold fashion choices and hair transformations, her recent look has sparked debate over her well-being.

The actress, however, has spoken openly in the past about aging gracefully and embracing independence. In a 2024 interview, she emphasized living in the moment and redefining her life on her own terms, explaining that she no longer feels pressured to follow societal rules about beauty or hair.

As Moore navigates public opinions, fans are reminded of her decades-long influence in Hollywood and her continued presence in major events like Milan Fashion Week and the Actors Awards.

2007 Hit Ranked ‘Best Movie of the Century’

Sun, 03/01/2026 - 8:46pm

In 2007, There Will Be Blood arrived in theaters like a thunderclap: stark, ambitious and utterly uncompromising.

Now, nearly two decades later, Rolling Stone has ranked it the "Best Movie of the Century," placing Paul Thomas Anderson's sprawling drama at the very top of its list of 21st-century films.

From its wordless opening sequence in the deserts of New Mexico, the film signals its grand ambitions. Rolling Stone described Anderson's tale of American greed as towering "like a derrick over our new millennium," casting a shadow as imposing as that of Daniel Plainview, the ruthless oilman played by Daniel Day-Lewis.

Day-Lewis' portrayal of Plainview is central to the film’s enduring power. His explosive performance, at times contemptuous, at times darkly comic, ultimately earned him the Academy Award for Best Actor.

"Everything Daniel does makes me giggle with pleasure and joy," Anderson told The Guardian in 2019. His inventiveness, his devilishness, the joy he has in making such a maniacal portrait of a man unhinged."

Loosely inspired by Upton Sinclair's novel Oil!, the film tracks Plainview's relentless rise in the early California oil boom. What begins as a portrait of entrepreneurial grit slowly mutates into something far darker: a study of greed, ambition and spiritual corrosion. The movie's final confrontation, set in an echoing manor house, has often drawn comparisons to cinematic giants like Citizen Kane, a parallel Rolling Stone embraced in its assessment.

Anderson's filmmaking blends classical scale with modern unease. The film straddles the lien the of old and new Hollywood, as does its unsettling, dissonant score, written by Jonny Greenwood. The music's clicking, atonal textures heighten the sense that something deeply ominous lurks beneath Plainview's success.

But perhaps what cements the film's status is its relevance. Plainview's story perfectly encapsulates the full capitalist cycle, starting as a force of creation that ultimately leads to destruction. More than a period piece, it feels like a prophecy. In an era grappling with wealth inequality and unchecked corporate power, Plainview's story resonates with uncomfortable clarity.

"Unfortunately, this story doesn't seem to be going out of style any time soon," said Anderson. "It would be nice to see it as science fiction one day. Or an account of how truly insane we all once were."

Nearly 20 years after its release, There Will Be Blood remains a towering achievement, a film as imposing and unforgettable as the oil derricks that define its horizon.

It’s the best of the century so far.
