McDonald's Just Turned Grimace Into an Adorable Plushie, and We Need Him

Every year around this time, people start craving minty green milkshakes and keeping an eye out for lucky charms. But this year, it is not just about what is in the cup. It is about who is holding it. McDonald's has officially leaned all the way into St. Patrick's Day nostalgia and given fans something unexpectedly adorable to obsess over.

Enter the Uncle O'Grimacey Plush.

🍳 SIGN UP to get delicious recipes, handy kitchen hacks & fun food news in our daily Pop Kitchen newsletter 🍳

Yes, that Uncle O'Grimacey. The bright green, shamrock-loving relative of Grimace who famously pops up during Shamrock Shake season is now a soft, huggable collectible. And unlike vintage finds that require deep dives on resale sites, this one is brand new and officially licensed.

Uncle O'Grimacey Plush, $45 at Golden Arches Unlimited

Golden Arches Unlimited

The Uncle O'Grimacey Plush stands about 12 to 13 inches tall and is decked out in a shamrock-button vest and a matching green hat that makes him look ready to pour Shamrock Shakes all day long. Instead of the classic purple Grimace, this version is bright green from head to toe, fully embracing the St. Patrick's Day theme.

For longtime McDonald's fans, Uncle O'Grimacey is more than just a random side character. He was originally created to promote the Shamrock Shake and has become something of a seasonal icon. In 2025, McDonald's brought him back into the spotlight to celebrate the return of the beloved minty treat, and now he is stepping into the merch world in plush form.

Collectors know that standard Grimace plush toys are fairly easy to find, but Uncle O'Grimacey items have historically been much rarer. Vintage shamrock-themed trinkets and specialty items often pop up on resale platforms, sometimes at steep prices. That is part of what makes this official plush such a big deal. It feels nostalgic and limited at the same time.

There is something wonderfully chaotic about a giant green mascot becoming a seasonal must-have. But if the internet's obsession with Grimace over the past few years has proven anything, it is that fans are more than ready to embrace the weird and whimsical side of McDonald's lore.

Who needs a four-leaf clover when you have Uncle O'Grimacey watching over your Shamrock Shake this year? If you are tempted, you may want to act fast. Like the Shamrock Shake itself, he probably will not stick around forever.

4 Zodiac Signs Experience a Spiritual Breakthrough in March 2026

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:22pm

Which zodiac signs experience more luck in March 2026? As a new month approaches, we're getting closer and closer to the beginning of Spring in the Western hemisphere of the world. The dread of the darkest days and longest nights begins to fade. In turn, we begin to sense the inklings of Spring, blossoming with renewal. Four zodiac signs experience more relief during March, thanks to astrological transits that illuminate their cosmic path. Read on to discover which star signs can expect more relief.

Which Zodiac Signs Release Negativity and Embrace Positivity in March?

Check for your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs.

Aries

As the Spring equinox arrives on March 20, 2026, Aries will find great joy. Not only does the Sun enter Aries, marking the start of their birthday season, but Mercury retrograde also comes to an end. This cardinal sign will feel rejuvenated, passionate, and lively, ready to embark on new adventures. While their patience may still be tested by Saturn, the disciplinary planet of karma in their sign, as well as by Neptune, the planet of illusions, there is a greater sense of conscious willpower returning. This will help them rediscover their brave, fiery spirit.

Cancer

Jupiter retrograde ends on March 11 in your sign, Cancer. This planet of luck brings an extra boost of positive energy your way. Cancer is ready to take charge, feeling a surge of confidence that encourages you to trust your instincts, follow your intuition, and make bold moves that align with your highest self. You’ll exude natural leadership qualities, making others feel compelled to follow your lead. Trust in your ability to build community and accurately interpret the emotional truths that lie beneath the surface.

Pisces

March will encourage Pisces to release outdated cycles at the beginning of the month. However, by the end, they will gain more clarity, insight, and direction. Mercury retrograde continues in its sign throughout March, lasting until the 20th. This planet of communication and concentration appears to be moving backward, prompting Pisces to look within for insights as external conditions change. Expect second chances, opportunities to clear the air, and resolutions to past issues. As confusion transforms into conviction, you’ll feel ready to make more intentional decisions with the arrival of the Spring Equinox.

Bo Gritz, Green Beret Who Inspired Sylvester Stallone's 'Rambo', Dead at 87

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:15pm

Bo Gritz, also known as James Gordon Gritz, has died at the age of 87, according to his wife. The Green Beret and Vietnam War veteran was a major inspiration for Sylvester Stallone's character of John Rambo in the 1992 movie First Blood.

According to TMZ, Gritz's wife confirmed he had died on Friday, Feb.27, at their Sandy Valley home in Nevada. His cause of death has not officially been confirmed, with his wife having previosly documenting his health battles and cancer diagnosis.

His wife posted on social media days before that she had taken Gritz back to their home from the hospital after a recent diagnosis. She claims Gritz had always said he wanted to die in Sandy Valley, where he's lived for 45 years.

Gritz was a retired United States Army Special Forces officer who served during the Vietnam War and attended the University of Illinois. As a decorated Lieutenant Colonel, he served in the military from 1957 until 1979 and received multiple honors, such as a Silver Star, Purple Heart, Air Medal, and many more. Gritz was born in Enid, Oklahoma, in 1939, with his father having been kille din action during his service in the Army Air Forces during World War II.

Alongside the military, Gritz had his hand in politics and ran for the United States presidency in 1992 as a member of the Populist Party. He was reported to have taken part in the 1992 Ruby Ridge standoff, where he managed to persuade extremist Randy Weaver into surrendering to federal agents after an 11-day siege.

In his career, Gritz also published three books in 1988, 1991, and 2003. He's also reported to have inspired more than a few pop culture characters, like Colonel Kurtz in the 1979 film Apocalypse Now. As well as John "Hannibal" Smith in The A-Team, reportedly a few of Chuck Norris's film characters and was portrayed by actor Vic Browder in the first episode of the 2018 television miniseries Waco.

Above all, Gritz was reported to have been the inspiration for Stallone's legendary Rambo character from the 1982 action movie. The film follows Stallone's character as a Vietnam War vet who uses his skills to survive in a small town after clashing with local law enforcement.

Nothing visually affects a space more than clutter. Even a small mess on your kitchen or bathroom countertop can take away from its aesthetic appeal while making it difficult to quickly find what you need. A seamless storage solution that keeps everything in one place can help you organize quickly while enhancing the room's appearance.

A smart design like the Rossny Lazy Susan Organizer fits nicely into most spaces with its 10.6-inch diameter. It features two tiers, each with ample space to hold multiple containers at one time. This Sweet Seasonal $5 Aldi Find Is Back on Shelves, and Fans Are Calling It 'Dangerously Good'

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:15pm

Springtime is upon us, and Aldi shoppers are going wild for their new and returning goods that adorn the Finds aisle. Whether it's a new food item that reminds us warmer weather is ahead, a whimsical plant stand that's inspiring us to make garden plans or a simple kitchen sink gadget that checks something off our spring cleaning to-do list, Aldi has it all.

😋😋 SIGN UP to get delicious recipes, handy kitchen hacks & more in our daily Pop Kitchen newsletter 🍳🍔

Among the seasonal sweets section is Aldi’s Bake Shop 7 Up Lemon Lime Cake, which has become one of those quirky, yet beloved grocery store desserts that keep fans coming back when it shows up on shelves. It's a pre-made Bundt-style pound cake flavored with lemon-lime soda—famously evoking the nostalgic taste of homemade 7 Up cake. It's finished with a sweet glaze that highlights the citrusy notes. The cake's bright, tangy flavor is lighter than many traditional desserts, making it a refreshing choice, especially in spring and summer.

Bake Shop 7 Up Lemon Lime Cake, $4.95 at Aldi

Aldi

Shoppers often praise its moist, tender crumb and gentle citrus profile—the lemon-lime essence gives each slice a lively zing without overwhelming sweetness. (Although some reviewers say it's pretty sweet.) Many Aldi customers enjoy it straight from the package at family dinners or potlucks, or paired with coffee or tea as an afternoon treat. Its appeal comes from striking a balance between a classic, old-fashioned cake and a fun, soda-inspired twist that's both familiar and delightfully different.

Part of what keeps fans coming back is the cake's somewhat seasonal nature; although it can appear at different times throughout the year, it isn't always guaranteed to be in stock. When it does appear in the Aldi Finds aisle, loyal customers often snap them up quickly, often discussing availability and return dates online. For many, finding one of these cakes feels like a little treasure, and once they try a slice, they understand why it inspires repeat purchases and enthusiastic recommendations among lemon dessert lovers.

What Shoppers Are Saying About Aldi's 7 Up Lemon Lime Cake

In a recent Facebook post, fans went wild knowing the cake is back in stock for the spring. "Dangerously good. Too good. Too easy to eat," said one fan. "My mom used to make that in the 70s!!" cried another. "So good! But, buyer beware-you may just grab a fork and eat the whole thing right from the container!" and "These are so good! My whole family loves them. Very moist and good lemon lime flavor," exclaimed two more.

As with all Aldi Finds, it likely won't stick around, so be sure to snag one if you see it on the shelf. Aldi knows how to play the game of demand, and this nostalgic cake is no exception. "Don't pass it up soooooo good," said one more reviewer.

Budget Airline Refuses to Reschedule Couple’s Postponed Destination Wedding Flight Despite Travel Advisory

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:13pm

So many people opt to go with destination weddings because they can feel a little more manageable since they usually involve a smaller guest list and less pressure to feel like you have to invite everyone you know. However, one couple's dream destination wedding quickly turned into a logistical nightmare after a travel advisory was issued for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where they planned to tie the knot.

To make things worse, the travel company they were working with refused to be flexible about rescheduling their flight. Now, it looks like they will completely lose all of the money they've already spent on their big day. Keep reading to learn more.

@sam_d0ll

i guess don’t book with sunwing đŸ€” #wedding

♬ Hungarian Dances composed by Brahms - Kazukicki KAWAI A Couple Was Not Allowed to Rebook Their Flight Despite a Travel Advisory

Imagine this: You hire a travel agent to help plan your dream destination wedding. And, as you're getting ready for your big day, you find out that the place where your wedding is supposed to be held is now under a travel advisory because of a dramatic rise in violence. But, instead of being able to rely on your travel agent to help you rebook your trip, you find out that they expect you to still go through with your big day, despite the potential danger to you and your guests.

That's exactly what TikToker @sam_d0ll says happened to her friends who were set to get married in Puerto Vallarta. She says that she and her friends were planning to travel to the region after using the Sunwing agency to book their trip. But, after learning that the region had been placed under a Level 2 Travel Advisory by the U.S. Department of State, the couple reached out to their planner for help.

“ They hit up the travel agent that planned this entire wedding and they’re like, ‘OK, yeah, we have to figure out a way to postpone this because no one’s comfortable coming or a lot of people aren’t comfortable coming,’” the TikToker says. But, instead of finding support, the Sunwing agent informed the couple that they were going to have to move forward with their plans since the airport was open or be forced to pay a 100 percent penalty.

The TikToker mocked the agency for their cavalier response, sarcastically saying, “ You have to fly into a war zone. There’s military. You’re good.” Unfortunately, the pair weren't able to find any help with their travel insurance, because the agency said they were unable to cover the trip to the region.

People Couldn't Believe Sunwing's Response

Many people jumped into the comments on the viral video to share their disbelief, with one person saying they were shocked to learn that travel insurance won't cover you if you head to somewhere that is under a travel advisory.

Unfortunately, there were also many comments from people who also had a terrible experience with Sunwing and who wanted to commiserate. "Who trusts Sunwing after all these years," one person wrote. "They have been terrible for years."

"Don’t ever fly with Sunwing. Ever. They don’t care about anyone," another person added.

Related: Virus Outbreak at Beach Vacation Hot Spot Sparks U.S. Travel Advisory

It seems like Sunwing's policy about not rebooking flights to destinations under a travel alert is a departure from the industry standard, according to The Points Guy, who notes that many airlines will allow you to rebook your flight at no cost, or give you credits towards a future flight, including:

  • American
  • Delta
  • United
  • Southwest Airlines

However, these policies do vary by airline, so it's important to double check the fine print before you try to rebook.

Puerto Vallarta is a Popular Destination Wedding Location

I truly feel for the couple in the OP's story, and hope that they are able to get their wedding back on track. Puerto Vallarta is a stunning wedding venue, and one that is very popular among brides and grooms looking for a beachy backdrop for their big day.

According to the Destination Weddings blog, people who book weddings here can find inexpensive options that cost under $10,000, or more expensive affairs that can drive the price up a bit. Hopefully the couple in the OP's story is able to recoup some of their costs so that they can still have the wedding of their dreams.

Annie Guthrie, Tommaso Cioni Seen for the First Time in Weeks as Family Arrives at Nancy's Home

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:11pm

Savannah Guthrie, her sisterAnnie Guthrie, and Annie's husband, Tommaso Cioni, shared an emotional moment together as a family when they arrived at their mother's home on Monday, March 2.

In video footage posted to X by NewsNation's Brian Entin, Savannah, Annie and Tommaso walked arm-in-arm to the front of the property where they looked at a makeshift memorial that's been growing for weeks. Yellow flowers and kind words spread across Nancy's lawn as many in the area have stopped by to pay their respects to the family during this challenging time.

— Brian Entin (@BrianEntin) March 2, 2026

It's unclear if the family has been to Nancy's home prior to today. Last week, NBC News reported that authorities had prepared to turn Nancy's home back over to the family after collecting various DNA samples and evidence in hopes of finding out what happened to 84-year-old Nancy.

Early on in the investigation, there were rumors that Tommaso may have somehow been involved in his mother-in-law's disappearance, being that he was the last person to see her before she went missing. At the time, former NewsNation journalist Ashleigh Banfield said that she had a law enforcement source that said that Tommaso could be the prime suspect. Despite Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos clearing the Guthrie siblings and their spouses, some people have still been skeptical of Tommaso, who hasn't been seen in public for weeks.

Seeing him at his mother-in-law's home today, many people couldn't help but feel for him.

"Can you imagine on top of dealing with this insurmountable grief with no closure, being accused of being involved in her disappearance? My heart breaks for this family and I hope they find the peace they deserve," one person wrote.

"So sorry people keep accusing the sister and son in law they are hurting. Prayers," someone else said.

"Terribly sad. Horrible what ppl have put this family through, on top of what’s already happened," a third comment read.

Authorities believe that Nancy may have been abducted from her Arizona home in the middle of the night on Feb. 1. Anyone with information about Nancy's whereabouts or who might be behind her disappearance are asked to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.

Kristin Davis’ 'Sex and the City' Throwback Post Draws Heat for Leaving Out Kim Cattrall

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:05pm

Kristin Davis may have been feeling nostalgic for the ’90s, but fans weren’t feeling the love after she shared a Sex and the City throwback photo that noticeably cropped out Kim Cattrall — sparking instant backlash online.

Davis posted the reel on TikTok with the caption, “The ’90s were a very interesting time,” set to the 1998 hit “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls. While most of the clip featured solo throwback photos of Davis, one Sex and the City cast image — with Cattrall missing — quickly drew criticism from fans in the comments.

Several fans voiced their frustration over Cattrall being cropped out, with many arguing that her character, Samantha Jones, was one of the best parts of Sex and the City. “Removing Kim was not very Charlotte York of you,” one commenter wrote. While some users embraced the nostalgic tone of the post, Davis’ TikTok quickly filled with GIFs of Cattrall as Samantha, alongside comments questioning why she had been cut from the photo.

The well-publicized fallout between Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker became even clearer when it was confirmed that Cattrall would not return for the revival, And Just Like That, with Parker standing firm on not recasting Samantha Jones. “We’re not looking to create a fourth character,” she told TMZ in 2021. “We have New York City as a great character, and lots of interesting new characters that we’re excited about.”

"You have to respect people's wishes," Davis told The Telegraph about Cattrall's decision not to reprise her character for the Sex and the City spinoff. The outlet spoke to Davis shortly after Cattrall agreed to film one scene for And Just Like That, but only because she didn't have to film with the rest of the cast.

"I'm not gonna waste energy on it. I can't change anybody," Davis said. "I do understand fans' feelings – that they're upset
I wish I could fix it, but I can't, it's not in my power."

Hobby Lobby's Sturdy 2-Tier Console Table Is Giving Antique Farmhouse Vibes in the Best Way

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 12:05pm

You know that awkward stretch of wall that feels too empty to ignore but too small for anything major? That's what you can call accent table territory. The right table can make a space feel finished, like you finally remembered to accessorize the room. It gives you a spot to drop your keys, style a lamp, and stack a couple of coffee table books you want people to think you've read. Practical and pretty? Love to see it.

But a two-tier console table? That's where things get interesting because it's almost as handy for storage as a bookshelf, but feels a little lighter. Now you're not just filling space, you're maximizing it. The top tier can handle the decorative moment with a mirror, a vase or maybe a framed photo. But then the lower shelf does the heavy lifting by holding baskets, extra throws or those random odds and ends that never seem to have a home. It's storage without screaming storage.

Wood Plank Tiered Industrial Console Table, $169.39 (originally $241.99) at Hobby Lobby

Hobby Lobby

This Wood Plank Tiered Industrial Console Table at Hobby Lobby does all of that, while adding a bit of antique charm to the room. The shelves have a slatted plank aesthetic, and the hardware (complete with tiny metal wheels) gives off an old-timey vibe.

Related: Kohl's Reversible Outdoor Rug Is Bringing MacKenzie-Childs Energy at a Great Price

Note that some assembly is required on your part. The table comes with 16 screws, 16 washers, 16 wingnuts and a trusty Allen wrench to help you pull the console table together.

Equally important to know—this is an indoor piece. Sure, it's designed to look like a cart, but it isn't meant to withstand the outdoor elements, so please keep it inside.

Over the past year or so, Hobby Lobby has offered free shipping on orders over $59, but unfortunately, this piece doesn't qualify. So if you decide to order the table online, you will be on the hook for shipping charges. Your best bet is to head in-store to see if it's available IRL; that way, you can buy it and take it home without adding any additional costs (other than tax, of course).

The 'Lob has a lot of cutesy finds featuring a retro look right now, like a fun piece of Coca-Cola decor and a chic checkerboard rug that screams 1950s nostalgia.

Here's What You Need to Know About Traveling to Abu Dhabi and Dubai as Tensions Rise

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:54am

In a dramatic turn from the swaying palms and glass towers most of us picture when we think of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi and Dubai are at the center of one of the most disruptive travel events seen since the pandemic. Both cities reported explosions from missile and drone attacks that prompted the closure of airspace over Dubai International and Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International airports. Airlines including Emirates, Etihad Airways, and flydubai have halted flights, leaving thousands of travelers stranded as flights are canceled or rerouted.

The attacks, launched by Iran in retaliation for U.S. and Israeli military actions, caused damage to terminals, infrastructure, and nearby areas, and at least one person was killed. The U.S. Department of State currently advises Level 2 – “Exercise Increased Caution” for the UAE due to missile and drone risks, urging Americans to monitor local news, enroll in STEP, and have contingency plans.

To anyone who’s ever planned a stopover in Dubai or booked an Abu Dhabi beach break, this is more than a news headline. It’s a reminder that even the most iconic, well-connected destinations can be reshaped by geopolitics overnight.

The Real Impact On Travelers: What To Expect On The Ground

When travel chaos hits, the scene at airports tells the real story. Gone are the lines of sun-soaked tourists passing through passport control. Instead, travelers are waking up to cancellation boards, scrambled announcements, and the familiar hunt for airline desks that can rebook flights or offer refunds. In some cases, passengers have wound up sleeping on terminal floors because there simply were no flights to board.

I’ve been in airports during bad weather and even major transit strikes, but this feels different. Because the entire region’s airspace is affected, alternatives are few. Many travelers are adjusting plans on the fly, choosing to wait it out in city hotels, or shifting to overland routes where possible. Comfortable lounges and pushchairs once common at global hubs are now filled with people trying to stay upbeat as they flip through notifications on their phones. Steam rises from fresh coffee cups beside carry-on luggage that suddenly feels like an anchor.

Local authorities and airlines have tried to soften the blow. Some carriers are offering rebooking or refunds, and governments are assisting citizens trying to return home. But the basic reality on the ground is that flexibility, patience, and a backup itinerary are suddenly as essential as your passport and sunscreen.

Safety, Advisories, And Cultural Context For Travelers

Travelers arriving in the UAE typically find gleaming skylines and world-class infrastructure. Under normal circumstances Abu Dhabi and Dubai are extremely safe for visitors, with low crime rates and welcoming environments. But when regional tensions rise, so do official advisories and precautions. Governments around the world have been updating guidance for their citizens, warning of flight disruption and encouraging travelers to monitor local news and embassy notices.

View this post on Instagram

The U.S. Embassy has issued shelter-in-place guidance for citizens, and nearby countries like Bahrain and Qatar have updated alerts reflecting regional risks. Major tourist attractions and schools may temporarily close based on safety assessments. This isn’t because everyday life has completely stopped, but because authorities are prioritizing public safety in an unpredictable environment.

From a practical standpoint, if your flight to Dubai or Abu Dhabi is still planned, the smartest thing you can do is delay your departure until you’ve confirmed flight status, contact your airline directly for updates, and travel with insurance that covers trip interruptions. But most likely, delaying your trip all together is the safest bet.

Tips For The Traveler Whose Plans Are In Flux

When disruption hits, the best instincts a traveler can rely on are curiosity and preparedness. That starts with flexible tickets and ends with realistic expectations:

  • Check flights constantly: Airlines are updating schedules on short notice, so what’s true one hour could change the next.
  • Keep digital contacts handy: Airport crowds are no place to hunt for phone numbers. Save airline support lines and embassy info where you can access them offline.
  • Consider nearby alternatives: Some travelers are looking at overland options to Oman or Saudi Arabia if flights remain grounded.
  • Plan for comfort: Extra snacks, portable chargers, and cozy layers go a long way when you’re living out of a terminal for hours or even days.

Most travel stories begin with excitement about a destination. The stories from Dubai and Abu Dhabi right now begin with uncertainty, but they still reflect the same elements that make travel unforgettable: adaptation, resilience, and the human desire to explore. For now, remember that headlines may be dramatic, but thousands of travelers are discovering creative ways to navigate them, and to make the journey part of the story they will tell back home.

Zendaya and Tom Holland’s Alleged Wedding Pic — Is It Real?

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:53am

Zendaya and Tom Holland set the internet on fire last night when Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, dropped a bombshell on the Actor Awards red carpet.

“The wedding has already happened. You missed it. It’s very true.” Roach said in a video shared by Access Hollywood with the captions, “Excuse us?! Law Roach tells us the Zendaya and Tom Holland wedding has already happened.”

View this post on Instagram

The star couple got engaged in 2024, with Zendaya seeming to confirm the news publicly at the 2025 Golden Globes by sporting a gorgeous Jessica McCormick-designed diamond ring on her ring finger. Rumors swirled again days ago when the Dune actress was spotted wearing a single gold band. Fans speculated that it’s a wedding band they saw, while others thought maybe Z’s diamond had just turned around on her finger.

Today, the rumor mill is churning even harder due to an image floating around online. In the picture, Holland and Zendaya are standing in front of a microphone — him in a dark suit, her in a lacy wedding gown and veil. They are both looking down as Holland slips a ring on Zendaya’s finger. It’s a cute pic, but it comes with a disclaimer.

At the bottom of the image is a “Readers added context” notification, saying that “an account on X used AI to create the picture.” Mkay. There it is. Another reminder to use your skeptical goggles when spying “news” on the internet.

The alleged image sparked inspiration from others to make their own AI photos. And honestly, they're beautiful. Fake, but beautiful. If Tomdaya's real wedding photos ever really go public, they're going to break the internet.

Married or not, the Spider-Man couple, both 29, have kept their romance and relationship private since the beginning. In a recent chat with Interview magazine, Zendaya said it’s all but going to stay that way.

“I do try to have privacy, not just for characters, but for me in real life,” she said in conversation with Robert Pattinson. “I try to be honest to who I am when I am in public, but I also try to keep things for myself.”

View this post on Instagram

Holland and Zendaya met in 2017 while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming. Their budding romance was outed by paparazzi who caught them kissing in a car. Since then, they’ve tried to keep the details of their partnership mum.

The actress is pictured for real in a wedding dress, though, albeit not with Holland and not for a real wedding. Rather, for her new film, The Drama, which co-stars Pattinson and hits theaters April 3.

The photo that Curtis included in her Instagram post was a screenshot that showed a headline and photo from another article written about her. The photo used of Curtis was an old one, and it showed her looking pretty rough.

In the caption, Curtis wrote that fans shouldn't worry about her based on the photo that had been used. She explained it had been taken during Season 1 of Rehab Addict, in 2010.

Curtis shared that at the time, she refused to conform to expectations that she wear makeup. "What was the sense in doing a show about my life if I wore makeup (when I never wore makeup)," she noted.

Since then, Curtis acknowledged, she has "decided to cover up those dark circles in camera, but back then? Nope."

The now-fired HGTV host also insisted she's "great," despite recently being followed by TMZ after she picked her kids up from school. Curtis cheekily insisted that the joke was on TMZ, as she tends to "always look a bit disheveled & with my hat covering my tired mom look."

She wasn't trying to hide herself when spotted by TMZ. Rather, she wrote, she was "rocking one of my own label flannels and representing Detroit with my hat of choice."

Apparently, after seeing the photos captured by TMZ, one person suggested that Curtis looked like rocker Axl Rose. "You will find me in a hair salon in Detroit this weekend, buddy," she quipped in response.

Curtis also wrote that has has several friends who are "battling for their lives right now," and as such, nobody should "expect to find me curled up in [a] fetal position regarding a tv show ... ever."

"Life is short, but also, a long game. I gave 15 years of my life to making millions of dollars for a lot of people (to those people, you're welcome-[by the way], I made an episodic rate only-no residuals)."

Curtis added that as she worked hard for HGTV, she had the realization that it "wasn't getting me to where I wanted to be - home with my family, my friends at peace."

She felt that as she shifted in how much content she made for HGTV, she bucked the system. She's still filming projects, and believes "God has always had a plan for me and I'm here for it."

The recent Instagram post from Curtis comes after a controversial video from her past emerged that prompted HGTV to part ways with her. The video showed her using the n-word slur, and she has suggested that her ex-boyfriend stole the footage from her.

Curtis' HGTV show, Rehab Addict, was set to return to the network with new episodes the day the video leaked. She had worked with HGTV for 15 years.

Actor Christina Applegate Opens Up About a Harrowing Past Abusive Relationship Ahead of Memoir

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:53am

Actor Christina Applegate, beloved for her roles in "Married With Children" and more recently in "Dead to Me," is opening up about her past and the many relatable struggles she had along the way. Amid her ongoing battle with MS, Applegate is currently promoting her new memoir, “You With the Sad Eyes,” and gives an extremely vulnerable interview with Robin Roberts on Good Morning America.

Applegate talks to Roberts about her decision to turn personal diaries and journals she had locked in a box into her new memoir. "I never wanted anyone to see them, and for some reason, I was like "Alright, let's open it up."

One revelation Applegate reveals among those hidden away diaries is an abusive past relationship that left her afraid for her life. With visibly shaking hands, Applegate recalls, "I remember him sitting there. I remember how scary he was. It's hard to talk about."

She goes on to break down the emotional manipulation that occurs in many abusive relationships and how it can erode self-worth over time. "You're told a lie. He said, 'No one's ever gonna love you the way I love you.' And at some point, you're either so scared or you just believe it. That you're not worthy enough for any other kind of love."

Applegate talks about how important she believes shared experience is for victims and survivors, especially in a culture where women are often shamed for their part in them. "I really really really feel so deeply that I wanted to share because I know how many women get themselves into an abusive relationships and society says, 'I'm a strong woman. I would have gotten out.'" To that idea, she bawks, "You know what? No."

In fact, Applegate appears to feel so strongly about this collective sharing, understanding, and healing, she adds, "Frickin' DM me. Let's talk about it."

Even though, intellectually, we know a person with Applegate's beauty and celebrity status experiences the same plight as many women, it feels important to hear this kind of truth straight from her mouth. Trying to swallow tears, she says, "They feel alone. I felt alone."

Applegate reminds us, too, that the ups and down in life affect all of us. "I still feel alone," she says about the constant battle of being a human in this world. "There's this whole thing that we all want to feel understood. What does that feeling of being understood feel like? I don't know. I'd like to feel less alone."

Applegate's Good Morning America exclusive with Robin Roberts is airing in two parts, March 2 and 3.

Jon Bon Jovi’s 64th Birthday Comes With a Candid Confession

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:48am

Happy 64th birthdayJon Bon Jovi!

The rock and roll icon is entering a new chapter of life. He became a grandfather twice in 2025 and is poised for reinvention as Bon Jovi hits the road this summer for his first tour since 2022.

While promoting his upcoming tour in late 2025, the rocker revealed that he is embracing this new phase of life. He added that this era has given him a fresh perspective on life and aging as he embarks on his first tour in his 60s.

He told the “How to Fail” podcast that he's "fine" with aging, and all the many physical changes that come along with it. “Well, I’m fine with it, I’m not gonna ever get work done, and my hair is gray, and at least I still have all my hair,” he joked.

“I haven’t had any surgeries, operations, Botox injections, eye jobs, lip jobs, or whatever the hell else you do these days. I’m not interested in any of that, nor would I do it.”

However, that doesn't mean that some of the aspects of aging didn't sting. He said he had to come to terms with his gray hair,

"When “[stylists] would put hair color in, I hated that. So, I just said, ‘Screw it,’ like, 12 to 13 years ago. I wouldn’t do that, and so I had to come to terms with aging.”

After over four decades in the public eye, Bon Jovi says the one thing he appreciates most about growing older is "wisdom.” He's looking forward to the next phase of his life, which promises to be as exciting as the last four decades.

“These next couple years can be great if I’m physically right — because of the wisdom. The roller-coaster ride of getting punched in the face forces you to take stock in any and everything," he explained.

"And health, of course, is No. 1 on the list. You can always make a buck. You can always write another song. But your health is key to the universe," referencing the vocal surgery in 2022, that left the Bon Jovi frontman wondering if he would ever sing again. After years of recovery and therapy, Bon Jovi is ready to hit the road for a select series of shows that begins in New York City in July.

Jon Bon Jovi was born on March 2, 1962. He is married to Dorothea Hurley Bongiovi, and they have four children, Stephanie, Jesse, Jake, and Romeo, and two granddaughters.

'Star Trek' Actor and Writer on Honoring Benjamin Sisko: 'I Cannot Be Another Person Tugging at His Sleeve'

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:48am

When Star Trek: Starfleet Academy paid tribute to Benjamin Sisko in a recent episode, fans noticed something at the end: a simple card reading 'Thank you, Avery.' No cameo. No voice acting credit. Just a simple thanks.

Tawny Newsome, who plays Ensign Beckett Mariner on 'Star Trek: Lower Decks' and wrote the Starfleet Academy episode in question, says Avery Brooks' absence wasn't a rejection.

'He has retired from acting,' Newsome told the New Blerd Order podcast, 'and that choice I respect so much.'

Newsome wrote the episode alongside co-writer Kirsten Beyer. Getting Brooks involved at all required some careful navigation. He isn't easy to reach through official channels, but Newsome knew that Cirroc Lofton, who played Jake Sisko on Deep Space Nine and appears in Starfleet Academy, has stayed close with his former TV father.

'I took Cirroc out to lunch,' Newsome said, 'because I had heard that it was hard to contact Mr. Brooks, but I knew that he and Cirroc talk on the phone often. They have a really close relationship.'

Her ask was deliberately open-ended. There was no script yet, no role to offer or decline. She simply wanted to know how Brooks wanted to be involved, if at all.

'There wasn't even a hint of a script written yet before we asked him, like, how do you want to participate,' she said. 'I was not going to put him in a position to feel pressure in any way.'

What Brooks ultimately gave them was his blessing and permission to use his voice at the episode's close. The 'Thank you, Avery' card followed from that.

'That was literally a thank you of like, thank you for letting us honor you,' Newsome said. 'Thank you for lending your voice to us. We couldn't have done this without him.'

The episode centers on Sam, a young cadet played by Karice, who sets out to uncover what happened to Sisko. Newsome was firm from the start that Sam needed to be a young Black woman, specifically because of the dynamic it would create with Jake.

'Optically, we needed him speaking to a young Black woman,' she said.

For Newsome, who grew up watching Deep Space Nine with her father, getting it right for Brooks mattered on a personal level.

'This man has given so much to this universe and so much has been asked of him and so much has been taken from him,' she said. 'I cannot be another person tugging at his sleeve and then do it wrong.'

Diane’s Story Takes a Tragic Turn on 'Hollyoaks'

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:36am

After months of speculation, Hollyoaks has confirmed Diane Hutchinson’s (Alex Fletcher) exit storyline, which will see the character facing a serious health diagnosis.

The announcement was confirmed on the show’s official Instagram account, where Hollyoak revealed that Diane will confide in Nancy Osborne (Jessica Fox) and Leela Lomax (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) about being diagnosed with ovarian cancer.

In upcoming episodes of the soap opera, Diane will also confide in her husband Tony Hutchinson (Nick Pickard) that the cancer is advanced and that treatment may not be effective.

The storyline will focus on how the Hutchinson family, particularly the children, Ant (Brook Debio), Ro (Leo Cole) and Dee Dee (Chloe Atkinson) cope with Diane’s diagnosis.

Speaking about the storyline, Diane’s actress Alex Fletcher said, “This storyline has been a completely new challenge for me and something I’ve never explored before. Unfortunately, in some way or another many of us have been touched by cancer. I know my family certainly has this past year so the storyline can be very relatable.”

She continued, “At times it’s been difficult to film but I’m glad that Hollyoaks are telling this story and raising awareness about ovarian cancer, with the hope that it encourages people to prioritize their health.”

In an interview with BBC, Fletcher said she had “mixed emotions” about leaving the show.

"I've got real mixed emotions as you can imagine, But it was my choice - I just thought the character has done everything,” she said.

Fletcher joined the cast of Hollyoaks in 2010. She previously appeared in Brookside as Jacqui Dixon from 1990 until the series finale in 2003.

Over the years, Diane’s storylines have included her turbulent relationship with Rob O’Connor and helping raise his children, Sinead and Finn. Her stories have also focused on her marriage to Tony raising their children, and the revelation that one of their children was swapped at birth. Diane later embarked on a relationship with Tony’s father and has navigated struggles with OCD and alcoholism.

Jim Carrey’s Publicist Speaks Out After Confusion Over Red Carpet Appearance

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:26am

Jim Carrey has been in the spotlight since appearing at the César Awards in Paris last week, with fans creating some unfounded rumors from clone conspiracies to a body double. The actor's publicist speaks out and sets the record straight about the allegations.

A night of celebration turned into one of conspiracy when many commented on how "unrecognizable" Carrey looked when accepting his honorary César and on the red carpet. Fans commented on his facial structure appearing different from what they're used to and his overall demeanor.

Carrey's longtime publicist, Marleah Leslie, commented on the speculations to TMZ with a simple statement. Her statement hints that no one except the actor was present at the awards show.

"Jim Carrey attended the César Awards, where he accepted his Honorary César Award," she said.

Carrey has yet to publicly comment on viral speculations, with César Awards general delegate Gregory Caulier stating the actor's appearance was planned for months. He also dismissed the speculations as a "non-issue," with Carrey having worked closely with the organization for months and worked diligently on his speech.

Further chatter on Carrey's attendance was sparked after legendary makeup artist Alexis Stone posted on social media claiming he transformed himself into the Ace Ventura actor. The drag queen, known for changing into uncanny versions of celebrities, posted photos of Carrey at the event alongside photos of a silicone mask, teeth, and a wig.

Stone's posts fueled the fire for fans, who were divided on whether it was true or not. The virality of the event has even caused professional prosthetic experts to weigh in on the situtation claiming its 100% Carrey at the event.

Carrey has kept a low profile over the years, with his last public appearance having been at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in November 2025. He appeared to induct the iconic 80s band Soundgarden, where he also reunited with his Grinch co-star Taylor Momsen.

Mountain Town Named Top U.S. Trending Destination—Why It’s Worth Seeing Even as Snow Melts

Mon, 03/02/2026 - 11:24am

If you’re imagining the next big American mountain destination, think of snow-dusted peaks, wide skies, and nearly empty trails. That’s exactly the vibe that propelled Big Sky, Montana to the top of Expedia’s 2026 Destinations of the Year list, making it the number one trending U.S. destination for travelers this year. According to Expedia’s Unpack ’26 travel trends report, searches for Big Sky were up a striking 92 percent compared to the previous period, higher than any other destination on the platform.

Some of this surge reflects the town’s growing reputation as a year-round escape, no longer just a winter ski stop but a base for hiking, rafting, wildlife watching, and scenic drives that rival the landscapes of Yellowstone.

“Big Sky’s recognition as the top trending destination underscores what locals and longtime visitors already know. This is a place where adventure and awe‑inspiring landscapes come together in a way that’s truly special,” said Brad Niva, CEO of Visit Big Sky, in a press statement about the destination’s surge in popularity.

As someone who’s been watching shoulder-season travel gain momentum, it’s fascinating to see a place once known chiefly for winter sports now appearing on so many travelers’ spring and summer itineraries. It’s a reminder that great destinations evolve, and that’s especially true for mountain towns transitioning from snowbanks to wildflower meadows.

Spring and Summer in Big Sky: Why Now Is Worth a Visit

When you hear “mountain town,” you might think ski lifts and aprùs-ski lounges. And yes, Big Sky has incredible terrain for winter, but as the snow melts and the lifts slow down, a different side of this place shines.

With snow season tapering off, days lengthen, rivers swell with meltwater, and trails open into wide valleys. I’ve seen that hiking here in May or June feels almost contemplative, with fewer crowds, clearer light, and that crisp air that makes every deep breath feel like part of the destination.

Related: This Is the Ultimate 80-Degree-and-Sunny Winter Escape—And It’s Not Florida

Outdoor activities shift naturally with the seasons. Instead of carving powder, travelers can explore miles of hiking paths, mountain bike singletrack, or try their hand at fly fishing in trout-filled rivers. For many, that’s part of the charm. This is a place where adventure takes many forms.

And if you’re a wildlife enthusiast like me, shoulder season is prime time. Elk herds move to lower elevations, birds arrive after migration, and early wildflowers paint meadows with color. These aren’t just picturesque scenes; they’re part of what makes Big Sky feel more like a national park with a town attached than a resort town.

Beyond Skiing: Unique Things to See and Do

Many travelers are discovering that the region’s natural beauty isn’t limited to groomed slopes. In fact, one of the quickest ways to appreciate the scale of this place is to ride the iconic gondola up Lone Peak (or simply watch from afar), the panoramas catch even seasoned explorers off guard.

Nearby, you’ll find also plenty of non-winter culture activities. Local outfitters offer whitewater rafting trips, expert-led wildlife tours, and slower-paced adventures like stargazing experiences under sky so dark you almost forget what city lights look like.

And don’t overlook the town itself. Big Sky’s small but growing food and arts scene is part of the draw for spring and summer visitors. From cozy cafĂ©s to hearty bistros that celebrate local produce, the culinary side of Big Sky feels as authentic as its mountain trails.

View this post on Instagram When to Go and How to Make the Most of Your Trip

Timing is everything if you want to avoid the biggest crowds and experience Big Sky like a traveler with a fresh sense of discovery.

  • Late spring (May–June): Great for hiking, wildlife viewing, and seeing the landscape wake up after winter. Trails are quieter and flights can be more affordable.
  • Summer (July–August): Ideal for river trips, mountain biking, and high-alpine excursions. The weather is warm but rarely stifling.
  • Early fall (September–October): Foliage begins to turn and shoulder-season deals often appear, making this a sweet spot for budget-savvy adventurers.

Practical tip: Fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, a scenic gateway that’s only about an hour from Big Sky. From there, renting a car or booking shuttle service puts you right into the mountains without fuss.

Why Travelers Are Talking About Big Sky

What makes Big Sky resonate with so many travelers right now is the sense that you can slow down, breathe, and see more than you expected. Expedia’s trend data reflects this shift. When searches spike nearly double digits, there’s clearly something about the place that resonates beyond peak season travel patterns.

For adventurous spirits craving wide open spaces, rolling trails, and a slower pace of life, Big Sky captures the imagination — and the search bars — in a way few American mountain towns have before. Whether you’re chasing spring wildflowers, river rapids, or just a new kind of quiet, this top trending destination shows why mountain travel in 2026 is about more than winter alone.
