Costco Is Selling Chic Boho Accent Rugs That Will Instantly Warm Up Your Space
Sometimes a room technically has everything it needs, like a couch, console table and art on the walls, but it still feels a little flat. That's where area rugs come in. And I'm not even talking about massive, wall-to-wall statements, because the smaller, throw-rug-size types can totally shift the vibe.
I've been layering a few around lately, and it's kind of wild what a difference they make. One by the sink makes the kitchen feel less utilitarian, and a soft rug next to the bed creates a cozy landing pad for your feet in the morning.
Raj Reversible Printed Accent Rug, 27" x 45", $29.99 at CostcoCostco
For $29.99, you can get the 27-by-45-inch Raj Reversible Printed Accent Rug in one of four different colorways. There's the green print shown above, as well as green stripes, orange print and orange stripes. But what's extra great about this particular rug is that it's reversible, meaning each side has a different pattern, so you can change up the look when the mood strikes.
Related: Five Below's $10 Rechargeable Lamp Brings an Elegant Glow to Any Room
Regardless of which colorway you choose, they each have a boho-inspired pattern on at least one side, and that's all sorts of perfect if that's the vibe you're going for. Note that these rugs aren't washable; it's a spot-cleaning-only situation. So if that's a deal-breaker for you, it's important to consider.
Rugs just have that uncanny ability to add warmth and texture to a space. They soften hard floors, absorb sound, and visually anchor areas that might otherwise float. It's such an easy, low-commitment way to cozy things up without rearranging your entire life. And when you start spotting fun prints, especially these laid-back, boho styles popping up at Costco, it gets dangerously easy to justify just one more.
If you're looking for an area rug that's a bit larger than Costco's Raj offering, check out a MacKenzie-Childs-inspired beauty at Kohl's, available in a variety of sizes. There's also a really pretty style over at Aldi that looks like something Rifle Paper Co. would produce (but at a much lower price point). And, finally, it's really hard to go wrong when you're rug-shopping at Wayfair. The home furnishings retailer has a gorgeous scalloped jute rug right now, and it's even on sale.

The Monkees’ Micky Dolenz Reveals the Moment He Knew He Was Really Famous 60 Years Ago
Micky Dolenz looked back on The Monkees’ fast rise to fame. The made-for-TV rock band made their debut on their self-titled NBCsitcom in September 1966, about one month after their first single, ”The Last Train to Clarksville,” dropped. The song hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and the show was a hit, too.
In a February 2026 essay for Uncut, Dolenz, the last surviving member of The Monkees, detailed the moment he first knew he was famous 60 years ago.
"The show debuted in September 1966 and became a hit pretty fast,” Dolenz shared. "We knew that the show was a success when the first single, “Last Train To Clarksville”, began climbing up the charts to No 1. But we were isolated from the world outside. This was before social media, before paparazzi even.”
RELATED: The Monkees ‘Best Song of All Time’ Became a No. 1 Hit Twice
Dolenz, 80, explained that the band spent long hours in the studio and filming the show. He noted that in the pre-paparazzi days, no one knew where he and his bandmates Mike Nesmith, Davy Jones, or Peter Tork worked or lived.
“We had a Christmas break, our first hiatus from filming,” Dolenz continued. “I had to get Christmas presents for my family in San Jose. So I went to this mall I’d been using since I was a child, right there in San Fernando Valley where I grew up. I opened the doors, walked in and suddenly heard screaming! There were people running towards me. I thought there was a fire. So I turned round and opened the door I had just come through saying, ‘Don’t run!' Walk! Calm down!’ That’s when I realized it was a herd of kids and they were running at me. I had to get in my car and drive away fast. That was the first time I saw how big it had become.”
Micky Dolenz said ‘nothing’ could have prepared him for the Monkees fameDolenz previously told Best Classic Bands he had “no idea” what was going on with The Monkees fandom until the Christmas 1966 incident.
“That was the first time I realized, “Holy s---! Something is going on here,” he said. “I had only been at the studio and at home. I had no idea what was happening.”

The actor and singer, who had been a child star on the 1950s adventure western series Circus Boy, told Music Radar that while he had a “taste“ of fame as a child star, it was nothing like what he experienced at the height of The Monkees craze.
"Until we got on the road and started doing concerts, I had no idea how successful the show and the music were,” he said. "But I'd had a taste of it before on a much lower level. I'd been a child star on a TV series [Circus Boy]. I had a fan club, I had parades, and I had kids running after me for autographs. It wasn't on the scale of The Monkees, of course."
"By the time The Monkees came along, I knew the score. But nothing could have prepared me for what happened with The Monkees," Dolenz added.
This Popular Soda Shop Just Launched a Tear-Jerking Collab That Fans Say They ‘Gotta Try’
Say what you want, but dirty soda is here to stay. The regional concoction has exploded in popularity in recent years, with everyone from Sonic to Coffee Mate getting in on the action. For those of you unaware of what dirty soda even is, it's essentially a combination of your favorite soda, coffee creamer, and a variety of flavored syrups, with origins in St. George, Utah. The term was first coined by Swig founder Nicole Tanner in 2010, and the rest, as they say, is history. Sure, it might not be for everyone, but it's hard to argue with the legions of fans who line up at Swig every day to get a taste of the original.
Although it's hardly just a Utah staple anymore with over 140 locations (and counting), the brand continues to stay true to the drink that made it famous by reimagining it in new and inventive ways. But Swig's latest mouth puckering offering takes things in a decidedly new direction, marking one of its most inventive creations to date. We give you Swig x Sour Patch Kids.

Swig just partnered up with one of the most popular sour candy brands on the planet, and honestly, this might just convert anyone who's on the fence. The brand announced the collab on Instagram, sharing that they created not one, but three different drinks inspired by the best Sour Patch Kid flavors: blue raspberry, red berry, and watermelon. Each drink features a unique blend of ingredients to really showcase the iconic flavor of Sour Patch Kids. The menu includes:
- Sour Patch Kids Watermelon Wave: A mix of Sprite, Sour Patch Kids Watermelon syrup, watermelon puree, and coconut cream
- Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry: A blend of Mountain Dew, Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry syrup, and Sour Patch Kids Bitz
- Sour Patch Kids Redberry: Sprite with Sour Patch Kids Redberry syrup, Sour Patch Kids Bitz, and Raspberry Puree
And to make things even more fun, you can customize each drink to your preferred sour level. You can choose between Not So Sour (Just a Hint), Original Sour (Classic Sour Kick), and Extreme Sour (Pucker Up). The tangy new beverages are, unfortunately, limited-edition, but judging by the response from fans, Swig might want to consider keeping them around.
Fans Say the Sour Concoctions Are a 10 out of 10 View this post on Instagram"Can't wait to try them," said one fan. "My kids are gonna freak over this!!!" commented someone else. We've even gotten a few early reviews with several fans calling the new drinks a 10/10. Andy Cohen Shares the Story Behind Carole Radziwill’s ‘RHONY’ Return
Andy Cohenis sharing how, what may be considered, one of the greatest comebacks in Bravo came to be.
Following the announcement that Carole Radziwill will be returning to the Real Housewives of New York, the Bravo exec divulged on his radio show just how it all happened.
"I think I took her out for coffee in December or January and proposed that she be a 'Friend,'" he recalled, referencing the part time role she'll be taking. "She was very analytical."
Radziwill, who appeared on Seasons 5-10 and left the show in 2018, happens to have ties to current castmates, which may have help her connect to the show today.
"She's gotten to be pals with Erin [Lichy] and [her husband] Abe," Cohen mentioned. "Like they actually are legitimate friends."
However, the talk show host also noted that he wasn't fully convinced Radziwill would rejoin the show after their meeting.
"After that coffee, I honestly thought it was a 50/50 chance that she was going to do it," he said. "And I was so glad that she did."

The author and former journalist also took to Instagram thanking longtime fans.
"Well, Bravo fans you have truly manifested this," she commented on Bravo's announcement. "I hope to live up to your expectations! I’m happy to join this amazing group of women to have some fun and make great TV. Stay tuned. And as always thank you for your loyalty and support."
The announcement of Radziwill's return also came with the news of three new cast members, which include Erika Hammond, Hailey Glassman, and Daisy Toye.
"We have been working on this for a while, we want to get it right," Cohen said of the break that RHONYhas been taking since its last season. "Then we found new new people and they are great for all different reasons."
Along with Radziwill and the three newbies, Lichy, Jessel Taank and Sai De Silva will be returning.
While Cohen and fans are thrilled with Radziwill's return, former 'Housewife' and Traitors alum Dorinda Medley was a bit hesitant in regards to her friend's decision, but ultimately agreed she'd be a great fit with the current RHONY cast.
“I think the show needs a character, something to sort of unify it back to the old a little bit," Medley said. "She’s a great bridge, she’s very New York.”

U.S. Government Issues New Travel Warning for Popular European Destination
Known for its Mediterranean vives and stunning turquoise beaches, Cyprus was becoming a popular destination for U.S. travelers looking to experience the island's natural wonders and rich culture. However, the escalating conflicts in Iran have prompted the U.S. Department of State (DOS) to issue a Level 3 Travel Advisory, warning American tourists to avoid the area.
In fact, the government has told non-essential American employees in the region to pack up their families and evacuate the region as quickly as possible over safety concerns, highlighting the threat to the region. Here's what you need to know.
View this post on Instagram U.S. Department of State Issues Level 3 Travel Advisory for CyprusOn Mar. 3, 2026, the U.S. Department of State issued a Level 3: Reconsider Travel Advisory for Cyprus due to the "threat of armed conflict and limited U.S. embassy assistance for Americans in the Turkish Cypriot Administered area."
The advisory further explained that increased violence from Iranian forces after a U.S. involved bombing in Iran was to blame for the issue. On Feb. 28, 2026, U.S. and Israeli forces worked together to bomb the country of Iran, killing it's leader and several top politicians in the process. Then, on March 2, Iran retaliated by hitting a British Sovereign Base Area in Cyprus, increasing the risk to those in the region.

Those Currently in Cyprus Are Being Directed to LeaveAccording to the statement, the DOS told U.S. government employees to gather their families and leave the region at once just one day after the drone strike. "Enter and exit the island of Cyprus only at Larnaca and Paphos airports or at the seaports of Limassol, Larnaca, and Paphos," the statement continues. "The Republic of Cyprus does not consider entry or exit via Ercan Airport or by a seaport in the north to be legal. U.S. citizens who leave the island from Ercan could face challenges returning to the Republic of Cyprus in the future."
Although, with ongoing travel disruptions in the region, exiting the country quickly and safely could prove dangerous. Those looking for non-emergency help are being directed to:
- Call the emergency line at 357-22-393939
- Email acsnicosia@state.gov
- Visit the U.S. Embassy website
Although, response time may be slow due to ongoing evacuations.

Cyprus Has Become a Popular GetawayThe country is home to some truly sunning landscapes, including mountain ranges and gorgeous coastlines. That is part of the reason that so many people have been flocking to the area in recent years.
And while it once promised a unique European experience for travelers who wanted some of what you'd get in the Greece without the crowds, the secret has gotten out in recent years and more and more people have put the region on their must-see lists. However, recent conflicts in the Middle East will likely make visiting a bit tricky for a while, which will likely have devastating impacts on the local tourism industry.
As someone who has always wanted to travel to Cyprus to enjoy some of the coastal views in the area, I hope that the military escalation in the region will end quickly and without further incident, both for those who rely on visitors to survive, and those who simply want to remain out of the deadly conflict.

Netflix’s ‘Age of Attraction’ Reality Show Teases Shocking Age Gap Reveals
Netflix continues to roll out more dating reality TV shows. Age of Attraction cast singles with a wide age range. However, people won't find out each other's age until after they commit to that person.
It'll test people's bias when it comes to age, the same way Love Is Blind tests how much people's physical attraction matters to them. The original hit has mixed results, but usually the physical is very important for a successful marriage. Will the same be said for age? The trailer teases the participants' journeys.
Nick Viall of The Bachelor and his wife, Natalie JoyViall, host the social experiment. The Viall Files hosts' relationship was criticized because of their 18-year age gap. Viall is 44, and Joy is 25. Joy told Howie Mandel that she saw his Instagram picture and said he was "unreal" when she was 21, and that started their flirtation. They got married in 2024 and had their first baby the same year. The hosts are currently expecting twins.

The trailer shows some of the daters using other clues to figure out each other's ages. "You don't know who the Spice Girls are?" a man asked a woman on the beach. "I couldn't name one," she responded.
Mommy issues are also a topic of conversation. "If you're not as hot as my mom, I'm not going to marry you," one man said in his interview. There is a scene of him talking to an older woman who shares his features. "Do you have mommy issues?" she asked him.
Couples will sit down to reveal their ages to each other after they commit. "Get your seatbelt on," one man told a woman. A woman's jaw dropped looking at someone else. "I didn't even know there were 60 year olds here," a young man told the camera."
The new social experiment premieres on Wednesday, March 11. Episode six and seven drop on March 8, and the final episode airs on March 25 on Netflix.

Lloyd Price’s 1958 hit “Stagger Lee” tells a dark story, but the upbeat New Orleans R&B track became one of the most memorable rock and roll hits of its era. The song climbed to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on March 4, 1959, exactly 67 years ago today.
The song’s origins stretch back decades before Price recorded it. “Stagger Lee,” also known as “Stagolee” and several other variations, is based on the real-life killing of William “Billy” Lyons by Lee “Stag” Shelton in St. Louis on Christmas night in 1895. According to historical accounts, the two men were drinking in a saloon when Lyons reportedly took Shelton’s Stetson hat during an argument. Shelton responded by shooting him, reclaiming his hat and leaving the scene.
The crime quickly entered American folklore and spread through early work songs and folk traditions along the Mississippi River. Versions of the story appeared in print as early as 1911, and the song was first recorded in 1923 as “Stack O’ Lee Blues.” Over the years, countless variations emerged under titles like “Stack-a-Lee,” “Stackolee,” and “Stagger Lee.”

Price’s version, recorded in New York City in September 1958, reimagined the old folk story as a sharp, upbeat rock and roll record. Released on ABC-Paramount, the single topped both the Billboard Hot 100 and the R&B chart in early 1959. The singer also recorded a toned-down version for television appearances, changing the shooting in the lyrics to a simple argument so it could be performed on American Bandstand.
Music historian Fred Bronson notes in "The Billboard Book of No. 1 Hits: The Inside Story Behind the Top of the Charts" that Price adapted the older folk song “Stack-O-Lee,” which had previously been recorded by New Orleans pianist Archibald in 1950. Price and his business partner Harold Logan reshaped the tune into a tighter rock and roll arrangement that helped turn the long-running folk story into a chart-topping pop hit.
“Stagger Lee” became one of Price’s signature songs and was later ranked No. 456 on Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. The singer followed it with another major hit, “Personality,” which helped earn him the nickname “Mr. Personality.”
The song has remained a staple of American music for decades, with versions recorded by artists including Fats Domino, Ike and Tina Turner, Wilson Pickett, the Grateful Dead, Dr. John and Bob Dylan.
The track also appeared in popular culture years later in the 1988 coming-of-age film Shag, which was set in the early 1960s. In the movie’s climactic dance contest scene, Annabeth Gish’s character Pudge and Scott Coffey’s Chip perform the regional dance the shag to “Stagger Lee,” ultimately winning the competition.
Price, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, died in 2021 at the age of 88, but “Stagger Lee” remains one of the most recognizable songs from the early days of rock and roll.
HGTV Star Jasmine Roth Calls on Fans to Recall a Delicious Slice of Childhood Nostalgia
One of the most fun parts of following your favorite HGTV stars on social is getting that bonus content you never see on TV. Sure, you'll pick up a styling tip or maybe a genius storage idea, but you also get the real-life, off-camera moments. The school drop-offs and random late-night thoughts that spiral into core memories.
For example, Jasmine Roth recently unlocked a wave of childhood nostalgia that will absolutely hit if you grew up within biking distance of your local Pizza Hut. She brought up a promotion she remembered so vividly … except her husband had zero recollection of it. Like, a fully blank stare. At that point, she was half-convinced she'd imagined the whole thing.
"Alright, I need you guys to weigh in," said Roth in her Instagram video, clearly filmed while she was hanging out at home. "Millennials, where are you at? Do you guys remember Book It?"
View this post on InstagramShe's referring to the classic Pizza Hut campaign in which kids read a certain number of books to get a free personal pan pizza. However, despite being the same age, her husband Brett has no recollection of this childhood phenomenon.
"It was a reading challenge," Roth continues. "Anybody? Do you guys remember this?"
Per the Pizza Hut website, Book It! is a reading incentive program for kids in Pre-K through sixth grade. Over the summer, parents can set a reading goal for their kids and track the number of books they read through an app. (Very different from the analog way we did this back in the '90s.) When the kid hits their goal, they get a reward: a free personal pan pizza (with a max of five earned rewards—sorry, voracious readers).
How Did Fans Respond?Roth's Instagram following was not about to leave her hanging. And, sorry Brett, but you're in the minority with not knowing about this epic program.
"Yes, this was a huge deal and I'm even Gen X," said a fan in the comments.
Another person recalled how much their own family loved earning free pizza once upon a time.
"Absolutely, my kids loved it," they wrote. "Many a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza for my boys in the late 90s and early 2000s!"
The Book It! program is available year-round to incentivize reading for students, but the parent-led option is expected to return this summer. So get those books (and your appetite) ready.

1997 Classic, Widely Considered Greatest Film Ever Made, Won 11 Academy Awards
The 2026 award season is in full swing, and reflecting on past monumental victories is a rite of passage. With Sinners breaking the record for the most nominated film in Oscar history, there is a chance it could overtake the current record for total wins. One of the biggest sweeps in history occurred in 1998, when James Cameron's 1997 classic Titanic dominated the Academy Awards.
Originally nominated for 14 Oscars, the film walked away from the 70th Academy Awards ceremony with 11 trophies. This achievement marked only the second time in history a film had won that many—tying the record set by the 1959 epic Ben-Hur.
The film follows Jack Dawson, a lower-class artist, as he boards the massive ocean liner Titanic for its ill-fated maiden voyage across the Atlantic. While on board, Jack meets first-class socialite Rose DeWitt Bukater. The two form a transformational bond over the course of the film's three-hour and 14-minute runtime.

Titanic stunned audiences with its stunning visuals and thematic exploration of class, identity and romance. Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio entranced audiences with their undeniable chemistry, solidifying the young stars as Hollywood royalty.
Following its release, the film conquered the box office, becoming the first movie ever to gross over $1 billion worldwide—a record it held for 12 years. The insurmountable levels of viewership kept the film at the top of the box office for 15 consecutive weeks, attesting to its massive audience appeal.
Aside from its unmatched victory at the 1998 Academy Awards, Cameron's film continued to dominate the circuit. Titanic went on to win four Golden Globes, five Grammy Awards, two Critics' Choice Awards and eight Golden Satellite Awards, making it one of the most decorated films in cinema history.

Martha Stewart's Latest Home Decor Project Sparks Controversy on Instagram — Martha, Why?
Martha Stewart is the queen of home decor — but her latest interior design choice has some of her fans running for the hills.
Read on for a look at Stewart's controversial new recent flooring project, why people are judging her and Stewart's reasoning behind her surprising choice.
Martha Stewart Covered Her Hardwood Floors With CarpetingOn The Martha Stewart Blog and Instagram, Martha Stewart recently shared an inside look at her most recent (and divisive) home improvement project: covering up her hardwood floors with wall-to-wall carpeting.
"It was time to change and repair the carpeting in some of the rooms of my home," Stewart wrote on her personal Instagram. "The first room to be addressed was my Winter House Sunken Green Parlor."
Then, on her blog and its corresponding Instagram page, Stewart shared more details and photos of the project, for which she partnered up with Westport Carpet and Rugs. The room in question is the Sunken Green Parlor in the Winter House, one of several buildings located in Cantitoe Corners, Stewart's estate in Bedford, N.Y.
There, the team removed Stewart's old carpeting, and installed new padding and sisal carpeting over the room's entire floor. They even used a portable carpet-binding machine to serge the edges of the carpet on the spot.
View this post on Instagram People Are Angry That Martha Stewart Covered Her Hardwood FloorsTo many, covering natural hardwood with carpeting is a cardinal sin of home design.
"Omg Martha the floors are gorgeous. Why are you covering?" one person commented on Instagram. "Those hardwood floors are gorgeous 😍 no need for full carpet an area rug would look and feel so much better," someone else added.
"I'd rather see the wood flooring," another commenter wrote. "How could you cover those beautiful hardwood floors?" someone else commented.
In response to all the shocked comments, one commenter was "glad to find out I’m not the only one silently screaming in their head 😂." However another wondered, "Why is everyone so judgmental? It’s her house."
View this post on Instagram Why Did Martha Stewart Cover Her Hardwood Floors With Carpeting?Unsurprisingly, Martha Stewart had a few solid defenses as to why she installed carpet over her wood floor.
"I have lots of traffic in my home," she explained in an Instagram comment, adding that she has five dogs, four cats, and "friends with high heels that puncture even the hardest wood!"
She also noted that she is responsible for "the safety and upkeep of every house and structure on the property," and carpeting helps with that.
"I walk barefoot and sisal is fabulous on the feet and very easy to vacuum and keep clean," she added. "Once it is down it totally freshens the space and gives it a nice, clean look."

I’ve Covered This Show for Years—Now 'Jersey Shore' Is Saying Goodbye
After covering this franchise for years — from duck phone drama to diaper duty — I can honestly say this one hits different.
MTV just announced that Jersey Shore: Family Vacation will officially conclude its run with a final 18-episode season premiering Thursday, May 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. This is the end of an era, especially if you’ve been fist-pumping since 2009 like me.
The farewell season promises to go bigger than ever, celebrating the milestones that transformed a summer share house experiment into a full-blown pop culture phenomenon. Since the original Jersey Shore debuted in 2009, the franchise has spanned nearly 300 episodes and multiple spinoffs, evolving alongside its cast (and its fans).
Now, the roommates are inviting viewers on one last ride.
'Jersey Shore: Family Vacation's Final Season Is Packed With MilestonesIf you’ve followed this crew as long as I have, you know life doesn’t slow down for the Shore family — it just gets louder.
This final chapter includes everything from pregnancies and baby showers to weddings, birthdays and even "ab reveals." The chaos may look a little more grown-up these days, but the unfiltered chemistry that defined an era of reality TV is still very much intact.
Angelina Pivarnick embarks on what’s being described as a full emotional roller coaster, complete with extreme highs, devastating lows and nonstop twists that only she can deliver. Deena Cortese steps confidently into her PTA president era, organizing charity events and doubling down on giving back to her community while continuing to show up for her friends.
Meanwhile, DJ Pauly DelVecchio keeps building his empire with the launch of his own record label, all while his relationship with Nikki Hall continues to blossom.
Jenni "JWoww" Farley embraces turning 40 by stepping fully into director mode, helming her second film and, in true "JWoww" fashion, dropping truth bombs and sparking conversations no one else wants to touch.
Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino celebrates a remarkable 10 years of sobriety, brings his abs out of retirement as he recommits to fitness and opens a rehab center — a full-circle moment longtime viewers won’t miss.
Nicole "Snooki" Polizzicontinues juggling cheer mom life, business ventures and her role as the life of the party, proving she can do it all.
Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is fully back in the mix, joining group trips and opening up about his struggles as he works toward growth.
And in what might be the most milestone-packed stretch of all, Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola fits a pregnancy, childbirth and a wedding into just eight months.
As for Vinny Guadagnino, he’s taking his stand-up career to the next level, selling out shows, touring nationally and organizing a celebratory Roast for the family, all while remaining very single.
The End of a Cultural PhenomenonIt’s hard to overstate the impact this franchise has had. What started as a buzzy social experiment turned into one of the most iconic reality series of its generation complete with catchphrases, Halloween costumes, gym-tan-laundry routines and friendships that somehow survived it all.
For longtime fans, these final episodes feel less like a cancellation and more like a graduation. We’ve watched them grow up, and in many ways, we did too.
The final season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation will air globally across MTV, bringing the Shore story full circle. Whether you’ve been here since Seaside Heights or joined during the family vacation years, one thing’s certain: this last ride is going to be unforgettable.
Watch the final season premiere of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation starting Thursday, May 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
