The Genius Leftover Pizza Trick We Wish We’d Known About Sooner
Leftover pizza is one of those things we've all had to contend with. You order your pizza with the best intentions, fully aware that at least a slice or two will end up in the fridge for later. At first, that feels like a win: next day pizza is always great. But by day two, the excitement fades and you’re faced with the same old decision: eat it cold, reheat it until the crust is vaguely edible or accept that it’s never going to be as good as it was the night before. Leftover pizza isn’t bad, per se, but it is predictable.
After a while, even your favorite slice can start to feel boring. Microwaving gets the job done but leaves you with a floppy crust, while the oven takes longer than most of us are willing to wait for lunch (and often makes the crust too crunchy). And yet, throwing it away feels almost criminal.
That’s probably why food hacks centered around leftover pizza are so appealing. We want something that’s easy, doesn’t require extra ingredients and actually feels like an upgrade rather than a compromise. When I started seeing a simple, low-effort idea pop up repeatedly online, shared by content creators like @themodernnonna, it immediately caught my attention. It looked practical, flexible and realistic, but it also promised to give reheated pizza new life instead of just warming it up. I had to try it.

What Kind of Pizza Works Best For This Hack?So what is this amazing hack? Turning pizza into croutons to dress up a salad.
Most of the viral examples use pepperoni pizza, which makes sense. It’s salty, savory and crisps up easily. But this trick isn’t limited to one style.

Sweet chili chicken pizza, which is what I used, also works especially well because the slightly sweet, spicy notes contrast nicely with fresh greens. The chicken adds a little earthiness and protein, the cheese turns crisp and the crust becomes crunchy without drying out. In reality, almost any pizza can work, but keep in mind that thin crust tends to crisp faster, while thicker slices hold up just fine with a little extra time.

Ingredients for Pizza Croutons and SaladYou’ll need leftover pizza, cut into small cubes or strips. That’s it for the croutons.
For the salad, I used a bagged salad mix with included dressing, keeping things simple, and I tossed it with pasta. This hack works whether you’re going fully homemade or taking the bagged salad route for minimal effort.

How to Make Pizza CroutonsStart by cutting leftover pizza into bite-size pieces. Spread them out on a baking sheet or place them in an air fryer basket in a single layer. Bake or air fry until the pieces are hot and crisp, flipping once if needed.
I used the air fryer and cooked mine at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Once crunchy, let them cool slightly, then toss them onto your salad just before serving. They should be crisp on the outside with enough structure to hold up under dressing. Mine were a little burnt on the edges, which added a smoky flavor to the salad.

My Honest Thoughts About Pizza CroutonsThis was extremely easy! The pizza croutons added crunch, flavor and substance, making a basic bagged salad feel like a full meal. The sweet chili chicken pizza, in particular, brought a sweet-heat balance that standard croutons never could.

It’s also a budget win. Instead of tossing leftover pizza or forcing yourself to eat it the same way again, you’re stretching it into another meal with almost no extra cost or effort, and I love that aspect of this hack the most.

Tips and SubstitutionsCut the pizza into small pieces so they crisp evenly and use scissors to make it easier. If the cheese starts browning too fast, lower the heat and give it more time. If your pizza is very dry, you can toss the pieces in olive oil before crisping them.

The biggest takeaway for me is that leftovers don’t have to feel like leftovers. Sometimes they just need a new job, and this one is delicious!

Psychologist Warns: 9 Common Phrases Children Say That Parents Often Misunderstand
"Intergenerational communication" has become buzzy in the professional development zeitgeist, especially as Gen Z enters the workforce in greater numbers. However, it's a vital skill to have outside of the office if you're a parent, too.
"Having strong intergenerational communication skills is important because it creates a safe environment for children to come to their parents for emotional support," says Dr. Emily Guarnotta, Psy.D., PMH-C, a psychologist and the founder of Phoenix Health. "When they know that they won’t be judged or shamed, children are more likely to reach out when they make mistakes or need advice, which then becomes a learning opportunity."
She shares that communication skills lay the foundation for a healthy bond between parents and kids. The problem is that parents and children can often feel like they're worlds apart, speaking different languages. We're not just talking about older generations who need to Google, "What does 6-7 mean?" Dr. Guarnotta shares that children say common phrases that parents regularly misunderstand. And because of that, it's important to get on the same page.
"Misinterpreting your children runs the risk of them feeling 'unseen' and invalidated by you," she states. "When they feel like you don’t 'get it,' they’re more likely to hide their true feelings from you. Long-term, this can increase the risk for anxiety, depression and loneliness."
Learning your kids' lingo is therefore proactive in protecting your kids and, overall, improving your relationship with them. To help you speak "kid," Dr. Guarnotta provides nine common phrases children say that parents often misinterpret, and what they really mean.

1. "I hate you!"Parents today can put so much thought into doing all the things right, so Dr. Guarnotta says they may naturally interpret this statement as the child being disrespectful or ungrateful.
"In reality, it’s often used as a way to express anger," she states. "Children don’t always have the words to express big emotions like anger and may explode instead. As a parent, you are their safe space, which is why they may express these words to you and not anyone else."
So, if you think about it in a certain way, it's a surprising compliment.
Dr. Guarnotta says this phrase also serves as a response to a conflict, and parents can struggle with it (understandably; it's heartbreaking!).
"As parents, we often want to jump in and argue with facts about why this statement isn’t true," she shares.
However, she encourages parents to read between the lines for the real meaning behind this phrase.
"What your child is really saying is, 'I had a hard moment today that made me feel small, and I need you to sit with me in the sadness,'” she explains. "Rather than going into fixing mode, try taking a step back and letting them share more."
Parents swear they don't play favorites, but it hasn't stopped kids from feeling otherwise for generations (including this one). Dr. Guarnotta knows it's tempting to roll your eyes and chalk this classic phrase up to jealousy, a guilt trip or an unfair exaggeration. However, she suggests reflecting.
"When kids say this, it’s usually because they feel a loss of connection from you," she shares. "They’re worried that they’re not as important or loved as much as their sibling. Remember, emotions are not always logical."
This one can feel especially triggering and even foreign to parents who grew up hearing things like, "Quitters never win."
"When a child gives up, parents might interpret this as laziness," Dr. Guarnotta says. "They often respond with a lecture about the value of hard work and persistence."
However, she shares that kids may already be in the middle of a shame spiral and feeling a deep sense of failure.
"They're worried that they'll fail if they try again and that this means that they’re not good enough," she states.

This phrase is another one that has stood the test of time, door slam included. Yet, parents continue to struggle to recall the hidden meaning of a phrase they likely said more times than they could count when they were their kids' age.
"When a child tells you to leave them alone and slams the door, it feels like you’re being shut out and disrespected," Dr. Guarnotta notes. "In reality, the child is expressing their need for space. What the child is likely feeling is 'I’m at my max right now, and I need a safe space to process my big emotions.'"
Well, maybe it's only for the eighth time, but it feels like it could be 100.
"It can be frustrating when your child asks for your attention for what feels like the 50th time in a row," Dr. Guarnotta empathizes. "But your child isn’t trying to be annoying. They’re trying to tell you that they’re proud of themselves, and they want validation that you also value what they’re doing."
Dr. Guarnotta commonly hears this phrase from toddler parents as they describe a little one trying to demonstrate independence.
"As a parent, it can feel like your child is trying to be difficult or stubborn, but what they are really trying to say is 'I’m trying to find my own identity.' It’s their way of exploring what it feels like to have control in a safe environment," she says.
This one's the song of the summer/snow days, really.
"This is one that parents really dread," Dr. Guarnotta reports. "It’s frustrating for parents to hear because it feels like a lack of gratitude. It seems like the child is asking for more entertainment or toys to occupy themselves."
It can feel especially triggering if you have a house full of toys and games that you wish you had when you were a child. However, that may not be what your child wants.
"The reality is that it’s often a child looking for a connection with a parent," she clarifies. "They want quality time and undivided attention, not necessarily more things."
Bedtime can be particularly tough for parents and kids. The adults are craving alone time, while kids want more connection with you.
"On the surface, this sounds like a child pushing back on rules," Dr. Guarnotta says. "But for some children, and even adults, nighttime is scary and filled with anxiety. Children may feel nervous about going to sleep and being alone, and, as a result, try to delay bedtime by denying that they’re tired."
Related: People Who Were Praised for Being ‘Easy’ as Kids Often Do These 7 Things as Adults, Psychologists Say
The old cliché about kids not coming with a guidebook has truth to it.
"It’s easy to misinterpret kids because children don’t have the same emotional dictionary that we do as adults," Dr. Guarnotta says. "When they feel a 'big' emotion like anger or shame, they may not have the words to name it."
Add that to the fact that parenting is intense, and you may be doing it alongside other obligations, such as managing a home, a career or caring for aging family members.
"As parents, we are often juggling multiple balls, making it hard to slow down and really understand what our children are trying to communicate," she explains. "We also might interpret situations that they face as 'minor,' even though they are a big deal to the child. It’s easy to forget that they are navigating the world for the first time, too."
Related: People Who Were Constantly Criticized as Children Often Experience These 8 Relationship Problems, Psychologists Say
Dr. Guarnotta says that reflection is a communication skill that opens the door to connecting with kids and helping them feel understood.
"Even if you don’t agree with their emotions or perceptions, it’s important to acknowledge their experience," she shares. "For example, if your child feels like you’re playing favorites with their sibling, reflect back their experience."
Try saying something like, “You’re upset that I let him go to a friend’s house when I said that you couldn’t. That doesn’t feel fair.”
"Here, you’re not necessarily agreeing with your child, but you’re acknowledging what they feel," she explains.
Words matter, but children don't always tell you how they really feel, even if it sure feels like they do.
"Children do not have the same emotional vocabulary that adults do," Dr. Guarnotta reveals. "They might express themselves behaviorally by acting out or seeking closeness to you. Try to 'read between the lines' by asking yourself what your child might be trying to tell you through their behavior."
Since every child is different, this one will require some personalization and tuning into your kiddo.
"You might find that one of your children likes to give you a rundown about their day, while another child needs quiet time to unwind after school," Dr. Guarnotta states.
She suggests asking yourself when your child seeks connection with you most. Then, think about how you can make the most of this time.
"Finding small moments like driving in the car or doing dishes together can be another good, low-pressure way to connect," she says.

Priyanka Chopra Explains Why She and Nick Jonas Stopped Sharing Photos of Their Daughter Malti: 'Let's Not Do That'
Priyanka Chopra is opening up about her decision to keep her daughter Malti Marie out of the public eye.
The Heads of State actress, 43, shares her four-year-old daughter with husband Nick Jonas and admits that through the years, they've often changed their opinion about publicly posting the little girl. In an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, set to air on Tuesday (March 10), Chopra discussed their decision to protect Malti's identity.
Looking back, Chopra says the couple initially chose to cover Malti's face in all photos but once they realized she was getting photographed in public anyway, they decided to take the power back. After taking her to Jonas' Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, they ended up changing their minds.
"We were like, 'Nah, let's not do that anymore.' It's new, you're trying to navigate this new thing. Her baby pictures we didn't care as much but as she's growing older, we've started to also, kind of, just deflect a little bit," Chopra explained in a clip shared with People.
She continued, "She moves around a lot, let her have as much anonymity as she can. It is her normal and people will be curious about her and I never want her to be fearful of that or judgy or skeptical of the humans that she meets because there are good people in the world, and I've had wonderful experiences with friends like that."
Chopra added that she believes it's "okay for her to be aware of it" but feels that it's important that she also has a "sense of choice."
As of now, Chopra and Jonas continue to share family photos but only post pictures where Malti's face can't be seen. They also keep security with them in public to prevent being recorded without their consent.
Looking to the future, Chopra says there will be a lot of learning involved when it comes to children in the public eye, especially when it comes to safety.
"I love talking about Malti. She's an amazing, smart, precocious, [and] fun kid. But protecting her...I mean, for me, [The Bluff] was all about that, like the feeling of, 'What are you capable of? What will you do to protect your child? How far will you go,' and I feel that," she concluded.
You can hear all that Priyanka Chopra had to say below.
Rock And Roll Hall of Famer Addresses Taylor Swift Songwriting Comment
Since Taylor Swift was a teenager, she has written about her personal experiences and that includes her relationships. Swifties feel like they know her because of this but not everyone likes that approach.
Jack White isn't as open about his personal life. He revealed why he doesn't want to approach songwriting the same way because of the risk and then gave a statement for how his comments were taken.
Jack White Says He's Happy for Songwriters Like Taylor Swift View this post on InstagramWhite, 50, is releasing a book called Jack White: Collected Lyrics & Selected Writing Volume 1. He told The Guardian why he avoids writing a song entirely based on his personal life.
"Now it’s become very popular in the Taylor Swift way of pop singers writing about all of their publicly aired break-ups, which I don’t find interesting at all," he said. "I think it’s a little bit boring for me to write about myself."
Related: A Taylor Swift Song’s Lyrics Were the Most Viewed Globally
The writer said he didn't want to relive his days every time he sings a song. "If it’s something really painful, I’m not going to put this important, painful thing that I went through out there for some idiot on the internet to stomp all over," he said. "So I put a percentage of that into what I do and then morph it into somebody else’s character."
White later addressed how his comments was framed in a statement posted on Instagram on March 9. "I didn't say that I think Taylor Swift's music was 'boring' or whatever click bait the net is trying to scrape together," read the statement. "What I was trying to say in an interview I did about poetry and lyric writing, was that I don't find it interesting at all for ME to write about MYSELF in my own lyric writing and poetry because I think it could be repetitive for ME."
He addressed Swift and other successful songwriters who approach this differently. "I'm very happy for them that they've succeeded in engaging with so many music lovers in their own way," read the statement. "Just because I say I have a way of doing things doesn't mean that I think that EVERYONE should do it the same way."
White said this situation is why "I am less and less interested in doing interviews because in the age of this massive demand for click bait and content, any scrape of anything interesting or off the beaten path that can be turned into drama is swarmed over and spit out as bait." He later added this is why he wants to keep private things private.
There is one thing in common among the singers. They're both inspired by Shakespeare. White said his own poetry is inspired by the playwright's sonnets. Swift has reference the playwright's work throughout her career, and her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, has a song called "The Fate of Ophelia." They also share a love for poetry with her 2024 album titled The Tortured Poets Department.

Savannah Guthrie's Mom Nancy Update: Key Detail Left Her ‘Even More Vulnerable’ to Attack, Says Ex-FBI Agent
Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie‘s mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing as the case enters Week 6—and a former FBI agent recently claimed that a key detail left the 84-year-old "even more vulnerable" to an attack.
During a Sunday, March 8 episode of Brian Entin Investigates, the NewsNation investigative reporter chatted with two ex-FBI special agents, Maureen O'Connell and Jim Clemente.
In addition to discussing the potential role of elder abuse in Nancy's disappearance, Clemente made an interesting observation.
"I think she also had hearing issues and pretty powerful hearing aids that she probably removed at night," he pointed out. "Which makes her even more vulnerable."
Related: Nancy Guthrie Update: Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos Named in $1 Million Lawsuit
O'Connell also speculated, "I think also, the altercation, quote unquote, could have happened if she obviously had her hearing aids out, and they [the suspects] were giving her commands, and she could respond. Because she didn't know what they were saying."
She added, "It's so sad."
A different device, Nancy's pacemaker, was a major piece of the puzzle in helping investigators determine an initial timeline of Nancy's kidnapping. It stopped syncing with her Apple Watch—which was left behind at her home—at roughly 2 a.m. on Feb. 1. This suggested the approximate time she was forcefully taken from her residence.
As the search for Nancy continues into Week 6, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos recently ruled out a potential new piece of evidence. Meanwhile, Savannah, her husband, and their son were spotted during a rare public appearance days after the journalist visited the Today studio for the first time since Nancy went missing.

'70s Classic Rock Band's Late Singers Shared an Eerie Coincidence
The rock world is mourning the loss of Boston singer Tommy DeCarlo, who died of brain cancer on March 9 at the age of 60.
Making DeCarlo’s death even more tragic for longtime fans of the band is that it occurred on the 19th anniversary of the death of the band’s original singer Brad Delp, who is heard on the group’s two classic albums, 1976’s Boston and 1978’s Don’t Look Back.
Delp’s body was found on March 9, 2007, by police in Atkinson, New Hampshire. They’d been alerted to come to his home by his fiancée, Pamela Sullivan, after she found a dryer hose attached to Delp’s car, per Guitar World. She told police that the singer “had been depressed for some time” and was “feeling emotional [and] bad about himself.” A note was found at the scene that read: “To whoever finds this I have hopefully committed suicide. Plan B was to asphyxiate myself in my car.”
Once police arrived at the scene, they found a second note directing them to the main bedroom, where they found a third note warning of potentially deadly carbon monoxide.
After smelling the odor of charcoal, police knocked on the bathroom door, asking Delp if he was OK. After no response, they broke down the door, and the tape around the frame meant to seal in the fumes. There they found two charcoal grills and Delp with his head resting on a pillow. A note was paper-clipped to the collar of his shirt. It read: "Mr. Brad Delp. Jai une ame salitaire. I am a lonely soul.”
Delp’s death at the age of 55 was declared suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning by the New Hampshire medical examiner.
Yet another note found at the home gave more clues about the motivation for Delp’s suicide. “I take complete and sole responsibility for my present situation. I have lost my desire to live,” it read. It included instructions for the police on how to contact his fiancée. “Unfortunately she is totally unaware of what I have done,” the outlet added.
The possible motive for Delp’s suicide resulted in a series of lawsuits after interviews by the Boston Herald alleged that the band Boston’s split in the 1980s and ill will between Delp and the group’s mastermind Tom Scholz drove the singer to suicide. Scholz denied such claims and filed a defamation lawsuit that was later dismissed, with the court ruling that claims Delp’s suicide was due to Scholz were “statements of opinion and not verifiable fact and therefore could not form the basis of a claim of defamation."
Tommy DeCarlo of Boston performs on stage at Alice Cooper's 21st Annual Christmas Pudding at Celebrity Theatre on December 09, 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona. (Photo by Daniel Knighton/Getty Images)In another strange coincidence, DeCarlo, who became a fan of Boston at the age 12, originally gained attention by writing and recording an original song as a tribute to Delp, his favorite singer. He posted that song and some Boston covers on his MySpace page. Soon after he was contacted by Scholz and asked to join the band, which he was a member of from 2007 through his death.

Priscilla Presley Describes 'Eerie' Feeling As She Revisits Iconic Elvis Performance Venue 50 Years Later
Priscilla Presley is feeling a wave of emotions after visiting one of the famous locations where Elvis Presley used to perform.
Priscilla, the ex-wife of the late music icon, appeared this week in a new Instagram video taken from what used to be the International Hotel in Las Vegas, the same place where Elvis performed over 600 shows during his 7-year Vegas residency.
While standing in the exact spot on stage where Elvis stood so many times, Priscilla said in the new clip that "so many memories" were rushing back to her.
"It's a bittersweet feeling, being on the stage here" Priscilla, 80, said in the clip posted to Instagram on Monday, March 9. "Years ago, Elvis performed here."
Later renamed the Hilton Hotel and now called the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, the International Hotel hosted Elvis' historic residency from 1969 to 1976. He and Priscilla were married for the first four years of his Vegas run, following their 1967 wedding and subsequent divorce in 1973.
"It's an eerie feeling somewhat," Priscilla admitted in her video on Monday. "Because it's like all the shows I saw, him being on stage, I can actually feel that energy that he had when he performed."
View this post on Instagram"Wow, this brings back so many memories," she continued, looking out into the audience where she once sat watching Elvis perform.
"This place would be packed with people while he put on an amazing show...I really miss that. I miss coming here," Priscilla said, while reminiscing on one specific memory when she was standing at the edge of the stage from the crowd and Elvis bent down to give her a kiss. She said just thinking about the sweet memory gave her "chills."
'Never in my life did I think I would be doing this," Priscilla added in the video, while announcing to fans that she will once again be returning to the iconic stage on May 2 for her live event, Priscilla Presley: In Her Own Words, where she will be "telling stories" about her life with Elvis.
"May 2nd is going to be a special day," she captioned the post. "Can’t wait 🙌"

Video first published by TMZ shows the couple walking to their car after the meal when photographers, already camped out in the garage, started snapping. The 32-year-old “Peaches” singer covered his face as flashes went off. Hailey, 29, got into their black SUV first without a word. Then Justin climbed in, tossed a half-empty Fiji water bottle in the direction of the paparazzi, shut the door, and the couple drove off.
Justin Bieber was CLEARLY not in the mood for a photo op Friday night. 😳

The bottle didn't hit anyone. It landed on the ground, but the frustration behind it was hard to miss. And if you've been paying attention, none of this is new for the Grammy winner.
Last June, he got into a heated confrontation with photographers outside Soho House Malibu and didn't hold back. "I'm a real man with a real family," he told them. "I'm at my wit's f**king end."
@offmybieber“it’s an energy thing” “I’m a dad” bro i feel so bad for him… #justinbieber #bieber #bieberfever #blowthisup
♬ original sound - ⋆ ˚。⋆A couple of months before that, he posted a first-person video to Instagram showing photographers surrounding him, with a caption that read simply: "This has to stop."
View this post on InstagramHe's even woven the tension into his music. Audio from real paparazzi encounters reportedly made it onto his 2025 album Swag, showing up in the tracks "Butterflies" and "Standing on Business."
And this goes way further back than last year. In 2014, a photographer rear-ended his Ferrari while following him. Bieber responded with a now-deleted post that read: "There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana."
The Biebers, who share an 18-month old son named Jack Blues, have actually been on a pretty good run publicly lately. They showed up together at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards in February, and earlier that same day were spotted being affectionate at South Beverly Grill before heading to Sushi Park.
Neither has publicly addressed what happened in the parking garage.

‘New York Times’ Bestselling Book About ‘70s Rock Band Debuted 7 Years Ago
Taylor Jenkins Reid marked a milestone in her author journey amid the seventh anniversary of her beloved book Daisy Jones & The Six.
“Can you believe it’s been seven years since Daisy Jones & The Six first published!?” Reid’s official Instagram account, which is run by her team, wrote on Monday, March 9. “Here’s a little flashback to 2019.”
Reid’s social media account reflected on the novel’s release with throwback photos from seven years ago. Some of the featured images showed the author, 42, signing copies of Daisy Jones & The Six at the time and Reese Witherspoon reading her book club selection while sitting on a couch beside her dog.
Elsewhere in the caption, Reid’s team reminded fans that a new special edition of Daisy Jones & The Six will be out later this year.
“And don’t forget to preorder your copy of the deluxe edition! Along with special features, it includes a brand new extended ending with Camila, Daisy and Billy,” the post continued. “The deluxe edition is available for preorder now.”
Reese’s Book Club—which chose Daisy Jones & The Six as its March 2019 pick—shared Reid’s post via Instagram Story on Monday, writing, “Can’t believe it’s been seven years since Daisy Jones & The Six was published!”
Daisy Jones & The Six was released on March 5, 2019, and became a No. 1 New York Times bestseller. The novel centers around the ups and downs of a fictional 1970s rock band and its titular lead singer, unraveling the mystery behind the group’s headline-making breakup.
Four years after its debut, the novel was adapted into an Emmy-nominated Prime Video miniseries in March 2023. The show—which was produced by Witherspoon, 49—starred Riley Keough (Daisy Jones), Sam Claflin (Billy Dunne), Camila Morrone (Camila Alvarez), Suki Waterhouse (Karen Sirko), Will Harrison (Graham Dunne), Josh Whitehouse (Eddie Roundtree), Sebastian Chacon (Warren Rojas), Nabiyah Be (Simone Jackson), Tom Wright (Teddy Price) and Timothy Olyphant (Rod Reyes).
Daisy Jones & The Six has remained one of Reid’s most popular novels in the years since its release. In February, the author’s team announced the upcoming deluxe edition of the book.
“Exciting news: There will be a special deluxe edition of Daisy Jones & The Six! Featuring stenciled edges, new endpapers, an updated jacket with foil and a printed hardcover with a fan favorite quote. Best of all, it will have bonus content including an extended ending!” an Instagram post read at the time. “This is a limited printing, so if you want to make sure to get a copy, be sure to preorder your copy.”
In addition to Daisy Jones & The Six, Reid is the author of 2013’s Forever, Interrupted, 2014’s After I Do, 2015’s Maybe in Another Life, 2016’s One True Loves, 2018’s The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, 2021’s Malibu Rising, 2022’s Carrie Soto Is Back and 2025’s Atmosphere.
Reid confirmed in October 2025 that her next book is in the works, revealing at the Las Vegas Book Festival that she’d recently turned in a manuscript.
“To be clear, it still needs a lot of work,” she said at the time. “My editor is going to send me a 20-page letter about all the things that I need to fix and then I’ll fix them and you’ll have a book to read.”
As for the plot of the upcoming book, Reid hinted, “We’re going to go on the road with some bad girls.”
Harry Styles and His American Sweetheart Spotted Holding Hands in NYC
Oh, Harry Styles ... We know you're super-busy promoting your new album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, but we couldn't help but notice you're also out in New York City promoting your ongoing romantic relationship with actor Zoe Kravitz, 37. We see you.
The British musician and the American actress, who is famous in her own right and the daughter of musician Lenny Kravitz and actressLisa Bonet, were spotted recently out in NYC, holding hands and looking adorable. Likely trying to keep their celeb identities on the down low, they were both wearing sunglasses, Harry was dressed down in jeans, and Zoe hid behind a long black coat and a not-so-low-key, album-promoting baseball cap that reads "Kiss."
Harry is in town to host Saturday Night Live, and Kravitz owns at least one residence in the area, and well, it's New York where anything can be happening. The couple has been known to be dating since last August when they were spotted out on a "maybe they are, maybe they aren't" lovefest in Italy. We know now: Yes, they are.
Check out the famous couple, walking in NYC:
View this post on Instagram View this post on InstagramHarry's album Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally launched last week, and he will host and perform as the musical guest on SNL, airing March 14, 2026. This is his sixth time on the show, including the three times with former band One Direction. Styles was previously romantically linked to actor Taylor Russell, 31, and actor Olivia Wilde, 41, before that.
Kravitz is currently promoting her film Caught Stealing. She and actor Channing Tatum, 45, ended their engagement in 2024.
It's great to see a little evidence that this couple's still together. We're always following along!

United Passenger Claims She Was Harassed Her Entire Fight and the Airline 'Refused' to Do Anything About It
While many stories about passengers behaving badly while flying can be funny—like the couple who got married mid-flight, forcing all the other passengers to serve as impromptu wedding guests—sometimes things can get scary in the air.
That's what woman says happened during her recent United Airlines flight, when she claims she was allegedly harassed by the man sitting next to her. Unfortunately, she says that the flight crew did nothing to intervene, and she wasn't able to get any help until getting the cops involved once the plane landed. Now, her story is going viral as she says she's looking for a response (and some compensation) from United. Here's what you need to know.
@brookelynrosemusic(TW: harassment on a flight) I want to be fairly compensated for what I went through with United Airlines and have some justice. Internet, do your thing and help me please 🫂 #fyp #story #plane #justice #share
♬ original sound - BrookelynRoseMusic Woman Says Seatmate Physically Assaulted Her During United FlightTikToker @brooklynrosemusic has decided to share the story of her recent experience during a flight from Colorado to Los Angeles. In the now viral video, the young woman says that she was seated next to a visibly intoxicated man, who instantly made her uncomfortable. According to her, she initially tried to ignore the man, but after repeated attempts to engage her, she was forced to interact with him.
“He starts asking what book I’m reading,” she recalled. “Then he starts hitting on me.” After the woman tried to tell him she was married to get him to stop, he reportedly said that he was too, and leaned into her seat to show off photos of his family. “I was like, you know what, this is my area,” she continued. “Why don’t you keep to your space?”

From there, the situation continued to escalate with several more unwanted advances before he threw a bag of pretzels at her during the food and drink service. Unfortunately, the OP says that she tried time and time again to get the attention of the flight crew, but due to her short stature and being hidden in the widow seat of the row, she couldn't get to them without bringing too much attention to herself. The OP said that left her with no other options than to try and silently alert the attendants when they walked by, but to no avail.
However, she says things got really bad when the man misheard the pilot's announcement about the plane's final decent, which he took to mean the flight was going down. The man started grabbing her and shaking her while getting upset about the pending crash. “I said, ‘Get your [expletive] hands off me!’” she says she finally shouted.
People Can't Believe the Man Behaved This WayUltimately, the OP explained how her fellow passengers were the ones to get involved and to complain to the flight crew, which eventually prompted the authorities to get involved.
"I’m so sorry this happened to you. If I was around you I would’ve done everything I could to help," one person wrote. "I don’t understand people. I hope this gets more attention."
Getting more attention seems to be exactly why the OP shared her story, since she said she's had a hard time getting a satisfactory response out of the airline.
“They didn’t even give me a flight credit,” she alleges. “They said that’s not in our policy. And now I have to come on here because this is the only way that things get done anymore.”
Other people felt differently about the situation, with many people opting to blame the OP. "I’m so sorry for what happened to you," another person said. "In this situation you have to speak up and tell the flight attendant that you are uncomfortable with this drunk guy sitting next to you and asked to be moved elsewhere."

What Should You Do With an Inappropriate SeatmateThe last commenter brought up an interesting point about what you should do in this type of situation. And, while the OP clearly says in her story that she felt intimidated and scared to say anything out of fear she would end up trapped with her seatmate after complaining, there are some steps you can take to protect yourself.
For example, you could notify the flight crew verbally, if you feel comfortable enough to speak up. Another option would be to excuse yourself to go to the bathroom, which would allow you to approach an attendant while out of earshot of your seatmate. However, I don't exactly think that the OP was in the wrong. When you find yourself in a situation like this, and you're unsure what to do, sometimes staying quiet can be the best option, especially with someone who appears to have been drinking.
However, I have a hunch that she will speak up if this ever happens again.
Aldi’s $7 Scallop-Trimmed Kitchen Accessory Looks Like Something From a Fairytale Cottage
When the world outside starts feeling a little too chaotic (when doesn't it?), I tend to turn my attention inward. More specifically, to my home. It's really comforting to make your personal space feel calm and cozy. For me, that often means leaning into cottagecore decor. Give me soft colors, vintage-inspired pieces or anything that feels like it belongs in a storybook kitchen, and I'm instantly happier.
It doesn't have to be a full-on farmhouse transformation, either. Sometimes the charm comes from the smallest touches, like a sweet little basket on the counter, a pretty jar or a piece that feels like it has a bit of old-world personality. Those tiny details can make everyday routines, like making toast or pouring a cup of tea, feel just a little more special.
Crofton Ceramic Butter Dish, $6.99 at AldiAldi
Lately, Aldi has been delivering when it comes to those kinds of pieces. My grocery run has turned into a shopping spree for quaint kitchenware that fits right into that cozy, cottagey vibe. Like this scallop-trimmed ceramic butter dish that looks like it came straight out of a charming countryside kitchen.
Related: Hobby Lobby Shoppers Say This Boho Chic Cabinet Is So 'Rich Looking'
A butter dish is decidedly different from a butter bell, a product Aldi is also carrying right now. While a butter bell is specifically designed to keep butter on the counter for an extended period of time, a butter dish is intended to keep butter at room temp for just a short period (not days on end). The lid helps keep the butter from absorbing other smells in the kitchen while it's out of the fridge.
If I'm being real with you, I'm a sucker for anything with a scallop-edging. It just adds a little bit of personality to items that you wouldn't otherwise give a second glance, and I love that.
Aside from the butter accessories, Aldi has tons of kitchenware in stock this week that will add a little character to your cooking. There's a really chic lazy Susan that's perfect for organizing countertops or for serving food, and these whimsical drying mats that look more like decor than a place to air-dry dishes.
So even if you were just planning to run in for dinner essentials, like Aldi's delish pork tamales or macaroni cheese pizza, skim over the Aldi Finds aisle. You'll find something to add to your cart. Trust me.
‘90 Day: The Single Life’ Star Cortney Reardanz Slams Colt After He Calls Her ‘Boring’: ‘What Am I Supposed to Do?’ (Exclusive)
If you thought things were already messy on this season of 90 Day: The Single Life, buckle up.
During a candid chat with Parade, Cortney Reardanz responded to Colt Johnson’s confessional dig that dating her was like the wholesome-but-“kind of boring” vibe of watching Little House on the Prairie.
“Usually I'm going out every night with my friends. I'm traveling the world,” she clapped back. “You're holding my life back, then you're telling me I'm boring while you are here with a broken leg? You can't do anything.”
She continued more bluntly: “Like, you can't have sex without an erection.”
Cortney admits discussing such intimate details on camera wasn’t exactly comfortable… especially while living with Colt at home with her parents.
“I'm like, ‘Oh my God!’ I don't want my parents to see this,” Cortney said.
But if she’s going to be labeled “boring,” she’s going to defend herself. “What am I supposed to do with the broken equipment? It's like giving me a deflated basketball, then you're complaining I suck at shooting basketballs.”
I mean… point taken.

As for whether things improve in the bedroom as the season goes on? Cortney teased, “Stay tuned.”
She did reveal, “We discovered ways around the issue a little bit, but there was a lot we had to work through.” Yes, that includes the rather scandalous bow tie moment.
While Colt’s been known to be a bit polarizing in past seasons of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise, Cortney says that’s not what she experienced herself.
“I saw clips of Colt on social media where he's yelling as mom, yelling at his ex, women are throwing shoes at him,” she said. “I've seen the craziness, but I didn't experience that in person.”
Instead she found him to be polite, sweet and “such a gentleman.”
“I think different people bring out different sides of you,” she explained.
Still, she admits she was blindsided when it came to another woman: Diana.
Cortney says she knew Colt had been talking to other women before coming to stay with her at her parents’ house, but believed he had cut them off.
“He's like, ‘Yeah, they mean nothing to me,’” she said. “And he told me he blocked all of them, which I think was true because I saw them on social media crying, ‘Oh my God, he blocked me.’”
At the time, she felt reassured. “Like, good. He blocked them. He's doing the right thing and committing to me.”
But she later realized he was still communicating with a Brazilian woman named Diana behind her back.

Looking back, there were signs.
“Vanessa [Guerra, Colt’s ex-wife] and this other girl were online crying and screaming and doing all this craziness. I'm like, ‘Diana's being very quiet,’” she said. “And he's like, ‘Oh!’ Like he was squirming or uncomfortable.”
When asked which Single Life cast member has the worst picker when it comes to partners, Cortney didn’t hesitate:.
“Yeah, it's me immediately.”
Even her co-star Sophie Sierra chimed in with a playful jab saying, “At least mine are attractive.”
Cortney laughed but admitted, “That's true.”
90 Day: The Single Life airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET.
1987 Rock Classic Released 39 Years Ago Today Is Still Considered One of the Greatest Albums Ever Made
Thirty-nine years ago today, four guys from Dublin released an album that went platinum in the United Kingdom in 48 hours, and the music world hasn't been the same since.
U2 dropped The Joshua Tree on March 9, 1987, and it immediately became something no one could explain and everyone wanted a piece of. The album hit No. 1 in more than 20 countries, became Britain's fastest-selling record at the time and produced Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr.'s only two No. 1 singles on the US Billboard Hot 100: "With or Without You" and "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For." Not bad for a fifth album.
Produced by Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno, the record earned U2 the Grammy for Album of the Year at the 1988 ceremony, and it wasn't close. Critics were unanimous, fans were obsessed and Time magazine put the band on its cover under the headline "Rock's Hottest Ticket." There's a particular irony in all of it: four Irish musicians so fascinated by America they named their masterpiece after a desert tree in the Mojave, and in doing so made something more American-sounding than most American artists ever had.
The Songs That Make It UntouchableThe Joshua Tree is one of those rare albums with no throwaway tracks.
"Where the Streets Have No Name" remains one of the most recognizable opening guitar lines in rock history. "With or Without You" is still soundtracking breakups and long drives four decades later. "Running to Stand Still" and "One Tree Hill" hit in ways that are genuinely hard to categorize — not quite rock, not quite folk, not quite anything that existed before Lanois and Eno built it.
Related: 1982 Classic No. 1 Hit Ranked ‘Greatest Soft Rock Song’ of All Time
The Legacy Is Official — LiterallyIn 2013, The Joshua Tree was added to the Library of Congress National Recording Registry, reserved for recordings deemed "culturally, historically or aesthetically significant." It has sold over 25 million copies worldwide, earned a diamond certification in the US and appears on virtually every serious list of the greatest albums ever made.
Thirty-nine isn't a milestone number; 40 will get the big retrospective treatment next year. But if you haven't listened to The Joshua Tree front-to-back recently, today feels like exactly the right excuse.

Author of Oprah’s Book Club Pick Accused in Lawsuit of Using Classmate’s Assault Story as Her Own
Amy Griffin, author of Oprah's Book Club pick The Tell, is being accused of using a former classmate's sexual assault story as her own in a shocking new lawsuit.
In The Tell, Griffin's memoir published in March 2025, the billionaire and author claims to have recovered repressed memories of childhood sexual abuse while participating in illegal psychedelic-drug therapy.
Along with being selected as Oprah's 112th book club pick, The Tell became a New York Times bestseller and was promoted by celebrities like Jenna Bush Hager, Gwyneth Paltrow, Mariska Hargitay, and Reese Witherspoon.
However, in a lawsuit filed on Wednesday, Mar. 4, a former classmate of Griffin's—who is identified as Jane Doe in court documents—alleges that she had her "identity, likeness and private information unlawfully used" in the memoir.
The woman says she attended the same Amarillo, Texas, middle school as Griffin and that she is "Claudia" in the book—a pseudonym. She is accusing Griffin of invasion of privacy, negligence and infliction of emotional distress, among other claims.
The woman is also suing Sam Lansky, a ghostwriter who worked on The Tell, and Penguin Random House and The Dial Press, which published the book.

In the book, Griffin wrote that while under the influence of MDMA, she recovered memories from more than 30 years prior of being sexually assaulted in middle school and high school by one of her teachers, referred to in the memoir as the pseudonym "Mr. Mason."
However, in the lawsuit, the author's former classmate cited two incidents from the book and claim those instances happened to her—not Griffin.
Additionally, according to The New York Times, "Mr. Mason" was described in enough detail that he was identifiable to many in Amarillo, Texas, where she grew up.
The classmate told The Times that the teacher who assaulted her was not the teacher Griffin accuses in her book, and the lawsuit makes the same distinction.
In a statement to The Times, Thomas A. Clare, a lawyer for Griffin, said he looks forward to "exposing these meritless claims in court" and called the publication's previous reporting on Griffin and The Tell "deeply flawed."
The lawyer representing Jane Doe also issued their own statement to People, saying, "Our client has experienced significant harm from the disclosure of deeply private information without consent. We are confident we have strong legal grounds for relief under well-established privacy law. We are committed to pursuing all available legal remedies and look forward to presenting our case in court."
If you or someone you know has been a victim of sexual assault, help is available 24 hours a day through RAINN's National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-4673.

He invites people to join him to see conversations that might change the way they look at their own life story.
In an initial announcement about the project that dropped on January 27, Today teased that Melvin would be recording the podcast from the basement bar in his home.
The podcast was initially slated to debut on February 3. Although Today did not explicitly explain the apparent delay in the podcast release, it may well have been due to the February 1 disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of Today co-host Savannah Guthrie.

One Instagram user commented, "I love it!!! I cannot wait. This is awesome. This will be real, raw conversation. That's what you always bring to the table. I'm here for it. Congrats."
