'90s Movie Star's Throwback Photos Are Sending Fans Straight Back to Their Teenage Years
Freddie Prinze Jr was all the rage back in the '90s. In honor of his 50th birthday, one fan social media account tapped into a viral trend to resurface photos of the movie star from back in the day.

The fan-created video featuring Prinze Jr. transported fans right back to their teenage years, showcasing shots from some of his biggest films, such as She’s All That and I Know What You Did Last Summer, along with photos of him on the red carpet with his wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Sharon Stone Turns 68 and Nails the ‘90s Throwback Meme With Moments From ‘Casino’ and ‘Basic Instinct'
Sharon Stone is turning 68 and served an amazing throwback to some of her most incredible roles in films like Casino, Basic Instinct, and Total Recall.
The movie titan, who celebrates her 68th birthday on Tuesday, made some of her most famous films during the '90s. Also a successful painter and philanthropist, Stone is back on TV these days, starring on HBO’s hot series Euphoria. But that doesn't mean she can't participate in the popular "Mom, what were you like in the '90s?" meme that's going around social media, especially when her time in the decade included starring alongside Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Stone shared a video of the fun meme, set to the Goo Goo Dolls song "Iris," with photos from some of her most famous films and red carpet moments in the '90s. Whether she's throwing dice as Ginger in Casino or smoking a cigarette as Catherine Tramell in Basic Instinct, it's safe to say Stone nailed this meme on the first try.
"Today is my birthday 🎁 I want to thank you all for being a part of my journey ❤️," Stone captioned the video, which features a new clip of the beauty staring out at the sky.
View this post on Instagram What Does Sharon Say about Rebooting Her Role in Basic Instinct? One of Stone’s most famous roles was that of Catherine Tramell in Paul Verhoeven‘s 1992 erotic thriller Basic Instinct. The film was rebooted in 2006 for Basic Instinct 2, but it absolutely bombed. On TODAY last year, Stone delivered a savage takedown of the film.

Stone Has a Great Sense of HumorStone’s legendary Basic Instinct character is suspected of being a savage killer and is pulled in for questioning by the police in the film. Tramell is dressed in a cream-colored outfit in the infamous scene, which went down in film history for being sexually charged. On Christmas Eve, Stone posted a photo of herself from the scene, along with a hilarious holiday message.
“A reminder to bring a little main character energy to your holiday. wishing you a wonderful time with your family & friends this season, if you need an inspo for your fashion tonight, might I suggest my look from nobody 2? It should keep the conversation… light. 🎄xo Sharon,” she wrote.

Joshua Jackson Breaks Silence on James Van Der Beek's Death Nearly One Month Later
Nearly one month after James Van Der Beek’s death, actor Joshua Jackson has broken his silence on the grief of losing his friend and co-star.
The Mighty Ducks star made his first public comments on his former co-star's death and his battle with colorectal cancer while speaking with the Today show.
The actor explained that it hits him in many ways, especially when he thinks about Van Der Beek’s wife, Kimberly, and their six kids, Olivia, Joshua, Annabel,Emilia, Gwendolyn, and Jeremiah.
“For me as a father now, I think the enormity of that tragedy for his family hits me in a very different way than just as a colleague. So I think the processing is is ongoing,” he expressed.
The Dawson’s Creek star also looked back on his friendship with Van Der Beek, gushing over being part of Van Der Beek’s life during that time and even after the show ended.
“He and I shared this very amazing time ... and it was formational for us. I know both of us look back on that time with great fondness, but I will also say that I know that I'm really just a footnote in what he actually accomplished in his life,” Jackson expressed.

Jackson went on to add, “He became what we used to just call a good man, a man of the kind of belief, the kind of faith that allowed him to face the impossible with grace, an unbelievable partner and husband, just a real man who showed up for his family and a beautiful, kind, curious, interested, dedicated father.”
In light of Van Der Beek’s battle with cancer and others close to him, Jackson has teamed up with the NHL and AstraZeneca as part of the Get Body Checked Against Cancer. The new campaign highlights the importance of getting screened for cancer, especially for men.
Jackson wants to encourage men to visit the doctor and get tested, as early detection is helpful. It’s so important for me to be on top of their health, and it doesn’t always work that way, so Jackson’s hoping the campaign will make an impact on that.

‘Love Is Blind’: Connor Reacts to Chris’s ‘Beat Me Up’ Comment at the Reunion
Love Is Blind Season 10's reunion will be released on Wednesday, March 11 on Netflix. There were some things the cast members said behind each other's backs during the season. They'll get to hash it out on TV for the last time.
Connor Spies was engaged to Bri McNees. That didn't stop Chris Fusco from hitting on her. A sneak peek of the reunion revealed Connor reacting to Chris dismissing him.
Connor Said He Doesn’t Think About Chris on Love Is BlindHost Nick Lachey introduced the clip of Chris talking in the bathroom with Alex Henderson. "Speaking of challenges, one person who said he'd challenged Bri and he likes to do the 'hard sh-t stuff,' was Chris," Lachey, 52 said. "Connor, what do you think after watching the show and hearing the following?"

The reunion showed the clip from episode 9. "Dude, Bri is so hot," Chris said. "I saw Bri, and I was like, 'Yeah, I'm into her.' I want to talk to her, but Connor. I don't care." Someone asked what Connor will do. "He's gonna beat me up?" They laughed. "Yeah, right," he added.
"I honestly have, like, no thoughts," Connor said. "Like, he doesn't even cross my mind ever. So it's cool." Bri sat next to Connor at the reunion, which might be a good sign of their relationship. The season ended with Bri deciding not to go to the altar.

This wasn't the first time Chris had a lot to say about Connor. Bri compared the men while in Cabo in a conversation with Chris. She said she found Chris's vigor for life attractive with him open to doing things like an ice plunge, unlike Connor.
Connor told Parade that he was surprised by the conversation. "Obviously, if I knew with the extent of that got to, I definitely would at least stepped in for a second, and said something," he said. "But I was honestly just bowling some strikes with the boys, drinking some beers." The reunion might have him react to that conversation too.

Uber’s New Update Could Change How Women Travel
For many women, getting into a rideshare vehicle can sometimes come with a mix of convenience and concern. Now, a new feature from Uber could change how women approach rideshare travel across the United States.
The company recently rolled out a nationwide feature called “Women Preferences,” which allows women riders to request rides from women drivers and allows women drivers to accept trip requests primarily from women passengers. The option is designed to give women more control, comfort, and flexibility when using the app.
The update follows pilot programs in cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Detroit before expanding across the country in 2026.
I personally have used the feature when traveling with a group of girls and found the experience to simple. The 'women driver' option came up as a normal option, I chose it, waited a normal amount of time for the driver to show up, and got to my destination with no anxiety.
View this post on Instagram What the New Feature AllowsThe update adds several options for women riders. When requesting a ride, users can select an option called “Women Drivers” to increase the likelihood of being matched with a female driver. Riders can also reserve trips in advance with a female driver or set a default preference in their app settings to prioritize women drivers whenever possible.
Women drivers also have new options on their end. They can toggle a setting that allows them to prioritize ride requests from female passengers, offering additional flexibility and potentially creating a safer environment for drivers as well.
However, the feature isn’t guaranteed to match riders with women every time. That’s partly because only about one in five Uber drivers in the U.S. are women, which can limit availability in some cities.
Still, the option gives women something many riders have asked for: more control over who they ride with.
Related: Uber Is Launching Flying Taxis—and They’re Arriving Sooner Than You Think
Why Safety Is a Major ConcernThe feature arrives after years of debate over rideshare safety. Companies like Uber have faced criticism and legal challenges related to incidents involving drivers and passengers.
In fact, Uber has reported thousands of sexual assault incidents linked to rides in the United States, though the company says the number has declined in recent years as safety features improved.
These concerns have shaped how many women approach ridesharing. Safety apps, ride-sharing with friends, and sharing trip details with family members have become common habits for many female travelers.
The broader safety context extends beyond ridesharing as well. According to data from the National Crime Information Center, hundreds of thousands of missing person cases are reported each year in the U.S., with women representing a significant share of those cases.
@uberTruly the best feeling 🤗
♬ original sound - Jack Taylor The Lawsuit Behind the UpdateDespite its safety goals, the feature has also sparked legal controversy.
Two drivers in California filed a class-action lawsuit claiming the women-matching feature discriminates against male drivers by limiting their access to potential riders. The case argues that the policy could violate California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, which prohibits businesses from discriminating based on gender.
Critics say the feature unfairly assumes men are more dangerous than women. But supporters argue that giving women the option to request female drivers is a practical response to real safety concerns.
Uber itself has defended the update, saying it addresses long-standing requests from both riders and drivers who wanted the option to ride with other women.

How It Could Change Travel for WomenFor female travelers, especially those traveling solo, this feature could significantly influence how they plan transportation.
Women arriving late at night at airports, heading home from nightlife districts, or traveling alone in unfamiliar cities may feel more comfortable using a rideshare service that allows them to request a female driver.
The update may also encourage more women to become drivers, something the industry has struggled with for years. Increasing the number of female drivers could improve both rider comfort and driver safety.
While the legal debate surrounding the feature continues, the broader conversation about safety in rideshare travel is unlikely to fade anytime soon.
And for millions of women who rely on ridesharing during trips, nights out, or daily commutes, this update could represent a small but meaningful step toward feeling more secure on the road.
Zendaya Tried But Couldn’t Hide the Gold Ring on Her Ring Finger at Paris Fashion Week
Zendaya and Tom Holland sparked secret-wedding rumors when the starlet’s stylist, Law Roach, dropped a bombshell on the red carpet of the Actor Awards earlier this month.
“The wedding has already happened. You missed it. It’s very true,” Roach said in a video clip shared by Access Hollywood on Instagram.
The post was captioned, “EXCUSE US?! ⚠️ Law Roach tells us the Zendaya and Tom Holland wedding has already happened 🤍.”
View this post on InstagramSince then, several players in the couple’s orbit have added to the frenzy. For one, Spider-Man: Brand NewDay co-star Liza Colón-Zayas seemingly congratulated the couple on their wedding day in an Instagram Story shared on Friday, March 6. And Zendaya’s mother, Claire Stoermer, added fuel to the fire when she commented on Roach’s now infamous interview with a, “the laugh….😂,” referring to the stylist’s coy giggle after dropping the news, per People.
Today, the speculation heats up even more with a gold band sighting seen all the way from Paris. As the Euphoria star stepped out for Fashion Week’s Louis Vuitton autumn/winter 2026 show, she kept her hand tucked in her pocket, per Page Six. One inside the venue and working the cameras, however, shutterbugs were able to snap her ring finger, which was decorated with both a dazzling sparkler and a simple gold band.
As for her fashion, the red-carpet icon worked an all-white look, which paired a dramatic shirtdress featuring peak collars and a billowing high-low skirt with a thick black belt at the waist and black pointed-toe pumps. Up top, her new curly bob was on full display.
We should also mention that Zendaya's outing in Paree actually wasn’t the first time fans caught sight of her wearing a gold wedding band. In a March 5 photo shoot for The Drama, the spring rom-com release she stars in opposite Robert Pattinson, the ring makes a cameo. Whether it’s the same one she’s rocking in Paris is unclear. Still -> speculation.
As of now, neither Holland nor Zendaya has confirmed or denied the wedding rumors.

1976 All-Time Classic Was a No. 1 Hit 50 Years Ago Today
"Shake it up, shake it down! Move it in, move it 'round, disco lady!" because 50 years ago on Monday, the iconic 1970s song made history.
On March 10, 1976, "Disco Lady" by Johnnie Taylor was crowned the No. 1 R&B song. Released as a single in January that year by Columbia Records, the song became that year's biggest hit, especially in the world of R&B. In addition, it spent four weeks on the Billboard Hot 100, six weeks atop the R&B chart and sold over 2.5 million copies, becoming the very first single to hit Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. Though the title has the word "disco" in it, the song is actually a ballad and not a dancey disco record.

"Disco Lady" was the first song Taylor made for Columbia Records, after leaving his longtime record label, Stax Records, which went bankrupt. The song was produced by Taylor's long-time producer, Don Davis, and included the musicians of Parliament-Funkadelic: Bootsy Collins, Bernie Worrell, Glenn Goins, Tiki Fulwood and background vocals by the group BRANDYE. The track was written by Davis, Harvey Scales and Albert Vance, and was included in Taylor's ninth studio album, Eargasm, which was his record that saw the artist's shift from soul to modern R&B. "Disco Lady" was ranked as the third best songthat came out in 1976 by Billboard, while Cashbox Magazine placing the hit as its No. 1 of the year.
Thanks to the success of "Disco Lady" and Eargasm, it earned the artist his second Grammy nomination for Best Male R&B Vocal Performance. Taylor, who was born in Arkansas, started performing in gospel choirs before pursuing a professional music career in the 1960s. Known as "The Philosopher of Soul" at Stax Records, Taylor recorded multiple hits, including "Who's Making Love" and "Jody's Got Your Girl and Gone." When Stax collapsed and Taylor moved to Columbia Records, then Malaco Records, he made 18 studio albums before passing away in May 2000 in Dallas due to a heart attack. He was 66 years old.

'DWTS' Star Mark Ballas to Join Partner Whitney Leavitt in 'Chicago'
The name on everybody's lips is now going to be Mark Ballas.
After weeks of teasing an announcement, it was confirmed Tuesday, via People, that the Dancing with the Stars icon will be taking the stage with his former partner, Whitney Leavitt, in another extended run as Roxie in 'Chicago: The Musical.'
Ballas will be playing opposite to Leavitt as lawyer Billy Flynn.
While it was announced that Leavitt will be extending her Broadway run, which started on February 2, she'll be back once again to perform with her former partner from April 6 to May 3, according to the outlet.
View this post on Instagram"This secret was way too hard to keep!" Leavitt captioned her own Instagram announcement. "The incredible @markballas & I will be performing TOGETHER in @chicagomusical April 6-May3rd! Can’t wait to perform on stage together again."
Ballas, for his part, is no stranger to the Broadway stage as he starred in 'Jersey Boys' in 2017 and 'Kinky Boots' in 2018. As he's kept up with hisDWTS career, he's also dabbled into the world of reality TV, having recently competed on Traitors, a move he told People sets him up perfectly to play to Flynn
"After spending the last few months in the world of The Traitors, where everything is about lies, murder, and deception, stepping into 'Chicago' feels like a pretty natural next move," he said. "I’m so excited to be returning to Broadway, this time as Billy Flynn, and even more excited that I get to share the stage with Whitney, who’s already killing it as Roxie Hart. I’m excited to get this partnership back together and make DWTS history."
He also took to Instagram with an announcement of his own, reflecting on his musical theater journey, sharing how he once auditioned for 'Chicago' in a production for London's West End at 19 years old.
"Twenty years later, I’m making my return to Broadway as Billy Flynn," he wrote. "Hard work, persistence, dedication to the craft, and relentlessness really do pay off. Thank you to my musical theatre teachers for instilling this in me, and for the years of tough love."
While there's no doubt that the two have been rehearsing together for Ballas' role, as fans have been speculating they were up to something in New York, their first taste of 'Chicago' actually happened on DWTS when the pair danced a tango to the show's beloved song "Cell Block Tango." The performance led Ballas to suggest that Leavitt should make her Broadway debut.
In the weeks since she'd been taking the stage, fans both DWTS and Hulu's Secret Live of Mormon Wives have been flocking to the theater. The DWTS pros from her season and her SLOMW co-stars have all been in the audience to support her as well.
For fans that won't be able to make it to Broadway, Leavitt confirmed that her journey as Roxie will be shown on the reality show which starts up again on Thursday.

Former Bond Girl Léa Seydoux, 40, Has Only Gotten More Stunning Since Starring Onscreen With Daniel Craig
Léa Seydoux may have been a stunning Bond girl in Spectre and No Time to Die, but she's looking better than ever in 2026.
Seydoux, 40, who made waves as Madeleine Swann in the James Bond spy thrillers alongside Daniel Craig, has continued with an illustrious career in Hollywood with roles in films like The Grand Budapest Hotel, The French Dispatch, and Beauty and the Beast. But over a decade since her first appearance in a Bond film, Seydoux is looking even more stunning. The French beauty hit the Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2026-2027 show as part of Paris Fashion Week, and epitomized every bit of French girl cool in a unique suit covered in pastel shades. With soft waves in her hair, deep, rosy lips, and white sunglasses, the beauty made it clear she can pull off any look.

What Does it Take to Be a Bond Girl?Legendary Bond Girl Britt Eklund has plenty of thoughts about the women who carry on that legacy. Ekland, who earned acclaim for her role opposite Roger Moore in the 1974 James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun, told the UK’s Times that the right woman “should be attractive … chosen for her natural beauty. And she should be athletic.”
“I think that’s very important because the role generally involves running, jumping, and a little bit of fighting. It involves moving your body,” Ekland continued.
The actress has strong feelings about the issues because she’s just so proud of the legacy. It’s also a tremendous responsibility to carry.
“I’m the proudest Bond girl there is because there are not a lot of us left, and there won’t be any in the future,” Ekland told The Guardian back in 2020. In the past, she pointed out in a piece in The Independent that modern Bond girls have it harder than she did since there are “so many demands” on them.
“The Bond girl has to look good in a bikini: that was her role … The Bond girl of my era exists no more because they’re not presented that way. You wouldn’t see her in a bikini next to Daniel Craig in a suit today,” Ekland said. “The PR department would make sure that didn’t happen.”
Andrew Rannells Reveals the Bizarre Scene From 'Girls' He’ll Never Forget (Exclusive)
Andrew Rannells has now starred in not one but two beloved shows with “Girls” in the title. And according to him, both came with moments that perfectly capture the absurdity and joy of being an actor.
When Parade spoke with Rannells and Casey Wilson at the Savannah College of Art and Design’s TV Festival in Atlanta, the pair were promoting The Great American Baking Show. But our conversation quickly turned to Rannells’ time on Girls and the memory that still makes him laugh years later.
Andrew Rannells Reveals the Girls Memory That Stuck With Him Most (0:42)Created by and starring Lena Dunham, Girls followed four women navigating life and relationships in New York City. Rannells played Elijah Krantz, the sharp-tongued and scene-stealing best friend to Hannah Horvath. When asked about his favorite set memory, Rannells did not hesitate.
“I remember doing fake cocaine off of a toilet seat at like 9 a.m.,” he said, laughing. “Sometimes you have those moments where you're like, 'What is acting?'”
Wilson immediately jumped in to add, “Like, how did I get here?”
Rannells continued, still amused by the memory. “This isn't what they tell you about in acting school.”

Wilson then joked that they were asked to do the same thing (fake cocaine) on The Great American Baking Show, before Rannells responded that, weirdly enough, something similar did happen during their time on Black Monday, the Wall Street comedy the two also starred in together.

The conversation naturally led to the other “Girls” series that has become a fan favorite: Girls5Eva.
Executive produced by Tina Fey, the musical comedy follows a former girl group that reunites decades after their initial rise to fame. Fey, an Emmy-winning writer, producer, and performer, is widely known for her work on Saturday Night Live and as the creator and star of 30 Rock, as well as for producing smart, character-driven comedies across television.
For Rannells, one particular creative exchange with Fey perfectly captured why joining the show was an opportunity he could not pass up.

“She’s so brilliant, and I just admire her so much,” he says. During an early Zoom meeting, the two discussed his character’s signature “dead eye” look, caused by his swoop bang blocking part of his vision. Rather than dealing with a daily contact lens, Fey had another idea.
“She said, 'I don’t know if you want to deal with a contact every day. Can you just cross your eyes?'” he recalls. “I was like, 'Yeah, absolutely.'”
Fey then asked how long he could hold the expression.
“I said, 'For you, all day.' So that’s how we came up with that. Anything you want, Tina Fey.” he then goes on to say, “I probably lost some sight too.”
For Rannells, both Girls and Girls5Eva reflect the unpredictable and often hilarious nature of his career. From crouching over a fake toilet at 9 a.m. to crossing his eyes on command during a Zoom pitch meeting, he continues to lean fully into the chaos. And in doing so, he reminds audiences that the best comedy often comes from complete commitment to even the most ridiculous moments.

Pixar's 'Hoppers' Opens to $88 Million, a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes, and One Unforgettable Meryl Streep Villain
For the past few years, Pixar has had a problem. The studio that gave families Toy Story, Finding Nemo, and Up, films that felt genuinely unmissable, had stumbled when it came to getting people to show up for something new. Elio, its last original movie, earned just $154 million worldwide on a $150 million budget, becoming the studio's lowest-grossing film ever. Before that, Soul, Luca, and Turning Red went straight to Disney+ during the pandemic, which may have gotten audiences used to thinking of Pixar originals as streaming content rather than theater events. Even Disney CEO Bob Igerlater admitted that decision hurt the brand.
This weekend, all of that changed.
Hoppers, Pixar's new animated comedy directed by Daniel Chong (We Bare Bears), opened to $46 million domestically and $88 million worldwide, which is the biggest global launch for an original animated film since Cocodebuted in 2017. It came in above the studio's own internal forecast of $35 to $40 million, landed at No. 1 on the North American box office chart, and earned a glowing "A" CinemaScore from audiences along with a 94% critics rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

The premise is weirdly charming. A 19-year-old environmental activist named Mabel Tanaka (voiced by Piper Curda) discovers a top-secret technology that allows her to transfer her consciousness into a lifelike robotic beaver. She uses it to infiltrate the animal world and stop a self-satisfied local politician, Mayor Jerry Generazzo (Jon Hamm, perfectly cast), from bulldozing a beloved wildlife glade to build a highway. Along the way, she befriends King George, a warmhearted, slightly buffoonish beaver monarch voiced with enormous charm by Bobby Moynihan, and finds herself drawn into a full-scale animal uprising she didn't intend to start. Meryl Streep voices the menacing Insect Queen. Kathy Najimy plays the flustered scientist behind the hopping technology. The film was six years in development, and the care shows.
Critics have called it Pixar's funniest movie in years, with the Rotten Tomatoes consensus describing it as 'an eager beaver for endearment that has the charm to back it up.' And the film still hasn't opened in China, Japan, or Australia, meaning the global numbers have plenty of room to grow. Industry analysts now predict a floor of at least $150 million domestic, with the ceiling considerably higher if word of mouth holds.
Pixar has been in a strange transitional period, leaning heavily on sequels (Inside Out 2, Toy Story 5 coming in June) to stay in the black while its original films struggled to connect. Hoppers proves the studio can still make something new and get families to leave the house for it. That hasn't been a sure thing for a while.
As box office analyst David A. Gross noted this weekend, when Disney and Pixar deliver a crowd-pleaser, they set it up for the long run. Repeat viewings, spring holiday traffic, and enthusiastic word of mouth. Hoppers has all of it.
Did Cher Secretly Tie the Knot? Her New Ring on ‘That’ Finger Is Fueling Wedding Buzz
Yesterday, Cher’s eldest son, Chaz Bono, married his longtime partner, Shara Blue Mathes, at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. And though it’s customary to not upstage the wedding parties, Cher couldn’t help but steal the spotlight.
The reason for all the fuss was the dazzling accessory planted right there on her left ring finger. We're not referring to the pear-shaped sparkler her boyfriendAlexander “AE” Edwards gave her back in 2022, though. We're actually speaking of the ring band stacked on top. It's that massive piece of hardware that has fans and eagle-eyed onlookers asking, "Wait, did she marry AE in secret?"
View this post on InstagramAccording to Page Six, the 79-year-old music icon arrived at her son's wedding in a black sweat suit patterned with white stars on the sleeves. She finished her look with a studded tiny bag, black shoes, and her signature long black locks. Take in the photos and close-up of her ring finger scape here.
Last December, the outlet reported that Cher was ready to marry her 39-year-old boyfriend ahead of her 80thbirthday in May 2026. Reps for the couple, however, quickly denounced the rumor. But should there be any merit to the claim, the pair's potential walk down the aisle would mark marriage No. 3 for the "If I Could Turn Back Time" singer.
Cher’s second marriage, which was to singer-songwriter Gregg Allman, ended nearly 50 years ago. And Cher’s first marriage, the famous union to Sonny Bono, ended in 1975 with Cher citing “involuntary servitude” in their divorce filing.
In 2022, Cher and Edwards took their relationship public, making various red-carpet appearances together and coordinating their fashion choices. Edwards has one son, Slash, who is 6 years old and he co-parents with ex Amber Rose.
Cher's other son, Elijah Blue Allman, 49, landed in hot water late last month, when he was arrested for simple assault, criminal trespassing, and disorderly conduct after causing a disturbance at a New Hampshire prep school.
As for Chaz, 57, he and Mathes, a former actress with TV credits that include It’s Your Move (1984), have been together since 2017. Congratulations to the happy couple (or couples).

View this post on InstagramThe comments section was flooded with love and actress Alicia Witt summed it up perfectly, writing, "a vision of mermaid smokeshow! 🩵"
Others left fire emojis and hearts to indicate how smitten they were with her look.

In a February 2026 interview with People, Hart shared the small lifestyle changes she made that resulted in losing 18 pounds.
She credited working out "really hard" and giving up alcohol and sugar as the keys to her "longevity journey."
"I actually feel stronger and better than I have in a really long time," she shared.
Hart continued, "I just wanted to feel better. It had nothing to do with losing weight. I really didn't think I could lose weight anymore, being in midlife and perimenopause and all those things, I was like, 'Can I really lose weight? I don't think I can.'"
"I lost about 18 pounds last year," the actress added.
Hart shared that her journey started as "just trying to feel better."
"And in doing that and discovering fasting and cutting sugars and cutting alcohol — I haven't had a drink in over a year," she explained. "I just don't even enjoy drinking. So why bother? So I cut these things out of my life, and I started to feel better."
"And in doing that, I lost a lot of weight and kind of feel great," she added.

26 Years Ago Today, a Massive Disney Sci-Fi Movie Flopped So Hard It Became a Hollywood Punchline
On March 10, 2000, Disney's big-budget sci-fi film Mission to Mars premiered in theaters, with the movie studio hoping for a super successful blockbuster. Unfortunately, the movie did the opposite, flopping hard with audiences and critics. Over two decades later, it's still remembered by movie fans, but for all the wrong reasons.
The movie was directed by acclaimed filmmaker Brian De Palma, who also directed Carrie, The Untouchables, and Mission: Impossible, with the cast including talented actors like Gary Sinise, Tim Robbins, Don Cheadle, Connie Nielsen, and Jerry O'Connell.
The story follows astronaut Jim McConnell (Sinise) on the first crewed exploration mission on Mars. He, along with a team of other astronauts, is sent to rescue Cheadle's Luke after they receive a distress signal. When they arrive, the crew finds a strange discovery on the planet that leads to unexpected revelations about the human race.
While the movie was supposed to be a profound and epic story, the ending left many audiences confused and disappointed. Mission to Mars ends with the reveal that the craters on the surface of Mars that form what's known as the "Face on Mars" are actually a structure that they enter, where they encounter a CGI alien.
The final minutes of the film recount a story of alien Martians escaping a destroyed planet and sending DNA to Earth, leading to the development of humans who would one day return to Mars as their new home.
Mission to Mars was a critical failure, receiving many negative reviews and just barely making more than its budget at the box office. The movie has a 23% on Rotten Tomatoes, while the Popcornmeter doesn't fare much better at 30%. De Palma was also nominated for a Razzie Award for Worst Director.

"I can’t recommend Mission to Mars. It misses too many of its marks," read a review from Roger Ebert, while Peter Bradshaw at The Guardian called the ending "outrageously silly."
Another reviewer said that "much of the dialogue is cornball stuff that could have come straight out of an old Buck Rogers movie," and "The metaphysical dimension to the ending is also an embarrassment."
More modern audiences felt similarly, with viewers on Reddit saying, "It's probably the most forgettable Disney ride movie, at the very least," and "It is really great until the last 15 minutes or so."

The #1 Best High-Fiber Snack for Heart Health, According to Cardiologists
If you have cardiovascular disease, a family history of it, or simply want to boost your longevity, you likely think that eating a heart-healthy diet is important. And cardiologists are not here to disagree.
"Watching what you eat will go a long way towards keeping your heart healthy," Dr.Cheng-Han Chen, MD,a board-certified interventional cardiologist and medical director of the Structural Heart Program at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center, tells Parade.
Lately, the nutrition zeitgeist has been hyper-focused on one macronutrient: Protein. Protein has its place—a big one—in a heart-friendly diet. But cardiologists say it's vital not to become too consumed with one nutrient because balance is vital.
"While protein is essential for muscle repair and helping you feel full, micronutrients—vitamins and minerals—are important because they power hundreds of vital processes that keep your heart functioning smoothly, blood pressure balanced and electrical signals strong," says Dr. Nadim Geloo, MD, a cardiologist and the senior director of medical affairs for Abbott’s structural heart division.
One key nutrient cardiologists are begging people not to overlook is fiber, which isn't "just" important for keeping your gut healthy.
"Fiber can help with gut digestion, but it also can improve heart health by reducing bad (LDL) cholesterol, reducing blood pressure and improving inflammation," states Dr. Srihari S. Naidu, MD, a professor of medicine in the Division of Cardiology at New York Medical College. "Through its effects on the gut, most weight loss can also be achieved. Fiber also reduces gut absorption, which can help regulate blood sugar levels in those with diabetes."
Most adults benefit from at least 28 grams of fiber (but it varies by age and sex), but the American Heart Association says many people fall about 14 grams short. Snacking is one way to increase fiber intake and improve your heart health. Below, cardiologists reveal their No. 1 best high-fiber snack for heart health (PS: A registered dietitian loves it, too).

The #1 Best High-Fiber Snack for Heart Health, Cardiologists Say"The fiber in walnuts contributes to heart health by lowering inflammation in the body, as well as managing weight and blood sugar," Dr. Chen states. "This then improves the risk factors for developing heart disease."
Dr. Geloo notes that the heart-health risk factors that fiber can help lower include high LDL ("bad") cholesterol, high total cholesterol, and chronic inflammation, which raise the likelihood of developing heart disease. But the benefits of walnuts don't stop with their nearly 2 grams of fiber per ounce. Walnuts are loaded with other heart-friendly nutrients that team up with fiber to support you.
"What truly sets walnuts apart is their abundance of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a special type of plant-based omega-3 fatty acid," he shares. "ALA can help reduce inflammation and aid the inner lining of blood vessels in working more effectively, which can promote better blood flow and reduce arterial stiffness."
In other words, fiber and healthy fats are a power duo for your cardiovascular system.
"This unique blend of fiber and anti-inflammatory omega-3s makes walnuts incredibly effective at lowering your overall risk of heart disease," Dr. Geloo explains. "Just remember, they are high in calories, so enjoy them in moderation."
Dr. Naidu adds that walnuts also contain:
- Magnesium
- Vitamin E
- Folate
- Manganese
- Copper
- Vitamin B6
- Phosphorus
- Polyphenols
- Melatonin
- Phytosterols
He notes that walnuts' nutrient density is a recipe not only for your heart health but also for your brain and gut. Since the heart doesn't operate in a vacuum (for instance, strokes involve the heart and brain),

How Many Walnuts Should You Eat Per Day for Heart Health? It depends on your needs, and a registered dietitian and cardiologist can help you figure out your precise serving size. "For most people, about one ounce, which is roughly a small handful, is a reasonable daily serving," says Kathleen Benson, CSSD, CPT, RDN, a registered dietitian at VNutrition.
However, Benson says your heart may crave more walnuts.
"Some individuals with higher calorie needs or higher cardiovascular risk may benefit from including nuts more regularly, as long as it fits their overall energy intake," she explains. "It really depends on the person’s total fat needs and overall diet pattern, but one serving daily is a practical place to start."
Related: It’s Possible To Reverse Heart Failure—Here’s What That Means, According to Cardiologists
The two grams of fiber in walnuts will get you closer to your daily needs. But you can up the ante (and fiber count) by eating them as part of a snack consisting of other fiber-filled foods.
"Pairing walnuts with high-fiber carbohydrates is an easy way to increase total fiber intake," Benson explains.
Some of her favorite foods to pair with walnuts at snack time include:
- Pears
- Apples
- Berries
- Stirred into plain oatmeal
"Combining the fat from the walnuts with the fiber from fruit or whole grains also helps with satiety and steadier blood sugar response," Benson adds.

Other High-Fiber Snack IdeasIf walnuts aren't for you, trust that you can still reap the heart-health benefits of fiber through other snack ideas. Cardiologists and a registered dietitian recommend:
- Edamame. Benson loves edamame for its fiber, plant protein and healthy fat—a true 3-in-1.
- Chia seed pudding. "Personally, I love chia-seed pudding and will also take it as a side dish for breakfast whenever I have the chance," Dr. Naidu raves.
- Fruit. Yep. It's that simple. Grab-and-go snacks are often highly processed, but you can keep a whole-food option in your kitchen to benefit your heart. "Fruits such as raspberries, apples and pears are a great choice for a high-fiber snack," Dr. Chen says.
- Roasted chickpeas. Dr. Geloo is a huge fan. "They are packed with fiber and protein, aiding in digestion and supporting healthy cholesterol levels," he says. "Simply toss canned chickpeas with olive oil and spices and roast until crispy for a satisfying, crunchy and savory nutrient-dense snack."
