'90s Rock Band Announces 2026 Tour Dates

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:49am

Sevendust just announced some exciting news.

The metal rock group, which consists of Vinnie Hornsby, Morgan Rose, John Connolly, Lajon Witherspoon and Clint Lowery, revealed on Friday morning that they will be embarking on a UK and European tour this November and December. The upcoming fall shows will kick off on November 25th in Hamburg, Germany, and run through December 15 in London. Presale and VIP packages are now available, while general sale will start on Monday.

The news comes less than a week before Sevendust goes on their headlining tour across North America.

"We told yall we would be back! Pre-Sale for Tickets and VIP are open now, public on sale is Monday at 12pm at Sevendust.com," they wrote as their caption on Instagram, along with a photo of the tour poster.

The group's 15th studio album, One, will be out on May 1 via Napalm Records. Sevendust is also set on embarking on a tour around North America this spring, starting next Thursday at Carterville, Illinois, with special guests Fire from the Gods and American Adrenalin.

Formed in Atlanta in 1994, Sevendust went under various names before establishing their group and releasing a self-titled debut album three years later. Since then, they have achieved significant success with three consecutive RIAA gold-certified albums, a Grammy nomination and have sold millions of records worldwide.

Before the release of One and after the announcements of their North American tour, Rose revealed in an interview with Stan Bicknell that this upcoming album was going to be their last, and they all had plans to retire.

"A year and a half ago, this was gonna be our last record," the 57-year-old drummer said in late March. "We had a blueprint for it and everything. We actually had like a whole layout."

Rose mentioned that there was a point where Sevendust wasn't touring or creating new music (their last album, Truth Killer, was released in 2023), but after many discussions, they decided to "tour harder than [they] ever toured." The metal group went on their Southside Double-Wide: Acoustic Live Tour around the United States last fall, and opened for Creed and Alter Bridge during their What Lies Within Tour right after.

"It was a decision that went from 'We're gonna retire,' to 'No, no, no. We're gonna actually put the afterburner on now instead," Rose concluded.

Sevendust's newest album, One, will be out on streaming platforms on May 1. Fans can purchase tickets to their upcoming North America and Europe shows on their official website.

The Internet Is Taking Sides After Parents Get Offended That a Man Scolded Their Kids for Kicking His Seat on a Plane

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:46am

Another day, another airplane controversy, and this one is hitting a nerve with travelers everywhere. A recent TikTok posted by @bequietlybrave shows a man asking children behind him to stop kicking his seat during a flight. What happened next? According to the video, the parents didn’t apologize, and instead, they got offended.

The clip quickly gained traction, tapping into a shared frustration many frequent flyers know all too well: being stuck in a cramped seat while someone behind you turns your chair into a footrest. But beyond the annoyance, the video sparked a broader conversation about etiquette, parenting, and how to handle uncomfortable situations in the air.

What Happened in the Video

On TikTok, we see two screaming kids sitting next to each other who appear to be their parents. We hear the audio of what appears to be the person recording the video asking the kids to quiet down. Who appears to the mom says, “Are you telling them to be quiet?” and elsewhere we hear someone say, “We are on a public flight, bro.”

The video continues with the person recording imitating the kids' yelling, as the children seem to go silent.

While the exact tone and context are always debated in viral moments like this, the situation itself is incredibly relatable. Stories of disruptive kids on flights aren’t new, and in fact, similar incidents have gone viral before, often dividing viewers on who’s really at fault.

♬ original sound - Ethan Yuan The Internet Had Thoughts

As expected, TikTok users had a lot to say, and opinions were split.

Many commenters sided with the passenger, arguing that basic courtesy should apply regardless of age. Some pointed out that while kids will be kids, it’s ultimately the parents’ responsibility to manage disruptive behavior in shared spaces.

One commenter said, “EXACTLY PARENTS,...YOU'RE ON A PUBLIC FLIGHT”

Another comment added, “great learning experience for the kids btw.”

Others, however, defended the parents, noting that flying with children is stressful and unpredictable. A few users suggested the man could have approached the situation with more patience or empathy, especially if the child was very young.

One commenter who was on the parents' side said, “Fair to be annoyed, but yelling at the kids was a bit much.”

This divide reflects a broader truth about air travel today: expectations vary widely. Some passengers expect a peaceful, controlled environment, while others recognize that planes are public spaces where disruptions, especially from kids, are inevitable.

Tips for Sitting Near Kids on a Plane

Whether you’re a frequent flyer or occasional traveler, there’s a good chance you’ll eventually end up seated near a child. Here’s how to handle it without escalating the situation:

  • Start with patience: Not every kick or noise is intentional. Kids get restless, especially on long flights, so giving a little grace upfront can help.
  •  Speak up politely: If the behavior continues, it’s okay to say something. A calm, non-confrontational request like, “Hey, would you mind asking them to stop kicking my seat?” is often enough.
  • Use distractions: Headphones, music, or even a neck pillow can help minimize the impact of minor disruptions.
  • Get help if needed: If the situation doesn’t improve, flight attendants are there to help. They can step in without making things awkward.
  • Choose your battles: Sometimes, it’s about deciding what’s worth addressing. If it’s occasional kicking versus constant disruption, your response might differ.

The viral TikTok highlights a common travel dilemma with no easy answer. Passengers deserve a comfortable flight but parents are also navigating the challenges of traveling with kids in a high-pressure environment.

The real takeaway? A little mutual respect goes a long way. Whether you’re the one getting your seat kicked or the one trying to keep a child entertained at 30,000 feet, how you respond can make or break the entire flight experience.

Nancy Guthrie Update: How New Tech Could Solve the Case, Says DNA Expert

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:45am

Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie‘s mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing more than two months after she was abducted from her Tucson, Ariz., home—and a DNA expert recently explained how new technology could help finally solve the case.

As Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos shared in February—not long after Nancy, 84, went missing—DNA samples taken from her home are mixed. This means they contain genetic material from more than one person, making it difficult to run through national databases.

🎬 SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬

"Our lab tells us that there are challenges with it," Nanos said of the Florida lab processing the DNA, per Fox News. "The technology is moving so fast and in such a frenzy that they think some of this stuff will resolve itself just in a matter of weeks, months, or maybe a year."

During the April 9 episode of Brian Entin Investigates, the NewsNation senior national correspondent spoke with CeCe Moore, a genetic genealogist who also stars in the ABC documentary series The Genetic Detective.

“I think there are a lot of efforts to be able to improve our ability," Moore told Brian Entin, of de-convoluting mixed DNA samples. "Because we run into that so often with sexual assaults, or as the technology becomes more sensitive with transfer DNA, the ability to detect the tiniest amount of DNA that someone leaves behind really increases the likelihood you’re going to get a mixture, right? Like on a doorknob, for instance."

Related: Nancy Guthrie Update: Supervisors Demand Answers From Sheriff Chris Nanos Amid Growing Criticism

Moore explained that companies working with law enforcement use whole genome sequencing. However, at this point, "there’s really no good techniques to de-convolute on those.” The genetic genealogist said she hopes that investigators will have another chance of collecting a "good source of DNA" in Nancy's case.

Additionally, Moore speculated that a company "planning to release a new mixture deconvolution software has probably rushed that."

"I suspect that that has been moved up to right now," she told Entin. "...So I suspect there are a number of people that are working as fast as they can, trying to figure out a way to work with these more complex mixtures. Nancy’s case is certainly the one that is making this a top priority. But it’s something we really need in the field anyway.”

View this post on Instagram

In the meantime, something else Moore said could lead to a break in Nancy's case is a second crime scene—whether that's a car, or another place where she was held—because it could yield a better DNA sample. “The really sad part is if they find her body, if she’s deceased, that gives them another opportunity,” she added. “And so, I don’t think it’s the end.”

Moore continued, "If a second crime scene isn’t found soon or Nancy isn’t found soon, then the next best thing would be to return to that known crime scene to see if they can find DNA. Because if he was there for 40 minutes or 42 minutes, which I’ve heard is a theory, then it’s almost impossible not to leave your DNA behind.”

Nancy was last seen at her Tucson home on the evening of Jan. 31. As of writing, no suspect has been named, despite Savannah offering a $1 million reward for information leading to her recovery.

According to the publication's 2025 ranking of Swift's 15 Most Romantic Songs, the song that takes the cake is "Daylight," off her aptly-titled 2019 album, Lover.

"Daylight" is last of the 18 tracks on Swift's Lover album which she released in the height of her romance with former boyfriendJoe Alwyn. The album is filled with themes of love and weddings, especially with tracks like "Paper Rings," "Cornelia Street" and "I Think He Knows," as well as the album's highly popular title track.

In the chorus, Swift sings:

"I don't wanna look at anything else now that I saw you
I don't wanna think of anything else now that I thought of you
I've been sleeping so long in a twenty-year dark night
And now I see daylight, I only see daylight"

In that song, Swift sings, "Loving him was red" and describes the feeling of being in love as flashes of "burning red." She references these lyrics in the bridge of "Daylight," singing, "I once believed love would be (burning red) / But it's golden."

Along with being a fan favorite, "Daylight" is also a go-to wedding song for Swifties, and is even ranked #4 on Brides magazine's list of the 36 Best Taylor Swift Songs for Your Wedding Day.

Pregnant Aubrey Plaza Looks So Happy Snuggled up With Boyfriend in First Joint Appearance Since Baby News

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:42am

Aubrey Plaza and her boyfriend, Christopher Abbott, are making their first public appearance since confirming they're expecting their first child together.

With a bright smile on her face, the White Lotus star, 41, looked so happy, cuddled up alongside Abbott, who previously starred on Girls and is currently on Broadway in the revival of Arthur Miller'sDeath of a Salesman alongside legends Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf. Abbott had his arm around Plaza at the opening night after-party for the new revival at Katz's Deli on Thursday evening in New York City.

Plaza's pregnancy news caught on like wildfire earlier this week, with the Internet jumping for joy at the Parks and Recreation alum's happy news after a challenging couple of years.

“It was a beautiful surprise after an emotional year,” a source confirmed to PEOPLE earlier this week, adding, “they feel very blessed.”

What Has Aubrey Plaza Said About Grieving Her Husband, Jeff Baena?

While Plaza is experiencing the joy of impending motherhood, she's been through plenty of grief in the last couple of years. Her husband, Jeff Baena, died by suicide at age 47 on Jan. 3 of 2025.

During an appearance on the popular podcast Good Hang with Amy Poehler, Poehler asked Plaza, a close friend since their time on Parks and Rec, how she was dealing with her grief.

"On behalf of all the people who feel like they know you, and the people who do know you, how are you feeling today?" asked Poehler.

"Right in this very, very present moment, I feel happy to be with you," responded Plaza. "Overall, I'm here and I'm functioning. I feel really grateful to be moving through the world. I think I'm okay, but it's like a daily struggle, obviously," Plaza continued, describing her well of grief like the movie The Gorge.

"At all times there's like a giant ocean of awfulness, that's like right there and I can see it. Sometimes I just want to dive into it, and just like be in it. Then sometimes I just look at it, and sometimes I try to get away from it. But, it's always there," she continued.

Iconic ’70s Rocker Honored in Limited Edition Announcement After Death

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:41am

Following the tragic death of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne in July 2025, London-based watch company, Split Watches has announced "The Ozzy," an Osbourne tribute watch.

The timepiece will be available for purchase on May 14 as a limited-edition release. "The Ozzy" is priced at $2,960 and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to MusiCares, the Recording Academy's nonprofit partnership that supports the well-being of artists in the music industry.

Osbourne's wife, Sharon Osbourne, shared her support for the heartfelt project, praising Split Watches for their ability to showcase the rock star's spirit.

"We're delighted that Split Watches created such a thoughtful piece that truly captures Ozzy's spirit," Sharon said. "The fact that they're donating the proceeds to MusiCares, an organization that my husband and I have admired and supported for many years, is just fantastic. The money raised is a great way for us to continue to support MusiCares and the music community."

For the co-founders of Split Watches, the tribute is a deeply personal endeavor. Both Ed Margulies and Dara Amjadi admit that the watch represent so much more than a commercial item; it showcases the importance of vulnerability and passion.

"What Ozzy stood for is deeply ingrained in what we stand for and evident in every expression of the brand—he never pretended to be anything other than who he was," said Margulies. "He was raw and human. No borrowed playbook, no ego, he pushed boundaries."

Amjadi continued the sentiment by connecting Osbourne's influence to her childhood. "These were the posters on my wall growing up," she said. "The records that shaped what I wanted to do with my life. Music like that stays with you. It's part of who you become."

The founders emphasize that the values Osbourne instilled in them directly align with the vision for their brand, making this tribute a no-brainer for the company.

"The watch is an expression of what Ozzy and his music represented to us. In that honesty, he forged something rare—an unspoken, unbreakable bond with people across the world. Split is for those who value authenticity over ego."

"The Ozzy" will be available for purchase exclusively through the official Split Watches website.

'Breaking Bad' Stars Release A Brand-New Dos Hombres Tequila That Fans Can't Stop Talking About

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:41am

In addition to maintaining fantastic acting chemistry whenever they find themselves sharing a screen together, Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have also spearheaded their own growing line of high-quality spirits within the beverage industry.

Having founded their own spirits company, Dos Hombres, back in 2019, the two stars have recently expanded their product lineup to include a bold new offering fans won't want to miss.

According to a recent press release shared with us over email, Dos Hombres has officially announced the upcoming introduction of tequila to their brand's portfolio.

In the past, of course, Dos Hombres has earned continued renown (not to mention a fair number of awards) for their flavorful mezcal lineup. With the addition of tequila, the brand is experiencing an exciting new expansion to premier liquors beyond mezcal alone. As further evidence of the company's ongoing growth, Dos Hombres also debuted a fresh brand redesign, marking an exciting chapter in its continued operations.

“Tequila is the natural next step for Dos Hombres and emphasizes our passion and appreciation for agave spirits. We did a great deal of research, visited multiple sites and fell in love with the people, products and craftsmanship at Tequilera Tap Distillery,” said co-founder Bryan Cranston.

Aaron Paul echoed Cranston's sentiments by adding, “Following a fun and expansive tasting process, we landed on a tequila that is smooth, approachable and beautifully balanced. It captures the spirit, energy and experience we want people to feel with every pour.”

As part of the announcement, Dos Hombres revealed they'll begin offering two different varieties of tequila, both overseen by veteran spirits manufacturer Julio Cova:

  • Dos Hombres Blanco Tequila (40% ABV): featuring notes of cooked agave, black pepper, lime, orange zest, coconut and toasted cinnamon.
  • Dos Hombres Reposado Tequila (40% ABV): "matured for four months in ex-bourbon barrels from Four Roses, adding a richer, lightly oaked character while remaining silky and enjoyable."

Dos Hombres Blanco will make its way to select retailers across the country on May 1, 2026, for a suggested retail price of $39.99 per 750ml bottle. Dos Hombres Reposado, meanwhile, will arrive in 2026 with a suggested price tag of $49.99.

Using the backdoor approach allows you to get around those limits as long as you have earned at least as much as you are investing in the tax year you are making the investment. For example, if you only made $6,457 in 2025, then the most you can invest into your account is $6,457.

How to Make a 'Backdoor' IRA Investment

According to the investment firm, you can get around the income limits and maximize your Roth IRA contributions by opening a traditional IRA prior to April 15, 2026, making your $7,000 or $8,000 deposit. Next, you'll need to roll that money over into a Roth IRA through a Roth conversion.

Then, you'll need to document the contribution using IRS Form 8606.

Sound easy enough? Well, with the right financial partner, it could be. Of course, everyone's personal situation is different, and using one of these "backdoor" contribution methods may not be the best fit for your situation, especially if you're someone who winces at the idea of paying an upfront tax on those contributions.

But a financial professional can help you decide if it's right for you and how to make the most out of your account. Just as long as you do it prior to April 15, that is. After that, you're looking at a whole new tax year and possibly a whole new set of rules when it comes to the "backdoor" process.

With the popularity of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, Mormons seem to be everywhere in the mainstream. And Netflix looks to capitalize on that with Trust Me: The False Prophet, which released all four episodes on April 8. The docuseries takes us inside the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (FLDS), a breakaway group from the Mormon faith most well-known for its polygamy, as well as the conviction of its former leader, Warren Jeffs. In his place, a new head of the church arose, eager to both continue the faith — and the abuse.

Big Mistakes (L to R) Dan Levy as Nicky and Taylor Ortega as Morgan in 'Big Mistakes'

Spencer Pazer/Netflix

Over a decade ago, Schitt's Creek premiered, putting Dan Levy on the map. The star and co-creator of the series earned him plenty of deserved praise — and a few Emmys to boot. After the hit comedy took its final bow in 2020, the son of Eugene Levy took part in myriad projects both behind and in front of the camera. But Big Mistakes marks his return to creating a series.

The series, which dropped April 9, stars Levy and Taylor Ortega as a pair of siblings who end up getting dragged into the world of organized crime when they attempt to retrieve a necklace from their recently deceased grandmother. The show sports talent both on and off screen, with Laurie Metcalf starring as the siblings' mother, as well as Rachel Sennott (Bottoms, I Love LA) co-creating and writing the series. It's safe to say, when there's an out-of-their-element family, Dan Levy can't be far behind!

Temptation Island Season 2 The cast of 'Temptation Island' Season 2

Courtesy of Netflix

As reality TV reaches over 25 years in the mainstream, it's safe to say everything old is new again. And perhaps the most shining example is Temptation Island. Originally broadcast a quarter-century ago on FOX, the concept of testing the fidelity of unmarried couples with a bevy of salacious singles tantalized audiences. While the show initially drew controversy for its premise, providing temptation for cheating on a partner, the drama and mess it provided was too good to look away.

After 16 years away, Temptation Island underwent a revival in 2019, airing five seasons on the USA Network. The revival then moved to streaming, and debuted its nine-episode second season on Netflix on April 10. Which couples will stave away their possible suitors, renewing their love for one another? Which will find themselves dashed on the rocks of the islands around them? Will anyone have a crashout to rival Montoya? Only time will tell!

Classic Disney Characters Take Flight On New Parade Float In The Magic Kingdom

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:24am

Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away is a nighttime parade at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, Florida. It debuted back on July 20, 2025, but has recently undergone an exciting new update. There’s now a stunt performed by Peter Pan and Wendy on the Big Ben float. As they wind down the streets, their characters soar high above the crowd.

A TikTok posted by Disney Parks showed the new stunt in action. The clip claimed that, if you want to see Peter and Wendy fly, “all it takes is faith and trust and just a little bit of pixie dust.”

The video already has thousands of likes and hundreds of comments from excited fans. One said, “Yay finally! This is what I always imagined happening on this float!” Another said, “Oh my goodness this is so magical.”

The Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade was inspired by the classic Main Street Electrical Parade, which debuted in 1972. Disney describes this new event as, “a dazzling nighttime parade that celebrates magical moments from Disney stories—each touched by starlight.”

This parade features appearances from classic Disney and Pixar characters. It includes floats depicting Aladdin and Jasmine on a magic carpet, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider on their lantern boat, and the marigold bridge from Coco that leads into the Land of the Dead. Other characters who make an appearance throughout the night include the Blue Fairy, Elsa and Anna from Frozen, Mirabel and Bruno from Encanto, and Moana. Of course, Mickey and Minnie Mouse also make an appearance at the end to close off the parade in classic Disney style.

Most nights, the parade takes place at 8:15 PM and 10:30 PM. The route starts on Main Street, then makes its way to Frontierland. If you’re planning to watch the parade in person, remember to arrive early to find the best spot, especially if you plan to set up along Main Street, where it gets crowded.

Of course, this isn’t the only time when you can watch Peter Pan characters in flight. At the end of the night, you can also watch Tinkerbell soar across the sky from the Cinderella Castle during the Happily Ever After fireworks show, a stunt which has been performed since 1985.

Is Russell Shaw Coming Back to 'Tracker'? Jensen Ackles' Return Revealed

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:14am

Russell Shaw's return to Tracker has been officially set.

Colter Shaw's brother, Russell, played by Supernatural alum Jensen Ackles, is one of the most beloved guest stars on the Justin Hartley-led series.

Ever since Russell was introduced in Tracker Season 2, fans have been begging for him to become a permanent fixture on the CBS drama, or, at the very least, have more guest appearances.

Well, the good news is that fans are getting their wish because he'll be back for one more episode this season!

Keep on reading to find out when!

When Will Russell Shaw Return on Tracker Season 3?

Tracker kicked off its third season with a storyline involving Russell Shaw—and it will end on a high note with the character making his way back into the picture.

Fans may remember that the Tracker Season 3 premiere featured a two-part storyline that found Colter and Russell smack dab in the middle of a sinister underground operation called The Process, after trying to track down the missing wife and daughter of one of Reenie's clients.

Since then, fans have been hoping for a Russell appearance, and now we know when it will happen.

Ackles' Russell Shaw will return to Tracker for Season 3 Episode 22, titled "The Best Ones."

Naturally, they've been saving the best for last.

What Will the Tracker Season 3 Finale (Episode 22) Be About?

The season finale teases the Shaw brother reunion! "Colter and Russell search for a victim of a nefarious research project," the synopsis simply states.

Not much else is known about the episode, but we imagine it'll give us plenty of brotherly bonding, the one-liner quips Russell's become known for, and a cliffhanger that will have us itching for season 4.

When Is the Season Finale of Tracker?

The season finale episode will air on Sunday, May 24, 9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT.

Amanda Batula Breaks Her Silence, Confirms She'll Be 'Addressing All Questions' at 'Summer House' Reunion

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:14am

Amanda Batula is finally breaking her silence after revealing that she and Summer Housecostar West Wilson are in a romantic relationship.

Batula posted a photo of one of her sleeping dogs on her Instagram story and wrote, "Hi guys, I'll keep this short and sweet. I've obviously been MIA, but I wanted to come back on and say that I'm truly sorry to everyone I've disappointed and hurt, especially those I know personally who I've reached out to individually."

She goes on to say that she plans to try to live normally for the sake of her mental health. "If you see me out or posting online, please know that this still weighs very heavily on me. I'm not ignoring what's happened or what's unfolded. I'll be at the reunion and will be addressing any and all questions honestly and directly there."

After days of speculation about a romance, Batula and Wilson posted a joint statement on Instagram, confirming that the rumors were true. The bombshell sent shockwaves through the series because Batula was newly separated from her husband, Kyle Cooke, and Wilson was seen trying to rekindle his relationship with Ciara Miller, who was also close friends with Batula.

Wilson and Batula said they were aware of online speculation and wanted to clarify the situation, as it’s still very new. They said there was never any intention to hide anything, but given the complexity of their relationships and the reality-TV scrutiny, they took time to process things privately before speaking out.

They noted their connection grew out of a long-standing friendship and came as a surprise to both of them, making it something they’ve approached with care. They also said they needed space to understand their evolving feelings and emphasized they never meant to cause hurt, thanking fans for their patience.

Several Summer House cast members have addressed the surprising news, including Cooke, who voiced concern for Batula's mental health.

A specific date for the reunion hasn't been announced. However, the Summer House Season 10 finale will air on May 19th, and the debut of the Summer House spin-off, In the City, will air immediately after.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Shemar Moore Has ‘Bone to Pick’ About His Latest Return

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:13am

Shemar Moore has returned to The Young and the Restless for another epic stint as Malcolm, the role that launched his career.

The actor got his start on the CBS soap back in 1994, which changed his life. Moore played Malcolm for nearly ten years before leaving to pursue other projects.

However, he has made multiple returns to The Young and the Restless in the past two decades despite his busy career working on shows like S.W.A.T. and Criminal Minds.

Moore recently revealed that going back to the CBS soap is like coming home. Going home, though, isn’t without issues, and Moore jokingly declared he had a big one this time around on The Young and the Restless.

Christel Khalil (Lily) shared a behind-the-scenes video of Moore’s return that included the two of them filming with Bryton James (Devon) and Sean Dominic (Nate). She asked Moore how he felt about being back.

“I am home, baby. Blast from the past but too much motherf---ing dialogue,” he declared. Khalil and Moore started cracking up as he eplained he does fewer pages in his day job on the new S.W.A.T. spin-off, S.W.A.T. Exiles, and makes more money.

View this post on Instagram

There was a lot of laughter, but it wasn’t the only time Moore mentioned the number of pages he had to film on The Young and the Restless versus his other shows.

Speaking withTV Insider about his latest return, Moore mentioned the amount of dialogue as he gushed over being home again.

“I feel humbled and honored and nostalgic. But I also have a bone to pick with Young and the Restless because all I was asked was, ‘Would I be willing to come back for a cool little story?’ And my mother raised me to always remember where you came from, but I didn’t know they were gonna make me memorize 124 pages for three days of work! Even when I was Malcolm for real all those years back, I never did 124 pages!” the actor expressed to the outlet.

All in all, though, Moore is always thrilled to go back to The Young and the Restless, and he hopes to keep coming back.

This time around, Moore’s alter ego Malcolm learns Holden (Nathan Owens) is his son thanks to a fling with Stephanie (Vivica A. Fox) back in the '90s. Nathan gives both Fox and Moore another reason to pop back up on the CBS soap again.

Moore’s returns may be brief, but they are so worth it to have him and Malcolm back in the Winters family mix—even if it does mean "a lot of dialogue" for the actor.

Experts Warn That the Latest Inflation Surge Could Change Everything for 2027 Retirement Plans and Social Security

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:05am

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics just dropped its March 2026 Consumer Price Index (CPI). As many financial experts predicted, consumer prices rose again, pushing the annual inflation rate to 3.3 percent. This is the highest it has been since April 2024, and it paints a discouraging picture about how much more money Americans have to spend to get by.

Not only that, but it raises questions about what the U.S. government will do in the fall when it reassesses its annual cost of living adjustments (COLA), which will impact federal programs like Social Security. We asked some finance professionals what they think today's report will mean for current and future retirees, and here's what they had to say.

🎬 SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬

The March 2026 Consumer Price Index Rose 3.3 Percent

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics shared a press release on its website on April 10, 2026, breaking down the latest report card on the economy. According to the statement, after adjusting for seasonal changes, prices increased .9 percent from last month. That comes hot on the heels of a .3 percent increase in February, bringing the annual pre-seasonal adjustment increase to 3.3 percent.

"The index for energy rose 10.9 percent in March, led by a 21.2-percent increase in the index for gasoline, which accounted for nearly three-quarters of the monthly all-items increase," the statement read. "The shelter index also increased in March, rising 0.3 percent. The index for food was unchanged over the month as the index for food away from home rose 0.2 percent, while the index for food at home fell 0.2 percent."

In short, you're not imagining it, almost everything has gotten more expensive... even your retirement.

"Probably the best indication of inflation is that the amount of money it’s estimated people need for retirement has recently been revised upward to almost $1.5 million from $1 million in recent years," says Scott Siff, Founder and CEO of Pivoters.

Related: The 'Magic Number' For a Comfortable Retirement Just Increased—Are You Even Close?

What Does the CPI Mean for 2027's COLA

Those who rely on Social Security payments may be wondering what this report, and the others that continue to show a spike in the costs of essentials, will mean for the Social Security Administration's (SSAs) plan for its annual COLA, since they are on a fixed income and unable to work towards raises or bonuses to help offset rising costs.

The SSA uses the average inflation from the third quarter (July, August, September) to set the COLA. However, the March data is the first reliable indicator economists use to project that final number.

According to Brennan Kolar from Atlas CPA Index, it's hard to tell yet exactly how it will shake out. That's because he says the SSA will use the figures generated by the CPI-W (Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners), which will run from July through September, then compare them to the same months in 2026 to see just how much things have increased.

"Right now the forecasts range from 1.2 percent (Mary Johnson, an independent Social Security and Medicare analyst) to 2.8 percent from the Senior Citizens League, which is the same as the 2026 COLA." However, he says that it's still tricky to make heads or tails of what is going on, because the pros who forecast how these inflation figures will shake out don't seem to have a consensus yet.

"The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) just revised its U.S. inflation estimate up to 4.2 percent, and the Federal Reserve is at 2.7 percent," he continued.

Related: New Study Says This 1 Issue Has People Delaying Their Retirement—Guess How Long They're Waiting

What Do Retirees and Those About to Retire Need to Know About the COLA

For new retirees, a lower COLA is going to hit a bit differently than it would for someone who has been collecting for a while.

"If you've just started getting Social Security, a 1.2 percent COLA on a $1,900 monthly check is roughly $23 a month," Kolar says. "That's $276 for the year, which the Medicare Part B premium increase takes most of, and that increases 5-8 percent annually regardless of what COLA does."

And while established retirees face the same problem, Kolar says that it may not feel as significant for them because "they've been through years of COLAs that haven't kept pace with how their expenses have changed." However, that doesn't mean that they'll be immune to the effects.

Related: Popular State May Lower the Retirement Age to 55—but There’s a Catch

"This will even further increase the pressure on people over 55 to continue working, given that the median savings people have for retirement is only $50,000," Siff says. "For those who have already retired, they will in many cases quickly find that they need to unretire and get back to work."

So, what do you do right now? Well, if you haven't retired yet, Kolar says you should consider delaying your retirement to take advantage of the 8 percent increase you could get if you wait until a year after you're eligible and up to age 70.

"If you're already collecting, this is the time to review your withholding," he continues. "A lot of retirees don't realize that Social Security benefits can be taxable if your combined income exceeds $25,000 (single) or $32,000 (married filing jointly), and a higher COLA can push you over that line without you noticing until April."

Of course, a lot can change between now and when the 2027 COLA is announced, so those who are nearing retirement age or who are already retired will need to continue to pay close attention to what future CPI reports reveal between now and September.

Who Is Frankie Muniz’s Wife? Inside His Love Story with Paige Price and Family Life

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 11:00am

Frankie Muniz may always be remembered as the gifted middle child of TV’s chaotic Wilkerson family. But in real life, the Malcolm in the Middle star has a wife and kid who go by his own last name

Gushing over better half Paige Price on Instagram last year, he shared the very first photo they ever took together, writing, “Every laugh, every tear, every adventure since has only made me more grateful for that day.”

“I'm reminded that this picture isn't just a memory,” he added. “It's the beginning of the best story I've ever lived.”

So, who is the woman behind Muniz’s love story? Keep reading for everything to know about the actor-turned-race-car-driver’s wife, including what she does for a living, how they met and more.

Is Frankie Muniz married?

Yes. Frankie Muniz is married to former model Paige Price. The couple got engaged in November 2018 during the Lantern Fest at the Pinal Fairgrounds & Event Center in Casa Grande, Ariz. Though the proposal happened Nov. 19, Muniz waited until Thanksgiving to share the news.

“So thankful this Thanksgiving for my FIANCEE! Yep, [she] said yes!” he wrote on Instagram at the time.

“She makes my life instantly better,” he added. “We’re eating our Thanksgiving dinner at Boston Market, but I wouldn’t want it any other way, as long as I have her by my side!”

Price was just as smitten, writing earlier in her own post, “I love every piece of you, and I appreciate you more and more every single day. I truly cannot wait to be your wife.”

How did Frankie Muniz and wife Paige Price meet?

The pair met at the 28th annual Frank Sinatra Celebrity Invitational in Indio, Calif., where Paige was working as a presenter covering the charity event for a golf network and Frankie was attending as a celebrity participant. They started dating soon after, although Muniz didn’t publicly acknowledge their romance until November of that year, with a photo of the couple at the Grand Canyon.

View this post on Instagram

About three years into their romance, Muniz told People, “Paige and I, we don’t spend a minute apart. I think she went to get her hair done like three days ago and that was the first time that we spent more than like 20 minutes apart in only about three years. So we just get along really well and I never get bored of her. She probably gets frustrated with me because I’m a little neurotic, but we just have fun all the time.”

What does Frankie Muniz’s wife, Paige Price, do for a living?

A native of Marianna, Pennsylvania, Price began modeling at 18 then became a presenter for a golf network, a job that led to her meeting Muniz in 2016.

In July 2018, she and Muniz, then her boyfriend, purchased the specialty shop Outrageous Olive Oils & Vinegars in Scottsdale, Ariz. “We were looking for something to do together,” Muniz told the Arizona Republic. “We had been customers at the store before and we just knew we liked the product and we wanted to do something together. Now, it’s become our lives.”

He went on to describe just how hands-on they were as owners. “We bottle everything. We label the bottles. We seal everything,” he said. “We do all that ourselves here in-store.”

They wound up selling in September 2019

In January 2026, Price shared that she photographed her husband for the cover of People.

What is the age gap between Frankie Muniz and his wife?

Muniz, born Dec. 5, 1985, is currently 40 and his wife turned 33 on March 30, 2026, making them about seven years apart.

When did Frankie Muniz and Paige Price get married?

The couple eloped on Oct. 3, 2019 then followed that up with an intimate ceremony on Feb. 21, 2020—exactly four years to the day after they first met.

Initially, they planned to welcome their 40 guests to their home in Phoenix, which was undergoing renovation after a devastating flood destroyed it in November 2018, just before their engagement. But 10 days ahead of the wedding, they had a change of heart. “We realized, there is no way we can have it here,” Muniz told People. “We waited a year and a half for our house to be built, no way am I having the floors scratched!”

Instead, they invited their loved ones to gather at monOrchid, an event space in Phoenix.

“I never thought the wedding would have such a big impact on me,” Muniz said. “It was the most magical thing we’ve ever done together. I already love Paige more than a human can love someone, but this made me love her even more.”

Where do Frankie Muniz and Paige Price live?

The couple is based in Arizona, where Muniz moved in 2008, at the height of his fame.

“Honestly, I did not like L.A. So I moved to Arizona, and I love it,” he told Us Weekly. “I feel like it saved my life in the sense that I started enjoying the little aspects of life more, like hiking [and] going to the grocery store, because it was easy.”

Do Frankie Muniz and Paige Price have children?

Yes! The duo welcomed their son, Mauz Mosley Muniz, on March 22, 2021.

“That was the moment that my life changed forever,” Muniz shared on Instagram. “I had heard that it would, but I never would have expected the impact seeing my son would have on me. … I found myself very emotional the other day as I pondered how lucky I was to have the most incredible wife and now the most amazing child and thought how all I want from now on is to make the world a better place, for them.”

Beloved Sitcom Star Helen Hunt Sends Bold Political Message After ’80s Rock Legend's Show

Fri, 04/10/2026 - 10:46am

Legendary sitcom star Helen Hunt took a trip back to the '80s recently.

The Mad About You actress attended Bruce Springsteen's recent concert with boyfriend Jeffrey Nordling.

Taking to Instagram to share photos from the epic night, seeing the rocker "38!!!!! years after we saw him at The Meadowlands in New Jersey," she also issued a bold political message, which falls in line with Springsteen's own political opinions.

"Songs I’ve been rocking out to my whole life tonight, made me weep," she confessed, expressing that it was "a protest concert in full force and I needed it so much. He fueled us up to go out and take action."

Mixing in a message of activism in her review of the adrenaline-filled show, she wrote, "Volunteering, donating, writing representatives, supporting voting rights and stepping out against all the attempts to keep American from the polls. Tonight was a boost of energy to keep us going. Amen."

The first photo in the slideshow was a shot of the 62-year-old smiling at the camera, while Nordling, who was in the driver's seat, leaned in for the shot. The second clip was muted, but showed Springsteen on the big screen at the show.

The "Born in the U.S.A" crooner has been very outspoken and critical of President Donald Trump's administration, using his tours to directly criticize the president on stage.

Most recently, Trump called for his supporters to boycott Springsteen's concerts after the rock legend announced the kickoff of a “political and very topical” tour in Minneapolis, Minn., titled the "Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour."

Springsteen, however, said he's not worried about political blowback, noting, “ready for all that," per The Hill.

The rocker is also among the many musicians who have stopped Trump from using their music during rallies, Newsweek reports.

As for Hunt, who felt the activism coursing through her veins during the Springsteen show, she previously revealed in an interview with The Flow Space that she and Nordling dated back in 1988.

“I’ve never really talked about that. And I always thought he was lovely and sweet and talented and dreamy," the Twisters star noted, admitting that they "had very different lives for decades, and then, in some crazy way, found each other again."

The former Shooter co-stars debuted their romance on the red carpet at the Los Angeles Philharmonic's 20th Anniversary Gala honoring Frank Gehry at the city's Walt Disney Concert Hall in 2023.
