Originally launched in Canada, Lay's All Dressed Chips specifically refers to the mix of flavors and spices featured in its diverse mix. For example, the brand specifically highlights the chip's "sweet, savory, tangy" flavor profile as one of the product's biggest, most unique features, leaving little reason to wonder about its popularity among shoppers.

If past reviews are any indication, the returning chip flavor is guaranteed to prove a smash hit among frequent visitors to Sam's Club. Previously, multiple social media accounts shared their personal love for the flavor, highlighting its bold and zesty taste and naming it among Lay's best limited-time releases.

"I've been dying to get my hands on these. THEYRE AMAZING!!" one fan wrote on Reddit. "I took a pic of the chips themselves in the bag, and I think they look great. If you’ve been counting down the days for the 16-month refurbishment of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad to end, you aren't alone. As of May 3, the construction walls finally came down at the Magic Kingdom. However, in true "wildest ride" fashion, the mountain is already proving difficult to tame.

The 38-Inch Height Milestone

The biggest win for families is the official lowering of the height requirement to 38 inches (down from 40). Disney safety teams gave the green light for this change following the installation of brand-new track and refreshed trains. For parents, this means many preschoolers can finally experience their first "big kid" coaster alongside their siblings, provided the trains stay on the tracks.

Inside the 'Rainbow Caverns'

For those who do get a chance to board, the highlight is the debut of the Rainbow Caverns. This scene is a stunning subterranean world filled with "phosphorescent pools, shimmering and illuminating iridescent stalagmites and stalactites." It’s a beautiful tribute to Disney history, but the experience still packs a punch—a "menacing rumble from deep within" suggests that the mountain spirits aren't exactly thrilled about their new visitors.

The total track replacement was intended to preserve the ride's "hootin’ an’ hollerin’ energy" while smoothing out the jerky transitions that often left guests reaching for the Advil. Early riders have also noticed more vivid storytelling, including shimmering gold-filled veins in the rock work that highlight the ill-fated dreams of the mountain's fictional founder, Barnabas T. Bullion.

The Insider Tip: If you're in the park today, don't just trudge to Frontierland blindly. Use the live wait-time trackers and be prepared for "intermittent downtime" as Disney works out the kinks in the new system. John Moyer, a longtime member of the iconic band Disturbed, shared personal news that prompted an outpouring of support from fans.

The bassist is taking fans on a deeply personal journey as he opens up about what lies ahead with the band and his commitment to lasting change and a healthier future.

In a recent post on Instagram, the 52-year-old musician shared a live broadcast he did on Saturday, May 2, where he spoke about a major milestone that marks a turning point in his life.

According to him, he is celebrating a “really special day” for him, adding that he wanted to commemorate his one-year sobriety with his fans.

“Today I am one year with no drinking, no alcohol. It's a big deal for me,” he said, as transcribed by Blabbermouth, "I have been a lifelong drinker since I was a teenager. It seems like it was tied up with every part of my life, my social circles, my professional life.

The bassist also mentioned his experience in the rock and metal scene, noting the environment’s unhealthy connection to drugs and alcohol.

Moyer continued by revealing what pushed him to change his habits and leave the unhealthy lifestyle.

According to him, it was during Disturbed’s The Sickness Tour in celebration of their 25th anniversary.

He considered this his breaking point and realized that he “had been wanting to quit for a while.”

“The first half of the tour I was drinking a lot, and my behavior was becoming erratic and I wasn't the person I wanted to be,” he mentioned on his Instagram live. “And I was struggling. And we took a break in the middle of that tour — it was, like, a week or week-and-a-half-long break between the first leg and the second leg — and it had become clear to me that my bandmates were worried about me.”

He mentioned the second leg of their tour was a “wake-up call” that hit him when his bandmates encouraged him to “clean up” and “get some help” once the tour was over.

“ I took it very seriously, and when I went back out on the road, my very first show was in Seattle, and that was the first show in as long as I can remember that I didn't drink after the show,” the bassist recalled, adding “I never really drank that much before the show — maybe a shot or two, which when you're drinking a lot of alcohol, that's not much.”

Their show in Seattle was a memorable one for him because it was the first time he “didn't drink at all,” which was a big deal for him.

During the early stages of his sobriety, Moyer realized that he was “drinking to escape the problems” caused by his habits.

Calling it a “weird, vicious and terrible cycle,” he was proud to have finally broken free from it.

“And the reason I'm sharing this is not because I'm looking for congratulations or anything like that, but I feel like it's important that if anyone out there is struggling with alcohol and drug abuse, that if I can beat it, I truly believe anyone can beat it,” he said, assuring his fans and followers that “there is help out there.”

Like the Disturbed member, several musicians have publicly embraced their journey to sobriety. This includes Elton John, who has been sober since 1990 and has been an advocate of it, helping fellow artists like Eminem.

Adding to the list is “The Godfather of Shock Rock,” Alice Cooper, now more than 30 years into his sobriety.

Bindi Irwin recently missed the Steve Irwin Gala for a second year in a row amid her ongoing health battle. The DWTS champ's mom, Terri Irwin, shared an honest health update on the red carpet.

On May 2, Terri, 61, and her son, Robert Irwin, 22, spoke to reporters and posed for photos ahead of the annual fundraising event in Los Angeles. The Steve Irwin Gala honors Bindi and Robert's late father, who died in 2006 after being pierced in the heart by a stingray barb.

"Bindi is doing so much better now," Terri told E! News of he 27-year-old daughter. "Things like a lot of travel are a bit challenging for her at the moment, and so she'll be here next year to celebrate this wonderful night."

She added, "But this year, she's just staying a little close to home. So ironically, it's less taxing for her to be home feeding crocodiles. But that's what she's doing every day in our Crocoseum."

To that, Robert pointed out, "You gotta remember, like, Australia Zoo is 500 in our team. There's about 500,000 acres of conservation land, and someone's gotta hold down the fort. So Bindi's doing a great job at that. They're with us in spirit, for sure."

In 2025, Bindi also missed the Steve Irwin Gala after undergoing an emergency appendectomy. Terri took to Instagram to share a photo of her daughter in a hospital bed and praise her strength.

“I am so proud of you, Bindi. Facing another surgery with courage and determination," the former Crocodile Hunter star began her update.

Terri continued, “Removing your appendix was expected, but also having 14 endometriosis lesions removed, and a hernia repair, was a lot. "I love you so much and I know you will recover stronger than ever. 💕.”

In May 2025, Bindi shared a hopeful health update on Instagram, writing, "Healing. Thank you for your incredible words of support and kindness."

She added, “The reason I share my health journey is because more girls and women desperately need answers to their undiagnosed pain. I’ve battled with endometriosis for more than 12 years. This disease is crippling and can make you feel incredibly isolated.”

Small habits—how we eat, move, sleep, manage stress, and even how often we pause—send constant signals to the brain about whether the environment is safe, nourished and sustainable," states Dr. Dung Trinh, MD, an internist at MemorialCare Medical Group and the chief medical officer of Healthy Brain Clinic.

Over time, these signals affect inflammation, blood flow, blood sugar balance, stress hormone levels and how well our brain cells "talk" to one another, he explains.

For fellow normies in the back: "The brain is always 'listening' to our routine," Dr. Trinh says. "When people understand that, they stop thinking of brain health as something abstract or genetic-only and start seeing that everyday choices can either protect the brain or wear it down."

That means our lunchtime routines matter for our brain health, even when we have zero time to think about it, because we're working or on the go. Yet we may sabotage our thinking later in the day by—however understandable the reason—not remaining mindful of our afternoon rituals. Multiple brain health experts agree that eating lunch at your desk is a habit that can impact your cognitive function. Research backs up their advice. A 2021 Cell Reports study suggested that taking short breaks can help our brains learn new skills.

Below, brain health experts used this research and their clinical insights to explain why it's worth eating lunch away from your desk moving forward.

1. It helps your brain process your day (so far)

Brain health experts advise against waiting until you clock out to let your brain process what you've already done.

"Stepping away gives the brain a chance to consolidate information," says Dr. Jasdeep S. Hundal, Psy.D. ABPP-CN, the director of The Center for Memory & Healthy Aging at the Jersey Shore University Medical Center's Hackensack Meridian Neuroscience Institute.

He knows taking a mid-day break can feel like a big ask—you're busy, after all. Yet, he says that a break is actually an investment in your efficiency later in the day.

"You are not losing time but instead allowing the brain to organize and store what you just worked on, which supports learning and memory," he tells Parade. "This is part of how the brain strengthens new information throughout the day, not just overnight."

2. You'll reset attention

Humans weren't wired to work nonstop for eight-plus hours without a brain break.

"Attention declines the longer you work without a break," Dr. Hundal says. "Over time, your brain becomes less efficient, even if you are still sitting at your desk. Taking time away allows those systems to reset so you can return with better focus, fewer errors and improved mental efficiency."

Plus, one neurologist points out that the eyes and brain share the "same fuel," so not giving both a beat now and then can do a number on your cognitive function.

"Sustained visual focus on a screen depletes a neurotransmitter called adenosine, building up 'attention fatigue,'" states Dr. Sanam Hafeez, Psy. D., a New York-based neuropsychologist and director of Comprehend the Mind. "Your brain isn't broken. It's genuinely running low."

When you step aside or into a different environment, Dr. Hafeez says you'll give your visual cortex new input, such as distance, movement or natural light.

"This input helps flush that fatigue and essentially recharges your attentional battery before the afternoon," she explains.

3. You'll unlock your brain's creative problem-solving network

You'll actually become more of a rockstar at work (and even at home with kids who are always bickering) if you take a minute away from your desk.

"The brain’s save mode, the default mode network (DMN), allows for creativity," explains Dr. Julie Pilitsis, MD, a physician executive for functional neurosurgery at Banner Health. "When you step away from a problem and let your mind wander, the DMN begins generating new spontaneous associations between ideas."

Not sold? Dr. Pilitsis encourages you to think about your latest "aha" moments. Did they happen at your desk or while you were showering, walking or—dare we say it—eating somewhere other than your work station?

"'These 'aha' moments are not when you are completely immersed in what you are doing at work,  but rather they happen in a restful, less demanding state, like while eating a sandwich on a bench," she shares.

4. Stepping away dials down your stress hormones and protects your memory center

We likely don't need to tell you that your day can get rather stressful, but eating at your desk—even if you're behind on something—can make it even worse.

"Sustained work without breaks keeps the brain's stress-response system activated and raises cortisol levels," Dr. Pilitsis says. "When cortisol stays high, new cells are not formed, and existing cells are not kept healthy."

She adds that taking a genuine break, like eating, can lower your body's cortisol levels.

"It also allows the brain’s 'save mode' to be activated, not only allowing memories to be integrated but also emotions to be regulated," she says.

5. It supports digestion

Wait, aren't we talking about brain health? Dr. Trinh shares that digestive health is part of brain health

"Better digestion supports better brain function," he says. "The brain and gut are in constant communication. If you are hunched over a keyboard, distracted, rushing and barely tasting your food, your body may not digest that meal as efficiently."

Instead, Dr. Trinh says you'll eat in a stressed and distracted state, potentially contributing to overeating, indigestion and unstable energy later—none of which are brain fuel.

Other Brain-Healthy Habits To Adopt

Besides taking breaks throughout the day, especially at lunch, there are other habits you can add to your brain health toolbox.

Dr. Pilitsis shares that other habits to adapt for better brain health include:

• Exercise
• Diet
• Getting enough sleep
• Stress management

"The brain is constantly remodeling itself in response to daily behaviors, a property called neuroplasticity," she says. "Every day habits are direct inputs into the brain's hardware, shaping its structure and function over a lifetime."

3 Steps To Building Brain-Healthy Habits

Changing and maintaining habits is challenging, but your brain will thank you for giving it your best shot. Brain health experts shared top tips for how to slowly but surely overhaul your habits, like eating lunch at your desk, to support your noggin.

1. Avoid shame

Sometimes, we're hardest on ourselves, but Dr. Hafeez shares that shame can make it harder to change.

"When we beat ourselves up over our habits, our brain goes into a stress response, which tends to push us right back toward the very behaviors we're trying to break," she points out. "Think about it: Most people don't eat junk food or skip the gym less after feeling terrible about themselves; they usually do it more."

2. Reframe goals

Eldest daughters may cringe, but remember that perfection is not the goal when it comes to habits.

"Sustainable change comes from consistency, not perfection," Dr. Hundal says. "Small, incremental improvements repeated over time are what actually reshape habits and have a meaningful impact on brain health."

3. Think small for big changes

This one combines the first two steps—reducing shame and aiming for small, consistent changes.

"Instead of saying, 'I’m terrible at this,' it is much more helpful to say, 'What is one small thing I can improve today?'" Dr. Trinh reports. "That approach lowers resistance, builds confidence, and creates habits that actually stick."

Then, go out there and take action—like taking 10 minutes for lunch.

Not all well-known tracks were hits when they were first released, and one popular Chris Isaak song from 1989 didn't top the charts. The soft rock ballad only gained traction after its release when legendary director David Lynchincluded it in one of his films starring Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern.

Fans have likely heard the melodic and brooding sound of Isaak's hit track "Wicked Hearts" that was released as part of his Heart Shaped World album. The track has often been tagged as a sleeper hit, having landed at No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and gained chart-topping success overseas. It landed at No. 12 on the Adult Contemporary charts, No. 2 on the Alternative Airplay, and made it to No. 10 on the Mainstream Rock charts.

Isaak's song also gained some traction for its music video starring Helen Christensen that won him three awards at the MTV Video Music Awards, including Best Male Video. "Wicked Hearts" wouldn't have become such a well-recognized track if it weren't for Lynch. The seductive track gained popularity after appearing in the 1990 film Wild at Heart.

According to Smooth Radio, an Atlanta radio station music director named Lee Chestnut was a huge fan of Lynch's work. He heard the track in Wild at Heart and soon began playing the song on the radio waves. "Wicked Games" soon climbed the charts and became a hit in January 1991. The Lynch film was a Southern Gothic neo-noir black comedy crime movie that focused on a young couple on the run from a domineering mother and the criminals she hired to kill them.

It was based on the 1989 novel of the same name by Barry Gifford and received mixed reactions due to its violence. Despite this, it led to an Oscar nomination for Diane Ladd for Best Supporting Actress and in the same category at the Golden Globes. Lynch also ended up winning the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival for the film.

While many see "Wicked Heart" as a ballad about unrequited love, Isaak has said differently. He explained the lyrics came to him after a phone call late at night with a woman. The woman was calling to set up a sexual rendezvous with the singer, which left him stunned.

"And she said, 'I want to come over and talk to you until you're no longer able to stand up.' And I said, 'Okay, you're coming over.' And as soon as I hung up I thought, 'Oh, my God. I know she's gonna be trouble. She's always been trouble. She's a wildcat. And here I am, I'm going to get killed, but I'm doing this,'" he explained.

By the time the woman had appeared on his doorstep, Isaak had written the track. He joked that the woman was likely upset that the singer was more excited to show her the song than what they were planning to do. The track has since been covered by multiple artists, even remade by the popular band HIM.

In a Rolling Stone readers’ poll, Young Frankenstein was ranked as the fifth most popular film among fans. The parody of the original 1910 Frankenstein film short and the 1931 Boris Karloff version brought sharp humor and irony to the legendary horror story.

The outlet wrote, "After spoofing Westerns with 1974's Blazing Saddles, Mel Brooks decided to mock monster movies with Young Frankenstein. Mel Brooks (Director and writer) and Gene Wilder (co-writer and star) made a conscious effort to not only parody the classic monster film trope, but to elevate what could be considered suspenseful and scary into pure laughs. While many fans believe the film pulls directly from the Boris Karloff version, it incorporates many other elements of classic monster films including Bride of Frankenstein (1935) and Son of Frankenstein (1939).

Additionally, the film was shot entirely in black and white. This conscious choice on Brooks' part was to directly mimic the older films Young Frankenstein was parodying.

Some of the film's memorable belly-laugh moments include when Wilder's Frederick stabs himself in the leg with a scalpel, but doesn't automatically react. Instead he behaves as if nothing is wrong, going out of his way to mask any pain he's feeling.

Or when Frederick, Igor (Marty Feldman), Inga (Terri Garr), and Elizabeth (Madeline Kahn) were standing outside the castle, and Frederick asked Igor to help him with the "bags." Igor's response? "You take the blonde, and I'll take the one in the turban."

Moviegoers are getting another chance to travel to a galaxy far, far away. Disney has confirmed that a Star Wars movie starring Daisy Ridley is in the works. With the working title of Star Wars: New Jedi Order, the film is currently in pre-production, with Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy (Ms. Marvel) slated to direct.

While Disney's announcement of a new Star Warsmovie for 2026 made fans think that Ridley's Rey would be returning then, we now know that The Mandalorian and Grogu will be taking the May 2026 slot, followed by Star Wars: Starfighter starring Ryan Gosling in May 2027. The good news is that it sounds like the new Star Wars project is still moving forward. Ridley herself gave Parade an update on the film in December 2025. "It will arrive when it’s ready, and it will be worth the wait," she said.

Over the past several decades, most shoppers tend to more readily associate Wonder with their eclectic lineup of bread products.

The new variety of flavors and snacks have already arrived in supermarkets nationwide, spelling out a renewed focus for Wonder as they begin to cater to shoppers looking for a new kind of snack cake.

As expected, the brand-new treats have already earned significant attention from shoppers online. On Instagram, multiple online accounts shared their outright enthusiasm for the new desserts.

The pushback made sense. After all, readers deserve to get an author’s best work, and writing to deadlines doesn’t always work. This is why many publishing houses won’t even set deadlines until an author says that they are ready for it.

When Parker then later shared a photo of her binder with the entire book, it was clear to many that the publication date may have to be delayed again. Parker also explained that she wanted to do another review before it was ready. However, the good news is that the wait is now over. The book is ready, and the official date is set: May 19, 2026.

Diana Ross and Lionel Richie's "Endless Love" was number four. The classic "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell placed third. "Under Pressure" by David Bowie and Queen was number two. Number one hasn't been used in as many films as the last two.

"Say Say Say" by Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson rose above the rest. "Recording a duet with Paul McCartney is a big ask for any artist, even one as accomplished as Michael Jackson," the narrator said.

McCartney sings, asking for a lover not to play with his feelings with jazzy music behind him. Jackson's lyrics are performed with his iconic high notes and "Hee Hee." The song reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and stayed there for six weeks.

The playful music video starts with McCartney selling a potion that offers superpowers. Jackson drinks it and is able to beat a stronger man in an arm wrestling match. The audience clamors to buy it, and Linda McCartney takes their money.

The duo also released "The Girls Is Mine" as rivals for a woman's heart on Jackson's Thriller. Their collaboration on "The Man" is full of optimism om McCartney's Pipes of Peace.

It's been a whirlwind weekend for travelers following the sudden operational shutdown of Spirit Airlines. As thousands of passengers and crew members find themselves grounded, the industry’s major players are moving quickly to fill the void.

While American Airlines has implemented its own "rescue fares" on overlapping routes and Delta's introduced reduced rates across domestic and Latin American markets, JetBlue is taking an especially aggressive lead in supporting those left in the lurch.

Primarily focusing on its strongholds in Fort Lauderdale and San Juan—two of Spirit's busiest hubs—JetBlue is offering $99 one-way rescue fares for stranded travelers with imminent travel through Wednesday, May 6.

To qualify for the $99 rate, customers must provide proof of a valid Spirit itinerary for the same route. Beyond the immediate rescue rates, the airline is also capping all Blue Basic fares at $299 on routes to and from Fort Lauderdale and San Juan that were previously operated by Spirit, helping travelers avoid the steep prices often associated with last-minute rebooking.

"This is really tough news for the thousands of Spirit team members affected, as well as the customers who were planning trips on Spirit," said Joanna Geraghty, chief executive officer of JetBlue in a statement on JetBlue's website. "We want to help fill the void created by this loss." Geraghty noted that JetBlue's significant operations in South Florida and Puerto Rico put them in a "unique position to help Spirit customers get where they need to go and ensure flights remain affordable despite greater demand."

To ensure long-term connectivity, JetBlue isn't just lowering prices; it’s massively expanding its schedule. Caroline Kennedy made a rare appearance on social media four months after the devastating death of her daughter, Tatiana Schlossberg.

The former first daughter, 68, put on a brave face to smile alongside her son, Jack Schlossberg, in a new Instagram photo. The social media moment came just over four months after her daughter, Tatiana Schlossberg, died on Dec. 30 after a battle with acute myeloid leukemia. A respected environmental journalist, Tatiana's death came just one month after she publicly shared her diagnosis in a widely-read New Yorker essay.

Despite the tragedy, Kennedy made sure to support her son, who made waves on social media as a Vogue columnist before announcing he was running as a Democrat for the U.S. House of Representatives in New York’s 12th Congressional District. Standing in front of the New York institution Barney Greengrass, the duo toted orange juice and bagels with smiles on their faces.

Plot twist: Despite countless articles on the Internet claiming with great authority that Fillion has been engaged two or three times, the Guardians of the Galaxy actor has actually never been engaged in his life — at least not as of February 2026.

He set the record straight on Once We Were Spacemen, the podcast he co-hosts with Alan Tudyk.

“When I look at myself on the internet, I have been engaged three times,” he said on the episode that aired Feb. 18. “It is not true. I have never once been engaged.”

Still, misinformation lingers. Google’s AI at the time of this writing states, “Nathan Fillion has been engaged twice in his life, according to multiple reports and interviews, though some sources have sometimes cited three potential engagements.”

Because Fillion rarely discusses his personal life, it’s taken years, if not decades, for the truth to catch up with the rumor mill.

Who has Nathan Fillion been engaged to?

According to loads of online articles, Fillion was engaged to actress Vanessa Marcil in 1995, actress Christina Ochoa around 2012/2013 and actress Mikaela Hoover around 2013/2014.

But as he revealed on the podcast Once We Were Spacemen, he’s actually never been engaged.

“I don’t know how smart you [think] you are, Mr. Whoever’s Posting That on the Internet,” he said. “But you are dead wrong.”

His guest on the pod, Summer Glau, asked Fillion if he ever considered going on his Wikipedia page to fix the error. “That can be done?” he said. “I can do that?” 

His page has since been amended.

Was Nathan Fillion engaged to Vanessa Marcil?

No. Although he and his General Hospital co-star Vanessa Marcil dated back in 1995, they were never engaged. 

Was Nathan Fillion engaged to Mikaela Hoover?

No. The pair, who both appeared in the 2010 movie Super, were linked in 2013, but they were never engaged. As with most of his relationships, Fillion kept the details private. 

Was Nathan Fillion engaged to Christina Ochoa?

No. Reports often suggest they were together around the same time as him and Hoover, presumably because they were photographed together at the Thor 2 premiere in October 2013. But based on some admittedly tenuous photo evidence, it seems more likely they were together the year prior. 

What happened with Nathan Fillion and Perry Reeves? 

The pair dated for four years, from 2005 to 2009, although they kept the details of their relationship to themselves. 

In a 2010 interview with Women’s Health, when asked what his exes would say about him if they were all together in one room, Fillion responded, “Oh, boy. I’m still in touch with about 90 percent of my exes… They would describe me as being unlucky in love.”
