Taylor Swift's Viral Message Remains Powerful
A short but sharp comment from Taylor Swift is still echoing across sports and entertainment months after it first went viral.
The pop superstar’s playful remark about football fans, made during her appearance on the New Heights podcast hosted by Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, has become a widely shared quote, sparking praise from media figures and sports personalities alike.
Now, Kylie Kelce, Jason Kelce’s wife and host of the podcast Not Gonna Lie, has joined the growing list of voices applauding Swift’s bold humor. During a recent episode, she called the singer’s line one of the most memorable moments ever heard on her husband’s show.

Swift first made the viral remark while addressing criticism she has received for appearing on television broadcasts of Kansas City Chiefs games, where her fiancé, Travis Kelce, plays tight end. For more than two years, some football viewers complained that cameras cut to Swift too often when she attends games to support her boyfriend.
Instead of ignoring the debate, the Grammy winner tackled it with dry wit.
“I think we all know that if there’s one thing that male sports fans want to see in their spaces and on their screens, it’s more of me,” Swift joked during the podcast appearance.
The quote gained new momentum when Kylie Kelce addressed it on her podcast. She did not hide how much she admired Swift’s confidence.

“I love this so much,” Kylie Kelce said. “I love this because first of all, badass quote. Second, it applies perfectly.”
Among those praising the quote is Mina Kimes, a well-known sports analyst who has often faced the familiar “stick to sports” criticism online. For many women in sports media, Swift’s comment captured the frustration they have felt for years.
The message was simple but powerful: instead of shrinking under criticism, Swift leaned into it with humor and confidence.
The original podcast episode itself became a massive hit. Fans tuned in hoping to hear stories about Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship, often called “Tayvis” by fans. What they got instead was a viral line that many now see as a mini cultural manifesto.
Within the first 24 hours after release, the episode reportedly drew more than 13 million views, proving the enormous interest around the singer’s appearance.
Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce first went public in 2023, and since then, she has frequently attended Chiefs games. When cameras show her celebrating touchdowns or cheering from a suite, the clips often go viral.
Despite that debate, Swift has continued to attend games, cheering on Travis Kelce and the Chiefs while balancing her global music career Travis Kelce himself has said he enjoys supporting Swift just as much as she supports him.
“I get to be the plus one,” Travis Kelce once said about attending her events. “It’s so cool that I get to experience her being that plus one for me on the football field.”
For many listeners, the line remains powerful because it reminds people that humor can be one of the strongest responses to criticism. And judging by the continued praise, including Kylie Kelce’s recent comments, it’s a quote that likely won’t fade anytime soon.

The country music superstar, 58, recently took to social media, giving folks a glimpse into the early days of his illustrious career. On Thursday, March 5, McGraw posted a slideshow of images and set the soundtrack to the Goo Goo Dolls’ 1998 hit smash “Iris.”
“Safe to say the ‘90s treated me pretty well!” McGraw captioned alongside the video montage, reflecting on his past successes.
The clip also included the words, “Dad, what were you like in the ‘90s?” spread across the screen, a sentence that has become a popular phrase online and is tied to a viral social media trend that has taken over the internet in recent days.
That trend finds celebrities and social media users posting throwback photos, resurfacing nostalgic moments from before the turn of the millennium.

Barbie's New Role Model Celebrates Her 'Milestone' Doll: 'Incredibly Proud'
Fans of women's soccer know all about Chloe Kelly. Even if you're not from the U.K., chances are you enjoy watching her compete.
The country's star forward, 28, who also plays for the Arsenal club, has skyrocketed to stardom in recent years — even stunning at a British Vogue & GQ event last month.
Her momentum continues now that Barbie has honored Kelly with her own doll as the brand's new "role model of the year." The hot-shot athlete just took to social media to celebrate the all-new collaboration.
"To have my own one-of-a-kind @barbie doll is something I’m incredibly proud of," Kelly wrote in the caption of her Instagram post on Thursday, March 5. "Growing up, I dreamed about winning trophies and big moments in football, but I never imagined a different kind of milestone like this."
Her caption continued, "I hope it shows young girls that they can grow up playing with Barbie dolls and with footballs, and that they don’t have to choose just one version of who they want to be."
View this post on InstagramFans have already flooded the comments section of Kelly's post to share their support and excitement for the new doll. "I might not have been a Barbie girl growing up—I was usually outside with a ball at my feet—but seeing footballers celebrated like this is still really inspiring. It shows young girls that our sport is being recognised and that big dreams in football are possible. ⚽🙌," wrote one Instagram user, for example.
The Barbie version of Kelly is wearing the 2025 England Lionesses kit, CNN reports. Designed by Nike, the home shirt features a red-and-blue ombre stripe across the chest and is paired with blue shorts with red-and-white stripes on the side, knee high socks and soccer shoes.
"To see a footballer with a Barbie doll shows that our sport is here to stay," she told the network in an article published on Thursday. "We’ve inspired so many on the pitch, but off the pitch this is huge."

Award-Winning Star's Refusal to Sign Autographs Draws Attention: ‘Only Real Fans’
Charlize Theron is making her boundaries crystal clear. Following her memorable opening ceremony at the 2026 Winter Olympic Games, the Hollywood star flew straight to France to attend a series of shows at Paris Fashion Week, including the Dior Fall/Winter 2026 show.
Amid the celebration, The Old Guard star was spotted leaving a Givenchy boutique.
Dressed casually in a white tank top and an oversized denim button-down paired with wide-leg khaki trousers and oversized dark sunglasses, she greeted fans outside the store who were patiently waiting for her autograph.
In a video shared by Italian online media and digital platform Whoopsee, the actress was seen autographing a photo presented to her by a fan and said “Thank you” afterward.
Another fan tried to ask Theron for her autograph, but she refused.
“No, you've got many,” she said.
View this post on InstagramWhen a different person made the same request, the Mad Max star again declined, adding, “No. You sell them.”
As she entered her van, she addressed the crowd one last time: “Only real fans.”
Following her bold gesture, fans expressed their full support for the actress.
“Good job he doesn't sign autographs to jack—” one wrote.
"No, you've got many, you sell them! Only real things!" Grande Charlize! E bellissima,” a follower said.
“Class act,” a commenter added.

This isn't the first time that a celebrity refused to sign autographs for fans.
Notable personalities like Paul McCartney of The Beatles, Joaquin Phoenix, Billie Eilish and athletes like LeBron James have all been selective about autograph requests.
Some famous individuals do this to prevent items from being quickly resold at high prices as well as to protect their privacy and safety.
To recall, McCartney once addressed this incident during his interview with Reader's Digest.
“It always struck me as a bit strange,” he said, as cited by Loudwire, adding, "Here, can I write your name down on the back of this till receipt, please?' Why? We both know who I am."
Apart from autographs, he also expressed discomfort with taking selfies with him.
"What you've usually got is a ropey photo with a poor backdrop and me looking a bit miserable,” he explained. Instead of that, he offered, "Let's chat, let's exchange stories."
On the other hand, Theron’s candid gesture, as well as those of other celebrities, serve as a reminder that even A-list stars value genuine fan connection over opportunistic requests.

Iconic ‘60s Actor, With No. 1 Hit Song, Turns 79
Becoming a Hollywood Star is an impressive feat, but becoming one for both acting and singing is twice as astounding. And, that's exactly what Eddie Hodges accomplished, despite being only a teenager.
The '60s sensation, best known for his No. 1 hit song, "I'm Gonna Knock on Your Door," is celebrating his 79th birthday today.
Hodges was born on March 5, 1947, in Mississippi, and later grew up in New York City, where he began performing at a young age. His astounding natural talent quickly led him to the entertainment industry, and by the late 1950s, he was already making appearances in television and film. As a child actor with an incredible screen presence, his career began to skyrocket.
He made eight feature films and various TV guest appearances, but he is best remembered for playing Tom Sawyer in the 1960 film The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. The role introduced him to a larger audience and helped establish him as one of the most prominent child actors of the decade.
With the momentum he'd built, Hodges entered the music industry in the early 1960s and found major success yet again. In 1961, he released the upbeat single "I'm Gonna Knock on Your Door," which became an international hit, reaching No. 1 in Australia and Canada and charting in the United States. The song helped solidify his place among the era's largest teen idols, while also demonstrating his versatility across television, film, and music.
In an American Bandstand interview about his success, Hodges said that the best piece of advice anyone ever gave him was, "to not try to act like anybody else and just try to be myself."
Though his time in the spotlight was relatively brief, Hodges remains an influential entertainer who helped define pop culture throughout the 1950s and '60s. His performances in film and his catchy, memorable songs captured the youthful innocence of the era, and his work continues to be remembered by fans of classic entertainment.
After stepping away from Hollywood, Hodges chose to live a quieter life outside of the entertainment industry. He attended The University of Southern Mississippi and became a mental health counselor, which he still is today. He now has two grown children and three grandchildren.
Today, as he celebrates his 79th birthday, Eddie Hodges remains a nostalgic figure from the early days of television and modern pop music, remembered for his vast talents at a young age.

Kelsea Ballerini’s Ex-Husband Delivers Blunt Response to Chase Stokes After Heated Message
Kelsea Ballerini’s two exes, Chase Stokes and Morgan Evans, appear to be in a war of words after the latter of the two stars appeared on Netflix's Bobby Bones Presents: The BobbyCast, and opened up about his public divorce from the “I Sit In Parks” singer.
According to People, earlier this week, while promoting his upcoming deeply personal album, Steel Town, on the podcast, Evans recalled the “stages of grief” he went through following his split from Ballerini after five years of marriage.
Morgan Evans Says His Divorce From Kelsea Ballerini Went Super Quick“It all happened super quick,” Evans, 40 — who is currently in a relationship with Laci Kaye Booth — told Bones on the March 3rd episode while discussing the divorce, which was finalized in November 2022.
“From finding out [a divorce] was what Kelsea wanted to do to getting a lawyer, and having a prenup, and having three or four calls with a lawyer, signing the documents in the parking lot of the Ryman Auditorium in the rain to going home, it all happened in three or four months.”
Evans went on to say he “was not expecting the conversation” about wanting a divorce, adding that “maybe that was me being naive, but I definitely wasn’t expecting it, it took me by surprise.”
Chase Stokes Reacted to Morgan Evans’ InterviewBones later shared a portion of the interview on his Instagram page, which prompted a strong reaction from Stokes, 33, who had been in an on-and-off-again romance with Ballerini, 32, since 2023.
View this post on Instagram“This is about the most pathetic excuse of masculinity I've ever seen," the Outer Banks actor wrote, reacting to the clip. "Get a f—ing life.”
Stokes has since taken down his remark, but that hasn’t stopped others from entering the conversation.
Bobby Bones Responded to Chase Stokes’ ReactionBones reacted by sharing the comment in a video post on Instagram, writing alongside it: “Sorry for the curse word. Got this comment regarding my interview with Morgan Evans. Just wanted to say a couple of things.”
View this post on Instagram“First of all, it was put up, and then it was taken down,” Bones said in the video, posted on Wednesday, March 4, explaining that he had seen Stokes’ comment.
“If you’re going to come that hard, maybe don’t take it down… in my heart, I just wonder why certain people can talk about things and other people can’t.”
He added, referencing his interview with Evans, the singer only spoke about his divorce, highlighting a small portion of his upcoming album, as he was talking about everything he had gone through in recent years.
“There are two stories, right? There’s his story, her story, and the real story,” Bones said.
Morgan Evans Has Broken His SilenceNow, Evans appears to have broken his silence.
On Instagram, the singer/songwriter seemingly fired back at Stokes’ “masculinity” comment with a tongue-in-cheek response.
View this post on Instagram“Feeling pretty masculine today. Album out in 2 weeks!” He wrote alongside a post, showing himself doing stereotypically “alpha male” activities in photos, from carrying a refrigerator to chopping wood with an axe.
“I laughed,” Bones captioned below Evans’ post, while other fans applauded his response.
“This is the perfect clap back. 👏🏻👏🏻,” one fan wrote while another added, “Omg, I love you! This is the best clap back! 🙌🤣.”
“🔥🔥🔥 Hahahahahah, now that is how you respond to negativity. Love it. ❤️,” a third follower added.
Before appearing on Bones’ podcast, Evans had largely remained silent about his divorce from Ballerini. Now more open about the experience, he admitted that looking back on that time feels surreal.
“That whole time was a blur,” he said. “It almost feels like someone else, just from where I’m sitting now.”
Evans upcoming sophomore album, Steel Town, is due out March 20.
'Days of Our Lives' Celebrates Tom and Alice Horton
The official social media account for Das of Our Lives is paying tribute to one of Salem’s most iconic couples, Tom Horton (MacDonald Carey) and Alice Horton (Frances Reid).
The show’s official Instagram account, @DaysPeacock, shared a throwback photo of the couple along with the caption: “TBT to Salem’s original beloved couple: Tom and Alice Horton, whose anniversary is tomorrow. The high school sweethearts originally married in 1930. ❤️”
View this post on InstagramFans also flooded the comment section with tributes to the beloved couple. One viewer wrote “The greatest couple of all time 😍😍❤️❤️❤️😍 miss them so much happy Heavenly Anniversary Tom and Alice. The greatest grandparents.” A second user shared, “I remember them from the mid-1960s when I started watching!”
A third fan also expressed hope that earlier episodes could eventually be made available for streaming, writing, “Please upload all the older episodes on to peacock. It would be such a joy to go back and indulge in Salem from the beginning! 💜”
As the first family of Salem, Tom and Alice spent decades raising generations of Hortons and serving as the moral center of the community.
The couple have five children: Tommy Horton (John Lupton) and Addie Horton (Patricia Huston), as well as Mickey Horton (John Clarke), Bill Horton (Paul Carr), and Marie Horton (Maree Cheatham).
As the show continued, their grandchildren and great grandchildren drove decades of storylines and Tom and Alice were always there to offer words of wisdom, support, and assistance no matter what the situation was.
On October 17, 1988, the show honored the characters with an on-screen wedding after revealing that their original 1930 marriage had technically been invalid. The ceremony became a memorable moment for longtime viewers as Tom and Alice renewed their commitment surrounded by family and friends.
Tom and Alice Horton appeared on Days of Our Lives from the show’s very first episode in 1965. Carey remained with the series until his death in 1994, while Reid continued portraying Alice until her passing in 2010.
Days of Our Lives streams weekdays on Peacock.

Billy Porter Recalls Near Death Experience Amid Sepsis Battle: 'I'm a Walking Miracle'
Billy Porter is reflecting on his terrifying battle with sepsis last year and candidly revealing just how close he came to dying.
The longtime actor, 56, was in the middle of his run in the Broadway production of Cabaret in September 2025 when he was unexpectedly diagnosed with sepsis. During an appearance on Outlaws with TS Madison on Monday (March 2), Porter explained that he was at a doctor's appointment for a "routine check" when they made the discovery.
Looking back, Porter says doctors found that a kidney stone "was trapped in [his] urethra," causing a buildup of toxic waste.
"When they got in there, there was so much puss, and bile, and infection behind the stone. It bubbled up and I went uroseptic in minutes," he shared on the podcast.
The severe form of sepsis is known to begin in the urinary tract when an infection goes untreated and then travels to the kidneys, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Porter was eventually put on an ECMO machine, AKA an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation machine, which serves as a life-support system for patients with severe, reversible heart or lung failure.
When he was finally stable enough to be taken off the machine, Porter was told his leg "had gone into compartment syndrome, which is when the muscles close in on themselves and cut off the oxygen."
"So they had to cut me open on either side of my leg while I was in a coma, and from my knee to my hip, and leave it open for two days, so they could save my leg," he explained.
Porter continued, "I was dead for three days. I am a miracle. I'm a walking miracle...I am so grateful to be here. It is such a gift."
Porter when on to share that the experience changed the way he lives his life, especially in the public eye.
"As I sat in my hospital bed, reflecting, there were a couple of things I heard. The first thing I heard was: Work smarter, not harder. The second thing I heard was: Be obedient and answer the call. And the third thing I heard was: Don't you ever stop telling the truth again," Porter concluded.
You can hear all that Billy Porter had to say here.
New Details Emerge About Britney Spears’ Late-Night DUI Arrest
Britney Spears is facing legal trouble following a late-night traffic stop in Southern California.
According to TMZ, the pop superstar was arrested the night of Wednesday, March 5, after California Highway Patrol officers received reports of a vehicle driving erratically along Interstate 101. Authorities told the outlet that the call came in at approximately 8:48 p.m., describing a black BMW traveling southbound at a high rate of speed.
Officers reportedly located the vehicle and followed it as it exited the freeway in Thousand Oaks. When the driver pulled over, officers identified the driver as Spears.
Authorities told the outlet that Spears “showed signs of impairment” during the stop and was asked to complete a series of field sobriety tests. Following the roadside evaluation, she was arrested on suspicion of “driving under the influence of a combination of drugs and alcohol.” She was also taken to the hospital in order to figure out her blood alcohol levels.
Spears was later booked into the Ventura County Main Jail, according to the report. Ventura County inmate records reviewed by TMZ indicate that the 44-year-old singer was released from custody around 6 a.m. Thursday morning. Officials told the outlet the case remains under investigation, and chemical test results related to the incident are still pending.
The situation has also had an immediate ripple effect online. Spears’ Instagram account, where the pop star frequently shares personal updates and a lot of dancing videos, appeared to be unavailable shortly after news of the incident began circulating. Visitors attempting to access the page were met with a notice stating that the account could not be found.
A representative for Spears addressed the situation in a statement to PEOPLE on Thursday, March 5, calling the arrest “an unfortunate incident that is completely inexcusable.” The statement also indicated that the singer plans to cooperate with authorities as the legal process moves forward.
Spears is expected to appear in court on May 4. According to the representative, Spears’ sons, Sean and Jayden, will be spending time with her during this period.
Michael Jackson Soundalike Says 'King of Pop' Loved His Music — Where is He Now?
Sometimes, you meet a singer who sounds eerily similar to one of the greats.
In the Oscar-winning film Bohemian Rhapsody, some of Freddy Mercury's vocals were provided by Canadian musician Marc Martel due to his voice's resemblance to the late Queen frontman.
Another music sensation who's no longer with us, Michael Jackson, has a soundalike who is also alive and well — and recently provided updates about plans to release his own music this year, years after being discovered for his vocal similarities.
“It’s exciting. I had a feeling that I would get another chance," Jackson dead ringer Alfonzo Jonestold Rolling Stone in an interview article published Thursday, March 5. "I didn’t know what year, what time, but I had a feeling. That’s why I never gave up.”
The voice of Jones, now 65, still sounds light and MJ-like after four decades, the music magazine reports. He says he first met Jackson in 1978 at the Los Angeles premiere of The Wiz, a soul retelling of The Wizard of Oz starring Jackson and Diana Ross.
“I went there and just started talking to him, and he was nice. No bodyguard stopped me or nothing,” Jones told Rolling Stone. “He talked to me like we were friends.”
Decades later, releasing his own albums along the way that were no match for Jackson's, Jones was driving for Uber at one point and found himself turning interviewee for a USC he drove — once she heard his claims he once influenced the King of Pop.
"After [I met Michael in 1978] I had a record distributed by Universal come out, and the CEO of my company was friends with Michael Jackson. Michael fell in love with my music," Jones told then-USC student Sophie Sanders in an interview article published Dec. 2, 2015. "He liked my songs and he understood the songs. The single, 'Change the World,' he was excited about… and when he went to Disneyland for Captain EO [a 1986 film starring Jackson] the main song in the movie was 'We Are Here to Change the World…'"
