Dr Pepper Fans ‘Cannot Wait’ to Try ‘Magical’ New Collab: ‘I Will Love This’

Sun, 03/29/2026 - 5:00am

Dr Pepper has a loyal fan base, and while the original soda flavor has been going strong for over 140 years, recent additions to the Dr Pepper family have gotten a warm reception from consumers.

In 2023, Dr Pepper introduced a Strawberries & Cream flavor in both regular and zero sugar varieties, adding a sweet berry taste to the original 23 flavors in Dr Pepper, making a new beloved beverage. Now, it’s taking things one step further with an upcoming collaboration with a cult-favorite fast food chain.

Starting April 2, Jack in the Box customers will be able to purchase a Dr Pepper Strawberries & Cream Shake, which features the distinctive flavor of Dr Pepper alongside strawberries and cream, all topped with whipped cream.

The beverage, which will be available for a limited time through May 27, will start at $5.19, and fans are excited for the new temporary menu addition to the fast food restaurant.

Popular food blogger Snackolator took to Instagram to share the news, writing, “I cannot wait to give this one a try - Dr Pepper milkshakes are magical!” Fans agreed, jumping into the comments to say, “I love the soda version of this, so I think I will love this,” “Yes I would love to try this,” and “I’m excited.”

“Big back season never tends to end,” joked a third as another teasingly exclaimed, “Lord just take my foot already.”

Several commenters noted that they were interested in making a version of this themselves, writing, “Not hard to make from home,” and “I've made this at home. Strawberry and Cream Dr Pepper with vanilla ice cream. It's so good.”

If you’re a fan of the newer twists on Dr Pepper, you’re in luck – as Parade previously reported, the fan-favorite Dr Pepper Creamy Coconut, which was a limited edition launch in summer 2024, is coming back to store shelves in April.

Why This Major Hotel Chain Is Offering to Pay for Your Teenager’s Vacation This Summer

Sun, 03/29/2026 - 4:41am

If you’ve been looking for a sign to finally pull the trigger on that big family getaway, Hilton just handed you a golden ticket that is effectively a masterclass in "luxury for less."

As we head into the thick of 2026, the travel giant is doubling down on a major trend: the rise of the multigenerational trip. According to Hilton’s latest Trends Report, nearly half of their team members have seen a massive spike in families traveling together, and they are meeting that demand with an offer that is almost too good to pass up.

For a limited time, up to two kids or teens (we’re talking anyone 17 and under) can stay and dine entirely for free at a collection of their most stunning all-inclusive resorts across the Caribbean and Latin America.

The beauty of this deal is that it actually covers the "teen" years—a rare find in the all-inclusive world where "adult" pricing often kicks in at age 12. To snag the savings, you just need to book a minimum three-night stay by April 30, 2026, for travel dates spanning from mid-April through October 31. It’s a perfect window for a spring break escape or a summer vacation that doesn't blow the entire college fund.

By wrapping the room, meals and curated programming into one price, Hilton is leaning into the "stress-free" philosophy that parents are craving right now. From supervised kids' clubs to dedicated teen zones, the goal is to give parents a genuine break while the younger crowd dives into everything from water parks to cultural workshops.

The lineup of participating properties reads like a traveler’s wish list. If you’re looking for the "newest and shiniest," Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton in the Dominican Republic recently made its debut with elevated bungalows and a sprawling pool complex that feels more like a private sanctuary than a traditional resort.

Meanwhile, over in Mexico, the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya offers an eco-chic bay experience with a whopping 13 restaurants and a specialized "Family Zone" that manages to keep the kids entertained without disrupting the tranquil, Mayan-inspired vibe for the adults. Whether you’re lounging at the Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe between the lagoon and the sea or tucked into a private cove at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera on the Pacific Coast, the focus remains on high-quality, seamless connection.

For families who want a relaxed family trip—but with a swim-up bar and a world-class spa—this 2026 push is all about making the ideal stay accessible. It’s proof that you don't have to choose between a sophisticated resort experience and a kid-friendly itinerary.

When you can track down a private beach in the morning and a fun Teppanyaki show for a family dinner without ever reaching for your wallet, you’ve officially found the sweet spot of modern travel. Just remember to set that booking reminder before the April 30 deadline, because a $0 price tag for your teenager’s appetite is a dream that definitely deserves to become a reality.

4 Core Traits of People Born on the 31st, Per Numerology

Sun, 03/29/2026 - 4:33am

Did you know that your birth date means something? Your birth date speaks to your spiritual journey, core personality traits, and more. According to numerology, all birth dates correlate with one to three numerological meanings and associations. If you were born on the 31st, then your birth date is the combined energies of 3, 1, and 4. Being born on the 31st makes you a hardworking individual who’s open to new ideas, curiosities, and adventures. You’re not afraid to go your own way. Read on to discover the numerological significance of 31, challenges to watch for, and four core personality traits that define you.

The Numerological Significance of Number 31

How can you find the numerological significance of 31? First, begin by breaking this down into single-digit numbers, 3 and 1, then add the numbers together to get 4. Now that you have these single-digit numbers, you know that 31’s energy is the combination of 3, 1, and 4.

3 is a jovial spirit who has a strong belief system, moral compassion, and curious mind. 1 is a self-assured, pioneering energy open to new, self-focused adventures. 4 is a hardworking energy that’s known for its consistently strong work ethic and realistic mindset. These energies come together to form 31, making this a realistic yet optimistic personality. People who embody 31’s energy are known for their drive, focus, and tenacity. They always rise to the occasion with a pep in their step no matter the goal, task, or aspiration.

Working with 31’s energy means working with this number’s planetary ruler, Uranus. Astrologers say Uranus is the wake-up, shake-up planet of change, rebellion, and authenticity. Being Uranian means having a strong individualistic streak unlike anyone or anything else. Uranus encourages its people to march to the beat of their own drum. A tektite like Moldavite may speak to Uranian individuals, since Moldavite elevates personal growth and individuality.

Challenges to Watch For

People born on the 31st may struggle with knowing when to switch things up. They know they’re creative and innovative, but they might prefer to play it safe. These individuals don’t like taking too great of a risk, especially if work, prosperity, or stability is on the line. However, they might accidentally shoot themselves in the foot by not taking a calculated leap of faith. Their unique ideas or individualistic direction could be just what they need to advance. Making changes can feel scary to these individuals, but change might be necessary for growth.

Aside from fearing and resisting change, these individuals could also stifle their authenticity for the sake of conformity. They might not be necessarily traditional or conservative; however, they may choose normalcy instead of deviating from their usual way of showing up and handling things. Resisting their individuality can feel restricting, abnormal, and disingenuous. Life gets easier when they accept their real selves.

Core Personality Traits of Those Born on the 31st1. Authentic & Individualistic

People born on the 31st have unique personalities and lifestyles. It might take a while for them to be comfortable with their originality, but when they do, they shine. Their authenticity makes them one in a million. People with this birth date have a distinguished worldview, unparalleled work ethic, and uncanny creative streak. They don’t live their lives or pursue their goals for anyone else, but themselves. The more they lean into their genuineness, the more confident and well-rounded they appear to others.

    2. Going the Distance

If anyone can pursue a long-term goal, it’s someone born on the 31st. Individuals with this birth date have the unique ability to see how far their ambition and drive can take them. They can envision the end goal, which helps them feel confident in their aspirations and dreams. Seeing the bigger picture allows them to have full faith in their journeys, so they don’t sweat when something takes a bit longer to come together. They have the consistency and stability to maintain their stamina, so nothing will deter their success.

      3. Creative & Innovative

Those born on the 31st are known for their artistry. Spirit has gifted them with the otherworldly talent to create something from nothing. They have the rare ability to completely and totally envision what something will look like, accomplish, or transcend before they ever start the process. Not only can they see the end result of their efforts and talents, they’re also realistic about what they do. Their innovation and creativity is grounded, which allows them to have unbridled confidence in their fantastical ambitions.

        4. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop

Nothing can deter someone born on the 31st. There’s very little that can throw these individuals off. People with this birth date are hailed for their determination and focus. Their work ethic is simply unparalleled. Once they set their sights on a goal or aspiration, that’s it. They will stop at nothing to accomplish what they’ve set out to do. Individuals born on the 31st are incredibly successful, because they will do everything in their power to be accomplished.

Country Star Shares How Keith Urban Is Navigating Life After Divorce From Nicole Kidman: ‘My Guy’

          Sun, 03/29/2026 - 2:04am

Russell Dickerson and Keith Urban recently spent time overseas at the Country to Country Music Festival. While on the red carpet at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, the “Yours” singer-songwriter spoke highly of his musical hero, whom he now considers a friend.

“I felt like a germ after every night because after every night, I was like, ‘I love you so much, you’re my hero,'” Dickerson said, reflecting on a recent conversation he had with the Aussie star while speaking to Page Six on Thursday, March 26. “I’m sorry I say this so much, but I don’t say this to anybody else.”

“I’ve toured with all of them,” he added,  referring to the many country cohorts that he’s performed with. “But Keith Urban is my guy ....I learned his songs when I was learning guitar, and he’s such an influence on me learning guitar and everything.”

Dickerson, 38, said that while he hasn’t gotten a chance to shred on guitar alongside Urban just yet, the “Blue Ain’t Your Color” crooner, 58, did manage to watch his entire set from the side stage.

“It was very cool for him to watch [me perform my set],” Dickerson acknowledged. “It’s just planting seeds. Now he knows I can rip, and maybe one day I can get up and rip with him.”

Urban recently made headlines outside of country music when news broke that he and Nicole Kidman, 58, were getting a divorce following 19 years of marriage. The Oscar-winning actress filed for divorce from the country hitmaker in September 2025, and their divorce was finalized on Jan. 6, 2026.

Speaking on how Urban appears to be navigating the split, Dickerson said, “I think he’s doing great. We didn’t get to spend tons of time together, but he seems to be in good spirits.”

“He’s always been focused on music, and so I think he’s just kind of doubling down on that, and it’s just beautiful,” he continued. “I can’t wait to hear what comes out of it.”

Dickerson’s suggestion is likely correct as Urban recently teased an upcoming covers album during a performance at Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville, Tenn.

“It’s a thematic record (of) yacht rock songs,” Urban told the crowd during his set at the Ryman Auditorium. “You think I’mkidding? I’m not kidding.”

This design centers on a softly sculpted, puffed heart silhouette rendered in a high-shine silver-tone finish, giving it a smooth, almost mirror-like surface that catches and reflects light with a fluid, liquid-metal effect. At the center sits a smaller, raised heart accent, densely pave-set with tiny, clear crystals that introduce texture and sparkle against the otherwise polished base.

The contrast between the sleek, rounded outer form and the faceted shimmer of the inset heart creates a dimensional, layered look that feels both playful and refined. Altogether, the earrings lean into a sentimental Y2K-inspired aesthetic with a hint of nostalgia, while the clean metallic finish keeps them modern and versatile.

While the resort is technically calling this a "reimagining" of its second gate, anyone walking through the gates this week will tell you it feels like a brand-new kingdom has risen from the ground.

On the eve of its public opening on March 29, 2026, the park formerly known as Walt Disney Studios Park has been reborn as Disney Adventure World, marking the first time since the resort opened its second gate that fans have seen an expansion of this magnitude.

The star of the show is, without a doubt, the breathtaking World of Frozen. Stepping into Arendelle feels less like visiting a theme park and more like walking straight into the screen, complete with the 118-foot-tall North Mountain and Elsa’s Ice Palace shimmering in the distance.

The celebration wasn't just about the scenery—it was a true A-list affair. The festivities kicked off on Friday with a visit from French President Emmanuel Macron, who joined Disney leadership to highlight the park's massive impact on European tourism. As the grand opening approached, the guest list read like a global talent directory.

Among the icons walking the blue carpet were French cinema legend Isabelle Huppert and Emily in Paris favorite Lucas Bravo. They were joined by Academy Award-winner Penélope Cruz and recent Golden Globe winner Teyana Taylor, who both got an exclusive preview of the park’s new magic. Even pop royalty made an appearance, with former Spice Girl Emma Bunton joining the crowd to witness the spectacular transformation of the resort’s second gate.

During the star-studded inauguration, the atmosphere was electric as the singer Santa performed "Into the Unknown" from a literal ice piano. The ceremony reached a heartfelt peak when 11-year-old Lou from Make-A-Wish joined the stage to sing "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" with a high-tech, robotic Olaf.

“With Disney Adventure World, we’re not only unveiling a reimagined second gate at Disneyland Paris; we’re opening the door to a new era,” said Natacha Rafalski, Présidente of Disneyland Paris. “An era where our guests walk straight into the heart of the stories they love.”

It’s a sentiment shared by the highest levels of Disney leadership, who see this as a superlative shift for the destination. Thomas Mazloum, Chairman of Disney Experiences, noted, "The reimagining of our second gate reflects the very best of what Disney represents: boundless imagination that brings people together.”

Beyond the snow-capped peaks of Arendelle, the park now flows into Adventure Bay, a massive 7.5-acre lake that serves as the new "beating heart" of the expansion. Here, fans can find the fairy-tale-like Raiponce Tangled Spin and a Beaux-Arts-inspired new dining venue with character interactions, The Regal View Restaurant.

Reflecting on the global love for these characters, Josh D’Amaro, CEO of The Walt Disney Company, said, “Few stories have resonated with fans around the world like Frozen. From the screen to our parks, cruises, and beyond, its impact continues to grow, and with World of Frozen and Disney Adventure World, we’re giving guests at Disneyland Paris the opportunity to experience that story in entirely new ways.”

Whether you're a Marvel recruit or an Arendelle royalty hopeful, this is the glow-up we've all been waiting for.

1987 No. 1 Pop Classic Resurfaces 38 Years Later With Country Star’s Reimagined Cover

          Sun, 03/29/2026 - 12:36am

Ashley McBryde may be a country music star, but she just proved she can channel any genre solo with only a guitar in hand.

On Saturday, March 28, the Arkansas native, 42, took to Instagram to deliver a stripped-down take of Tommy James & the Shondells’ 1967 pop hit, “I Think We’re Alone Now,” which was later made famous a second time by teen pop sensation Tiffany in 1987.

          View this post on Instagram

“The song stuck in my head today is: ‘I think we’re alone now’ by Tiffany (1987), but also by Tommy James & the Shondells back in 1967. What song is stuck in YOUR head today?” McBryde captioned alongside her video, which features her dressed in head-to-toe denim.

Strumming on her acoustic six-string, McBryde showcases her effortless vocals and signature twang on the track, giving it a countryfied flair in contrast to the Tiffany smash. McBryde threw all of her energy into her on-the-fly take, without the need for a backup band, earning plenty of praise from her followers.

          Fans Approve

“Love this 👏,” one person wrote, while another follower added, “Release this PLEASE.”

“Wow, that took me way back in time 😍 thank you,” a third fan wrote.

I think we're alone now / There doesn't seem to be anyone around  / I think we're alone now / The beating of our hearts is the only sound,” McBryde sings throughout the chorus before letting out a slight chuckle.

“I loved that song when I was growing up. Now I’m singing it because it’s stuck in my head. And, it’s kinda creepy. I don’t know.  I don’t want to analyze the lyrics. I like that song. It’s a jam. Now it’s in your head. You’re welcome,” McBryde said at the end of the video.

          Song History

Written by Ritchie Cordell with contributions from Bo Gentry, “I Think We’re Alone Now” has lived many lives, each of which became a success in its own right. First released in 1967 by Tommy James & the Shondells, the track rose to the No. 4 spot on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. In 1987, Tiffany’s version of the track was even bigger, earning her international fame as the song topped the charts in several countries, including the US, UK, and Canada.

The popular song has appeared in films such as Mother’s Day and 10 Cloverfield Lane, and saw a cultural resurgence after its inclusion in the fifth season of Stranger Things.

’90s Rocker Addresses Retirement Amid 2026 Tour

          Sat, 03/28/2026 - 11:56pm

Winger’s frontman, Kip Winger, opened up about his life beyond the band and touring.

In a recent interview with Waste Some Time With Jason Green, the 64-year-old musician weighed in on his retirement amid the Winger Tour 2026 and gave fans a glimpse of what to expect next.

Explaining the gradual move toward the band’s future, the vocalist shared that his decision to step away from the stage wasn't sudden but a “slow kind of exit off the runway,” as he described.

“It's been coming for a long time. I told the [rest of the] band five years ago that I'm gonna stop performing,” he said as transcribed by Blabbermouth, adding that their show at the Rainbow Bar & Grill Backyard Bash 2025 in West Hollywood, California on August 31 was much like the “last show” that they had.

Kip Winger & Reb Beech during Pirate Radio Party in Los Angeles, California, United States.

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic, Inc via Getty Images

“Although we've got four shows this year in '26 that were already booked. So when I said, 'Listen, I'm gonna stop touring,' and then we put some shows up, everybody was, like, 'Oh, you didn't retire,’” he furthered.

As for his decision to step back, Winger clarified that he is not retiring from music entirely but rather shifting his focus and energy to a different genre.

"'Retirement' is not in my vocabulary,” the rock star explained. “I wanna spend more time writing classical music, and I don't wanna be on the road all the time. It's very stressful to sing that [WINGER] stuff now, and I'm just not feeling it. And I'm really interested in learning how to become a better composer and writing more music. Let's put it this way: if I hadn't done all the work I've done on the road, I would have twice the amount of albums. So I'm very interested in spending the rest of my days just writing music."

The hard rock metal band remains retired from full-scale touring but has upcoming special shows this year. This includes performances in Brazil for the Bangers Open Air on April 26, followed by a headline show on August 27 in Illinois, as well as a special performance in Indiana with FireHouse on August 29.

          View this post on Instagram

Lastly, Winger will be participating in The Sands Rocks Festival in Mexico from October 20 to 25.

As for doing a “bus tour” or traveling from city to city in a tour bus, Kip Winger made it clear he’ll never go that route.

“There's no way I'll get on a bus again. That's like a scary movie. I just can't do that,” he said.

According to him, the last bus tour that they did was with Tom Keifer (of Cinderella) for the LIVE & LOUD in 2023, which he described as “rough.”

'80s Teen Pop Icons Debbie Gibson and Tiffany Share a Funny Run-In With Each Other

          Sat, 03/28/2026 - 11:44pm

Back in the late '80s, teen pop stars Debbie Gibson and Tiffany (aka, Tiffany Darwish) ran into each quite a bit—but it was usually moving up on the Billboard charts, which both singer dominated off and on in that era. Today, however, Debbie, now 55, and Tiffany, now 54, ran into each in a slightly less glamorous spot—at the porta-potties during a nostalgia convention of all places.

Both women were featured guests at Rewind Washington, a nostalgia and retro convention, which was being held this weekend at the Washington State Fair and Events Center in Puyallup, Washington. And well, when nature calls ...

Gibson posted the silly and adorable meetup, laughing and saying, "You never know who you're gonna run into at the porta-potties!"

"Hello, so glamorous!" Tiffany says, and the duo pose for a quick video and exchange niceties.

How cute is this? And what year is it?

Both teens at the time, Debbie and Tiffany rose to fame around and about 1987 and skyrocketed with big hits. At age 16, Gibson debuted her album Out of the Blue, featuring hits like "Only in My Dreams" and "Shake Your Love," and, at age, 15, Tiffany released her self-titled debut album, Tiffany, with the popular "I Think We're Alone Now" cover.

In 1987, there probably was not a high school dance in a cafeteria in all of America that wasn't playing both these artists. While the teen mags at the time tried to make up a faux rivalry between to two pop sensations, the two were actually friendly and supportive as young teen stars. They didn't get to know each other until a few years later when they starred in the movie Mega Python vs. Gatoroid (2011) together.

Take a step back to the late '80s with these Debbie Gibson and Tiffany hits:

Country Star Looks Nearly Unrecognizable After Debuting Bold New Look at the iHeartRadio Music Awards

          Sat, 03/28/2026 - 11:25pm

Lainey Wilson was among the performers and nominees on Thursday night (March 26) during the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards. Along with receiving nods for Country Artist of the Year and Favorite Tour Tradition, the Louisiana-born star, 33, delivered a medley of some of her biggest hits and fan favorite tracks.

The three-song set — in order — included “Wild Flowers and Wild Horses,” “Hang Tight Honey,” and “Heart Like a Truck.” During the second song, which belongs on her 2024 Whirlwind album, Wilson surprised fans, removing her signature cowboy hat and flaunting her entire head of sandy blonde hair for all to see.

As she does with wearing bell-bottoms, Wilson usually performs with her head covered up, so the moment served as a rare treat for the audience and viewers watching the live broadcast. For her performance, Wilson paired her long tresses with a black-and-white lacy pair of bell-bottoms and a matching halter top. She also accessorized her look with sheer arm-length gloves.

The moment came after Wilson treated fans to “Wild Flowers and Wild Horses,” which saw her delivering the tune in a Stetson while appearing from behind the microphone, in black-and-white film. After “Hang Tight Honey,” she closed out her medley with her 2022 release of “Heart Like a Truck,” which appears on her third studio album, Bell Bottom Country

Lainey Wilson Also Had a Full-Circle Moment

Aside from her major performance, Wilson also served as a presenter for the night. She was on hand to announce Miley Cyrus as the recipient of the iHeartRadio Innovator Award. The moment was extra special as it brought Wilson full circle. Before finding fame, she booked shows as a Hannah Montana impersonator.

“Miley Cyrus is what happens when fearlessness meets evolution. She didn’t just grow up in front of the world: She redefined herself in front of it over and over and then over again …,” Wilson told the audience. “… From breaking out of a box that people tried to put her in, to pushing boundaries in sound and style, in storytelling. She keeps taking risks that most artists would not dare to take…. (and that) move culture forward. Miley reminds us that artistry is not about staying comfortable. It is about staying honest. That is what you call innovation, folks. And that is Miley Cyrus.”

          1970 No. 1 Hit Became a Career-Defining Classic

Topping the charts once is already an incredible accomplishment, but Aretha Franklin did it 20 times, tying her with Stevie Wonder for the most successful run in R&B history.

In 1970, the iconic singer released the single "Call Me," which reached No. 1 on the Billboard R&B chart, marking the eighth top R&B hit of her career. Although this was not her first success, it was her first since her divorce from her husband of eight years, an experience that heavily inspired the song.

Featured on her album This Girl’s in Love with You, the track stood out for its emotional sincerity and simplicity. Instead of building toward a huge vocal peak, Franklin kept her vocals controlled and intimate, allowing her feelings to shine through the production. This approach gave the song a different kind of power, one that felt direct and personal without ever needing to be overstated.

Franklin's instinctive approach to music defined much of her success. In a 1999 interview with Fresh Air, she explained, while speaking about her struggles with recording music, "We weren't getting to the music in the way that we should have. It just wasn't coming off. And finally someone said, 'Aretha, why don't you sit down and play?' And I did, and it just happened. It all just happened. We arrived, and we arrived very quickly."

That same instinct carried into "Call Me," not just in how she performed it, but in how it came to life. Beyond her natural, genuine voice delivering the song, the story behind it added another layer of soul. Franklin wrote the song after overhearing a young couple in New York say goodbye with the words "I love you… call me," turning that brief moment into an eternal ballad.

Recorded soon after her divorce, the track carries a real sense of emotional vulnerability, encapsulating love's ups and downs with a sincerity few singers manage to convey.

By that point in her career, Franklin had already reshaped soul music, but "Call Me" served as a reminder of how deserving she was of her success. It remains one of the most genuine and emotional songs of her era, capturing a softer side of her artistry while still reinforcing exactly why her voice carried so much weight.

Best-Selling Author’s Novel Ranked ‘Best Book of the Decade’ on Goodreads

Best-selling author V. E. Schwab has achieved a feat that few writers do with one of her most beloved novels.

Her book, The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, has been ranked the best book of the decade on Goodreads, based entirely on reader votes. The ranking reflects a combination of factors, including how many users voted for the book and how highly they ranked it, making it a strong indicator of lasting reader impact.

Originally published in 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the novel quickly became a favorite among fans for its unique premise and emotional depth. "I hope if anything that this weird little hopeful story can help people escape for just a little while and find a little bit of solace," Schwab told Entertainment Weekly shortly before the novel's release.

The story follows Addie LaRue, a young woman in 18th-century France who makes a desperate bargain to live forever only to be cursed so that no one remembers her. As Addie moves through centuries, she experiences a life marked by freedom, loneliness and fleeting connections until everything changes when someone finally remembers her name. The novel blends elements of fantasy, romance and historical fiction, creating a story that resonates across genres.

"I was inspired by Peter Pan and the loss of memory, by my own grandmother’s dementia and the way my mother watched herself being erased from her memory, by the classic depictions of Faustian bargains and the idea that men and women move through the world differently, and are afforded different space, by the promise of forever, and what it means to leave a mark," Schwab said in an interview with the Los Angeles Public Library.

Schwab, known for her imaginative storytelling and richly developed characters, has built a devoted following with works like Vicious and the Shades of Magic series. But The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue stands out as one of her most emotionally resonant and widely celebrated books.

Since its release, the novel has continued to gain momentum through word-of-mouth and online communities, particularly among readers who connect with its themes of identity, memory and what it means to leave a mark on the world.

With its top ranking on Goodreads, The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue has solidified its place as a modern classic, one that continues to captivate readers years after its debut.
