Tommy Leehas never been one to count calories—but according to the Mötley Crüe drummer, he hasn't had to.

During a recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience on Tuesday, June 30, the 62-year-old revealed that he's maintained nearly the same weight since high school, despite never following a strict diet. 

Curious about how that was possible, Lee decided to do a little experiment. "I was, like, 'Okay, how come I've weighed the same weight since f**king high school till today?'" he recalled. "And I'm, like, 'That's f**king weird.'"

To get some insight, Lee explained that years ago he clipped a pedometer to his shoe before one of Mötley Crüe's concerts to see just how much ground he covered during a typical performance. And after a two-hour show, he finally had his answer.

"I f**king took it off after the show, and I looked down, and it said 13.3 miles," he said. "And I was, like, 'So that's why I'm a skinny f**k.'"

For Lee, drumming has always been far more demanding than many fans realize. "It's more like a sport. And you're the f**king heartbeat, man," he explained. "People say your band's only as good as your drummer...it is physical, and it's draining. But it's f**king rad. I live for it."

Lee is about to hit the road with Mötley Crüe on the band's Return of the Carnival of Sins North American tour, which runs through the end of September. Fans will also be able to pick up a new premium Mötley Crüe trading card collection later this year.

Away from the stage, Lee has also weathered his share of personal headlines the past year. Rumors of a split with wife Brittany Furlan surfaced after Furlan revealed she'd been catfished by someone pretending to be Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke in May 2025, prompting her to temporarily stay in a hotel while the couple worked through the situation. She later said the ordeal "weirdly brought [them] together," explaining on her This Is the Worst podcast per People, "The big thing is healing." 

Lee eventually put the speculation to rest, sharing a smiling photo of the couple on Instagram alongside the caption, "Hey fake news we're not separated or divorced!! Get your s**t together!!" The pair married in February 2019 after about two years of dating.

Before marrying Furlan, Lee was famously married to Pamela Anderson, with whom he shares sons Brandon, 30, and Dylan, 28.

Wrestling legend Bret "The Hitman" Hart celebrated his 69th birthday on Thursday, adding another milestone to one of the most respected careers in professional wrestling history.

Widely recognized as one of the greatest in-ring performers of all time, Hart remains one of the sport's most influential figures decades after stepping away from full-time competition. His technical wrestling style, championship success and memorable rivalries helped redefine mainstream North American professional wrestling throughout the 1990s.

The Canadian-American wrestling icon built a Hall of Fame career that spanned five decades, winning championships from the 1970s through the 2010s. During his career, Hart captured 32 championships, including seven world titles, with five WWF Championships and two WCW World Heavyweight Championships.

Hart is also remembered as the wrestler who brought technical wrestling to the forefront during the WWF's New Generation era, earning the nickname "The Excellence of Execution" while competing under his famous moniker, "The Hitman."

His list of accomplishments includes becoming the second WWF Triple Crown Champion, winning the King of the Ring tournament twice in 1991 and 1993, sharing victory in the 1994 Royal Rumble with Lex Luger and headlining WrestleMania IX, X, and XII. He also became the first WCW World Heavyweight Champion born outside the United States.

In addition to his championship achievements, Hart became the first wrestler inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame three separate times; first as an individual in 2006, again with The Hart Foundation in 2019 and once more in 2025 when his Submission Match against Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 13 became the inaugural inductee into the Immortal Moments category.

Hart's impact on professional wrestling continues to be recognized in 2026.

Earlier this year, the Cauliflower Alley Club announced that Hart will receive the prestigious 2026 Lou Thesz Award during CAC 60, scheduled for Aug. 24-26 at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

The organization praised Hart's lifelong contributions to wrestling, stating:

"Few names in professional wrestling carry the respect, legacy and excellence of Hart. A world champion, a master of his craft, and one of the most influential performers of all time, Bret's career represents everything the Lou Thesz Award stands for."

Making the occasion even more meaningful, Natalya "Nattie" Neidhart, who received the award in 2025, will present the honor to her uncle during the ceremony.

Although retired from regular competition, Hart continues to share his views on the wrestling business. During an interview in late 2025, the WWE Hall of Famer expressed concerns about the modern wrestling style.

"I have a hard time watching today's wrestling… It's too fake for me. I think that today's wrestlers are actors. Most of them are actors pretending to be wrestlers. And, you know, they don't actually know how to wrestle, and they don't even know what a headlock is… I see guys throwing punches, and they open their hand at the last second and slap the guy… Why don't you take 10 minutes and go down have someone teach you how to throw a punch instead of throwing that embarrassment of a punch?"

Despite those criticisms, Hart praised several modern and recent wrestling stars, including John Cena.

"I would love to have wrestled Dwayne Johnson a lot more times… John Cena would be up [there]. I found John Cena was very comparable or similar to me in the sense that he was a serious professional, that he was a detailed guy that went over every little detail in the match."

Born on July 2, 1957, in Calgary, Alberta, Hart grew up in the legendary Hart wrestling family under his father, Stu Hart. He began his wrestling journey in Stampede Wrestling before rising to international fame in WWF and later WCW.

Outside the ring, Hart has appeared in television and films, authored biographies, supported stroke recovery and cancer awareness causes and remained active through public appearances and wrestling events.

As he celebrates his 69th birthday, Bret "The Hitman" Hart continues to stand among wrestling's most respected legends, with his accomplishments and influence still recognized throughout the industry.

What will happen in the Dutton Ranch finale?

There are quite a number of loose threads that need to be tied up (like a cow waiting to be branded) in the Dutton Ranch season finale. Austin (Sterlin English) has told Beth and Rip that the foot-and-mouth disease that plagued their cattle actually came from some animals smuggled over the Mexican border. Beulah underwent surgery for her heart attack at the end of Episode 7, which caused Everett McKinney (Ed Harris) to finally commit to their relationship. She attempted to secure the future of 10 Petal Ranch by telling Rob-Will (Jai Courtney) and Kino (Juan Pablo Raba) to work together. That goes south quickly when the latter tries to frame the former for murder. When that plan goes nowhere, Kino hops on a desperate call with his father: The mysterious Mariano.

Is Dutton Ranch renewed for Season 2?

Yes! Dutton Ranch was officially renewed for Season 2 on June 24, 2026. On July 2, it was announced that James Cavell (Justified, SEAL Team) would take over as showrunner from Chad Feehan, who stepped down from the position upon Season 1 concluding its filming.

The couple's story goes back roughly two decades, to a chance meeting at a restaurant in Melissa's home state. Nine years later, in June 2014, Coulier popped the question.

Fellow Full House alum Candace Cameron Bure celebrated the couple in the comments. "Awwww happy anniversary!!!! to two of the BEST people I know. Your love truly is patient and kind, it protects, trusts, hopes and perseveres. I love you!!" she wrote. 

Actor Rob Paulsenadded, "Beautiful. Inspirational. Aspirational. I'm so grateful to you both for your example."

The celebration comes as Coulier continues to navigate a difficult health journey.

He was first diagnosed with stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma in October 2024.  After going into remission, doctors found a second, unrelated cancer during a routine scan: early-stage oropharyngeal tongue cancer, which he announced in December 2025.

Coulier underwent 35 rounds of radiation therapy through the end of 2025 and announced in February 2026 that he was in remission from both cancers, as per ABC.

"It's been a roller coaster ride for sure," he said on Good Morning America. "I'm in remission with both cancers. And what a journey this has been."

His latest health update came in May 2026, when Coulier shared an Instagram video and opened up about the toll his treatment had taken.

He said he had lost 45 pounds, had been unable to eat solid food for months, and was still dealing with the effects radiation had on his voice. Still, there was good news to share: his latest scans and overall prognosis both looked positive.

Through it all, Coulier and Melissa's bond has remained a constant.

Rumors are flying! Taylor Swiftand Travis Kelce’s supposed wedding is this weekend, and from the food to the decor, everyone is buzzing about the superstar couple’s reported Madison Square Garden July Fourth nuptials. But some sources say the pair secretly wed in an intimate ceremony ahead of their enormous arena event.

A source who is close to the singer and her NFL player future husband recently told Page Six, “They are already married.” But that’s not the only clue. Swift’s private jet reportedly made a series of stops last Sunday, touching down in Philadelphia, Tampa, Nashville, and New York City. 

Why Philadelphia? Kelce’s father, Ed, lives in the city. Older brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie live in Haverford, Pennsylvania, a Philly suburb. 

Of course, there’s no official statement on whether the couple has already wed or will tie the knot in front of 1,000 or so guests at MSG. 

A smaller, private civil ceremony before a larger, lavish, or public wedding isn't out of the norm for celebs. Recently, Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Trump married in Palm Beach, Florida, before heading to the Bahamas for a second wedding in front of family (sans the President) and friends. Likewise, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner married in a small, secret ceremony and later flew to Sicily for an opulent event. 

What do we know about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s upcoming wedding?

Whether they’re already legally married or not, the speculation about the couple’s wedding weekend just won’t stop. So far, here are the supposed highlights:

• Per the AP, an application for a “Special Event at MSG” was approved Wednesday night and includes a schedule of events from 8:00 a.m. on July 2 through 7:00 p.m. on July 4.
• ESPN reported that a law enforcement official briefed on the security plans said the wedding will take place at MSG on Friday (July 3) night, starting at 5:00 p.m. 
• Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna Kelce, arrived in New York City on Thursday, according to TMZ.
• A large, mysterious silver SUV arrived at MSG late Thursday afternoon.
• NBC News revealed that Madison Square Garden staff members and corporate employees were not allowed to enter the venue. 
• Multiple media outlets spotted food deliveries to the arena on Wednesday and Thursday. 
• Speculation about a who’s who celebrity guest list with stars such as Selena Gomez, Stevie Nicks, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and the New York Knicks starting five made the rounds.
• Rolling Stone claimed Stevie Nicks isn't just a guest; she’s also a possible musical performer.

And yes, every second that ticks closer to Swift and Kelce’s alleged nuptials brings new revelations. But with the couple staying silent, it looks like their fans will just have to wait and see. Or they could just bet on it. There are currently over $2 million in bets on prediction markets (like Kalshi), according to CBS News.

Is there someone in your life who comes across as a bit selfish? For instance, maybe you know a person who draws strong boundaries, spends a lot of time alone or always takes forever to reply to your messages. These are just a few of the many habits that can make someone seem egocentric but in actuality, they may be indicators of high intelligence.

However, they were also all brilliant enough to ascend to the top of their respective professional fields.

And according to Dr. Sari Chait, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist working in private practice in Massachusetts, there are actually quite a few "selfish" habits that can signal high intelligence. She tells Parade why these nine often-misunderstood behaviors (from setting boundaries to changing one's opinion to using sarcasm and more) can be tied to both strong IQ and EQ (emotional intelligence), and shares four common kind actions and considerations that are just as indicative of intellect and cleverness. Here's what to know.

9 'Selfish' Habits That Signal High Intelligence, According to a Psychologist

As Dr. Chait tells Parade, the below nine habits "may be signs of high intelligence but don’t necessarily mean someone is in fact highly intelligent." That said, every individual is different—she adds that "someone with high intelligence may not engage in any of these habits."

Dr. Chait also notes that while the below habits can all potentially signal high intelligence (IQ), many of them can signal high emotional intelligence (EQ), too.

1. Saying no

"When people say no to doing things, helping with things, or attending social events, it is often perceived as selfish," Dr. Chait says. However, setting that boundary may actually "indicate that the person is actually very aware of their own time constraints and is smartly protecting their time."

She adds that "being able to judiciously decide what to attend to and what not to takes a great deal of thoughtfulness and planning."

2. Spending time alone

When a friend chooses to spend time alone rather than with you, it can feel hurtful—but according to Dr. Chait, "it may be because they have enough self-awareness to know they need alone time to rest and recharge."

She adds: "Without that alone time, many people become socially burned out and then are not able to show up as their best selves with others, negatively affecting those relationships."

3. Relying on sarcasm or dark humor

Humor like witty sarcasm or dark jokes "requires a level of intellect to not only form the joke or comment but to be able to do so quickly in the moment."

However, a mean remark is a mean remark, no matter how clever it may be. "While sarcasm can be perceived as mean or hurtful, someone with high intelligence or EQ will also be able to know when and how to use sarcasm so it adds humor without being hurtful," Dr. Chait says.

Massachusetts-based therapist Sarah Kalny, LMHC agrees, explaining to Parade that proper use of sarcasm often "reflects an individual's capacity to understand subtext."

She notes that sarcasm is similar to problem solving, since "utilizing sarcasm tends to involve the balance of conflicting meanings, understanding what they are conveying or is being conveyed, and can be a bit of a cognitive workout."

4. Delegating tasks to others

"The ability and willingness to delegate can be perceived as selfish but actually suggests someone with good awareness of both their own capacity and of others’ capacity," Dr. Chait explains. This behavior often comes up in professional settings, when an employee delegates tasks to others.

And according to Dr. Chait, as long as someone is delegating intentionally, it can be a good thing for everyone, as it "results in freeing up their own time but can also lead to others feeling included and well-utilized," she says.

5. Having rigid routines

When someone rigidly sticks to a certain routine every day, such as a morning routine or bedtime routine, it can come off as extreme or even as an inconvenience to others. However, for routine-lovers, there's often a reason for their inflexibility.

"They may be adhering to [their routine] so rigidly because they know it works for them, decreases the chances that they don’t get things done, and serves their needs in a way that allows them to show up in other spaces or with other people as their best self," says Dr. Chait.

6. Disagreeing with the majority

In a heated conversation amongst a group, the easiest thing is often to agree with the majority and keep your head down—but in actuality, the person who speaks up and disagrees with the masses may be the smartest person in the room.

"While this can lead to people thinking you’re being difficult or are not getting something they think is obvious, it can instead be a sign of someone who wants to make an informed decision," Dr. Chait says.

7. Changing one's opinion

It can be easy to form an opinion and convince yourself to stick with it forever. Broccoli tastes icky! Staying up late is cool! Jazz sucks!

But according to Dr. Chait, intelligent people are often more open to learning new information and using it to change their opinions.

"This sometimes can come across as selfish if others think you are making things more difficult by changing your mind," she explains, "but the ability to take in new information and readily change your opinion is actually a sign of intelligence."

8. Not responding to messages right away

Whenever a friend "leaves me on read," aka doesn't respond to my text within a few hours, I tend to spiral a bit. But according to Dr. Chait, someone's delay could actually mean they're trying to be thoughtful in their response or stay productive in their work.

"They may set aside time in their day to respond to such messages so they are not regularly interrupting their day or flow to respond," she says. "Taking a few minutes to respond to texts, emails or DMs can distract from other tasks and actually make it harder to complete tasks efficiently."

9. Outsourcing services and chores

One final habit that can come across as self-centered is "spending money on services that other people may do themselves," says Dr. Chait. This may include hiring a housekeeper, getting your car professionally washed, having your nails done or hiring a personal assistant.

"When people are financially able to spend money on these kinds of services, it frees up their time to focus on higher priority or higher value things," she explains.

It's not only "selfish" habits that can suggest high intelligence. In fact, Dr. Chait notes that a number of traits associated with kindness and compassion can also indicate high intelligence and high EQ—such as the four listed below.

1. Including others

According to Dr. Chait, people with high intelligence tend to be aware of other people in group settings and purposefully try to loop those who might be feeling left out into the conversation.

"They may notice people on the outskirts of a group at a social setting or in a work environment and will smoothly incorporate them into the larger group interactions," she says.

2. Code-switching

According to Dr. Chait, highly intelligent people may excel at "adapting [their] language appropriately for the audience," otherwise known as code-switching.

"Knowing when to use technical language vs. when to use lay people language is an important skill," she explains, "and using it with others allows them to better engage with you."

3. Listening

As Dr. Chait discussed above, intelligent people often change their opinions after learning new information, which some may see as "selfish" or combative. However, Dr. Chair sees this as something with kind intentions, as it's essentially a version of listening to others and respecting their opinions.

"Being able and willing to listen and learn from others can be a sign of intelligence," she says.

4. Remembering details about others

How good does it feel when an acquaintance or friend you haven't seen in a while remembers a small detail about you? According to Dr. Chait, this kind trait actually may indicate high intelligence or high EQ.

She explains: "Doing this demonstrates that someone has done a good job listening to others and holds onto personal details which allows them to deepen their relationship and better understand the other person."

Another member of the royal family just graduated from one of the UK's most prestigious schools.

Some talent goes unnoticed for a musician's entire career. Luckily, one artist from the 1970s came across a rare opportunity that put his name on the map, and he went on to help shape some of the decade's greatest music.

Joe English, the American rock drummer best known for his work with Paul McCartney & Wings and Sea Level, turns 77 on July 2. Born in Rochester, New York, in 1949, English became part of one of the most famous post-Beatles chapters in rock history.

English joined Wings in 1975 after answering an ad for a drummer. The opportunity turned out to be far bigger than he expected, leading him into Paul McCartney's band during one of its most successful eras.

His first album with Wings was Venus and Mars, which was released in 1975 as the follow-up to Band on the Run. English also played with the band on Wings at the Speed of Sound, a 1976 album that arrived while the group was in the middle of a major world tour.

English's time with Wings also gave him a chance to step out from behind the drum kit. On Wings at the Speed of Sound, he took lead vocals on "Must Do Something About It," showing another side of his musicianship while the band gave each member a chance to step forward.

He also performed with Wings during the band's Wings Over the World tour, a major run that helped define the group's live legacy. During that period, English was part of the lineup that brought McCartney's post-Beatles music to huge audiences around the world.

After leaving Wings, English returned to Georgia and became part of Sea Level, the Southern jazz-rock group led by Chuck Leavell. The band grew out of the Allman Brothers Band orbit and blended rock, funk, blues and jazz into a sound that stood apart from many other groups of the era.

In a 1979 interview with Beatlefan, English reflected on the change, saying, "I just had to have a change of musical scene." He also said he enjoyed his time in Wings and learned a lot in the studio, but wanted to return home and see if he could make it as Joe English, not just as someone connected to Paul McCartney.

With Sea Level, English continued building a career that stretched beyond Wings, allowing him to explore various different sides of 1970s rock. He later formed the Joe English Band and moved into Christian rock, releasing music through the 1980s.

Though he eventually stepped away from the music industry, English's career remains tied to a remarkable period in rock history. As he turns 77, his work with Wings, Sea Level and his own band remains a reminder of the lasting impact he made after getting the chance to bring his talent to a bigger stage.

The routine centered on the roommate's father leaving long, rambling voicemails. Another comedian later joked that he'd spent three years waiting for his own father to leave him a voicemail—only for the punchline to reveal that his father had died.

While neither Swift nor Kelce, both 36, has confirmed any wedding plans, Donna's appearance in Manhattan is the latest development fans have seized on as rumors continue to swirl.

The speculation has only intensified thanks to unusual activity outside Madison Square Garden, where the ceremony is supposedly taking place tomorrow, July 3. Sources on the ground have spotted trucks from several production companies parked near the arena's 33rd Street loading dock.

“I guess the PJ was busy burning fuel for something more important things than the mom of the groom?” one X user wrote.

Another asked, “They couldn’t send Taylor’s private jet and a car service for mother of the groom?”

“I’m still trying to understand why Travis Kelce’s Mom flew commercial and not on one of the jets that Travis and Taylor use,” said a third.

And while the couple has remained tight-lipped about the whole celebration, Donna has previously made it clear she's not one to give away family secrets.

The unprecedented success of "Rock'n Me" fueled the commercial triumph of its parent album. Fly Like an Eagle earned its first Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on September 27, 1976 after selling 1 million copies in the U.S. Since then, the record has achieved three additional Platinum certifications, selling a staggering total of 4 million copies.

It’s getting hot out there. Seriously. There’s a heatwave gripping the country, and with record-high temperatures, you’re looking for an easy way to cool down. Luckily, Aldi is selling a four-pack of ice cubes…for $4.99. And bonus, they’re crystal clear.

If you’re thinking, “Hmm, $5 for four cubes of frozen water?” Or, “Um, Isn’t ice always clear?” You’re not alone. When news of the freezer section find hit social media, shoppers had plenty to say about this seemingly odd item.

Yes, we get it. Craft ice is an actual thing. 

As one shopper points out on the Aldi subreddit, “For those who are unaware, this is a real thing. The ice is supposed to be perfectly clear, which can be nice if you’re making cocktails with higher-end alcohol. Bordering the line between pretentious and a scam in my view.” And when one Redditor posted, “This can’t be a real thing,” another answered, “There is a guy named “the ice man” in Maryland, and they charge like $5 a cube and people pay it…Real crazy but it's real.” 

“This is a joke, right?” asked one Aldi shopper. While most of the people on this post seemed to have the same view, some clapped back with their own explanations: “It’s clear for cocktails. Clear ice is not easy to make at home,” and “It’s rather difficult to do, or at least requires some specialized equipment, specific technique, and time to tinker with it.”

Of course, critics had plenty of snarky remarks about the $4.99 four-piece pack. “Not just any ice cubes. Frozen ones!”, “And crystal clear!”, “What happens if they melt on the way home? Do they refreeze the same way?”, and “I’m betting the non-frozen ice cubes are cheaper.”

Want to know more about these craft cocktail cubes? Fortunately, an Aldi Redditor wrote a very thorough review that you can read right here. But if you’re looking for the highlights: “Opening the package, the ice did indeed come in cubes as advertised.” The review continued, “To my understanding, these cubes are meant to be used with a liquor such as scotch. In my humble opinion, it is entirely unfair to exclude the non-alcoholic demographic.” With that in mind, the reviewer adds the ice to reverse osmosis water and, “After allowing the cube to melt for approximately one minute in the water, I gave it a gentle sip…I give the taste a 9.5.”

Bottom line—expensive, crystal clear ice is real, and there is a market for it. That said, $4.99 for four cubes from Aldi’s freezer section is something that most of the store’s shoppers just can’t get behind.
