‘Love on the Spectrum’: Pari Answers if Season 4 Moment Was Scripted
It's refreshing watching Love on the Spectrum because it feels like everyone is being their genuine selves. Other reality shows are often questioned on what's real and what could be manipulation or scripted.
Season 4's finale does have one moment that fans are questioning. Pari Kim addressed it since the scene started with her.
Pari Says She Chose To Sing on 'Love on the Spectrum' View this post on InstagramThe final episode of season 4 was Madison Marilla and Tyler White's engagement party. The weather turned with a huge downpour at the outdoor event. It stopped, and there was a beautiful rainbow. Pari then sang "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz, and the rest of the cast joined.

"Yes, I chose to sing Somewhere Over the Rainbow out of my own choice during Madison and Tyler's engagement party. Everyone else just happened to join in. This was not staged or scripted at all. Hopefully this puts any doubts or confusion to rest. The end," she wrote in the caption of a photo of herself in her party outfit on April 11.
Pari first appeared on the dating series in season 3. She hoped to date a girl for the first time. It was also important that she find someone who is supportive of her love for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA).
Her first date was with Tina Zhu Xi Caruso. They're still together and attended the season 4 engagement party together. They previously posted a picture of the rainbow on Instagram and joked about it. "The rainbow was a paid actor! JK," Pari commented.
The rainbow moment was hardly the only musical moment this season. Tyler serenaded Madison on one of their dates as they danced.

Best-Selling Author’s Classic Novel Ranked Among ‘Best Books’ of All Time
There aren't many modern thrillers that have left as lasting an impression as The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.
The bestselling novel by Stieg Larsson has been ranked among the "best books of all time" on Goodreads, based on reader votes. The recognition highlights its enduring popularity and the global impact it has had since its release.
Originally published in 2005, the novel follows journalist Mikael Blomkvist and hacker Lisbeth Salander as they investigate the decades-old disappearance of a young woman from a wealthy Swedish family. What begins as a missing persons case soon unfolds into a complex and dark mystery involving corruption, secrets and violence.
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson (Photo by Andrew Francis Wallace/Toronto Star via Getty Images)The book is the first installment in the internationally acclaimed Millennium series, which went on to become a massive success worldwide. Its combination of investigative journalism, psychological depth and unforgettable characters helped set it apart from other thrillers of its time.
"I considered Pippi Longstocking," Larsson said in a rare interview. "What would she be like today? What would she be like as an adult? What would you call a person like that, a sociopath? Hyperactive? Wrong. She simply sees society in a different light. I'll make her 25 years old and an outcast. She has no friends and is deficient in social skills. That was my original thought." From there, the character of Lisbeth Salander was born.
Then, he thought about another popular Swedish fictional character, Kalle Blomkvist, boy detective. "Only now he's 45 years old and a journalist [called Mikael Blomkvist]. An altruistic know-it-all who publishes a magazine called Millennium. The story will revolve around the people who work there." From those seeds, the series grew.
Tragically, Larsson did not live to see the full impact of his work. The author died suddenly in 2004 at the age of 50, before the publication of the series that would go on to make him a global literary phenomenon. In the years following his death, his novels achieved extraordinary success, introducing millions of readers to his work and cementing his legacy as one of the most influential thriller writers of his generation.
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo was later adapted into multiple films, further expanding its reach and bringing its characters to an even wider audience. The trilogy was first adapted into a series of Swedish films, which were later followed by Hollywood adaptations.
With its continued recognition on Goodreads, the novel remains a defining work in modern crime fiction, one that continues to captivate readers with its intensity, complexity and unforgettable storytelling.

‘Love on the Spectrum’: Georgie Reveals Her New Boyfriend After Connor
Georgie Harris debuted on Love on the Spectrum Season 3 by going on a date with Connor Tomlinson. They ended the Netflix season happily together.
The show returned for season 4, and started with Connor, 26, less confident about her feelings. The couple broke up and Georgie gave an update to her fans.
Who Is Georgie From ‘Love on the Spectrum’ Dating? View this post on InstagramOn April 12, Georgie posted a video full of pictures with her new man on Instagram. "Luke and I have been waiting for a little time after the series came out to tell you guys about him," reads the caption. "We have been dating for a while. The series takes about a year to film then they have to decide what are the best scenes to have in LOTS."
Georgie's last personal post of Connor on Instagram was on July 11, 2025. She explained that she was friends with Luke years before they started dating.

Season 4 showed Connor asking Georgie if she liked him as a friend or romantically. She answered romantically so they continued dating. The couple went to England later in the season. However, they broke up away from the cameras before the finale.
Connor posted an interview with The Kristin Show on April 11. He revealed he was receiving more negative responses this season. Some viewers commented that his mom was a "helicopter mom" in regards to Connor and Georgie's relationship.
"I find them both insulting and offensive not just toward me but toward my mother, my family," Connor said. He also made it clear that he thought long and hard about his decision to break up with Georgie, and ultimately they both agreed it was the right choice.

Thaao Penghlis Reveals the Complex Reality of Working With Drake Hogestyn
Thaao Penghlis, who plays Tony DiMera on Days of Our Lives, is reflecting on his working relationship with his former co-star Drake Hogestyn.
Penghlis spoke with Jim Masters on The Jim Masters Showabout his career, including his work on General Hospital, Days of Our Lives and his new podcast venture, The Great Escape!
During the interview, Penghlis reflected on his relationship with Hogestyn, saying, “He was always a specimen of strength.”
He also praised Hogestyn’s work ethic, adding, “He was always working hard. He'd get up at 4 in the morning, do his exercises, drink certain drinks that kept him toned and everything.”
However, Penghlis acknowledged that their off-screen relationship was not especially close. “I can't say he and I were overly friendly with each other,” he shared.
Hogestyn joined Days of Our Lives in 1986. His character initially believed himself to be Roman Brady before being revealed as John Black. Over the years, John frequently found himself at odds with the DiMera family, including patriarch Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) and Tony DiMera (Penghlis).
He suggested that their on-screen rivalry may have influenced their real-life dynamic. “I think the whole idea that I was his adversary remained even though he saw me and he would say, ‘Oh, how are you doing?’ But when we got on set, you know, it was all always conflict,” Penghlis said.
Hogestyn died on September 28, 2024, following a battle with pancreatic cancer. His character, John Black, remained on the show until June 2 2025. Due to the soap’s production schedule, those episodes were filmed prior to his death but aired months later.
Penghlis began his professional career in 1973 with an appearance on the TV series Hawkins. He later became a household name in 1981 appearing on General Hospital during the Luke (Anthony Geary) and Laura (Genie Francis) ‘Ice Princess’ storyline as Victor Cassadine.
He went to Days of Our Lives where he helped establish the creation of the DiMera Family and has appeared on-and-off ever since, with his most recent appearance airing earlier this year.
Days of Our Lives streams Monday through Friday’s exclusively on Peacock.
TLC Addresses 'Unexpected' Season 8 Renewal After Fans Call Current Season 'Super Disturbing'
Despite a wave of backlash calling for its cancellation, it looks like TLC’s Unexpected is coming back for another season.
Season 8 of the reality series was seemingly confirmed after show alum Jenna Ronanshared casting details on her Instagram last week, revealing that producers are actively searching for new participants.
According to the casting call, they are looking for teen parents expecting a baby between September and November 2026, with applicants between the ages of 14 and 17. Interested parties are directed to submit a recent photo, their age, due date, and a brief summary of their story to an email address listed in the post. But fans in the comments were not having it.

Another claimed, “nah the entire point of the show was to scare of teens getting pregnant, now theyre just getting pregnant to get onto Tv 🤦🏻♀️ TAKE THIS SHOW DOWWWN.”
Others called out Ronan directly. “I’m sorry didn’t you make a video a couple weeks ago saying this show exploited you?,” one asked.
Another wrote, “Didn’t you say this show exploited you.”

This comes after a recent preview clip from Season 7 went viral a few weeks ago for all the wrong reasons, showing 15-year-old cast member Bella Vaughn casually telling her mother that she and her 13-year-old boyfriendHunter Johnson had sex just four days after giving birth to their son. The conversation, which took place with Bella's mother Falen Vaughn sitting right there in the room, sent viewers over the edge. Social media lit up with calls to pull the show entirely.
"This is super disturbing," one commented. Another added, "I would ball my eyes out to hear this from my daughter."
The clip struck a nerve precisely because of how casual the conversation felt, which, for many longtime viewers, crossed a line the show had been toeing for years.
1991 Hit Was Just Ranked the 'Greatest Classic Rock Album' of the '90s
The '90s had its fair share of incredible rock albums, ranging from unflinching grunge to upbeat ska. In April 2026, Collider released the publication's list of the top 20 greatest classic rock albums released in the '90s.
The list featured beloved classics like Pavement's Slanted and Enchanted from 1992, Sleater-Kinney's 1997 record, Dig Me Out, Neutral Milk Hotel's In the Aeroplane Over the Sea from 1998,Blink-182's Enema of the State, released in 1999, the 1997 album OK Computer by Radiohead, Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by The Smashing Pumpkins, and Alanis Morisette's album, Jagged Little Pill. The publication's top five rankings included Dookie by Green Day, Sublime's 1992 album, 40oz. to Freedom, Sonic Youth's 1990 classic, Goo, and Hole's 1994 record, Live Through This.
However, Nirvana's beloved album, Nevermind, released in 1991, secured Collider's number one spot for the greatest '90s classic rock record. The publication reported that the album tackled difficult topics like substance abuse and isolation. In addition, Collider highlighted the album's lasting legacy.
Producer Butch Vig Shared Details About Recording the 1991 Album in a 2023 InterviewIn a 2023 interview with Rick Beato 2,Butch Vig discussed producing Nevermind. He recalled that the band, which consisted of the late Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, Pat Smear, and Dave Grohl, came to the recording studio with the 1991 album nearly perfected. According to Vig, the band immediately impressed him when they first played "Teen Spirit," the first track of Nevermind.
"They kicked into 'Teen Spirit' and it just floored me how powerful it was. I remember getting up and pacing around the room going, 'Oh my God, Oh my God' listening to it," recalled Butch.
He then said he requested the band to "play it again."
"The second time I took some notes, just some minuscule things. We did a little bit of tightening up on the arrangement, but not much," said Butch during the 2023 interview. "They ran through everything that day and I was like, 'God they are pretty tight. They have really rehearsed. They kind of know what they're doing.'"
1967 Rock Hit Ranked Among 'the Weirdest Songs of All Time'
It's not unusual for Pink Floyd's songs to be featured in "best of" music lists. However, the band's 1967 song, "Bike," off their first album, The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, was recognized by American Songwriter not for its greatness, but rather because it's a bit strange.
In 2024, the publication shared a list of the "four weirdest songs of all time," with "Bike" taking home the number 2 ranking. The list also featured “Hocus Pocus” by Focus, “They’re Coming To Take Me Away, Ha-Haaa!” by Napoleon XIV, and “Muffin Man” by Frank Zappa.
American Songwriter explained that "Bike" made it on the list because of its nonsensical lyrics, detailing Gerald the aging mouse, a bike, a plate of gingerbread men, and a worn cloak, written by the late Syd Barrett.
Roger Waters Complimented Syd Barrett's Songwriting Abilities in a 2022 InterviewPink Floyd's singer and guitarist, Roger Waters, discussed Barrett's ability as a lyricist in a 2022 interview on the Joe Rogan Experience. Waters said Barrett's songs were similar to "English Romanticism."
"They were beautiful," said Waters, now 82.
He then said "Bike" is "so quirky in terms of its meter."
"The way the lyric attaches both to the melody and to the time signature and the tempo of the thing, is remarkable. And it wasn't just, you know, there were lots of quirky little songs like that over all in a very English romantic tradition," explained the musician.
He then said that Barrett's talent as a songwriter made it even more difficult for the band to cut ties with him in 1968, due to his mental health issues. Waters explained that he had to step in as Pink Floyd's lyricist.
"How could we possibly survive if the guy who writes the songs in the band goes crazy? You're f--ked basically, unless somebody else learns to starts to write. Luckily, I did. I did start to write," said Waters.
He clarified that it was "a huge loss" for Barrett, who died in 2006, to leave Pink Floyd.
"I did love him," continued Waters in the 2022 interview.
Is Jacob Elordi Single? Inside the 'Euphoria' Star's Super-Secret Dating Life
Jacob Elordi’s heartthrob status is a given, but his relationship status? Not so much. Despite the rabid public interest in his love life—or perhaps because of it—the 28-year-old Aussie actor keeps his personal life to himself.
"I have a pretty strong refusal to lose my life to an industry,” he explained on CBS Sunday Morning. “I consider myself an actor and just an actor.”
Still, privacy only goes so far when you’re in the spotlight. Over the years, Elordi has been linked to several high-profile names, including his Euphoria costar Zendaya. Keep reading for a closer look at his rumored romances and confirmed girlfriends.
Is Jacob Elordi in a relationship?Elordi appears to be back with his longtime on-again, off-again girlfriend, influencer Olivia Jade Giannulli, whom he was first linked to in December 2021. But it’s unclear whether they’re really back together or just seeing each other on occasion: In early 2026, after the couple was spotted attending a screening of Frankensteinin New York City, a source told Us Weekly that the pair “aren’t putting a label on [their relationship] or seriously dating. There are still strong feelings between them, and they do enjoy their time when they get to see each other."
How long were Jacob Elordi and Olivia Jade together? The two have been intermittently dating for more than four years now, since December 2021.

Are Jacob Elordi and Olivia Jade still together? After last calling it quits in August 2025, the pair were spotted attending a screening of Frankenstein in early 2026, suggesting they might be “back on." Without their confirmation, though, it’s hard to say for sure.
What happened with Jacob Elordi and Joey King?Elordi and his The Kissing Booth co-star Joey King dated for about a year, after meeting on the set of the movie in 2017. “It helps to have somebody by your side, cheering you on, who knows what you’re going through and who’s been through it themselves,” King said of dating a fellow actor at the time.
The pair never publicly explained their split, but they weren’t apart for long—they had to reunite onscreen for the sequel. "No one's thinking to themselves, That was easy, because it wasn't," King said. "I'm sure people will analyze every movement and every detail. And you know what? Let them.”
Despite any on-set discomfort, King told Howard Stern in 2020 that she had no regrets about dating Elordi. “I learned the most I’ve ever learned in my life from him,” she said. But when asked if she would ever date another actor, she offered an emphatic no. “I couldn’t,” she said. “I think that it’s awesome to date someone in your field, who gets it, but doing the same exact thing as somebody is tough. It’s really tough.”
Three years later, the exes butted heads after Elordi knocked the Kissing Booth franchise in an interview with GQ. “I didn’t want to make those movies before I made those movies,” he said. “Those movies are ridiculous. They’re not universal. They’re an escape.”
King shot back at her ex in a chat with Variety. “I think it’s unfortunate anyone would feel that way,” she said. “I had a great time making those movies no matter what anyone says.”

How old was Joey King when she dated Jacob Elordi? The Bullet Train actress was about 18 years old when she started dating Elordi and he was roughly 20.
Did Jacob Elordi date Zendaya?Unclear. Romance rumors started heating up in August 2019, when the two were reportedly spotted vacationing in Greece, but neither ever publicly confirmed they were dating.
In December 2019, Elordi suggested that he and Zendaya were just friends. “She’s like my sister,” he told GQ Australia. “Zendaya is an amazing creative, you know? She’s super dope to work with. She’s an incredible artist and a very caring person to all of us.”
The following February, though, they were snapped together in New York City, with Elordi planting an affectionate kiss on the side of Zendaya's head.
If they did have a romantic relationship, it fizzled soon after.
What happened with Jacob Elordi and Kaia Gerber? The two had a strong start to their relationship, first sharing a meal at Nobu in Malibu in September 2020, then vacationing together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico that same month—with Gerber’s parents.
Though the couple kept their relationship mostly to themselves, Gerber did offer some insight into their romance in a June 2021 interview with Vogue.
“Being able to be with someone I trust, where we don’t want anything from each other, having a safe, steady relationship like that, has really opened my eyes to the possibilities of love and what it feels like to love without conditions,” she said.
The couple split in November of that year.
Who are Jacob Elordi’s exes? The Saltburn star has reportedly dated Joey King, Zendaya, Kaia Gerber and Olivia Jade (in that order).
Then there was his first kiss, Ruby. He shared the story of their smooch, which took place at a train station in Melbourne, in an interview with W Magazine.
“We met at the station at, I think, 4:20 sharp,” he recalled. “It was a date to meet and kiss. It’s probably still one of the most romantic moments in my life.”
At last, a detail about Jacob Elordi's love life, straight from the man himself!

1996 Power Ballad That Spent 6 Weeks at No. 1 Was a Songwriter's Love Letter to Her Father
Thirty years ago today, one of the most powerful love songs ever recorded claimed the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100, and it's still making people cry in 2026.
Celine Dion's "Because You Loved Me" hit No. 1 on April 12, 1996, and held that position for six consecutive weeks, cementing its place as one of the defining ballads of the decade. The song was Dion's second chart-topper following her 1994 smash "The Power of Love," and it arrived during one of the most dominant stretches of her career.
A Father-Daughter Love StoryWhat makes the song even more emotional is the story behind it. Legendary songwriter Diane Warrenwrote "Because You Loved Me" as a tribute to her father, an insurance salesman who spent years driving a young Warren to music publishers around Los Angeles, believing in her dream before anyone else did.
Warren has said the lyrics poured out of her after watching an early cut of the 1996 film Up Close & Personal, starring Robert Redford and Michelle Pfeiffer. While the song tells the story of Pfeiffer's character thanking Redford's for believing in her, Warren channeled something far more personal. She was also inspired by the bond between Dion and her late husband René Angélil, who famously mortgaged his home to fund her music career when she was a teenager.
The Awards and the LegacyThe ballad earned a Grammy Award for Best Song Written Specifically for a Motion Picture or Television and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song. It also topped the Adult Contemporary chart for a record-setting 19 weeks. The track appeared on Dion's album Falling Into You, which went on to become one of the best-selling records of all time with more than 32 million copies sold worldwide.
Now 30 years later, the song still resonates, perhaps even more so given everything Dion has faced. The 58-year-old icon recently announced 10 comeback shows in Paris beginning in September 2026 after years of battling stiff person syndrome, a rare neurological condition she revealed in 2022.
If "Because You Loved Me" was about the people who believed in her before the world did, Dion's return to the stage feels like the ultimate proof that their faith was never misplaced.
The Genius Apple Trick We Wish We'd Known About Sooner
I learned one of my earliest kitchen tricks from the food stylists at The Rachael Ray Show: if you want apples or pears to stay perfectly white after slicing, you soak them in acidulated water (aka water with a splash of acid...usually lemon juice). It’s a classic trick for a reason- because it works. But if you’ve ever packed apple slices for your kids (or yourself), you know the downside: that lemon flavor can sometimes come through a little too strong, especially for picky eaters.
So when I came across a new method from Top Chef standout Chef Sarah Bradley using lightly salted water instead of lemon, I immediately stopped scrolling. Not only did it feel like a genius swap, but it also solved a very real-life problem: I don’t always have a lemon on hand when I need one. Salt, on the other hand is always within reach.
Like a lot of parents, I’m constantly prepping fruit for snacks, lunchboxes and after-school playdates. And in my house, the second apple slices start turning brown, they’re basically dead to my kids. So the idea of having another trick up my sleeve to keep apples crisp, fresh-looking and appealing felt like a total win.
Chef Bradley has shared that she uses this method weekly for her apple-loving kid, and after seeing her results, I had to try it myself. Because if there’s a way to keep apples looking just-cut for hours, without the lemon taste, it’s absolutely worth testing.

How To Use Salted Water To Prevent Browning on ApplesChef Bradley revealed that she learned this trick from someone else and now relies on it regularly. The method is simple: add a pinch of salt to a pint-sized container of water, slice your apples and let them soak for about 10 minutes.
Courtesy Jeanette Donnarumma
One commenter on her video explained the science behind the hack perfectly: “Plant scientist here! Salt inhibits the enzyme in apples that causes browning (yay biochemistry!).” That enzyme—polyphenol oxidase—is what reacts with oxygen and causes that unappetizing brown color. The salt helps slow that process down.
After soaking, Chef Bradley leaves the apples out for hours, and they still look bright and fresh.
Courtesy Jeanette Donnarumma
I followed her exact method, using a pinch of salt in water and soaking freshly-sliced apples for 10 minutes. I then let them sit out for two hours and I had very similar results to Chef Sarah. Even after a few hours, the slices stayed noticeably whiter than untreated apples.
The real test, though? My kids. I was slightly nervous they’d pick up on the salt, especially since they’ve rejected lemon-treated apples in the past...but they didn’t flinch! They ate them exactly as they would fresh-cut slices, which honestly makes this feel like a major lunchbox win.

4 Tips for Using This MethodHere's what I learned while testing this hack.
1. Scale your salt and water properlyIf you’re prepping more than one apple, adjust accordingly. A good rule of thumb is about a pinch of salt per apple and roughly two cups of water to ensure all slices are fully submerged and evenly treated.

2. Don’t over-soakStick to about 10 minutes. Leaving apples in the solution too long can start to effect the flavor and texture, making them slightly salty or soft.
3. Give them a quick rinse (optional)If you’re sensitive to any salt flavor, you can give the slices a quick rinse with fresh water after soaking. I found it wasn’t necessary, but it’s an easy extra step if you want a completely neutral taste.

4. Dry before storingAfter soaking, pat the slices dry with a paper towel before packing them up. This helps prevent excess moisture from building up in containers, keeping the apples crisp longer.
Related: Save This List! Here’s Where To Go Apple Picking in Every State
2 Other Fruit Hacks To TryI was inspired by this trick and had a couple of other favorites I wanted to highlight.
1. Store berries in glass containers with paper towelsWash your berries when you get them home from the grocery store and store them in a paper towel lined, glass container. This simple step can extend the life of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries by preventing them from getting mushy or moldy too quickly.
2. Freeze grapes for a snack upgradePop grapes in the freezer for a few hours and you’ve got a refreshing, naturally sweet snack that feels like a treat, especially great in warmer months or packed in lunchboxes.
Courtesy Jeanette Donnarumma
Final ThoughtsI love a kitchen hack that actually fits into real life, and this one checks a lot of boxes. It’s simple, affordable and uses something you already have in your pantry, which makes it even more appealing than the traditional lemon method.
While acidulated water will always have its place, this salted water trick feels like a practical alternative, especially for families. The fact that my kids didn’t notice a difference in taste is what really sold me.
For me, this is officially going into the regular rotation, especially for school lunches and snack prep. Because anything that keeps apples looking fresh and gets eaten without complaint? That’s a win.

The Most Powerful Birth Dates for Witches
Some people are naturally more intuitive than others, and you can often recognize this in how they perceive what isn’t being said, read energy effortlessly, and notice even the smallest shifts in a room before anything becomes obvious. They possess an awareness that feels innate, almost magical, which is likely what people refer to when they describe someone as “witchy.”
This intuition manifests in their understanding of their connection to everything around them—the interwoven nature of people, energy, and timing—and in how they adapt to change and the cycles of nature, including the pull of the moon. There is an awareness that their presence has an impact, and that their feelings and responses carry weight. In numerology, each day has its own energy, and certain dates are more closely tied to intuition, perception, and emotional awareness.
Your birthdate doesn't solely determine if you're a witch, but it can reveal how you perceive the world, how your sensitivity manifests, and how your intuition communicates. By paying attention to these aspects, you may realize they have been part of your experience all along. Perhaps you are a witch, too. Ruled by the moon, arguably the most witchy celestial body, they carry a natural sensitivity to cycles, to timing, and to the way energy moves. People born on these dates notice everything. They're deeply attuned, registering the slightest shift in tone, body language, or even in someone’s mood. Their openness takes a lot of care to maintain. Since they feel so deeply, an understanding of boundaries becomes essential. No one wants to be weighed down by energy that isn't theirs. Over time, there’s usually an energetic refinement, where that sensitivity becomes steady and reliable rather than overwhelming.
Pro Tip: Those born on the 11th are especially gifted. 11 is a Master Number, closely associated with intuition, spiritual growth, and moments of synchronicity that feel too coincidental to overlook. These individuals possess heightened spiritual awareness and a natural ability to transform their feelings into reality, whether through intention, manifestation, or their engagement with the world.

Born on the 4th, 13th, 22nd or 31stThese dates carry a different kind of power, one that’s closely tied to change and creation. These birth dates are associated with spiritual cycles of healing, especially the 13th, which is attuned to lunar cycles. They live paths aligned with transformation and endings that naturally lead into new beginnings. They tend to go with the flow and trust the divine process. Their confidence can feel very magnetic, witchy. They naturally embody resilience rooted in trust in how things evolve.
Pro tip: The 22nd carries a steady, powerful, and especially wise kind of magic. As a Master Number, it’s often called the Master Builder. These people have a natural ability to bring intuitive, emotional, and spiritual awareness into physical form by materializing their desires. Their strong sense of balance and harmony is viscerally felt by others. Their exceptional foresight and psychic awareness influence how they create, build, and move through the world.

Born on the 7th, 16th or 25thThese birth dates are aligned with seven. In numerology, seven holds the energy of pure spiritual consciousness. These birth dates are thoughtful, observant, and always eager to uncover what’s happening beneath the surface. They hold a natural connection between the physical world and the non-physical ethereal elements of life.
Their abstract minds tune in to what invites interpretation rather than a fully logical explanation. All in all, these people look for deeper meaning. They follow patterns, notice repetition, and pay attention to what something represents as much as what it is. That’s what draws them toward spiritual tools like tarot, astrology, or other systems that give language to what they’re already sensing. Their intuition builds over time as they let something unfold instead of rushing to define it. When it lands, it’s clear.

Born on the 9th, 18th or 27thThe number nine represents completion and embodies an understanding of cycles—how things begin, develop, and eventually come to an end. This awareness manifests in a grounded manner. People born on these dates tend to navigate emotional complexities with comfort. They don't shy away from change or the heavier, more intricate aspects of life.
Instead, they can remain present, allowing emotions to flow and observing their evolution. This creates a steady intuition that is not reactive or rushed; it arises from recognizing patterns and understanding how situations unfold over time. Others often feel this consciousness and tend to experience a sense of ease around them, as if they are understood without needing to explain everything. When faced with change, they know how to sit in that space and allow it to unfold naturally.

Jennifer Grey's Rise to StardomDescended from Hollywood royalty, Grey got her first big role in 1986’s Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, as the whiny little sister of Matthew Broderick‘s cool older bro, Ferris Bueller. But it was her role as Baby, who heads on vacation in 1963 at a Catskills resort with her Jewish family, only to fall in love with the resort’s dance instructor, Johnny Castle (played by the iconic Patrick Swayze), that solidified her role as a superstar. The film became a staple for movie fans, and even scored an Academy Award for Best Original Song for its legendary love theme “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes. While we don’t want to ruin the ending for anyone who hasn’t seen it, the song plays an important role for Baby and Johnny Castle at the end of the film.
View this post on Instagram Rumors of a Dirty Dancing SequelWhile a sequel to Dirty Dancing was announced a handful of years ago, Lionsgate pushed back its theatrical release due to 2023’s Hollywood strikes, Variety reported last year.
When asked, Grey said she didn’t have that much information.
“I can’t tell you much about Dirty Dancing as I’m not going to make promises,” Grey told GamesRadar+ and other reporters at the A Real Pain premiere. “I’m just waiting for them to really nail it down as it has to be right.”
She went on to say that they can “push that aside” until the next time they speak, “when it hopefully it will all be ironed out.”

Heidi Klum's Daring Festival Outfit Leaves Her Looking Unrecognizable: 'I Thought It Was Someone Else!'
It's the first weekend of Coachella, and as always, it doubles as a high-wattage celebrity hot spot where the famous gather, often trying to outdo each other with their over-the-top festival fashion.
Among them this year is supermodel-turned-TV host Heidi Klum, but if you weren't looking closely, you may not have known it was her.
Klum loves to dress up, and she's known for showing up unrecognizable, especially when it comes to her Halloween costumes each year. But that holiday is months away, and the 52-year-old just rocked an outfit that had her fans doing more than a double-take because quite a few people had no idea it was her.
Late Saturday, Apr. 11, the German-born model shared a video of herself sashaying through the grass at Coachella with her own version of "Sunglasses at Night" playing over it. While walking away from the camera, Klum put on a cheeky display in sheer black lingerie bottoms that were accented with white lace.
Over it, she wore a sheer white asymmetrical mididress with handkerchief panels and had one side tucked into the thin strap of a small black handbag. She tied the outfit together with a pair of black-and-white printed cowboy boots, black fishnets, and oversized futuristic sunglasses. The star of the show was Klum's long, black wig that fell down her back in long, tousled tresses. When she turned around, a thick row of black bangs threatened to overtake her sunglasses.
View this post on InstagramThe outfit is exactly what one might expect to see at Coachella, but Klum still managed to surprise her fans, who had no idea it was her.
"That black wig just unlocked a whole new version of you 🔥 what’s the name of this character?" one commenter asked on her Instagram post.
Another wrote, "Heidi just walking around and no one knows it’s her. Iconic."
A third commenter chimed in, "OMG, is that Heidi? I thought it was someone else! She's super gorgeous, she's a diva! 😍👏🏻"
"Hahaha. For one minute I thought it was a Kardashian. 😂😂😂," yet another fan wrote.
Manicurist Says This Nail Length Is Most Flattering for Women Over 50
There’s a reason your nails can make or break how polished your hands look—and it has less to do with color and more to do with shape and length. While nail design tends to get all the attention, nail artists say the right silhouette can have just as much impact. A slightly different shape can elongate fingers, soften the overall appearance of the hands and create that put-together look without requiring much upkeep.
And as you get older, those subtle shifts matter even more. Changes in skin texture, tone and elasticity can make certain nail shapes feel harsher or more pronounced, while others create a more balanced effect. That’s why many manicurists recommend rethinking your go-to nail length over time—not in a dramatic way, but in small adjustments that make everything look more refined.
The good news is you don’t need long extensions or complicated designs to get there. In fact, the most flattering option tends to be one of the simplest. According to nail experts, there’s a specific length and shape combination that consistently works for women over 50 because it enhances what’s already there rather than drawing attention away from it. It’s easy to maintain, versatile enough for everyday wear and subtle enough to still feel like you.
Ahead, nail artists break down exactly what to ask for, how to maintain it and why this one length for mature hands continues to stand out.

Can Nail Shape Make Hands Look Younger?“Nail shape can completely change how the hands read,” says Krystal Oh, nail artist and owner of Krystal Oh Salon in New York City. “As we get older, I like to think about softening the overall look with the nail shape and length.”
That’s because sharper, longer shapes can draw attention to texture in the hands, while softer, more balanced shapes create a smoother effect overall. “It’s almost like contouring, but for your nails,” she explains.
Beth Fink, nail tech and manicurist for Kleo Kolor, agrees that the goal isn’t necessarily to look younger, but to look more refined. Softer, rounded shapes naturally elongate the fingers, but ultimately, “the best choice is always the one that feels like your style,” she says.

The Best Nail Length for Women Over 50, According to a ManicuristIf there’s one universally flattering option, it’s this: a short to medium length in a soft oval or almond shape.
“My go-to is a short to medium length in a soft oval or almond shape,” says Oh. “It naturally elongates the fingers while still feeling clean and low-maintenance.”
Fink echoes that recommendation, noting that lengths that sit just past the fingertip tend to strike the right balance. “They feel polished without effort,” she tells Parade.

The reason this works so well comes down to proportion. Too short, and nails can feel stubby. Too long or sharp, and they can overwhelm the hand. That in-between length, paired with a softly tapered shape, creates a subtle lengthening effect that looks effortless.
If you want to take it a step further, color can help too. Oh often recommends gradient or ombré designs to visually stretch the nail. “A soft fade, like a sheer pink into a milky white, creates this elongating effect because the eye follows the color transition,” she says. She points to shades like Kijibae’s “I’m Blushing,” a soft blush tone with a subtle gradient, as especially flattering for women over 50.

How To Ask for This Nail Length at the SalonThe good news: this look is easy to request—you just need the right wording.
“I would ask for a ‘short almond’ or ‘soft oval,’ depending on how much length you’re comfortable with,” says Oh. “The key is asking your nail tech to keep the sides slightly tapered and the tip rounded, not pointy.”
View this post on InstagramIf you’re unsure how to describe it, keep it simple. “You can say, ‘I want something that elongates my fingers but still feels natural,’” she adds. “Most experienced nail artists will know exactly how to customize that to your hand.”
Fink also recommends bringing a reference photo, especially if you’re trying a new shape. And if you prefer press-ons, many styles are already designed in these shapes, so it’s simply about choosing what you love.

How To Maintain This Nail Length at HomeOnce you have the shape, upkeep is surprisingly low-maintenance.
“I recommend lightly filing in one direction to maintain that soft taper,” says Oh. “Try not to saw back and forth because that can weaken the nail.”
Hydration also makes a bigger difference than most people realize.
“Cuticle oil and hand cream will keep everything looking smoother and more polished overall,” she says.
Fink agrees, adding that daily cuticle oil is one of the easiest ways to keep nails looking fresh. These shapes are also forgiving, so they don’t need to be perfectly precise to look good.
And if you want to make things even easier, press-ons can simplify the process even further. “The shape is already set, so it’s just about maintaining the overall look,” Fink says.

'Hollyoaks' Star Owen Warner Breaks Silence on Potential Romeo Nightingale Return
Owen Warner exited Hollyoaks in 2024 after playing Romeo Nightingale for nearly six years. Now, the actor is opening up about whether he would consider returning to the long-running soap.
Warner is currently making his stage debut in Witness for the Prosecution, the classic Agatha Christie play at the London County Hall. While promoting the production, he spoke with Daniel Kilkelly of Digital Spy about his career and future plans.
During the interview, Warner addressed fan interest in a potential return to the Channel 4 soap. "Well, with the stuff I'm doing now, it's making my schedule quite busy so a return wouldn't be feasible at the minute,” he said.
He added that his current focus is on theater. “I'm loving theatre so much and that's where my focus is,” Warner said.
Warner added that he still keeps up with the show. "I still follow the show on Instagram and I never scroll past a Hollyoaks reel – I've always got to see what's going on!” he said. “It's always high drama."
During Warner's time on Hollyoaks, Romeo was at the center of many front burner storylines, from his relationship with Lily McQueen (Lauren McQueen) and her self-harm story, and his relationship with his father James (Gregory Finnegan), mother Donna-Marie Quinn (Lucy-Jo Hudson) and his sister Juliet (Niamh Blackshaw).
Warner’s 2024 exit storyline saw Romeo leave the village after killing his girlfriend, Rayne Royce (Jemma Donovan), in self-defense, following months of her abusive behavior. In the dramatic final scenes, Romeo fled from police on horseback as Love Story by Taylor Swiftplayed in the background. Seeing Romeo leave currently as a wanted fugitive on the run.
Warner made his professional acting debut in the short film Beverly in 2015 and 20th Century Tribe prior to joining Hollyoaks. The actor also became well known for his appearance on the reality series I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! In 2022.
For his performance on Hollyoaks, Warner won the Digital Spy Reader Awards for Best Newcomer in 2018.

This Fan-Favorite Taco Bell Item Hit The Menu 25 Years Ago
The Cheesy Gordita Crunch turns 25 this month, and it remains one of the most popular items Taco Bell has ever put on its menu.
The item debuted in April 2001 as the next evolution of Taco Bell's Gordita line, which first launched in 1998. The original Gordita came in three versions, Supreme, Fiesta, and Santa Fe, but it was the Cheesy Gordita Crunch that ultimately prevailed.
The item is basically a soft flatbread filled with a blend of mozzarella, pepperjack, and cheddar cheeses and wrapped around a crunchy taco shell with seasoned beef, Spicy Ranch sauce, lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese. The combination of soft and crunchy in one bite is a big part of why it has resonated with fans for so long—and let’s be honest, it really hits on the way home after a night out.
View this post on Instagram“Best thing on the menu,” one fan declared on an Instagram post celebrating its anniversary.
Another agreed, writing, “Humanities greatest achievement,” while a third stated, “This changed my life.”

“It’s 100% the best thing they ever made since the chili cheese burrito. Now if @tacobell would just bring back the original Baja sauce that it came with and remove spicy ranch that they quietly replaced it with, I would die a happy man,” noted a fourth, bringing up the item’s slight recipe change.
The Cheesy Gordita Crunch originally came with Baja Sauce, but Spicy Ranch replaced it in 2014 after Baja Sauce was removed from the menu. A Doritos Locos Taco version using a nacho cheese shell was also introduced in 2012, which adds a bit of spice to the beloved item.
The item was originally intended as a limited-time offering, but fan demand was strong enough that Taco Bell brought it back and eventually made it a permanent menu staple. And twenty-five years later, it's still one of the first things people order.
