In a two-night only affair, Kate Walsh is set to make her Broadway debut this week.

The Grey's Anatomy alum is joining the ever-rotating cast of celebrity guest stars in the limited presentation of Celebrity Autobiography, which is currently playing at the Shubert Theatre in New York City.

Created by Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel, the 90-minute-ish production features a selection of "today’s biggest stars [from] TV, film and stage, sports, and, yes, even politics" to act out other celebs' memoirs, mixing improv with mash-ups of a variety of autobiographies to create "wildly different takes on the same experience."

On Thursday, June 11, Walsh joins Bonnie Comely, Tate Donovan, Gina Gershon, Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer, Stewart Lane, Ralph Macchio, Phil Rosenthal, Pack and Reyfel for two shows. On Friday, June 12, she performs one show with Matthew Broderick, Mario Cantone, Alexander Dreymon, Allison Williams, Rita Wilson, Donovan, Gershon, Macchio, Pack, Rodriguez Kritzer, Reyfel and Rosenthal.

"Can’t wait 😍😍😍😍," Walsh wrote excitedly in the comments, and fans were in undeniable agreement over the unexpected news.

One proudly gushed, "Broadway is lucky to have you for these two nights! 🥹❤️ Your talent and energy make everything shine. Have the most amazing time, Kate! ✨🎭."

"omg, that's incredible! i'm so excited!! 😍✨️❤️," another praised, with someone else concurring, "this is so amazing i love you kate😭❤️."

Others applauded her for being "effortlessly funny," pointing out how perfect it sounds for her.

The only bad thing about the news from fans' point of view was how short-lived the role would be, with one lamenting, "wish I could be there! so proud of you kate ❤️."

Fans across the pond are crossing their fingers to catch the actress on another storied stage, hoping, "west end next please x."

Celebrity Autobiography has had turns across the globe, including New York’s Triad Theatre, The Groundlings Los Angeles, London’s West End Leicester Theatre, Edinburgh, Australia’s Sydney Opera House, and more, so perhaps that marks a good omen for a West End debut, next?

It's been three years since beloved and lauded American writer Ann Patchett released a novel. Following the wildly popular Tom Lake, her latest novel was released in the first days of June, 2026. Whistler is already being lauded as "perfect" and "absorbing," with fans on Goodreads saying it grips them even from the first few pages.

It's already feeling safe to say Patchett has another hit on her hands.

While at time of publication it's too soon for Parade to report on bestseller lists, Whistler is already being called by some, like the Boston Globe, "Patchett's best novel to date."

Whistler follows 53-year-old Daphne Fuller, an English teacher at a private girls' school, who unexpectedly reunites with her former stepfather, Eddie Triplett, at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Although only in each other's lives for a brief moment, the rekindling leads them to reexamine their transformative relationship from Daphne's childhood, as well as unpack all of the things behind a terrible and harrowing car accident she experienced at the age of nine.

Patchett originally conceived the novel as something entirely different, and worked on it for more than a year before scrapping that version. Similar to Tom Lake, she wrote the bulk of the novel while on a walking treadmill, a habit she picked up to combat her neck and wrist pain from sitting at a desk too much. Despite some similarities between herself and the main character, Daphne, Patchett insists it is not a self-insert and she was simply "following the right story."

Publishers Weekly called her 11th novel "perfectly executed and quietly profound" and The Observerwrote it's "an absorbing new novel [with] a quietly unfolding story of family secrets and fragile loyalties."

Whistler is out now and available wherever books are sold.

By 1971, Tommy James thought his music career was over.

After suffering a medical emergency backstage in March 1970, and being pronounced dead before doctors revived him, the former Tommy James and the Shondells frontman walked away from the spotlight.

"He moved to the country. He bought a huge farm, from rockstar to homesteader," Adam Reader of Professor of Rock explained. "He vowed never to record again. He quit the industry."

However, a few years later, James returned with a song that not only launched his solo career, but it became his biggest solo hit.

"Tommy started working on solo material," Reader explained. "Now, his debut solo offering actually flopped. But his sophomore release, Christian of the World, yielded the biggest solo hit of Tommy's career with 'Draggin' the Line.'"

Originally released as a B side of "Church Street Soul Revival," the 1970 hit gained traction as radio DJs began pushing the track.

After being remixed, the song went on to sell more than a million copies, peaking at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100.

While many fans believed the song was a cryptic message about Tommy's history of drug abuse, the artist insisted that was not the case.

"Draggin' the line was an expression about working steady, staying after it, going for it, making a living the old hard way, as the lyric goes," Reader said. "Kind of like the idiom keeping your nose to the grindstone."

One of AC/DC's most recognizable songs was misunderstood when it first — but now it's regarded as one of the most enduring road trip songs ever.

The legendary rock band's classic hit "Highway to Hell" was released in July 1979 as the title track off their sixth studio album. While it would eventually prove to have massive staying power and become one of the quintessential road trip songs, it initially raised some eyebrows.

"Highway to Hell" drew criticism at first over its dark, "hellish" imagery, and with a line in the song that directly mentions Satan by name, the band wasn't about to beat any of the allegations about promoting satanic messaging. But over the years, the song has adopted a new cultural significance, and some may say it's one of the best songs for a road trip.

Rolling Stoneranks "Highway to Hell" at No. 13 on its list of the 50 Best Road-Trip Songs of All Time. The publication writes of the band's signature hit, "AC/DC don't actually seem to have strong beliefs on the existence of Heaven and Hell, so they do their best to have a good time on Earth, cruising down a road with no stop signs or speed limit."

AC/DC vocalist Brian Johnson previously stated that "Highway to Hell" was "written about being on the bus on the road," he once explained, per American Songwriter. “When the sun’s setting in the west and you’re driving across it, it is like a fireball. There is nothing to do, except have a quick one off the wrist or a game of cards, so that’s where Bon [Scott] came up with the lyrics."

Highway to Hell was the band's last album to feature vocals from Scott, who died of acute alcohol poisoning in 1980 at the age of 33. The album peaked at No. 8 on the UK Albums Chart in 1979, spending a total of 41 weeks on the chart.

The album's title track went on to become one of the most successful songs from the band's catalog, spending 10 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 with a peak position of No. 47.

One of country music's most beloved figures is returning to a cause he's championed for decades.

Willie Nelson has been announced as a headliner for Farm Aid 2026, leading a star-studded lineup for the annual benefit concert supporting America's family farmers. The newly unveiled lineup includes folk trio I’m With Her, singer-songwriter Jesse Welles and several other artists spanning country, folk and Americana music.

Farm Aid has long been associated with Nelson, who co-founded the organization in 1985 alongside John Mellencamp and Neil Young in response to the American farm crisis. Over the past four decades, the annual concert has raised millions of dollars to support family farmers while drawing some of the biggest names in music.

"Farming was my first job," Nelson told Billboard. "I picked ­cotton. I pulled corn. I knew firsthand what it meant to farm. I knew damn well how tough it was. My farm roots are deep-seated in the soil of my personal story."

Now 93, Nelson remains the face of the organization and one of its most passionate advocates. The country legend's involvement in Farm Aid has become nearly as central to his legacy as classics such as "On the Road Again," "Always on My Mind" and "Blue Eyes Crying In the Rain."

"Family farmers grow our food and strengthen our communities," Nelson said in a statement. "And when farmers struggle like they are now, communities feel it too. The challenges farmers face threaten their livelihoods and put all of us at risk. We're bringing Farm Aid to Virginia to stand with the farmers and fishers who feed Hampton Roads and beyond to grow a food system that works for everyone."

For many fans, Farm Aid has become an annual opportunity to see Nelson share the stage with artists from multiple generations while continuing to raise awareness about issues affecting rural communities.

The inclusion of newer performers alongside established acts reflects the event's ongoing mission to connect younger audiences with the challenges facing family farms. That balance has helped Farm Aid remain relevant for more than 40 years, even as the music industry and agricultural landscape have changed dramatically.

Nelson's continued participation is especially notable given his lengthy career and current age.

After emerging as one of the pioneers of the outlaw country movement in the 1970s, he went on to become one of the most influential and recognizable figures in American music history. Along the way, he earned multiple Grammy Awards, induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame and a reputation as one of country music's most enduring ambassadors.

Farm Aid 2026 will once again place that legacy on display.

With Nelson leading the lineup and a new generation of artists joining the cause, the annual event promises another celebration of music, community and the ongoing effort to support family farmers across the United States.

It's no surprise that some of the most important and enduring protest songs in rock history came out of the '60s, from Creedence Clearwater Revival's "Fortunate Son" to John Lennon's "Give Peace a Chance" to Bob Dylan's "The Times They Are A-Changin.'" Similarly, it's not particularly shocking that Dylan wasn't the only politically minded singer-songwriter to emerge from the Greenwich Village folk scene.

Phil Ochs, Dylan's contemporary (and occasional friendly rival) was the man behind the influential anti-war song "I Ain't Marching Anymore," released on his 1965 album of the same name and written from the point of view of a disillusioned solder who'd been at battle since the War of 1812:

It's always the old to lead us to the wars
It's always the young to fall
Now look at all we've won with the saber and the gun
Tell me, is it worth it all?

For I stole California from the Mexican land
Fought in the bloody Civil War
Yes, I even killed my brothers
And so many others
But I ain't marching anymore

"I Ain't Marching Anymore" went on to become a staple at rallies against the Vietnam War. Ochs brought the song to still wider audiences when he performed it on the 1967 TV special Dissent or Treason and the 1968 protests outside the Democratic National Convention, where crowds of men burned their draft cards. (According to Michael Schumacher's There But for Fortune: The Life of Phil Ochs, the musician later called the event the "highlight of his career.")

Rolling Stone ranked "I Ain't Marching Anymore" at #20 on a list of "The 100 Best Protest Songs of All Time," praising Ochs as the "burning conscience of the Sixties folk scene, denouncing the political establishment’s hypocrisies long after many of his peers lost interest in topical songwriting."

Tragically, Ochs' career was cut short when he died from suicide at the age of just 35 in 1976, following a battle with mental illness. On May 26 of that year, a memorial concert was held at New York City's Felt Forum featuring appearances by Allen Ginsberg, Pete Seeger, Peter Yarrow and others, as The New York Times reported.

Decades later, Ochs' work remains as relevant as ever. Joan Baez, Judy Collins, John Denver, Ani DiFranco, Gordon Lightfoot, Morrissey and Eddie Vedder are just a few of the notable musicians who've covered songs including "I Ain't Marching Anymore" over the years, helping to keep his legacy alive.

Echo & the Bunnymen have officially rescheduled their postponed Philadelphia concert after frontman Ian McCulloch was injured in a road traffic incident during the band's North American tour.

The English post-punk group confirmed the new date in an Instagram update, assuring fans that the delayed performance will proceed as planned.

"We are pleased to confirm that the postponed Philadelphia show has been rescheduled and will now take place on June 9,” the band wrote. “All original tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend please contact your original point of purchase for information regarding available options.”

The concert was originally scheduled for Sunday at The Fillmore Philadelphia. The band postponed the show only hours before it was set to begin after McCulloch's vehicle was involved in a traffic incident while traveling from Washington, D.C., to Philadelphia.

According to the band's earlier statement, McCulloch required medical treatment and underwent additional medical assessments, including scans and X-rays. His injuries were described as not serious, though the singer was said to be shaken by the experience.

Fans who purchased tickets for the original date will not need to make any changes, as all previously issued tickets will be honored at the rescheduled performance. Those unable to attend the new date have been advised to contact their original point of purchase regarding available options.

While Echo & the Bunnymen did not disclose where the accident occurred or what type of vehicle was involved, the group confirmed that the singer received medical attention after the incident.

"After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone tonight's performance in Philadelphia," the band said when announcing the delay.

The group later described postponing the concert as a last resort while McCulloch completed medical evaluations.

"We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding and support," the statement added.

Despite the unexpected setback, the band continued with the remainder of its touring schedule and confirmed that other planned performances would proceed.

The Philadelphia concert is part of Echo & the Bunnymen's ongoing North American run, which includes performances across major cities as the veteran rock act celebrates its long-running catalog.

Formed in Liverpool in 1978, Echo & the Bunnymen became one of the defining bands of the post-punk era. The group rose to prominence during the 1980s with acclaimed albums including Crocodiles, Heaven Up Here, Porcupine, and Ocean Rain.

The band remains best known for songs such as "The Killing Moon" and "Lips Like Sugar," both of which helped establish its international reputation.

The original lineup featured vocalist Ian McCulloch, guitarist Will Sergeant, bassist Les Pattinson and drummer Pete de Freitas. Over the decades, the group has experienced lineup changes, hiatuses, and reunions while continuing to record and tour.

With McCulloch recovering and the Philadelphia concert back on the calendar, fans will soon have another opportunity to see the legendary band perform live.

The rescheduled show will take place on Tuesday at The Fillmore Philadelphia, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and Echo & the Bunnymen taking the stage at 8 p.m.

Deltron 3030, the alternative hip-hop supergroup, surprised fans with a major update.

Composed of Dan the Automator, Del the Funky Homosapien and Kid Koala, they are set to hit the stage for a headlining tour.

​In an Instagram post, the trio announced they will be having a series of concerts in September and October amid their The Mountain Tour with the Grammy-winning band Gorillaz.

Adding to the 23-date run as supporting act with the “Clint Eastwood” hitmakers, Deltron 3030 will have a solo six-day show in North Carolina, Maryland, Connecticut, Georgia, Texas and Nevada.

“NEW DELTRON 3030 HEADLINE DATES ADDED TO THE FALL 2026 TOUR. Excited to be hitting these cities in between our shows with @gorillaz,” the caption reads, adding that the presale tickets for the additional shows will be available on June 10 while general-sale tickets will be available on June 12.

Just months after the death of frontman Brad Arnold, 3 Doors Down's breakthrough album is finding new life on a Billboard chart it had never reached before.

3 Doors Down's debut album The Better Life has entered Billboard's Hard Rock Albums chart for the first time, more than 26 years after its original release and four months, almost to the day, after Arnold's death.

Released in February 2000, The Better Life helped launch the Mississippi band into the mainstream and established 3 Doors Down as one of the defining rock acts of the early 2000s. While the album previously reached No. 7 on the Billboard 200 and went on to earn seven-times platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America, it had never appeared on Billboard's Hard Rock Albums chart until now.

The renewed interest comes after Arnold died on Feb. 7, 2026, following a battle with Stage IV clear cell renal cell carcinoma, a form of kidney cancer that had spread to his lungs. He was 47.

Arnold first revealed his diagnosis in May 2025, announcing that 3 Doors Down would be canceling its planned summer tour. In a video shared with fans at the time, he acknowledged the seriousness of the illness but said he was not afraid, citing his Christian faith and asking supporters to keep him in their prayers.

The singer was one of the band's three founding members and helped write many of its biggest hits. He famously wrote "Kryptonite," the song that launched 3 Doors Down to stardom, while sitting in a high school math class at age 15.

The album's latest chart appearance is a reminder of the impact Arnold and 3 Doors Down had on a generation of rock fans. Actor Simon Helberg is reflecting on his time playing astronaut Howard Wolowitz on the beloved CBSsitcomThe Big Bang Theory.

During the June 9 episode of fellow actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson's podcast, Dinner's on Me, Helberg was asked if he would have liked the show to have continued, instead of ending following its 12th season in 2019.

"No, I felt very, very content ending at that point. And it was sort of a natural ending too, in the sense that we weren't renewed, like, we weren't picked up. It was only as the season ended that they started even talking about more. But they had never talked to us, so it was a little bit funny, in that sense," said the 45-year-old actor.

He clarified that he sometimes does think that perhaps he and his castmates should "have just done more" of the show. Helberg then noted that The Big Bang Theory, co-created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, began airing in 2007.

"Time is such a weird, ephemeral thing. And I'm, like, as you get older, you're like, 'Jesus Christ, it's already been, like, our show aired 20 years ago.' Big Bang aired almost 20 years ago," said the actor in the June 2026 interview.

During a May 2026 interview onThe Big Bang Theory Podcast, Helberg discussed Howard's character arc from making inappropriate comments toward women to becoming a loving husband and father. But, so I'm like, 'Oh, like you should watch a later one, like, once Howard quiets down a little, and he meets a woman.' Taylor Swiftmay be one of the biggest stars on the planet, but according to a new report, even she isn't getting a discount when it comes to her reported wedding plans.

TMZ reported on Tuesday, June 9 that Swift and Travis Kelce are paying full price for their rumored Madison Square Garden wedding celebration, with costs allegedly climbing well into the millions. Sources told the outlet that the couple has reportedly secured the iconic New York City venue for at least three days surrounding the event—one day for setup, one for the ceremony itself, and another for breakdown.

The reported celebration is said to be scheduled around July 3, with insiders claiming that more than 1,000 guests are expected to attend.

The singer has performed eight sold-out shows at the venue throughout her career, but TMZ reports that because Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is a publicly traded company, complimentary use of the space was out of the question for the songstress.

According to the report, the additional time booked at the venue suggests the couple may be planning something particularly elaborate, but specific details remain under wraps.

The season finale of Bear Grylls Is Running Wild airs tonight on FOX, featuring Disclosure Day’s own Colman Domingo. In anticipation of the new episode, PEOPLE shared an exclusive clip of the actor pulling off a daring stunt with the adventurer.

Huddled in a helicopter, Grylls prepared Domingo for a skydive jump over the Irish Sea. Grylls smiled and asked Domingo if he had ever jumped before. Nervously laughing, Domingo said, “No, no, I’ve never jumped before.”

“What could go wrong?” Grylls asked. “Man, let’s not go there.”

When Grylls told Domingo that they were only halfway up, Domingo covered his face and said, “We’re high enough!”

Once the helicopter reached 10,000 feet, the two prepared to jump. Grylls told Domingo that he was going to love it, and Domingo anxiously reassured himself, “Yes, I’m gonna love it.”

Cheering and screaming on the descent, Domingo was all smiles as the parachute opened.

In previous episodes of Bear Grylls Is Running Wild, the star took Matthew McConaughey to a glacier in Norway and MGK off the grid. In an interview with Fox News, Grylls opened up on why these stars go into the wild with him.

“I think a lot of these stars, they don't need the money, they don't need the fame,” Grylls said. “They want the experience of what the wild can give you.”

Grylls’ episode with Domingo comes just days before the premiere of Domingo’s new film, Disclosure Day. Directed by Steven Spielberg, the film also stars Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Colin Firth, and Wyatt Russell.

When Bravo urged fans to watch the Summer House reunion "until the very end," viewers immediately started theorizing. Was someone quitting? Was a cast shakeup coming? Would there be a shocking confrontation between Kyle Cooke, Amanda Batula, and West Wilson?

As it turns out, the tease wasn't about a reunion bombshell at all.

Instead, Bravo used the final moments of the Season 10 reunion to announce a surprise bonus episode, Summer House: The Aftermath, airing June 16. The special picks up three weeks after the reunion taping and follows cast members as they continue conversations left unresolved during the emotional three-part reunion.

And "unresolved" may be the best word to describe where things stand between Amanda and West.

Throughout the reunion's final installment, both admitted they are only now beginning to seriously examine their relationship — a revelation that seemed to particularly frustrate Kyle, who teased on Threads that a "surprise" was coming during the reunion.

During a break, Kyle stood in front of West and admitted, "I'm not gonna lie, I didn't know how I'd even react seeing you two together. Usually, when you come into a reunion, you try to shoot for resolution. I knew there was not going to be a resolution today. But the whole 'what's the plan?' question is not just for you and Amanda — it's for everybody."

West appeared like a deer in headlights, stumbling over his response as Kyle walked offstage. Kyle even acknowledged that West likely wouldn't have an answer, underscoring just how uncertain the situation remains.

Moments later, as Amanda returned to the stage, Kyle fell into her arms and began to sob.

Mia Calabrese and Lindsay Hubbard also seemed stunned by the lack of clarity. "I'm walking away knowing less than what I came in knowing," Mia admitted.

As the cast grappled with a reunion that raised more questions than it answered, host Andy Cohen reminded Kyle of a comment he made on Watch What Happens Live. At the time, Kyle said that if the rumors about West and Amanda were true, he would be happy for Amanda as long as she was happy.

Now, however, Kyle appears to be in a different place, admitting that when he made those comments, he didn't think there was any realistic scenario in which the romance would actually happen.

Before the reunion aired, Bravo's cryptic tease sparked plenty of speculation. Some fans predicted casting announcements, while others guessed there would be a dramatic confrontation involving Kyle and West. Several viewers, however, suspected Bravo was simply hyping up the reunion after an emotional roller-coaster of a season.

"Yall did this for VPR too...not getting my hopes up," one person wrote on Bravo's Instagram post.

Another added, "So basically this means the ending is going to be soooooo mid. Stop hyping everything up."

In hindsight, the reunion's lack of resolution may have been intentional.

According to Bravo, Summer House: The Aftermath follows select cast members in New York City as they reunite to continue unresolved conversations, confront difficult issues, and share their truth. The network's description teases that Lindsay gives Amanda some tough love, Kyle seeks honesty from West, and Ciara Miller finally meets up with Mieja Moreno in person.

For fans who felt the reunion ended with more questions than answers, Bravo appears to be betting that the real conclusion is still to come.

While most musicians have to spend years paying their dues before that first break comes along, some of the most iconic stars in rock history were fortunate enough to find success very early on in their careers. Take Steve Winwood, for example. The iconic singer was part of two of the most important bands of the '60s and '70s, Traffic and Blind Faith, and went on to have a huge solo career with songs such as "Higher Love." But before all that, he first made his mark as a teenage prodigy with the legendary Spencer Davis Group.

Steve (then Stevie) was only 18 years old when the Spencer Davis Group recorded what would become one of the most beloved rock and roll tracks of all time, the 1966 hit "Gimme Some Lovin.'" Of course, he was already a pro by then, as the band had previously scored two #1 songs in the U.K., "Keep On Running" and "Somebody Help Me."

"Gimme Some Lovin'" was born when the band was being pressured by the record label to produce another hit.

As bassist Muff Winwood later recalled, per Classic Rock, the band members were on a lunch break when Island Records exec Chris Blackwell came to check on them, which didn't go over too well.

“We’d been rehearsing at the Marquee,” Muff said, “and he came down at midday but we weren’t there. We were down the road in a café in Wardour Street, and Chris found us in there. He went berserk: ‘What the f—k do you think you’re doing with your careers? You’ve got work to do and you’re lazing around here!’ So we said: ‘Just wait until we’re finished, then come back and listen to what we’ve done.’"

Blackwell was skeptical, but the band lived up to their promise.

“We’d done 'Gimme Some Lovin’ in 10 minutes and couldn’t believe how good it was. So we’d packed up and gone for lunch. Of course, when Chris came back and heard it his jaw just dropped. It just sounded like an instant hit," Muff explained, admitting, “Sometimes there’s that little bit of magic that you can’t put your finger on, but it happens and it just works."

"Gimme Some Lovin'" went on to land the Spencer Davis Group at #7 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, their first track to break the top 10 on the U.S. charts. That "magic" Muff mentioned has only grown over the years, thanks to endless radio play, frequent covers and a notable appearance in The Blues Brothers movie. It was even ranked at #247 on Rolling Stone's list of "The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time."

Greatest of all time or not, by the late '80s, Steve had already heard the song more than enough.

"‘Gimme Some Lovin’" is obviously the bane of my life in some ways, because I’ve got to do it all the time,” he admitted in a 1988 interview with Rolling Stone. “But now you actually have a lot more people who have heard ‘Higher Love’ than ‘Gimme Some Lovin.' Or, often, people have heard ‘Gimme Some Lovin' and don’t know it’s me. That happens a lot. They say, ‘Why are you covering that Blues Brothers song?’"
