At a London screening of Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning, Sharon revealed that the legendary rocker’s bandmates and even their children didn’t know the full extent of his health struggles before he took the stage for his farewell performance in July 2025.

“The guys didn’t know how sick Ozzy was,” Sharon said during a question-and-answer session, according to Louder’s report. “I mean, even my kids — we never told my kids. So nobody knew how sick he was.”

Ozzy reunited with his original Black Sabbath bandmates — guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler and drummer Bill Ward — for the Back to the Beginning concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, on July 5, 2025.

The performance marked a major moment for the band, which formed in Birmingham in 1968 and helped shape heavy metal music.

However, behind the scenes, Ozzy was dealing with significant health challenges. The singer had Parkinson’s disease and emphysema, among other medical complications, which made performing particularly difficult.

Sharon previously revealed that six medical specialists had advised against the concert because of the risks to his health. In an interview with Rolling Stone, she recalled that doctors warned the performance could be fatal.

Despite those concerns, Ozzy was determined to perform one last time for his fans.

Sharon also reflected on how much the concert meant to her husband in his final weeks.

“He was so happy,” she said at the London screening, according to Variety. “Until the day he passed, he was still on that high.”

She recalled that Ozzy was laughing, telling jokes and expressing gratitude after the performance, describing it as a joy to see him feeling that way again.

Ozzy died on July 22, 2025, at age 76, just 17 days after the farewell concert.

The documentary, Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning, is scheduled for a limited theatrical release beginning October 28, offering fans another look at the rock icon’s final performance.

In the video, Jones was asked how tall he was. He responded, “5’3″. In boots I’m 5’3.” I don’t have trouble adjusting; I like tall girls. It’s kind of groovy.”

When the off-camera producer asked Jones if he had hair on his face. Instead of saying no, he responded with a story. “I got my appendix out, and the nurse came in and said, ‘It’s shaving time.’ And I stopped and [touches his face].”

He continued, “I’m really a clean-cut kid, you know. Jones was asked, “What bag are you in?’ He replied, “Bag? I don’t get that.” The producer clarified, “Do you make a folk sound or a rock sound?” He quipped, “I make a terrible sound.”

The interview ended with a producer joking, telling Jones he should have been a jockey.

Fans remembered this moment from a Monkees TV episode, which featured the cast’s screen tests. They shared their remarks in the post’s comments section.

The Monkees originally aired on NBC for two seasons, running from September 12, 1966, to March 25, 1968 (a total of 58 episodes).

Guojun Xuan and Silvia Zhang had 27 children. They’d put 32 cameras up all over the house to watch them. And when the nannies beat the kids, prosecutors say the couple pulled up the footage on their monitors — and laughed.

That’s the allegation L.A. District Attorney Nathan Hochman laid out on October 6, 2026, hours after deputies rammed the gate of the couple’s 10,000-square-foot mansion in Arcadia, California. He called it “an incredibly disturbing and unprecedented case of child abuse.” Most of the children were still in diapers.

The couple had spent years recruiting surrogate mothers from across the country to carry babies for them. They even formed their own fake agency — called Mark Surrogacy — to legitimize the whole operation. By the time it fell apart, they had 27 kids. Prosecutors say many of those children had been living in what they called “a house of horrors.”

It all started when a surrogate named Kayla Elliott first sounded the alarm, exposing the couple on TikTok after growing suspicious of the situation. What the investigators found when they actually got inside the home was even worse than she’d imagined.

The camera footage showed nannies hitting the kids with hands, sticks, and shoes. It also showed the parents, in their home office, watching it play out on the screen and laughing. Prosecutors say Guojun didn’t just watch — he participated, hitting one of his sons so hard that “the child’s body lurched in alternating directions with the blows.” And, when investigators searched the house, they found four cattle prods.

They Kept Having More Babies — Even After Getting Arrested

This wasn’t the first time the police had ended up at their door. Back in May 2025, their two-month-old ended up in the hospital with bleeding on the brain. At the time, both parents were arrested, the kids were removed, and then — after four days in custody — the couple was free. The D.A.’s office wasn’t ready to file charges yet.

So Guojun and Silvia kept going. While police were still investigating, they had six more babies through surrogates. When some of those women refused to hand over the infants, the couple sued them for a million dollars each.

The footage investigators had seized sat untranslated for over a year — the parents and nannies all spoke Mandarin. “We do it methodically,” Hochman said when asked why it took so long. When they finally got through it all, they found thousands of individual incidents on tape.

We talked about it so many times — ‘What’s taking so long?’ You have to try to be patient and trust the process, but it was difficult when the lives of these kids are on the line.

The Women Who Thought They Were Helping One Family

Every single surrogate in this story thought she was doing something good for someone — helping one couple have one child. None of them knew about all the others.

In August 2026, five of the surrogates sued the couple for fraud and sexual battery. Their attorney, Jamie Majerus, had to build the case from scratch — there was no legal precedent for it. “You can’t have consent when you sign a contract based on misrepresentations,” she said. “Each plaintiff surrendered her body to the couple’s enterprise because they deceived her into believing she was helping a single loving family.”

The case also exposed something uncomfortable about U.S. surrogacy law: there are no federal rules legislating surrogacy. Currently, no state requires parents to disclose how many children they already have or how many surrogates they’ve hired. After the arrests, fertility lawyers launched a new screening service, and surrogates formed their first national advocacy group.

A Wheelchair, a Hidden Passport, and $20 Million Bail

At the Pasadena arraignment, Silvia walked in wearing an oversized white T-shirt. Guojun was barely recognizable — he arrived in a wheelchair, completely bald, a medical port sticking out from his chest. His attorney said he has leukemia and is recovering from a bone marrow transplant.

Both pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors asked for $100 million bail each. The judge settled on $20 million. Investigators had found multiple passports in a safe, including one with an alias for Guojun. The FBI is looking into possible money laundering.

Outside the courthouse, defense attorney Mitchell Krems blamed the nannies. “We wouldn’t be in front of this court,” he said, “if my client was white and was Elon Musk.”

For the women who carried these children, the arrests brought relief — but also a grief that doesn’t have a name. Maria Castellanos carried two of the couple’s babies. She still celebrates their birthdays every year. She just wants someone to send her a photo so she knows they’re okay.

If convicted, Guojun faces up to 17 years in prison; Silvia faces up to 11.

Over two years since the end of the hit CBS sitcom Young Sheldon, series star Annie Potts is making her feelings about the polarizing TV finale achingly clear.

In the new tell-all book about the making of the series, Young Sheldon: The (Juicier-Than-Meemaw’s-Brisket) Inside Story of the Hit Comedy, Potts spoke to author Jessica Radloff about her thoughts. onthe series’ finale, which saw the return of Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik reprising their roles as Sheldon Cooper and Amy Fararah Fowler, respectively.

As fun as it might have been to see the return of The Big Bang Theory‘s most beloved characters, Potts believed this abrupt cameo at the end of Young Sheldon ultimately took away from the accomplishments of the show’s newer cast.

In addition, the actress also felt the finale undid much of the natural growth and progression that underlined young Sheldon’s transformation throughout the series, reverting him back to the same irresponsible brainiac he was at the start of the series.

“That broke my heart. It was like, ‘Really? Still no responsibility?’ It was just selfishness,” Potts said. “It’s just not how I wish to see Sheldon off into the world. … I thought the show could have ended [with young Sheldon] and not to the dreaded scene with Jim and Mayim as Sheldon and Amy revealing he was unchanged and unrepentant. That gave me a stomachache. It was like, ‘Who crashed our party?! Who invited you?’”

Premiering on CBS in late 2017, Young Sheldon acted as the first official spinoff to the network’s wildly popular Big Bang Theory. An inventive prequel series, the show focused on the exploits of a young Sheldon Cooper (played by Iain Armitage) as he navigated life as a child prodigy in 1990s Texas.

The series ran for a total of seven seasons on CBS before its finale premiered on May 16, 2024.

Simone Biles broke down in tears as she revealed she and her husband, Jonathan Owens, are moving out of their Houston-area “dream home.”

The iconic American gymnast, 29, who has won 11 Olympic medals and 23 world championship golds, took to TikTok and shed many tears as she shared that the home sold just a handful of days after going on the market.

“Today is the first day the house is going to be on the market,” Biles shared in a video made before the home sold. “Why the f— am I boohoo crying? F—. This house will be on the market for the first time, and I don’t know why I’m boohoo crying.”

Her emotions were connected to home since the duo had plenty of “good memories” in the space, where they lived for six years. While she also had plenty of bad memories there, it’s the growth she went through while living there that made it that much more significant.

“I feel like I grew up in this house. It’s made me a real adult, so I’m gonna miss it. Ugh, I didn’t think I’d be emotional about a house,” Biles noted. “Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me,” she said, ending the video, which noted in the caption that the property went on to sell in four days.

How Much Did Simone Biles’ Home Sell For?

According to the Houston Business Journal, the athlete’s home sold for somewhere between $1.08 million and $1.24 million, according to the Houston Association of Realtors. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house sits on just over 1 acre in a neighborhood known as Castle Court at Benders Landing Estates, the piece continued.

Biles Had a Scary Incident in Chicago

The Texas home is not the same property where Biles had a scary run-in, she revealed in September. It was at her Chicago home where thieves stole her vehicle.

“I feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago, three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche,” she shared in another TikTok video. “But that’s another story. If you guys wanna know, I’ll do a story time on that.”

Luckily, the car was recovered. However, Biles did note that she decided to get a dog to help protect her home from anyone dangerous.

 “I feel like I need a reality TV show,” she said. “The things that happen to me are absolutely insanity. And so it would be really easy for producers to just film regularly. That is one of the reasons why we also got our Doberman.”

President Donald Trump is calling on LeBron James to apologize after a video of the NBA star during the national anthem drew his criticism.

Trump addressed James in a post on Truth Social on Thursday, October 22, sharing footage that appeared to show the basketball player moving his arms and rotating his body while standing alongside his Philadelphia 76ers teammates during the national anthem at a recent game.

“While listening to our National Anthem, LeBron James disrespects our Country,” Trump wrote on the social platform. “I said right from the beginning that he’s no good, a TOTAL DISGRACE.”

He also called on James to apologize to American service members who died serving the country.

“LeBron James should apologize to all of those Great American Warriors and Heroes who died for the American Flag, and all that our Country stands for!” he wrote, signing the post with his full name in all capital letters.

The clip showed James standing in line with members of the 76ers, swinging his arms in what appeared to be a warmup stretch. Neither the footage nor Trump’s post establishes James’ intentions, and the president’s criticism reflects his interpretation of the player’s actions.

As of publication, James had not publicly acknowledged Trump’s post.

This is not the first time the athlete has been criticized for his behavior during the national anthem. In December 2025, sports radio personality Craig Carton slammed James for stretching.

“If you wanna disregard your coach, teammates, do it on your own time,” Carton said. “He disrespects the national anthem… that’s a good time to work on my golf swing? While the anthem is being played?”

With more consumers switching to organic foods and healthier eating habits, entrepreneur Mark Sisson founded Primal Kitchen in 2015 to bring a paleo-inspired lifestyle to a wider audience.

Alongside co-founder and former marketing executive Morgan Buehler Zanotti, the food and health blogger-turned-CEO took a risk by launching a line of healthier condiments, starting with mayonnaise, despite being told he was “crazy” for selling jars of mayo.

The duo started selling Primal Kitchen mayonnaise, which they personally hand-packed to fulfill customer orders, illustrating how small the business was at the start, as cited by NBC Miami.

The brand’s distinct product sparked interest and quickly attracted health-conscious consumers, helping Sisson and Zanotti’s business expand its reach and secure shelf space at Whole Foods Market stores.

“At the time we launched Primal Kitchen, every condiment in the grocery store had either soybean, canola oil, sunflower seed oil, and or sugar,” Zanotti shared with CNBC via Benzinga.

Initially available only in select regions, Primal Kitchen mayonnaise expanded nationwide within a year, generating $1.5 million in revenue in its first year.

In 2016, the company saw a massive surge in sales, with revenue climbing to $13 million as the mayonnaise brand expanded into conventional retail chains such as Publix.

Three years after launching Primal Kitchen, the co-founders decided to sell the company because it needed additional resources to continue growing.

“I had always planned on growing this business to sell,” Sisson noted, adding “I had always planned on growing this business to sell. I was in my early 60s when I started the company. You hit a point where there’s no more that you can bring to this party that somebody else with greater access to money and distribution couldn’t do.”

By spring 2018, they were ready to take the company to the next level and hired an investment banker to begin the six-month acquisition process and find a buyer.

That same year, Kraft Heinz announced a definitive agreement to acquire Primal Kitchen for approximately $200 million.

The deal was completed in January 2019, giving the growing condiment brand access to the food giant’s resources and distribution network.

Despite the company’s growth, the co-founders had retained most of its ownership rather than selling large stakes to outside investors.

They held a combined 95% stake when they sold the company to Kraft Heinz in 2018, while family members and friends who had invested in the business owned the remaining 5%.

“We didn’t raise money from other people, so we weren’t beholden to investors to show them some amazing growth [or] profitability,” Sisson shared, per NBC Miami, adding, “I think the only directive to my team was: ‘Just don’t lose a lot of money, but let’s grow as quickly as we can into these different areas.'”

Sisson and Zanotti’s deal with Kraft Heinz turned their clean-label mayonnaise startup into a major acquisition in the food industry.

At her 1964 baccalaureate service in Sevierville, Tennessee, each graduating senior stood up and shared their plans for the future. Most said doctor or lawyer. One girl jumped to her feet and announced, “I’m going to Nashville to be a singer and a songwriter.”

The room went quiet, then laughed. That girl was Dolly Parton, and she had the last laugh.

Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg is taking aim at Anna Wintour’s famous bob, questioning why one of the fashion world’s biggest tastemakers has spent decades telling everyone else what’s in style while rarely changing her own signature look.

During the latest episode of The Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg Show, McCarthy Wahlberg brought her “My Gummies Just Kicked In” social media series to her podcast, sharing some of the random observations she has after taking a gummy at night.

First on her list: Wintour and the Met Gala.

McCarthy Wahlberg described Wintour as essentially the “bouncer” to the coolest club in the world, someone who decides “who’s hot, who’s not, who matters” and who gets waved past “the velvet rope of cultural relevance.”

But McCarthy Wahlberg sees some irony in the longtime fashion tastemaker’s own approach to style.

While Met Gala attendees arrive each year in increasingly elaborate outfits, McCarthy Wahlberg joked that Wintour simply shows up with the same familiar combination: “Bangs. Bob. Sunglasses.”

“She’s been dressed exactly the same since the invention of the fax machine,” McCarthy Wahlberg joked.

The TV personality pointed out that the fashion industry is constantly reinventing itself with new clothes, cuts, silhouettes and trends. Wintour, meanwhile, has made her blunt bob and dark sunglasses so recognizable that they’re practically inseparable from her public image.

McCarthy Wahlberg compared the contradiction to “a food critic who eats plain toast” or “a music judge who only listens to one CD from 1994.”

“That’s that level of commitment,” she said, adding, “Is it irony or is it branding?”

As an entrepreneur herself, McCarthy Wahlberg said she understands the value of branding and suggested that Wintour’s unwavering look may be less about following fashion than establishing an identity no one could mistake for anyone else’s.

“Maybe she’s not just a person,” McCarthy Wahlberg said. “She’s a trademark, like a logo with bangs.”

And despite poking fun at the Vogue legend, McCarthy Wahlberg conceded that there is something almost reassuring about Wintour refusing to change the hairstyle that has defined her look for decades.

“Trends, you know, they come and go,” she said. “But Anna’s hair, Anna’s hair, that stupid bob is like the North Star, you know, guiding us through the chaos.”

Ultimately, McCarthy Wahlberg said Wintour’s commitment to her own look might actually contain a lesson for everyone trying to keep up with whatever fashion has declared cool this week.

If one of the most powerful tastemakers in the industry isn’t constantly reinventing her own appearance, perhaps everyone else can stop worrying so much about doing it, too.

“If the queen of freaking fashion isn’t chasing every trend on her own body, maybe the rest of us can just wear the metaphorical sweatpants, you know, in our souls,” McCarthy Wahlberg joked.

But she still couldn’t resist one last dig at Wintour’s famously unchanging hairstyle.

“That b—h has had that bob forever,” McCarthy Wahlberg said. “And she’s telling us what’s cool or not?”
