Foreigner fans are getting a pretty major gift in honor of the band’s 50th anniversary year…with a special bonus for anyone who loves Peter Frampton (and who doesn’t?).

After releasing a deluxe edition of Foreigner 4 last year, the iconic rock band is coming out with a remixed and remastered version of the multi-platinum Head Games, according to Blabbermouth, originally released in 1979 as their third studio album.

As fans know, Head Games introduced some of Foreigner’s most beloved songs to the world, including the title track and “Dirty White Boy.” But perhaps the coolest thing about the new edition of the album is the addition of a previously unreleased track, “Trouble,” recorded in May 1979 during the Head Games sessions at Atlantic Studios in New York and featuring a newly-recorded guest guitar solo from Frampton himself.

Collectors take note: “Trouble” will be released as a seven-inch single with another rare Foreigner track, “Zalia” (the new Head Games in its entirety comes out on October 30, 2026 on CD/Blu-ray and black vinyl). A digital version of “Trouble” is available right now, however, and early fan reactions are definitely positive.

“Nice tune!!” wrote one commenter on YouTube. “Anyways a treat to hear something new from Foreigner!!! Folks go to their concerts!! Live is always a great time!!! They don’t disappoint. Best time ever!!!!”

In addition to “Trouble,” the four-disc Super Deluxe Head Games box set includes plenty of other perks sure to delight hardcore Foreigner fans, according to AXS TV.

The first disc has remixed versions of the original ten tracks on Head Games; the second is a collection of outtakes and alternates from the album’s recording sessions (including “Trouble” and “Zalia”). A previously unreleased recording of a 1979 concert in Rochester fills the third disc, while the fourth, a Blu-ray disc, is a Dolby Atmos mix of the studio album (plus “Trouble”).

For those who aren’t interested in the full Super Deluxe bundle, the reissue will also be available as a standalone single-LP vinyl edition of the remixed 2026 album, Dolby Atmos versions of both the full Super Deluxe audio collection and the album remix, and a Digital Super Deluxe Edition.

Halloween is once again on the horizon, bringing with it the return of trick-or-treating, jack-o-lanterns and (of course) seasonal treats and sweets returning to grocery store aisles across the country.

Along with returning Halloween-themed candy and other decorative snacks for the holiday, the coming fall season will also see the return of Keebler’s fan-favorite Spookie Fudge Stripes.

To participate in the game, all shoppers need to do is scan the QR code on their package of Spookie Fudge Stripes to gain access to OpenForMagic.com, which features an illustrated zoo full of interactive animal habitats. Game participants then search through a variety of striped animal enclosures for Keebler’s signature striped cookies, giving you a chance to win prizes through your discoveries.

In 1994, Boyz II Men released “I’ll Make Love To You,” and at the time, they couldn’t have imagined that the song would endure as long as it has or make Billboard chart history—but it did. Even 32 years later, the romantic ballad remains a timeless anthem.

Written and produced by Babyface (Kenneth Edmonds), the track was released on July 24, 1994, and instantly became a summer smash, proving the strong appeal of slow R&B ballads. It hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on Aug. 27 and went on to set a record after it remained at the top of the chart for 14 weeks—tying the record for the longest uninterrupted run in the coveted spot at the time with Whitney Houston‘s 1992 “I Will Always Love You.”

Group members Wanya Morris, Shawn Stockman, Nathan Morris, and Michael McCary were young at the time, aged 20 to 23, having just emerged from teenagehood. But they shot to superstardom, and the rest is history. Boyz II Men first formed in their native Philadelphia in 1988 and signed to the famed Motown Records after auditioning for Bell Biv Devoe‘s (a branch-off R&B vocal group from the original New Edition) Michael Bivins and being mentored by the singer.

“The funny part is that we felt like it sounded too much like ‘End of the Road.’ We didn’t want to do it,” Stockman told Entertainment Weekly in 2019. “We didn’t understand how much of an impact the song was going to have. That’s youth.”

Their massive 1991 debut album, Cooleyhighharmony, was certified 9x multi-platinum by the RIAA. Its first single, “Motownphilly,” skyrocketed up the charts, making it into the Top Five pop songs and going No. 1 in the R&B category.

Meanwhile, “I’ll Make Love To You” earned a Grammy Award for Best R&B Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals in 1995. At the time of writing, it had amassed a whopping 235 million views on YouTube and nearly 374 million Spotify streams, speaking to its timelessness.

The boy band is known for such iconic hits as “End of the Road,” “On Bended Knee,” “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday,” “One Sweet Day,” and more.

Some fans questioned whether the first-of-its-kind holiday flavor will be too similar to an existing one, wondering, “But will it taste virtually identical to the Peppermint Mocha is the real question?” as more asked if a zero-sugar version will be available. Though as of now, no zero-sugar versions have appeared in stores, fans are still excited for the offering. 

After food blogger Markie Devo posted about the creamer, commenters said that they “need” to try the creamer right now, proclaiming, “yum, can’t wait,” and sharing heart emojis.

We already know Ella Langley has a knack for putting her own spin on some of the most classic country songs, and her version of an ’80s Reba McEntire track is no exception.

The rising star — who is currently dominating the Billboard charts with her hit song “Choosin’ Texas” — once performed a live cover of “Whoever’s in New England,” a beloved country ballad that earned McEntire her first-ever Grammy Award.

Langley, 27, teamed up with fellow country superstar Cody Johnson for the cover, which they performed together at the inaugural Braves Country Music in Atlanta, Ga., back in June.

One fan who captured the duet on video uploaded the clip to TikTok, while other country music fans flocked to the comments to commend Langley and Johnson for their rendition.

“I DIED!!! Like my soul left my body!” one TikTok user gushed under the post, while someone else called the performance “literal perfection.”

“How does she do it?! She sounds good with everybody!!!” one commenter wrote of Langley, who has joined forces with a number of other country artists, like Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, Koe Wetzel, and more.

Her live performance with Johnson wasn’t the first time Langley has impressed fans with her ability to make another artist’s song her own and introduce a whole new generation of listeners to longtime country standards. The “Be Her” singer has also covered more of the genre’s most legendary artists, like George Strait, Shania Twain, Toby Keith and more.

McEntire’s 1986 hit “Whoever’s in New England” is one of more than 20 songs from her catalog to reach No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, where it reigned for one week in May 1986.

Released as the title track from her seventh studio album of the same name, “Whoever’s in New England” won McEntire her first Grammy award in 1987 for Best Female Country Vocal Performance. It’s also widely considered to be one of McEntire’s best songs, with Billboard ranking it at No. 4 on a list of her 15 Best Songs.

Harry Styles is remembering one of his musical inspirations, Dolly Parton, in the wake of her death.

As the New York leg of Harry Styles’ ‘Together, Together’ tour kicked off at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, August 26, the “Aperture” singer took a moment to share with attendees how much Parton meant to him. “I wanna say a proper ‘Thank you’ to all the musicians over the years that’ve inspired me,” he began, per footage captured by Variety.

“Dolly, we love you,” Styles, 32, added. “Thank you so much.”

Parton’s hit 1974 country ballad, “I Will Always Love You” began to play moments later. Although Styles opted not to sing along, he encouraged fans in attendance to dance to the popular track.

Styles’ tribute for Parton comes just one day after she died on Tuesday, August 25, at age 80. In a statement shared with People, representatives for the music industry legend revealed that she had been navigating a “brief battle with cancer” ahead of her death. Her team did not disclose the type of cancer with which Parton was diagnosed.

Parton’s many contributions to music were widespread. Beyond “I Will Always Love You” achieving another wave of success when performed decades later by Whitney Houston for The Bodyguard, the 11-time Grammy Award winner is often credited as one of the pioneers of the country to pop crossover trend. Hits like “Here You Come Again,” “Jolene” and “9 to 5” aided in her achieving mainstream crossover success. Her efforts have led to her induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

In previously opening up about her legacy in a 2023 ABC News interview, Parton
—who is also a two-time Oscar nominee and three-time Emmy Award winner—shared how she hoped to be remembered by the world.

“There’s a lot of wonderful things that’s happened to me. I think one of things I’m proudest of is the Imagination Library. But of course, I’m a writer and a singer,” Parton said.

“… I’m just trying to leave as much stuff [behind as possible]. I just want to see how much I can do in a lifetime,” she concluded. “And I’ve been blessed, and I’ve been lucky, and I don’t take any of that for granted, but I just wanted to be remembered well.”

While the question of who has the best fast-food French fries will always be up for debate, you don’t have to look far to see which chains consistently receive the most praise. Whether it’s shoestring, curly, crinkle or waffle, chances are you’ve heard plenty of opinions on the subject and even have a few of your own.

In a recent survey conducted by High Risk Pay, over 2,500 people across all 50 U.S. states were asked to rate French fries from 20 different fast-food chains. Respondents rated only the fries they had personally tried, and each chain was ranked by its average score. The chain that consistently wound up on top? A familiar face that true connoisseurs probably saw coming from a mile away.

High Risk Pay

Among the 20 chains included in the survey, McDonald’s easily finished first overall with an average fry rating of 7.3 out of 10. The Golden Arches is also the most widely tried chain by a massive margin, with 99.7 percent of respondents saying they had tried McDonald’s fries at least once. 

Rated #1 in 36 of the 50 states, McDonald’s beat out Five Guys and Chick-fil-A, which ended up nearly tied for second with a rating of 6.7 out of 10, with Five Guys squeezing into the lead by just 0.01 points. Looking at the map, it’s clear that McDonald’s has an edge over every other fast-food chain in the nation, suggesting that the shoestring fry just might be America’s preferred French fry.

Looking at the numbers, thin/shoestring fries were the obvious favorite amongst 35 percent of respondents, with curly fries coming in second at 16 percent and thick-cut/steak fries and waffle fries tied at just 13 percent each. With more than twice the popularity of the next highest-ranking style, thin/shoestring fries are the clear favorite choice when it comes to the fry shape Americans love most.

As for what Americans like to dip their fries in, yet another classic found itself on top: ketchup. Chosen by a whopping 42 percent of respondents, ketchup was more than three times as popular as ranch, which came in second at 12 percent, followed by the somewhat shocking “No Sauce Needed” at 9 percent and the mysterious “Fry Sauce” at 8 percent, tied with honey mustard.

In any case, if you’re looking for the quintessential American French fry experience, the trifecta of McDonald’s, shoestring fries and ketchup is unlikely to let you down. No matter your preferences, millions of fry lovers seem to agree, though we’ll need more data to determine just how long McDonald’s reign at the top has really lasted.

Michael Strahan is putting in some extra hours!

The Good Morning America anchor quietly welcomed a baby girl with his longtime girlfriend Kayla Quick, according to TMZ. Details of the birth haven’t been shared, but the outlet confirmed that the couple welcomed a daughter earlier this year.

Strahan is already a dad to Tanita, Michael Jr., with his ex-wife, Wanda Hutchins, and twins Sophia and Isabella, with ex-wife, Jean Muggli. The former NFLer is also a grandfather; his oldest daughter, Tanita, welcomed a son named Onyx in September 2024.

Strahan and Quick have been together since 2015, but prefer to keep their relationship out of the public eye.

“A lot of people ask me, ‘Okay, how did you go from football to commentating to morning TV? You seem so happy.’ I truly am happy,” he previously told People. “I respect waking up everyday and feeling fortunate to do what I do and having the people in my life that I have, but it’s something you have to train yourself to do.”

Strahan has been in the news quite a bit over the past couple of years after his daughter, Isabella, was diagnosed with a fast-growing malignant brain tumor called a medulloblastoma, in 2023.

Following surgery, treatment, and a number of setbacks that Isabella documented on YouTube, Isabella is happy to be cancer free.

“Obviously you can’t predict what can happen, and that is a little scary,” she told People via ABC News. “But I don’t think you can solely live in fear. I think I should live every day. Take every opportunity. I see the impact that can come from sharing my experience. My diagnosis, it’s a part of me, but it doesn’t define me. I want to be a voice.”

As Hollywood celebrities pay tribute to Dolly Parton following her death at 80, fans were stunned when hearing Fast & Furious star Vin Diesel‘s heartfelt rendition of her most famous love song.

The country icon died on Monday, Aug. 25, after a brief battle with cancer, which led to an outpouring of kind words from fans and celebrities. Diesel posted a black-and-white photo of Parton on his Instagram, with many fans glossing over the tribute until realizing it was accompanied by an original audio.

Accompanied by the post was audio of Diesel covering Parton’s iconic track, “I Will Always Love You.” Fans were in awe of the actor’s singing abilities and the slight emotional tremor in his voice when singing the track’s chorus. A fan posted the video on X, in case some people didn’t follow the actor on Instagram, leading to hundreds of surprised comments.

“Didn’t have ‘Crying to Vin Diesel singing’ on my list today, but here we are,” said one fan, accompanied by a gif of Tobey Maguire crying as Spider-Man.

“Dolly Parton got Vin Diesel singing, and it’s a damn serious tribute; I don’t think I quite understood her impact,” said another.

One fan agreed, saying, “For a non singer to start singing for a tribute, oh it’s serious. He sounds so sad. Why am i tearing up listening to Vin Diesel sing.”

A fan under the post also commented that Diesel’s tribute is the “most honest and vulnerable thing” they’ve seen in their entire life. Others also added that his tribute to the ‘Queen of Country’ was “beautiful” and an accurate representation of how Parton impacted people’s lives.

“The way his voice cracks when he says “please don’t cry” tho, you know he’s truly feeling it,” said one fan on X.

Parton’s nephew and head of security, Bryan Seaver, announced the news of the singer’s death with a video shared on Instagram. Her cause of death was cancer, while her family has not reported the type of cancer. Concerns for Parton’s health were raised last year when she postponed and canceled her Las Vegas residency. She claimed her immune and digestive systems “got all out of whack” but was undergoing treatment.

Up until her death, concerns over her health continued as she missed schedule appearacnes earlier in the year. Reports claim she was hospitalized for unknown reasons the Friday before her death, and had been dealing with kidney and autoimmune issues. The singer shared that day that her health declined following the death of her husband, Carl Dean, in March 2025.

Fans who spent last summer rooting for a group of kidnapped, gifted kids finally have a reason to breathe again. MGM+ has confirmed that its Stephen King adaptation is coming back for a second season this fall, and the network released first-look images that pick the story of The Institute up right where the nightmare left off. For anyone who felt the gut punch of that finale, the wait is almost over.

The new photos reintroduce the show’s central trio and add a face longtime genre fans will recognize instantly. Game of Thrones alum Alfie Allen, who played Theon Greyjoy, appears in the first-look material, though the show is keeping his character under wraps for now. The preview also shows Luke Ellis looking uneasy in a doorway, his ally Tim speaking with him, and the icy Ms. Sigsby seated in what looks like a study.

The second season releases in fall 2026, with no exact premiere date announced yet. Production has already wrapped, which suggests the gap between now and release should be short. Joe Freeman returns as Luke, the teenage genius at the heart of the series, with Ben Barnes back as small-town cop Tim Jamieson and Mary-Louise Parker reprising her role as the facility’s chilling administrator.

The first season adapted most of King’s 2019 novel, in which children with telekinetic and telepathic gifts are stolen from their homes and experimented on inside a hidden government compound. Its finale diverged from the book, opening a path for the show to move past its source material. Season 2 follows the fallout, tracking Luke and the other survivors as they try to stay alive on the outside while uncovering the larger conspiracy behind the Institute.

Benjamin Cavell continues to helm the adaptation, with director Jack Bender handling directing and producing duties. King himself remains attached as an executive producer, keeping the author close to a story he has spoken about with real enthusiasm since the renewal. His involvement has been part of the show’s appeal for readers who want the adaptation to honor the novel’s darker corners.

The return arrives during one of the busiest stretches King’s work has ever seen on screen. Prime Video‘s Carrie premieres October 7, HBO is moving forward with a second season of IT: Welcome to Derry, and projects including Mike Flanagan’s The Mist, a new version of The Stand, and Netflix’s Cujo remake are all in the pipeline. Buckle up, King fans, You’re in for quite a ride (probably in a possessed car).

Julie Newmar turned 93 with flowers in bloom, family close, and her son, John, beside her.

The actress who brought Catwoman to life on the 1960s Batman series celebrated her birthday with an intimate gathering in the garden of her Los Angeles home. Photos from the occasion offered fans a rare look at Newmar today.

According to photos shared on Instagram, Newmar marked the milestone with a relaxed garden party surrounded by friends and family. John stayed close to his mother throughout the afternoon as guests stopped by to share their birthday wishes.

The setting reflected the quieter life Newmar has embraced away from Hollywood.

Gardening has long been one of her creative outlets, and over the years she’s turned the outdoor space at her Brentwood home into a colorful retreat.

Newmar had already built an impressive career before slipping into Catwoman’s famous suit. According to Masterworksbroadway, Newmar trained as a dancer and appeared in films including The Band Wagon and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

She later won a Tony Award for her performance in the Broadway comedy The Marriage-Go-Round. Television viewers also knew her as the robot Rhoda Miller on My Living Doll. Still, her playful performance as Catwoman on Batman became her defining role.

Newmar brought wit, physical grace, and a sense of mischief to the character, creating a version that continues to influence how fans see the famous comic book villain.

Newmar married Texas attorney J. Holt Smith in 1977 and moved to Fort Worth. Their son, John, was born with Down syndrome in 1981, according to Hello Magazine. After Newmar and Smith divorced in 1984, she raised John largely on her own. When meningitis caused him to lose his hearing at age 3, Newmar attended night school to learn sign language so they could communicate, she told The Guardian in June 2026.

Her acting schedule slowed as caring for John became the center of her life. Their close relationship was evident throughout her birthday gathering.

According to the outlet, Newmar lives with John in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood. She connects with longtime admirers through social media and occasional convention appearances but spends much of her time at home and in her garden.

The birthday photos were more than a nostalgic then-and-now moment. They showed an icon celebrating exactly where she wanted to be, at home with the people she loves most.

Rock guitarist Joe Walsh was transitioning into a new stage of his life and career that led to the creation of one of his standout hits, “Rocky Mountain Way,” which captured the beauty of Colorado.

In the mid to late ’60s, Walsh was already known in the business with his band, James Gang. They released several popular tracks like “Funk” that peaked on the charts and “Walk Away.” Years later, in 1971, Walsh decided to leave the band and form Barnstorm, but many considered this new venture to be his transition into becoming more of a solo artist.

He and the band released their second studio album, The Smoker You Drink, the Player You Get, which included “Rocky Mountain Way.” The track would become a radio hit and landed at No. 23 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and No. 13 on Cashbox. When it came to its creation and what inspired Walsh, his story has varied over the years, but one constant is that it was based on the beauty of Colorado.

According to Louder AAA, the guitarist was in Colorado thanks to James Gang producer Bill Szymcyk and a bunch of other people he knew also living there. The band was almost done creating the Smoker album, except for one instrumental track, which Walsh “couldn’t think of any words and everybody was patiently waiting for me to come up with something.”

Some of the greatest songs in history are often created from a random spark of inspiration. For Walsh, “Rocky Mountain Way” came to life while he was mowing his lawn at his house in Colorado.

 “I looked up, and there were the Rocky Mountains. It was summer but you could still see snow on the back range. It just hit me how beautiful it all was, 5,000 feet up. And that was it – the words came: Spent the last year Rocky Mountain way / Couldn’t get much higher. And the second verse is about my old management – Telling us this, telling us that, time to change the batter. I got all of that at once. And I ran inside to write it down before I forgot it,” he explained.

He also commented that the beauty of Colorado is what made him commit long-term to living there. Walsh’s sudden inspiration led to a comical but chaotic moment that led him to compensate his neighbors for property damage. As he was in a hurry to jot down the new lyrics, he forgot to turn off the lawnmower that he was using.

“It kept moving and went into the neighbour’s yard and ate her rose bushes. Cleared a little path straight through. So those lyrics wound up costing me, I don’t know, maybe fifteen hundred bucks. But it was well worth it. The neighbour, though, she was pissed. I said to her, ‘You don’t understand! I got the words!’ But she just looked at me,” explained the guitarist.

The track would become not only a radio staple but a concert staple when Walsh went on tour with the Eagles. His signature track also became popular with the Colorado Rockies Major League Baseball franchise during home games. Godsmack also has their own cover version that became a favorite for the Denver Broncos.

Jacob Tremblay, the acclaimed child star who rose to fame in the 2015 film Room, is unrecognizable as Ted Kaczynski in the trailer for Netflix’s Unabomber.

Tremblay, 19, skyrocketed to fame alongside Brie Larson in Room, the adaptation of Emma Donoghue‘s novel about a young woman who has been held captive for seven years and whose five-year-old son was born in captivity. The film earned a bevy of praise and an Academy Award for Larson. While Tremblay has tackled several roles in recent years, it’s his upcoming role as Kaczynski that’s scoring significant talk around Hollywood. No longer the little boy America fell in love with in Room, Tremblay is officially all grown up. In the new trailer for the Netflix film, Unabomber, Tremblay’s striking transition is right on the TV screen.

The upcoming film tells the story of the man who orchestrated a decades-long mail bombing campaign that killed 3 people and injured 23 more, Netflix’s Tudum shared. “Jacob Tremblay stars as the young Ted Kaczynski, with Russell Crowe playing a controversial Harvard professor.”

“UNABOMBER is a story about a young man who feels increasingly disenfranchised by society and decides to take up violence as a means of revenge,” director Janus Metz told Tudum. “We crosscut between two timelines, roughly speaking: the making of the Unabomber and the capture of the Unabomber.”

Tremblay added that he was unfamiliar with the story of Kaczynski’s childhood until signing on to play the role.

“I didn’t even know he went to Harvard until I read the script; I think most people don’t,” Tremblay tells Netflix. “But he was a mathematical genius when he was 16. It’s quite fascinating, actually.” 

The film premieres on Netflix on Friday, September 25.

It’s no secret that the country music world is reeling following the shocking death of icon Dolly Parton.

On Aug. 27, Garth Brooks and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, announced that they will celebrate Parton’s life by holding “Dolly Day” at Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk, an entertainment venue the couple opened in 2024.

They chose the date of September 25, or 9/25, in honor of Parton’s popular song, “9 to 5.” All of the proceeds collected by the venue on that day will be donated to Parton’s charity, the Imagination Library.

“Whatever the cash register says at the end of the day is going to Dolly’s passion,” Yearwood said. “This is 100% about Dolly and her love for children’s literacy.”

“Dolly may be the perfect example of if you spend your whole life loving, you WILL live forever,” Brooks added.

Through The Dollywood Foundation, Parton founded and launched her Imagination Library in Sevier County, Tennessee, in 1995. The “I Will Always Love You” singer was inspired by her father, Robert Lee Parton, who was unable to read. Her goal, to start, was to give free books to children in Sevier County to foster a love of reading. Over the years, the program grew and millions of free books have been sent worldwide.

Parton, 80, died on Aug. 25.

“Our beloved Dolly Parton spent her life and career bringing joy, laughter, hope and integrity into everything she touched. Her unmatched generosity reached the lives of countless people whom she would never meet, yet she was always there to offer a helping hand,” her team said in a statement, according to People magazine.

“Whether it be the hundreds of millions of books donated through her invaluable Imagination Library or funding research that helped create a lifesaving vaccine used around the world, Dolly’s unconditional love for all people was the guiding force for her lasting impact. After bravely facing a brief battle with cancer, Dolly departed her Earthly life today at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center surrounded by loved ones,” the statement concluded.

Whiplash, the thrash metal veterans, are entering a new era after signing with Time To Kill Records and a new album, ROAR.

Fronted by vocalist and guitarist Tony Portaro, alongside bassist Will Winton and drummer Mitch Hull, the band is officially joining a new label that represents bands like Absolute Power, Brutal Sphincter, Last Retch, Putrid Offal, Toxic Youth and more.

In an Instagram post, the label announced that the pioneers of the 1980s East Coast thrash metal scene are the latest addition to its roster.

As a treat for fans, Time To Kill Records revealed that Whiplash will release a brand-new album called ROAR on Nov. 27.

“Ten tracks of uncompromising, riff-driven thrash metal capturing the raw energy of WHIPLASH at full force. ‘Sonic Asylum’, ‘Bullet Train’, ‘Who Stole My Whiskey’ and the rest of the record deliver exactly what the band has stood for since 1984: real metal built around riffs, songs and attitude. Thrash crafted for the mosh pit, not the algorithm,” the caption reads.

The highly anticipated release will mark the band’s eighth official studio album and their first new studio album in 17 years, following Unborn Again in 2009.

Originally released in limited form as Thrashquake during Whiplash’s European tour with Napalm Death, the record will now receive its official worldwide release as ROAR.

As for Portaro, he expressed his appreciation to their new record label for giving the album the international campaign and worldwide distribution he believes it deserves.

“Partnering with Time To Kill Records gives us the opportunity to take this record far beyond that initial tour release and give it the international campaign and worldwide distribution it deserves. With the new title, the new Ed Repka artwork and TTK behind the official release, ROAR represents the definitive version of this album and the beginning of its real worldwide campaign.”

As mentioned, fans can expect 10 explosive songs from the upcoming album, as the ROAR track list includes:

Among the shows nominated at next month’s Primetime Emmys ceremony is Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette.

The rising star who portrays Bessette has remained red hot in Hollywood, having just joined a buzzy new Netflix series that already features a number of big names.

Deadline announced on Wednesday, August 27 that Sarah Pidgeon is now starring in Enigma Variations, an upcoming series based on the bestselling 2018 novel of the same name by André Aciman (who also wrote Call Me By Your Name).

Deadline also took to Instagram to share the casting update this week, with followers weighing in with their reactions. See below.

Fans have since thrown their support behind Pidgeon in the post’s comments section. “Go Sarah GOOO,” wrote one Instagram user, while another person commented, “The new girl.”

Enigma Variations also stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Alicia Vikander and Riley Keough.

The 2018 source material “charts the life of a man named Paul, whose loves remain as consuming and as covetous throughout his adulthood as they were in his adolescence,” according to a synopsis by Macmillan Publishers. “Whether the setting is southern Italy, where as a boy he has a crush on his parents’ cabinetmaker, or a snowbound campus in New England, where his enduring passion for a girl he’ll meet again and again over the years is punctuated by anonymous encounters with men; whether he’s on a tennis court in Central Park, or on a New York sidewalk in early spring, his attachments are ungraspable, transient, and forever underwritten by raw desire—not for just one person’s body but, inevitably, for someone else’s as well.”

The synopsis continues, “In Enigma Variations, Aciman maps the most inscrutable corners of passion, proving to be an unsparing reader of the human psyche and a master stylist. With language at once lyrical, bare-knuckled, and unabashedly candid, he casts a sensuous, shimmering light over each facet of desire to probe how we ache, want, and waver, and ultimately how we sometimes falter and let go of those who may want to offer only what we crave from them.”

From one country legend to another—Chris Stapleton is honoring the late Dolly Parton.

The “Tennessee Whiskey” crooner took to the stage at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater in Nassau County, New York, to perform one of Parton’s career-defining hits.

Video captured by the amphitheater shows Stapleton’s “beautiful cover” of “I Will Always Love You.”

As he began singing “If I should stay,” donning his signature cowboy hat, the crowd instantly erupted in cheers and applause.

As he hit the notes of the chorus, the audience joined in, turning the moment into a singalong.

Fans praised the soulful texture and emotional grit of his powerful vocals in the comments, writing, “He could sing the phone book and I’ll always love you.”

“This man can sing anything!!!?” another noted, while someone else expressed, “It’s not just the lyrics.. or singing them .. or the music accompanying it all but the heart and soul poured into bringing this song to life. Chris has got that ability.”

“Imagine if Chris and Dolly could have duet this together. Wow,” one fan chimed in, as others noted, “I’m not crying.”

Stapleton previously honored the GRAMMY winner’s life and career during the 2019 MusiCares Person of the Year tribute concert.

Parton’s death came as a shock to fans and her family, despite her recent health battles.

The Queen of Country died Aug. 25 at age 80 after a brief battle with cancer, at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center in Nashville, surrounded by loved ones who rushed to be by her side, her representatives confirmed.

Parton wrote “I Will Always Love You” in 1973 as a goodbye to her longtime duet partner Porter Wagoner, on the same day she wrote “Jolene.”

Eighteen years later, Whitney Houston cut it for The Bodyguard. Her version spent 14 weeks at No. 1, sold more than 24 million copies, and stands as the best-selling single by a woman in history, even regarded as the No. 1 greatest Dolly Parton cover of all time.

Stapleton’s All-American Road Show will continue into late 2026. And he’s not the only one carving out time to pay tribute to Parton via song, as John Mayer, Luke Bryan and Harry Styles also honored the country icon during their respective shows.
