The Korean Trick for the Crispiest, Crunchiest Chicken Wings
Super Bowl Sunday is here! No matter which team you're rooting for, it's important to gear up with all the necessary football party foods. Nachos, dips, deviled eggs and sliders are great additions to any Super Bowl spread, but a pile of crispy chicken wings is non-negotiable.
And when it comes to fried chicken, nobody does it better than the Koreans. Dakgangjeong, or KFC (short for Korean Fried Chicken), makes a lasting impression because of its sticky umami-packed glaze and, most importantly, its shatteringly crisp coating.
The method works on large pieces of chicken and wings. But no matter what type of chicken you're using, that ASMR-worthy crunch is thanks to one pantry ingredient: cornstarch.
Coating the chicken in cornstarch helps to develop a light, crisp crust all around the wings when they hit the hot oil. Another special treatment not to be skipped is double-frying the chicken, which removes more water from the skin than a single fry and makes sure the crispy crust will hold up to the generous amount of sauce.

The reason this method is so effective comes down to science. Cornstarch is a pure starch, and its ability to gelatinize when combined with heat and water is at the core of its magic.
When you coat your chicken with cornstarch, starch molecules swell and absorb some of the moisture in the chicken. This coating acts as a protective barrier that seals in the juices and prevents the meat from overcooking. As the heat of the oil rises, the water in the cornstarch evaporates, making those starch molecules rigid and brittle, which creates a crispy crust.

How to Make Chicken Wings With CornstarchThere are two ways to starch up your chicken wings: a dry method and a wet method. Which one to use depends on how you’re seasoning your wings.
Related: How to Make the Best-Ever Chicken Wings, According to Martha Stewart
Dry MethodThis method is your best bet if you're using a dry rub or simply seasoning the wings with salt and pepper.
Season 2 ½ to 3 pounds of chicken wings with salt and pepper or your spice blend, then toss them in 1 cup of cornstarch. Place the wings in an even layer on a wire rack and let them sit at room temperature until the wings absorb some of the starch and the surface of the wings starts to look gluey, about 15 minutes.
Wet MethodIf you want to marinate your wings, this is the method for you.
Marinate 2 ½ to 3 pounds of chicken wings in your marinade of choice. Remove the chicken from the marinade and whisk 2 tablespoons of the marinade with 1 cup of cornstarch and 2/3 cup water. Dunk the chicken in the cornstarch slurry, letting excess drip back into the bowl. Proceed with frying.
Fry, Then Fry AgainNo matter which method you use, the frying step is the same.
Heat 1 ½ to 2 inches of oil in a wok or large Dutch oven over medium-high until the oil reaches 350°. Set a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet. Working in batches, fry the chicken wings until they're light golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Transfer them from the oil to the rack, then repeat with the remaining wings. Once you've fried all the wings once, fry them again in batches until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.

What Else Can Cornstarch Crisp?A cornstarch coating isn’t just good for chicken wings. Once you get the hang of it, you can use it in many other dishes. The cornstarch and double-frying method is used in Chinese stir-fries and deep frying other foods, such as tofu, vegetables and even French fries.
And for any other fried food recipes you have bookmarked, try replacing a quarter of the flour in the batter with cornstarch. That swap will help create an extra crispy crust with minimal effort.
How to Air Fry Cornstarch-Dusted WingsCooking in the air fryer? This trick comes in handy there, too. Use the dry method above for chicken wings and air fry at 400° for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let cool for 5 minutes, spray with cooking oil, then air fry again for 5 minutes.

'Bridgerton': Luke Thompson Wore a 'Ridiculous' Sock in That Lake Scene
"The Field Next to the Other Road" follows Benedict Bridgerton (Luke Thompson) taking Sophie Baek (Yerin Ha) to his estate to rest after an attack. They are Bridgerton season 4's main couple after meeting at a masquerade ball. However, it'll be hard for them to have a future since Sophie is a maid and Benedict is expected to marry a lady. Thompson, 37, revealed what he had to wear in a scene where his character is supposed to be exposed.
Yerin Ha Says It Looked Like Luke Thompson Wore a Sick BagNetflix
Sophie went for a walk while struggling to enjoy leisure. She found a lake on the property while Benedict swam. The maid hid behind a tree until Benedict caught her. Benedict took his time to get dressed while looking in the direction of the tree. Viewers get a glimpse of his butt, suggesting he was naked. The actor was wearing something in the scene, but it was hidden.
"When I was doing the lake scene, you know, you have some sort of covering and weirdly, I can't tell you the covering looks more stupid than actually just being naked I think," Thompson said in the official podcast of the show. "It feels like a sick bag," Ha, 28, agreed. "Yeah, it looks like a big sick bag," Thompson said.
The actor said "poor Yerin" had to look at him in the scene, "and it was just me with this ridiculous sock on." The interviewer revealed the lake is the same one Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) used in his season. The lake probably won't be the only sexy water scene between the characters. The teaser part 2 shows Benedict and Sophie looking at each other. They circle a beautiful bathtub. They kiss, and it looks like the maid gets undressed. Part 2 will be released on Netflix on February 26.
Elmo Wins for Most Hilarious Reaction to Taylor Swift's 'Opalite' Music Video
Taylor Swift dropped her "Opalite" music video on Apple Music on Feb. 6, and none other than Sesame Street's own Elmo had the most hilarious reaction to the clip.
Related: Travis Kelce Says Taylor Swift Has ‘Made Him So Much Better’ at This One Thing
"Ms. Taylor Swift… you have got to be kidding Elmo," the children's show star posted on Threads shortly after the video was released. It features the 36-year-old popstar as a lonely woman obsessed with her pet rock before eventually falling in love with a human man (played by Domhnall Gleeson), who is similarly attached to a miniature cactus, thanks to a magical Opalite spray.
So, what does Elmo's post mean? The puppet is referencing his longstanding beef with Rocco, Zoe's pet rock on Sesame Street. While other characters go along with Zoe's game, Elmo is famously frustrated by his best friend acting like the rock is sentient and capable of anything.
In January 2022, a video of Elmo lashing out about Rocco went viral. In an unearthed clip from a 2004 episode, the red monster lost his cool when Zoe insisted he couldn't eat an oatmeal raisin cookie because Rocco wanted it.

"Rocco's a rock, Zoe! Rocco won't know the difference!" Elmo yells passionately. "How is Rocco gonna eat that cookie, Zoe?! Tell Elmo! Rocco doesn't even have a mouth! Rocco's just a rock! Rocco's not ALIVE!"
Fans were cracking up over the funny nod to the 2022 viral moment. "Taylor: Let’s make friendship bracelets for our rock friends. Elmo: Rocco is just a rock. A rock, Taylor Swift, a rock," posted one fan in the comments of the Thread. Another joked, "As soon as I saw this video, I thought how on earth did ROCCO make it into a TS video?" while a third wrote, "She ditched the boring rock for a red head. It’s the perfect Elmo story!"
The music video, which was released exclusively on Apple Music before getting a YouTube drop, is a star-studded miniature rom-com. It features cameos from Jodie Turner-Smith, Greta Lee, Lewis Capaldi, and Graham Norton. Even Peaky Blinders superstar Cillian Murphy appears on a billabord and provided a voiceover for the clip. Swift said she came up with the idea when she was a guest on the U.K. late night show alongside all of the music video stars.
A
"When we were all talking during the broadcast, Domhnall made a light hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos. He’s Irish! He was joking!," she shared on X after the video drop. "Except that in that moment during the interview, I was instantly struck with an *idea*."
The "Fate of Ophelia" songstress said she emailed him the "Opalite" video script a week later. "I had this thought that it would be wild if all of our fellow guests on The Graham Norton Show that night, including Graham himself, could be a part of it too," she wrote. "To my delight, everyone from the show made the effort to time travel back to the 90’s with us and help with this video."
New Data Reveals the Top Red Flags to Watch Out for on a Dinner Date
With Valentine's Day around the corner, dinner reservations are filling up fast and first impressions are happening across white tablecloths and shared appetizers. While a dinner date can feel romantic and low-pressure, new data suggests it can also reveal a lot about a person's character. From how they treat restaurant staff to what they say when the food arrives, small moments at the table can quickly turn into major red flags or reassuring green ones.
According to new findings from OpenTable, Americans were asked to share the biggest red-flag behaviors and green-flag moments they notice when dining out with a date. The results confirm what many people already suspect: a restaurant date is one of the clearest windows into how someone treats others, handles minor stress and shows respect. Whether it's your first dinner date or a Valentine's Day reservation with high expectations, these signals are worth paying attention to.
The Biggest Red Flags to Watch for on a Dinner Datefizkes / Shutterstock.com
If you've ever felt uneasy during a meal but couldn't quite put your finger on why, chances are one of these red flags showed up. The data highlights behaviors that diners overwhelmingly see as dealbreakers.
Top dinner date red flags:
- Your date is rude to restaurant staff (79 percent)
- Your date doesn't have basic table manners (77 percent)
- Your date complains excessively about the restaurant (67 percent)
Being dismissive toward servers is the biggest red flag by far, and it often leaves a lasting impression. Poor table manners can also signal a lack of awareness or respect in shared spaces. Complaining nonstop about the restaurant, even when things are mostly fine, can quickly turn a romantic dinner into an awkward experience.

The Green Flags That Signal a Great Dinner DateThankfully, the data also points to behaviors that people see as major green flags during a dinner date. These actions suggest generosity, kindness and emotional intelligence—all qualities many are seeking heading into Valentine's Day.
Top dinner date green flags:
- Your date leaves a generous tip (68 percent)
- Your date offers to cover the entire bill (65 percent)
- Your date compliments the restaurant service without being prompted (64 percent)
These green flags often reflect how someone values service workers and shared experiences. Leaving a generous tip or acknowledging great service shows gratitude and awareness, while offering to pay can come across as thoughtful rather than transactional when done respectfully.
As Valentine's Day approaches and dinner dates spike, these red flags and green flags offer a helpful gut check. Paying attention to these subtle signals can tell you a lot about whether a second date is worth booking.

Timothy Busfield Indicted By Grand Jury on Child Sexual Abuse Charges
Timothy Busfield has been indicted by a grand jury on four counts of criminal sexual contact of a child.
On Friday, Feb. 6, the District Attorney for New Mexico's Bernalillo County Sam Bregmanannounced that a grand jury had indicted Busfield on the four charges.

"As with all criminal proceedings, Mr. Busfield is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law," read the statement shared on Bregman's Facebook page. "This case will proceed through the judicial process and is expected to move forward to trial."
The statement continued, "The case will be prosecuted by the Special Victims Unit of the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office. District Attorney Sam Bregman emphasized that protecting children remains a top priority for his office. The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office remains committed to doing everything possible to protect children and ensure justice for victims. No further information is being released at this time."
Busfield had turned himself in to authorities on Jan. 13 following a warrant for his arrest issued by the Albuquerque Police Department (APD). The APD alleged that Busfield has engaged in illegal sexual contact with 11-year-old twin boys.
Officer Marvin Brown, who issued the warrant for Busfield's arrest, alleged that the incidents of sexual misconduct began when one of the boys was just 7 years old. The warrant also claimed that Busfield had met the boys on set of the FOX series The Cleaning Lady where he had served as director.
In a pretrial detention motion filed on Jan. 14, another allegation of child sexual abuse arose when a victim's father had reported to police that Busfield had allegedly sexually abused his daughter.
On Jan. 20, Busfield was released by authorities while he awaits trial under the condition he appears for all his future court dates and does not possess any firearms or dangerous weapons, consume any alcohol or illegal drugs, have contact with the alleged victims or their families, discuss the case with any witnesses, or have unsupervised contact with any minor children.
Busfield’s wife, Melissa Gilbert, was seen in attendance at the pretrial detention hearing, whispering "Thank you, God," upon the announcement of his release.
Busfield has denied all child sexual abuse allegations against him. In a video obtained by TMZ , he asserted his innocence saying, "They're all lies and I did not do anything to those little boys and I'm gonna fight it. I'm gonna fight it with a great team, and I'm gonna be exonerated, I know I am, because this is all so wrong and all lies."

'The View' Sunny Hostin Points to Troubling Kid Rock Lyrics Ahead of Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Performance
The Viewtackled the ongoing debate and criticism surrounding Bad Bunny's halftime performance at the Super Bowl. Co-host Sunny Hostin called out Kid Rockfor his problematic lyrics and comments against the Puerto Rican singer.
Super Bowl LX is set to take place this weekend on Feb. 8, with tensions and excitement high over how the Grammy winner will tackle the largest stage in pop culture. Criticism has followed the native Puerto Rican since he was announced as the headliner amid growing political tensions in the U.S.
Hostin addressed Turning Point USA's decision to broadcast an "All-American Halftime Show" headlined by Kid Rock as an alternative to Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl performance. The View co-host made it a point to state, "Puerto Ricans are American citizens," and called backlash against the Latin artist "just racism, pure and simple."
She didn't end there and pointed out that Kid Rock's past song lyrics are far more concerning as they speak about liking underage girls. The song she refers to his "Cool, Daddy Cool," which was part of Osmosis Jones for the 2001 animated movie.
"It includes the following lyrics about underage girls," Hostin said, before reading the lyrics from the song in tune, "'Young ladies, young ladies, I like 'em underage. See, some say that's statutory, but I say it's mandatory.'"
Hostin also added, "So, if that's more American, go for it." She also pointed out that the Super Bowl has had non-American artists before, like Coldplay and U2, and "that didn't make the halftime show un-American. It is so very racist what is happening in this country about Bad Bunny."

The View co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin also chimed in, criticizing Kid Rock and explaining that choosing Bad Bunny was also a "business decision by the NFL."
"I'd guess this might be the most-watched. Listen, people want the rage bait. They want the engagement online. But, at the end of the day, Kid Rock is a very average artist who has mostly kind of gone past his prime. Average might be generous."
Bad Bunny recently made history at the 2026 Grammys, becoming the first artist to win Album of the Year with a Latin record.

Actress Gal Gadot Reveals Rare Life-Threatening Health Condition
Gal Gadot is opening up about a health struggle after learning about a difficult medical condition during her last pregnancy.
The Wonder Woman star, 40, took to Instagram on Friday, Feb. 6, to reveal her Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis (CVST) diagnosis, a rare blood clot in the brain.
While reflecting on her time carrying her fourth daughter, Ori, she shared maternity photos of herself in a sheer black dress. In them, she flaunted her growing belly, placing her hands on her back and gazing into the camera. A third slide pictured the young babe, who was born in March 2024.
The snaps were beautiful; however, in the post's caption, the Justice League film star divulged more than what meets the eye, recalling an intensely scary time in her life.
"Two years ago today, I was walking through a very dark valley in my life. Right beside that darkness, my daughter Ori was born, bringing an abundance of light into my world. Life is truly Yin and Yang... in every shadow, there is a spark of light, and within every light, there is a point of darkness," she wrote.
The Fast X actress went on to explain some of what she was up against: "For those who don’t know, I was in the late stages of my pregnancy when I suffered several blood clots in my brain. It was terrifying and painful. Staying alert and aware is what ultimately saved my life. (And the amazing doctors who took care of me). Always advocate for your health. This photo was taken just two weeks before I found out about my condition and Ori was born."
Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rare form of stroke that "occurs when a blood clot forms in the brain’s venous sinuses. The clot keeps blood from draining out of the brain. As a result, pressure builds up in the blood vessels. This can lead to swelling and bleeding (hemorrhage) in the brain," according to Johns Hopkins Medicine.
In closing, Gadot shared a note of thankfulness, adding, "I am so deeply grateful for my life and for the lives of my loved ones. Wishing us all health and endless light. Even when it feels dark, remember- there is always a point of light waiting for you to find it🤍🙏," before including the hashtags, "#BloodClotAwareness#cerebralvenoussinusthrombosis," to the upload.
Fans hopped into the comments section to send love her way.
"So beautiful," one said, while another wrote, "Nothing but health! And how important it is to talk about it to raise awareness♥️," translated from Hebrew to English.
"So beautiful—the photos and your caption ❤️ As your fan, I am also grateful you and Ori have been given such a gift. Truly a blessing," a third penned.
In the absence of words, several more simply dropped red heart and praying hands emojis.
In addition to Ori, the actress shares three older daughters—Alma, Maya, and Daniella—with husband, Jaron Varsano.

Alan Cumming Stuns in New Twist on Leather for Stylish Campaign Honoring an Acting Icon
New York Fashion Week made history when it banned fur — will animal skins be next?
With the monumental fashion event just a week away, Alan Cumming stars in PETA’s provocative new messaging blitz popping up all over the Big Apple that puts a sexy, vegan twist on the iconic image of Marlon Brando in The Wild One — this time, featuring Cumming, 61, as the alluring outlaw rebelling against cruel, outdated animal skins.
In the shot, the Emmy Award-winning host of the hit reality show The Traitors wears a cactus leather jacket by All Saints, vegan leather Dr. Martens boots and a vegan leather cap while leaning against a vintage Triumph motorcycle and urging viewers to only wear leather made from plants.
“You can be sexy and powerful wearing vegan leather. I’ve done it. It’s so much cooler to be a rebel with a cause,” Cumming says in a new PETA video. “The dairy and meat industry is incredibly damaging to our planet and to the well-being of animals. There’s loads of plant-based materials that are available today in clothes of all sorts, so there’s absolutely no need to be wearing leather.”
PETA pointed out in its recent press release that most animal skins used for jackets, shoes and other clothing come from cows raised for beef or milk, and that buying leather made from cows' skin directly fuels factory farming.
PETA’s poster — which was shot by photographer Richard Phibbs — can be seen plastered on facades throughout New York City, including in SoHo and the Meatpacking District.
With season 4 of The Traitors in full swing, Cumming has been making headlines in a variety of ways these days — especially after receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame last month. The star was awarded in the Live Theatre/Live Performance category, a nod to a body of work that has never stayed neatly in one lane.
2000s Metalcore Band Announces First Album in 11 Years
The Carmel, Indiana-based metalcore band Haste the Day has announced their seventh studio album Dissenter—their first album in 11 years.
The album is scheduled to release on May 1, but fans of the band don't have to wait until then to enjoy new Haste the Day music, because the group also released their latest single "Shallows" today on all streaming platforms.
"'Shallows' captures the core of what we set out to create on this record—aggressive, melodic metalcore," the band said in an article published in Lambgoat. "Driven by high-energy riffs, heavy breakdowns and a memorable chorus, the song balances nostalgia with contemporary influence. Lyrically, it confronts disillusionment, corruption and the cost of defiance."
View this post on InstagramFans of the band erupted in excitement on social media at the news of the new music releases.
"I'm not crying, you're crying," one Instagram commenter wrote.
"Song is a banger, can’t wait for the album 🤘🏻🤘🏻" wrote another.
Another commenter wrote, "Cant wait for this 🔥."
Pre-orders for Dissenter are already available on Solid State Records in CD, vinyl and digital formats.
Haste the Day was founded in 2001 by Brennan Chaulk, Devin Chaulk and Mike Murphy, with the name of the band deriving from the Horatio Spafford hymn "It Is Well with My Soul." The band later added longtime friend Jason Barnes and Jimmy Ryan to the group, releasing their first album Burning Bridges in 2004. Their second album When Everything Falls (2005) gained the band worldwide recognition and acclaim after touring heavily during the period of its release.
Lineup changes and evolving interests led the band to disband in 2011, but they reunited in 2014 for a one-night-only performance in celebration of Burning Bridges' 10th anniversary, later releasing their sixth studio album Coward in 2015. After another hiatus, the band returned again, playing festivals and working on new music. Currently, the band's lineup includes Stephen Keech, Brennan Chaulk, Scott Whelan, Dave Krysl, Mike Murphy and Giuseppe "Joey" Antonio Capolupo.

Savannah Guthrie’s Mom’s Location Could Be Nearby Per Unverified Ransom Note: Harvey Levin
Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing, six days after authorities believe that she was abducted from her home in Arizona. Police say that the 84-year-old may have been taken from her bed in the middle of the night on February 1.
On February 3, TMZ reported that they'd received an email that was phrased like a ransom note. In that email, there were specifics about Nancy as if to prove that the person who sent the email did indeed have her. Although TMZ's Harvey Levin has not shared any specific details about the email (which was sent to investigators), he is now speaking out about one particular detail.
If the letter is legit, Levin cautioned, there was one thing that caught his attention—and it may suggest that Nancy isn't too far from her home, just north of Tucson. On February 6, Levin explained that the person who sent the email said that Nancy would be returned home if the ransom money (millions in bitcoin) was paid. The key is that the person who sent the email gave a timeframe for the return—in other words, if the money is received, Nancy would be returned home in X amount of time. Levin did not share the specific timeframe given.
Levin said that based on the information in the email, it suggests that Nancy's location isn't too far from home—but she could be in another state... or another country. Levin drew out a map in which he took the timeframe and applied it to how many miles one could drive in that amount of time to get Nancy back to Tucson. Per his calculations, it could mean that Nancy is in California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas or even Mexico. However, it would rule out that she'd be in any other area.
TMZ also said that the ransom letter was very well written, it had "structure and detail" and it seems to have been crafted by "someone who is educated."
Now, according to the timeline provided by the Pima County Sheriff's department at a press conference on Thursday, Feb. 5, it is believed that Nancy was taken from her home around 2:30 a.m. local time. Police weren't notified of her disappearance until 12 p.m. local time the next day. This means that someone had nine and a half hours to take Nancy wherever they were going.
View this post on InstagramAuthorities have not confirmed or denied whether or not this email is legitimate. However, Savannah mentioned the ransom letter in an emotional video shared on social media on Wednesday, Feb. 4. In that video, the family spoke directly to the possibly kidnappers, saying they were ready to talk and asking for proof of life.

Halle Berry Shows Off Gorgeous Engagement Ring After Say Yes to Van Hunt
Halle Berry is officially off the market.
Last night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the actress shared a little update with the late-night talk show host: She and longtime boyfriend Van Hunt are engaged!
After clearing up the confusion of some thinking she said no, Berry dangled her left hand for all to see the massive rock now residing on her ring finger.
“He put a little ring on it,” she said.
Courtesy of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" / YouTubeThe ring itself is gorgeous. It appears to be yellow gold with a rectangular cluster setting with its center made up of multiple small diamonds arranged in a tight grid. Set close together, the diamonds are giving that sparkle energy, turning the architectural marvel into quite the stunner. Stay tuned for more details; hopefully, Berry or Hunt will dish on the inspiration behind it.
View this post on InstagramOf course, the starlet is no stranger to gorgeous hardware. For her engagement to Olivier Martinez back in 2021, she flaunted a one of a kind four-carat emerald set in hand-forged yellow gold. Designed by Robert Mazlo, it featured secret symbols representing the then couple’s love story, People reported at the time.
Berry and Hunt have been together for six years. They met during the pandemic, with Hunt's brother setting the two up. Years later and in no rush to walk down the aisle, the two have been open about not feeling it necessary to “validate their love.”
In June 2025, the pair appeared on “Today With Jenna & Friends,” with Hunt sharing that he had proposed.
Hunt explained, "I put out the proposal and it’s still on hold, as you can see. It’s just out there, floating. You know, maybe you can encourage her."
Berry explained why she hadn’t given him an answer yet, saying, “Well, I’ve been married three times. Van has been married once, and so, no, we don’t feel like we have to get married to validate our love in any way. We don't.”
Looks like they’re ready to get take the plunge now. Congrats, you two!

Bethenny Frankel Shares She Was Asked to Return to 'RHONY' OG Show
Bethenny Frankel confirmed this week that she was asked to join her former Real Housewives of New York City co-stars on their newly announced TV show and turned it down.
"I have been asked, just so you know," she said in an Instagram video shared on Thursday. "I don't know that that particular formula is best for me spiritually physically, emotionally."
View this post on InstagramFrankel, 55, who is an "OG" of the Bravo cast which includes Jill Zarin, Luann de Lesseps, Alex McCord and Ramona Singer, starred in the show's first three seasons and then returned for Season 7-11. She also starred in spin-off shows, including one that followed her pregnancy with daughter Brynn and getting married to her now-ex husband Jason Hoppy.
"I'm so happy for the women and I'm happy for E!, I think it's disruptive I think it's interesting, I think it's business I think its so many different things," she said of the new show, mentioning that she's in "a different place in my life where I don't want to share everything."
The new show, set to air later this year will be called The Golden Life and will follow the lives of de Lesseps, Singer, Zarin, and other RHONY staples Kelly Bensimon, and Sonja Morgan in Florida.
"I genuinely want the best for them and it and hope it does incredibly well," Frankel added.
However, Frankel, whose final departure from the franchise was in 2019, alluded to something in the works for those bummed she won't be on E! program.
"Don't worry I've got a couple of tricks up my sleeve," she said.

The show itself has caused a stir as E! is now considered a rival network to Bravo. The two were once under the same parent company, NBCUniversal, however E!, along with multiple other sites that were once NBC-owned, is now owned by Versant.
RHONY was rebooted with a new cast after 2021 however The Golden Life is perhaps in response to the fact that fans have not been as receptive to the new crew which includes Erin Lichy, Jessel Taank and Sai De Silva.

Adam Sandler Denies 'Insane' Viral TikTok Story Involving His Daughter and Chanel Store
Happy Gilmore star Adam Sandler doesn't take false narratives lightly, especially when it concerns his daughter, Sadie Sandler. After a TikTok video went viral, the actor called the "made-up" story "insane."
During the red carpet at a Santa Barbara International Film Festival honoring the Jay Kelly star, Sandler made it a point to address the TikTok video involving his daughter and a fake incident at a Chanel store.
"By the way, there's something on the internet talking about that dumb thing," Sandler said to People. "I've been hearing about this thing and I saw it, and it's just insane. It's just this made-up, weird thing that people ask me about. And I'm just like, 'I've never heard of this in my life.' That story was 100 percent insane and made-up, and not a word of it is true."

@brownpatriciatzbe6Adam Sandler revealed that his daughter was humiliated at a luxury store, and said he spent $310,000 to settle the matter.#fyp #foruyou #usa #usatiktok #usa🇺🇸
♬ original sound - Coffee Kitty KaylaThe TikTok video in question was posted earlier this week using video snippets of Sandler and what appears to be his voice telling the details of the incident. Per the video, his daughter Sadie was humiliated when entering a Chanel store in Beverly Hills.
Sadie was dressed in casual clothes when the "sales associate scanned her with pure disdain." The sales associate also said the limited edition classic flap bag was for "real customers," and Sadie wasn't allowed to touch the $28,000 item.
In the video, Sandler rushed to the store when getting a message from his daughter and confronted the associate, asking if they were judging people based on their clothes. He then proceeded to buy every Chanel flap bag, totalling $312,000, and confronted the sales associate again about having class.
Sandler revealed he was sent the TikTok video by a friend who asked about what happened. The actor called it utter "nonsense" and did admit that other videos of him getting In-N-Out late at night were true, but the latest video was "pathetic."
