Eric Dane's Widow Rebecca Gayheart Spotted for First Time Since His Death
Eric Dane's widow, Rebecca Gayheart, was spotted for the first time since the Grey's Anatomy and Euphoria star's death.
On February 19, Dane died at 53 following a battle with ALS. He is survived by his wife, Gayheart, and their two daughters, Billie, 15, and Georgia. 14. Gayheart filed for divorce in 2018 but withdrew the filing in March 2025, shortly before Dane publicly announced his ALS diagnosis in April.
In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, Gayheart, 54, was spotted during a visit to the Los Angeles house where Dane lived leading up to his death. His widow was photographed leaving the home while wearing a tan trench coat and glasses and carrying a large black purse.
See the photos of Gayheart in her first public outing since Dane's death.
In a November 2025 interview on the Broad Ideas podcast, Gayheart spoke about Dane's ALS battle and what she hoped to model for their daughters.
âWe show up for people no matter what," she explained. "He is our family. He is your father. We will get through it the best we can.â

Still, Gayheart admitted the situation was "super complicated," as she and Dane had been separated for years.
âI donât know if Iâm doing it well or if Iâm doing it the wrong way or the right way,â she confessed. âIâm just showing up and trying to be there for them. I guess time will tell.â
In the wake of Dane's death, his friends organized a GoFundMe to benefit his daughters. Euphoria creator Dan Levinson and his wife, Ashley, donated $27,000âand as of writing, more than $145,000 of the $250,000 goal had been raised.
Dane sent a final message to Billie and Georgia in an episode of the Netflix series Famous Last Words, which was released after his death.
âLive right now in the present,â he told them. âThe past contains regrets. The future remains unknown. So you have to live now. The present is all you have. Treasure it, cherish every moment.â
In the heartbreaking episode, Dane offered three other important bits of advice. He concluded, "Billie and Georgia, you are my heart. You are my everything. Good night. I love you. Those are my last words.â

Led Zeppelin Only Performed This Classic Song Live Once
Fifty-four years ago today, February 21, 1972, Led Zeppelin released âRock and Roll / Four Sticksâ as a 7-inch single in the United States. While âRock and Rollâ quickly became a staple of the bandâs live shows, its companion track, âFour Sticks,â developed a very different legacy.
In fact, Led Zeppelin only ever performed âFour Sticksâ live once.
The notoriously complex track from 1971âs Led Zeppelin IV made its lone onstage appearance on May 3, 1971, at KB Hallen in Copenhagen, Denmarkâmonths before the album was even released. A rare bootleg recording confirms the performance, but the band never attempted it again as a full unit.
The reason? âFour Sticksâ was famously difficult to execute.
The song alternates between unusual time signatures of 5/8 and 6/8, which are not standard rock rhythms, and proved so tricky in the studio that it nearly didnât make the album at all. According to long-told band lore, drummer John Bonham ultimately rescued the track. Inspired after seeing Ginger Bakerâs band Air Force, Bonham reportedly came into the studio, grabbed two drumsticks in each handâgiving the song its titleâand powered through two takes that locked the arrangement into place.
Unlike many Zeppelin classics, âFour Sticksâ contains no traditional Jimmy Page guitar solo. Instead, the band locks into a dense, hypnotic groove built around Bonhamâs thunderous drumming, John Paul Jonesâ bass and synthesizer textures, and Robert Plantâs Eastern-inspired vocal melody.
Though the band shelved it from future tours, the song didnât disappear entirely. Page and Plant revisited it in 1972 during sessions in India with the Bombay Symphony Orchestra, recording an orchestral version later released as âFour Hands.â Page and Plant would also resurrect the track during their 1994 âUnleddedâ MTV sessions.
Still, as far as Led Zeppelinâs original lineup is concerned, âFour Sticksâ remains one of the rarest entries in their live catalogâa deep cut played just once, but permanently etched into rock mythology.
The Hidden Meaning Behind the Bracelet Nick Jonas is Wearing for Priyanka Chopra
Nick Jonas has officially leveled up from 'supportive husband' to a 'whole green forest' in the eyes of his fans, a term coined by social media users to describe a partner whose positive traits surpass even the standard 'green flag' status. While the Jonas Brothers singer is no stranger to public displays of affection for his wife, Priyanka Chopra, his latest accessory is sparking a conversation about culture-aware appreciation and modern marriage.
The buzz began on February 19, when Jonas posted a seemingly casual video to his Instagram account. In the clip, heâs seen making a spicy Bloody Mary, a nod to Chopraâs character 'Bloody Mary' in her new pirate-action film, The Bluff. However, as he shook the cocktail, eagle-eyed viewers caught the gold- and black-beaded string wrapped around his wrist.
View this post on InstagramThe piece is a mangalsutra bracelet, a contemporary take on the traditional necklace given by a groom to a bride during a Hindu wedding ceremony. Derived from the Sanskrit words mangal (auspicious) and sutra (thread), the jewelry symbolizes the sacred bond of marriage and is traditionally believed to ward off negative energy while protecting the coupleâs union.

While Chopra frequently wears her own mangalsutra (often in modern, diamond-studded designs) Jonasâs decision to wear a masculine version of the marital symbol marks a significant departure from tradition. Historically, the mangalsutra is worn only by the wife. By adopting the symbol himself, Jonas is being hailed for a gesture that suggests marital commitment is a shared, visible responsibility rather than a one-sided one.
'Nick Jiju is the best," one fan commented, using the Hindi term for 'brother-in-law,' a title bestowed upon him by the Indian public shortly after the coupleâs 2018 nuptials. 'This man is wearing a Mangalsutra bracelet for wifey,' another fan posted. 'đ« đ« đ« đ« Iâve meltedâ€ïž.'
The timing of the reveal coincides with the promotional push for The Bluff, which premiered in Los Angeles on February 17 and is set for a February 25 release on Prime Video. Throughout the press tour, Jonas has been a constant fixture by Chopraâs side. At the premiere, he was photographed fixing the train of her custom leather armor gown, but it was the subtle black beads on his wrist that people really noticed.
This isn't the first time Jonas has leaned into his 'National Jiju' persona. He has previously spoken about his deep respect for Hinduism, noting that he and Chopra are raising their daughter, Malti Marie, to understand and value both their backgrounds.

The skin's needs change dramatically from one decade to the next. What worked for you in your 20s may not deliver the results you need by the time you reach your 50s. Hormones and genetics both play significant roles, affecting everything from texture to appearance. Lifestyle choices, from diet to sun exposure, can also have an effect.
One of the most crucial culprits, though, is the natural loss of structural support that occurs over time. "As we age, there is a gradual decline in collagen and elastin, the proteins responsible for keeping skin firm, resilient, and able to 'snap back,'" explained Dr. Melanie Palm, a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon at Art of Skin MD. "This breakdown weakens the skin's support system and leads to laxity.'
Among the most crucial components of an effective anti-aging skincare protocol are hydration, sun protection, and antioxidants. As the skin produces less oil, it can start to look crepey. That's where products like fatty moisturizers and oils come in, restoring suppleness and leaving your complexion supple and glowy.Â
A broad-spectrum sunscreen is non-negotiable, since it both prevents future damage and guards against further collagen loss. Plus, according to Vanessa Coppola, DNP, FNP-BC, a board-certified menopause practitioner and the founder of Bare Aesthetic Medspa, a few active ingredients can make an enormous difference in both the look and feel of your complexion. "Peptides, retinol, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid send messages to the skin to behave younger, but consistency is key."Â
In short, your usual skincare routine may need an overhaul to ensure that you're giving your complexion what it needs to stay smooth, soft, and healthy. The good news is that you don't need to commit to a complex multi-step regimen. A few thoughtfully formulated products can go a long way in giving your skin the nourishment and care it needs to look its best. Â
La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer, $25 at AmazonHaving tried and tested countless moisturizers over the years, I eventually concluded that nothing could ever come close to this cream. It has a lightweight consistency, with ingredients like niacinamide, ceramides, and prebiotic thermal water working together to lock in moisture and protect the skin's barrier from damage. The same protein n loss that affects your face can also leave your hands thinner and drier, explained Dr. Jodi LoGerfo, a Doctor of Nursing Practice at the Orentreich Medical Group. "Collagen and elastin are essential for maintaining skin firmness and elasticity," she said. She recommends this soothing hand cream that's enriched with triple oat and shea butter to intensely hydrate the skin without leaving behind a greasy finish.
RoC Multi Correxion Revive + Glow Vitamin C Serum, $28 (was $35) at AmazonMoisturizers alone aren't typically enough to address the needs of over-50 skin. "Serums can be powerful because they deliver high concentrations of active ingredients that support collagen production, boost hydration, improve texture, and smooth fine lines," Dr. Palm noted. One that earns routine praise is this blend of vitamin C and peptides. It's designed to treat a myriad of concerns, from sagging to sallowness, and provides important daily antioxidant protection.

This Is Hands-Down the Most Underrated Way To Walk for Heart Health, Cardiologists Say
If you're looking to add more movement to your days, walking is arguably one of the easiest ways to do that. Walking is a low-impact aerobic exercise suitable for those starting their fitness journey and even those who are already quite fit. When it comes to walking, most people think that hitting 10,000 steps per day is the ultimate goalâbut there's actually way more to it than that.
Despite its simplicity, walking is often underestimated. Because it doesnât require special equipment, gym memberships or a steep learning curve, it can be easy to overlook just how powerful this habit can be when done thoughtfully.
Many people also assume that all walking is created equal, when in reality, the way walking shows up in your daily lifeâand how consistently you return to itâcan influence the benefits you experience over time. From stress levels to cardiovascular markers, walking has been linked to a wide range of positive health outcomes, which is why experts continue to study what makes it most effective.
"Walking is an excellent form of low-impact exercise that can have many significant health benefits and can be sustainable in the long-term," says Dr. Bradley Serwer, MD,an interventional cardiologist and chief medical officer at VitalSolution. "The most important aspect for all exercise is consistency and finding something you enjoy."
Ahead, we spoke with cardiologists about the best way to walk for heart health. Spoiler alert: It's not necessarily about hitting 10,000 steps.

The most overlooked way to walk for heart health is breaking it up into small increments throughout the day.
"These 'movement snacks' are easy to fit into daily life, lower the barrier to getting
started, and help people stay consistent," says Dr. Alan Rozanski, MD, behavioral cardiologist and director of nuclear cardiology at Mount Sinai St. Luke. "Biologically, frequent movement counteracts the harmful effects of prolonged sitting, improves blood sugar control, and repeatedly stimulates circulation and blood vessel function."Â

According to Dr. Nefthi Sundeep, MD,pediatric cardiologist at MultiCare Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, research presented at an American Heart Association Conference in 2021 showed that taking more steps per day, either all at once or in shorter spurts, may help you live longer.Â
"The investigators found that study participants who took more steps in short spurts lived longer, regardless of how many steps they had in longer, uninterrupted bouts," he explains. "The benefits leveled off at about 4,500 steps per day in short spurts."
When it comes to walking in small increments, Dr. Heather Shenkman, MD, cardiologist and board advisory member at 1MD Nutrition, generally recommends aiming for about 30 minutes per day. However, those minutes can be broken up into shorter walks throughout the day.Â
This can look like going on short five to 10-minute walks each hour if you work from home or even taking some time to walk your dog a few times per day, whether that's around your apartment complex or to the nearby dog park.Â
"Think of it like brushing your teeth: doing it briefly but often works far better than one long, heroic session you canât keep up," says Dr. Robert Ostfeld, MD, cardiologist and director of preventative cardiology at Montefiore Health System. "And hereâs the key: something youâll actually do beats something you plan to do. Walking sprinkled throughout the day is sustainable, and sustainability is what changes hearts."Â

How Many Steps Should You Walk per Day for Heart Health? In terms of step count, you're probably familiar with the idea that 10,000 steps should be the daily goal; however, that's not necessarily true.Â
A study published in Lancet Public Health indicated that walking 7,000 steps per day was strongly linked to significant reductions in cardiovascular disease risk and mortality in large cohort studies and systematic reviews, according to Dr. Sundeep.Â
Additionally, even walking 4,000 to 5,000 steps per day or adding 500 to 1,000 steps to a lower overall step count is associated with positive heart health benefits, although to a lesser degree, according to the American Heart Association.Â
When it comes to walking, it's not just the steps that are important but also the pace.
"A good guideline is walking at a pace where you can still carry on a conversation but would feel winded if you tried to sing," says Dr. Shenkman. "That level of effort raises the heart rate enough to improve cardiovascular fitness without placing unnecessary stress on the body. For patients who are already active and medically cleared, incorporating periods of faster walking can add benefit, but itâs not essential for heart protection."

What Are the Health Benefits of Walking? There are several health benefits of walking outside of improving cardiovascular health.Â
"Regular walking can lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol levels, reduce insulin resistance and diabetes risk, decrease inflammation, improve blood vessel function and lower the risk of heart attack, stroke and premature death," says Dr. Ostfeld. Â
Related:Why Experts Say This Health Number Matters More Than Cholesterol for Stroke Risk
Who Shouldn't Be Starting or Increasing Walking?Although walking is generally safe and beneficial for most people, it's still recommended to talk with your care team before changing or adding anything to your exercise regimen.Â
"Anyone with new or concerning heart symptoms such as chest pain, irregular heart rhythms or unexplained shortness of breathâas well as those recovering from illness or living with significant joint, balance or nerve problemsâshould check with a healthcare professional before starting or increasing walking," says Dr. Rozanski. "In most cases, walking doesnât need to be avoided; it simply needs to be adjusted, whether that means a slower pace, supportive footwear, an assistive device, or a supervised program. The goal is to stay active in a way that is safe, comfortable, and sustainable for your body."

'80s Mystery Series Ranked 'Most Influential' Drama of the 1980s
When it comes to TV, books, and movies, crime dramas and mysteries couldnât be more popular. Murder, She Wrote, the classic 1980s mystery series starring Angela Lansbury as amateur sleuth Jessica Fletcher, is one of the most beloved TV crime dramas of the era. The show is still impactful forty years later and was just ranked âthe most influentialâ drama of the 1980s.
Murder, She Wrote Ranked Among the Most Influential of the 1980sRanking the most influential TV shows of the 1980s, according to Collider, Murder, She Wrote is listed as the second most influential TV show of the decade and holds the top spot among dramas. According to the site:
âThe murder mystery and police procedural genres are exploding right now, and thatâs thanks to early shows of the type like Murder, She Wrote. Angela Lansbury shone as Jessica Fletcher, a mystery writer and amateur detective whose deep knowledge about crime causes her to see things differently and notice details others donât. This skill, in turn, helps law enforcement solve real-life crimes.
Murder, She Wrote was one of the first shows to explore the idea of an amateur detective, someone who had a knack for solving crimes but wasnât technically in law enforcement. She was also one of the first female leading ladies in a crime drama, ushering in many more who followed.â
How Long Murder, She Wrote AiredMurder, She Wrote premiered on CBS on September 30, 1984, and ran for 12 seasons, concluding on May 19, 1996. The series had an impressive run of 264 episodes, followed by four made-for-television movies that aired between 1997 and 2003, all starring Lansbury and extending the life of the franchise even further.

The Showâs Setting and Lasting InfluenceThe show was set in the fictional town of Cabot Cove, Maine, and helped define TVâs cozy mystery genre. Its focus on character-driven storytelling, minimal graphic violence, and puzzle-style plotting made it popular with a wide, multigenerational audience.
Lansburyâs portrayal of Jessica Fletcher became iconic, earning the Hollywood legend multiple Emmy nominations and cementing Jessica Fletcher as one of TVâs most memorable female protagonists. The role placed Lansbury at the center of an enduring pop culture legacy.
Murder, She Wrote paved the way for many procedural dramas and mystery series that feature amateur sleuths, charming communities, and strong female characters.
Famous Guest Stars and Why the Series EndedIn addition to the showâs lasting influence, Murder, She Wrote featured an impressive roster of famous faces in guest-starring roles. Over the years, the series included appearances from Tom Bosley, William Windom (who had a recurring role as Dr. Seth Hazlitt), Jerry Orbach, Courteney Cox, George Clooney, and many more.
Murder, She Wrote ended after 12 successful seasons in 1996. Despite the conclusion of the weekly series, it remains a staple of classic television and continues to find new audiences thanks to its availability on streaming platforms like Tubi and Amazon Prime Video.
Michael Imperioli Says Many 'Sopranos' Characters Wouldâve Been 'Trump Supporters'
Though The Sopranos ended in 2007, the showâs cultural impact is everlasting. The question remains, however, how exactly would the story unfold if it were set in 2026?Â
Michael Imperioli, who played the complicated Christopher Moltisanti on the award-winning HBO original, has a few thoughts.Â
âThe show is about the American dream, especially through the eyes of immigrants. I think that would be one of the big themes if it was made today: the current climate in the U.S. and what theyâre doing to immigrants,â Imperioli told The Independent in an interview published on February 15.Â
âThe fact is that these characters are all immigrants, but I think a lot of them would probably be Trump supporters, oddly enough,â he added, referring to Donald Trump. âSo how do they reconcile those things? When Italians came over â and people forget this, or they donât want to see it â a lot of them were undocumented.â
The Sopranos, set in New Jersey, premiered on HBO on January 10, 1999, starring James Gandolfini, Edie Falco, Lorraine Bracco, and Imperioli, among others. The series ran for six seasons, concluding on June 10, 2007.
Over its six-season run, The Sopranos won 21 Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Drama Series (2004 and 2007), and five Golden Globe Awards, including Best Television Series â Drama. The show also earned numerous Screen Actors Guild Awards and Peabody recognition for its cultural impact.

Gandolfini, won three Primetime Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Tony Soprano. Gandolfini died on June 19, 2013, at age 51 after suffering a heart attack while on vacation in Rome, a loss that continues to be mourned today by fans and across the entertainment industry.
The Saddest Country Song of the 2000s Will Break Your Heart
Few songs have the power to stop listeners in their tracks quite like this heartbreaking country ballad. More than two decades after its release, the emotional narrative told by these lyrics continues to leave audiences in tears.
The trackâs haunting narrative and unforgettable imagery have cemented its place among the most tragic songs in country music history, resonating with fans who still revisit it when they need a good cry.
That song is "Concrete Angel," released in 2002 and performed by Martina McBride. Rolling Stone ranked the track the "saddest country song of all time," in a chart created in September 2019.
"I've certainly had a lot of people tell me when I'm performing at shows what the song means to them,"Â said the song's co-writer Rob Crosby. "The fact that a few kids have seen the music video, which flashes the number for Child Help USA, and have been able to escape a bad situation is a gratifying thing."
The song tells the story of a young girl suffering from severe child abuse.
"Concrete Angel" is one of McBride's biggest hitsâand she almost didn't record it.
"If I remember right, I had heard this song for the previous album. I hesitated to record it because I thought it might be too heavy," she told Billboard in 2021. "But in the end I followed my gut, which was telling me I needed to do it. It has become one of the most streamed and watched songs in my entire catalog. I think, in the end, itâs a healing song for many."
If you're looking to round out your sad country songs playlist, Rolling Stone has "Iâm So Lonesome I Could Cry" by Hank Williams and "Whiskey Lullaby" by Brad Paisley and Alison Krauss in its two and three spots.

Who Will Win âThe Traitorsâ Season 4? After Watching Every Episode, Here Are Our Predictions
Despite the label of "the gamers," The Traitors is a very different type of social strategy show. You can't really chart momentum from round to round, with suspicions constantly changing. With the Traitors functioning as the main characters of the show, it's tough to segment out a "winner's edit." Heck, Lord Ivar Mountbatten and Dolores Catania have stood at the end of a season victorious, when they had less screentime than Lala.
That said, there are only six players left going into Thursday's finale of The Traitors Season 4. The remaining Faithful are Johnny Weir, Mark Ballas, Maura Higgins and Tara Lipinski. Their job is to take down the dynamic duo of Traitors in Rob Rausch and Eric Nam. Will they be able to nail both Traitors and take home the prize money? Or will one â or both â cloaked men make it to the end?
Ahead of the finale and reunion on Feb. 26, here's who we think is most likely to win The Traitors Season 4.
Euan Cherry/PEACOCK
With so much happening the last day, there are many different scenarios we can forecast for The Traitors finale. Almost all of them, however, do not involve Tara standing at the end. The Olympian has been professing to both the players and the camera how clueless she feels at this game. But some players feel like she may be putting on an act while, in actuality, she skates circles around them.
Going into the Round Table last episode, Tara wanted to make an effort to stay in the background to not get saddled with the blame if she's wrong. But, of course, the best-laid plans are paved with good intentions. Natalie Anderson was livid when she backed off their communal suspicions of Rob, accusing her of "taking advantage" of her and manipulating her to set her up for failure. Now, of course we know that was not Tara's intention at all. But, going into the finale, Tara is far and away seen as one of the shadiest players. If she's not murdered at the start of next episode, I can't imagine she's not voted out at some point just to eliminate any uncertainty.
Euan Cherry/PEACOCK
The Dancing with the Stars legend ranks this low for one specific reason: I think he's getting murdered at the top of the finale. The dancer has been spinning in circles as of late, feeling like he has nobody left after losing his closest ally Kristen Kish. It seems like the two people he has the most trust in are Eric and Rob, which in theory means he could be someone easily kept around. But Mark also seems to be onto one of his traitorous allies, mentioning how Eric is acting too quiet to not be suspected. As much as the Traitors might feel they have him in their corner, there's also a good chance he could get wise and eventually turn on them. So, just as he echoed Kristen's feelings on Eric, he may suffer the same fate as well.
4. Johnny Weir Johnny Weir on 'The Traitors'Euan Cherry/PEACOCK
Between The Traitors and the Winter Olympics, Peacock subscribers have gotten plenty of Johnny and Tara commentary the past couple of weeks. We've seen Johnny become public enemy number one due to his association with Traitor Candiace Dillard Bassett. As a result, he came clean about his incredibly tight relationship with Tara, helping seemingly clear his name. Now he walks into the finale with not only his number one ally, but also completely correct reads on who the Traitors are.
The issue is, he has the wind blowing against him. There's a good chance that he gets murdered, wanting to break up the figure skating pair but keep in the bigger smokescreen in Tara. Even if he and Tara both survive to the Round Table, Eric, Rob and Maura would be a locked-in bloc that carry the day on any vote. The best chance Johnny has of winning is if Mark is murdered, Tara gets banished, and he is able to somehow get Maura on his side to take out both Eric and Rob. Otherwise, his game is practically put on ice.
Euan Cherry/PEACOCK
The man with the "magic" ear has been very much seen and not heard during his time in the castle. Of course, a major reason for that the past couple of episodes is because of his traitorous heel turn, recruited by Rob to join him in the turret. Paranoid to say or do the wrong thing, Eric has receded even more into the background. And his behavior has not gone unnoticed, as everyone at the end of last episode realized it truly was the quiet ones you have to look out for.
That said, Rob and Eric are set up in a really good position going into the finale. With assumingly Maura on their side, they carry the numbers at the Round Table. Then they just need to get rid of one person at the Fire of Truth (or convince the others to stop the game) and they're golden. But Eric's game could come crumbling down in two possible scenarios. While Maura is dead-set on Rob not being a Traitor, the Faithful could convince her on Eric, and she could flip on him at the Round Table. Or Rob could get greedy in the end, deciding there's only room in this game for one cloak-wearer and turning on him. So it's safe to say the man once defiantly tied to a tree is certainly not out of the woods yet.

2. Maura Higgins Maura Higgins on 'The Traitors'Euan Cherry/PEACOCK
Right now, Maura is arguably the most locked-in person to make it to the final reveal. While the endgame is an opportunity for everyone to look suspicious, she hasn't had any heat on her since Ron Funches had the false theory he heard her footsteps when in the forest. Additionally, she is absolutely deadset on Rob not being a Traitor, to the point that she blanched at the mere concept of it at the Round Table. For Rob to succeed, he knows he has to keep her around, as that's a guaranteed number on her side.
Since we've been getting so much of Maura's blind trust in Rob as of late, it's possible the show is setting us up for a massive turn at the eleventh hour, where she sees the error of her ways and turns on her Love Island bestie. But the much more likely scenario for Maura to win is that she goes along with Rob, then gets outvoted by the two other Faithful at the Fire of Truth, incidentally banishing him in the process. So, because she is the most likely to be a part of that final group of Faithful, she is therefore the most likely to benefit from a Faithful win.
Euan Cherry/PEACOCK
Make no mistake: The Traitors Season 4 has been the Rob Rausch Show. Probably the most unlikely casting choice for a Traitor has turned out to be one of its most inspired, as the Love Island star has benefited from his low-key personality and Southern charm to project as one of the most "Faithful of the Faithful." All the while, though, he's been making moves behind the scenes, planning savage blindsides of the Faithful and Traitors alike. It's to the point where he's even gotten comparisons to Cirie Fields, who some argue is the best Traitor to ever play the American verison.
Granted, Rob faced far and away the most heat on him last episode. And he was able to escape thanks to Tara and Natalie turning on one another, plus Johnny and Mark backing away from turning on him due to his power of the Dagger. And, given that Johnny still has him top of mind as a Traitors suspect, he's certainly not out of the woods. But, even though he's used the Dagger, he pretty much has a locked-in extra vote in Maura. He and Eric are going to vote together, and Eric has much more suspicion on him than Rob. So, unless the Faithful are going to mount a coup at the eleventh hour, it looks like we'll be watching the snake wrangler slither through to the end, becoming a champion in the process.
I Traveled The World For A Year With One SuitcaseâThis Shoe Packing Trick Saved Me
When it comes to packing light, Iâm basically an Olympic gold medalist. Iâve been forced to figure out the best ways to pack in the lightest way due to one of my jobs: a musical theatre performer. When youâre traveling on a Broadway tour or performing on a cruise ship, you can only bring so much with you. Constantly taking flights, living in small quarters and traveling non-stop, having the least amount of things to bring around with you is truly the way to go. Iâve brought this mindset into my ânormal personâ life as well, and have learned that packing light for vacations or other work trips is always a good idea.
One of the trickiest things to figure out how to pack tends to be shoes. They can be bulky, take up a lot of space, and choosing which shoes to keep and which to leave at home can feel like one of the most dramatic decisions you ever have to make (itâs not, trust me). The key here is to go in with a shoe plan, and stick firmly to that plan.

Stick To The Three Shoe Rule @thenatalieway1Replying to @sloinjector Truthfully â how many shoes are in your case right now? #travel #packing #shoes #genx
⏠original sound - thenatalieway1In a TikTok made by @thenatalieway1, a woman who focuses specifically on helping other women travel more enjoyably, she shared her trick to choosing which shoes to pack for a trip. She begins the video by explaining that this trick works for both any length of a trip and for any location. Natalie only travels with three pairs of shoes, and each pair has a specific purpose.
The first pair of shoes is always a sneaker, that way you have something comfortable and practical to explore in. Natalie shares that this can be any type of sneaker that you likeâwhether it be a chic white leather sneaker or a sportier Nike shoe. For the second pair, it should be a weather appropriate shoe. For example, if youâre going to a beachier destination, a great pair of sandals is ideal. If youâre traveling to a colder city, a pair of boots might be the perfect shoe. For this category, it's important to think about the activities that youâre going to be partaking in on your trip and the types of places youâll be visiting.
Lastly, Natalie calls the final pair of shoes the âyouâ shoe. This is a pair of shoes that is your favorite style of shoe to wear that doesnât need to be as practical. For her, she always chooses a ballet flat. For others, it could be a loafer, Ugg boot, a heel, or whatever else floats your boat. If youâre traveling for a specific event, this is where your shoes for that event would go. Or, if your trip is more casual, this category can be used for a shoe youâd like to pair with a fun evening look.

The Best Way To Pack Shoes Into Your SuitcaseWhether youâre traveling with just a carry-on or a full suitcase, fitting three pairs of shoes should be no issue. First and foremost, wear your bulkiest shoes with you when you travel. Then, youâll only have two remaining pairs to fit into the luggage. If I am traveling with only a carry-on (which I often do these days) I will strategize more specifically with my shoes.
For example, if I am packing a bulkier shoe like a sneaker or loafer, I put those in my carry-on first. Usually, I like to lay one shoe in line with the bottom of the carry-on, and then another lined up with the side. Then, Iâll adjust my packing cubes in to fit perfectly with the shoes. For thinner shoes like a sandal, I either lay them on top of my packing cubes once Iâve gotten everything into the carry-on, or I slide them down the sides of the luggage, squeezing them in easily.
For a full-sized luggage, you should have enough space to simply lay your shoes on top of your packing cubes. With only two pairs of shoes to pack, they will barely take up space in the grand scheme of things when looking at a full-sized suitcase. I like to place my shoes with the bottoms up, that way they arenât getting my clothing or the outside of my packing cubes dirty.

20 Years Ago Today This Band Released the Fastest-Selling British Debut Album Ever In the U.S.
Twenty years ago today, the Arctic Monkeys officially introduced American audiences to their iconic debut album that had already taken the U.K. by storm.
After first releasingWhatever People Say I Am, Thatâs What Iâm Not in the United Kingdom on January 23, 2006, the quartet dropped their debut album in the U.S. one month later on February 21âand the buzz was impossible to ignore. By then, the record had already made history at home, becoming the fastest-selling debut album by a British band in chart history. According to BBC, it moved a staggering 360,000 copies in its first week and would go on to sell more than 2.5 million copies worldwide.
Packed with era-defining tracks like âI Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloorâ and âWhen the Sun Goes Down,â the album captured a generationâs sharp storytelling from then-teenage frontman Alex Turner.
Producers Alan Smythe and Jim Abbiss both later reflected on how remarkable it was that Turner was just 17 when many of the lyrics were writtenâalready weaving cultural references into punchy, guitar-driven anthems.
âFor a young guy, just turned 18, to put all these references into their songs was so impressive, and I loved it,â Abbiss said to M Magazine in January. âAlex was almost like this really creative rapper singing over a band. Arctic Monkeys had such an energy⊠itâs easy to see why they stood out.â
The albumâs title, a line lifted from the 1958 novel Saturday Night and Sunday Morning, really hammered home the bandâs literary leanings and working-class perspective. Recorded in just 15 days, much of the album was tracked live to preserve the bandâs raw stage energy.
Commercial success quickly translated into accolades. The album debuted at No. 1 in the U.K., produced two chart-topping singles and helped the band secure their first BRIT Awards, including British Breakthrough Act in 2006. In the years that followed, Arctic Monkeys earned multiple Grammy nominations and are widely considered one of Britainâs most influential modern rock exports.
Two decades later, their debut still stands as a defining moment of mid-2000s indie rockâand proof that sometimes, hype really can live up to itself.
The Beach Boys Most Romantic Song Was Written in Less Than 1 Hour
Itâs hard to imagine that one of The Beach Boysâ most swoon-worthy love songs came together in less time than it takes to watch a sitcom episode.
In an interview with The Guardian, Brian Wilson revealed, "I wrote 'God Only Knows' in 45 minutes. Me and Tony Asher."
He added, "Itâs my favorite song. Of mine."
In a video posted to his official YouTube channel, Wilson elaborated on the song further. He reflected on the inspiration behind the track and explained how the melody and lyrics came together so quickly.

"God Only Knows is a very spiritual, religious song, with the word God in it," Wilson explained.
"Tony Asher and I came up with a very clever love song," he added.
In an interview with The Beatles producer George Martin, Wilson discussed the song, its recording, and his feelings about this enduring piece of music.

Martin said that "God Only Knows" was always one of his favorite Beach Boys songs. In the video clip, the producer stripped down the song to take a better look at its components via the song's original master tapes.
Wilson admitted that he had a blueprint in his head "arrangement-wise, but not sound-wise." After watching Martin tinker with the song in the studio, Wilson joked, "You're making a better mix of this than I did on the master!"
Parade previously reported that the beloved song has a surprising twist. Only three Beach Boys members, Carl Wilson, Brian Wilson, and Bruce Johnston, contributed their voices to the track, producing an unforgettable sound that has resonated with fans since the tune's 1966 release.
"God Only Knows" remains one of the Beach Boys' most beloved pieces of music. Ironically, it only hit a chart peak of No. 39 on the Billboard charts in 1966.
The song remains widely regarded as one of the most influential love songs in pop history, praised for its emotional vulnerability and sophisticated harmonies. "God Only Knows" helped redefine what a pop ballad could be, raising the bar for songwriting and studio artistry in the decades that followed.
How Carolyn Bessette-Kennedyâs Iconic Style Helped Shape Sarah Pidgeonâs 'Love Story' Role
FX's Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette has taken the streaming world by storm with lead actress Sarah Pidgeon, who plays Bessette, at the helm.Â
Speaking to People in an interview published on Saturday, February 21, Pidgeon, 29, opens up about how Bessetteâs fashion influenced her portrayal of the late fashion icon.Â
"She was a private citizen until she got into this relationship with John [and was thrust into] the center of the public eye. So I think her clothing, it really helped inform the character,â Pidgeon explains, referring to Bessetteâs whirlwind romance with John F. Kennedy Jr.
"My favorite pieces were the [Yohji] Yamamoto pieces she wore. And I'm not sure if she was aware of this, but Yamamoto describes designing clothing as armor for women,â the Wilds actress continued.Â

(Photo by Donato Sardella/Penske Media via Getty Images)"I think understanding â or at least my interpretation of her relation to the press â she was fiercely private, so I think it made so much sense, and you could feel it when you put the clothes on. It makes you stand in a different way, and it sort of holds you in and protects you,â Pidgeon added.Â
While Pidgeon and Bessette no doubt look alike due to hair and makeup choices, the former said that ultimately, it was the wardrobe that "felt very transformative.â
Kennedy and Bessette famously began dating in 1994 while the latter was a publicist for Calvin Klein. The pair later got engaged in 1995 and married on September 21, 1996. During their time together, their relationship was heavily scrutinized by the tabloids, as they were constantly being sought after for paparazzi coverage.Â
Their love story came to a tragic end on July 16, 1999, after Bessette and Kennedy died in a plane crash off the coast of Marthaâs Vineyard.Â

'King of Queens' Star Imagines Where His Character Would Be Today
From 1998 to 2007, Patton Oswalt was a regular on The King of Queens. The CBSsitcom starred Kevin Jamesand Leah Remini as working-class New York couple Doug and Carrie Heffernan, with comedy legend Jerry Stiller playing basement-dwelling father-in-law, Arthur Spooner. Oswalt played Spence Olchin, a self-deprecating high school friend of Dougâs who worked in the subway as a token booth operator, where he sold MetroCards after tokens were phased out.
In December 2025, New York City's subway system permanently retired the swipeable cards in favor of OMNY (One Metro New York), a contactless payment system that allows riders to tap their credit card or smart device to pay fares. The Associated Press described the retirement of the yellow MetroCards as âthe end of an era.â In The King of Queens era, it would have also marked a major change for Spenceâand his job security.
Speaking with Clutchpoints in February 2026, Oswalt, 57, admitted that Spence probably wouldnât have liked the change if TheKing of Queens was still on the air.
âHe would definitely rail against it,â Oswalt told the outlet. âHe would think that this is an era that is ending. But also, knowing Spence, he wouldnât do a whole lot about it. He would just kind of silently gripe, and then thatâd be it.â
âKing of Queensâ fans still recognize SpenceOswalt, who stars in the new movie GOAT, became a fan favorite when he first appeared on The King of Queens more than 20 years ago. His beloved character still lives on in heavy syndication.
In a recent interview with ScreenRant, Oswalt revealed that he began getting noticed in public around "the fifth or sixth season of King of Queens," when the sitcom really hit its stride.
âWhenever I would go in someplace, people were just like, 'Spence!'" he shared, adding that his newfound fame felt "very, very surrealâ at the time.
âI Â don't think that I'm like a Tom Hanks, but I'm one of those faces that's like, âOh, I've seen you in things.ââ Oswalt noted. â And listen, that's the exact kind of career I want â that character-actor career. I want the Paul Giamatti career or the Tracy Walter career of like, âOh, there's that guy!ââ
Patton Oswalt would join a âKing of Queensâ reunionFans have been begging for a King of Queens reboot for years, but James has said that the death of key cast member Stiller makes the idea unlikely.
But before Stillerâs 2020 death, Oswalt told Entertainment Weekly that he would totally be on board for an onscreen reunion with his KOQ co-stars.
âKing of Queens, God, I had so much fun on that show,â he said. âI love doing King of Queens. One, because it got me a house, and this show was where I learned how to act. Basically, I didn't really know how to act until I got to do scenes over and over again with Jerry Stiller and Kevin James and Leah Remini and Victor Williams.â
At the time, Oswalt said heâd love to make a cameo on Jamesâ follow-up sitcom Kevin Can Wait, which added Remini to its second and final season. âLook, if they asked me back on to be on that show too, I would totally do that in a second!â the King of Queens alum said.
Gordon Ramsay Shares a Devastating Family Secret Heâs Carried for Decades
Gordon Ramsay has built a career on intensity and perfection, but in his new Netflix docuseries, Being Gordon Ramsay, he opens up about a painful family reality that has followed him his entire life.
Known for reducing even the toughest chefs to tears, the fiery restaurateur reveals a deeply vulnerable side in the series, opening up about his younger brother Ronnie's 40-year heroin addiction and how it shaped him. âI have a brother whoâs a heroin addict,â he revealed in the second episode of the series. âWe shared a bunk bed together. Heâs 15 months younger than me, and heâs been an addict for the last four decades. Iâve gone to hell and back with him, and so I have a guilt complex."
Ramsay understood that he could have been the one battling addiction. "That could have been me. It could have been switched ... Born in the same house, grew up in the same bedroom, shared bunk beds, and so similar ... but how can it be so different now?â he wondered.
Addiction seemingly runs in Ramsay's family as he described his father as a "violent alcoholic," and he admitted it made life harder. "It's very hard to relate to that, because you're just nervous," he remarked in the first episode. "You're worried about hitting the end of the bottle and seeing that bottle of Bacardi disappear because you know what happens at the end of that."
Ramsay recalled that his father believed âcooking was for women and it wasnât a manâs job,â a mindset that fueled their strained relationship. âMy father called me a snob once. And I said, âNo, definitely not a snob. I just wanna get out of the s--- mess I was born in,'â he said.
Despite these early struggles, Ramsay said the challenges only strengthened his resolve. âIâm not embarrassed of my past. I got dealt a dysfunctional card. Big f---ing deal," he said. "So that drives me, that puts fuel in my tank because I was so close to not making it."
Timothy Busfield Pleads Not Guilty to 4 Counts of Child Sex Abuse
Little House on the Prairie star Melissa Gilbert's husband, Timothy Busfield, pleaded not guilty to four counts of child sex abuse.
On Saturday, Feb. 21, People reported that Busfield, 68, pleaded not guilty to the chargesâall third-degree feloniesâagainst him on Feb. 10.
Additionally, the West Wing actor waived his arraignment and court appearances for pre-trial proceedings on Feb. 11. Judge Joseph Montano granted this on Feb. 18.
The news came after the district attorney for New Mexicoâs Bernalillo County, Sam Bregman, announced via Facebook that a grand jury had indicted Busfield on the four charges of criminal sexual contact of a child.
On Jan. 9, the Albuquerque Police Department (APD) issued an arrest warrant for Busfield, alleging that he engaged in unlawful sexual conduct with twin actors, 11, after they met on the set of The Cleaning Lady. One of the victims was 7 when the alleged incidents began.
Busfield turned himself in to the police on Jan. 13. That same day, he denied all allegations against him in a video obtained by TMZ.
âTheyâre all lies, and I did not do anything to those little boys, and Iâm gonna fight it," he declared. "Iâm gonna fight it with a great team, and Iâm gonna be exonerated, I know I am, because this is all so wrong and all lies.â
On Jan. 20, Busfield was granted release on his own recognizance as he awaits trial.

World's Best-Selling Single of 1998 Went to the Top of the Charts 28 Years Ago Today
Near, far, wherever you are: in 1998, you heard Céline Dion's "My Heart Will Go On." As the love theme to James Cameron'sTitanic, Dion's song was everywhere, a truly unsinkable pop music phenomenon that began its historic run nearly thirty years ago today (Feb. 21) when it topped the UK Singles Chart; a week later, it would debut atop the Billboard Hot 100.
It only spent two weeks at No. 1 in the United States, but much like how the bulk of an iceberg is concealed underwater, you can't look at the Hot 100 to gauge "My Heart Will Go On's success. In fact, by the end of the year, it was the best-selling single in the entire world.
The Story Behind 'My Heart Will Go On'Céline Dion actually hated "My Heart Will Go On" at first. "When I recorded it, I didn't think about a movie; I didn't think about radio," she said when Billboardcompiled the song's oral history in 2017. "I thought, 'Sing the song, then get the heck out of there.'"
Director James Cameron also hated the idea of ending his movie with a pop song. But, early buzz for Titanic was not good, with many predicting that the film would sink like its titular ship.
"Cameron was getting pressure from the studio to try and have something that would be an additional powerful marketing tool," said Tommy Mottola, then-head of Sony Music Entertainment. "And because the studio was on the hook for this picture, for what they'd spent, they were looking for every marketing opportunity that they could get."
According to Billboard, composer James Horner originally composed "My Heart Will Go On" as an instrumental motif for the film and adapted it into a vocal with help from lyricist Will Jennings. Horner then met with Céline Dion and her late husband and manager, René Angélil, to perform a rendition in hopes that she would sign on. Angélil heard the song's quality and suggested that his wife record a demo.
"I wanted to choke my husband. Because I didn't want to do it!" said Dion, and that anger carried over to the recording booth. "I was mad! I [didn 't] feel good. I [had] belly pains. My girl days [were] starting to happen." But she recorded the demo in one take, which left everyone with "chills," per Mottola. Â
Cameron heard the song and knew it was a perfect way to end his movie. Audiences would soon agree.
Chat Performance And Awards."My Heart Will Go On" was first released in November 1997 as part of the Titanic soundtrack. The song was released as a promotional single and slowly began to build on radio airplay.
Motolla explained to Billboard why it took a while for "My Heart Will Go On" to reach No. 1: because the soundtrack was released near Christmas, radio programmers were locked into playing holiday music.
Titanic then hit theaters on December 19, 1997. When January 1998 rolled around, and the movie was a colossal hit, "My Heart Will Go On" exploded in popularity, per Billboard. The song was released as an official single (as opposed to a promotional single) and debuted at No. 1 on both the UK Singles chart and the Hot 100.
From there, it also went No. 1 across the world. Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Italyâit was a global sensation.
It eventually became the best-selling single of 1998 worldwide and one of the best-selling singles of all time, having sold more than 18 million copies.
"My Heart Will Go On" would also win big at awards shows. It won the Academy Award and Golden Globe for Best Original Song, and took home the Grammy for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, and Best Song Written for a Motion Picture or Television.
Why The Song Still ResonatesWith the power in Dion's voice, the romance of Horner's music and Jennings' lyrics, "My Heart Will Go On" endures as a dramatic declaration of love.
"You hear it at karaoke, drifting in from neighboring booths in Farsi. And it feels like all is right in the kingdom," said Titanic star Billy Zane."The song is an easy target for postmodern Âmillennial hipster angst. Why? Because it's sincere? It's the rarest of things: It's quality."
Dion reflected on the song's legacy, especially when she performed it during her sold-out Vegas residencies. "Every night when I start to sing that song, I think, 'Gee, what a song. What a moment.' I'm so thankful that they did not listen to me," she said. "I'm so glad that my husband said, 'I really think that you should do that song.'"
Wait, Does Chris Nanos Really Have a Reality Show? What to Know About the Sheriff in the Nancy Guthrie Case
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has been both in the spotlight and under a microscope following the disappearance of Savannah Guthrie'smomNancy Guthrie.
Nanos, 70, currently leads the local investigation into Nancy's suspected abduction and is working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to crack the case, get her home and bring her captor(s) to justice ... but it hasn't exactly gone smoothly so far.
From raids that went nowhere to questions about the proper testing of DNA evidence, the case has frustrated both investigators on the scene as well as armchair experts at home with the lack of developments.
One critic argued that Nanos is on an "ego trip" and impeding with the FBI investigation into the case, but it's important to note context: That critic was Sgt. Aaron Cross, a longtime vocal opponent of Nanos, including in the most recent Pima County sheriff's election, and the criticism was published in the right-leaning New York Post, and Nanos is a Democrat.
For his part, Nanos told Parade of the allegations, âRight now, our focus is on this investigation and serving the victims and this community. Internal or political commentary distracts from this active investigation, and it is very unfortunate. My focus remains on justice and transparency.â
All that said, Nanos isn't making headlines just for the Nancy Guthrie investigation. Here's everything to know about Sheriff Chris Nanos, including the drama behind the scenes before Nancy even went missing.
What is Chris Nanos famous for?Sheriff Nanos became a star overnight and pretty much against his will when Nancy Guthrie was kidnapped from her home in Tucson, Ariz., which is under his jurisdiction as part of Pima County. Pima County is huge, with a 9,000-square mile area, and also includes about 130 miles of the Mexican border with the United States.
Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Nanos has 50 years of law enforcement experience under his belt, beginning his career with the El Paso Police Department in 1976.
In 1984, Nanos became a corrections officer for the Pima County Sheriff's Department and was promoted to a deputy within a year. He rose up the ranks as Chief Deputy and appointed sheriff in 2015, with a special focus on investigations into sex crimes, narcotics and violent crimes.
After being appointed to the sheriff's department in 2015, Nanos ran for election for Pima County Sheriff in 2016 but lost to Mark Napier. Nanos ran against Napier again in 2020 and won. Nanos then won re-election in 2024, but by quite a narrow margin: He got 243,891, while his opponent Heather Lappin had 243,410. The race was close enough to require a recount before declaring Nanos the winner.
The election itself wasn't without controversy, either. According to Arizona Luminaria, Nanos put Lappin, as well as union leader and vocal opponent Sgt. Aaron Cross, on administrative leave during the last weeks of the election cycle after early voting already started. Lappin argued hurt her reputation and chances at a fair shot at winning the election.
Arizona Luminaria reported that the Pima County Board of Supervisors requested that the Arizona and U.S. Attorneys General perform an outside investigation into Nanos' conduct leading up to the 2024 election.
In September 2024, the Board reportedly also requested to meet with Nanos regarding his handling of an investigation into an alleged sexual assault of a female Pima County Sheriff's Office employee by her supervisor.

Did they ever find the Guthrie family?Nancy Guthrie hasn't yet been found as of this writing on Feb. 20, 2026. The investigation into her disappearance is ongoing.

Is Sheriff Nanos Republican or Democrat?Sheriff Nanos is a Democrat. In 2020, he won against Republican incumbent Napier. In 2024, he ran against fellow Democrat Lappin.
Is there a Chris Nanos' reality show?Yes and no.
There is a show on A&E called Desert Law that follows the Pima County Sheriff's Department, but Nanos doesn't appear on it.
A logline for Desert Law reads, "When the blistering Arizona sun finally sets over Tucsonâs Sonoran Desert, the temperature dropsâand the crime rises. With elite access to one of the largest sheriffâs departments in America, Desert Law follows the high-intensity work of the Pima County Sheriffâs Departmentâits patrol deputies, DUI unit, and night detectivesâas they cover more than 9,000 square miles of rugged terrain, taking on the trouble that thrives after dark. Immersed in the pressure and danger of policing the desert night, the series captures a world where the spirit of the Old West still lingers and the fight for order never ends."
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nanos coordinates with the show's producers, but has never been featured on the reality series himself. A source said that it was Nanos' own call not to be in front of the camera.
Desert Law airs on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. local time. The first two seasons of Desert Law were filmed in 2025, so don't expect to see any episodes about the Nancy Guthrie case anytime soon.

What happened to Chris Nanos' brother?Sheriff Nanos didn't go into detail, but revealed to the Daily Mail that his own brother died in hospice the day after Nancy Guthrie was abducted.
âPeople out there can get pretty ugly and mean and nasty and not have the facts,â he said, explaining that his personal grief made him more sensitive to the Guthrie family's plight. âI tell my journalists, you guys need to be a little more responsible ⊠because thatâs just really nasty stuff.â
