According to a press release, the new Hot Honey Shmear blends sweet honey with a spicy kick, folded into Einstein's signature double-whipped cream cheese. The result is a spread that balances heat with sweetness rather than overpowering either.

Guests can add the schmear to any bagel, but Einstein Bros. is also featuring it in two limited-time sandwiches: the Hot Honey Egg Sandwich, which pairs it with cage-free eggs, bacon and cheddar, and the Hot Honey Nova Lox Sandwich, layered with cold-smoked salmon, red onion, capers and cucumber. Hot honey (chili-infused honey) has seen a surge in popularity in recent years, making its way onto menus across the country.

By positioning hot honey as a schmear, the brand is carving out a new lane for the trend. While sweet heat has become increasingly common as a lunch and dinner enhancement, it's still relatively rare on breakfast menus. Einstein Bros. seeks to change that.

Hot Honey: Where Did It Come From and Why Is It Everywhere?

Hot honey's rise can be traced back to the early 2000s, when a Brooklyn-based pizzeria began offering the now-iconic pairing of chili and honey to drizzle over their pizza. The condiment was created by Mike Kurtz, who came across the sweet-heat combination on a trip to Brazil and decided to recreate it back home in New York. The spicy drizzle quickly caught on, and Kurtz went on to launch Mike's Hot Honey in 2010, achieving national recognition by 2015.

What makes hot honey so versatile is its balance. Honey softens the sharp edge of chili heat, while the spice prevents the sweetness from becoming excessive. That equilibrium makes it easy to use across a myriad of offerings, from fried chicken and biscuits to cocktails and desserts.

In recent years, the flavor has exploded across grocery shelves and appeared on a reported 11.3 percent of restaurant menus nationwide over the past four years. It's showing up in snack foods, sauces, marinades and even bacon. Social media has helped fuel the trend, with "swicy" becoming shorthand for the flavor mashup.

By folding hot honey into cream cheese, Einstein Bros. Bagels is adapting the trend to breakfast in a format that feels both familiar and just unexpected enough to stand out.

Early reactions suggest the flavor strikes the balance customers want. Some fans have described the schmear, saying "This one is GOOD! Perfect level of sweet heat," as delivering the "perfect level of sweet heat," noting that it enhances savory toppings rather than overpowering them.

That balance matters, especially at breakfast. Too much sweetness can dominate early-morning flavors, while too much spice can clash with or overwhelm savory ingredients like bacon or smoked salmon. The Hot Honey Shmear appears designed to complement both.

The spread is available for a limited time at participating locations, and guests can also purchase tubs to bring home while supplies last.

The Bold and the Beautiful star Romy Park recently took to Instagram to share an update about a new direction in her career.

Park teased the announcement in a recent post, writing, “Who’s the boss? 🙋🏻‍♀️.”

Park explained that she had originally planned to move back to New York City earlier this ear. “Only a few people were aware that in late December and early January, I was actively packing up my place and getting ready to move back to my native East Coast -which I’m still aiming to do, but my plans are on hold,” she wrote.

She added that she had already begun prepping for the move, “I met with the NYC branch of my acting agency, found a new vet, made their initial appointments and found new ballet schools. However, this was not in the cards as a huge opportunity on one of my projects makes it necessary for me to stay and see it through.”

Park also shared that she has recently stepped back from acting opportunities to focus on a new project. “I’ve been working tirelessly and hoping it’s not too much longer to announce what I’ve been working on. I’ve had to temporarily step back from acting and have turned down some amazing offers for a couple of independent films as well as having to decline some auditions as I want to focus properly on realizing the big picture of the future I want to create for myself.”

Park then revealed that she is pursuing work as a producer, “I have been actively working on becoming a producer so that I can be the boss of my own acting career and to have freedom and autonomy. Those dreams are slowly coming to fruition and it has been years of blood, sweat and tears. I’ve fallen down and heaved myself back up more times than I can count. It has not been an easy road, but for the first time in my life I feel TRULY empowered. I’ve learned to stand up to people who are deemed to have more status and expertise and have gained their respect in doing so. I have proven my creative and intellectual prowess much to their surprise (and also to mine at times 😂). I want to tell the stories I want to tell. I am not just an actor. I am a storyteller.”

Park also thanked those that have supported her along the way,  “Gratitude to my family, closest friends and my collaborators. More gratitude to my ballet community stateside and abroad: teachers, classmates, teachers and classmates who are now friends. The ballet community are some of the most loyal and supportive of almost anyone I’ve ever met. Admittedly, it took me by surprise and touched my heart. You all know who you are. Thank you 🩷🩰”

Park joined the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful in 2023as Penelope 'Poppy' Nozawa. The character was later revealed to share a daughter, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada), with John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Melissa Gilbert is staying busy amid her husband Timothy Busfield's arrest and criminal charges, and the 61-year-old's recent charity work is bringing her a fresh "perspective" on life.

"Some Saturdays, the best reset isn’t rest, it’s purpose," began the caption of an Instagram post, which shows Gilbert shoveling hay while volunteering at the Tamerlaine Animal Sanctuary & Preserve in Montague, New Jersey, on Feb. 28. She also greets a donkey named Dawn, and says, "It's a good day to work hard and do something for someone else."

The Little House on the Prairie star was happy "doing whatever needs doing: shoveling, picking up, lending a hand," continued the caption. "It’s the kind of honest work that puts everything back into perspective—fresh air, steady effort, and the simple reminder that showing up for others has a beautiful way of filling you up, too."

The actress added that her "heart" is "wide open" after the day at the farm.

Fans were happy to see Gilbert doing something fulfilling amid her husband's legal woes. 68-year-old Busfield, who Gilbert married in April 2013, was arrested in January 2026. A grand jury indicted the actor and director on four counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor (child under 13) on Friday, Feb. 6, in New Mexico.

A criminal complaint alleged that Busfield abused two boys on the set of The Cleaning Lady, which Busfield directed and acted in, between 2022 and 2024. On Feb. 26, he pleaded not guilty.

“As with all criminal proceedings, Mr. Busfield is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law,” said Sam Bregman, the district attorney, according to The Guardian. “This case will proceed through the judicial process and is expected to move forward to trial.”

Dennis Quaid's former Any Given Sunday co-star, Lauren Holly, slammed the actor on social media for his public support of President Donald Trump.

Quaid was recently seen aboard Air Force One with Trump and Republican Sen. Ted Cruz.

"An historic conversation on AF1 between TWO great American Presidents," Cruz captioned a video of Quaid and Trump on X. Cruz's caption is in reference to Quaid portraying President Ronald Reagan in the 2024 film Reagan.

The video was shared across social media, including Threads, where Holly commented on the interaction between Quaid, Trump, and Cruz.

"At least I got to slap him real hard in Any Given Sunday," Holly wrote referencing her character's strained marriage with Quaid's in the film.

Holly also responded to a video of Quaid saying, "I love Donald Trump" during an appearance with the President in Texas.

"It's crazy to me at this point," she commented.

Holly endorsed a fan comment on Threads that said, "Watching @laurenholly comment on all the Dennis Quaid capitulation is top tier @threads energy. Make fascists uncomfortable by any means possible."

Holly responded to the user writing, "Any means…."

In a recent interview on The Greg Laurie Show, Quaid described Trump as, "very surprisingly approachable," "very funny," and "really genuine."

Quaid also said in the interview with Laurie, "He wouldn't be president if he wasn't genuine. Because people, the people who voted for him, they know that he has their best interests at heart, that he is a genuine person."

Joey Graziadei is stepping into a new chapter with fiancée Kelsey Anderson after the couple revealed they’ve moved into their second home together since getting engaged. The update, which fans quickly celebrated online, signals a major life shift for the DWTS champ as their relationship continues to progress.

"Our second place together," Anderson captioned a joint social media post on Friday, Feb. 27. Graziadei popped up in the comments writing, "NEW PLACE WHO DIS," along with a red heart emoji.

While plenty of couples will say that kindness is the secret to their marriage, don't count Chris Hemsworth among them. The Thor star has enough people telling him he's great, but he looks to Elsa Pataky for the blunt truth.

The actor also addressed the report that he was saying homophobic slurs during the physical altercations.  Jeffrey Klein told 10 Newsthat LaBeouf saw him wearing makeup and lipstick before the alleged attack. "This guy wants me to be dead because I wear makeup. It’s a screwed up thing," he said.

The actor addressed this in the video. "I'm a Catholic," he said. LaBeouf claimed he didn't know what was going through his head. "Truth is, I said words not OK to say," he later said. "I don't want to hurt nobody's feelings."

He called his time in jail "cute" and said it was crowded on Fat Tuesday. LaBeouf said it's possible that he'll face a charge for hate in the future. "I got to do whatever it is," he said. "I'll do whatever it is. It was no good, bro, my behavior's dirty, ugly, disgusting. So I got to eat it."

LaBeouf explained he was sober until nine months ago. He claimed he was sober for a year up to the birth of his daughter, Isabel, whom he shares with Mia Goth. Goth, 32, dated him off-and-on since 2012. They separated in 2025, according to PEOPLE.

Per Hola, the two appeared to quietly tie the knot in fairytale fashion with an intimate civil ceremony in Monaco attended by close family and friends. Though understated, the ceremony ended in the most spectacular way possible: The two drove off in a multimillion-dollar vintage 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa.

Saint Mleux, 23, and Lclerc, 28, first met at Paris Fashion Week in March 2023, per the magazine. The two were also spotted early in their relationship, July 2023, at Wimbledon. They announced their engagement in November 2025, per Motorsport. The outlet also stated neither Leclerc, nor Saint Mleux, has confirmed they've married yet.

Leclerc, a Monégasque motorsports racing driver, competes in Formula One for Ferrari. A runner-up for the F1 World Drivers’ Championship in 2022 with Ferrari, he has won eight Grands Prix across eight seasons, per Formula 1.

If the wedding rumors are true, Leclerc and Saint Mleux’s “I do’s” come just days before Leclerc is set to open the racing season in Melbourne at the Australian Grand Prix.

Alex Warren knows how to write a hit. He does not, by his own admission, know carats — andParis Hilton made that painfully clear.

On Saturday, February 28, the 45-year-old socialite shared a behind-the-scenes TikTok from Warren’s new “Fever Dream” music video. In the clip, Hilton smacks Warren, 25, as part of the video's surreal dream-sequence finale. Someone off camera yells, “Cut, that was so good.”

The "Carry You Home" hitmaker says, “I felt that ring, dog!” before turning to Hilton and asking, “What was that, six carats?” Without skipping a beat, she responds: “No, 22.” Warren immediately starts laughing. “I don’t know carats!” he says. “That was awesome!”

Within minutes, fans flooded the comments with variations of the same exchange. “‘Six carats?’ ‘No, 22.’ QUEEN ❤️🤣,” one person wrote. Another added, “‘6 carats? 22✨’ DIVA HELLO.” A third commented, “The way she said ‘22’ so humbled 😂.”

Others focused on Warren’s miscalculation. “He felt all 22 carats 😭,” one viewer joked. “I don’t know carats 😂😂,” another said, quoting him back at himself. Dozens more simply typed “22” alongside diamond emojis, turning the moment into a meme in real time.

The ring in question is Hilton's engagement sparkler from husband Carter Reum, a custom emerald-cut diamond designed by Jean Dousset — who happens to be the great-great-grandson of Louis Cartier. Dousset told The Knot in 2021 that the center stone weighs 20 carats, with the total piece valued at roughly $2 million. The design was inspired by the architecture of the Grand Palais in Paris, a nod to Hilton's namesake city.

As for Warren, the Grammy-nominated singer is fresh off a career-defining 2025 that saw his hit “Ordinary” top the Billboard Hot 100, surpass an Elvis Presley benchmark to become the longest-running UK No. 1 by a U.S. male solo artist in 70 years, and surpass one billion streams on Spotify. 

“Fever Dream,” released February 26 via Atlantic Records, is his first single of 2026 and marks what a press release called “the introduction into Warren’s next chapter.”

Does Drinking Hot Water Help You Lose Weight?

"There is no convincing evidence that drinking hot water enhances weight loss," says Dr. Mir Ali, MD, a bariatric surgeon and medical director of MemorialCare Surgical Weight Loss Center at Orange Coast Medical Center.

Dr. Corrado plays it equally straight. "There is nothing magical about warm water," she states.

OK, but how did we get here? Why do people think that drinking hot water helps them lose weight? "Theoretically, people may believe drinking hot water helps with weight loss because it is thought to 'boost' the metabolism," Dr. Ali reports.

As with many weight-loss hacks, rumors of detoxification are also in the mix when it comes to hot water. Dr. Balazs shares that people also think hot water detoxifies the body, eliminates toxins and supercharges weight loss. However, he agrees with Dr. Corrado and Dr. Ali.

"The direct, evidence-based answer is that no: the energy expenditure required to warm water to body temperature is clinically insignificant," Dr. Balazs adds.

Yet, hot water may assist with weight loss in a roundabout way. "While drinking hot water isn't a magic bullet for weight loss, it can offer indirect support," says Dr. Hans J. Schmidt, MD, the chief of bariatric surgery and director of the Center for Weight Loss and Metabolic Health at Hackensack University Medical Center. "The primary benefit of drinking water of any temperature is that it can promote a feeling of fullness. Consuming water before meals may help you eat less, thereby reducing your overall calorie intake."

Also, let's double-tap on the hunger cues bit for a second. "Often, people confuse hunger and thirst," Dr. Corrado points out. "If someone is drinking more water and is preventing dehydration, they may not be as hungry."

Does hot water detoxify the body, though?

"While staying hydrated is essential for your kidneys and liver—your body's natural detoxification organs—the notion that warm water has special detoxifying powers is not strongly supported by scientific evidence," Dr. Schmidt reports.

Is It Better To Drink Hot Water or Cold Water in the Morning?

"Honestly, just drink water," Dr. Corrado states.

Put it on a T-shirt, people. "It is not worth getting so caught up in whether it needs to be warm or cold," she says. "People get so paralyzed by all these rules and restrictions that they just don’t drink anything.  Warm water may help with digestion, bloating and constipation, but I would not say that it works for everyone across the board."

If optimizing your H2O temperature for health and overall performance doesn't stress you out, you may want to play around with hot and cold water in certain situations.

"If you’re about to exercise, cold water is better for performance and hydration because it helps lower core body temperature more effectively," Dr. Balazs says. "However, hot water can stimulate gentle muscular contractions that move food through the digestive tract, and it can also be a soothing way to start the day."

But seriously, if it soothes your nervous system to just drink water, that works fantastically.

7 Weight Loss Tips That Can Actually Help

There seems to be a new weight loss tip or fad diet every day. However, weight-loss doctors say the basics remain the most effective ways to lose weight.

1. Increase your protein intake. Protein is not a fad. "Protein is a key nutrient for weight loss as it can boost your metabolism and significantly reduce appetite by making you feel fuller for longer," Dr. Schmidt states.
2. Reduce sugar intake. Dr. Ali recommends this strategy to all patients, whether they are undergoing weight-loss surgery, taking medications or seeking diet tips, because it "directs the body toward burning fat stores."
3. Prioritize whole foods: Weight loss isn't about extreme restriction. "Basing your diet on whole, single-ingredient foods helps you naturally avoid the high levels of sugar, unhealthy fats and processed ingredients that contribute to weight gain," Dr. Schmidt points out.
4. Log exercise. Dr. Ali suggests 30 minutes a day, at least five days per week. "The exercise does not have to be strenuous—even walking is effective—as it helps maintain metabolism and reduce muscle loss," Dr. Ali says.
5. Get sleep. Dr. Corrado recommends clocking seven to nine hours of good quality sleep nightly to help regulate hunger and stress hormones that affect weight.
6. Manage your stress and anxiety. Eating (and weight loss efforts) can be emotional and overwhelming. "Seek help if needed to reduce emotional or stress eating," Dr. Corrado shares. "The goal is to find other modalities to manage stress/mood that aren’t food or beverages."
7. Seek help from a trained obesity medicine provider. You don't have to go it alone. Dr. Corrado suggests checking out the Obesity Action Coalition, which has a list of certified obesity medicine providers that are searchable by zip code. "Stop listening to random people online who aren’t trained in these realms," she shares. 

All of the above may feel like the epitome of basic, but she says weight-loss tools aren't all that shiny.

Dr. Corrado's big takeaway: "Be consistent with the non-sexy things. Crazy fad diets don’t work. Find ways to be consistent with healthy eating, mostly cooking at home if possible and maintaining regular physical activity."

Of course, she accessorized with a stack of necklaces, including a cross and "O," likely in homage to her late dad Ozzy Osbourne, who died on July 22, 2025.

It also appears Kelly underwent a bit of a hair transformation for the special occasion, sporting a shorter and more golden-toned blonde bob courtesy of her hairstylist Jay Pinder. Her moody makeup look was thanks to artist Jourdan Walker.

Kelly had lots of support at the special event. Beyond her mom, Sharon Osbourne, she also posed on the carpet with Ozzy's former bandmates Zakk Wylde, Tommy Clufetos, Adam Wakeman, Robert Trujillo, and singer Robbie Williams, who will lead a tribute to Ozzy on the big night.

One day before the BRIT Awards, Kelly took to her Instagram Stories with a bold quote: "Rumors are started by haters, passed on by fools, and accepted by idiots." The statement seems to allude to her ongoing drama with body shamers, whom she lashed out against just days before.

“Literally can’t believe how disgusting some human beings truly are! No one deserves this sort of abuse!” Kelly wrote in response to comments saying she looked "too thin" and "like a dead body" after her recent weight loss. “This too shall pass, but like, holy f--k," she added.

The estate of Agnes Nixon is continuing to celebrate her television legacy, this time sharing a throwback clip from All My Children featuring a memorable appearance by one of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

The official Agnes Nixon Instagram account posted a special throwback video from 1984, when Dame Elizabeth Taylor made a special guest appearance in Pine Valley.

In the scene, Taylor walks by Myrtle Fargate (Eileen Herlie), who is catching up with Verla Grubbs (special guest star Carol Burnett), Taylor pauses briefly and says, “Vera? Verla Grubbs? I knew your mother. Lovely to see you again,” before continuing on.

After Taylor leaves, Myrtle asks who she was, prompting Verla to respond, “I’ve never seen that woman before in my life, I think that woman’s pilot light is out.”

A new novel set during the legendary Woodstock festival is getting a soundtrack of its own—courtesy of a five-time Grammy winner.

Lisa Patton’s upcoming book "Kissing the Sky" will be accompanied by an original song co-written and produced by Doobie Brothers member Michael McDonald, with vocals by his wife, Amy Holland.

The track, titled “If Not For You,” will be included in the audiobook edition of the novel.

"Kissing the Sky" transports readers back to the summer of 1969, when Woodstock became a defining cultural moment. The story follows Suzannah, a sheltered Southern college student whose conservative father condemns rock music and sends her brother off to the Vietnam War. When her free-spirited best friend invites her on a secret road trip to upstate New York for three days of peace and music, Suzannah makes a choice that changes her life.

Over the course of the iconic weekend, she discovers her voice as both a singer and a young woman, experiences first love, heartbreak and betrayal, and begins to question the rigid social norms she was raised with.

The novel features lyrics from songs by Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, and The Hollies, weaving real-life music into its fictional coming-of-age story.

McDonald, who has worked with Patton for more than a decade, praised the book, saying, “In this delightful tale, taking place in the 60s when everything from religion to war was subject to scrutiny, we're reminded by our heroine, Suzannah, that social norms are just as often as not always going to be something we need to outwit and overcome on our lifelong journey of finding our better nature.”

Patton, a Memphis native with more than 25 years of experience in theater, radio, television and music, previously worked closely with McDonald in Nashville. The collaboration on “If Not For You” marks a rare crossover between contemporary fiction and original music tied directly to a novel’s release.

Does it matter that Rihanna hasn't released a solo single outside of movie projects in nearly a decade? Certainly not, especially when it comes to her presence on the music charts.

In fact, one of the Grammy winner's most popular singles just landed on Billboard's competitive worldwide list for the first time, Forbes reports.

Fans can spot "Don't Stop the Music" this week on the music magazine's Global Excl. U.S., which ranks the most consumed songs all around the world — with American consumption excluded.

In January of last year, "Breakin' Dishes" — which was also was part of Rihanna's 2007 album Good Girl Gone Bad — arrived on the same survey.

"Don't Stop the Music" also sits on the Billboard Global 200 at the moment, though the dance-friendly track isn't new to the chart, Forbes also noted on Saturday, Feb. 28. Rihanna had selected it as the fourth single from her third album, which is regarded as one of her most successful. To this day, it's one of only two — the other being Anti — that regularly appear on coveted Billboard lists long after their initial releases and charting.

The Barbadian singer, actress and businesswoman reappeared in headlines recently after Taylor Swifttied her for the third-most Hot 100 No. 1s ever, behind The Beatles (20) and Mariah Carey (19). On Feb. 23, Billboard confirmed that Swift’s “Opalite” hit the No. 1 spot on its Hot 100 chart, marking her 14th single to do so.

And earlier this month, Rihanna was included in Parade's roundup of the most iconic female-headlined Super Bowl halftime shows. In 2023, she kicked off the performance by revealing she was pregnant with her second child, standing atop a floating stage as she launched into a medley of her biggest dance anthems, including “Where Have You Been,” “Only Girl (In the World),” and “We Found Love.”

Her setlist was also packed with career-defining hits, also featuring “Rude Boy,” “Pour It Up,” “Umbrella,” and “All of the Lights.”

Nancy Guthrie has been missing for 28 days and we're now learning that special agents from the FBI's Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST) are combing through data in an effort to try to identify pings and maybe be able to track the movement of the person or persons of interest that are responsible for whatever happened to Guthrie, 84, in the middle of the night on February 1.

“You have to know what normal is to find evil, and this person’s phone would be considered the evil," Heather Barnhart, an expert with Cellebrite and the SANS Institute who worked on the Kohberger case, told the Daily Mail.

"If you think about Bryan Kohberger, his device was turned off, so the tower right near King Road probably wouldn't have picked that up at all. But when he left, he turned it on, because most people rely on their phones for navigation," she continued, adding, "Unless these people (Nancy's abductor) knew exactly where they were going their phone will be off and then suddenly ping. So, not just cell towers right by Nancy's home, but take it a few miles out, spread out and look."

"If the person ever scoped out the house in advance, is there an unusual ping to towers? So, look at normal behavior. If we live in the same neighborhood, our phones are going to constantly ping that tower. Which ones are outliers?" Barnhart said.

In an interview with NBC News, Barnhart reiterated the importance of cellular data in cases like this.

"People forget how much their data spreads across devices. So the same thing that makes investigations hard make it hard for criminals to clean up," she said, adding, "Your phone is the silent witness to your life. It knows everything you do. So forming those patterns and then looking for any anomaly of someone trying to hide their digital footprint is key here.”

Authorities believe that Guthrie may have been abducted from her home. Despite receiving thousands of tips, neither the Pima County Sheriff's Department nor the FBI have identified a suspect or suspects.

If you've never heard of Drake's Virginia Black Whiskey, it's likely because, from a marketing perspective, it's virtually non-existent. The brand's most recent Instagram post dates back to September 1, 2020, and Champagne Papi himself hasn't really spent much time promoting the brand either. In fact, yours truly had to scroll all the way back to April 29, 2016, on Drake's personal Instagram to find any evidence of the brand at all.

The reviews (few as they may be) are relatively decent, but most tasters agree that it's not worth all the mystery and intrigue. The bottle also looks like cheap cologne that you'd get at a department store, which honestly kind of tracks. Sure, it's packaged in a lightning-shaped bottle that you could potentially double as home decor, but honestly, it looks more like an award you'd get for being the top electrician of the year than something worth keeping out on the bar. We'll pass.

The Love Is Blind cast photos tease who is going into the pods every season. They are usually accurate to how the participants look, but there was tricky editing before Ohio's season.

Emma Betsinger had an emotional journey in season 10's pods, revealing her past. The retail merchandiser had multiple surgeries on her body to remove birthmarks to avoid melanoma. She healed after the surgeries, and it left scars on her arm, which weren't in her cast photos. Emma, 28, addressed the editing in a new interview.

The season 10 cast member revealed to USA Today that she didn't notice the blurring of her arm. "The first [photo] I saw was just my headshot. And I actually didn't realize anything," Emma said. "But then my friends would text me, like, 'They kind of blurred out your arm.' I was like, 'Did they?"

She looked at her picture again and said, she "was definitely really surprised" and thought "...it is a part of my body and a part who I am." Emma said she didn't know why they made that decision. She was also surprised by how much of her pod journey was focused on in the first drop of episodes.

Emma's surgical past is a first for the reality show where daters can't see each other before getting engaged. Viewers watched her get to know Connor Fusco, Mike Gibney, and Steven Sunday in the first episode. Love Is Blind showed her telling Steven about her health first, and her anxiety of what other people thought about her appearance growing up. The conversation ended with her not feeling supported. The retail merchandiser thankfully tried again and got engaged to Mike, 30.

Episode 12 will be released on Netflix on Wednesday, March 4, revealing the altar decisions.
