Dollar Tree’s Colorful Mini Tumblers Are the Cutesiest Tiny Take on Stanley 1913’s Drinkware

It doesn't matter whether you think the giant cup trend is ridiculous or you love it; Stanley 1913 really solidified its place in pop culture with its 40-ounce tumbler, turning it into the hydration accessory of the decade. What used to be just a practical insulated cup somehow became a full-blown part of our everyday. I mean, it even inspired very specific storage organizers to keep one's collection in check.

The 40-ounce tumbler is objectively massive, and its contents basically feel like an emotional support beverage at this point. And naturally, the internet did what it does best: dupes everywhere. But while there are plenty of look-alikes trying to capture that oversized magic, there might not be one cuter than the mini version popping up at Dollar Tree.

Mini Tumbler With Straw, $1.50 at Dollar Tree

Dollar Tree

Instead of doubling as a dumbbell, these Dollar Tree Mini Tumblers are pure novelty charm. They might not have that giant handle, but they do have the vibe. Plus, that color-coordinated straw is just adorable in this shrunken-down size.

Related: Dollar General Is Selling the Loveliest Dolly Parton Storage Jars That Will Pretty Up Your Pantry

The mini tumblers come in four different colorways: purple, red, green and blue. If you order these online from Dollar Tree's website, you have to buy them in a 24-count, and they'll send you an assortment of colors; you can't pick (total cost will be $36 before shipping). However, if you head in-store, you can purchase one for $1.50 and choose from the hues available.

So how much liquid can these tiny tumblers hold? Well, judging by its dimensions (this thing is small, I'm talking two inches wide and under four inches in length), it will accommodate a little less than eight ounces. It probably could fill all the way up with eight ounces of liquid, but you'd really have to be careful not to spill. Essentially, it's a toddler-sized cup, and they will look so adorable strutting around with one of these.

Dollar Tree has really been delivering on super cute finds these days. The chain has recently stocked vintage-looking glass candy jars that have shoppers clearing the shelves, plus stoneware plates that will have people assuming they're from Crate & Barrel. It's worth a trip to your nearest location to take a look-see at what it has in stock.

This Iconic Texas Waterpark Just Unveiled a High-Speed New Attraction—And It's the Only One of Its Kind

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:56am

If your family is already counting down the days until summer, the "World’s Best Waterpark" just gave you a major reason to head to the Texas Hill Country. On Thursday, March 5, Schlitterbahn New Braunfels pulled back the curtain on its newest thrill: Wasserbahn Racers, a high-speed, face-first mat racing attraction set to debut this May.

Designed by the pros at WhiteWater, this isn't just your average slide. The three-lane racer is built directly into the park’s iconic natural hillside near the Comal River, using the sloping terrain to send riders sprinting down nearly 280 feet of dips and chutes.

“Wasserbahn Racers will be a highlight of a big year for Schlitterbahn New Braunfels,” said Justin Loehr, park manager. “Generations of families have built memories here, and the park is excited to introduce an all-new attraction while continuing to enhance classic favorites across the property.”

What sets this apart from other water attractions? It is officially the only mat racing ride in Texas featuring a real-time stopwatch clock at the finish line. That means you won't just have to guess who won—you'll see the exact results the moment you hit the signature Schlitterbahn splashdown, giving you instant bragging rights for the rest of the day.

Clocking in at top speeds of over 24 mph, the ride offers sweeping views of the Hill Country as you race toward the finish. But the new coaster isn't the only update coming to the 70-acre resort. The 2026 season—which kicks off on May 2—will also bring a wave of enhancements to the park's classic areas, including the resorts, the Pirate Ship at Surfenburg, and the beloved Blastenhoff Tower.

For those looking to make a summer of it, the 2026 Season Pass ($95) now includes a massive "Texas-sized" perk: unlimited visits to both Schlitterbahn locations plus admission to all Six Flags theme parks and Hurricane Harbor waterparks across the state.

Whether you’re a lifelong "Bahn" fan or a first-timer, one thing is certain: the race for the fastest time in New Braunfels is officially on.

The Secret Week to Visit Disney World During Spring Break 2026

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:45am

Many families opt to visit Disney Worldduring their children’s scheduled spring breaks. Besides the obvious of not having to worry about missing school, the weather in Orlando is often perfect this time of year as well. It’s nice and warm, but not sweltering hot like it can get throughout the summer months. Ultimately, this makes visiting Disney World in the months of March and April some of the busiest months that the parks see all year long.

Disney Tourist Blog recently crunched the numbers to decipher when the busiest park days will be around spring break in 2026. Factors like school schedules from districts that tend to impact Disney World, the data from crowd levels in 2025, where Easter falls, special events happening within WDW, blockout dates for annual pass holders, and other travel trends were considered in these predictions.

View this post on Instagram

First things first—there is definitely a week when not to go. From March 16th to March 20th, it's predicted to be incredibly crowded. There are about eight districts in Florida that have their spring break vacations during this time.

Many Florida locals take this as an advantage to visit Walt Disney World–especially in more recent years. There are also other large school districts around the country that have their breaks scheduled for this time as well. Lastly, there are also many colleges in Florida scheduling their breaks at this time. Overall, it looks like March 16th to March 20th will be an extremely busy time to visit.

Now, since Easter is early this year (on April 5th, 2026) that makes it fall perfectly in the sweet spot of private schools, public schools and colleges scheduling their spring breaks as well. Because of this, the time between March 30th to April 8th will most likely bring in the largest amount of crowds for this time of year.

Related: Disney World Prepares to Say Goodbye to This Iconic Attraction—And Lines for Last Rides Started Early

With the dates of March 16th through 20th and March 30th through April 8th predicted to be the busiest, what does that mean for the dates in between? From March 23rd to March 27th, it’s looking pretty good in terms of crowds.

There aren’t any tiers of the annual passes that are blocked out during this time period, which means that Disney itself doesn’t foresee a major influx of crowds. It’ll still be busy, don’t get us wrong, but it’ll be substantially less than the busy weeks that are predicted.

After April 8th, 2026, crowds will ultimately calm down. Throughout the rest of the month, you’ll actually find that the weekends will be the least busy of all, with the weekdays having slightly larger crowds–according to the Disney Tourist Blog. Still, booking your trip anytime mid-late April seems to be the best bet if you are aiming for shorter lines, less crowds, and ultimately a more enjoyable experience.

Andy Dick Opens Up About His Overdose and 'Not a Lot of Chances Left'

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:43am

Andy Dick says he was nearly dead on December 9, 2025. He knows it. He's just not entirely sure what happened in the moments before or after.

'Waking up in the ambulance, I think,' Dick told Howie Mandelon the March 3 episode of Howie Mandel Does Stuff, when asked what he remembered first. He was revived with Narcan at the scene. His heart had stopped. He wasn't breathing.

Now 60 and living in a sober living facility, Dick appeared on the podcast carrying a black bag stuffed with wardrobe changes and handwritten notes, seemingly as scattered as longtime fans might expect. He acknowledged his memory has taken a hit. A brain scan revealed what he described as 'five to seven lesions,' which he attributed directly to his drinking.

'I think I maybe drank more than you,' he told Mandel. 'And they did a CAT scan or whatever they call it, and I have all these...there's about five to seven lesions. Holes or something.'

Dick was candid about his struggles but pushed back on the idea that he was willfully self-destructing. But he didn't flinch when Mandel pressed harder. Boredom, he said, is the word he always comes back to. During COVID lockdowns especially, with nowhere to go and nothing to fill the hours, he turned to alcohol and marijuana. 'I didn't have anything else to do,' he said.

He says he's now completely sober. No marijuana, no pills, no alcohol. 'I don't do anything except coffee,' he said, clutching a cup. He's attending treatment and is drug tested regularly.

Mandel, who has been open about his own struggles, didn't let Dick off easy. He told him directly that the people around him during his lowest moments had failed him. They kept cameras rolling while he was incapacitated. 'It's not about dragging him when he gets drunk to put him on a podcast,' Mandel said. 'That's wrong.'

Exhaustion with the chaos seemed to be one of the primary things that came through the most in the interview. Dick spoke about his three children and two grandchildren, a third grandchild on the way. He talked about wanting to protect what he has left. He just hasn't always managed to.

'You don't have a lot of chances left, buddy,' Mandel told him plainly. Dick nodded. 'You're right,' he said. 'You don't.'

'Family Guy' Creator Seth MacFarlane Is Rated R for 'Rich'—Find Out His Net Worth in 2026

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:30am

Seth MacFarlane’s brand of comedy may not be for everyone, but it is known by everyone—a feat that has amassed him an enormous net worth over the years. The Family Guycreator struck gold at the perfect time, after The Simpsonsmade a lane for adult animation but before you could be canceled for making inappropriate jokes on TV.

He’s not too worried about being canceled now, either.

“The supposed outrage—I don’t find a lot of it in the real world,” he said in a 2022 interview with The Hollywood Reporter. “I read a lot about it on Twitter, which is, as much as we lend credence to it, statistically very fringe. Most people aren’t on Twitter. But in terms of comedy, I don’t think I’ve ever talked to a single person in the real world—outside social media and outside think pieces—who is really upset about the state of edgy comedy. If anything, I hear about the opposite. People want to laugh.”

Aside from Family Guy and his other animated shows, MacFarlane is known for directing the movie Ted (2012), an R-rated comedy about a man and his very much alive teddy bear. The film was so successful that it spawned a sequel in 2015; a prequel series premiered on Peacock in January 2024 and in May of that year, it was renewed for a second season.

With Season 2 of Ted premiering on Thursday, March 5, 2026, here’s more on Seth MacFarlane’s work and his net worth in 2026.

Related: 7 Celebrities Who Had Close Calls During the 9/11 Attacks in 2001

How did Seth MacFarlane get his start?

MacFarlane, unsurprisingly, started out in animation. He studied at the Rhode Island School of Design and started working for Hanna-Barbera Productions (now Cartoon Network) after graduation. There, he animated and wrote on popular series such as Johnny Bravo (1997) and Cow and Chicken (1997).

He was only 24 years old when Fox moved forward with Family Guy (1999), an adult animated show about the Griffin family and their town of Quahog, Rhode Island. Not only did MacFarlane create it, but he voices four of the main characters: Peter, Brian, Stewie and Quagmire.

Since then, MacFarlane has also created American Dad (2005) and The Cleveland Show (2009), as well as branched into live-action comedy with the Ted movies and the prequel series, and other films like A Million Ways to Die in the West (2014).

What is Seth MacFarlane's net worth in 2026?

Seth MacFarlane has an estimated net worth of $400 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. He’s amassed his fortune by creating multiple long-running network TV shows (Family Guy has been going for more than 25 years), as well as directing several successful films.

Is Seth MacFarlane a billionaire?

MacFarlane’s net worth of $400 million means he's well short of billionaire status. Although the rising popularity of figures such as Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos would have us believe otherwise, the vast majority of very rich people are not billionaires—including most Hollywood greats.

How much does Seth MacFarlane make from one episode of Family Guy?

As creator of the show, MacFarlane has worn many hats over the decades of Family Guy, including showrunner and voice actor. He’s also negotiated multiple contracts with Fox. Between 2005 and 2008, he was reportedly making $2 million a year, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Then, in 2009, he signed a five-year, $100 million contract to continue his role overseeing Family Guy, American Dad and The Cleveland Show.

Because of his many projects, MacFarlane is not as involved in the production of Family Guy as he once was. Although he continues to voice Peter, Brian, Stewie and Quagmire, he hasn’t written for the show since 2005, according to Screen Rant.

Because of this, it’s hard to say what exactly he makes per episode of Family Guy. It has been reported by multiple sources that he only earns $50,000 per episode for voice acting Peter, Brian, Stewie and Quagmire, which falls very short of the $175,000 to $225,000 the other main voice actors make (as of 2014). But, again, he earns money from the show (and his other titles at Fox) for his other jobs.

How much do Family Guy voice actors get paid?

In late 2013, four of the lead voice actors on Family Guy (excluding MacFarlane) negotiated a new deal: earning anywhere between $175,000 to $225,000 per episode for their work. The actors who benefited from this deal include Alex Borstein, who voices Lois; Seth Green, who voices Chris; Mila Kunis, who voices Meg; and Mike Henry, who voices Cleveland.

At the time, the deal was expected to last for at least two seasons and up to five. That period has obviously come and gone, and it’s unknown if their current salary is different.

How many shows did Seth MacFarlane create?

MacFarlane has officially created five TV shows: Family Guy (1999), American Dad (2005), The Cleveland Show (2009), The Orville (2017) and Ted (2024).

What did Seth MacFarlane make for the Ted movie?

While Seth MacFarlane’s salary for Ted (2012) is unknown, the movie was a massive box-office success, leading to its 2015 sequel and 2024 prequel series. With an estimated budget of $50 million, Ted earned almost $550 million worldwide.

What did Seth MacFarlane make for the Ted series?

For the Ted series, MacFarlane’s total pay is being kept under wraps. However, it’s a part of the TV deal MacFarlane’s production company, Fuzzy Door, signed with NBCUniversal in 2020. The deal is for five years (through 2025) and is reportedly valued at nearly $200 million, according to Variety.

How much did Seth MacFarlane get paid for hosting the Oscars?

Seth MacFarlane hosted the Oscars in 2013. The minimum pay for hosts is $15,000, and The Hollywood Reporter claimed that MacFarlane was paid more than that—potentially as much as $25,000.

It’s an honored role, and not one that’s taken lightly. In recent years, awards shows like the Oscars and Golden Globes have had a tough time getting actors and comedians to assume the mantle of host. And when one inevitably does, their performance is not always received well.

“Look, it’s a gig that has all eyes on it,” MacFarlane told Entertainment Weekly in 2018. “And when you’re doing something that’s that much in the spotlight, with that much focus on it, that much intensity, you’re going to have a lot of opinions from a lot of people. I’m trying to think of the last time that I read a review of the Oscars the next day where everyone is raving about it—it’s been a long time.”

1972 Chart-Buster Elvis Presley Had to Be Convinced to Record

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:27am

In 1972, Elvis Presley had to be convinced to record a song that would eventually become his biggest hit in three years.

The King of Rock and Roll wasn't sold on "Burning Love," reports USA Today. When he entered RCA Hollywood Studios in March 1972, Presley couldn't find the spark he was looking for when he was presented with the Dennis Linde song.

Despite rumors that the entertainer hated the song, it was the opposite. Jerry Schilling, Presley's close friend, told USA Today, “Elvis didn’t hate the song; he just wasn’t in the mood for it. He knew everyone felt that he should do it; he was a reasonable man.”

Schilling further discussed Presley's connection to the song, which hit No. 2 on the Billboard charts in October 1972. He shared his thoughts in the introduction to Sunset Boulevard, a collection of songs from the King of Rock and Roll's recording sessions in Los Angeles in the early '70s.

USA Today reprinted Schilling's commentary. “I don't think Elvis was ever too thrilled about singing lyrics like 'Flames are now licking my body,' but he loved having a hit record."

However, Presley's longtime friend added, "There’s a part of Elvis that wanted to be sexy. And there’s a part of him that wanted to be a great gospel singer.”

In a video uploaded to the official Elvis Presley YouTube channel, the song is discussed further. It explained that after his split from wife Priscilla Presley, the King of Rock and Roll found himself drawn to recording somber songs, such as "Separate Ways."

However, Presley lacked the passion he needed to record "Burning Love." During the 1972 session, he started to improvise, adding the unforgettable "hunka-hunka" phrase that became iconic to the song's lyrics, and recorded the tune in six takes.

"Burning Love" was Presley's highest charting single since 1968s "Suspicious Minds," and his biggest hit since "Don't Cry Daddy" in 1969. The song was also included in the "Aloha From Hawaii" satellite concert, broadcast in January, 1973.

The song remains an Elvis Presley classic to this day.

1991 Classic Ranked 'Most Perfect Disney Animated Movie' of All Time

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:26am

More than three decades after it first enchanted audiences, Disney’s beloved animated filmBeauty and the Beast has earned a new distinction.

The 1991 fairy-tale musical was recently ranked the “most perfect Disney animated movie” of all time, reaffirming its lasting influence on animation and storytelling.

The film has long been seen as one of Disney’s greatest achievements. Blending romance, fantasy, music and emotional storytelling, the story of Belle and the cursed prince continues to resonate with audiences of all ages.

Entertainment outlet Collider placed Beauty and the Beast at the top of its ranking of Disney’s most perfect animated movies, highlighting the film’s balance of heartfelt storytelling, memorable music and groundbreaking animation. According to the outlet, the movie perfectly blends spectacle and emotion, creating a fairy-tale experience that still feels magical decades later.

Released in 1991, the film tells the story of Belle, a thoughtful young woman who offers herself in exchange for her father’s freedom after he is imprisoned by a mysterious Beast in an enchanted castle.

Over time, Belle discovers that the Beast is actually a cursed prince who must learn to love and earn love in return before his 21st birthday or remain trapped in his monstrous form forever.

Disney’s adaptation of the classic French fairy tale blended strong storytelling with technical innovation. The story traces its roots to the 18th-century tale written by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont, though Disney’s version added unforgettable characters and musical moments that helped redefine modern animated films.

Directed by Gary Trousdale and Kirk Wise, the movie was produced by Don Hahn and written by Linda Woolverton, the first woman to write a Disney animated feature screenplay. More than 600 artists and technicians worked on the project for over three years.

One of the film’s defining features is its music. Composer Alan Menken and lyricist Howard Ashman created songs that became Disney classics, including “Be Our Guest” and the film’s iconic title track. The music helped move the story forward while capturing the characters' emotions.

Ashman, who passed away before the film was completed, received a dedication in the final movie. Visually, the movie also pushed animation forward.

The voice cast brought the characters to life as well, including Paige O'Hara as Belle and Robby Benson as the Beast. Supporting roles from Angela Lansbury and Jerry Orbach added warmth and humor to the enchanted castle’s cast of characters.

Beauty and the Beast didn’t just win over audiences, it also made history in Hollywood. The film became the first animated movie ever nominated for the Academy Award for Best Picture, an achievement that proved animated storytelling could stand alongside live-action films. It went on to win two Oscars, including Best Original Score and Best Original Song, according to IMDb.

Financially, the film was also a massive success. Produced with a budget of about $25 million, it earned more than $424 million worldwide, making it one of the biggest animated hits of its era, said Disney Fandom.

Over time, the film’s influence only grew stronger. It inspired a Broadway musical in 1994 that ran for more than 5,400 performances and later led to a live-action remake starring Emma Watson in 2017.

Even after more than 30 years, the story continues to resonate. That timeless quality may explain why Beauty and the Beast remains such a beloved film today.

Something has been unfolding with Nathan Fillion on social media since late February, and Fireflyfandom has taken notice.

The actor has been posting videos of himself knocking on the doors of former Firefly cast members with messages like 'it's time' and 'are we doing this?' The clips are brief, deliberately vague, and clearly engineered to get people talking. They've succeeded.

The first video showed Fillion and Gina Torres, who played Zoë Washburne on the show, sharing a guarded exchange in which both agreed: 'It's time.' But time for what, exactly, was left conspicuously unanswered.

More visits followed. Fillion has since stopped by to see Morena Baccarin (Inara Serra), Sean Maher (Simon Tam), and Summer Glau (River Tam).

Most recently, he recruited co-star Jewel Staite, who played mechanic Kaylee Frye. This video was key as it included the first real piece of information. According to the caption on the latest post, there will be an announcement on March 15th.

The videos are posted as collaborative content through the Once We Were Spacemenpodcast account, the show Fillion co-hosts with fellow Firefly alum Alan Tudyk. That detail led many observers to assume the whole campaign was building toward a podcast episode, perhaps a full-cast reunion recording. But in the video where Fillion reunites with Sean Maher (below), the caption shuts that theory down directly: 'Some of you have guessed convention, podcast, or cross-over. You are wrong.'

Related: Firefly's Nathan Fillion Faced Down a Man With a Bottle — While the 'Star Trek' Cast Watched

That ruled out three of the most obvious explanations, which left fans with fewer facts and more questions. A revival series? A film? Some kind of anniversary project? December 20, 2027, marks the 25th anniversary of the pilot episode, which has led to speculation about a commemorative reunion special.

Whatever it is, not everyone in the original cast has been uniformly enthusiastic about the prospect of returning in any form. As recently as July 2025, Morena Baccarin said she 'seriously doubts' a live-action reboot with the original cast would be feasible, adding that while part of her would be excited to revisit that world, she also worried about reopening a door she loves so much where it is.

The original series didn't get much of a chance. Firefly premiered on Fox in 2002 and was canceled after only 11 of its 14 episodes had aired. It went on to become one of the more resilient cult properties in television history, spawning comics, merchandise, and a theatrical follow-up, Serenity, in 2005.

Fillion has kept busy in the years since. He's currently in his eighth season on ABC's The Rookie and recently appeared as Guy Gardner/Green Lantern in James Gunn's Superman. Tudyk, meanwhile, has starring roles in Resident Alien and Creature Commandos. The willingness to reassemble the crew, whatever that ultimately means, says something about the pull the show still has on the people who made it.

The answer, according to Fillion's latest post, comes March 15.

Is Your Favorite Cruise Ship on the CDC's "Cleanest" List? 25 Ships Just Earned a Perfect 100

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:10am

The Center for Disease Control has released its 2025 scores for cruise ship cleanliness. Each year, the CDC visits hundreds of ships to make sure that they are staying compliant with the health and hygiene rules. As a former cruise ship crew member myself, I am extremely familiar with these visits. I worked for Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Regent Seven Seas–and every ship that I’ve ever worked on in these fleets took health and hygiene incredibly seriously.

When the CDC comes onboard a cruise ship to evaluate the conditions onboard, tensions do get a little bit high. You’re probably wondering, what exactly is the CDC inspecting? There are eight main areas that are inspected per the Vessel Sanitation Program (VSP). Spots onboard like the medical center, kitchen galleys and dining rooms, swimming pools, and children activity centers are checked for cleanliness while the crew members are interviewed for cleanliness protocols. The drinking water, housekeep department, HVAC systems, and the pest control teams are all evaluated as well.

Ships are given scores on a 100 point scale, and if they don’t receive an 86 or higher, that is considered a fail. Any ships that fail must immediately correct any violations in the inspection, and are re-checked usually within about 30 to 45 days. In 2025, only 25 cruise ships out of 191 that the CDC inspected received a perfect score.

To crunch the numbers of perfect scores, here’s how it panned out in 2025: Five ships from Royal Caribbean, four ships in Viking Cruise Line, three ships from Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Celebrity Cruises, two from Holland America, and one from Disney Cruise Lines, Regent Seven Seas, MSC, Seabourn, and Silversea.

To see the entire list, check it out on the CDC’s website here.

Reality TV Cast Sparks Major Comeback Rumors After a Final Season Is Announced

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:01am

Shortly after the announcement regarding the final season of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, the cast of the reality TV show spoke out.

"Who said anything about final?" Pauly DelVecchio said in the cast-shared Instagram post.

"We still got plenty of messiness for ya," Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi added.

On March 4, 2026, MTV announced that Jersey Shore: Family Vacation would conclude its run with a final 18-episode season premiering Thursday, May 7 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The farewell season plans to celebrate the milestones that transformed a summer share house experiment into a full-blown pop culture phenomenon.

Since the original Jersey Shore debuted in 2009, the franchise has spanned nearly 300 episodes and multiple spinoffs, evolving alongside its cast. But now, they're saying it's not officially over.

"Ending?" Ronnie Ortiz-Magro scoffed in the video. "We're just evolving."

"MTV's changing, but we're not," Jenni "JWoww" Farley clarified.

"We promise you, the story will continue," Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino said.

"You know this is just intermission, right?" Vinny Guadagnino quipped.

The video was shared to all of the Jersey Shore cast's personal Instagram pages. But the official Jersey Shore account only shared the teaser for the final season.

Now, all fans can do is speculate. With such a big promise coming from the cast, surely the reality TV series has already been picked up by another network—right?

Personally, I can see Jersey Shore:Family Vacation evolving and fitting right in on Bravo. Some fans agree.

"The Valley: Jersey Shore," one Redditor joked in a thread regarding the cast announcement. Others would love to see Jersey Shore: Family Vacation get a Real Housewives-style makeover.

Still, some fans speculate the show could go to Peacock or Paramount. "Universal Family Vacation?" reads one comment on Sorrentino's Instagram post of the video. Cortese and Farley were recently in Orlando with their families on vacation (and filming a commercial), leaving this fan to wonder: "Are we going to Peacock???"

Stay tuned to find out what network the Jersey Shore cast will call home next.

Seth MacFarlane's Dating History: From 'Family Guy' to Ladies' Man

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:00am

He may have created Family Guy, but Seth MacFarlane isn’t exactly a family man in real life—at least not yet.

“I’m wide open to getting married, but actors are not easy people to date,” he told Parade in 2013. “You end up sharing that person with this other mistress that is their career.”

By then, MacFarlane had already built an empire as a writer, producer, actor and voice talent with the Family Guy, American Dad!, The Cleveland Show and his feature film debut, Ted. He went on to make A Million Ways to Die in the West, Ted 2, The Orville and a TV spinoff of Ted for Peacock, which premieres its third season on March 5.

If MacFarlane’s career is really his “mistress,” then his hypothetical wife has surely caught on to the affair by now.

Nonetheless, the multi-hyphenate star has been linked to a bevy of famous women over the years, from Emilia Clarke to Amanda Bynes. “I very much like the traditional courtship method of making a date,” he told Parade. “That’s what they do in normal places, but Hollywood’s not normal.”

So what’s really going on with his love life? Keep reading for a complete guide to MacFarlane’s dating history.

Is Seth MacFarlane in a relationship?

It’s anyone’s guess. Despite making headlines over the years for dating a string of women, MacFarlane rarely talks about his love life publicly.

Is Seth MacFarlane single?

He appears to be single, although MacFarlane lore certainly suggests he likes to date. Still, he wasn’t always a so-called ladies’ man.

“At the beginning, Seth was happy to have his life be Family Guy,” executive producer David Goodmantold The New Yorker in 2012. It wasn’t until the show was brought back in 2005, after a brief cancellation in 2002, that the once nerdy creator started to take interest in playing the field. He slimmed down, wore expensive clothes, got spray tans, drove an Aston Martin. “It was ‘Oh s–t, my whole life is Family Guy,” Goodman explained. “Let me go have fun and date hot girls.”

Who has Seth MacFarlane dated?

According to tabloid reports, MacFarlane has dated everyone from Tamera Mowry and Amanda Bynes to Eliza Dushku and Alexis Knapp. Commenting on his laundry list of mostly unverified love interests, he told The New Yorker, “It’s exhausting dating several people at once. It gets tiresome, because people think they have you prematurely figured out.”

When asked if he felt that he’d been dating his equals, he said, “I’m not somebody who has to go home and talk about theoretical physics at the end of a day when I’ve already been wringing my brain dry. I don’t necessarily look for an intellectual equal. I’d rather have somebody whose company excites me.”

So whose company has excited him over the years? Here’s a list of his most frequently cited connections:

Tamera Mowry

The Sister, Sister star had a brief dalliance with MacFarlane in 2006—very brief. “It was for a day,” Mowry told Larry King when asked if they dated. “But we were really, really good friends.”

Christa Campbell

MacFarlane never publicly commented on his relationship with the genre actress, but the two arrived hand-in-hand at the 58th Annual Emmy Awards in 2006, and reportedly dated until sometime in 2007.

They must have remained friends, though, because she was later seen with him at Family Guy’s pre-Emmy celebration in 2009. (Or perhaps they were an on/off couple? Who knows?!)

Eliza Dushku

The Buffy the Vampire Slayerstar was rumored to be dating the voice of Stewie in 2008, but she told Howard Stern in February 2009 that their fling was merely a “kiss-and-cuddle” that got blown out of proportion by the tabloids. Still, she and MacFarlane seemed happy to pose together a few months later at the Fox upfronts in May.

Kate Todd

Relationship rumors swirled in 2008 after MacFarlane was photographed with the Canadian actress/singer at an after-party event for the 19th Annual MuchMusic Video Awards.

Amanda Bynes

The She’s All That star was briefly linked to MacFarlane in 2008, when she was 22 and he was 35, after she voiced a character on The Family Guy.

Emilia Clarke

MacFarlane's relationship with Clarke was his rare confirmed romance! He dated the Game of Thronesstar from 2012 to 2013. Although they didn’t publicly discuss their relationship at the time, Clarke referenced it after the fact, in an interview with Glamour

When asked about dating in the public eye, she said, "Well, a con is you have strangers giving you love-life advice like, 'I'm a big fan of the show, and I'm not sure what you're doing with that guy,' which I didn't react well to," she shared. "That happened in New York when Seth and I were together. This guy started to give me advice: 'Can I get a selfie? And by the way…' Unh-unh, bro."

Related: Emilia Clarke's Dating History

Alexis Knapp

The Pitch Perfect actress, who shares a child with actor Ryan Phillippe, was linked to MacFarlane in the 2013/2014 range. After Ted 2 wrapped, they were spotted at the karaoke joint Planet Rose, where MacFarlane sang a Frank Sinatra medley and she dueted the Nine Inch Nails song “Hurt” with the owner of the establishment. Fun times!

Halston Sage

MacFarlane was last linked to his The Orville co-star Halston Sage, whom he was rumored to have dated from 2017 to 2018, although neither of them ever confirmed a romance. When she left the show in early 2019, many fans speculated it was due to their breakup, but that rumor was never substantiated. It seems unlikely, too, since she returned as a special guest star in the finale of Season 3.

Did Seth MacFarlane and Charlize Theron ever date?

No. They were spotted out together over the years, but their relationship is professional/friendly—they were co-stars on A Million Ways to Die in the West

Did Seth MacFarlane date Ashley Greene?

No. After Us Weekly reported that she and MacFarlane were flirting at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont in April 2009, she told Allure that they were just friends.

Why did Seth MacFarlane and Emilia Clarke split?

Distance was said to be a factor in their split: Clarke was still filming GoT in Europe and MacFarlane was busy working in L.A. Sounds like the career mistress struck again!

72-Year-Old Oprah's Latest Public Appearance Sparks Concern

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:00am

Oprah Winfrey caught the attention of the public, but this time it wasn't just her fashion moment that drew attention.

The American media mogul made a rare public appearance while attending Paris Fashion Week. Seated in the front row to watch Stella McCartney’s Winter 2026 show at the luxurious Le Grand Manège Jean Caucanas on Wednesday, the 72-year-old TV icon looked stunning in a vibrant look.

Oprah’s outfit channeled Little Miss Sunshine vibes in a peach-colored blazer paired with loose brown pants and a white button-down top.

She finished the look with a brown purse and oversized rimless sunglasses for a cohesive and polished ensemble.

During the event, the 21-time Emmy Award winner was also spotted chatting with The Beatles’ Paul McCartney and his daughter, fashion designer Stella McCartney.

Moreover, she was seen leaving the event with longtime best friend and fellow celebrity Gayle King as they headed out for the night.

However, before the evening wrapped up with a celebration, a video of Oprah began circulating across social media.

The short clip showed the award-winning host seemingly struggling to walk in high-heeled sandals, quickly sparking concern among viewers.

The comment section was filled with remarks suggesting the shoes were a poor choice given her age.

“A 70-year-old woman shouldn't be wearing 5" spike heels,” one wrote.

“Shoes look too narrow for her feet,” a commenter noted.

A follower agreed, but regardless of the concerns, the Beloved star was still praised for her youthful beauty.

“Looks like her shoes are hurting her - I know that feeling. Otherwise, I think she's looking pretty good,” one said.

Meanwhile, an X user pointed out Oprah’s previous surgery as a possible reason for her unusual walk.

“Oh, that’s why…. She shouldn’t be walking on heels after a knee replacement. That’s why she's walking funky,” the commenter mentioned.

In August 2021, the renowned talk show host underwent her first double knee replacement surgery and had a second procedure in November of the same year.

At the time, it was due to mobility issues that made walking difficult.

Four years into her recovery, the Queen of All Media revealed that she had finally embraced the scars left by the procedure, seeing them now as symbols of healing and strength.

“I love my knees, and the new lease on life they’ve given me,” Oprah wrote on her digital lifestyle platform, adding, “I have no reason to hide them. I’m proud of what they represent.”

This 1933 Movie Monster Changed Cinema Forever—And Aired on TV 70 Years Ago

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:00am

Seventy years ago, a giant ape officially invaded American living rooms.

Though King Kong first premiered in New York City on March 2, 1933, it wasn’t until March 5, 1956 that it made its television debut, airing on WOR’s Million Dollar Movie in New York. The legendary monster film aired 16 times over seven days, nightly at 7:30 and 10 p.m., plus weekend matinees, turning the larger-than-life creature into a small-screen sensation.

By then, the movie was already a phenomenon. Directed by Merian C. Cooper and Ernest B. Schoedsack, the original film starred Fay Wray as Ann Darrow, the blonde actress famously held in the creature’s grasp, alongside Robert Armstrong and Bruce Cabot. When it debuted at Radio City Music Hall and the RKO Roxy Theatre in 1933, audiences were stunned. Critics praised its groundbreaking stop-motion animation and musical score.

According to Forbes, during its initial run, the film earned a profit of $650,000—a number that ballooned to $2,847,000 by its 1952 re-release (roughly $33.5 million today). In fact, it became the first film ever to be re-released theatrically, a practice that would later become standard in Hollywood.

🎬 SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬

At the center of its magic was special effects pioneer Willis O’Brien, whose stop-motion animation brought the towering creature to life decades before CGI existed. In 1991, the film was deemed “culturally, historically, and aesthetically significant” by the Library of Congress and added to the National Film Registry

The story itself—about a colossal ape dubbed the “Eighth Wonder of the World”—has since inspired sequels, remakes, animated series, and blockbuster reboots. The most commercially successful modern retelling came in 2005, when director Peter Jackson reimagined the story with Naomi Watts, Adrien Brody, and Jack Black. That version earned more than $550 million worldwide and won three Academy Awards.

But that 1956 television broadcast introduced the monster to a generation who experienced the spectacle from their couches—a moment that would go down in American pop culture history.

When Does 'The Pitt' Season 2 Episode 9 Come Out? How and Where to Watch

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 7:00am

Just when you think things can't possibly get any more chaotic in the emergency room at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, they had to go analog—aka, offline. With the line in the waiting room practically spilling into the street and staff searching for space in the hallways to handle the overflow as patients from other area hospitals impacted by a cyber attack continue to arrive at The Pitt, all while doctors scramble to reconstruct their assignment board and keep track of every single one of them without the help of their digital patient charts, we have a feeling its only heading downhill from here this week on The Pitt Season 2.

Here's everything you need to know about tonight's new episode.

When does The Pitt Season 2, Episode 9 come out?

Season 2, Episode 9 of The Pitt is available to stream on HBO Max starting on Thursday, March 5 at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT.

What time does The Pitt Season 2, Episode 9 air tonight?

New episodes of The Pitt drop every week on Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. ET/6:00 p.m. PT on HBO Max.

What will happen in The Pitt Season 2, Episode 9 tonight?

Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle) just might be toeing the line of breaking the law after suggesting a dose of pain medication for Roxie, the cancer patient on hospice care, that might cause her to stop breathing. If Dr. McKay (Fiona Dourif) goes through with the administration, Louie may not be our only code blue of the shift—and one promo photo appearing to show a bedside vigil for the patient seems to point in that direction.

Dr. McKay sits at Roxie's bedside in what could be a bedside vigil.

Plus, Dr. King's (Taylor Dearden) sister, Becca (Tal Anderson) arrives after complaining about a stomachache earlier in the day, but with Mel about to be dragged into her deposition, she may not even know the status of her sister. Based on a brief glimpse at the newly constructed whiteboard full of assignments, it seems Dr. Langdon (Patrick Ball) may just swoop in to save the day. After learning from the best last season, when Mel assisted him in breaking through to an autistic patient with an ankle injury, hopefully, his bedside manner has improved a bit.

‘Below Deck’s Kate Chastain Says She Was 'Happy' Chef Ben Robinson Didn’t Marry His Ex

Thu, 03/05/2026 - 6:55am

Former Below Deckchief stew Kate Chastain says she never liked Chef Ben Robinson’s ex-fiancée — even when the couple was together.

"You know, everything happens for a reason and I'm actually so happy for him that they didn't get married because I do not think it was meant to be," Chastain explained in an Instagram reel via US Weekly. Seeing Robinson and ex Kiara Cabral split "Wasn't tough because I didn't like her that much," she added.

Chastain continued, "I was happy for him that he was finally like seeing the light. I was eight and a half months pregnant and we went to pick out the [engagement] ring. So to be part of that journey, I know it was very sad for him, like the end of a dream."

Robinson and Chastain were living in the same condo building when Robinson was dating Cabral. "So I know everything," Chastain dished. "I know more than I want to know, to be honest, that's why I have a tenant in that condo now. I was like, this is too close."

Adding, "Ben and I are great friends, kind of like family, and I know I wouldn't call him for all emergencies, but I know if I call him, I'm like, I need you, he would show up however I needed him to."

Robinson recently surprised fans by returning to the Below Deck franchise after insisting he'd never reprise his role as chef on the series. But he said in a Below Deck Down Under confessional that he came back after his relationship with Cabral fell apart when he learned she had a romance with one of his friends while they were together. Cabral has since denied the allegations.

However, since Below Deck Down Under filming wrapped, Robinson shared in a recent Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen episode he's found love again. “I have found a better half, and I’m very happy right now," he shared.

Catch Robinson on Below Deck Down Under every Monday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Chastain currently stars on House of Villains streaming on Peacock with new episodes released on Thursday.

49 Years Ago Today, ‘Mary Tyler Moore Show’ Episode Featured a Rare Cameo by Johnny Carson

In March 1977, The Mary Tyler Moore Show was in its final season—and it went out with a bang. One of the episodes of the beloved CBSsitcom featured the last of Mary Richards’ (Mary Tyler Moore) disastrous dinner parties. It also featured an A-list guest star who was so rarely seen as an actor that he literally wasn’t seen on camera.

The episode was titled “Mary’s Big Party,” and it aired March 5, 1977, on CBS, two weeks before the sitcom's long run ended for good.

In the episode, Congresswoman Geddes (Irene Tedrow) asks Mary to host a dinner party for her guest, Tonight Show host Johnny Carson, who is visiting Minneapolis. The episode features flashbacks of some of Mary’s worst dinner parties, including the famous Season 4 episode in which she has exactly six portions of Veal Prince Orloff for her dinner guests (which include a pre-Happy DaysHenry Winkler), and Lou Grant (Edward  Asner) helps himself to two pieces.

For the 1977 dinner party, Mary has a worse problem: the power goes out in her apartment, and she can’t find any candles or working flashlights. When Carson finally arrives, everyone is still in the dark. The late-night legend’s voice is heard in the final scene, but he is never shown on camera.

Carson said the episode was ‘fun’ to film

On his late-night show the following Monday, Carson confirmed it was his voice in The Mary Tyler Moore Show episode. Not only was he credited on IMDb for the rare cameo (he previously appeared as himself on episodes of Here’s Lucy and Columbo), but he reportedly joked to his Tonight Show audience that when he filmed the scene, he read from “glow-in-the-dark” cue cards because all of the lights were out.

As for why Carson didn’t actually show his face on camera, there has been speculation that his contract with NBC may have specified that he could not appear on a rival network, but that his voice was fair game. Or it may have just been the writers’ way of closing out Mary’s disastrous party history with her worst one of all.

Carson briefly mentioned his cameo when Moore appeared on The Tonight Show several years later, as he praised her for her work on the show.

“You know I got to tell you something that I have never told you, I think in public,” Carson said to Moore. “I did it one day when I was a guest on your show after the show which was fun. But your show, along with, I would guess, All in the Family and probably Maude, was one of the best-written comedy shows ever on television, and the best cast of regulars I have ever seen. And that was dynamite.”
