Teyana Taylor Unveils Chic New Look Days Ahead of the Academy Awards
The red-hot performer known as Teyana Taylor is keeping busy overseas in the days leading up to Hollywood's biggest night.
The One Battle After Another star, 35, just made her presence known at a Chanel show for Paris Fashion Week — especially since she debuted a dazzling hair transformation for it.
At the Monday, March 9 event, Taylor stepped out with an all-new silver-hued bob that certainly stood out against her white-and-black turtleneck dress.
"@teyanataylor completes her rain-ready look with an umbrella as she arrives at @matthieu_blazy’s Paris Fashion Week @chanelofficial show," reads the caption of Vanity Fair's recent joint Instagram post with Taylor.
Check out the Academy Award nominee's stunning look below.

"I love love this era for her…she is now a superstar ❤️," wrote one Instagram user, while another person simply commented, "This is everything 🖤🤍❤️🔥."
Another standout comment reads, "She’d make a great Cruella." Hey Walt Disney execs, do we have your attention — in case any future 101 Dalmatians installments are brewing?
In the meantime, fans are rooting for Taylor to take home Oscar gold on Sunday, March 15. Though she only graces the screen during the first half of One Battle After Another, she certainly steals the show for that big chunk of the epic film.
And in a recent interview IndieWire, Taylor even teased that a discussion about a sequel is “very real.” She added that she, in fact, was “begging” director Paul Thomas Anderson to make it happen.
“I want to give everybody confirmation that I am currently begging PTA to give us that. I’m begging him to give us that.”
Taylor also shared some ideas she has for a potential sequel, suggesting it could explore her character Perfidia’s time in exile.
Is Rose Byrne Married? Inside Her 14-Year Relationship With Bobby Cannavale
Legally speaking, Rose Byrne isn’t married. But if you were to ask her, she and longtime partner Bobby Cannavale are essentially husband and wife. They even refer to each that way.
“I hate all the other words! It’s just easier to say ‘husband and wife,’” Cannavale once said. “‘Boyfriend and girlfriend’ feels so young. ‘Partner’ feels so sterile.”
Besides, after two children and more than a decade together, their relationship is as legit as it gets. “I’m more married to him than anybody I’ve ever been with my whole life,” Byrne has said.
Although they’re mostly a low-key couple, the pair still manages to make headlines now and then. Case in point: At the Golden Globes in January, while accepting the award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy for her role in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, Byrne thanked her “husband,” then jokingly explained that he wasn’t there because he was “getting a bearded dragon” at a reptile expo in New Jersey. It was just the sort of delightfully random anecdote awards-show audiences eat up.
Keep reading to learn more about Byrne’s de facto husband, including how they met and whether they will ever tie the knot.
Who is Rose Byrne’s husband?Technically, Byrne doesn’t have a husband. The Australian actress has been in a long-term relationship with actor Bobby Cannavale since 2012, but the couple has never officially tied the knot.
Like Byrne, Cannavale has built a prolific career across TV, film and the stage. His credits include series like The Watcher, Nine Perfect Strangers and Scarpetta, as well as films such as Ant-Man, The Irishman and Blue Moon.

Did Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale get married? No. Byrne and Cannavale are not legally married. Despite being together for more than a decade and raising a family, the couple has not yet made it official in the eyes of the government.
While talking to The Sydney Morning Herald in July 2021, Byrne explained why she and Cannavale still haven’t said “I do,” boiling it down to life getting in the way.
“I keep going, ‘Let’s get around to it, let’s do it,’” Byrne said. “And then, you know, you have a baby, and then, oh, there’s another baby. It was kind of like that for us. I love weddings, and I know people [for whom] it’s an important thing, and I respect that totally. I guess for us it’s just been, we didn’t do it, we’ll do it, then—no! Pandemic.”
How did Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale meet? The pair met through mutual friends in New York around 2012.
At the time, Byrne was starring in Damages and gaining momentum in Hollywood after films like Bridesmaids and X-Men: First Class, and Cannavale was making waves with his Emmy-winning role in Boardwalk Empire. Their relationship moved fairly quickly and they began collaborating on screen soon after they started dating, first with the movie Adult Beginners, then in the Annie remake, both released in 2014.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, Byrne’s Damages co-star Glenn Closesaid of the couple: “The chemistry between them, it’s just so remarkable.” Plus, they’re “both kind of universally loved.”

What has Rose Byrne acted in with Bobby Cannavale? So far, Byrne and Cannavale have collaborated six times onscreen and once on stage.
“I love working with him. He’s one of my favourite scene partners,” Byrne told Vogue Australia. “It’s very easy to then go home and completely forget about it because you have children and they couldn’t care less what you’ve done that day.”
Their joint credits include:
Movies- Adult Beginners (2014)
- Annie (2014)
- Spy (2015)
- Seriously Red (2022)
- Ezra (2024)
- Platonic (2025 cameo from Cannavale)
- Medea at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM)
Their performance of Madea, in which Byrne played the lead, was arguably their biggest swing as a couple.
“Doing a play together was a big decision, particularly because you miss a lot of bedtimes,” Byrne said. “But [Bobby] was relaxed about us working together, so I thought, you know what, I should just throw caution to the wind and try this instead of being so church and state [about work and family]. And he was very much a supporting character in Medea, too. I’ve been around a long time, and there’s not a lot of male actors of Bobby’s calibre who are willing to do that [play support to a female lead]. He’s one of the few fantastic actors who will.”
Are Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale still together?Yes, Byrne and Cannavale are still together. The couple has maintained a relatively private relationship but they frequently appear together at premieres, award shows and industry events.
When Byrne was nominated for an Oscar for her role in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, Cannavale shared a screenshot of a celebratory FaceTime call on Instagram. “Academy Award Nominee Best Actress,” he wrote in the caption. “Winner Best Mama, Friend, Human What a moment @fullyrosebyrne ❤️”
View this post on Instagram How many kids does Rose Byrne have?Byrne has two sons with Cannavale. Their first child, Rocco, was born in February 2016, and their second son, Rafa, arrived in November 2017. “Being a parent is just a life-changer,” she said. “It reframes everything. Kids are so grounding, they couldn’t care less if you’ve had a hard day. They keep you in the moment.”
Since starring in If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, a dark comedy about parental burnout, she’s spoken more about the challenges of motherhood.
“Mothers are both revered and ignored; there’s this duality,” she said. “It’s so hard to chat about motherhood, because you feel if you’re anything but delighted, there’s a lot of shame around that.”
Who is the father of Rose Byrne’s kids?Byrne shares two sons with Cannavale, while he also has an older son, actor Jake Cannavale, from a previous relationship.
“Bobby has relentless energy and positivity and I’m at a much slower pace, so that is a great yin and yang,” she said of how they balance each other out as parents. “Boys have to, like, physically wrestle. They’re like puppies—it’s just a different energy from my friends who have girls.”
How long have Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale been together? As of 2026, Byrne and Cannavale have been together for roughly 14 years.
"He is one of a kind, man!" Byrne told InStyle. "He’s endlessly interesting and entertaining. When something is special, it’s hard to articulate it, but I feel really lucky."

The Shocking Way Candice Bergen Got onto 'Shrinking' — Plus a Harrison Ford Surprise (Exclusive)
Candice Bergen admits she doesn't watch much television these days. Most of her screentime is dedicated to the news, very much in line with the woman who brought Murphy Brown to life, one of the most political sitcoms in TV history. But there is one show that the five-time Emmy winner does tune in for: Shrinking.
"I watched the show, and I fell in love with the show," the 79-year-old tells Parade in an exclusive interview about the Apple TV series, "with the truthfulness and the intelligence and the humor. Everyone in the cast, I think, is perfect. And so I said to my agent, 'I want to do the show. Can you get me on it?' I had to sort of crawl onto this show."
Of course, when you get the request from TV royalty to be on your show, you have no choice but to say yes. So that's what Jason Segel, Bill Lawrence and company did, bringing her on in Episode 7 of Season 3. Bergen plays Constance, the doting mother of Derek (Ted McGinley), who pays a visit following his heart surgery in the previous episode. And, in a classic comedy trope, we see the latest in apparently many instances she's butted heads with daughter-in-law Liz (Christa Miller).
"I had met Christa years before at a dinner in LA and liked her very much," Bergen says about working with the Scrubs star. "So I was very happy to see her again. And it's a lovely set to come on to. They're a very welcoming and inclusive set. It's not intimidating; it's very friendly. And when you invite yourself, you kind of toe the line."
Related: ‘Shrinking’ Star Says Filming With Harrison Ford & Michael J. Fox Was ‘Very Strange’
Despite Constance's passive-aggressive tone to Liz for the majority of the episode, the two finally hash it out over a disagreement involving Liz's son Connor (Gavin Lewis). At one point, she meets Paul (Harrison Ford), venting to him about the frustrations of younger generations not taking the advice accrued from all of their life experience. And, while this was the first time Constance had ever met Paul, in actuality, Bergen had a chance encounter with the legendary actor decades ago.
"I'd met Harrison 100 years ago when he was working as a carpenter," she says. "Because he was an actor who was having trouble getting work, and he was a very good carpenter. And I was at Joan Didion and John Dunn's house for dinner, and Harrison was there with his hammer, I think. And I met him. So I had a brief meeting with him at their house. And I'm a huge Harrison fan. I think Harrison is a national treasure."
When asked if she would drop by on any other current shows for a guest appearance, Bergen mentions Hacks (though she admits she is not caught up on the hit Jean Smart series). Though she goes on to admit, "I can't keep inviting myself on shows! It's a little embarrassing." It's safe to say, whether being the inviter or the invitee, any chance to have Candice Bergen on our screens is a welcome one.

'Love Is Blind' Season 10's Jess Barrett Reveals New Relationship With Castmate At Reunion
Love Is Blind Season 10's Jessica Barrettannounced a new romantic relationship at the Netflix-hosted reunion, confirming that she did find love from the pods—just not with ex-fiancé Chris Fusco.
SPOILER—This post includes spoilers fromthe Love Is BlindSeason 10 reunion.
During Tudum’s watch party of the reunion, it was revealed that, after the show finished filming, Barrett reconnected with Season 10 cast member Haramol Gill, and the two began a romantic relationship.
Barrett and Gill, both of whom are doctors, exchanged affectionate words with one another during the reunion, with Gill telling Barrett, "I love you, Jess… that word is not enough" and adding, "The fact that you're packaged like that; you're so hot." Barrett reciprocated, telling Gill that she loves him too.
Barrett's Love Is Blind arc gained significant online attention after it was revealed that her then-fiancé, Fusco, told her that he was looking for someone who did pilates every day. It was Barrett who then called things off, although that was followed by an event at which Fusco discussed (and defended) what he had said to Barrett, leading to further backlash.
At that same event, Fusco made comments about fellow castmate Connor Spies to Spies' fiancé at the time, Brianna "Bri" McNees, which drew additional backlash and criticism—so much so that, also during the reunion, Love is Blind co-host Nick Lacheytook him to task, at one point suggesting that Fusco had some things to work out with a therapist.
Additional shocking Season 10 reveals at the reunion included that Spies and McNees are still together today, despite calling off their wedding before the show concluded, as well as the news that Devonta Anderson is in a new relationship and expecting a child later this year.
The reunion was also held in front of an audience of former Love Is Blind contestants, including fan-favorite couple Zack Goytowski and Bliss Poureetezadi from Season 4 of the show, who revealed that baby number two, whom they are currently expecting, is a boy.
Sam's Club's Cool New Floating Game Mat Is a Must-Have for Relaxing Pool Days
Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
When warm weather hits, the best gatherings usually happen near the water. Whether it's a backyard pool party, a lazy afternoon at the lake or a weekend spent floating under the sun, the right setup can make those moments even better.
That's why shoppers are getting excited about a new find at Sam's Club. The retailer recently introduced the Maison Lude 3-in-1 Floating Game Mat, a colorful game set designed for playing in or out of the water. The unique set includes a floating mat along with Mahjong tiles, Rummi tiles and waterproof playing cards, turning a pool day into a floating game night.
Priced around $149, the set is already generating buzz online, with shoppers saying it’s hard to find in stock at some locations.

Part of the appeal is how visually fun the set looks. It comes in two bright styles, Tropical and Sun and Lemon, both designed with cheerful colors and summer-inspired patterns that instantly feel pool-party-ready. The set includes 160 Mahjong tiles with sample hand cards, a 106-tile Rummi set and a 54-card waterproof deck, along with tile support bars and the floating game mat itself.

Of course, the biggest draw is the floating feature. Instead of gathering around a table, players can bring the mat into the pool and play while partially floating in the water. It's a relaxed twist on traditional tabletop games that feels perfectly suited for slow summer afternoons.
Early reviewers seem impressed with the set's quality and design. One shopper wrote that the set and mat are "amazing,” praising the beautiful tiles and strong value for the price. Another reviewer simply called it a "perfect set," giving it five out of five stars.
Because the Sam's Club set combines multiple games in one package, it's also versatile enough for different gatherings. It can be used on pool days, brought along on lake trips, or set up on a patio table for evening game sessions after the sun goes down.
For anyone looking to level up their summer hangouts, this playful Sam's Club find might be the ultimate poolside entertainment. And judging by the buzz online, shoppers are already racing to grab one before they disappear from shelves.

Kelly Clarkson Drops 'American Idol' Prize Bombshell 24 Years Later: 'They Lied!'
Some Traitors fans were surprised to learn thatRob Rausch is still waiting to receive his prize money for winning, but the real shock was hearing that Kelly Clarkson never got her American Idol prize. At least, not how she expected to.
Related: Rob Rausch on ‘Survivor’? Jeff Probst Has a Slightly Shady Response
Clarkson admitted she "relates" to Rausch not yet receiving the $220,800 he won at the end of The Traitors "hardcore," because while she thought she was taking home $1 million and a car as she was surrounded by confetti on the Idol finale stage in 2002, that's not what she got.
"They were like, 'Oh you win a million dollars or whatever, da da da.' No, you didn't. They lied. You did not, no," said Clarkson on the March 10 episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show. "It was like a million dollars worth of investment in you."
She was also expecting a car, which she "needed" because hers was damaged and couldn't afford to fix it, but she didn't get that either.

What's worse, a contestant on the next season did get a car. "I did not get a car, and then Clay Aiken, who didn't win the second season, got a car... And his mom!" Clarkson shrieked. "I remember Clay telling me that the second season. He was like, 'Yeah, they gave my mom one.' I was like, 'I'm gonna actually kick your a-- right now.'"

Clarkson warned Rausch that he "might not see" the prize money, but encouraged him to parlay his newfound fame into a career, like she did. "Look, you are a really good actor! I think you'd be great at [acting]!" she said, while he admitted he'd be open to it.
Clarkson didn't take home a fat stack of cash, but she did turn her brief American Idol spotlight into a lifelong opportunity including many chart-topping songs over the course of two decades, some children's books, a judging gig on The Voice, and her own talk show, so many would say she got the ultimate prize after all.
Savannah Guthrie’s Mom Nancy Update: Device ‘Key’ to Tracking & Finding Her, Says Digital Forensics Expert
Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie‘s mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing after the abduction from her Tucson, Ariz., home—and recently, a digital forensics expert speculated that a device could be "key" to tracking and finding the 84-year-old.
On the Tuesday, March 10 episode of Crime Stories With Nancy Grace, host Nancy Grace spoke with digital forensics expert, Heather Barnhart with the SANS Technology Institute, about Nancy's case.
"Many people point out that Nancy Guthrie's hearing aids were left behind," Grace shared. "But we're also learning she may have had a second pair that she was wearing at the time she was kidnapped. She then asked the expert, "How can that help us find Nancy Guthrie?"
"That's a little tricky," Barnhart admitted. "Her phone will track everything associated to those hearing aids because they pair through Bluetooth. You can actually use hearing aids as you would AirPods. You could FaceTime. You can listen to music through them. So that connectivity is important to the phone."
Unfortunately, in Nancy's case, the phone was left behind.
"It would be the key to everything on Nancy's location if she had her phone with her," Barnhart noted. "So her phone is tied to those hearing aids and tied to her pacemaker. The fact that her phone is left behind, I'm sure investigators looked to see if they could ping that and get a location. And they either did and they're holding that close to them, or they fell short."
Additionally, she explained, "There is a database on her phone that examiners should be able to look at and see her last known location. But in order for that to work, they'd have to be paired for that."
What investigators might know, however, is the last known location of the hearing aids before the batteries died—if they had a "Find My"-type feature on the smartphone app for the hearing aids.
"It does work really well, and it will show the last known location until the device is no longer active," Barnhart told Grace. "So if the hearing aids lose a charge, it won’t be available anymore."
Nancy was last seen at her Catalina Hills home on Jan. 31, with the Pima County Sheriff's Department (PCSD) launching its search on Feb. 1.

Sarah J. Maas Revealed an Extraordinary Detail About a Chapter of 'A Court of Mist and Fury'
Final drafts never look like the first for authors, and that’s because scenes have to be cut or descriptions are reworked. However, Sarah J. Maas shared a fun and unusual fact about one particular scene in A Court of Mist and Fury. It turns out one chapter was pretty close to the first draft.
Maas appeared on Alex Cooper’sCall Her Daddy podcast, where she delved into details about her ACOTAR series, including how she has the rights back for her work and plans on being in control of adaptations. She also dished on inspiration behind some of the scenes, and it turns out that there is one in particular that was pretty much perfect from the first draft.
Sarah J. Maas Didn’t Change Much in Chapter 55After the iconic Starfall scene, Feyre and Rhysand’s relationship changes considerably. They’re no longer just political allies, but they have now become a romantic couple. It’s by Chapter 55 of A Court of Mist and Fury that they are in the best place possible to seal their relationship.
Everyone waited patiently for the intimate scene between the couple, and it was more than worth the wait. For Maas, it was even more highly anticipated, as she knew where her characters needed to eventually be. For her, writing the scene was “an emotional release,” due to the buildup of the backstory.
It was something she’d waited to reveal, and she was proud of the work after it was done.
In fact, it was so beautifully written that she barely changed anything when it came to the edits. Because of that, she’s even happier that it connected with the readers, as it’s clear that everything Maas felt at the time was out there on the page. It was a natural flow, which not many authors can say happens.
Sarah J. Maas Connects to Another WorldWhile further explaining her writing process, she admitted that sometimes, she doesn’t know how she does it completely. What she does attribute her writing to is “channeling something” from “another world.”
She shared with Cooper that her desk is covered in crystals, and she’s sure that there’s a “cosmic” element to her writing. She doesn’t consciously plan, and yet a lot of scenes just work out the way they’re meant to, just like Chapter 55 of A Court of Mist and Fury.
It’s something we’ll need to look out for when it comes to the two new ACOTAR books that are to come. Maas shared she had to step away from her computer when a scene left her so shocked, that’s how vivid everything was for her to write, but also because she knew that it was perfect. And now, many of us can’t wait for the sixth and seventh books in the series.

‘Jerry Maguire’ Star Jonathan Lipnicki, 35, Is So Handsome Now as He Does the ‘90s Meme Trend
Jonathan Lipnicki was just a little boy in Jerry Maguire, but the actor is quite handsome these days as he looks back on the '90s.
The young star skyrocketed to superstardom at age 5 alongside Tom Cruise and Renee Zellweger in the iconic film Jerry Maguire. For those of you who don’t remember the legendary Cameron Crowe-directed film, the romantic-comedy-drama follows a sports agent who loses his job, leaves the office in a dramatic exit, and takes a low-level employee, named Dorothy Boyd (played by Zellweger), along for the ride. Lipnicki, of course, played Boyd’s adorable son. Spoiler alert: Maguire and Boyd fall in love, as you’d expect. Fun fact: Jerry Maguire’s character was supposed to be 35 years old in the film, making him the exact age Lipnicki is now! If that doesn’t make you feel like curling up in bed, what does?
On Instagram, Lipnicki, who is now 35, took part in the popular '90s trend meme that's taking over social media. Seeing as he was in one of the most popular films of the decade, it's only natural that he participate!
View this post on Instagram What's Jonathan Lipnicki Filming These Days?Flash forward to 2026, and Lipnicki is working hard to rev up his acting career. Now 35, the actor was spotted on Instagram at the end of last year in a photo behind the scenes of his new film, Williston, which he is also executive producing. Still sporting his famous blond hair, Lipnicki is as handsome as ever these days. Smiling alongside Veep alum Matt Walsh and actress Geneva Carr, Lipnicki doesn’t look too far off from the little boy we came to know and love in Jerry Maguire.
View this post on Instagram What Was it Like After Jerry Maguire? While Lipnicki thrived as a child star, the transition years were a bit challenging.
“I had some really good things that happened when I was younger,” he told PEOPLE earlier this year. Still, he feels at peace with his situation. “It’s totally fine to say I’m not where I want to be career-wise. Everything we’re doing in this life is nearly impossible.”
Lipnicki intentionally cut back on work during high school so he could experience the years fully. He says he has “no regrets” about doing that and went on to study acting after. Now, he’s ready to tackle his career head-on.
“And I pray every night for clarity on where I need to go, and I’m confident the best is yet to come for me,” he told the publication. “And I think you just have to believe that. If you’re going to pursue this, you’re doing yourself a disservice not to dream big.”
With his latest career news, it’s safe to say Lipnicki has several irons in the fire!

High Poppi Performance! How Did ‘Shark Tank’ Guest Allison Ellsworth Make Her Soda Money?
Everything’s Poppi-ing this Wednesday, March 11, on Shark Tank!
Popular prebiotic soda co-founder Allison Ellsworth is returning to the hit reality TV entrepreneurial show as a guest Shark investor for season 17. Fans can see the episode airing at 10/9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and streaming on Hulu. Ellsworth last made a guest appearance on Shark Tank in November and now she's back to give more business advice to contestants and possibly invest! As viewers know, Ellsworth and her husband appeared on Shark Tank in 2018 seeking money for their business, and she has come full circle after Poppi hit it big.
Ellsworth recently told Parade that she was delighted to get a successful deal years ago and return to be a Shark herself. She said, “I think it gave me a lot of sympathy for the entrepreneurs who come into the tank and see all of the behind-the-scenes happenings on the show... I have a huge passion for mentoring and giving back now."
Beautiful blonde Ellsworth, who made a bundle on Poppi with her spouse and then sold the company, will have lots of pointers to offer to entrepreneurs on this week’s episode, especially during a segment featuring a low-sugar, aloe vera-based soda. But first, read on to find out more about Ellsworth’s life before Poppi, who she married, how her business bubbled over, and what she’s doing now.
How old is Poppi founder Allison Ellsworth? She’s reportedly 38 and born on January 5, although her year of birth hasn’t been publicly confirmed.
What was Allison Ellsworth’s job before Poppi? As Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization has reported, Ellsworth’s life story is like a fairy tale as she’s traveled a journey from a Texas kitchen to a $1.95 billion acquisition by PepsiCo.
Born to an entrepreneurial family in Colorado and raised in Texas, Ellsworth earned a Bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Texas. She actually worked in oil and gas research but found that traveling for work and eating badly affected her health. Ellsworth recalled to CNBC, “I felt ill. So my face started breaking out, my stomach was hurting. I was allergic to all sorts of different things ... and I couldn’t figure out what’s going on.”
Ellsworth discovered apple cider vinegar might provide a natural remedy but it tasted terrible. In about 2015, Allison Ellsworth started experimenting in her Dallas kitchen, mixing apple cider vinegar with fruit and soda water to make a healthy low-sugar, high-fiber soda.
Who is Allison Ellsworth married to?She walked down the aisle in 2014 with another budding entrepreneur, Stephen Ellsworth, after “we met at the mall,” he told Tribeza.com. Allison added in the interview, “He asked me if I wanted to get ice cream. We started hanging out and fell in love quickly.”
They started the Poppi business together. By 2016, she and Stephen were getting ready to welcome their first child when she decided to sell their soda at farmers’ markets under the name “Mother Beverage.” Soon, Whole Foods carried the soda.
Founders Stephen and Allison Ellsworth—also husband and wife—attend the Poppi Mart Launch Party in January 2024. How did ‘Shark Tank’ help Allison Ellsworth’s Poppi business?Business buff Ellsworth revealed she had watched every episode of Shark Tank before she went on the show. By 2018, the year Ellsworth and her husband appeared on Shark Tank, their company was earning about $500,000 in revenue, according to CNBC.
During the filming of the series where they pitched Mother Beverage, Ellsworth was nine months pregnant. The businesswoman looked much different back then! She gave birth to a son ten days after filming.
When Stephen and Allison Ellsworth firt appeared on Shark Tank, their all-natural sparkling prebiotic product was called 'Mother.'Businessman/investor and guest Shark Rohan Oza made the TV deal with the Ellsworths, offering $400,000 for a 25 percent stake of the business. The couple tweaked their product, adding a little sugar, changing from glass bottles to cans, and switching the name from the health food-sounding Mother Beverage to the more lively and fun Poppi.
In a bit of strange luck for the rebranded soda, it launched in March 2020 around when the Covid-19 pandemic began; Ellsworth noted that people wanted to consume healthy products at home. And the Shark Tank connection paid off again when an update on Poppi’s business aired on the show in April 2020.
Within a couple of years, Poppi was awarded BevNet’s Campaign of the Year, went viral on TikTok with one billion plus page views and even ranked number one on Amazon’s search for “soda.”

How much did Allison and Stephen Ellsworth make from the sale of Poppi?Last year, the Ellsworths sold their beverage company to PepsiCo for nearly $2 billion (which includes an estimated $300 million of cash tax benefits). Oza from Shark Tank brokered the blockbuster sale. According to Forbes, the Ellsworths owned an estimated 12 percent of Poppi at the time of the Pepsi sale, worth about $150 million post-tax.

What is Allison Ellsworth doing now?Ellsworth leads Poppi’s overall brand strategy, creative and innovation. She told Axios, "We're working on 2026 campaigns and we're doing a college tour and I get to come in and help with visionary stuff. That's really my superpower."
Allison lives in Austin, Texas—where the beverage company is based—with her husband and three young boys. She explained toTribeza that her family life is super important: “I love that we can be examples of entrepreneurs who are still just a normal mom and dad. It’s really important to show our kids that you can be successful, work hard, stay grounded and be kind. They’ve seen our success, but we’re still at the baseball and soccer games every weekend.”
What did Allison Ellsworth learn from fellow Sharks for her guest shot?To promote her Shark Tank appearances, the entrepreneur told Parade that regular show mogul Lori Greiner gave her advice. "There was one deal that I was extremely excited about wanting to go in on, and she said, 'Look, you’re going to get excited about a lot of opportunities, but unless you can really make an impact and help these entrepreneurs, don’t do it.'"
Ellsworth continued: "It goes back to before I got my deal on Shark Tank, they called [it] 'stupid money.' If I can’t make a genuine impact, I don’t have real connections and I can’t add value, then it’s just money. I’ve been there and I want my investor to make a real impact and be there alongside me in a true partnership."

Why Burt Ward Thinks 'Batman' Was Canceled
Actor Burt Ward, now 80, famously played Dick Grayson, AKA Robin, in the hit '60s superhero series, Batman.
Ward revealed his theory as to why the show, which also starred Adam Westas Batman, came to an end after its third season in a 2013 interview for Pioneers of Television. He stated that he believed Batman was canceled because it lost its humor after a new unit production manager was brought in to save costs.
"I have a very definite belief as to why the show was canceled. Batman was a very expensive show to make, as I understood it the producers were losing $200,000 to $300,000 a week making the show. That's a lot of money in 1966, '67, and '68," said Ward in the interview.
He said that the unit production manager told the producers that he could better the show's finances if he could direct episodes of Batman. According to Ward, the unit production manager helped make the series less costly. However, Ward said he believed the individual's role as a director caused the show to lose its "heart."
"The jokes weren't funny, although he laughed at them. And it cheapened the show so much," said Ward.
Ward also said that he's been told by fans that they preferred the first two seasons of Batman.
"I go out and make personal appearances and I'd hear it, they say, 'Gee Burt, gosh, those first two years, it was so great, and the funny lines and the moments and this and that. And it all became cookie cutter stuff that wasn't funny anymore,'" said Ward in the Pioneers of Television interview.
Ward also said he "complained" about the situation, which caused him to have some issues with the unit production manager-turned-director. He clarified that he and West "only wanted the best for the show," which ran for over 100 episodes from 1966 to 1968.
"It was really sad because it wouldn't have had to end then. It doesn't mean that it would have gone on forever, of course," said Ward while filming the Pioneers of Television episode. "But it ended early because it was all about money and bringing things in on budget on time. Even if the payoffs weren't as good. It just wasn't the level of quality that we originally started with."

She concluded the post with a reminder to show the women around you love today and every day.
“So today, remind a woman in your life how much she means to you - the one who lifted you up, encouraged you, or simply loved you when you needed it most. Spread the love and celebrate women - today and every day. ❤️✨🫶🏽”

Beloved Upscale Summer Spot Is Officially 'Limiting' Tourists—Here's Where to Go Instead
There is a certain kind of summer destination that travelers romanticize long before they arrive. Think rose covered cottages, narrow coastal paths, and salty breezes rolling in from the Atlantic. For decades, places like Nantucket have embodied that dream. But in 2026, even the idyllic seaside enclave is confronting a modern travel challenge: Too many visitors.
Local officials on the island have approved new measures to manage crowds along the famous Sconset Bluff Walk after residents complained about congestion, privacy concerns, and damage to property, according to Fox News. The popular coastal footpath now has recommended visiting hours and volunteer “docents” who help guide visitors and monitor behavior during the busy summer season. For travelers, the news raises an interesting question. If some of the world’s most beloved summer spots are becoming harder to access, where should you go instead?
Get the latest travel inspiration and news delivered straight to your inbox.
Why Nantucket Is Limiting Visitors This SummerThe bluff walk in the village of Siasconset is famous for a reason. The narrow trail winds between private cottages and sweeping ocean views, often framed by climbing roses and hydrangeas. Social media has turned it into a must visit photo spot.
That popularity has come with unintended consequences. Residents say crowds often spill into private yards and create disturbances. One local described waking up to strangers on a neighbor’s porch during the peak summer season. Local leaders now say the challenge is balancing public access with the rights of homeowners.
The solution this year includes limited visiting hours between 8:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. during July and August, along with volunteer “bluff docents” who help educate visitors about respectful behavior on the trail. The situation reflects a broader reality across popular travel destinations. Small communities that were once quiet summer retreats are now navigating the realities of viral travel trends.

The Bigger Travel Trend: Overtourism Is Reshaping DestinationsOvertourism is no longer limited to famous global landmarks. Even smaller coastal towns are experiencing seasonal population spikes that strain infrastructure and local life.
In the case of Nantucket, the island’s year round population sits around 10,000 residents, but summer visitation can swell to 60,000 or even 80,000 people at peak times. Studies of island population data show that summer days now regularly exceed 40,000 people on the island, a number that was once limited to only the busiest holiday weekends. That surge transforms everything from traffic patterns to housing availability. It also creates tension between travelers seeking authentic experiences and residents trying to maintain their community.
Similar conversations are happening worldwide. Cities such as Barcelona and Venice have introduced tourist taxes, reservation systems, or visitor caps in recent years. The goal is not necessarily to discourage tourism entirely, but to manage it in a way that preserves local life. For travelers, the lesson is simple. Sometimes the best trip involves looking slightly beyond the most famous destination.
Coastal Alternatives to Nantucket That Travelers LoveIf you are dreaming of breezy seaside charm but want to avoid heavy summer crowds, several destinations offer a similar atmosphere with fewer restrictions.
Here are a few alternatives travelers may want to consider:
1. Block Island, Rhode Island
This small island off the coast of Rhode Island offers dramatic bluffs, quiet beaches, and miles of bike friendly roads. Many visitors say it feels like Nantucket decades ago. I find the Mohegan Bluffs are especially striking at sunset.
2. Rockport, Massachusetts
Located on Cape Ann, Rockport combines New England fishing village charm with colorful harbor views. Travelers will find art galleries, seaside cafes, and scenic coastal walks without the same level of celebrity summer crowds.
3. Camden, Maine
Camden is one of those places where mountains meet the sea. Sailboats drift through the harbor while hiking trails climb into Camden Hills State Park. It offers classic New England summer scenery with a slower pace.
Each destination delivers the same ingredients travelers seek in Nantucket. Salt air, charming streets, and a sense that time moves just a little slower by the water.

How Travelers Can Avoid the Crowds AnywhereEven if you still plan to visit Nantucket, there are ways to experience popular destinations more responsibly. One strategy is simply adjusting timing. Shoulder seasons such as late spring and early fall often offer the same beauty with dramatically fewer visitors. Weekday travel can also make a big difference in places that see heavy weekend traffic.

Another approach is exploring beyond the most photographed locations. Some of the best travel moments happen in quiet corners of a destination that never trend on social media. Personally, I have found that the most memorable places are often the ones that require a bit of curiosity. The harbor you discover after turning down the wrong street. The small café where locals gather after work. As over tourism reshapes travel, those quieter discoveries may become the real luxury of summer trips. And in many ways, that is good news for travelers willing to wander a little further.

‘House’ Alum Lisa Edelstein, 59, Is Absolutely Stunning With Full Gray Hair
Lisa Edelstein is an absolutely stunning actress, and she looks better than ever with full gray hair.
The House star, 59, rose to superstardom as Dr. Lisa Cuddy opposite Hugh Laurie on the hit FOX series. After her run on that series ended, she tackled divorced life on E!'s popular series Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce. With turns on The Good Doctor and 9-1-1: Lone Star, the curly-haired beauty has continued to act in recent years, while pursuing her love of art. In a new shot on her Instagram page, the stunning star shared a photo of herself with the world that made it clear she looks absolutely incredible with a full head of gray curls. What a beauty!
View this post on Instagram How Does Edelstein Feel About Aging in Hollywood?Edelstein previously opened up about how she believes it’s a “wonderful thing to be over 40 in Hollywood.”
“I think Hollywood mirrors what’s happening in our culture, so it’s not like it’s in its own separate track,” she told Bravo’s Daily Dish back in 2017. “But certainly for myself, I got this job [on GG2D] when I was 48 to be the lead of a romantic dramedy, and that wouldn’t have happened 20 years ago, that wouldn’t have happened 10 years ago. I don’t know what shifted, but it’s a wonderful thing to be able to tell a sexy, fun, lively story about a woman in her late 40s.”
The actress continued, sharing that it’s great to be able to be herself, rather than have to hide her real age.
“And no one’s trying to hide that I’m that age,” she continued. “It’s not like I’m trying to squeeze myself into a 35-year-old character, which would be miserable because I think it’s a wonderful time in a woman’s life when you’ve sort of figured a lot of sh– out and you can kind of move forward with confidence and knowing yourself in a way that you just can’t possibly do in your 20s or 30s or even your 40s.”
What is Lisa Edelstein Up to These Days?Edelstein is very in demand as an actress, and recently lent her voice to a role in Long Story Short. The animated comedy, which follows siblings from childhood to adulthood and back again, also stars Ben Feldman, Angelique Cabral, and Abbi Jacobson. But the actress is also pursuing an art career. On her Instagram page, you can follow Edelstein as she shares her paintings, which, according to her personal website, "mine her own family history in works that transform vintage photographs into compositions that acutely capture the color and texture of the moment in time they were taken."
If you check out her website, you can find several of Edelstein's upcoming art shows, as well.
View this post on InstagramWe Can’t Forget ‘Outlander’ Book 9 Sort of Includes the Faith Storyline
One of the biggest complaints about the Faith storyline on Outlander Season 8 is that “it didn’t happen in the books.” That’s not quite true, but it’s understandable why some have forgotten about it.
Of course, Faith didn’t survive after Dragonfly in Amber, the second Outlander novel, but the chances of her surviving did actually come up in a later book. It’s only for a fleeting moment, but there is basis for the story.
Claire Wonders If Faith Survived in ‘Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone’The conversation comes up in Chapter 24 of Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone. After seeing the locket with the portrait of Jane and Fanny’s mother, Faith, Claire and Jamie discuss the chances. Well, it’s more Claire bringing up the situation.
She knows that it’s impossible and a work of fantasy, but she can’t help run through the idea in her mind. What if Master Raymond had brought Faith back to life? What if their Faith was Fanny’s Faith?
Claire and Jamie even entertain the idea for a while, with Claire desperately wishing that it was possible. The one question Jamie has is why Master Raymond hadn’t told Claire, and she goes into all sorts of her own theories. Considering Master Raymond was banished and she and Jamie left Paris shortly after, it’s possible that Master Raymond didn’t get time to tell her.
This is also the moment Claire realizes that she and Master Raymond may be related, something that hasn’t come up on Outlander Season 8 just yet. In the novellas and short stories, we, as readers, do find out that all time travelers are related, but Claire doesn’t learn this.
But with all this, it’s clear that there was an inkling of the idea in Diana Gabaldon’s books. While the show did then develop that into a story of its own, it’s unfair to say that “it didn’t happen in the books.”
Diana Gabaldon Even Said She Sort Of Gave ‘Outlander’ The IdeaIn an interview with Parade after Outlander Season 7, Gabaldon even admitted that she gave the show the idea. At least, some of it. She was going to write a second graphic novel, which would have taken place during the second book, and she admitted that in that, she was going to have Master Raymond bring Faith to life.
There was even a reason why Master Raymond didn’t come back. It’s almost like this idea is what also helped feed into Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone, as Claire wonders if fantasy could be reality.
In the end, Gabaldon didn’t write a second graphic novel, and Claire decides that Faith couldn’t have survived in the books. It does bring up the question of what could have been, though.
Singer Colter Wall Cancels Ongoing Tour: 'I Am Mentally Unwell'
Singer-songwriter Colter Wall, 30, has officially cancelled the remainder of his ongoing 2026 tour, which is supporting his Memories and Empties album. The grateful but plain-spoken cancellation announcement, posted today on the Canadian singer's social, states: “The truth is that I am mentally unwell.”
The Saskatchewan native with a deep, gritty, and soulful voice hit the music scene in 2015 with his album Imaginary Appalachia, which was then followed by a self-titled album in 2017. Wall is known for songs like "Sleeping on the Blacktop" and "Kate McCannon." His music doesn't quite fit into contemporary country genre, but its authentic sound been defined as country, folk, and Western music. Wall is also a dedicated rancher when he's not on the road.
The full public announcement from Wall, which affects the final four tour dates, reads:
“The truth is that I am mentally unwell. Despite this, I have pushed myself to continue with touring. As a result my mental health has only further declined.
After discussions with my team, we have decided to cancel the remaining shows and take an indefinite hiatus from live music.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Tickets will be refunded automatically from original point of purchase."
View this post on InstagramIt's so refreshing to live in a world where artists can prioritize their mental health when needed. That's not to say this was an easy decision at all, as Wall says he continued performing on the road, trying to push past the boundaries of his mental health needs. However, taking a much-needed break, or even a longer hiatus, is becoming more common across celebrity industries.
Wall should take pride in setting this important precedent for other musicians, artists, performers who might be struggling. May there be restful, peaceful days ahead for him.
