Nancy Guthrie Update: Savannah & Siblings Send New Message as Search Nears Week 8
Savannah Guthrie‘s mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing, going on Week 8 after the abduction from her Tucson, Ariz., home—and the Today co-anchor and her siblings just sent a new message.
On Saturday, March 21, the Tucson news station KVOA aired a special titled Bring Her Home: The Disappearance of Nancy Guthrie at 6:30 p.m. MT.
"We are deeply grateful for the outpouring from neighbors, friends and the people of Tucson. We are all family now. We continue to believe it is Tucsonans, and the greater southern Arizona community that hold the key to finding resolution in this case," the message from Savannah, Annie Guthrie, and Camron Guthrie read.
It continued, "Someone knows something. It's possible a member of this community has information that they do not even realize is significant. We hope people search their memories, especially around the key timelines of January 31 and the early morning hours of February 1, as well as the late evening of January 11."
The message added, "We desperately ask this community for renewed attention to our mom's case—please consult camera footage, journal notes, text messages, observations or conversations that in retrospect may hold significance. No detail is too small. It may be the key."
To conclude the statement, the Guthrie family shared, "We miss our mom with every breath and we cannot be in peace until she is home. We cannot grieve; we can only ache and wonder. Our focus is solely on finding her and bringing her home. We want to celebrate her beautiful and courageous life. But we cannot do that until she is brought to a final place of rest. Thank you for continuing to pray without ceasing."
Nancy was last seen at her Tucson home on the evening of Jan. 31. As of writing, no suspect has been named.

Sara Bareilles Makes Horrifying Discovery in Her Home: 'That Was Traumatic'
Sara Bareilles stumbled upon an interesting discovery in the walls of her old farmhouse — and it was actually pretty terrifying.
The "Love Song" singer captured the moment on video and posted the details on her Instagram and TikTok accounts.
In the video, she sang, "When you live in the country and you open a door, 'cause it's always been closed every time before. And you see some stuff falling out you think, maybe I should see what’s inside."
She continued, "And it's a skull. And it's a skull. It's the bone of a maggot-filled skull."
The singer opened the small door to reveal soot and animal skeletons.
"I don't know what this thing is, it's a giant dragon," she sang. "What the f--k, what the f--k?"
View this post on InstagramBareilles noted that she hadn't been able to get the small chimney door opened before but decided to investigate when she found "all this s--t on the floor."
She tried to identify the findings, noting it was a "carcass and remains of some kind of giant rodent" and guessed perhaps it was a raccoon.
The Waitress star took it upon herself to shovel out the discovery, but the situation took an even more terrifying turn.
"I’m really grossed out," she shared. "There's a better way to do this, I'm certain of it."
"This body is big, it's like a turkey," she explained before screaming. "Oh my god, it's like birthing itself backwards," she said. "There's multiples ... It's multiple things."
"That was traumatic," the "Brave" singer said after shoveling the remains into a paper bag.
Bareilles also shared how she summoned the courage to investigate the matter. "I've been watching a lot of Alone. I won't give any spoilers, but you got to be tough," she explained. "If one of those contestants had encountered this, they would have boiled the bones."
After she was done, the singer noted, "Even though they're quite, very, very dead, I'm gonna sage the place and then I'm gonna take a shower."
On March 18, Bareilles took to Instagram to note how surprised she was that the video had gotten so much attention. "I don't think I've ever posted anything online that has gotten more interaction than me removing cat carcasses from an old chimney in my house," she wrote.

Denise Richards Shares Jaw-Dropping Before-and-After Face-Lift Photos
Denise Richards has, for better or worse, been an open book.
Whether she’s welcoming cameras into her home for the sake of reality TV with Denise Richards & Her Wild Things or speaking openly about spousal abuse and divorce with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the Drop Dead Gorgeous star has let the public in during her most vulnerable times. And she's doing it again.
In an intimate interview with Allure magazine, the Starship Troopers actress opened up about the changes she’s recently experienced, specifically her stunning face-lift.
What Did Denise Richards Have Done?Speaking about her “shocking” transformation, Richards, 55, told the publication that her reason for going the surgery route was to turn back the clock a little bit.
View this post on Instagram"I wanted to put things back up, where they were before," Richards said.
No stranger to going under the knife for cosmetic reasons, Richards, who had breast augmentation at age 19 and revision surgery since then, said that her face-lift marked the first time she’d ever had cosmetic surgery done on her face.
“I was terrified," Richards said. “Being in the public eye since my 20s, people know what I look like — a facelift is not something that I could hide.”
In addition to the typical face-lift, Allure shared that Richards’ plastic surgeon, Ben Talei, M.D., said he also lifted the outer corners of her lips “to make the mouth look happier and sexier.” He also performed “a very minor and conservative upper blepharoplasty,” a temporal brow lift “to correct the brow position,” and a repositioning of “the forehead and temples back to where they used to be.”
“Dr. Talei used Richards' own fat, taken from her thighs and reintroduced in a thin, even layer underneath the skin on her face and neck, to brighten her complexion and make her look all-around smoother and healthier,” the outlet writes. “And then there was the actual facelift.”
“My face was in his hands,” Richards said, adding that she told her doctor, “You’re the artist. Whatever you want to do.”
The Before-and-After PicturesCommenting on the results, Richards said, “It is night and day. It's shocking, actually."
View this post on InstagramAs Hollywood isn’t keen on sharing its secrets of staying young, the actress and mom of three said that when she opened up about her face-lift, fellow celebs "were more comfortable telling me about theirs, but I’m not gonna name names.”
Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers' SplitAround the same time, Richards was going through a divorce from Aaron Phypers, her husband of six years.
"Unfortunately, I started going through my divorce 10 days after I had surgery. So the second week wasn't as calm as the first week. But I still took it easy, making sure that I took care of my incisions. Each day that went by, the swelling was getting better and better. I looked like myself, but better," she told the magazine.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards on July 7, 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. Richards accused Phypers of abuse, death threats, and possession of unregistered weapons in a request for a restraining order. Ten days after Phypers’ filing, Richards' request for a temporary restraining order was granted.
Richards' abuse accusations were discussed in a recent episode of the RHOBH, on which Richards used to star. Serving as a guest star in the 15th season, Richards shared with Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke her experience being abused by Phypers, with the show airing an image of Richards with a black eye.
View this post on InstagramIn another resurfaced scene, Phypers can be heard telling Richards “I’m going to crush your f—ing hand. Stop it,” as the two hastily exit a party, per People.

The Four Seasons' First Luxury Yacht Sets Sail
The luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons has officially entered the world of ultra-luxury yachting with the launch of its first vessel, Four Seasons I, a sleek new ship designed to bring the company's signature five-star service to the open seas. The yacht's maiden voyage set sail from Malaga, Spain, on March 20, 2026—the same day that the very first Four Seasons hotel opened 65 years ago.
Delivered by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, the 679-foot yacht marks the debut of the new Four Seasons Yachts brand, a venture created in partnership with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings. The vessel blends the intimacy of private yachting with the amenities and service standards typically found in the brand's luxury hotels and resorts.
"Four Seasons Yachts is a continuation of the pioneering ambition on which Four Seasons was built, and will reflect the same genuine care, service excellence, and exceptional moments we create for guests on land," Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, said in a press release. "We are proud to introduce a new expression of our brand at sea, opening an entirely new horizon for our guests."
Unlike traditional cruise ships, Four Seasons I is intentionally designed to feel exclusive and residential. The yacht features 95 all-suite accommodations, each with expansive terraces and sweeping ocean views. The layouts prioritize privacy and space, offering significantly more room per guest than most cruise vessels in the ultra-luxury segment.
View this post on InstagramAmong the most notable accommodations is the showstopping Funnel Suite, a multi-level penthouse-style residence with more than 5,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space. With floor-to-ceiling curved glass windows and panoramic views of the sea, the suite is designed to rival the world's most luxurious hotel penthouses—except it floats.
View this post on InstagramThe yacht itself is also packed with upscale amenities, including a gamut of fine-dining restaurants and bars, a spa, a sun-swathed pool deck, and a marina platform that allows guests to launch directly into the water for activities like kayaking and paddleboarding.
Early routes include sailings through the Caribbean before the yacht repositions to the Mediterranean, exploring destinations along the French and Italian Rivieras, the Adriatic coast, and the Greek Islands.
The launch signals a major expansion for the Four Seasons brand, which is bringing its hospitality model beyond land-based resorts and into a new category of luxury travel. A second vessel, Four Seasons II, is already in development, indicating the company's long-term ambitions in the fast-growing luxury yacht cruise market.
1985 Career-Defining Classic Was a No. 1 Hit 41 Years Ago Today
Jenny Burton’s powerful, versatile voice and upbeat music fueled her rise to fame during the post-disco era. With a bold and infectious energy that was impossible to ignore, one song stood above the rest, turning into a career-defining moment that still resonates 41 years later.
Amid the rising groups and solo artists in the ‘80s, the New York City native had her breakthrough as part of the freestyle/electro studio project C-Bank, where she served as lead vocalist.
Following the success of their 1983 hit "One More Shot,” Burton pursued a solo career, signing with Atlantic Records and releasing her debut album, Black and White, in 1983.
As she carved out her path as a solo artist, it was her self-titled second album, Jenny Burton, that became her most successful release.
Powered by the lead single “Bad Habits” it became her signature song and a major dance hit at the time.

Released in 1985, the track gained massive popularity, even reaching No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Dance Club chart.
“Bad Habits” remained at No. 1 for eleven weeks.
More than just a dance craze, Burton’s song also made a strong impact, peaking at No. 19 on the Billboard Hot Soul Singles chart.
“Bad Habits” also extended its international popularity with a No. 68 ranking on the UK Singles Chart.
Written and produced by Allen George and Fred McFarlane, who were also behind the smash hit “Somebody Else's Guy” by Jocelyn Brown, the song was considered a club staple, celebrated for its irresistible dancefloor energy.
Beyond the catchy rhythm and infectious groove, the lyrics focus on emotional conflict and attachment.
The repeated hook “I’ve got a bad, bad habit, baby / And, baby, it’s you” captures the singer’s awareness that, despite being hurt or trapped in an unhealthy relationship, she still feels unable to quit.
In addition to “Bad Habits,” Burton also released a string of notable tracks, including "Remember What You Like," which reached No. 81 on the Billboard Hot 100, as well as "Strangers in a Strange World,” "Dancing For My Love" and "Do You Want It Bad Enough.”
From dance hits, the singer also found success in other genres after transitioning to inspirational music in the 1990s through her gospel group The Jenny Burton Experience.
This success also led the group to share the stage with a slew of music legends, including Al Green and Stevie Wonder.

This 1995 Sitcom Was Derailed by Unthinkable Loss, Yet Became a Launchpad for Unexpected Stars
On March 21, 1995, a quirky workplace comedy debuted on NBC that fans still talk about today. NewsRadio starred Phil Hartman and a talented ensemble cast. Hartman had wrapped up an eight-year stint on Saturday Night Live shortly before the comedy debuted, making him the most well-known cast member at the time the series debuted.
Most of the rest of the cast was relatively unknown at the time, but that is definitely not the case now. Sadly, tragedy struck after the fourth season, when Hartman was killed. The show never recovered.
NewsRadio starred Hartman, but at its core was an ensemble show. Perhaps the most well-known cast member after Hartman was Dave Foley, who had starred on the Canadian series The Kids in the Hall.
The cast also included Joe Rogan, Andy Dick, and Maura Tierney. None of the three was nearly as established in entertainment as they are now. Others on the show included Stephen Root, Khandi Alexander, and Vicki Lewis. In addition, Jon Lovitz joined the show toward the end of its run.
In the pilot of NewsRadio, viewers meet Dave, a guy from the Midwest who is starting a new job as a news director at New York City radio station WNYX. He quickly discovers that the radio station staff is a handful and he's got his work cut out for him.
NewsRadio never became a massive ratings hit. It tended to have steady ratings in the early seasons, regularly landing in the Top 30 or so. The show's fans may have been relatively small in volume, but they were big in their love for the series.
However, everything changed in May 1998. As People details, Hartman was murdered in his sleep. His wife, Brynn Hartman, shot him. Later that night, she also shot and killed herself.
The couple had been married for 10 years and had two children. At the time of their deaths, the couple's daughter, Birgen, was 6. Their son, Sean, was 9.
Earlier that evening, the couple had argued. She had struggled with drug and alcohol addiction nearly a decade prior to that night, and had recently started drinking again. An autopsy determined that she had cocaine, alcohol, and antidepressants in her system at the time of the shootings.
NewsRadio returned after Hartman's death, but his absence changed everything. His death happened after Season 4 had wrapped, and the network did bring the series back for a fifth and final season.
The show addressed Hartman's death by having his character, Bill McNeal, die off-screen of a heart attack. That particular episode, titled "Bill Moves On," was raw and heartbreaking for viewers and cast members alike.
Lovitz joined NewsRadio in the second episode of that final season, but he couldn't fill the void that Hartman's loss created.
Since the end of its five-season run, NewsRadio has gone on to air on a number of networks in syndication. Fans still marvel at how great the acting and writing was on the show, while simultaneously grieving what could have been had Hartman not been killed.
In a Reddit thread started for the premiere's 30th anniversary, fans shared their love for the program.
One Reddit user wrote, "Fantastic show. Dave Foley was the brains of the show, and Phil Hartman was the heart. Unfortunately, you can't live without either of those vital organs."
Another Redditor added, "Criminally underrated show. All the characters were great."
Someone else raved that NewsRadio was "The perfect workplace sitcom. Absolutely stacked ensemble cast. Stellar writing. Excellent chemistry between the cast members."

Iconic '90s Actor With Major Oscar Award Turns 68
As Gary Oldman turns 68, his career remains a masterclass in transformation and range.
Oldman, who quietly rose to fame in the 1990s, turns 68. Known for his remarkable range and ability to disappear into his roles, he has become one of the most respected actors of his generation.
"I come at the roles with different things," Oldman told The Hollywood Reporter last year. "Everybody has some kind of motor. It might run more slowly than others, or it might be more frenetic, but I try to find that physicality. Music is often a key."
After decades of critically acclaimed performances, Oldman earned his first Academy Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Winston Churchill in the 2017 film Darkest Hour. His transformative performance, complete with extensive prosthetics and a commanding presence, was widely praised and marked a defining moment in his career.
"The fun of [acting] was getting away from myself and stepping into the characteristics and the behavior of someone else," Oldman told Jack White for InterviewMagazine. It stems from that thing of not necessarily being that comfortable in your own skin. But the challenge of playing someone like Winston Churchill is that there's more footage of him than you might believe, and there’s certainly enough to read about."
Before his Oscar win, Oldman had already built an impressive résumé with standout roles in films like Bram Stoker's Dracula, The Professional and The Fifth Element. He also became a familiar face to mainstream audiences through major franchises, including playing Sirius Black in the Harry Potter film series and Commissioner Gordon in The Dark Knight trilogy. Most recently, Oldman can be found on the small screen, playing the role of Jackson Lamb on the hit series, Slow Horses.
Born in London, Oldman trained at the Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance before launching his career on stage and later transitioning to film. His early work in British cinema earned him critical acclaim, particularly for his intense and often unpredictable performances.
Over the years, Oldman has become known for taking on a wide range of characters, from historical figures to villains to deeply human dramatic roles, often completely reinventing his voice, appearance and mannerisms for each performance.
As Gary Oldman turns 68, his legacy as an Oscar-winning actor and one of the most versatile performers in modern film only continues to grow.

View this post on InstagramJeff Probst Reveals Why He'll Never Host Another Reality Show After 'Survivor'
Survivorhost Jeff Probst is not planning on any other reality TV hosting gigs in his future.
During the panel, The Tribe Has Spoken: An Evening with Jeff Probst and Survivor 50 Castaways, on Tuesday, March 10, Probst addressed whether he would host another reality show.
“For me, I made a conscious decision years ago — I don’t want to have another show," he said at the event on the Paley Center in New York City
Probst added, "You know, people start saying, ‘We should do something else.’ No, I want every single idea I have to go into this show because this is the show I work on."
Probst is a four-time Emmy award winner for his work on Survivor. While filming the iconic's series' 50th season in June 2025, Probst' spoke to People on the franchise's legacy in pop culture.
"I didn’t understand the juggernaut that Survivor was out of the gate,” he said at the time. “I just thought it was popular, and that was cool, but I didn’t really understand the significance of the ratings and all that."
When Probst became the executive producer for the show in 2010, he realized Survivor had the potential for longevity in the industry.
“I realize, ‘Oh, this show could run until all humans die,’ ” he said. “Because the format is so simple: take a group of strangers, force them to work together while conspiring against each other, and in the end, the jury decides who wins. It’s just what you do with it inside that little box.”
Season 50 of Survivor airs on CBS and is available to stream on Paramount+.

9 Signs Someone Is Emotionally Overstimulated, Not Actually Angry, According to a Psychologist
For many of us, a regular day can turn into a stressful one in the blink of an eye. It seems as if no matter what you do sometimes, things just keep piling on and on, until you’ve reached the point of total and utter chaos that overwhelms you. Laundry that usually goes smoothly abruptly becomes a headache when the washing machine breaks. A simple project at work spirals into a complicated one. Things like loud noises, bright lights and uncomfortable textures can suddenly become unbearable, too. When all of this hits the fan and you feel like this, it usually means you're overstimulated.
Feeling overloaded can happen to the best of us, even if you typically have a cool head about things. According to a consumer survey from Best Therapies, 71% of Americans experience overstimulation. And those numbers increase by generation. A whopping 85% of those who are Gen Z report feeling like they have a low bandwidth to handle things, 82% of Millennials feel that way and so on.
Overstimulation is a fairly new term in our current-day lexicon. But what does it mean exactly to feel overstimulated? What are some of the causes? And what should you do if you or a loved one is experiencing this kind of overload? Parade reached out to a psychologist to find out these things, and she also shares nine signs someone is emotionally overstimulated and not actually angry, even if that's how they come across.
What Does 'Overstimulated' Mean?Reflexpixel/Getty Images
Dr. Chelsea Sarai, PsyD, a licensed clinical psychologist and the founder of the Brentwood Therapy Collective, says that overstimulation is when the nervous system takes in more input than it can effectively process in a given moment. That input can be external—such as noise, demands, conversations, notifications—or internal, like emotional content, intrusive thoughts or stress.
“Being overstimulated is not a character flaw—it's a capacity issue,” she tells Parade. “I like to look at it like our body is giving us information that the system is flooded, and when we are flooded, our tolerance narrows.”
What Does Emotional Overstimulation Feel Like in Adults?Dr. Sarai says that emotionally, overstimulation can make you feel edgy, something that can easily be interpreted by others as irritation or anger instead.
“Small things can suddenly feel really big. Your patience shortens, and you may feel irritable, teary, restless or desperate for space,” she says.
She goes on to say that physically, overstimulation can manifest as muscle tension, a racing heart, shallow breathing, heat in the face or chest or the urge to escape.
While feeling overwhelmed like this can happen to anyone and everyone, it can come up more often for those with certain diagnosable mental health conditions. Dr. Sarai says that individuals who have anxiety, attentional difficulties or neurodivergence and trauma can often experience this loss of emotional bandwidth.
What's the Difference Between Overstimulation and Sensory Overload?Dr. Sarai says that while sensory overload is typically related to just the five senses, it is input-heavy and is often environmental; emotional overstimulation is a bit broader.
“Sensory input can contribute to overstimulation, but it also encompasses relational tension, multitasking, emotional labor, decision fatigue or unprocessed stress,” she explains. “You can be sitting in a quiet room and still feel emotionally overstimulated if your internal world is loud.”

9 Signs Someone Is Emotionally Overstimulated, Not Actually Angry, According to a Psychologist1. SnappingIf you or someone you love is feeling overstimulated, they may snap in response to something minor that usually wouldn't bother them, according to Dr. Sarai. This doesn’t mean that they’re necessarily “angry.”
2. WithdrawalDr. Sarai says that you might notice that someone who is overstimulated may withdraw suddenly when in conversation with others, or this is something you notice in yourself.
3. Being illogically annoyedIf you're feeling overloaded, you may also feel “irrationally irritated” by noise or questions, as Dr. Sarai puts it.
4. TearfulnessDr. Sarai states that there may also be tearfulness that feels disproportionate to the situation.
5. Decision paralysisWhen you’re overstimulated, Dr. Sarai says you may have trouble making even the simplest decisions.
6. Needing to be aloneYou may have “a strong urge to be alone or to leave the environment,” as Dr. Sarai says.
7. TensionOverstimulation isn’t just emotional. As mentioned, it can definitely be physical as well. Dr. Sarai states that this can show up as physical tension, which can include clenching one's jaw, having tight shoulders or pacing.
8. Difficulty communicatingDr. Sarai says that you may have difficulty articulating what is wrong or why you’re upset.
9. Shutting downThose who feel overstimulated might “shut down rather than engaging in conflict and attempting to repair,” Dr. Sarai says.

How To Calm Down When You're Feeling OverstimulatedIt can feel impossible to achieve any feeling of tranquility when overstimulated, but you should try your best to feel a little calmer, or at least get close to your usual baseline of emotions. It can be taxing on the body and mind to be overwhelmed for a long period of time.
Dr. Sarai says that “the first step is noticing that we are overstimulated, which truly is quite hard to do in the moment!”
She adds that a key principle is remembering that you cannot solely cognitively reason your way out of a physiologically activated state—you have to calm the body first.
“Strategies I recommend for regulation are stepping away from stimulation, lengthening one's exhale, putting both feet flat on the floor and splashing cool water on one's face,” she recommends.
She also says that therapy can be incredibly helpful in calming yourself down while overstimulated “because it helps increase self-awareness and expands nervous system capacity over time.”
“In therapy, we learn to differentiate specific emotions from overwhelm, regulate our bodies and examine lifestyle patterns that can keep us in chronic overstimulation,” she concludes.

Gwen Stefani is 'Feeling Hella Good' In Track Suit and Fishnets Ahead of No Doubt Reunion
Gwen Stefani must know we've been waiting impatiently for the upcoming No Doubt reunion at The Sphere in Las Vegas. The shows don't even start until May, but she's giving fans a tease, proving that she isn't just a girl, she is THAT girl.
The 56-year-old ska-pop princess doesn't seem to age, and it's obvious in a new set of photos she's using to get fans pumped up for the upcoming series of concerts.
Stefani shared four photos on Instagram on Friday, Mar. 20, where she looks stage-ready in a cropped orange Adidas shorts and jacket set featuring orange and black sequined stripes that she paired with full-body fishnets and black patent leather platform pumps.
She captioned the post, "feelin hella good…" and tagged both the No Doubt and The Sphere theater's official Instagram pages.
View this post on InstagramOn No Doubt's Instagram page, a photo of the band was posted with everyone decked out in head-to-toe orange Adidas tracksuits, with Stefani in the same outfit she wore for her set of photos.
The group posed in front of the Tragic Kingdom album cover backdrop, essentially recreating the iconic visuals that previously only showed Stefani in the foreground and the rest of the band standing around a barren orange tree in the inset image.
View this post on InstagramThe last time No Doubt performed together as a group was in January 2025. Before that, they reunited for Coachella in 2024, a huge deal since the full band (or at least the version of it that we know best) hadn't performed together prior to that since 2012.
The Anaheim-based band is giving fans what they want with even more performances. Initially, they announced a six show stint at The Sphere starting in May 2026. They have since added 12 more shows due to the high demand.
No Doubt's run at The Sphere will start on May 6 and run through June 13.

Nancy Guthrie Update: Sheriff Has 3-Word Response to Claims Case Is ‘Cold’
Is the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie going cold? When Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos was asked this question during a recent radio interview, he gave a blunt three-word response, making it clear that authorities are still actively pursuing leads. He added that evidence, including DNA, remains viable as the investigation continues.
In an interview with Bill Buckmaster and Arizona Daily Star columnist Tim Steller on KVOI AM 1030’s Bill Buckmaster Show, Nanos explained that he's "not the investigator at all on this case," saying that he has a "very qualified team" leading the investigation and he is in "charge of the department" who is investigating the case.
When he was asked if he believes that the investigators will solve the case, he replied, "I believe we will, yes. I have full faith in my team's ability," Nanos said. "There's just a lot going on."
When Nanos was asked if the Guthrie case was cold, he didn't hesitate to say, "not even close."
Guthrie, 84, has been missing since Sunday, Feb. 1. Authorities believe that she may have been abducted from her home in the middle of the night. Despite receiving thousands of leads, investigators have yet to I.D. a suspect.
In early March, Parade got some insight from former FBI Special Agent Greg Rogers who also said that he doesn't feel as though the case is cold.
"Although the number of FBI agents dedicated has lessened as leads have decreased and there is no current need for tactical teams, there are still a good number of agents who will remain assigned to this case until it’s resolved. That includes tech agents that are concentrating on digital forensics like cell tower searches," Rogers said.

This ‘All My Children’ Star Just Shared a ‘Dreamy’ Throwback to Her Iconic 1989 Daytime Wedding
Former All My Children alumni Cady McClain shared a rare throwback photo on social media from one of her earliest storylines on the former ABC soap.
In a post on Instagram, McClain shared a vintage photo of herself with Michael E. Knight, taken during Dixie Cooney’s 1989 wedding to Tad Martin.
View this post on InstagramIn the cpation, McClain joked, “I think we were married three times, lol,” before adding, “Thank you, ABC, for your belief in me and support of my work.”
McClain took over the role of Dixie Cooney from original actress Kari Gibson in 1988, after Gibson’s brief four-month run. McClain remained a central character on All My Children until her exit in 1996, later returning for additional runs from 1998 to 2002 and again from 2005 until 2007.
In one of the show’s most controversial storylines, Dixie was killed after eating poisoned pancakes, becoming a victim of the ‘Satin Slayer,’ who had actually been targeting Babe Carey.
In May 2011, the show revealed Dixie was alive and being held captive by Dr. David Hayward (Vincent Irizarry). McClain remained with the series through its final ABC episode and later reprised the role briefly for Prospect Park’s 2013 online revival before its cancellation.
Since leaving All My Children, McClain had continued her daytime career, including a Daytime Emmy Award-winning run on Days of Our Lives as Jennifer Rose Deveraux. She currently appears on Beyond the Gates as Pamela Curtis.
Fans ReactFans immediately ate up the content McClain shared and raced to the comment section to share their memories.
One fan recalled, “My best friend and I would race home from school to watch you both on AMC. Such beautiful memories of 2 iconic soap characters. Love you both and thank you for portraying a phenomenal love story ❤️❤️.”
A second fan shared, “Yes, girl, three times!!!! This is what soap opera wedding dreams were made of. I remember this like it was yesterday. Awwwwww!”
With a third adding, “Tad and Dixie are my favorite all time couple. Tad proposing in the chicken suit is a core memory! #togetherforever”
Beyond the Gates airs weekdays on CBS and streams weeknights on Paramount Plus. Viewers can catchup on all of the drama from the beginning of the series and watch McClain’s entire run on Paramount Plus or on Pluto TV’s dedicated 24/7 Beyond rhe Gates FAST channel.
1978 Career-Defining Classic Was a No. 1 Hit 58 Years Ago Today
In 1978, Kate Bush burst onto the music scene with a song unlike anything else on the charts.
Her debut single, "Wuthering Heights," became a massive success, reaching No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart and making Bush the first woman to top the chart with a song she wrote herself.
Inspired by the classic novel, Wuthering Heights, the song is told from the perspective of Catherine Earnshaw's ghost, calling out to Heathcliff. Bush reportedly wrote the track at just 18 years old, capturing the story's emotional intensity through her theatrical vocal style and vivid storytelling.
"Well, I hadn't read the book, that wasn't what inspired it. It was a television series they had years ago," she shared in a 1978 BBC interview. "I just managed to catch the very last few minutes where there was a hand coming through the window and blood everywhere and glass. And I just didn't know what was going on and someone explained the story."
The song appeared on her debut album, The Kick Inside, which quickly established her as one of the most original artists of her generation. With its unconventional structure and striking delivery, "Wuthering Heights" stood out in a music landscape dominated by more traditional pop and rock sounds.
"It was just fascinating me so much, it kept coming into my brain," she later recalled. "I thought the only way to get rid of it and stop it bothering me was to write it down. So I read the book and it amazed me. It was such a beautiful story. I made sure that I had read it as I was doing it as a tribute to Emily Brontë and anytime you do a something with somebody else's work, you should take care with it because you might well be abusing their expressions. But I found the book more than I had hoped for because for a girl so young it was beautiful that she had the strength to do it."
"I found myself able to relate to her as a character,” she told Record Mirror in 1978. "It's so important to put yourself in the role of the person in a song… when I sing that song, I am Cathy."
Bush's success came on the heels of being discovered and championed by David Gilmour of Pink Floyd, who helped her record early demos and secure a record deal, ultimately setting the stage for her remarkable debut.
"I was intrigued by this strange voice," Gilmour recalled in 2022. "I went to her house, met her parents down in Kent, and she played me, God, it must have been 40 or 50 songs."
More than four decades later, "Wuthering Heights" remains a defining moment in Kate Bush's career and a landmark in pop music history, celebrated for its creativity, originality and enduring influence.

I Tried All 21 Polar Seltzer Flavors—These Are the Only Ones Worth Buying
There are casual seltzer drinkers…and then there are people who take their sparkling water very seriously, complete with debates on bubble size, can versus bottle, and, of course, flavor profile. My family proudly falls into the second category. I grew up on tall, fizzy glasses of seltzer—Vintage brand bottles in our fridge when I was little, Polar when I was a teenager, and then an entire universe of niche brands that have bubbled up in the last few years faster than the fizz racing to the top of your glass!
At the end of the day, though, I am a Polar fan through and through, even going so far as ordering cases of it 10 years ago when I moved from Worcester, Massachusetts (where Polar is headquartered) to Chicago (where a bottle used to be a rare discovery).
There are so many reasons to love Polar: their cute bear mascot (Orson), the fun flavors (Unicorn Kisses, anyone?), the pretty, artwork-laced cans (which, fun fact, can be downloaded as phone wallpaper from their website), and the fact that it’s still family-owned and operated by the Crowley family (since 1882!).
Courtesy of Jessica Wrubel
So when I was offered the dream assignment—to try Polar’s 21 core flavor lineup—I approached it with the seriousness and thoughtfulness it deserved (while quietly geeking out inside). I gathered my whole family around our kitchen table on a recent visit back home to Connecticut, cracked open all 21 flavors, and got to work. Here’s how they ranked, from worst to best.
Does Seltzer Really Taste Different in a Bottle Vs. a Can?Courtesy of Jessica Wrubel
For research purposes, I wanted to get to the bottom of this question. Because carbonation retention matters when it comes to cracking open a cold bottle or can of, well, anything carbonated, right?
I asked America’s Test Kitchen Senior Science Research Editor Paul Adams, who has run similar taste tests on fizzy beverages, whether packaging really makes a difference. He explained that carbonation retention and even the feel of the container can influence how we perceive flavor.
"Cans retain carbonation much better than plastic bottles, so sodas in plastic bottles often taste a little flatter than their canned counterparts," he says. "That's because the plastic of the bottle is gas-permeable, so the internal pressure in a bottle starts to decline as it sits around. However, glass bottles keep carbonation in the way cans do." Pretty cool, right?

How We Tested These SeltzersCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
Polar is known for having larger CO₂ bubbles, something seltzer enthusiasts love debating on the subreddit r/sparklingwater (yes, really). Larger bubbles deliver a sharper, more assertive fizz. By contrast, finer bubbles (like those found in Pellegrino or Perrier) feel softer and more delicate. Luckily, my family is all firmly in the big-bubble camp.
Courtesy of Jessica Wrubel
I gathered my mother, Donna; father, Fred; and brothers Max and Ben, and we each got out our drink glasses and Google Forms, sipping and discussing out loud with each other before moving on to the next sample. This was not a blind taste test; we knew the flavors ahead of time. Some flavors surprised us. A couple disappointed. And one quickly earned permanent fridge status.
21 Flavors of Polar Seltzer, Ranked Worst to Best21. Blueberry LemonCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
This one did not win the room. I wrote that it "Smells like blueberry pie but it tastes more like lemon ultimately. I don’t think I taste the blueberry very much." Fred was blunt: "Not good. Foul odor." Ben said it was "Too floral, tastes like soap or bath salts or something," and Donna and Max both said it simply wasn't one of their top picks of the 21 cans and bottles.
20. Strawberry WatermelonCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
This flavor divided us. I wrote that it tasted "like a Jolly Rancher. I kind of love this one!" But the rest of the table strongly disagreed, cementing it near the bottom of our list. Fred called it "Fake watermelon taste." Ben wrote, "Naaaaasty. These flavors need some sweetness, otherwise it just tastes like chemicals." Donna found it "Artificial tasting." Max said, "Fake strawberry, real watermelon. Ok."
19. Pineapple PomeloCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
I thought this one was very pineappley "like when you eat a very ripe, sweet pineapple, but I dont taste the pomelo as much." Fred said, "Sounds better than it tastes. Not bad though." Ben wrote, "One sip is plenty." Donna appreciated the "good pineapple scent and mild bitterness from the pomelo." Max described the fragrance of bitter pomelo pith: "Tastes faintly bitter, but not fruity." This one might be good in a tropical cocktail or mocktail, but we'd skip it for every day drinking.
18. Strawberry CrèmeCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
One of the newer flavors in Polar's core lineup, this is another one that divided the room a bit. I said it tasted exactly like Creme Savers candy (I was a child of the 90s) and Fred agreed, nothing the strawberry candy-like aroma. Ben found it "Interesting and fun on the first sip and then gets old fast…too artificial tasting," while Donna noted a "weird after taste." Max wrote, "Tastes link a pink Starburst." If you're looking for a candy-like bubbly sip with zero sugar, this will be your new BFF.
17. Raspberry LimeCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
A classic flavor, this one is available almost everywhere you find Polar. None of us found the lime partiularly overpowering, noticing the hints of lime instead. I wrote that it was definitely more raspberry than lime but I didn't mind it for every day drinking. Fred said, "I don't really taste the raspberry or lime, but it's good." Ben called it "Clean, neutral, boring. It would never be my pick." Donna wrote, "Good raspberry smell but no lime." Max described it as "Very subtle, not much lime flavor."
16. LimeCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
A classic and versatile in so many ways. I wrote, "really bright and vivid. Limey flavor. Tart and citrusy." Fred said, "Meh. Lime seltzer is just OK." Ben described it as "Pretty subtle, in a good way." Donna called it "Classic and good taste; crisp." Max noted, "No smell, crisp clean taste, like lime zest. Subtle." Not bad for a flavor that landed in the middle-of-the-pack.

15. OriginalCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
The original sparked debate. I noted it had "smaller bubbles [than the flavored ones]…it’s super effervescent." Fred wondered, "Why bother with all of the flavors available? Too bubbly." Ben said, "The bubbles are poking at my mouth. Very aggressive." Donna found it "Refreshing. Clean, mineral-forward. Plain, but not boring." And Max called it "Very refreshing and prickly compared to flavored samples. I should drink this more often." If you need a crisp, clean go-to, look no further.
14. LemonCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
Lemon flavored things can often be hit or miss as they can veer into Pledge or Lysol territory pretty easily. And Polar Lemon is a flavor I have never bought for fear of just that. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and so was the rest of my family. Ben described it as "very natural but mild. Like if you squeezed a couple drops of lemon juice into a glass of water." Donna found it "Super subtle. Clean." Max called it "a good neutral seltzer for everyday drinking."
13. MandarinCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
I was excited for this one because what's better in the dead of winter than juicy, bright citrus?! However, the flavor was a milder than I would have liked, but still pretty good. Fred noted "Fragrant mandarin notes, but not much flavor." Ben said, "It’s good but it doesn’t taste much like mandarin." Donna wrote, "Mild mandarin." Max said, "I wouldn't have guessed this was mandarin flavored. It's refreshing tho."
12. Cranberry ClementineCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
I called this one "another middle of the road flavor–not too strong, very well balanced." Fred wanted more clementine flavor. Ben said "It’s no-nonsense. Cranberry lime is more straightforward, [but] with this it’s hard to figure out the clementine flavor. But it’s not bad." Donna liked it and said it was clean with "a great clementine flavor but subtle cranberry." Max called it an "Unexpected hit."
11. Cranberry LimeCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
"One of my favorites. An old standby," I wrote. "Really smooth balance between two tart and zesty flavors." Ben said it tasted "like a very standard, traditional kinda seltzer flavor. It’s not amazing but it does what it’s supposed to do." Donna wrote, "This is good but tastes just like the pomegranate and cherry flavors to me. No lime!" Max said, "About right! Appetizing, light cranberry lime."
10. Blackberry MangoCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
My brothers and I were fans of this one while my parents weren't as crazy for it. I noted that this one was really well balanced and could taste both the blackbery and mango, as opposed to some other flavors that didn't have a good of a balance. "It would be great as a mixer for a tropical drink." Fred said, "Not bad, but not a strong flavor." Ben wrote, "This one is full flavored and pleasant." Donna noted, "Mango scent, no blackberry...not a fan." Max said, "Actually does taste and smell like fresh blackberries, and some mango. It's good!"
9. Toasted CoconutCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
This was one of the few cans that we opened and immediately got hit with an aroma right away (in a good way). I wrote down that it smelled like coconut popsicles and immediately made me think of sitting on the beach in the sun. Fred said, "Tastes like toasted coconut! Not bad." Ben agreed it was "Not bad but a little strong. Could be nice with some Caribbean food." Donna described it as "Subtle, but nice." And Max's description hit the nail on the head: "[Smells] like when you run out of shampoo and you put some water in the bottle to rinse the last bit out. I kind of like it!"
8. VanillaCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
This one was bold, and we all loved it at first sip. I wrote it was "super super vanilla forward…tastes exactly like vanilla extract in plain seltzer." Fred called it "Strong vanilla flavor. Very good." Ben said it tasted like "Coke-less Vanilla Coke." Donna wrote, "Excellent-- flowery, but very nice," and Max called it a "pleasant surprise," saying it was "Sweet, but the aromatic vanilla flavor dissipates quickly." Another one we'll soon be adding to our carts!

7. Ruby Red GrapefruitCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
Polar's Ruby Red Grapefruit is an old standy and general all-around crowd pleaser, if a bit mild. After tasting this one, I noted that I wished for a stronger pithy grapefruit flavor but still keep this one stocked in my fridge regularly. Fred agreed, saying "Good grapefruit aroma, but not enough grapefruit flavor." Ben wrote, "I don’t taste any grapefruit...still enjoyable." Donna said, "Excellent!" Max described it as "Not as strong as the bitter pomelo flavor, but sweeter."
6. PomegranateCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
Another flavor that none of us had tried before but really enjoyed as a group. I wrote, "This one tastes tart and sweet, juicy and fruity. Exactly like pomegranate arils. They nailed this one!" Fred said, "Nice aroma on this one; its very good." Ben wrote, "Really pleasant." Donna said, "Very good!" And Max wrote, "Good! Reminds me of pomegranates."
5. Black CherryCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
This one was bold, crowd-pleasing and definitely deserved to be in the top five. I described it as a "much stronger flavor than many of the others. So good! Bold and jammy. Reminds me of a black forest cake. One of my favorites!" Fred said, "Bright cherry flavor, nice aroma. Excellent." Ben wrote, "Full-flavored and fragrant." Donna said, "Excellent! Good scent and flavor."
4. Ginger Lime MuleCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
This one surprised my father since he is not a huge ginger fan, earning a "Pretty good!" comment. I thought the ginger was "super punchy and well balanced with the lime. If I close my eyes, I could almost fool myself into thinking I have a Moscow Mule right now." Ben noted it had the same aftertaste as ginger ale and "gets the point across." Donna wrote, "Excellent ginger flavor and mostly very crisp." Max said, "Nice ginger taste. The warmth complements the tingly bubbliness of this one."
3. Orange VanillaCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
One of our absolute favorites and we all had the same idea in our notes: This one is an orange Creamsicle in a can. I wrote it "smells exactly like an orange cream pop…I love this one so much!" Fred agreed: "It's a Creamsicle. Excellent!!" Ben said the flavor was spot-on and it "really hits the spot." Donna wrote, "Excellent! Not overpowering. Just right." Max said, "Creamsicle! Smells and tastes like it."
2. Georgia PeachCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
Another standout can that we all couldn't get enough of. I described it as "Not a strong aroma of peach but when you sip it, it's reminiscent of a lush, sun-ripened peach in an orchard. Fred said, "Surprisingly tasty. Peachy!" Ben wrote, "I could drink a whole can and not get tired of it. I had seconds of this one." Donna said it was "Natural flavor. Clean. Orchard fresh." And Max wrote, "Makes my mouth water! Just a little peachy.”
1. Pink Apple & LemonCourtesy of Jessica Wrubel
The clear winner of them all. I called it "My absolute favorite…just an outstanding can of seltzer." Fred said it had the "Most accurate aroma." Ben wrote, "Wowwww, it’s aromatic in the same way as crunching into a big apple [is]. Orchard fresh. This flavor is like virtual reality." Donna said, "Smells appley! Great taste. No lemon. Not a fake apple smell.” And Max said it had a "lovely apple-y aroma! A fun seltzer!"
