Are Vanessa and Logan of Age of Attraction Still Together? Logan Goodrid and Vanessa Drozda on 'Age of Attraction'Vanessa, 49, was upset when Logan asked for her promise ring back in the finale. But Logan made things better by getting down on one knee and proposing. The engaged couple has a 20-year age gap. Vanessa is from Ohio and Logan is from Dallas, TX.
Filming the Netflix show reportedly ended in April. Logan was tagged in a picture back in Dallas in April on Instagram. That was his only post on the platform before promoting the show.
Vanessa celebrated her 50th birthday with a pink-themed party in July, according to Instagram. In August, she was in Dallas, which is a good sign for the couple. She later posted about being in Texas in November.
Update 3/26/2026 5:32: Vanessa confirmed with Entertainment Tonight that she's still in a relationship with Logan and engaged.
The teaser for the reunion also hardly shows Vanessa and Logan talking. "I mean we have gone through a lot of sh-t," Logan told hosts, Nick Viall and Natalie Joy.
Vanessa got emotional. "I'm hoping that people can see this and feel like this is OK," she said with a smile on her face. Leah Woolfolk sat beside her and looked happy for her.
We'll hear more at the reunion, which will be released on The Viall Files podcast on April 1.

Noah Wyle Is Forced To Get Honest When Asked Whether ‘The Pitt’ or ‘ER’ Is a Better TV Show
Noah Wyle rose to fame on ER and is thriving on The Pitt, but the actor was asked to get candid about which beloved TV show is better.
Wyle, 54, who played young Dr. John Carter on ER and currently plays Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch on The Pitt, responded candidly when asked in a revealing new interview with the UK's Times whether The Pitt is as good as ER.
“Getting to The Pitt from a place of experience and wisdom,” he replied, “has made the experience better for me in some ways than ER was, but whether it’s a better show or not, I couldn’t tell you.”
Well, that wasn't quite a definitive answer, but we'll take what we can get!
Wyle Doesn't Think The Pitt Could Have Happened Without COVIDDuring the COVID-19 pandemic, Wyle was working on another TV show he wasn't very passionate about. Almost daily, doctors would reach out to him on social media, asking if Dr. Carter, his beloved ER character, could tell their family's stories.
“It made me call John Wells [an executive producer on ER] and say, ‘Hey, if you ever want to scream a jeremiad from the mountaintop, I volunteer to scream,’” Wyle continued in the Times piece.
The actor said that without the COVID period, The Pitt would never have existed.
“Not a chance,” he said. “It was clear [Covid] was going to mark a huge shift in the way that hospitals were functioning and in the stories we should tell about them.”
Wells, of course, went on to create The Pitt and cast Wyle in the lead role.
Will Noah Wyle's Real-Life Wife Appear on The Pitt?Yes! Earlier this week, TVLine reported that Wyle's real-life wife, Sara Wyle, will guest star in Episode 13 as ER patient Ashley Davis. He'll also reunite with Mary McCormack, 20 years after she played Darfur clinic physician Debbie, on ER. In Episode 13 of The Pitt, she'll play neurosurgeon, Dr. Linda Conley.
Airfare Prices Are About to Skyrocket— These 3 Road Trips Will Have You Seeing Striking Mountains, Blue Waters and National Parks
If you’ve been thinking about booking a flight this summer, you might want to rethink your plans or at least your budget. Airfare prices are expected to surge dramatically in 2026, driven largely by rising jet fuel costs tied to global conflict. In fact, Investopedia reports according to Jefferies analysis, ticket prices could jump 15–20% in the coming months, with some long-haul fares already trending 30% higher than last year.
The reason? A global energy shock. The ongoing conflict involving Iran has disrupted oil supply chains and driven fuel prices up sharply, impacting everything from airlines to road travel.
That said, while gas prices are also rising, road trips are still often far more cost-effective, especially for families. For a group of four, airfare alone can easily exceed $1,200–$2,000 for a domestic trip, while a road trip (even with higher gas prices) often costs a fraction of that when split across travelers.
And beyond the savings, road trips offer something flights can’t: the journey itself.

♬ original sound - secretofmiaandsienna Why Road Trips Still WinEven with fuel prices climbing, road trips remain one of the most flexible and budget-friendly ways to travel. Gas prices in the U.S. have already risen above $4 per gallon in some areas due to the global energy crunch, but the overall cost is still typically lower than flying, especially for groups.
Plus, road trips give you:
- Flexibility to change plans
- No baggage fees or airport delays
- Access to hidden gems you’d never see from a plane
Follow these tips to make the most of your road trip:
- Map your route in advance: Plan the most efficient route to avoid unnecessary miles, backtracking, or traffic-heavy areas that burn extra fuel.
- Use apps to find cheaper gas: Tools like GasBuddy help you locate the lowest gas prices along your route in real time.
- Split costs with your group: Traveling with 3–4 people dramatically reduces per-person costs; gas, tolls, and lodging all become much more affordable.
- Check your car before you go: Proper tire pressure, fresh oil, and a tuned engine can improve gas mileage and prevent costly breakdowns.
- Plan stops strategically: Combine gas, food, and rest stops to avoid frequent detours that waste fuel.
- Book accommodations early: Locking in hotels or rentals ahead of time can help you avoid last-minute price spikes, especially in peak travel season.
- Bring your own food and drinks: Stock up on snacks and meals to cut down on expensive roadside purchases.
Air travel isn’t going away, but it’s becoming more expensive and unpredictable in the short term. With airfare set to climb and demand still strong, travelers are rethinking how they explore. Road trips offer a compelling alternative: lower costs, richer experiences, and the freedom to travel on your own terms.
‘I Tried Green Noise for 14 Nights of Sleep—Here’s What Surprised Me the Most'
I have a type-A personality. If you’re blessed with that very same quality, you know it’s simply who you are—and you wouldn’t have it any other way. But that doesn’t mean you can’t consider a few tweaks to address certain challenges that may come with the territory.
Having type-A tendencies has its benefits. For instance, I love being organized and keeping my house incredibly tidy—especially since my home is also my office. When entertaining, my tables are set to perfection and every detail is planned out well in advance. I’m also always ahead of work deadlines. Although that level of precision wouldn’t work for everyone, it totally works for me in many areas of life. However, where I fall short is when it comes to winding down and getting consistent, restful sleep.
Some nights, it’s difficult to turn my creative thoughts off. My mind is always crafting to-do lists, anticipating projects I’m excited to work on, and brainstorming topics I want to write about. Although it can be productive to get a jumpstart on the next day (or month), solid Z’s are essential for overall wellness. So, I decided to take action and try a two-week test period of green noise to improve my sleep—and I was honestly surprised by the results.
You’ve most likely heard about white noise—especially if you’re a parent. It’s typically used to help babies sleep and can even help individuals with ADHD drown out excess noise. But if you’re a fan of TikTok and the latest sleep trends, you may be aware that green noise is the new “popular kid on the block,” generating millions of views on the platform.
Since green noise is helpful for so many people when it comes to their sleep routine, I decided to give it a try for two weeks straight. Here’s how my experience played out.

What Is Green Noise?Green noise is the sounds of nature, like a soft rainfall or beach sounds. It helps tune out other noises to completely relax you and prepare the body for sleep. Overall, it’s less “harsh” when compared to other sounds like white noise or pink noise. What makes green noise so appealing? It’s incredibly soothing.
“Green noise is mid-range frequencies, often described as similar to steady rainfall or gentle ocean waves,” explains Dr. William Lu, MD, a practicing physician and medical director for digital sleep clinic Dreem Health. “White noise spreads evenly across all audible frequencies and can sound like static. Pink noise reduces higher frequencies and feels softer and deeper. Green noise sits somewhere in the middle, so it feels more natural and less harsh. For some people, that balanced, nature-like quality makes it easier to relax compared to the sharper sound of white noise.”

My Experience Trying Green Noise for 2 WeeksI’m convinced that my type-A personality causes me to be an incredibly light sleeper, which is why I was eager to try green noise to see if it could improve my sleep hygiene. I’ve tried white noise before and can totally relate to Dr. Lu’s “harsh” label—hence, white noise was never a solid choice for me.
I found an eight-hour green noise loop on Spotify and put it on before heading to sleep each night. Even before knowing this sound frequency is nature-like, as a beach lover, I automatically related it to soft waves crashing on the shore. It really helped calm my thoughts and redirect them to total relaxation before shifting into dreamland.
“[When compared to white and pink noise,] green noise narrows the frequency range even further, emphasizing mid-range frequencies (often around 500 Hz), which are commonly found in natural sounds like gentle waterfalls or rustling leaves,” says Dr. Saema Tahir, MD, Sleep Disorder and Pulmonary Disease Specialist, who is quadruple certified and extremely knowledgeable in sleep science. “It’s marketed as more 'soothing' and less harsh than white noise. All three primarily work by masking disruptive sounds, reducing nighttime awakenings.”
During my green noise experiment, I kept my bedtime, wake time and room conditions consistent—heading to bed between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. and waking up between 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m. I always sleep in a cool, mostly dark bedroom with comfy bedding.
I didn’t really have an adjustment period—it was all-around an easier process to fall asleep with green noise. I no longer focused on silence or potential noises outside my bedroom. Every evening was relaxing, calming and consistent. In the mornings, I woke up pretty refreshed, with some mornings feeling like I could have stayed in bed for much longer.

What My Fitbit Stats RevealedI was not imagining easier sleep. In fact, I have the stats to back up just how my sleep improved over this two-week timeframe. I recently started wearing a Fitbit Charge 6 to track my sleep, fitness and health. Before adding green noise to my bedtime routine, my sleep scores were mostly “fair.” The weeks I used green noise, however, my sleep scores jumped up to “good” and “excellent.” The “excellent” score signals very restorative, high-quality sleep, while “fair” is moderate sleep with potential interruptions.

Final TakeawaysGreen noise proved to be a surprisingly beneficial addition to my nightly routine—and the stats don’t lie. It’s easy enough to press “play” on the Spotify loop before I head to bed, and if it helps me relax, fall asleep seamlessly and wake up less throughout the night, I am all for it and will keep this as part of my bedtime regimen.

Jiffy's New 'Swicy' Cornbread Mix Is Its First Flavor Debut in Years
For nearly a century, Jiffy has been the quiet hero of weeknight dinners. The small blue box of cornbread baking mix has shown up at chili nights, potlucks and holiday tables without much fanfare. It's inexpensive, reliable and nostalgic in a way few pantry staples can match.
After years without a major flavor launch, the brand is finally shaking up its iconic cornbread lineup with something bolder. And if you've been paying attention to food trends lately, you can probably guess which direction it's heading.
Jiffy Leans Into the 'Swicy' Trend View this post on InstagramThe newest Jiffy baking mix is a Hot Honey Corn Muffin Mix, blending classic golden cornbread flavor with sweet honey and a noticeable kick of heat. In other words, it's fully embracing the sweet-and-spicy, or "swicy," craze that's taken over everything from pizza to fried chicken.
Hot honey has become a grocery aisle superstar over the past few years, and this new cornbread mix taps directly into that momentum. The balance of sugary sweetness and subtle spice adds dimension to the familiar crumb Jiffy fans already love.
Importantly, it's still just as easy to make. Like the original cornbread baking mix that sells millions of boxes each year, you simply add egg and milk. No complicated steps. No extra ingredients required.
Jiffy hasn't rolled out a brand-new flavor in years, making this debut feel like a bigger deal than your average limited edition product drop.

More Than Just a Side DishWhile classic cornbread pairs naturally with barbecue, chili and comfort-food dinners, this sweet-and-spicy version opens the door to more creative uses.
Think cornbread muffins served alongside crispy chicken, crumbled into a breakfast hash, or even transformed into savory-sweet party bites. The added heat gives it versatility that goes beyond the bread basket.
Jiffy's broader lineup already includes everything from blueberry muffin mix to pizza crust and brownie mix, but cornbread remains its crown jewel. It accounts for the vast majority of retail sales and has been a staple since 1930. Updating that signature product is no small move.
The new Hot Honey Corn Muffin Mix is currently available on the Jiffy online store, marking a bold step for a brand that rarely strays from its roots.
For shoppers who love nostalgic comfort but also want something trend-forward, this swicy twist might be the pantry refresh they didn't know they needed.

'Abraham Lincoln' Once Comforted Steven Spielberg While He Sobbed on a Movie Set
Steven Spielberg has directed some of the most emotionally overwhelming scenes in cinema history. It took Daniel Day-Lewis to bring him to tears on his own set.
Speaking at South by Southwest in a conversation with Sean Fennessey ofThe Big Picture podcast, Spielberg described watching Day-Lewis perform a pivotal speech in Lincoln, a four-minute take in which the president implores his cabinet on the urgency of passing the 13th Amendment, and simply losing it.
'I have to this day, talking to you about it, never gotten over that scene, or how he played Lincoln, and how he became Lincoln, for all of us, for all that time,' Spielberg said.
At the end of the first take, he walked off the set entirely. Day-Lewis, still in character, noticed the director was gone and asked where he was. Producer Kristie Macosko Krieger pointed him to the next room, where Spielberg had gone to cry alone. 'Mr. Lincoln walked into the room, saw me, sat down next to me and put his arms around me,' Spielberg said. 'That was a moment I will never forget.'

It was one of several performances Spielberg cited as having humbled him as a director, a list that also includes Anthony Hopkins's summation scene in Amistadand Tom Hanks crying in a crater in Saving Private Ryan.
The SXSW conversation ranged widely, touching on Spielberg's conviction that extraterrestrial life may already be present on Earth. 'I have a very strong suspicion that we are not alone here on Earth right now, maybe even today,' he said, citing the 2017 New York Times report on Navy pilot encounters with unidentified aerial phenomena and a 2023 congressional subcommittee hearing conducted under oath as the events that rekindled his interest in the subject. His new film, Disclosure Day, arrives June 12.
On the subject of social media, Spielberg was characteristically blunt. He put Instagram on his phone for two weeks and deleted it. 'I had missing time as if I had been abducted by aliens,' he said. 'Where did that time go?'
Asked which of his films he considers most overlooked, Spielberg didn't hesitate: Always, his 1989 romantic fantasy with Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter, andAudrey Hepburn's final screen appearance. 'I really do love that movie,' he said. He once used it as a litmus test for the women he dated. 'If they did not cry at the end, I wouldn't go out with them again.'
On his future plans, he was characteristically guarded but offered one tease about a Western project in development: 'It's going to have horses, and there will be guns, but there'll be no tropes.'
He has been making movies for more than five decades and has no intention of stopping. 'I can't envision what it would be like not to do what I do,' he said. 'That would be the worst nightmare of my life.'
Noah Wyle Has One Rule for ‘The Pitt’s Guest Stars — And It Might Surprise You (Exclusive)
Noah Wyle has a message for newcomers before they step into the emergency room at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. According to Enuka Okuma, the star of The Pitt welcomes, and warns, guest stars on the medical drama with a note.
Speaking to Parade in an exclusive interview, the Paradise actress revealed, "Right from the audition, there's a note that [Wyle] sends out that is telling anybody who's going to attempt to come into that room, basically leave your ego at the door."
While Okuma clarified that Wyle doesn't say those words exactly, she explained, "He's saying, 'Come in and play, be open, be ready, because we're doing something different here.'"
"It's encouraging everyone to do their best, but also alerting you that this is not going to be your regular experience, and it's not because it's like a symphony the way those actors play off of each other and dance among each other with their lines, with their physicality," Okuma continued. "And a day player coming in or a guest star coming in is not going to be used to that, so it's kind of a warning, but it's also a welcoming, and I felt it when I was there, for sure, and it elevates your game."
Okuma played a surrogate named Natalie Malone who had complications giving birth in the first season of The Pitt. The critically acclaimed Max original was a chance to reunite with Wyle, whom she had previously worked with on the 2019 limited series The Red Line. "Just to get to work with him again was fantastic," Okuma said.
The actress praised Wyle, who portrays Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch on The Pitt, calling the Golden Globe winner a "leader" and a "team player."
Enuka Okuma appeared in an episode of The Pitt in Season 1John Johnson/Max
"It was so cool," Okuma recalled about her experience on The Pitt. "It was the first year, so it hadn't come out yet, and it was just, again, being welcomed into a group like that, because they're all in that room, and it is one room. They're in that room all day long. Every single day for, you know, 12 hours a day."
"It's a lot of intimacy," she added with a laugh. "And they breathe together as an ensemble. They act together as a unit."
By the time she appeared in Episode 11, Okuma pointed out that the cast "had really gelled." "So it was such a treat to just get to be dumped into the middle of that and go with the flow with them," she said. "They were all just so great to work with."
Okuma stars in Hulu's ParadiseJonny Marlow
These days, Okuma is starring opposite Sterling K. Brown in Hulu's hit original series Paradise. The show, created by This Is Us' Dan Fogelman, returned for its second season in February and was renewed for a third season ahead of the Season 2 finale.

"I feel like I'm working with people at the top of their game, and that is such wonderful company to be in. And I'm so grateful that I get to play in this arena with this pool of actors and these writers, again, the whole crew, it's just such a special experience that is like lightning in a bottle and I just want to hold on to it," Okuma said. "The crew has all been together since This Is Us, so they've all [been] working together over 10 years at this point, so they're a tight-knit group and it's a well-run machine, and it's a family. So to be welcomed into that has just truly felt very special."

George Clooney Is Back With a New Drink—but It's Not Tequila
George Clooney is officially back in the beverage game—but this time, it's not tequila. After the massive success of Casamigos, Clooney has once again teamed up with longtime partners Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman for a brand-new venture, which comes as one of the fastest-growing trends right now continues to pick up steam.
Instead of another spirits brand, the trio is launching a nonalcoholic beer called Crazy Mountain. It's meant to give you that same cold-beer experience—just without the alcohol or the rough morning-after hangover. It also taps into the way more people are choosing to drink right now, whether that means cutting back or skipping alcohol altogether.

Clooney's New Drink Isn't Boozy—Here's What You Need to Know View this post on InstagramCrazy Mountain is a nonalcoholic, lager-style beer designed to taste like the real thing. The goal isn't to reinvent beer—it's to keep everything people already like about it, just without the alcohol. Each 12-ounce can has about 65 calories and comes in two varieties: Original and Lime. Both are described as clean and crisp, with a familiar beer flavor that doesn't feel like a compromise.
One thing that sets it apart is how it's made. Instead of brewing a traditional beer and then removing the alcohol later (which can affect taste), the brand uses a process that avoids alcohol from the start. That way, the flavor stays intact from beginning to end. It's a small detail, but one that matters, especially in a category where taste is usually the biggest complaint.

Why Clooney Made the Switch From Tequila to ThisClooney has already proven he knows how to build a drink people actually want to buy. Casamigos wasn't just popular—it became a go-to for many before it was eventually sold for a massive payout.
This time around, the thinking feels a little more everyday. As Clooney put it in a press release, "We love beer, we just don't always want the effects that come with it." That might mean skipping the buzz, avoiding a headache the next day, or just wanting something lighter when you're out with friends.
Gerber echoed that idea, saying it's the kind of drink you can have anywhere, whether you're out on the water, playing a round of golf or just hanging out. It's not meant to replace anything entirely; it's just another option depending on the moment.
Where You'll Probably See It FirstCrazy Mountain is expected to start rolling out in select U.S. markets sometime in 2026. It won't be everywhere right away, but given Clooney's track record, it's likely to expand pretty quickly if people connect with it. For now, it's one to keep an eye out for, especially if you like the idea of having a beer without committing to the full experience that usually comes with it.

Travelers Heading to Italy This Summer May Break This Major Law Without Even Knowing It
While lost baggage and cancelled flights top my list of things I'm most worried about when it comes to summer travel, those heading to Italy may have to put a new fear on their list: Breaking the law.
That's because Italian authorities have been using cameras to ticket rental car drivers who end up in areas where they aren't supposed to be, leaving them with hefty fines when they return home. Of course, there are ways to avoid breaking the rules of the road when you're abroad, but still this is something that needs to be on your radar if you're heading to Italy this summer.
Around 350 Italian Cities Use Cameras for Traffic EnforcementAccording to the European Consumer Center in France, those traveling to Italy need to be aware of more than just staying on the correct side of the road. That's because there are hundreds of cities and towns in the region that have a "Zona a traffico limitato," which is also known as a limited traffic zone or ZTL.
These areas are mainly located in historic town centers, and can only be traveled by registered vehicles or those who actually live in the area. Often, these zones can also be closed completely to those cars that don't have permission to be there, and they are monitored by video surveillance systems that track these infractions. You can find these cameras in cities like:
- Rome
- Florecne
- Turin
- Perugia
- Verona
What's worse is that the website notes that the ZTL signs can be hard to spot, and many people may not even realized that they violated the rules until they've returned home from their vacation where a hefty fine waits for them in their mailbox.
Now, to be perfectly clear, I agree with this rule, especially because I believe that the people who live in these historic areas just want to see their homes and communities preserved. That being said, I have literally never heard of this today, which is why I think it's an important thing for travelers to make note of.
How to Avoid Violating the ZTL While Visiting Italy This SummerDespite the issues with the ZTL, there are ways visitors can enjoy self-drive touring—which is the name for what happens when you rent a car, plan your own itinerary, and cruise around at your own pace—without having to worry, according to a press release from Nordic Visitor.
The travel agency says that working with an expert to come up with a planned self-drive itinerary is one way to avoid the added stress, since they will alert you to the ZTLs you need to avoid, as well as explain what types of tolls you'll encounter, possible detours, and of course, fill you in on all of the things you'll want to be sure to take a look at while you're on the road.

"Technology can help people plan faster, but it doesn't help them plan better," Nordic Visitor CEO Sigfús Steingrímsson said in the press release sent to Parade. "Italy demands local knowledge. People who live there, care about the details, and show up when it matters."
Before you book your summer Italian getaway, you may want to consider how you'd rather spend your money: Hiring a pro to help you plan your road trip, or by paying the Italian government the money you owe them for missed tolls or unexpected fines.
Why Thousands of Americans Are Suddenly Booking Psychedelic Retreats to These Two States
In recent years, a new kind of travel trend has quietly taken shape in America. Beach getaways and ski trips still beckon, but increasingly, curious travelers are packing their bags for something deeper, retreats centered around self‑exploration, mental wellness, and guided psychedelic experiences.
Rather than bargain flights or luxury resorts, destinations like Oregon and Colorado are becoming hubs for what some call “transformative travel.” These trips blend mindfulness, nature, and culturally guided immersion with the use of legally permitted psychedelic therapies that many participants describe as life‑changing.
This trend isn’t about escapism or thrill‑seeking. It has roots in changing laws, evolving cultural views, expanding research on psychedelics, and a collective longing for travel that has meaning beyond beaches and iconic landmarks.

What Travelers Are Discovering in Oregon and ColoradoThe Pacific Northwest and Rocky Mountain regions are at the forefront of this trend largely because of recent changes to state laws. Oregon became the first U.S. state to legalize certain supervised psilocybin services under Measure 109, creating a licensed framework for adults to access psychedelic therapy in controlled settings. In Colorado, voters in November 2022 approved Proposition 122 (the Natural Medicine Health Act), decriminalizing personal use and possession of psilocybin and other plant‑based psychedelics for adults aged 21 and older. The measure also requires the state to establish a regulated system of supervised use at licensed facilities, effectively making Colorado the second state after Oregon to adopt such laws.

These retreats often take place in serene natural settings, not unlike traditional wellness retreats, with facilitator‑led sessions that incorporate preparation, guided experiences, and integration support. The emphasis for many participants is not on the substance itself but on reflection, emotional processing, mental health, and personal growth.
A major public health survey shows that this travel is not a fringe activity. In a national survey, more than 30% of U.S. psychedelic users reported traveling outside their home state specifically to use psychedelics, with Oregon and Colorado among the top destinations. Many of those travelers reported using these experiences to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, or emotional stagnation.
This pattern reflects a shift in how travel and wellness intersect. People are no longer satisfied with passive relaxation. They’re seeking experiences that feel immersive and restorative on a psychological level, in places where legality, landscape, and guidance align.
What Happens on a “Transformative” RetreatFor travelers interested in this kind of journey, the retreats blend traditional elements of wellness travel with something more specialized. Programs typically include:
- Preparation workshops and intention‑setting sessions to help guests clarify goals and emotional expectations before an immersive experience begins.
- Guided sessions led by trained facilitators, therapists, or shamans, tailored to be safe, intentional, and supportive.
- Integration activities such as guided reflection, group conversation, journaling, or mindfulness, helping participants make meaning of their experiences in a grounded way.
Travel publications and retreat directories note that this structure differentiates modern psychedelic retreats from recreational drug use: the focus is on well‑being, mental health support, and personal insight within a legal and supervised framework.
In Oregon, licensed psilocybin service centers and retreats operate where participants engage in guided journeys within a regulated environment. Colorado’s regulatory model also allows licensed facilities to offer experiences with trained facilitators who emphasize safety and emotional support.
For travelers, location matters. These retreats often integrate natural landscapes, forests, desert plains, mountain views, into the overall experience, reinforcing the physical sense of journeying while inviting emotional exploration.
@pachamamasanctuary ♬ original sound - Pachamama Ayahuasca Sanctuary What Travelers Should Know Before BookingThis trend raises unique considerations for anyone thinking of turning a trip into a personal growth experience. Here are practical things to keep in mind:
- Legal and regulatory differences: States vary in how they permit and regulate these experiences. Oregon’s Measure 109 and Colorado’s ballot measures provide state‑level frameworks, but federal law still classifies many psychedelic substances as controlled. Travelers should research local laws and licensed retreat offerings carefully.
- Preparation and integration: Unlike a typical spa or yoga retreat, many programs emphasize pre‑retreat intention work and post‑retreat integration. This can be as crucial as the guided experience itself.
- Health and safety: These experiences are not universally appropriate. Individuals with certain mental health conditions or those taking specific medications should consult licensed professionals before participation.
- Costs and time commitment: Retreats vary widely in price and duration. Some are weeklong immersive programs, while others offer shorter protocols focused more narrowly on a guided experience.
Part of what makes this travel movement so fascinating is that it touches on multiple facets of contemporary life: evolving policy, wellness culture, and a reimagining of what travel can be. Rather than simply connecting travelers to new places, these retreats aim to connect travelers to deeper parts of themselves, something travelers are increasingly valuing on journeys near and far.

For many, the draw isn’t simply the substance, but the intentionality and support around its use, set against landscapes that are both majestic and grounding. Whether this trend becomes a permanent mainstay of travel culture or remains a niche interest will depend on ongoing legal developments, research outcomes, and how the broader public perceives psychedelic‑based retreats.
Bogg's Brand-New Spring Collection Is an Adorable Mother's Day Idea
Bogg is ushering in the warm season in the best way possible, debuting a brand-new collection that makes a perfect Mother's Day gift (or even a super cute Easter basket, actually).
The cult-favorite lifestyle brand just launched its Spring Love lineup, including its viral carry-all bags, along with a selection of matching accessories that are bound to become seasonal staples. For the whimsical design, a pattern of pink, white, and purple flowers covers the front, back, and sides of the bag, set on a solid beige-colored base. Feminine and flirty, the totes are great for quick outings, beach trips, and everyday use.
In the new collection, shoppers will find the classic Bogg bag in three sizes—Original ($100), Baby ($80), and Bitty ($60)—and three more products boasting the floral design: the Boggs and Ends Bag ($40), a chic, tip-proof cosmetic case, the Bevy Drink Holder ($25), which conveniently clips onto the side of the bag for sips on-the-go, and the Decorative Insert ($15), a set of two clear, see-through zip bags to shash small items.
The exclusive collection can only be found at Dick's Sporting Goods.
Spring Love aside, the brand recently debuted a host of other colorways for the spring season that fans are already raving over. On Instagram this week, fresh Varsity Hues were showcased in a video displaying newcomers pink, blue, and grey, in addition to Pink Taffy—dubbed the "color of the season."
"Soo pretty! Thinking my girls need these as part of their Easter basket for the beach this summer! Now to decide which size 🤔," one person commented of the release.
Bogg Bag’s PurposeFor those unfamiliar, Bogg was launched in 2011 by “mom on the move” Kim Vaccarella, who “could never find a bag that truly held up. So she built one herself.” The totes were made to be “indestructible, washable, and built to hold it all. It’s tip-proof, won’t collapse, and was designed to handle whatever life throws your way,” the brand promises. It continues to go viral on social media due to its unbelievable capacity and seemingly everything-proof design.

Iain Armitage Breaks Silence on Possible 'Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage' Cameo
Young Sheldon star Iain Armitage has been the one cast member from the spinoff prequel series yet to make an appearance on Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage. The actor opens up about whether or not he's open to returning in a cameo role and if it's needed.
Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage has, so far, brought back a lot of the original stars like Raegan Revord as Missy Cooper and family matriarch Zoe Perry as Mary Cooper. The series has even done the job of making fans shed a tear with the return of George Sr., played by Lance Barber, in a dream sequence in Season 1. The question is: Where's Sheldon?
In an interview with TV Insider, Armitage let fans know that he'd be "honored" to return as his original character. Fans shouldn't jump at the possibility too quickly, as the actor also reveals that the show is doing great enough without him.
"I’d be honored to. I’ve been loving watching Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage. They’re doing an awesome job as a cast," he said. "The cool thing about the entire Big Bang, Young Sheldon, Georgie & Mandy universe is the fact that each spin-off show has really kind of taken on its own unique flavor as it’s been on television."
While giving some hope of returning to his role as Sheldon Cooper, Armitage finally reveals that the series doesn't need him to appear in a cameo. He's open to a possible holiday special, but is content letting the rest of the cast take over the spotlight.
"As much as I would love to, and as fun as it would be at some point, I don’t think it’s necessary. I think it would be fun, and I would love to do it, but they’re doing such an awesome job. I would feel bad going in there and diluting their hard work," he said.
"Maybe a holiday episode one day, but in the meantime, I like getting to sit back, and they don’t make me work. I like to sit back and watch it as a fan, too."
Armitage adds that the writers of Big BangTheory, Young Sheldon, and Georgie & Mandy can "make anything work" and can create "opportunities for me to be on the show." Following the end of Sheldon, the actor admits he's ready to "bounce around" a few series he has his eye on, like Tracker, Survivor, or even Matlock. He will star in Ghosts, his first TV role since the popular series.
Songs You Loved Until You Actually Heard the Words: From ‘Tattooed Golden Retriever’ to ‘Breasteses’
Bad song lyrics can ruin a perfectly good drive. One second you’re humming along to a platinum hit, and the next, some millionaire is singing about their untrimmed chest. It makes you want to park the car and contemplate the meaning of metaphors.
The internet has finally reached its breaking point, and the consensus is brutal. The fans aren’t talking about indie B-sides. These are the chart-toppers, the Grammy winners, and the legends who definitely should have known better.
The Body Horror CategoryNothing kills a vibe faster than a songwriter getting too specific about anatomy. Whether it’s chest hair or "breasteses," these lines are officially haunting our ears.
- Train, "Hey Soul Sister": “My heart is bound to beat right out my untrimmed chest.” One Reddit user summed it up: “makes me queasy every time I hear it lmao.”
- Jay-Z (on Beyoncé's "Drunk in Love"): "We sex again in the morning / Your breasteses is my breakfast."
- Shakira, "Whenever, Wherever": "Lucky that my breasts are small and humble, so you don't confuse them with mountains."
- John Mellencamp, "Jack & Diane": "Suckin' on a chili dog behind the Tasty Freeze."
Then there are the lines that make you pull the car over just to process the logic. From tattooed pets to plastic bag metaphors, these are the ones the internet can't stop roasting.
- Taylor Swift, "The Tortured Poets Department": “You smoked, then ate seven bars of chocolate / We declared Charlie Puth should be a bigger artist / I scratch your head, you fall asleep / Like a tattooed golden retriever.”
- Christina Perri, "Jar of Hearts": “You're gunna catch a cold/ from the ice inside your soul.”
- Katy Perry, "Firework": “Do you ever feel like a plastic bag / Drifting through the wind / Wanting to start again."
- Pink, "Raise Your Glass": “Party crasher / Panty snatcher/ Call me up if you gangsta / Don't be fancy/just get dancy.”
- Eminem, "Love the Way You Lie": "Now you get to watch her leave out the window / Guess that's why they call it window pane."
Sometimes, the lyrics aren't gross — they’re just aggressively unnecessary.
- Hilary Duff, "So Yesterday": “If the light is off then it isn’t on.” (A commenter responded: no she's so right though).
- Van Halen (Van Hagar era), "Why Can't This Be Love": “Only time will tell if we stand the test of time.”
- Pitbull, "Give Me Everything": "Me not working hard? Yeah, right, picture that with a Kodak / Or, better yet, go to Times Square / Take a picture of me with a Kodak."
And finally, the lines that fans feel like they were written by setting a timer and opening up a rhyming dictionary.
- LFO, "Summer Girls": "New Kids On The Block had a bunch of hits / Chinese food makes me sick."
- Jason Derulo, "Trumpets": 'Is it weird that your bra remind me of a Katy Perry song.'
- Lil Wayne, "6 Foot 7 Foot": “Real Gs move in silence like lasagna.” (That line blew my middle school mind, wrote one Reddit user).
- Donna Summer, "MacArthur Park": “MacArthur Park is melting in the dark / All the sweet cream icing flowing down / Someone left the cake out in the rain / I don't think that I can take it cuz it took so long to bake it / and I'll never have that recipe again. Oh no.”
The truth is, sometimes a song is so good you ignore the nonsense. But once you hear about the chili dog or the melting cake, you can never un-hear it.
1968 No. 1 Hit Was Just Named the 'Most Perfect' Beatles Song
Despite disbanding in 1970, The Beatles are still among the most acclaimed and beloved bands. With so many hits, it's difficult to narrow down the English band's top discography. However, Collider just released the publication's ranking of the "10 most perfect Beatles songs."
The list features hits like 1963's "I Want to Hold Your Hand," "Yesterday" from 1965, 1968's "While My Guitar Gently Weeps," "All You Need Is Love" from 1967, and "In My Life" from 1965. According to Collider, the top five most perfect songs by The Beatles include "A Hard Day's Night" from 1964, "Blackbird" from 1968, "Let It Be" from 1970, and "Come Together"from 1969.
"Hey Jude" from 1968 took home the number one ranking. According to the publication, the single, which spent several weeks as the number 1 song on Billboard Hot 100 after September 28, 1968, is simply outstanding because of its encouraging lyrics and grandiose use of instruments.
Paul McCartney Discussed Writing 'Hey Jude' in a 2018 InterviewIn a 2018 interview with GQ,Paul McCartney explained he was inspired to write the hit single following his bandmate, the late John Lennon, and his first wife, Cynthia Lennon's split. McCartney said he "felt a bit sorry for their son," Julian Lennon, now 62. He said after the Lennons' breakup, he went "to see the son and Cynthia," who died in 2015.
"I was thinking about the boy whose name's Julian. And I started this idea, 'Hey Jules,'" explained McCartney.
He then said he wanted to write "a reassurance song" for Lennon's son. He noted that he ended up changing the title and lyrics of the song to "Hey Jude."
McCartney also said he still performs the song while on tour. He explained that he enjoys watching his fans sing the song.
"The greatest thing is you feel this sense of community. And in these times, when it's a little dark and people are sort of separated by politics and stuff, it's so fantastic to see them all come together singing the end of 'Hey Jude,'" said the musician.
Julian Lennon Shared His Thoughts About 'Hey Jude' in a 2022 InterviewIn a 2022 interview withGood Morning Britain, Julian explained that he has complicated feelings about "Hey Jude." He said the song is "a double-edged sword" because while McCartney came up with it out of genuine concern, "it's also a dark reminder of what happened at that time when dad walked out the door and just left mum." He also said he agrees with the song's message "about making things better in your life" and "hopefully moving forward in a positive way."
"Which is all that I try and do, really on mum's behalf, more than anything," continued Julian.
‘90s ‘Baywatch’ Hunk David Charvet, 53, Is More Handsome Than Ever as He Snuggles up to His Mom
David Charvet rose to fame on Baywatch in the '90s, but the actor is more handsome than ever in 2026.
Charvet, 53, was born and raised in France before heading stateside and taking Hollywood by storm. It was his role as the handsome high schooler Matt Brody on Baywatch that catapulted him to superstardom and made him a household name among young women who loved his hair flip and washboard abs. After departing Baywatch, Charvet headed to Melrose Place and also pursued a music career. He even had success on the charts in his native country of France.
While Charvet eventually ditched the entertainment industry, he never forgot where he came from. The handsome former actor always takes to Instagram to honor his mother with a sweet post for her birthday. This week, Charvet looked more handsome than ever as he snuggled up to his mom for his annual photo alongside her.
"My Mom @christianeartt the most beautiful woman in the world . I owe you everything that I am . Happy 85th birthday you are a star , a bad ass! I love you more than words . Thank you for giving me all@the tools to better man and a better Dad! ❤️❤️❤️," he captioned the sweet photo, which showed the star in a white tank with his arms around his other.
During the show's heyday, Charvet dated co-star Pamela Anderson, who played lifeguard C.J. Parker. He went on to marry Brooke Burke, who is the mother of his children, Heaven, 18, and Shaya. However, the couple divorced in 2020.
While Charvet made headlines as an actor, life in front of the camera doesn't interest him all that much anymore. He pivoted to working for a residential contractor, The Jones Builders Group, and hasn’t looked back.
“To wake up every morning early, to be able to be the first face that my kids would see has been a blessing,” Charvet explained to Fox News in 2022. “And I did it. People to this day ask me, ‘How come you have such a great relationship with your children?’ And I said to them, ‘… I put the time in.’”

'Lion King' Lawsuit: Comedian Makes Move After Getting Sued for $27 Million
A viral joke about The Lion King has turned into a high-stakes legal battle, and now comedian Learnmore Jonasi is taking action to deal with the fallout.
Jonasi, a Zimbabwean stand-up comic, is being sued for $27 million by Lebohang Morake, the Grammy-winning composer behind the iconic opening chant of “Circle of Life.”
The lawsuit claims that Jonasi’s viral joke about the song’s lyrics damaged Morake’s reputation and misrepresented the cultural meaning of the chant, according to the complaint obtained by People.
In response, Jonasi has begun raising money for his legal fees, using humor once again. He recently posted a photo on Instagram wearing a black T-shirt featuring a cartoon design of himself lifting a lion, paired with the words “It's a lion.”
The text on the image read, “Help me pay these legal fees T-shirts available on the link in my bio.”
He added a caption, "You can help me pay these crazy legal fees, I don’t have 27M 😂😂😂 ".
View this post on InstagramThe legal dispute began after Jonasi made comments during a February episode of the One54podcast. While discussing the famous opening line of “Circle of Life,” he joked that the Zulu phrase “Nants’ingonyama bagithi Baba” meant: “Look, there’s a lion. Oh my god!”
The remark got laughs from the hosts, who said they had always believed the chant sounded more “beautiful and majestic.”
Jonasi doubled down, joking that his translation was “exactly what it means.”
However, Disney’s official translation of the lyric is: “All hail the king, we all bow in the presence of the king.”
According to Morake’s legal team, while the word “ingonyama” can literally mean “lion,” it is used in the song as a “royal metaphor” tied to kingship and cultural tradition.
The lawsuit accuses Jonasi of presenting his translation “as authoritative fact, not comedy,” arguing that it should not be protected as a joke. It also claims his comments harmed Morake’s business relationships and royalty income, seeking over $20 million in damages plus $7 million in punitive damages.
Jonasi confirmed the lawsuit in a video, saying: "I am officially getting sued for telling a joke."
In a dramatic moment that quickly went viral, the comedian was served legal papers while performing live on stage. Mid-set, he reacted in real time, telling the audience: "Oh [explicit] I just got served. Oh [explicit]. Oh my God."
He continued: "This is for... I did a joke about The Lion King. I'm paying for that [explicit] now. [Explicit] The Lion King."
View this post on InstagramDespite the shock, Jonasi kept his comedic tone, joking about the situation while asking for legal help: "Right now, I'm looking for a lawyer, man. I need a very good lawyer. If you know anybody out here that is willing to help me, please, please reach out to me."
He also shared his frustration, saying: "I can't believe I'm getting sued for telling a joke. What kind of stupid world do we live in? This world is stupid."
To help cover mounting costs, Jonasi launched a GoFundMe campaign, which has already raised more than $10,000. His new merchandise push appears to be another step in funding his legal defense.
Before the lawsuit, Jonasi and Morake reportedly tried to resolve the issue privately. According to Jonasi, Morake accused him of “disrespecting his work,” while the comedian said he responded by calling himself “a big fan” of the song and even offered to collaborate on an educational video.
"Personally, I had no idea [the lyrics] had a deeper meaning," Jonasi explained.
But talks broke down. Jonasi claimed the situation worsened after Morake insulted him, saying: "I’m not going to talk to this person. He called me an idiot."
Per LAD Bible, Morake later issued a public response, saying: “If I offended anyone by using the word I used describing this young man, I apologize."
Still, he stood firm on the lawsuit, adding: "He’s insulting my work that has been inspirational to people around the world for over 50 years. Then insulting my culture."
He also accused Jonasi of benefiting from controversy, saying: "You are riding a huge wave of going viral on negativity."

Nancy Guthrie Update: Savannah Says 'God Spoke to Me' as She Begged to Know What Happened to Her Mom
Savannah Guthrie‘s mom, Nancy Guthrie, is still missing, going on eight weeks after the abduction from her Tucson, Ariz., home—and the Today co-anchor recently shared that "God" spoke to her as she begged to know what happened to her mother.
In a March 26 interview that aired on Today, Savannah sat down with Hoda Kotb to discuss her 84-year-old mother’s investigation for the first time since Nancy went missing on Feb. 1.
"She taught me to be strong, because she taught me to be true, for my faith is strong and resolute," Savannah said of her mom. "Early on, I felt that I heard... for one of the very few times in my life, I did hear God speak to me."
Savannah continued, "As I said to myself, 'I can handle anything, God, I can handle anything. I just can't handle not knowing. We can't handle not knowing. I have to know.'"
That's when the NBC morning show star received her answer.
"And I heard a voice. And it said, 'You do know where she is. She's with me. She's with me,'" Savannah recalled. "So whether she's on this side still or whether she is in heaven, I know where she is. I know who she's with. But we need to know."
Elsewhere in the interview, Savannah broke down in tears as she blamed herself for her mother's abduction due to her fame and apologized to her family members.
“To think that I brought this to her bedside, that it’s because of me… “ she told Kotb. “I’d just say I’m so sorry, Mommy. I’m so sorry. I’m sorry to my sister and my brother and my kids and my nephew and Tommy, my brother-in-law. I’m just, I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry. If it is me, I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry.”
Savannah also revealed new details of her mom's condition when she was abducted.
Nancy was last seen at her Tucson residence on the evening of Jan. 31. As of writing, neither the Pima County Sheriff's Department nor the FBI has named a suspect in her disappearance.
