Dakota Mortensen will be edited out of Vanderpump Villa amid an ongoing domestic violence investigation involving him and his ex-girlfriend Taylor Frankie Paul.

According to Variety, Mortensen's storyline will be edited out of season 3 of the reality series, which is set to premiere on Apr. 16 on Hulu.

In March, a spokesperson for the Draper City Police Department in Utah confirmed that there is an open “domestic assault investigation” regarding Paul and Mortensen related to incidents that allegedly occurred in February 2026.

The spokesperson confirmed “allegations have been made in both directions” and that “contact was made with involved parties on [Feb] 24th and 25th,” but declined to share any further details.

Hulu paused filming of season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives due to the ongoing investigation, and no decision has been made about Paul's and Mortensen's futures on the series thus far.

Paul’s season of The Bachelorette was scheduled to premiere on Mar. 22. On Mar. 19, ABC pulled the plug on her season after TMZ released a never-before-seen video that appears to show Paul assaulting Mortensen back in 2023.

In a statement to TMZ, a Disney Entertainment spokesperson said, “In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of The Bachelorette at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.”

After her season was pulled, Paul spoke out via a statement from her representation.

“Taylor is very grateful for ABC’s support as she prioritizes her family’s safety and security. After years of silently suffering extensive mental and physical abuse as well as threats of retaliation, Taylor is finally gaining the strength to face her accuser and taking steps to ensure that she and her children are protected from any further harm,” the statement read. “There are too many women who are suffering in silence as they survive aggressive, jealous ex-partners who refuse to let them move on with their lives. Taylor has remained silent out of fear of further abuse, retaliation, and public shaming. She is currently exploring all of her options, seeking support, and preparing to own and share her story.”

Season 4 of Mormon Wives teased Mortensen and the other "DadTok" members visiting Vanderpump Villa, with drama ensuing after it was revealed Mortensen allegedly hooked up with a girl there.

Mortensen is also set to appear in a reality competition series produced by Alex Cooper, streaming on YouTube starting Monday, Apr. 6.

Cut to 2026, and its strapping star has found a new show that's finding similar critical acclaim, with him returning to the driver's seat as lead actor.

Jon Hamm recently turned 55 (does he look it?) and got candid with AARP's Movies for Grownups about what's been like to age in Hollywood. At the surface, the notion seem ominous and daunting for on-screen performers — but Hamm offers an alternative viewpoint.

"It feels fine. I get to work with some of the greatest people in my business these days, and I’m very fortunate, whether it’s Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon [The Morning Show], or Noah Hawley [Fargo creator], or Amanda Peet [who plays his ex-wife, Mel, on Your Friends & Neighbors], or Tom Cruise [Top Gun: Maverick], Billy Bob Thornton [Landman]," he told AARP. "The list goes on and on. I’m incredibly fortunate."

Hamm continued, "I feel great, relatively speaking. After 50, waking up is a bonus. Waking up pain-free is a real bonus. So it’s just about enjoying yourself. I’m very lucky. I get to do what I’ve always wanted to do at, I think, the highest level. I still appreciate it every day. I still love going to work. So for me, aging is fun, honestly. I’ve enjoyed it. I’ve earned it. I guess I should say that. That’s really what it is. I’m not regretful or angry at it at all. If you made it this far, you’re doing something right."

And if you've seen the Emmy winner on talk shows, you may have heard Hamm refer to himself as a "late bloomer." To explain:

"I've always been a half a generation behind all my friends in everything. Whether it’s getting married [to actress Anna Osceola in June 2023], or getting wealthy, or finding my way," he told AARP in part. "I’ve always been on the opposite end of wherever my friends were. It’s just how I feel in the moment. I’ve always been very fortunate to maintain a pretty eyes-wide-open presence in my life."

There are plenty of novels that we would love to see turned into movies, and there are times we’re fortunate that it happens. Just look at the Harry Potter books, The Hunger Games, and The Lord of the Rings.

Some of the novels work better as TV shows instead of movies, but at the end of the day, we still get something visual on our screens to see how others picture the works. There are still billions of other books that haven’t been adapted, and Goodreads users have one pick that they would love to see adapted.

Goodreads Users Want a Cassandra Clare Novel Adapted

The No. 1 pick on Goodreads is City of Ashes by Cassandra Clare, released in March 2008, and this isn’t all that surprising. It’s the second book in the Mortal Instruments series, which starts with City of Bones. 

Now, this is a series of books that have already been adapted for the small screen, and you’ll know it as Shadowhunters, the teen supernatural drama that aired on Freeform between 2016 and 2019. There has also been a movie adaptation of City of Bones, and the rights for the second book were optioned, with production starting back in 2013.

Things changed, with production being halted and then the movie canceled, leading to the TV series. However, there are still many people out there who want to see the movie done. 

This one sits comfortably at the top of the list of “Books That Should Be Made Into Movies” with a score of 721,186 from 7,395 votes. The closest book behind that is Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick, with a score of 596,352 with 6,135 votes.

A Novel That Focuses on Wants and Duty

City of Ashes is a novel that many fans have connected to, as it delves into the world of wants and duty. After learning about her heritage in the first novel, Clary Fray has to make some personal choices. All she wants is for her life to go back to normal and return to the human world, but the Shadowhunting world isn’t finished with her.

Her mom is in a magically induced coma, there’s a rogue Shadowhunter, Valentine, out there, and she has a newfound brother Jace to get to know. How does she manage all of that along with her regular teenage hormones?

Some of this was used for Shadowhunters, but with the hope of it being adapted into a movie so long ago, it’s not surprising that fans want to see it on the big screen still!

Joseph Duggar is "nervous, anxious, and worried" about what his future looks like following his arrest for alleged child molestation, according to his attorney Al Sauline.

In an interview with TMZ, Sauline said it's been a whirlwind since Joseph was first arrested and charged for Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor, on Mar. 18.

Two days later, Joseph and his wife Kendra were hit with additional child endangerment charges—unrelated to Joseph’s initial case.

Sauline noted that with all the media coverage surrounding his ongoing court cases, Joseph is feeling the weight of the unknown that lies ahead.

The defense attorney told the outlet that Joseph has no idea what evidence Florida prosecutors have on him, and that his legal team is not allowed to see it until formal charges are filed. However, Joseph and his defense are aware of who the alleged victim is.

The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred with a nine-year-old girl—who is now 14—during a vacation to Panama City Beach, Florida, in 2020.

Sauline noted there's a lot of conflicting evidence and speculation, making it difficult for the defense team to know what's real and what's not. They're also unsure of who is leaking information online and to the press.

Despite these challenges, Sauline said the defense team's top priority is that Joseph is treated fairly throughout the legal process. The 19 Kids and Counting star and his team are also standing by his not guilty plea, which was entered on Sunday, Mar. 29.

Joseph was released from jail after posting a $600,000 bond on Tuesday, Mar. 31.

Sauline said Joseph has "good family support" following his release back to Arkansas and they are helping him stay in "good spirits."

The role of Michael Jackson for the upcoming biopic about the King of Pop was given to the perfect person.

Jaafar Jackson, the son of Jermaine Jackson and nephew of Michael Jackson, will be making his film debut in Michael, playing the "Thriller" singer. Jaafar Jackson appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night to tell the story of how he got the lead role.

The 29-year-old actor and singer revealed that he first heard about the movie when he read an article online that film producer Graham King, who was also behind Queen's biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody, got the rights to tell Michael Jackson's story. Two months later, King called Jaafar Jackson and told him that he wanted to have a Zoom meeting with him, and Jaafar already had a feeling about "what this was going to lead" to.

While getting lunch with King, Jaafar revealed to him that he "never wanted to be an actor" and he actually wanted to become a professional golf player, but got into music. But, he mentioned that he grew up watching his uncle's music videos and movies. Six months later, King got Jaafar Jackson an acting coach and started working on certain scenes for the upcoming film, and it ended up being a two-year process of auditioning and turning into Michael Jackson.

While filming Michael, Jaafar Jackson described "spending all those hours in the makeup chair" as "surreal and a spiritual moment at the same time."

"That process of seeing me slowly transform into Michael was emotional," he admitted. He also gave credit to Bill Corso, the head of makeup for the biopic.

The "Billie Jean" singer passed away in June 2009 from a cardiac arrest that was caused by a propofol overdose.

His upcoming biopic about his life and career, Michael, will be out in theaters on April 24.

As much as we would love to see Mark Harmon return to NCIS, the actor is happy with his life the way it is now. It’s not like he’s completely left the franchise either, offering the voiceover for NCIS: Origins, as it gets into Gibbs’ origin story.

Harmon is busy with a few other projects, and one of them is taking a leaf out of an NCIS character’s book. For the longest time, Tim McGee had to defend his love of writing, but for the actors, it’s different. Harmon has non-fiction book coming out.

‘Ghosts of Sicily’ Will Be Released in April 2026

Harmon has teamed up with a real NCIS vet, Leon Carroll Jr., to bring a nonfiction story about the real Naval Intelligence. The full title of the book is Ghosts of Sicily: The True Story of the Naval Intelligence Agents Who Courted the Mob to Fight Nazis in America and the Battlefields of Italy, which is arguably a bit of a mouthful, but it definitely tells you what you’ll be reading about!

The best thing is that there isn’t long to wait until this book is released. It’s slated to hit shelves on April 14, 2026, and it touches on a part of history that has been burned from existence. It turns out taht all records of how the Office of Naval Intelligence/ONI was involved in World War II, especially the invasion, have been burned from record. This book explores why that was, as well as what happened throughout the time period.

It could be due to the way that gangsters in New York were used as assets to help with the missions. It could also be linked to the fact that the mission wasn’t all that effective. Whatever the reason, we get to know very soon.

Not the First Book from Mark Harmon

This is not the first time Harmon has put pen to paper and followed in NCIS’s McGee’s footsteps. However, all of Harmon’s work has been nonfiction compared to McGee’s fiction.

Harmon and Carroll Jr. worked together on a release in November 2023, which was another look at history long forgotten by many. Ghosts of Honolulu: A Japanese Spy, A Japanese American Spy Hunter, and the Untold Story of Pearl Harbor is a must-read for those who want to learn a little more about the Eastern Front throughout World War II.

Henry has walked a few runways just like his mother and signed with Next Management. However, his real focus is on building a music career. That’s not a big surprise, considering his father is Seal!

“When I’m playing guitar, it’s usually rock or blues,” Henry told GQ last year. “But when I’m listening to music, it’s usually rap or Steely Dan. I listen to a lot of Steely Dan.” 

Of course, it’s a little scary walking the runway when your mom is one of the most famous models in the world.

“I’m very lucky to have a family that can support me in that sense, but also it’s a little bit [nerve-racking], ’cause I’m kind of putting on the show for them, too,” he said.

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s actually a flying nun. In 1965, ABC premiered an offbeat fantasy sitcom set in a convent, centered on a nun with an extraordinary ability. More than five decades later, the beloved series aired its final episode, wrapping up its three-season run.

It's not every day that nuns have special powers that help them solve problems for the poor. The ABC sitcomThe Flying Nun was originally based on a book that was released that same year, titled The Fifteenth Pelican by Teres Rìos. The Flying Nun is exactly as the title desribes with actor Sally Field in the leading role of Elsie Ethrington, also known as Sister Bertrille.

Its storyline focuses on Bernard as she leaves New York after getting arrested for a life of service among a community of nuns in the Concent San Taco in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The comedy aspect of the sitcom comes from Sister Bertrille learning she can fly thanks to her heavily starched cornette, which serves as the headpiece for her habit. Thanks to her powers, she can solve almost any problem to help the poor and teach the underprivileged.

The Flying Nun also starred Madeleine Sherwood as Reverend Mother Placido, Marge Redmond as Sister Jacqueline, and Alenjandro Rey as Carlos Ramirez. An ensemble of actors also made up the rest of the cast in the roles of nuns at the convent, priests, doctors, and more.

Field landed the role in the sitcom after the cancellation of ABC's Gidget, where she played the leading character. Wanting to keep her on the air, the network developed The Flying Nun, and Field initially found the concept ridiculous and rejected the role. She took the role at her father's insistence, but wasn't happy during her time working on the sitcom due to its humor and ill-received criticism.

Due to better-performing series at the time, the sitcom was cancelled. On April 3, 1970, The Flying Nun aired its final episode after three seasons and 82 episodes. Field was also reportedly pregnant at the start of filming the third season, with props and scenery used to hide her growing bump. The sitcom did moderately well in its first two seasons and led Redmond to be nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

Grey's Anatomy has never been shy about shaking things up—and season 22 is proving to be one of the most turbulent in recent memory.

The latest episode, which aired Thursday, April 2, ended on a cliffhanger that has left fans wondering whether two more beloved characters could be on their way out. Dr. Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson) and Dr. Benson Kwan (Harry Shum Jr.) are now caught in the crosshairs of an FDA investigation, and the fallout could cost them everything.

Long story short, the drama stems from Kwan injecting patient Quinn Durston with an experimental hydrogel that the FDA had specifically rejected, without the patient's consent. Bailey, aware of what happened, chose to cover for her resident rather than report him. "He was just trying to help and we had a treatment that could," she explained to her husband Dr. Ben Warren (Jason Winston George). "We've all done things we shouldn't have, but we're still here. He's paying for his mistake with notes and orders. He doesn't need to upend his training."

But keeping secrets at Grey Sloan Memorial never stays easy for long. When Durston developed a pulmonary embolism and his son revealed the truth about the experimental treatment, intern Dr. Dani Spencer took it upon herself to report the situation, turning Bailey in to the chief. Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) wasted no time. "The institutional review board will want every detail," he told Bailey as the episode cut to black. "They're launching an investigation."

The timing couldn't be more loaded. Just a week earlier, Kevin McKidd and Kim Raverconfirmed their departures from the show at the end of the season, with their characters Dr. Owen Hunt and Dr. Teddy Altman heading for the exit. McKidd has been on the show for a whopping 18 seasons, and Raver not far behind at 16 (though she had some breaks in between). 

Fans will have to keep watching season 22 to find out whether Bailey and Kwan survive the investigation, or whether Grey Sloan is about to lose two more of its own.

Some kids are just built differently. When most would panic in stressful situations, others rise to the occasion with a tenacity that few adults could match. Philadelphia teen Jaheim Warner, 17, is one of the few.

Peoplerecently reported that, while the high school junior was finishing up a baseball game at Tacony Academy Charter High School on March 26, 2026, he was walking home when he noticed a woman in a white pickup truck who looked less than okay.

"There were people around it, like, trying to bang on the window saying, 'Wake up, wake up,'" he toldFOX 29. "The lady was, like, seizing—her arms were tight, and her head was back."

To make matters worse, the truck was slowly moving down the road in neutral, and the doors and windows were locked. A Ring camera caught him jumping into action. Without hesitation, Warner smashed the back window and climbed into the car. He reached the cab with the woman and unlocked the doors, staying with her until help arrived.

"I just felt like I had to stay with her, like, to make sure she wasn’t alone through that rough time and to make sure somebody could sit there and comfort her in the way that I could," Warner told FOX. "So I sat there. I held her hand. I said, 'It’s going to be okay. I’m not going to leave you.' And I never did."

The teen went on to tell the outlet that his instinct to help was basically second nature, and he plans to become a firefighter when he gets older.

"I care a lot about people, and I saw her going through something that I didn’t want to see anyone going through," he said.

Warner's quick thinking absolutely saved the unidentified woman's life. If you ever witness someone having a seizure, your actions could save a life. The CDC recommends:

• Stay calm: You need to be clear-headed and collected to ensure the person stays safe.
• Remove hazards: Move anything that could cause injury out of the person's reach.
• Check for ID: See if the person has a medical bracelet that identifies their condition or any potential prescriptions they are on.
• Gently turn them onto their side: If they are lying down, make sure their mouth is pointing toward the ground to keep their airway clear.
• Keep time: If the seizure lasts more than 5 minutes, call emergency services.
• Monitor for recurrence: If the person has a second seizure within a short time of the first, call for help immediately.

The key is to ride it out with them and assess any patterns for medical professionals. While I certainly hope none of us have to deal with something like that, I know that woman and her family were beyond thankful he stepped in when he did.

Jennifer Coffindaffer, a retired FBI Special Agent, says the investigation into Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance involves far more information than the public realizes—but that doesn’t mean answers are guaranteed. With tens of thousands of leads, complex DNA profiles, and ransom notes that so far remain difficult to trace, Coffindaffer says the most crucial pieces may lie in the images and evidence the public hasn’t yet seen.

"Behind the scenes the FBI knows more than we do by far, but it doesn't mean they have any answers. 30k leads… Imagine 30k items on your to-do list?" Coffindaffer wrote on X on Friday, April 3.

"DNA with more than [two] profiles according to Sheriff Nanos-purportedly near impossible, according to experts, to do IGG on and ransom notes that can't be traced…at least not so far," she continued, adding, "The Public and Porch Guys image are the key."

In early February, Parade spoke with former FBI Special Agent Bryanna Fox who shared some insight into the case.

“This is like an iceberg,” Fox told me. "The amount we know that law enforcement knows is the tip of the iceberg. The rest is below the surface, and they do that on purpose."

"I think that was one of the reasons that [Sheriff Chris Nanos] has decided to go from talking to the media a lot to basically only doing press conferences when there’s a major development, because there is no benefit to sharing so much information with the public," she added.

As the investigation continues, Coffindaffer and other experts emphasize that the most critical pieces of the case may still be hidden from public view. While law enforcement continues to follow thousands of leads and examine complex evidence, Guthrie’s whereabouts remain unknown, and key questions—including the identity of “Porch Guy”—have yet to be answered.

Glam metal singer Sebastian Bach turned 58 on April 3, as reported by This Day in Music.

The Canadian singer rose to fame because of his time as Skid Row's singer in the late '80s and '90s. The metal band's 1991 record Slave to the Grind secured the number one spot on Billboard 200 in June 1991.

People magazine reported that Bach's 2026 North American The Party Never Ends Tour will begin in April and end in October. Ultimate Classic Rock also reported that Bach will be taking on the role of lead singer for Twisted Sister for the band's upcoming fall tour.

According to People, Bach shared he doesn't mind being an older rocker during a February 2026 interview with Loudwire Nights. He referenced that artists such asPaul McCartney, 83, Willie Nelson, 92, Neil Young, 80, and Rob Halford, 74, don't fret about getting on stage.

“Paul McCartney, he's doing amazing. Willie Nelson is 91, and he's rolling up joints and got his long hair, [he 's] on his tour bus and he's on the road again. I mean, 91. Geez ... Neil Young, Rob Halford, there are many, many examples of guys that keep rocking," said Bach during the February 2026 interview.

Sebastian Bach Shared How He's Maintained His Vocals

Bach shared how he's been able to maintain his singing voice over the last 40 years in a February 2026 interview with The Charismatic Voice. He stated that he's been doing the same 30-minute vocal warmup from when he was 19 every day.

"In effect, I'm keeping my voice where it was when I was 19. I'm doing the same exact lesson and I'm not changing it at all," explained Bach.

He also shared that he is constantly drinking water to stay hydrated. In addition, he said he won't ever sing "too guttural or too dirty" like "these death metal singers" because "it makes it sometimes impossible to get back to [his] clean tone." Bach explained that in order to be a good singer, "it's not about volume, it's about tone."

Is Sheriff Country on Tonight?

After a three-week hiatus, Sheriff Country returns tonight, Friday, April 3. The show isn’t just coming back with an ordinary episode either.

Fire Country and Sheriff Country are having a major crossover, much like One Chicago has done in the past. Fans won’t want to miss a second of this epic two-hour event.

Sheriff Country and Fire Country Crossover Details

AsParade reported, the Cal Fire and the Sheriff’s department must team up following a mystery explosion that leaves multiple teenagers missing. Tension mounts as Mickey (Morena Baccarin) and Sharon (Diane Farr) butt heads, fighting to decide who should be in charge as time runs out.

Bode (Max Thieriot) and Eve (Jules Latimer) will also guest star on the Sheriff Country episode titled “The Finest,” kicking off the crossover at 8/7c. The drama concludes on the Fire Country episode “The Bravest” at 9/8c.

Mickey won’t be the only Sheriff Country character headed to Fire Country for the crossover, either. Matt Lauria (Boone) and W. Earl Brown (Wes) join Baccarin on the show.

A synopsis for “The Finest” reads: “After a mysterious school bus explosion leaves nine students missing, Sheriff Mickey Fox and Cal Fire Division Chief Sharon Leone must set aside their personal conflicts and unite their departments to try and crack the case, on part one of the two-hour SHERIFF COUNTRY and FIRE COUNTRY crossover event.”

Sheriff Country’s return kicks off weeks of new episodes that will lead into the Season 1 finale airing on May 22. There are still eight new episodes to air before the season wraps.

Savannah Guthrie's return to Today on Monday is expected to bring in a massive amount of viewers for the beloved morning show.

“I don’t know if I can do it,” Guthrie said last week to Kotb. “I don’t know if I’ll belong anymore, but I would like to try. I would like to try.”

Guthrie also shared additional information that previously hadn't been shared with the public, including the fact that back doors to Nancy’s house were found open and that two ransom notes the family received are believed to have been real, the piece shared.

Insiders told Variety that producers are prepared to “play it by ear,” trying to work segments around their suitability to Guthrie. That means potentially avoiding anything too dark or too light during show segments.

Advertisers are Eager for Guthrie's Return

The piece continued by noting that advertisers are eager for Guthrie to come back to the show. Since sponsors are wary of political commentary, Today is viewed as a “valuable, trusted environment” that doesn't take sides. Guthrie has the rare capability to do lighter segments with celebrities and athletes, as well as more complex topics that include legal issues and hard-hitting news, including an interview with President Donald Trump. Thus far, advertisers have been sympathetic to Guthrie's experience as she navigates an impossible situation.

 “I have not had one client pull or walk away,” the buyer told Variety.

Legendary Star Trek actor William Shatner wasn't going to wait around, hoping that fans would ignore all the fake stories claiming that he had stage IV glioblastoma, a dangerous type of brain cancer. Instead, he took to social media to sound the alarm that he's neither dying nor sick.

"There is a page on [Facebook] that is using AI to create horrible fake news stories about me," Shatner wrote on X on April 2. "The page is by The Beanstalk Functions Group which is allegedly an Event Planner in South Africa. They have created stories that say I have stage 4 brain cancer, was in some kind of fight with Erika Kirk and that I’m dying."

Shatner claimed that he had already contacted both Facebook and Guillermo Rauch, the CEO of Versel, which manages the open-source web framework Next.js, where the stories originated. However, the false stories have continued to circulate.

He explained that the photos were AI-generated images of him, and then posted several pictures of the offending stories. "They apparently seem genuine enough for fans to repost them across social media and send messages of support to me and my family all while the culprits behind the account make money," he added.

He reminded his fans and followers that, unless they hear it directly from him or one of his verified accounts, "take it with a grain of salt."

Several hours later, he shared a photo showing him sitting on a patio, smiling, and looking decidedly not ill. "My daughter came over to tell me her daughter heard that I had brain cancer," he captioned the photo. "She took this photo and sent it to me to upload to prove I'm not ill."

Thanks in part to the more than 130,000 people who read his story on X, not counting the other accounts where he posted it, Facebook finally listened and took action. Andy Stone, Meta's communications manager, responded to Shatner's post with a Star Trek pun, writing, "Our apologies for not moving at warp 7 or faster, Mr. Shatner. The page is now down."

On Friday, April 3, Fox News Digital reporter Michael Ruizposted via X a report dated March 19 from the independent firm Northstar Employment & Legal Solutions.

The report included the results of a workplace harassment complaint against Nanos by PCSD Lt. Heather Lappin, whom he defeated in a 2024 election.

In it, Northstar cleared Nanos of bullying, writing that the evidence "does not support a finding that the responding party acted for the purpose of creating a hostile or abusive workplace."

However, the firm did confirm that Nanos "used his authority and department resources for political gain." It added, "The evidence includes considering Lt. Lappin's political campaign in investigation and disciplinary decision making, culminating in using a press release that included information obtained in his capacity as Sheriff."

Northstar also found that Nanos "violated applicable code of conduct rules." It explained, "By including confidential information in a press release about the reasons he placed Lt. Lappin on paid administrative leave for political gain, he did not maintain rules about courtesy and civility."

In conclusion, the independent firm found Nanos' actions "inconsistent with the listed policies; however, the sheriff is not subject to these policies as an elected official."

A spokesperson for the PCSD said Nanos is aware of the report's results, Ruiz reported. "The findings do not support allegations of bullying but note additional concerns," they said in a statement. "The Sheriff has requested the full report for review."

The workplace harassment investigation results came amid ongoing criticism of Nanos and the PCSD as Nancy's case passed the two-month mark. Savannah's mother remains missing after she was last seen at her Tucson home on the evening of Jan. 31. As of writing, no suspect(s) have been made.
