Right now, the Sunoyar Soft Cooler Bag is on sale for just $20, down from $50. It comes in army green and has a 40-can capacity, so it can hold plenty of drinks for beach days, road trips, picnics, or even work lunches.
The cooler has a 20-liter capacity and measures 15 inches long by 9.4 inches wide by 11 inches high. It’s made with a mesh fabric exterior, a diamond-patterned coating, an eco-friendly liner, and thick cotton insulation. It can keep food and drinks cold for eight to 12 hours when used with ice packs, and it has reinforced stitching, heavy-duty zippers, a waterproof inner lining, and a collapsible design that makes it a breeze to store when not in use.

One reviewer called it the “perfect cooler bag,” describing it as a “must buy” that “holds so much and keeps our stuff very cold.” “The zipper is a very sturdy one as well,” they added, noting, “It's lightweight and durable.” Another person said it was “easy to transport with the shoulder strap,” it “didn't leak,” and it’s “easy to store.”

New Reality Show Lets Actors Compete for Roles on This Soap Opera
Life often feels like a competition, especially in show business. A new reality show in the works has the end goal of becoming a soap opera star, believe it or not.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives producer Jeff Jenkins is now developing The Bold and the Unscripted, Variety reports, a new competition series in which contestants vie to appear on The Bold and the Beautiful — with the ultimate winner receiving a recurring role on the soap.
"The Bold and the Beautiful has been doing what they do for 40 years, they just launched their app, with 3,900 episodes available to watch. So we’ve partnered with [executive producer] Brad Bell on this format that we’re taking out," Jenkins, 58, told Variety in an interview article published Wednesday, May 27. "I think it’s going to be such a fun show, very unexpected. I’ve never seen anything like it. And frankly, that’s also what gets me out of bed, taking buyers’ opportunities that they haven’t heard before. I don’t want to bring you the 300th version of Real Housewives."
Here’s the upcoming series' official logline, in part: "The Bold and the Unscripted (working title) will bring together a group of reality TV stars, all with thespian aspirations, on the iconic soap opera’s actual studio lot and soundstages to compete for weekly opportunities to secure speaking roles and guest spots on The Bold and the Beautiful."
Jenkins also weighed in on how to survive in the unscripted world in this day and age, where things seem to keep changing.
"I think it all goes back to very basic tent poles that we all know. It comes back to storytelling and characters you want to spend time with," he told Variety. "The challenge now is, how do we find them? Because the pond has been very fished. How do we find new subculture or character types, and how do we match that with the kind of zeitgeist interest that the public has?"
’70s Country Star Announces Special Update After Canceling Tour
Dolly Parton continues to delight fans, but this time it's beyond the spotlight and the concert stage.
Despite the major changes regarding her upcoming activities, the country star revealed an exciting new venture, which she called Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop.
In a joint Instagram post, the one-of-a-kind destination will showcase a Dolly Parton-themed highway oasis and travel center.
Scheduled to officially open on June 24, the travel stop is located in Cornersville, TN and is perfectly positioned between Nashville and Huntsville, making it ideal for travelers who are visiting the area.
“Mark your calendars! Dolly’s very first Tennessean Travel Stop officially opens June 24 in Cornersville, TN, welcoming travelers from near and far to experience a brand-new roadside destination built around comfort, care and Tennessee hospitality.”
Dolly Parton attends Dolly Parton's Threads: My Songs In Symphony World Premiere at Schermerhorn Symphony Center on March 20, 2025 in Nashville, Tennessee.According to the post, Parton’s new venture will not just feature the music icon’s exclusive merchandise, but guests can also enjoy a sit-down cafe, entertainment experience via live music and a dog park for the fur babies.
“Located at exit 22 off I-65, guests can enjoy DLY BBQ, a fresh cup of Dolly’s Cup of Ambition Coffee, custom merch and a full-service restaurant, all inspired by the spirit of the open road. Additional details on grand opening festivities will be revealed in the coming weeks. For more information about Dolly’s Tennessean Travel Stop, please sign up for updates at dollystravelstops.com,” the caption reads.
View this post on InstagramThe comment section was filled with reactions from fans who couldn't wait to visit the area.
“Can’t wait for this!” a follower said.
“Ain’t nothing Dolly can’t do with her cup full of ambition!” a commenter added.
The same goes for others who love the singer’s unique idea.
“Like a dolly version of Buck-ee’s,” one wrote.
“A dolly-fied buc-ee’s is the most in thing I have seen in a long time. Can’t disrespect this woman’s grind tho, we love u queen,” a fan echoed.
The “9 to 5” hitmaker’s announcement came weeks after she canceled her scheduled Las Vegas residency shows set for September.
“The bad news is, it’s going to take me a little while before I’m up to stage-performance level because some of the meds and treatments make me a little bit swimmy-headed, as my grandma used to say,” she mentioned in a video posted on her Instagram. Adding “And of course, I can’t be dizzy carrying around banjos, guitars and such on five-inch heels — and you know that I’m going to be wearing them. Not to mention, all those heavy rhinestone outfits, the big hair, my big … uh, personality. Lord, those — that would make anybody swimmy headed!”
The bold decision was due to Parton’s ongoing health challenges despite recovering from recurring kidney stones as well as digestive and immune system complications.
‘Brady Bunch’ Star Reveals the Moment She Knew She Was Famous 50 Years Ago
Eve Plumb made a surprising revelation about her years on The Brady Bunch. The actress, who played middle daughter Jan Brady on the classic ABCsitcom from 1969 to 1974, told The Morning Showin a new interview that she never felt famous until the cast started performing music ahead of the final season of the show.
“Well, we really never felt like big stars,” Plumb, 68, told the outlet in May 2026. “[The Brady Bunch] never really hit the big ratings. It was never really well thought of in the critiques. Everybody sort of looked down on it as fluff and not serious fare.”
Plumb added that it wasn’t until she and her Brady siblings— Barry Williams, Maureen McCormick, Christopher Knight, Mike Lookinland, and Susan Olsen—began recording music and promoting it that they felt famous.
“So we did realize we were very popular once we started making albums, and we would go out and sign records at a department store on the weekends, and we would get a huge crowd,” she revealed. “That was when we realized that, yes, it was very popular. But no one at the time, no adult would admit to actually watching The Brady Bunch.”
The Brady Bunch became a musical group following the success of another ABC TV clan, The Partridge Family. In July 1973, the Brady Six even performed at a live concert at the Hollywood Bowl.
Lookinland, who played youngest son Bobby Brady, told Yahoo Entertainment there was a time when The Brady Bunch kids were being eyed as the new Partridges.
“Tony Orlando opened for us at the Minnesota State Fair,” Lookinland cracked. “The Fifth Dimension was there too, if I'm not mistaken. Tony Orlando came to me after the show, after seeing me perform ‘Johnny B. Goode,’ and he said to me, ‘Kid, you're gonna be a star.’"
During an appearance on the Magnificent Others With Billy Corgan podcast, youngest child Olsen recalled when she realized the cast was famous.
"The screaming kids [in the audience] didn't happen until we went out, you know, with the music,” she said. “And so we had been kind of sheltered…. But we didn't really know that we were that popular until we went out on the road.”
Unfortunately, pop star fame was not meant to be. Once the Brady Bunch ended, so did the kids’ musical act.
“We were going on concert tour, believe it or not. And there was so much fame. ... And the fame, you know, having people come up to us…,” Olsen shared. “When the show ended… we were still going to continue the music, but Barry wanted to do his own solo thing. And Maureen wasn't into it. And Chris quit before the show was cancelled. …So yeah, at the time I was like, ‘Oh, you're breaking up the band.’ But I thoroughly understand.”

I Tested 2026’s Best Fan—It’s Shockingly Powerful
Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
The Shark TurboBlade fan isn't just your regular bladeless fan. In fact, it's the ultimate fan for living rooms and bedrooms—especially if you care equally about power and aesthetics. I live in the UK, a place without AC, so I've tested my fair share of fans from Dreo to Dyson. This one knocks all of the others out of the park, though. So much so that it's now officially my bedroom fan. It's the perfect size, offers so many speeds and mode options, and it sits nicely in my bay window.
Our bedroom is the warmest room in the entire house. Second to that is our living room. Since my Dyson has been moved downstairs to keep our pug, Doug, cool, the Shark TurboBlade has pride of place in our bedroom. Available in three colorways—Blush, Charcoal and Dove—it's super stylish, safe for use around kids and suitable for use anywhere in your house. This is thanks to its intuitive design, which provides vertical or horizontal cooling, depending on the size of your space.
The Shark TurboBlade Fan is usually $269.99, but right now it's on sale at Shark for less than $200, which is a total steal. The fan works in both small and large rooms, thanks to its customizable height design. While it's not a tabletop fan, it is definitely the best tower fan around—and the most impressive one I've ever tested. I've already managed to convince my family members to buy it for the summer.
Shark TurboBlade Fan—Ultra-customizable bladeless tower fan, pivots, twists, oscillates 180°, circulates and propels air, 10 noise levels + 10 speeds, easy to clean, dove, TF202SWH Check Price What Is the Shark Turbo Blade Fan?The Shark TurboBlade is a bladeless fan, designed for inside use and to sit on the floor. Admittedly, it might overwhelm a tiny room, but it's quite compact in vertical mode while sitting at its lowest height. Yes, its special design means it can sit horizontally or vertically, expanding the space it can cool. It also oscillates 180° and has two twistable vents so you can control the airflow to reach every corner of your room.
You can point these vents towards the floor or up towards your ceiling, to cool even more of your space. The fan also claims to propel air up to 80ft, should you be lucky enough to have a room that large.
This fan can be controlled with a handy remote, which magnetically attaches to the fan for storage purposes. The remote buttons are pretty intuitive, but a Quick Start Guide is included in the box, and it explains each button.
The Shark TurboBlade has 10 speeds and 10 noise levels, plus three modes: Sleep, BreezeBoost and NaturalBreeze. You can even set it on a timer for 1-12 hours. While this is admittedly a lot, once you get used to this fan's remote and find the modes that fit your lifestyle, you'll be a pro.
The best part about it? Beyond its power, cleaning your fan is no longer a hefty chore, as this one's design boasts a special dust-defense panel that can be removed and easily cleaned. The only thing I could moan about is that it's not smart. You can't control it via Wi-Fi, so you do need to make sure that you never lose that remote.
What I think of the Shark TurboBlade FanI've used this fan in my bedroom to keep us cool while sleeping when the temperature outside is soaring. We're in the midst of the hottest May on record in the UK, and this fan has truly been a lifesaver. In particular, its BreezeBoost mode was something to really rave about as it's a lifesaver when you're really struggling to cool down—but it is noisy, so you may struggle to hear the TV over it.
I also loved the NaturalBreezemode, which simulates a natural wind, making this setting gentle enough to sleep with. On warmer nights, we tended to set the fan to a 5-6 and found that this was great for power and noise level. Unlike other tower fans that only sit vertically, requiring oscillation to reach every corner of a bed, this one can sit horizontally, and in this setup, its airflow can reach the entire bed. No need for oscillation, so you never have to be without a direct breeze hitting your face during your snooze.
You can also angle its vents upwards or downwards, which is a game-changer when you want to cool something towards the floor, such as my dopey dog, Doug, who never knows what to do with himself in a heatwave.
I also love this fan's design, and the fact that it comes in three colorways. I've occasionally found myself dragging it down my stairs to cool me down while I'm working from my kitchen, and it has a handle to easily do so—thankfully, it's not heavy at all. I like that it can sit higher or lower, so in smaller bedrooms, such as my daughter's nursery, I set it on its lowest height to reach into her cot. Once you get the hang of the remote and its buttons, you're set, but initially, you may find it confusing. I kept the sticker that came on the fan on my nightstand for quite some time, to remind me what to press.
Coming to Shark soon is an upgraded version of this fan that also heats—the TurboBlade Cool + Heat—which you can use year-round.

A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow Gets a Nostalgic ResetFor over 60 years, this rotating theater show—originally created by Walt Disney himself as a smash hit for the 1964–1965 New York World’s Fair—has stood as the ultimate tribute to American innovation, family and optimism. But as the years have rolled on, the final "modern" scene (last updated in 1993) has begun to feel a bit more like a retro time capsule than a true glimpse into the future.
To honor Walt's original vision that the show was designed to celebrate change rather than stand perfectly still, Imagineers are introducing a brilliant new timeline change. According to an announcement on the Disney Parks Blog, the entire attraction will be updated to feature eras that modern audiences have deep, personal connections to.
The biggest addition? An incredible new opening act featuring a state-of-the-art Audio-Animatronic of Walt Disney himself, inspired by his 1964 television special Disneyland Goes to the World’s Fair. Imagineers have spent months meticulously replicating vintage props for the scene, from a prototype Enchanted Tiki Room bird to a miniature model of the legendary Tower of the Four Winds.
"The introduction of a new Audio-Animatronics figure of Walt Disney in ‘Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress’ marks an exciting milestone in our shared mission to celebrate the story of the man behind the magic and inspire new generations with his innovations and vision for the future," Executive Director of the Walt Disney Family MuseumKirsten Komorosketold fans at the D23 event last year.

New Decades, Same Family Dynamics (And Yes, Rover is Safe!)From there, the rotating theater will take guests through entirely fresh, decades-based scenes that will hit close to home for generations of visitors:
- Act 1 (The 1960s): The story kicks off in the summer of 1969, where the family gathers around a vintage television set to witness the historic Apollo moon landing.
- Act 2 (The 1980s): Set on Halloween night in 1985, matriarch Sarah finally takes center stage to showcase the high-tech, neon-hued kitchen appliances making life easier, while Uncle Orville complains about a total lack of privacy in the bathroom.
- Act 3 (The New Millennium): The family rings in New Year’s Eve in 1999, navigating the wild early days of dial-up internet while Grandma secretly flips the television over to watch pro wrestling.
And what about the final scene? Don't worry—John, Sarah, the kids and their fiercely loyal, multi-generational dog Rover aren't going anywhere. In fact, Act 4 will project the family into "The Possible Future," settling them into a high-tech home located entirely off-planet. Inspired by original, mid-century concept sketches by legendary Disney artist John Hench, the finale imagines a space-traveling future where helpful companion robots handle daily chores, proving that a beautiful tomorrow is still just a dream away.

Jennifer Lopez Can't Stop Crying as Twins Head to College
Jennifer Lopez has spent the better part of 2026 in full comeback mode with a Netflixrom-com premiering June 5, a press tour in full swing, and a premiere at the Egyptian Theatre. But when she sat down with Jimmy Kimmel on Wednesday night, the moment that had the most impact had nothing to do with Office Romance.
Lopez's 18-year-old twins, Emme and Max, are heading to college in the fall. And she is, by her own admission, a complete wreck about it.
'Don't talk about it because we start crying,' she told Kimmel when he brought up the milestone. 'I've been crying for two months.'
The twins, whom Lopez shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, are not only going to different schools, they graduated at different times as well. One of them walked the stage the morning after the interview aired. Lopez said she had spent months telling everyone around her that she was fine with it, that she wanted her kids to launch, that she was excited for them.
Then came the yearbook ad.
'Oh my god. When I tell you the tears...two days it took me to write those things,' she said. When Kimmel asked whether she'd written two separate messages or one shared entry for both twins, Lopez looked at him like he'd suggested combining their birthdays. 'Oh, Jimmy. No.'
She confirmed she will be moving them into their dorms herself (yes, including transporting the sheets from home) and remains convinced they will miss her cooking and come back quickly. Kimmel gently suggested that's not how it usually goes.
The conversation then moved to Office Romance, in which Lopez plays a high-powered airline CEO who falls for the company's new in-house lawyer, played by Ted Lasso Emmy winner Brett Goldstein. Goldstein co-wrote the script with Joe Kelly, and Lopez revealed the pitch that closed the deal.
'He sent a note that said, 'You're at the top of our list. It's a list of one. If you don't do the movie, we're not making it,' she told Kimmel. She'd gone in expecting Roy Kent and got something entirely different. 'He came in and he was just like, 'Hello.' And I was like, 'Oh, you're so sweet and kind.' It was such a beautiful surprise.'
Kimmel also floated the idea of Lopez becoming the next Bachelorette. She declined with some force.
'Are you crazy? I'm not doing anything to ruin how I feel right now,' she said. When he pointed out it seems hard for her to meet people otherwise, she was unbothered. 'I'll meet somebody somewhere one day. I'm good right now.'
Office Romance premieres June 5 on Netflix. The twins' colleges have not been disclosed.
Patricia Heaton Sends Direct Message to Critics of Her Natural Gray Hair
Everybody Loves Raymond star Patricia Heaton just sent a direct message to critics of her natural gray hair.
On Wednesday, May 27, the actress—who played Ray Romano's onscreen wife, Debra Barone, in the beloved sitcom—took to Instagram with a blunt video message.
"OK, regarding that..." Heaton, 68, began the video while pointing to a comment on one of her social media posts that read, "You're too young for grey old lady hair."
She continued, "Some of you seem very concerned about the silver in my hair. But let me just say, there are some things that come along in life that I've just decided to embrace. And that doesn't include boxed hair dye."
Heaton then pointed out, "So, yeah. The people in my life love me no matter what color my hair is. And maybe we could all use a little more of just accepting what is and being grateful."

Retirees Forget This Important Key to 'Aging Well' in Their 70s
Retirees are probably used to hearing about how the secret to longevity lies in taking good care of yourself emotionally, physically, and financially. And while there's a lot to be said of enjoying your golden years more when you're financially and physically fit, it sounds like some people have found that there's a surprising thing that actually determines how much you enjoy that second chapter of your life.
New research suggests that some people are more likely to age successfully when they maintain this one childhood trait throughout their lives. Interested to see if you are on the right track? Keep reading to learn more.
Curiosity Tied to Aging WellIf you continued reading, chances are you already have the trait that some preliminary research on well-being and aging says is a must: Curiosity. While it may have killed the cat, some say remaining open and curious about things like the unknown and what comes next can improve your life.
That includes everything from getting excited about a new show to being curious about traveling to new places. It also means being able to be surprised by things. This is something Bolde calls intellectual humility, meaning you're able to admit you may not really know how everything works.

Curiosity May Help Offset Alzheimer's and DepressionA 2025 paper by UCLA researchers, published in PLOS One, claims that curiosity tends to decline as we age. However, those who stick with it and continue to seek knowledge and new activities can stay sharper than their counterparts. "Our findings fit with some of my work on selectivity theory, which is that as we get older, we don’t want to stop learning, we’re just more selective about what we want to learn," one of the study's authors said. "You see this in the context of lifelong learning: A lot of older adults will go back to take classes or pick up hobbies or engage in bird watching. I think it shows that this level of curiosity, if maintained, can really keep us sharp as we age."

That curiosity can not only keep you feeling relevant but also help you feel happier. That's because those who follow their curiosity tend to be a bit more engaged with the outside world, which opens them up to greater socialization during their senior years. Not only that, but it allows you to keep using all the skills you've amassed over your life, which could potentially lead to feeling a bit more fulfilled with purpose than those seniors who don't feel like they are achieving anything in retirement.
Of course, everyone is different, and it's possible that some folks don't feel very curious but still feel fulfilled. That being said, it seems like researchers are uncovering a connection between the two, so if you're on the opposite end of the spectrum and feeling a bit lost in retirement, finding something that piques your interest could be just what the doctor ordered.

Dr. Dhivya Reignites Explosive Feud With Kelly Dodd Amid Latest Allegations
Dr. Dhivya Srinivasa has reignited her feud with Real Housewives of Orange County alum Kelly Dodd after sharing a pointed new video that seemingly alludes to the latest controversy surrounding the reality star.
The latest clash comes months after the plastic surgeon publicly called out Kelly over her defense of Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin following backlash tied to comments about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowlhalftime show. Their online war quickly escalated, with Dr. Dhivya accusing Kelly of racist behavior in a viral video, while Kelly threatened legal action after claiming she lost brand deals.
View this post on InstagramIn the latest video, Dr. Dhivya doubled down on her feud with Kelly, mocking her while responding to accusations that someone had been recording Kelly’s Instagram Lives and sending them to her. "Are any of you going to admit to recording her lives and sending them to me in my DMs with every possible version of Kelly Dodd sounding more unintelligent than a sober Kash Patel?" the doctor joked, adding, “I’ve actually never, not even once, recorded one of your lives. Who even does lives anymore? It’s like geriatric social media.”
The surgeon claimed Kelly’s own followers were responsible for sending her clips since Kelly had blocked her. “Followers that you have left, they’re just there to record the dumb s—t you say so they can then send it to me,” she quipped, calling it “literally just become an American hobby.”
Dr. Dhivya also fired back after Kelly questioned her medical career and referenced an alleged lawsuit against her practice, which she says was dismissed. “Funny thing is, Kelly, for someone who sues people or threatens to sue people as much as you do, you’d think you would be intimately familiar with cases that get dismissed because they’re so baseless,” she said.
The video also included clips of Kelly repeatedly threatening legal action, with Dr. Dhivya joking, “At least you can’t record Instagram Lives in jail,” seemingly alluding to the latest allegations surrounding Kelly.

Gwyneth Paltrow Just Dropped a Bizarre Food Tip on the 'Today Show,' and Viewers Are Losing It
Gwyneth Paltrow is no stranger to unusual wellness advice, but her latest cooking tip on NBC's Today has people scratching their heads. During a recent cooking segment, the actress and Goop founder shared one of her go-to tricks for making turkeymeatballs without dairy. Commenters on the video joke that the suggestion deserves jail time.
Paltrow suggests using arugula as a dairy substitute in her turkey meatballs. The tip quickly started making the rounds online, and viewers had surprisingly mixed reactions. While some people were curious about the idea, others thought it sounded completely bizarre.
Gwyneth Paltrow's Today Food Tip Sparked Instant Reactions @todayshowGwyneth Paltrow stopped by TODAY to share her recipe for turkey meatballs, and shared a unique substitute to make it dairy free.
♬ original sound - TODAY Show - TODAY ShowDuring the Today segment, Gwyneth Paltrow explained that she avoids dairy in her turkey meatballs and uses chopped arugula as a replacement. She acknowledged that the idea might sound strange at first, but said it creates a lighter texture while still keeping the meatballs flavorful.
The reaction online was immediate because many viewers could not understand how leafy greens could replace dairy. Dairy ingredients like Parmesan or ricotta are often used in meatballs to add richness and moisture, so the idea of swapping in arugula sounds absurd.
Still, there may be more logic behind the idea than people initially think. Arugula is not nutritionally equivalent to dairy and does not provide the same fat or protein content. However, it can add moisture and texture to dishes. Some home cooks pointed out online that adding vegetables to meatballs is not actually uncommon. Ingredients like zucchini, spinach or cauliflower rice are often mixed into meatballs to keep them tender.

Gwyneth Paltrow Has a History of Unusual Food HabitsPart of the reason this moment spread so quickly online is that Gwyneth Paltrow already has a reputation for sharing unconventional food and wellness habits. Over the years, her wellness brand Goop has sparked plenty of debate for promoting unusual health trends and expensive lifestyle products.
The actress has also gone viral before for her personal eating habits, including oatmeal paired with orange juice, which many people online found confusing. Because of that history, viewers were especially quick to react to her newest 'Today Show' food advice.
At the same time, unusual celebrity cooking tips tend to spread quickly online because they create instant conversation. Whether people loved the idea or hated it, Paltrow's arugula meatball suggestion succeeded in getting everyone talking.

Dave Ramsey Tells Caller To Stop Using His Program And Do This Instead
Recently, Dave Ramsey, host of the Ramsey Show, told a caller she should stop her Debt Snowball program to stack up her cash instead. The emotional caller is stuck with a house she can’t afford, but Ramsey offered some positive advice.
View this post on Instagram A High MortgageThe caller is a new mom who recently lost all three of her part-time data entry jobs. She’s been unable to find additional work, which means her husband is doing upwards of 30 hours of overtime a week just to bring home enough for their high mortgage.
Initially, the caller said that her parents were supposed to split the over $6,000-a-month mortgage with her and her husband, but after they closed, her dad said he made no such promise. This has left the couple, who have a 7-month-old baby, saddled with a house payment they can’t afford.
To make it worse, they can’t seem to sell their house. They’ve already dropped the price, but it hasn’t moved. Other options offered to them will mean they either lose money or risk their husband’s job.
Dave’s AdviceRamsey told the caller to pause her Debt Snowball payments right now to stack up her cash. He praised the way she’s been able to keep paying off debt during this economically difficult time. He told her she could use the extra cash to “write a check and get out of this house.”
George Kamel was also on the call and asked the caller if she had a budget. She does, and she stated they’re able to stash away around $1,200 a month extra. Kamel also told her to start selling off the things the family wouldn’t be taking on the move. “Might as well clear some rooms out, make some money off Facebook Marketplace,” Kamel said.
Ending On A High NoteOverall, both Ramsey and Kamel seemed to think the caller’s situation was temporary and the family would be back on their feet and able to resume the Debt Snowball program soon. Ramsey told her she would find work again and that she was doing great.

Target’s 'Easy-to-Assemble' $85 Triple Trellis Garden Bed Turns Your Yard Into a Lush Summer Escape
Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
Once the days get longer and the temperatures warm up, it’s only natural to want to start planting. Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or just getting into it, there’s something satisfying about watching things grow, starting with a few herbs or flowers and quickly expanding into larger produce. It doesn’t take long before you’re thinking about more blooms, more greenery, and how to create that layered, thriving look that makes a yard feel lush and alive.
The tricky part is figuring out how to grow more without everything competing for space. Once plants start spreading and climbing, they can get unruly fast without a little structure to guide them. That’s where a setup like the Costway Triple-Trellis Raised Garden Bed comes in. Right now, Target has it on sale for $85, down from $170, making it an easy way to support climbing plants, organize your garden, and make the most of your yard for 50% less.
Costway Triple-Trellis Raised Garden Bed, $85 (was $170) at Target Shop at TargetThis raised bed offers a total of 18.5 cubic feet of soil capacity split between two large planter boxes, each measuring about 42 inches wide and long with a 9-inch depth, so you have plenty of room to grow everything from herbs and flowers to vegetables and small crops. The three included trellis panels, each roughly 39 inches wide by 40 inches long, add vertical growing space for climbing plants while also helping create a more structured, full-looking garden as everything fills in. It’s made from 100% natural fir wood with thicker 0.6-inch boards and reinforced corners to help prevent cracking or breaking over time.
Functionally, it’s designed to support healthy growth from the ground up. The open-ended base allows for proper drainage and airflow while letting roots extend deeper into the soil below, which can help plants access more nutrients over time. The modular setup adds flexibility, too. The trellises can be repositioned or removed depending on what you’re growing, and the slotted leg design allows you to connect multiple units if you want to expand your garden.
The overall frame measures about 88 inches long, 45 inches wide, and 43 inches tall, making it a substantial piece that’s best suited for yards. Despite its size, it’s relatively lightweight at around 32 pounds, so it’s manageable to move into place before filling. The paint-free, natural wood finish keeps things safe for plants while giving you the option to customize it later if you want to stain or paint it.
Certified green thumbs and aspiring horticulturists alike enjoyed the “beautiful” look and “sturdy,” “stable,” and “easy-to-assemble” construction of this planter. “The workmanship is also very good, with each board intact and the surface and edges of the wood blocks feeling smooth to the touch,” one shopper wrote.
That same reviewer highlighted that the bottoms of the planting boxes are open, “so there is no need to worry about water accumulation, and the roots of the plants have more space to grow and absorb nutrients.”

How I Pack for a 5-Day Carnival Cruise With a Single Carry-On
There's nothing quite like the anticipation of a cruise—endless sunsets, ocean swims and tropical drinks are finally on the horizon. The only thing you need to worry about beforehand is packing, and for some people, that can be a complete headache.
As a former cruise ship performer who now travels on them for leisure multiple times a year, I know a thing or two about packing for life at sea. My first tip is: if your cruise is 10 days or less, you only need a carry-on. Not only will this save you time in the airport and stress about handling your baggage, but it will also make embarking the cruise ship a breeze. You'll be able to carry on your luggage right away, and you won't have to wait for your bags to get delivered to your room hours after leaving port.
With 29 ships in Carnival's fleet, there are always a ton of 5-day cruises available. Many can end up being incredibly affordable, and they are a great option for people who can't take a full 7-day cruise, but still want a long enough vacation. For this cruise, I'll be heading out of Miami and going to two of Carnival's private islands: Celebration Key and Half Moon Cay. There will also be a stop at Nassau, Bahamas as well as a sea day. I'll need clothing for lots of beach and pool time, nice dinners and bar hopping, and some casual options as well. Without further ado, let's get packing!

View this post on Instagram Bathing Suits Are The Most Important The ultimate private island essentials: packing multiple lightweight suits ensures a fresh option while others dry back in the stateroom.Melissa Cabey
For this type of cruise, you will most likely be living in bathing suits. I decided to bring three suits, but in all honesty, I could have fit a few more into my packing cube. Alas, I like to have fewer options to choose from day to day, so three is the perfect number for me. At the end of the day, I always wash my bathing suits by hand in my stateroom bathroom, keeping them clean throughout the trip.
I also packed a comfortable cover-up, which I can easily throw on over any bathing suit to then head to lay out on the pool deck or head out to the beach on one of the private islands. It's light, cozy and keeps things simple when deciding what to put over a swimsuit each day.

Maxi-Dresses Are The Perfect Night Look Cruise elegant made easy. Selecting lightweight fabrics that fold completely flat ensures you are ready for dinner without the bulk.Melissa Cabey
Whenever I'm thinking about what to put on after a day out in the sun, all I want to wear is a dress. On cruise ships in particular, I love to wear maxi-dresses. They look great when they blow in the wind out on deck, are comfortable if you're a little bit sunburned and look incredibly chic. I decided to pack three maxi-dresses for the nicer evenings onboard, and then two shorter dresses for more casual nights.

Casual Day Clothing Is Needed, Too Daytime casual. Comfy shorts and breathable tops form the baseline of the 5-day capsule wardrobe.Melissa Cabey
One thing that you need to remember about going on a cruise is that you might change your outfit multiple times per day. Maybe after spending the morning relaxing by the pool, you want to change into a casual outfit to get lunch and enjoy some other parts of the ship. Or, if you have time between a day out in port and your evening plans, you might want something to wear for those in between moments. For any of these instances, I like to have a few options. I always choose thin and light pieces that don't take up a lot of room in my carry-on. Here, I packed two pairs of shorts and five tops, which could be mixed and matched to equal 10 total outfits. They fit perfectly in a small packing cube, and barely took up any room.
Leave Room For The Basics, TooMeli
Everything else that you need to pack is the "less-fun" type of things, but hey, you need them! I was able to easily fit my full bag of makeup, a bag of toiletries (no shampoo, conditioner or soap needed since Carnival provides that), hair products, pajamas, underwear, socks and accessories.
Shoes are definitely important, however I firmly believe that three pairs of shoes is all you need for any trip. I will wear a pair of sneakers on the plane that I can workout in, and then I brought a pair of simple sandals that can be worn both at the beach and with my evening wear. Then, to have another comfortable yet chic pair of shoes to wear with my day and night outfits, I brought a pair of ballet flats.
Lastly, one of my favorite things to do on a cruise ship is to wake up early and workout. There's nothing like a complimentary gym, right? For this, I just pack a pair of workout shorts and leggings and two athletic tops.
5 Smart 'Fun Ship' ExtrasWhen you're packing light for a Caribbean itinerary—especially with multiple private island beach days on the schedule—you'll want to toss these extras into the corners of your bag:
- A Sleek Waterproof Phone Pouch: Between the brand-new splash zones at Celebration Key and the pristine ocean swims at Half Moon Cay, you'll be spending a lot of time around the water. A clear, touchscreen-friendly waterproof pouch on a lanyard lets you capture beach memories, carry your Sign & Sail card and protect your phone from sand and salt water.
- Over-the-Door Hanging Organizer: Stateroom vanity space is precious, especially when you're keeping things streamlined. A clear, hanging shoe organizer over the bathroom door is the ultimate way to store sunglasses, sunscreen, makeup, hair products and chargers so everything stays organized and off the counters.
- Multi-Plug Outlet Extender (Non-Surge): Standard cruise cabins are notoriously light on power outlets. To keep your phone, camera and smart devices powered up, bring a compact multi-plug extender. Just make sure it is strictly non-surge protected, as surge protectors are banned by the cruise line and will be confiscated at security.
- A Packable Mesh Beach Tote: You don't want to lug your sleek travel carry-on down to the beach. A lightweight, mesh tote folds completely flat into the bottom of your suitcase but expands to hold your towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a book when it's time to disembark for a private island day.
- Towel Clips or Bands: The top decks of a cruise ship and the shores of the Bahamas can get incredibly breezy. A simple pair of colorful towel clips or a thick elastic towel band will keep your pool towel securely attached to your lounge chair, ensuring it doesn't blow away the second you get up to grab another drink.
And there you go, that's all you need! Now, you won't have a million different options of clothing to pick from every day on your trip, and you can spend more time out of your stateroom, enjoying your vacation. Bon Voyage!

'I Tested 9 Popular Drugstore Lip Stains To See Which One Stayed Put the Longest'
Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.
Browsing the makeup aisles at your local drugstore is always such a treat, from serum foundations and Korean beauty sunscreens to lip stains and cheek tints. If you’re excited to dip into the lip stain world, though, the search can be quite overwhelming, as there are many brands and formulas to consider.
To make the process more seamless, I tested nine popular options to find the best drugstore lip stains. This way, the next time you head to the store, you’ll know exactly what products to add to your cart—and which ones to skip. (You can thank me later!)
I’ve always been a dedicated lipstick wearer. Whether heading to Sephora to grab the Collection’s Matte Velvet Lipstick #5 or CVS for Revlon’s Creme Sassy Mauve, lipstick is a staple in my routine and essential in my handbag. That said, I’ve become obsessed with lip stains—and for good reason. I found myself constantly reapplying my lipstick throughout the day because it would wear away whenever I ate or drank anything.
Lip stains, however, are made to last for much longer and provide a beautiful, more natural finish. Whenever I sip an iced coffee or enjoy a bagel with cream cheese, I don’t have to worry about my lip color immediately disappearing off my lips and ending up on my cup and breakfast. The switch-up is truly refreshing.
While there are many fabulous lip stains on the market that are worth a shot, not all are created equal. I was eager to give popular brands the “wear test” to see which ones actually meshed well with my lips and held up throughout the day. Here’s what I found.

According to Nicole Walmsley, a celebrity makeup artist who has worked with Mikey Madison and Kiernan Shipka, “the best lip stains combine longevity, comfort and an effortless lived-in finish that enhances the lips rather than masking them."
A high-quality formula should wear evenly throughout the day, she tells Parade, adding, "Texture also plays an important role. Look for lightweight, non-drying formulas that absorb evenly into the lips rather than sitting heavily on the surface. Applicator design matters as well. Precise applicators help distribute pigment more evenly for a cleaner, more seamless finish.”
It’s also important to consider which formulas are more likely to last through eating and drinking. According to Jeanine Lobell, makeup artist and founder of Neen, lightweight matte stains and water-based stains typically hold up the best through meals. Formulas that are very glossy will deliver beautiful color, but the shine element makes these products naturally wear away quicker.

How To Apply Lip StainsThe key to achieving a smooth, long-lasting lip stain comes down to successfully prepping your lips.
“Because stains cling directly to the lips, any dryness or texture can become more noticeable once the color sets,” explains Walmsley.
Here's her step-by-step guide on how to prepare your lips to hold a long-lasting stain:
- Begin by gently exfoliating your lips to remove any dry or flaky skin. According to Walmsley, a damp washcloth, soft lip scrub or clean toothbrush can help smooth your lips without causing irritation.
- Next, apply a lightweight hydrating balm. Let it absorb for a few minutes.
- Make sure to blot away any extra product. Too much balm on your lips can prevent the pigment from properly adhering.
- For even application, your lips should be clean and dry before adding the stain.
- If you opt for a water-based lip tint or formula that sets quickly, work in thin layers and be quick with your blending, as these formulas usually set immediately.
- If you’d like to achieve a softer, more diffused look, apply the stain to the center of your lips and blend it outward with a clean fingertip.
- For added definition, carefully trace your lip line before filling in the rest of your lips.
Keep in mind that lip stain is usually best applied in thin layers and gradually built up.
“Because these formulas are designed to absorb into the lips rather than sit on top like a traditional lipstick, applying too much product at once can lead to uneven saturation, patchiness or faster fading in certain areas,” Walmsley tells Parade.
9 Best Drugstore Lip Stains, Tested and ReviewedHere are my honest thoughts about these popular drugstore lip stains after testing each one.
1. Best Lip Stain Overall: Milani Color Fetish Lip Stain, $12Alexa Mellardo
Shop It at WalmartOne of the biggest struggles I’ve faced with both lipsticks and lip stains is how drying so many formulas feel. While I do love a matte aesthetic, my lips don’t love it back. So, I was specifically on the hunt for a lip stain that stayed put for hours, delivered gorgeous color, and didn’t leave my lips feeling dry, cracked or yearning for hydration. That’s exactly why I fell in love with Milani’s Color Fetish Lip Stain. It checked all of my boxes.
I was pleasantly surprised by the plush, pillowy-soft applicator that seamlessly glided across my lips. It’s my favorite applicator out of the products I tested, helping me really shape my lips as I apply.
The formula feels incredibly hydrating and provides a stunning shine once applied. (Even when I wiped my lips, most of the glossiness remained and minimal formula came off on the napkin.) The color I tested, "Muave Mentality," is bold, vibrant and stays put all day.

Shop It at CVSThis lip stain hybrid is here to stay for the long-haul—quite literally. The initial application delivers a bold, deep hue that helps the color set and stay for the duration of the day. I’m a big fan of the silky feel when applied before the formula settles into more of a matte finish. Another highlight is the applicator, which has a long wand and soft angled tip.
Compared to some of the more lightweight options I tested, this product definitely feels a bit heavier on the skin like I’m wearing lipstick, but that didn’t bother me. While I’d likely choose a lightweight stain for hotter days and casual errands, this is a stunning choice for any photo-ready plans where I want durable coverage and don't need to worry about re-application. The pigment I tested—"Your Majesty"—genuinely lasted for a full day, and then some.

Shop It at CVSAfter applying this product, it became clear where it gets its name from—one swipe truly feels like a liquid IV for the lips. This ultra-hydrating cross between a gloss and lip stain is infused with vitamin B12, magnesium and coconut water, leaving my lips feeling incredibly refreshed and sealed with moisture.
The best part? Not only does this formula provide skincare benefits, but it also delivers gorgeous color. I’m not typically a raspberry-red kind of gal, but after trying the shade "Berry Thirsty," I may just convert!

Shop It at CVSIf you’re looking for a lip stain that won’t break the bank, e.l.f has you covered. I have this stain in two hues—"Pink Positive" and "Left on Red"—and wear both religiously throughout the summer—especially when I’m going for that seamless “no makeup, makeup” look. The variety of shades screams “beach-ready,” and coverage is buildable. (I usually apply two coats.)
While this formula doesn’t stay on as long as some of the other stains I tested—I found myself reapplying it a few times a day—it goes on beautifully and is transfer-proof once it quickly dries.
Since my lips crave moisture and I found this pick to be a tad drying, I added a coat of the e.l.f Lip Lacquer, $4, on top for a nice little hydration boost. It kept me from licking my lips and I feel it helped the color last longer as well.
Alexa Mellardo
Shop It at TargetMCoBeauty’s Lip Stain is now my new handbag staple—and it delivers everything I’d think of in a classic lip stain. The formula is so lightweight that I forgot I had anything on my lips at all.
The product comes on semi-sheer, dries quickly, is buildable and takes on a slight rose fragrance. I applied two coats and found that the stain stayed on for roughly two to three hours before fading.
The only caveats? I wish it was available in more shades because I love it so much! The product currently comes in "Rosy Red"—which is the most perfect hue—but if the brand releases more colors, I’ll be running to the store to grab them. I also noticed the applicator was smaller and felt a bit rough on my lips compared to most of the others.

This product brings everything I love about a sheer stain and nourishing skincare vibes to my lips. It applies glossy at first, then, once dabbed or worn down, takes on a softer, more natural hue. (It was quite the toss-up between MCoBeauty’s stain and L’Oreal’s for this superlative, as both deliver that incredibly natural vibe once applied.)
For an even, natural-looking stain, Walmsley recommends layering the formula in a light, controlled manner and blending quickly before it sets, noting, "Lip stains are meant to mimic the look of naturally flushed lips, so less product often creates the most flattering result."
If you’re looking to achieve that “your lip color, but better” feel, this just might be the pick for you. While I tested this product in "Bordeaux Please," I’m eager to try the "Nude Espresso" and "Worth It" shades next, as I feel they’ll work better with my coloring.

Shop It at CVSThis is by far the most unique lip stain I’ve ever tried. Appearance-wise, it resembles a felt-tip marker, so I was a tad skeptical at first—but I’m glad I gave it a shot. It’s ideal for outlining the lips then gently blending inward for a soft, more muted aesthetic. I was particularly excited to try it because of the hype on TikTok—and it truly lives up to the reviews from beauty enthusiasts.
I found the formula dried quickly, making it seamless to work my magic. In my opinion, it works best when applied as a liner, blended in a bit, then topped off with a clear gloss for a natural-looking finish. It’s also the only pick out of the batch that I can count on as solely a lasting lip liner.
If you want a stain you can apply and then not worry about transferring to your glass or napkin, this could be it.

Shop It at CVSThis pick delivers a soft, blurred effect that honestly looked like a filter on my lips—especially in my personal favorite shades for summer, "Pinky Promise" and "Kneehigh." The formula feels super smooth, plush and velvety when applied. It’s also buildable and versatile with application, helping you achieve a sheer and subtle, soft and smudged, or deeper hue, depending on the vibe and occasion.
Although the finish is matte, this product still felt hydrating on my lips, but if you want some shine, topping it off with a gloss is never out of the question. An added bonus? This stain lasted up to a full day during my testing.

Shop It at WalmartThis is another formula that delivers a long-lasting stain and skincare. It’s packed with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera and vitamin E to give the lips a nice little hydration boost. The finish isn’t overly glossy—it’s just right with a subtle sheen that truly stains the lips. (Seriously—this stain is not going anywhere anytime soon!)
I tested this product in the "Spicy" shade, because it just so happened to be the last color on the shelf. I was a bit weary at first because I rarely rock a red lip, but I’m so glad I checked it out, because it sure is spicy. The hue is beyond dreamy—bright, vibrant and the perfect summer statement lip. If you’re looking for a bold lip that’s made to last, this is your stain.

Hit ’80s Tom Cruise Movie Soundtrack Was Just Ranked the Worst of All Time
While some ofTom Cruise's movies are just as iconic as the songs included in them (think: songs from 'Top Gun') one of his films just missed the mark when it came its soundtrack, according to a new ranking.
Released this week, movie news site Collider deemed the soundtrack of Cruise's 1988 film 'Cocktail' the worst of all time — and the site didn't think too highly of the movie either.
View the original article to see embedded media.
"'Cocktail' contains one shoddy song after another, and it’s not the main issue of the movie, yet the soundtrack here does not help, by any means," the site said, adding that the film consists of "limp and uninteresting song choices throughout."
And while the songs in question including The Beach Boys' "Kokomo" and "Don't Worry Be Happy" by Bobby McFerrin may be hits in their own right, when it comes to fitting with the movie, those two were specifically called out by Collider for just not working.
Other songs on the soundtrack include "All Shook Up" by Ry Cooler, "Rave On" by John Mellencamp, and "Tutti Frutti" by Little Richard.

It may come as a surprise that a movie starring Cruise would make such a list, as his other iconic films are filled with songs that are established hits. When it comes to 1986's 'Top Gun,' Kenny Loggins' "Danger Zone" and Berlin's "Take My Breath Away," are major tracks from the movie. Not to mention, while it's not on the official soundtrack, 1964's “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feeling” by The Righteous Brothers also found new life in the film.
Cruise will also forever be associated with "Old Time Rock & Roll" by Bob Seger thanks to the famous scene in 'Jerry Maguire' where he danced and lip-synched to the song while wearing just a white button-down shirt, underwear, socks and sunglasses.

2. 'Lost Horizon'

I Tried All of Subway’s Sauces and Ranked Them Worst to Best
Few fast-food chains are built around customization quite like Subway. Bread, cheese, toppings, proteins, toasted or not toasted...there are literally hundreds of ways to build your sandwich. But after ordering and tasting every sauce available at my local Subway, I realized the right (or wrong) sauce can completely transform a sandwich.
Choosing the right drizzle can add richness, tang, heat or brightness that ties everything together, while the wrong one can overpower the meat, vegetables and bread almost instantly. Some sauces tasted far better on their own than they did on an actual sandwich, while others completely came alive once paired with the turkey, lettuce, tomato and provolone I had on my sub.

For this ranking, I sampled every sauce individually before trying them again on sections of a turkey and provolone sub on Subway’s white bread with lettuce and tomato. For a second opinion, I also recruited my daughter to help with the taste test. Unsurprisingly, we didn’t always agree on the rankings, especially when it came to ranch and the spicier sauces.
Like most Subway fans, I already had a couple go-to sauce options heading into the test, but tasting all 12 side by side definitely changed some of my opinions. A few longtime favorites dropped lower than expected, while a couple sauces I normally overlook ended up standing out when paired with an actual sandwich. Some were better for adding richness, others brought an appreciated dose of acidity or heat, and a few simply worked great with turkey and provolone.
So, after several very sauce-laden bites, this is how Subway's sauces stacked up for us.
How I Tested the SaucesCourtesy Jim Hoffman
To rank Subway’s sauces, I first sampled each one individually to get a sense of its texture, sweetness, spice level and overall flavor. Then, I tried each sauce again on identical portions of a turkey and provolone sandwich with lettuce and tomato on Subway’s white bread.
Using the same sandwich setup for every sauce made it easier to compare how each condiment actually performed in a real-world bite instead of just tasting it straight from a sauce cup. Some sauces that tasted great alone became overpowering on the sandwich, while others blended perfectly with the vegetables, cheese and bread.
The rankings were based on overall flavor, versatility, balance and whether the sauce actually improved the sandwich experience.
12 Subway Sauces, Ranked Worst to BestCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Some of Subway’s sauces ended up being far more balanced and versatile than expected, while others sounded better on paper than they actually tasted once spread across a sandwich. Here’s how all 12 Subway sauces stacked up, ranked from worst to best.
12. Hot HoneyCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Subway’s Hot Honey sauce isn’t bad by any means, but it landed at the bottom of my ranking because it felt a little forgettable compared to the chain’s stronger options. The balance of sweetness and heat is pleasant enough, but the flavor never really develops beyond that initial sweet and spicy combo.
It tasted fine on the turkey sandwich, but with so many sauces offering bolder or more interesting flavor profiles, this one just didn’t stand out enough to move higher on the list.
11. Garlic AioliCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Garlic Aioli was one of the more disappointing sauces during the test because I actually liked it quite a bit when tasting it plain. On its own, it has a creamy texture and noticeable roasted garlic flavor.
Once it hit Subway’s soft white bread, though, the garlic seemed to almost disappear. Instead of adding rich savory depth, it became surprisingly muted and a little lackluster compared to some of the stronger sauces higher on the list.
10. Sweet Onion TeriyakiCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Sweet Onion Teriyaki definitely delivers flavor, but in this taste test, it bordered on overpowering. The sweet and tangy combination is bold, and fans of sweeter sauces will probably still love it, but even using a moderate amount of sauce made it become the dominant flavor, quickly taking over every bite.
Because we went with more understated flavors on our sub for testing, the addition of onion, pickles, olives or hot pepper may provide more of a balance, but for us, there were better sauces on the menu to pair with the turkey.

9. Yellow MustardCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Humble yellow mustard doesn’t always get enough credit on sandwiches. Subway’s version, which is made by Heinz, adds a simple but effective zing that cuts through cheese and deli meat surprisingly well.
It’s not flashy or trendy, but sometimes classic condiments stick around for a reason. The sharpness gave the turkey sandwich a nice brightness without overwhelming anything else.
8. Creamy SrirachaCourtesy Jim Hoffman
If you like Sriracha, there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy this sauce. Subway’s Creamy Sriracha brings noticeable heat along with that familiar chili-forward flavor spicy food fans tend to love.
For me, the spice level worked, but for my daughter, it bordered on overpowering, especially on a lighter turkey sandwich. There’s no denying it adds a serious kick and good amount of additional flavor, but it may not be for everyone.
7. BBQ SauceCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Subway’s BBQ sauce was one of the bigger surprises of the tasting. It’s sweet and smoky with just enough tang to keep it from becoming too heavy or syrupy.
I don't love sweet BBQ sauce, and I honestly didn’t expect it to work as well as it did on turkey after my initial tasting, but the smokiness paired nicely with the provolone and lettuce. It still skews sweeter than I’d probably prefer, but my daughter felt it was a solid option that she'd order again.
6. Oil and VinegarCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Oil and vinegar feels like the ultimate classic sub sandwich topping. It’s been part of the Subway experience forever, and placing it near the middle of the rankings felt appropriate.
It may not inspire viral social media debates, but plenty of longtime Subway customers would absolutely miss it if it disappeared from the counter. The tanginess adds freshness and balance without trying too hard to steal attention from the sandwich itself.
5. Peppercorn RanchCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Ranch isn’t usually my favorite sandwich condiment, but I have to admit Subway’s version is pretty solid. It’s creamy, dependable and works with almost everything on the menu.
This was also one of my daughter’s favorites during the taste test, which helped push it a little higher in the rankings. Although devout ranch lovers will undoubtedly rank it higher than I did, I felt it earns credit for being versatile and consistently good, while not necessarily transformative.

4. Baja ChipotleCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Subway’s Baja Chipotle sauce builds off the chain’s already solid mayo base and adds a smoky, slightly spicy kick that works especially well with turkey.
The smokiness gives the sauce more personality than plain mayo without completely overpowering the sandwich. We both felt it delivers enough heat to stay interesting while still feeling approachable for people who don’t necessarily love spicy food.
3. Regular MayonnaiseCourtesy Jim Hoffman
Subway honestly has really good mayo. It’s creamy, balanced and somehow tastes fresher than a lot of fast-food mayonnaise tends to taste.
Classic mayo may not sound exciting compared to some of Subway’s newer sauces, but there’s a reason it remains one of the best sandwich condiments around. It ties ingredients together, adds richness and simply works on almost every type of sub imaginable. I wouldn't at all be surprised to see it make the top spot on someone's list.
2. MVP Parmesan VinaigretteCourtesy Jim Hoffman
The MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette brought one of the most balanced flavor combinations of the entire tasting. It’s tangy, slightly sweet, herb-forward, and adds enough acidity and umami to brighten up the whole sandwich.
What really impressed me was how well it complemented the turkey without overpowering it. Every bite felt a little more layered and interesting once the sauce was added. My daughter warned me not to overdue it for fear of risking a soggy bun, but I'd take my chances with this sauce.
1. Honey MustardCourtesy Jim Hoffman
To both our surprises, Honey Mustard ultimately earned the top spot on our list. It consistently tasted the best on the actual sandwich, and it really did complement the other ingredients. While some sauces were more exciting on their own, this was the one that elevated every bite of the turkey sub.
The sweetness stays balanced with enough mustard tang to keep it from becoming overpowering, and it blended especially well with the lettuce, tomato and cheese. It’s a classic sandwich condiment for a reason, and after tasting all 12 sauces side by side, this was the one I kept wanting another bite of with my sub.
Final ThoughtsCourtesy Jim Hoffman
After tasting all 12 sauces side by side, one thing became pretty clear: Subway’s sauces can completely change the personality of a sandwich. Some added richness, others brought heat or tang, and a few worked far better in theory than they did in an actual bite.
The biggest surprise of the test was how much the rankings changed once the sauces hit a real sandwich. A few tasted great on their own, but disappeared once paired with bread, turkey, cheese and vegetables, while others became much more balanced and flavorful in context.
In the end, Subway's Honey Mustard earned the top spot in this sub sandwich sauce showdown because it simply made the sandwich taste better without overpowering it.
Honestly, part of the fun of Subway is building a sub that fits your own taste, which means someone else’s ranking could look completely different. And judging by the debates during our taste test, that’s probably exactly what Subway fans would expect. Hopefully this list provides you with some new Subway sauce ideas for your next order—or inspires you to do your own taste test.
