As their seasons are almost closing, Sullivan’s boys’ and girls’ basketball teams have some major events coming up on their schedule.
Coaches vs. Cancer
Sullivan’s JV and C-teams competed in tournaments this week alongside the varsity team.
The C-team finished 3rd in the Owensville tournament, beating Dixton 25-15 and Salem 36-21.
Brothers Robert and Cameron York played crucial roles in securing the C-team’s 33-27 victory over the Wildcats on Thursday, Jan. 18.
“We will be cheering you on every step of the way,” was the last line in the speech that head coach Carl Lawrence gave to his boys on Senior Night on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
