Spring may be in full swing on the calendar, but winter isn’t done yet, especially in the western United States. A powerful late-season storm is bringing heavy snow to parts of Northern California and the Sierra Nevada, potentially throwing a wrench into April travel plans.

Where the Snow Is Hitting

The hardest-hit region is the Sierra Nevada, where winter storm warnings have been issued for higher elevations. This mountain range, home to popular destinations like Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, is no stranger to snow, but April storms can catch travelers off guard.

Recent forecasts show snowfall totals ranging from several inches in lower mountain communities to over a foot in higher elevations, with some areas seeing even more intense bursts. In fact, certain peaks and passes could receive up to a foot or more of snow, combined with strong winds that make visibility dangerously low. 

Major travel routes are already being affected. Interstate 80 near Donner Summit, a key mountain corridor, has experienced closures due to spinouts and hazardous conditions. Highways like U.S. 50 are also at risk of delays or shutdowns, especially during peak snowfall.

And it’s not just California. Spring snow showers have also been spotted in parts of the Northeast, including Connecticut, though those are expected to be lighter and less disruptive. 

Why This Storm Is So Disruptive

April snowstorms are particularly tricky because many travelers aren’t prepared for winter conditions this late in the season. Roads that might seem manageable can quickly become dangerous due to a mix of wet snow, ice, and strong winds.

Officials have warned that travel in certain areas could become “very difficult to impossible” during the peak of the storm.

How to Stay Safe While Traveling

• Pack an emergency kit: Bring essentials like water, snacks, blankets, a flashlight, and a phone charger. If you get stranded, these items can make a big difference.
• Slow down and give space: Snow and ice reduce traction. Drive slower than usual and leave extra distance between vehicles to avoid collisions.
• Stay informed: Weather alerts like a Winter Storm Warning indicate significant impacts are expected, including hazardous travel and limited visibility.

While the ending of The Pitt Season 2 is on the horizon, the people behind the scenes of the Emmy-winning medical drama are already looking ahead to their shift. But, unfortunately, there will be one particular character who won't be making her rounds at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center anymore: Dr. Mohan (Supriya Ganesh).

Ganesh has been a part of the HBO Max drama from the very beginning, a third-year (then fourth-year) resident on the staff of the Emergency Department. While her patient satisfaction scores were through the roof, she struggled with the hectic speed of the day-to-day, earning the nickname "Slow Mo" from Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle). And so, throughout Season 2, she continually questioned if emergency medicine was right for her, given the mounting tension that existed throughout the day.

Even still, when Variety announced on April 2 that Ganesh would not be returning to the series, fans were absolutely shocked. It's incredibly rare that a main cast member get written off the show after the second season, provided the actor themself does not leave on their own accord. And when talking to The Pitt creator R. Scott Gemmill, Parade, of course, had to ask why and how Mohan's departure came about.

"I mean, the reality is that everybody — almost everybody — will leave," he reasons. "That's just the process of a teaching hospital. We've tried to be as honest with characters as we can."

As Gemmill recounts, this is not the first time The Pitt has lost one of its doctors between seasons. Dr. Collins (Tracy Ifeachor) was a senior resident at the PTMC in Season 1, one of Robby's chief challengers (as well as an ex). The last we saw of her, Robby told her to go home, amidst tragically losing her baby during an altercation in the hospital. Her absence was explained in Season 2, as off-screen, she had gone out west to be closer to her family.

"We picked a shorter period between seasons so that we can keep a couple of people a little longer," Gemmill explains. "But that's the reality of the show. And eventually, I think the rotation of people coming through is just part of the hospital. Unfortunately, it happens. It happens in our own workplace, where people come and go. And that's just the reality. That's just life."

Announcement of Ganesh's departure has had devoted fans in even greater anticipation of what's to come in this Thursday's finale, considering it will be her final episode. Will she go into geriatric medicine after all? Will her mother suddenly selling the house take her out of Pittsburgh? Will she get one more scene with Abbot (Shawn Hatosy) to satiate the "Mohabbot" fans in the audience?

Perhaps what's even more interesting than Gemmill's rationale for Mohan leaving The Pitt is the logic of a rotating cast. Of course, some of the most well-worn medical dramas have used this concept, from Grey's Anatomy to ER (where Gemmill and Wyle met). So, despite the massive outcry from fans in response to the news, they seem far from done in having characters leave the PTMC.

Considering that Gemmill and company are just starting to break the story on Season 3, we had to know if he has any particular characters in mind who will be joining Collins and Mohan in leaving The Pitt behind.

"We're in the process of working on Season 3 now, so I don't know off the top of my head," he answers. "We don't have anyone specific. But that is a process that will [happen]. We'll probably see some people leave at the end of the next season as well."

When it comes to a woman's pain and suffering, nothing seems lower on the totem pole of priorities. Not only are women's symptoms statistically more likely to be ignored by health professionals, but women themselves often downplay their own pain or discomfort.

A 2025 survey of 2,000 adults, split evenly by generation and gender, revealed that more than half of women said they’re likely to ignore serious symptoms (58%). Boomer women, especially, are the most likely to brush off minor aches and pains more so than other generations (68%), often to their own detriment.

Sharon "Shay" Franklin, 62, was among them. As a woman working with the FAA, Franklin chalked up her exhaustion to poor sleep and a busy schedule that kept her bouncing between time zones. She was also in the process of moving back home to Kansas City, MO, from Washington, D.C., and she figured she simply needed to cut back on her travel schedule. All in all, life was "great" for her at the time.

However, on December 26, 2008, Franklin was admitted to the hospital for an unrelated issue that ended up revealing her kidneys were only operating at approximately 35%. She was sent home with a special diet and a referral to see a nephrologist.

Just a few months of continued decline led her to see a hematologist, where she got news she was in no way expecting: she had blood cell cancer, or myeloma.

"Multiple myeloma can present insidiously [in a gradual, subtle way, but with harmful effects]; fatigue is a common presentation and is caused by underlying anemia, which is a feature of multiple myeloma," explains Dr. Leyla Shune, MD, Franklin's treating physician, to Parade.

For Franklin, it was akin to being hit by a freight train.

"I was in shock; however, the doctor said we needed to get started immediately on treatment," Franklin recalls to Parade. "I experienced my first of more than 20 bone marrow biopsies. It was horribly painful! I couldn’t drive, so my family came and took me home. I went to bed for two days."

A Long Treatment Road

Though Franklin says she wanted to "bury her head in the sand," her family was having none of it. Her siblings showed up in droves, took hundreds of notes, and walked away with a plan.

For the next month, all Franklin did was endure dialysis appointments, head home, and sleep. By May of 2009, she moved from dialysis to preparing for her first stem cell treatment in June, which she describes as "grueling."

"The hardest days were about 5–7 days after I received my cells," Franklin states. "I was so sick I couldn’t keep anything down. I developed a condition called mucositis. I looked and felt like a burnt chicken. My family had to take care of me because I didn’t have the energy to get dressed or anything. I would not wish this on anyone. My biggest fear was that my family was going to have to bury me."

About three months later, she was released to care for herself. She slowly got back to her life, except she was on maintenance treatment and had to get labs every two weeks. It wasn't so bad, until 2011, when her numbers spiked and she had to undergo a second stem cell transplant. It was just as horrible as the first.

The saddest part for Franklin was the knowledge that the ongoing treatments of chemo and dialysis would all eventually stop working—it was a matter of when, not if. She continued to work but took a lot of sick leave. Eventually, because she had to avoid large crowds, she had to give up the career she loved.

"The multiple myeloma was always there, but so was I, fighting every battle trying to win the war," she states.

A New Treatment and a New Life

Over a decade later, in 2022, the typical treatments were no longer able to contain the cancer.

"Unfortunately, most patients have myeloma relapse multiple times on their journey," explains Dr. Shune.

But for Franklin, it might have been a blessing in disguise. During her relapse, the FDA approved CARVYKTI®, which, according to Shune, has remarkable response rates of 98% and complete remission rates of 83%.

By January 2023, she received her T-cells through this new method. While she was expecting the same grueling experience, she realized it was nothing like what she had been through previously. She was released from the hospital after only seven days and was able to care for herself, save for a few activities. While someone stayed with her 24/7 and she couldn't drive for the next 30 days, she was able to eat and keep food down. Though the fatigue was hard, she didn't lose her hair and was able to get back to work in eight weeks.

Since her treatment, Franklin has run two half-marathons and has traveled all over the world, from London to Australia.

"This is the first time I have not been on any chemo or other treatment since 2009," she gleefully reports. "I can go to concerts, football games, or attend conferences without getting sick. I have a full, beautiful life. I had to deal with multiple myeloma every single day for 14 years. Though her struggle was long and rigorous, Franklin says it has made her all the more grateful. Though the future is still uncertain, Franklin hopes her story can serve as an important reminder.

And as someone who was pretty much raised on lasagna, it perfectly captures the familiar, comforting flavors that have made the dish a favorite since childhood. The soup itself is rich, creamy and aromatic, with ground turkey, strips of pasta and a blend of cheeses that bring everything together beautifully.

As a cold-weather staple, this soup truly hits the mark as a must-try comfort food, though after my first serving, I was a little saddened by the thought that it won't be around for much of the year. That said, I do have plenty of tasty ideas for how to serve and elevate it, though in its simplest form, heated up and enjoyed as is, it would never disappoint.

This soup heats in just a few minutes in the microwave and takes about five to six minutes on the stovetop over medium heat. Once ready, you can keep things simple by garnishing with oregano and Parmesan or Romano cheese, and pair it with garlic toast for extra texture and flavor.

If you want to take it to the next level, however, there are a few easy ways to upgrade it at home without too much extra effort. Stirring in a handful of shredded mozzarella right before serving can add a classic lasagna-style melt, while a spoonful of ricotta on top can bring out extra creaminess and richness.

From there, fresh parsley can brighten the entire bowl and cut through the savory depth of flavor, and a pinch of red pepper flakes could add a subtle heat that builds with each bite. On this day in 1965, The Beatles stepped into the studio to record "Help!"—which would go on to become one of their most iconic tracks. At the time, the band was riding an unprecedented wave of global fame. Beatlemania had swept across continents, and their schedules were relentless. To fans, "Help!" sounded like another catchy, upbeat anthem. But beneath its bright tempo and singalong chorus, something far more personal was unfolding.

Shortly after releasing "Help!" as a single on July 19, 1965, the film Help! (starring The Beatles) premiered on July 29, 1965, in London. The film Help! is a colorful comedy directed by Richard Lester. It follows Ringo Starr as he's pursued by a bizarre cult trying to reclaim a sacrificial ring stuck on his finger.

By August, The Beatles dropped Help! as a studio album. It includes the title track "Help!" along with other major songs like "Ticket to Ride" and "Yesterday."

Years later, in a 1980 interview with Playboy, conducted by David Sheff, John Lennon confirmed that "Help!" was a genuine "cry for help." He explained that the immense pressure of Beatlemania had left him depressed and insecure, describing it as his "fat Elvis" period.

"When 'Help' came out in '65, I was actually crying out for help," he said. "Most people think it's just a fast rock 'n roll song. I didn't realize it at the time; I just wrote the song because I was commissioned to write it for the movie. But later, I knew I really was crying out for help. You see the movie: He (I) is very fat, very insecure, and he's completely lost himself. And I am singing about when I was so much younger and all the rest, looking back at how easy it was. Now I may be very positive... Yes, yes... But I also go through deep depressions where I would like to jump out the window, you know."

He added that his depressive episodes became easier to deal with as he got older, but he still felt "fat and depressed" and was "crying out for help."

Lennon was overwhelmed, struggling with fame, and quietly battling insecurity and isolation. The lyrics, especially lines like "Help me if you can, I'm feeling down," were not crafted for effect. They were a direct expression of vulnerability.

"The Beatles thing had just gone beyond comprehension," he continued in the Playboy interview. "We were smoking marijuana for breakfast. We were well into marijuana, and nobody could communicate with us, because we were just all glazed eyes, giggling all the time. In our own world. That was the song, 'Help!' I think everything that comes out of a song ... shows something about yourself."

"Help!" hinted at the deeper introspection that would define a lot of The Beatles' work. It showed that, even at the height of success, the pressures of fame could weigh heavily—and that Lennon, in particular, was channeling those feelings into his songwriting.

Despite its cultural impact, "Help!" never won any major awards. Still, its commercial success spoke volumes, as it topped charts in both the US and UK for weeks after its release. The Ivor Novello Awards ranked the track the second-best-selling single of 1965, cementing its place as one of the year's defining songs. More importantly, it endured far beyond the charts.

More than 60 years later, "Help!" still hits with striking honesty. It's a timeless, unfiltered plea that listeners continue to return to when they need to feel heard, understood, and a little less alone.

I know. I’m the problem. I live in Bologna, a city where people treat ragu like a religious experience and a quick lunch involves three courses and a walk, followed by a nap. I should be at a table with a white cloth, eating a sauce that took six hours to braise. Bologna is the food capital of the planet. It’s hand-rolled pasta, cured meats that cost more than my sneakers, and the reddest wine I’ve ever seen. People save for years to eat here for a weekend. But last Wednesday, I didn't want tortellini. I wanted a brown paper bag dripping with peanut oil.

I recently took my four-year-old daughter to Rome for the first time since she was a toddler. We went to do all the fun things. Play at the park surrounding Castel Sant'Angelo. Compare the Neptune statue in Rome to the one in Bologna. Take a photo in front of the buildings that everyone posts on Instagram with a fun caption about la dolce vita. And yes, the Coliseum is stunning. It’s big. It’s ancient. But my heart was at the train station.

Specifically, at the Five Guys on the second floor.

We ate there twice in forty-eight hours. My daughter is a typical preschooler. She doesn't care about the Flavian Amphitheatre or its architectural history: she thinks the ruins are rocks she can climb on. She cares about fries that come in a cup so full they spill into the bottom of the bag like a salty, golden treasure hunt. And I realized something sitting there among the red and white tiles: I’m not in Rome for the authentic experience. I’m here for my stateside Five Guys order: ketchup, onions, and pickles and a regular fry.

The burgers in Rome aren't a perfect clone of the ones in the States. They’re a little less firm. There’s a softness to the patty, like the beef realized it was in Italy and decided to relax. But the fries? Still salty enough to make your doctor scream. And the milkshakes are thick enough to stall a straw.

The first day was a fast food mosh pit of hungry human. The place was packed with tourists and commuters. As we squeezed into a table, I watched my kid face-plant into a cheeseburger while the rest of the diners rushed to catch trains to Florence or Naples.

But the second time was the win.

We got there 10 minutes before they even opened. We stood outside like we were waiting for a surprise drop of limited-edition sneakers and were the first customers of the day. There is something deeply satisfying about eating the first burger off the grill in a city as old as Rome. It felt like we owned the place.

People will tell you that traveling to Italy is about immersion. They’ll say you should only eat at places where the menu is handwritten and a nonna is screaming in the back. They’re wrong. Sometimes you just want a familiar craving in a noisy transit hub.

My daughter already has vague memories about the Coliseum. She’s forgotten the guys dressed like gladiators charging twenty euros for a photo. But she remembers the morning we stood in a bustling station, waiting for a guy in a red hat to give us a cup of fries at 11:00 AM.

That’s the real Roman holiday.

An early-2000s garage rock band is heading out on a massive world tour.

Fans will be able to catch The Strokes this summer on a tour that coincides with the release of their upcoming seventh album, "Reality Awaits."

It's their first album in six years, following the release of "The New Abnormal" in 2020, which took home a Grammy for Best Rock Album and marked a major comeback for the band following a quieter period.

The tour will kick off in Manchester, TX, on June 12, with several stops all across the U.S., before heading to Japan in August, with a run in Europe starting in October.

The five-piece American rock band, fronted by Julian Casablancas, will wrap up their run in Dublin, Ireland, on Oct. 28.

The pre-sale for the tour will begin this Wednesday, April 15, with a general on-sale available starting Friday, April 17.

Do Eyebrow Growth Serums Actually Work?

Board-certified dermatologist Dr. Brendan Camp says that brow serums can encourage growth by "improv[ing] the health and quality of eyebrow skin and hair follicles." Though he adds that consistent use is key to a desirable result.

Dr. Spearman tells Parade that most serums are best used on "thinning, over-tweezed or aging brows," but not "areas where follicles have been permanently damaged."

How Do Eyebrow Growth Serums Work?

Dr. Cheryl Karcher, a board-certified dermatologist based in New York City, says that eyebrow serums typically fall into three categories: "Prostaglandin analogs, which extend the growing phase and can regrow sparse brows, peptide-based strengthening serums, which improve the hair shaft quality and reduce breakage and gels that improve shine and condition the eyebrows, but they don’t really affect the growth."

How Often Do You Have to Use Eyebrow Growth Serum?

Dr. Camp says that most eyebrow serums are designed for application one to two times per day.

Dr. Spearman adds that "consistency is far more important than frequency." To use, she says apply the serum to "clean, dry skin along the brow line at night" so it can absorb before you do your skin care or put makeup on in the morning.

How Long Does It Take To See Results?

"Hair growth is slow," says Dr. Camp, adding that you may need to use a product for "at least" three months before efficacy can be determined.

Dr. Spearman says that you may first see a change in how often your hair falls out or the strength of the hair before eventually seeing new growth come in. She adds that you also need to keep using the product or your "brows will gradually return to their natural growth pattern over time."

A new item is hitting shelves at Trader Joe's, and customers are already going wild over it. The retailer has debuted the Coconut Cashew Candy Clusters, and some suggest they are similar, or even better, than a couple of Girl Scout cookie offerings.

On April 12, a thread about the coconut cashew candy clusters popped up in the Trader Joe's subreddit, and everybody seemed to agree on how delicious they are. The initial poster declared they are "stupid good."

"These are unreal, like they need to be in top 3 consideration for best TJ treat of all time," raved another Reddit user.

"I snagged a bag yesterday and holy cow! Reminds me of caramel delight Girl Scout cookies! Dangerously delicious," swooned another Redditor.

Someone else added, "That's immediately what I thought of when I tried them tonight! The Caramel Delights WISH they tasted as good as these."

A few Trader Joe's customers admitted they intentionally passed the clusters by in the store, because they knew they would immediately be addicted to them.

One Redditor admitted that during one Trader Joe's trip, they had a bag in their hands and put them back because they weren't sure if they'd like them. "I chose poorly it sounds like."

A matter of hours later, the same Reddit user shared a new comment and photo of the clusters. "Darn. Had to go back this morning because we forgot a side for dinner tonight." In that return trip, they reversed their earlier poor choice and brought home a bag.

"No they're actually a problem. Put cashews in a dessert and I'm a fan. Add in salt and caramel? Foh," admitted someone else.

The new Trader Joe's coconut cashew candy clusters have popped up on some Instagram accounts, as well. So far, fans seem consistent in raving about this new treat.

"These were delicious and reminded us of [Girl Scout] samoas. Wish I bought more than one bag," one Instagram user shared.

The Instagram page Trader Joe's Aficionado gushed, "Trader Joe's really looked at Girl Scout Samoas and said... let's make it chunkier, messier, and impossible to stop eating."

In introducing the product, they added, "Taste check: Sweet, chewy, crunchy, chocolatey... aka zero self-control required because it's already gone."

So far, these seem to be a massive winner for Trader Joe's, as customers are going wild over them online. They started popping up on shelves within the past week, and don't even appear to be on the retailer's website yet. They are priced at $4.99 per 6.3-ounce bag.

Some songs arrive at the perfect moment and become timeless anthems for generations, and that is what Joe Cocker and Jennifer Warnes did.

The late British singer was known for his rock and blues sound, elevating each performance with his unique raspy voice, not to mention his expressive stage movements that were impossible to ignore.

While he gained fame for covering "With a Little Help from My Friends" by The Beatles at Woodstock, the singer had other notable songs under his belt, including the 1982 track.

Forty-four years ago, Cocker and Warnes’ single “Up Where We Belong” received strong recognition from the public and took over the charts.

Released in July 1982 as part of the soundtrack for the movie An Officer and a Gentleman, the song dominated the charts following the film’s enormous box office success.

In November of the same year, “Up Where We Belong” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Not only did it reach the top spot, but it held the No. 1 position for three weeks.

Beyond the chart-topping success, this became Cocker’s most decorated song as “Up Where We Belong” took home multiple awards.

Written by Jack Nitzsche, Buffy Sainte-Marie and Will Jennings, it took home Best Original Song at the 55th Academy Awards.

In addition to this, their success continued after winning at the 25th Annual Grammy Awards for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal, making this Cocker’s first Grammy win.

The year proved to be a remarkable one for the duo, as they also earned Best Original Song at both the 40th Golden Globe Awards and the 36th British Academy Film Awards.

Throughout his decades-long career, Cocker released a number of timeless and high-charting hits, from his highest solo hit single "You Are So Beautiful" which peaked at No. 5 in 1975 to "Feelin' Alright" and "Unchain My Heart.”

The British singer continued his singing career until his death in December 2014.

Cocker, who died at the age of 70, suffered from lung cancer, as confirmed by Sony Music Entertainment at the time.

"John Robert Cocker, known to family, friends, his community and fans around the world as Joe Cocker, passed away on December 22, 2014, after a hard-fought battle with small-cell lung cancer. Mr. Cocker was 70 years old,” the statement reads as cited by ABC7.

Among those deeply affected by Cocker’s death was Warnes.

She expressed gratitude, personal loss and deep admiration for the late singer after first seeing him perform at Woodstock.

“He won millions of hearts with that film,” she said, as mentioned by Billboard. “But it was a young girl’s dream come true to later become Joe’s singing partner.”

Christie Brinkley’s garden collection, Tower Hill by Christie Brinkley, launched on HSN on Friday, April 10. And, according to Brinkley, 72, she was inspired to create the line by her very own greenhouse, located at her Hamptons estate.

"My Tower Hill garden collection is inspired by my Bridgehampton home and my love for outdoor living," Brinkley said in a statement shared with Parade. In fact, the supermodel and actress took the above photo in her greenhouse with the help of her daughter, Sailor Brinkley Cook.

"I wanted to create pieces that help you bring beauty, warmth and glamour into your garden or patio," Brinkley continued. "From planters and garden vessels to decor and tools, everything is designed to make your outdoor spaces feel inviting and enjoyable."

Some people consider the film one of the greatest of the decade, but 36 years after its original release, the franchise returned in a way few expected, bringing renewed attention to the story and sparking fresh debate among audiences.

The sequel, Top Gun: Maverick, didn’t just return to the original story—it expanded the world with a new mission, updated stakes, and a fresh generation of pilots under pressure. Maverick was even more popular than its predecessor, raking in $718,732,821 domestically, far surpassing the original's box office run.

The critical response also highlights a stark contrast between the two films. On Rotten Tomatoes, Top Gun sits at 58%, while Top Gun: Maverick has surged to 98%, underscoring its significantly stronger reception.

And while Maverick seemed well on its way to being the biggest hit film of 2022, it was actually beat out by another popular franchise: Avatar. Though Maverick beat out Avatar: The Way of the Water in domestic box office earnings, it completely shattered the competition ($2,320,631,329 vs. $1,495,696,292) when it came to worldwide numbers, according to Box Office Mojo.

Sid Krofft—the beloved puppeteer known for co-creating H.R. PufnStuf and Land of the Lost with his brother, Marty Krofft—is dead at 96.

On Monday, April 13, People exclusively confirmed Sid's death by sharing a statement from his spokesperson. The puppeteer "passed away peacefully in his sleep" of natural causes on Friday, April 10, "at the home of his friend and business partner, Kelly Killian."

Sid and Marty (who died at 86 in 2023) created and produced shows like H.R. Pufnstuf, Land of the Lost, and Donny & Marie. Additionally, they were the brains behind the kids' series The Bugaloos, Lidsville,Sigmund and the Sea Monsters, and more.

In a statement, Killian shared that she “loved Sid with my whole heart,” per People. She also said that he “taught me more than I could ever put into words.”

“I didn’t know Sid for his shows—I only knew the man who created them. And that man was extraordinary,” she continued. “I wish so very much that I had more time with him. I will miss his big blue eyes, his cheerful smile with his dimples, and the warmth that seemed to follow him everywhere he went."

On social media, fans posted tributes to Sid in the wake of his death. American Pickers star Mike Wolfe took to Instagram to share a photo of himself with the talented producer."

"My heart is broken, such a beautiful soul has left us. @sidkrofft There are no words to describe how you shaped my imagination and so many others," Wolfe captioned the update. "Thank you for the beautiful short moments we shared together. I will cherish the piece I bought from you forever. I love you to the moon and back, buddy ❤️🙏."

An X user wrote, "God speed Sid Krofft. What an impact he and his brother had on our generation's childhoods. From HR PufnStuf to the Bugaloos, they let us know it's okay to be different."

Another fan shared via X, "Really heartbroken that the Wonderful SidKrofft has sadly passed away. Truly an amazing legend that have been part of many timeless classics including Banana Splits and H.R. Pufnstuf."

Someone else on X pointed out, "He brought so much joy! What a creative soul."

Meanwhile, Sid's publicist, Adam Fenton, told People he was "an icon who did what he loved most until the very end—being out in public with his legions of fans.” He added, "Sid never slowed down, attending his final show where it all began just last November in his home state of Rhode Island. Sid was a beacon of light and will be greatly missed."

Jude Law is playing Vladimir Putin in the upcoming film The Wizard of the Kremlin, and the handsome actor is almost unrecognizable in the new trailer.

"In the chaos of post-Soviet Russia, rising KGB officer Vladimir Putin joins forces with master manipulator Vadim Baranov to reshape life behind the Iron Curtain, using violence and deception to change the world forever," reads an official synopsis for the movie, PEOPLE reported. "Putin and Baranov’s reign of chaos begins with lies and corruption, and quickly escalates to assassinations, tyranny, and eventually all-out war."

Jude Law may be one of the most famous actors in the world, but he’s still a dad. So when he saw his daughter’s outfit for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last year, he didn’t quite know what to say.

“Is that lingerie?” Jude said to his daughter, whom he shares with ex-wife Sadie Frost.

Iris reassured him by saying, “But I’m wearing a T-shirt,” the model revealed during an interview with Extra.

Still, Iris admitted she had significant jitters about hitting the runway.

“I was so nervous yesterday… You know when you’re so nervous that you get, like, sleepy in the rehearsal…? But now I feel great,” she shared, noting that all the women she was working with were very supportive. “I know a lot of the girls, and everyone was just being super nice and talking about how they feel and everyone’s nervous, but everyone’s excited, so it was just really fun.”
