The girls wrestling team returned to Owensville for the first time since 2021 and achieved strong finishes in their second tournament this year with 10 fighters.
The boys wrestling team, head-coached by Carl Lawrence, is eyeing another strong postseason run and aiming to continue their dominance at districts and state.
As the seasons change, so too changes the seasons of sport at Sullivan high school, bringing in boy’s and girl’s basketball over the next three months or so.
In their season opener, the Lady Eagles basketball team fell at home to Montgomery County, losing 44-21 on Friday, Nov. 17.
