Sat, 02/07/2026 - 9:15pm

Parade aims to feature only the best products and services. If you buy something via one of our links, we may earn a commission.

Spring cleaning isn’t only about the inside; your outdoor spaces need a little love, too. As the weather warms, focus naturally shifts to front doors, decks, and mudrooms — the areas that set the tone before anyone even steps inside. After months of cold-weather wear and tear, your home’s exterior is often the first to benefit from a simple update, where even a small swap can have an outsized impact.

Right now, Wayfair has the Lark Manor Amoura Geometric Tiled Medallion Doormat on sale for just $24, marked down 47% from its original $45 price. It’s a low-effort way to give your porch or patio a seasonal lift, whether you’re refreshing your foyer or finally replacing a worn-out mat that’s seen one too many winters.

Made of durable, weather-resistant polyester, this mat is designed to withstand heavy foot traffic while keeping your entryway looking sharp. Its raised, textured pattern is perfect for scraping dirt and debris off shoes, and reviewers have praised its resilience, noting it feels “sturdy and durable” and “holds up well during a multitude of weather conditions.” Measuring two feet wide by three feet long, it’s the ideal size for standard doorways and works on a variety of surfaces, from concrete and brick to stone and grass.

With its low-profile design, the mat is built to stay put as doors open and close. A non-slip rubber backing keeps it secure, which one shopper described as “heavy enough to stay in place even in high winds,” making it safe for high-traffic spots without tripping hazards. Its construction also allows for easy cleaning — simply shake it out, sweep, or rinse with water. Many shoppers noted that they bought two, for “front door and back door entries” or keeping one indoors and one outdoors to safeguard mess from entering the home.

What Happened to The Pizza Cupcake from Shark Tank? (And Here's Where to Buy It Now)

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 8:38pm

If you’re lucky enough to get a product you’ve created on Shark Tank, you’re stepping into an opportunity that can potentially change your life. That’s exactly what happened for snack sensation The Pizza Cupcake, when Andrea Meggiato and his wife Michelle took their little business before the Sharks and came away with a deal that changed everything.

What started as a cutesy date-night snack quickly snowballed into a viral hit, catching the attention of celebrities like Drew Barrymore, Dave Portnoy and more. Now, five years after securing a $125,000 investment from Lori Greiner, you might be wondering what ever happened to the fluffy, savory pizza snack. Well, follow along because this story is far from over.

What Exactly Is The Pizza Cupcake? View this post on Instagram

The Pizza Cupcake started in the tiny New York City kitchen of chef Andrea Meggiato and his wife Michelle-Jimenez-Meggiato in 2018. Reminiscent of popular freezer favorites like pizza bagels, pizza rolls and other miniature pizza creations, Pizza Cupcakes serve as a fluffy, flavorful alternative made with fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce and a proprietary dough of flaky brioche and savory sourdough. Quite literally, they are mini Sourdough brioche cupcakes filled with delicious pizza flavors designed to stay fresh and crispy until they reach your dinner table.

What Happened After Shark Tank?

The Pizza Cupcake quickly built up its brand thanks to Andrea’s extensive pizza-making background and Michelle’s experience in marketing. After only two years of selling their product via nationwide shipping and at two New York City outdoor markets, the couple eventually found themselves pitching their product on Shark Tank in 2021. Through tense negotiations, where Andrea stood quietly while his wife ran point with the Sharks, The Pizza Cupcake eventually scored a legendary $125,000 investment in exchange for 12.5 percent equity, plus 2.5 percent in advisory shares.

From there, the business was booming. Just 10 months after their appearance on Shark Tank, The Pizza Cupcake was being sold in grocery stores around the country, and celebrities started taking notice. They would eventually collaborate with Chrissy Teigen on a Margherita cupcake, effectively boosting their product and landing them in over 1,600 Walmart stores nationwide by September 2022.

Drew Barrymore raved about them on The Drew Barrymore Show, Dave Portnoy reviewed them in a viral “One Bite” video and the cupcakes even appeared at events like Coachella and various New York Mets games. And after adding a new 4-Cheese flavor to the lineup, The Pizza Cupcake made its way into Whole Foods, continuing its rapid rise in popularity.

Anything New from The Pizza Cupcake?

Roughly 5 years later, you might be wondering what’s next for the popular freezer snack. The company has been mostly quiet on socials, with only a handful of semi-recent posts hinting at a rebrand. One Reel shared by the couple, explains what they’ve been up to and what's to come in the future:

“Seeing the excitement inspired us to dream bigger,” Michelle says in the video. “We thought, why stop at pizza? Over the past two years we’ve been testing new flavors to accompany our chef-crafted dough. And with new fillings, we need a new name—something more expansive to represent our growing family.”

“We’re so excited to share that we're rebranding and expanding under the name ‘Incredifulls,’” Michelle continues. “Incredifulls isn't just a new name, it's a bigger dream fueled by all of you. We can’t wait to introduce our next flavor soon. Thank you for being part of our story, and get ready—this is just the beginning.”

As for the new flavor, a peek at the Incredifulls Instagram shows a cutesy reveal of exactly what fans have been waiting for: Egg & Cheese Everything Seasoning Breakfast Cups, available now at Target for just $5.99.

Where Can You Buy The Pizza Cupcake Now?

Today, The Pizza Cupcake is still in business, selling like hot cakes under the Incredifulls name at select retailers in the Northeast. You can find them in the freezer section of major grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, Albertsons, Wegmans and Kroger, as well as smaller grocers like Trade Fair, Urban Market and Food Cellar. If you’re in the Northeast, you can use the Incredifulls “find us” page to locate a store near you, or order directly from Incredifulls and have them delivered straight to your door.

'Awful' 1987 Novel Ranked Stephen King's 'Weirdest' Book Ever

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 8:09pm

Any deep dive into Stephen King's massive bibliography will turn up acclaimed classics like It, The Stand and Misery, but there's one curious outlier that keeps drawing raised eyebrows from fans and critics alike: The Tommyknockers.

Published in 1987, The Tommyknockers is a sprawling tale about a small town overtaken by an extraterrestrial force that has taken on its own reputation over the decades, not for brilliance, but for sheer oddness. In fact, it's so bizarre that it has even earned the title of the Weirdest Stephen King Book of all time, according to Collider, which is seriously saying something given the author's catalog.

In recent rankings of King's works, The Tommyknockers has consistently been lumped in with the weaker entries, not just for quality but for strangeness. In Collider's list of worst Stephen King books, it sits at no. 6, not because it's unreadable, but because its blend of sci-fi horror, convoluted pacing and bizarre plot twists make it feel like the author was throwing everything at the page without a clear target.

What truly fuels its "weirdest" designation among readers and critics isn’t just its premise— an ancient alien ship buried in Maine that psychically takes the townspeople hostage— but how King executes it. The book's tone veers from introspective to wildly absurd, its scientific logic clashes with cosmic horror, and its characters lurch between grounded small-town life and surreal lunacy. That tonal whiplash leaves many readers scratching their heads while others amused find themselves amused by its audacity.

King himself agrees. "The Tommyknockers is an awful book," he told Rolling Stone in 2014. "That was the last one I wrote before I cleaned up my act. And I've thought about it a lot lately and said to myself, 'There's really a good book in here, underneath all the sort of spurious energy that cocaine provides, and I ought to go back.' The book is about 700 pages long, and I'm thinking, 'There's probably a good 350-page novel in there.'"

No matter where it ranks on a "best-to-worst" list, The Tommyknockers endures as a conversation piece in King’s body of work. It's a book that menaces readers not because it's universally considered great, but because its ambition outpaced its polish. And, that's exactly why it's widely considered King's weirdest novel ever.

Green Day Makes Bold Statement About ICE Ahead of Super Bowl Performance

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 7:05pm

Green Day kicked off Super Bowl LX weekend with a performance at a FanDuel and Spotify pre-party on Friday, Feb. 6, and they wasted no time taking shots at President Donald Trump and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.

“I have a message for ICE agents, wherever you are,” said lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong, who was joined onstage at San Francisco’s Pier 29 by bassist Mike Dirnt and drummer Tré Cool, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. “Quit your s–tty a– job."

"Quit that s–tty job you have," the Bay Area-based rocker continued. "Because when this is over — and it will be over at some point in time — [United States Secretary of Homeland Security] Kristi Noem, [United States Homeland Security Advisor] Stephen Miller, [Vice President]J.D. Vance, Donald Trump, they’re going to drop you like a bad f—g habit.”

The criticism, which is nothing new for the band, comes amid protests in Minnesota surrounding the ICE-related deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. Throughout the night, they took several opportunities to switch out lyrics to draw attention to other complaints they have about the current state of the world.

During the opening of "Holiday," they replaced the lyric “the representative from California has the floor," with “the representative from Epstein Island has the floor" in reference to millions of concerning emails and documents released from the files of Jeffrey Epstein. Armstrong later changed the words to “Jesus of Suburbia" to include “We are the kids of war and peace from Minnesota to the Middle East."

The "American Idiot" performers are set to open Super Bowl LX on Sunday, Feb. 8, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. Trump was not pleased with the announcement of their performance, or the news that Bad Bunny would take the stage for the Halftime Show.

Savannah Guthrie's Mom's Case May Have Taken Chilling Turn With Second Note

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 7:00pm

The search for Nancy Guthrie is ongoing as authorities work around the clock to locate the 84-year-old mother of Today'sSavannah Guthrie. Nancy has been missing since Sunday, Feb. 1, and authorities believe that she may have been abducted.

A couple of days into Nancy's disappearance, some media outlets received what appeared to be a ransom note. The note, which was sent by email, was forwarded to investigators, though its legitimacy remains unclear. On Friday, Feb. 6, the Pima County Sheriff's Office confirmed there was a second note, though it's unclear if this was sent by the same person. It's also unclear if the second note is legitimate. If it is, however, it could mean that the case had taken a chilling turn.

On Saturday, Feb. 7, retired FBI agent Lance Leising sat down for an interview with Fox News.

🚨 NEW: Retired FBI agent Lance Leising just dropped this chilling take on Fox News’ “Saturday in America” about the Nancy Guthrie case:

The discovery of a SECOND note from her alleged captors shows they’re now “confident they are not going to be found.”pic.twitter.com/Auai8m77Ib

— Gunther Eagleman™ (@GuntherEagleman) February 7, 2026

"It's interesting that they're committed to sending a second one, if it's the same person because they're confident they're not going to be found," Leising told Kayleigh McEnany on air. "They're confident they're using anonymizers and, you know, changing their IP address and running it through a bunch of countries [to] potentially avoid being tracked."

"But, they're not offering anything that would authenticate they are the kidnappers," Leising continued.

Leising also said that if the motive in the case is money, the would-be kidnappers haven't offered a way for the Guthrie family to contact them. Without an "open line of communication," Leising says, "is indicative of potentially a fraudulent note."

Meanwhile, Parade spoke with retired NYPD Sergeant Joe Giacalone who shared some positive motives outside of money.

The three biggest [motives] that we know [are] love, money, and drugs,” Giacalone tells Parade. "But in a situation like this, you also have to consider a revenge factor, a cover-up factor, meaning that the person found out something within the family and now they’re trying to keep it under wraps, that kind of thing," he continues.

"Most people are victimized by someone they know, and that’s always the starting point. And then you let the evidence in the information direct you into which one of those categories it’s going to be," he adds.

Despite some chatter online about a possible suspect, the Pima County Sheriff' Chris Nanos's Department maintains that they have yet to identify any suspects, persons of interest, or vehicles connected to the investigation.

On Saturday, Feb, 7, the Guthrie family, including Savannah, her brother Camron Guthrie, and their sister Annie Guthrie, shared a new video on social media, acknowledging another message.

In the video, the siblings can be seen holding hands as Savannah speaks directly to whomever has been sending the messages.

"We received your message," she begins. "And we understand. We beg you now, to return our mother to us, so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us and we will pay."

Fans Are Absolutely Obsessed With Joe Keery's Sexy Dance

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:49pm

Singer and actor Joe Keery, who is best known for his music under the stage name Djo as well as his role as Steve Harrington in Stranger Things, was recently shown doing a little dance during a previous Djo performance on Instagram, and the internet is absolutely loving it.

The video, posted by the official Lollapalooza Chile Instagram account, shows Keery shaking his hips back and forth, and that's been enough to trigger a flood of likes, shares, reposts and fire emoji comments.

View this post on Instagram

Although this post is currently garnering plenty of attention, Keery's dances during Djo shows have always been a fan-favorite aspect of his performances. In fact, in yet another popular video—this one on TikTok—Keery's dancing and a few other on-stage antics are shown in compilation.

@ondjour

and these moments will be like 15 minutes apart max @Djo #djo #joekeery #concert #thecrux #basicbeingbasic

♬ Basic Being Basic - Djo

As with the Lollapalooza video, this post is full of comments from fans who are obsessed with Keery's dancing. One commenter simply wrote, "I just wanna," alongside a meme of someone biting a laptop, and multiple comments express jealousy of the mic stand and/or guitar Keery is shown dancing against in the clips.

The comments are also full of fans asking that Djo announce tour dates in specific locations, which comes on the heels of some new Djo concert date announcements. Currently, upcoming Djo performances are relatively limited, with all upcoming shows listed on the official Djo website taking place solely in March (one of which is a Lollapalooza Chile appearance).

However, it's likely that will change. Although acting will undoubtedly remain a focus of Keery's career, which his new movie, Cold Storage, seems to cement, with the conclusion of Stranger Things, Keery will presumably have more time and freedom to focus on his music career.

It's also the perfect time for Keery to do so, as Djo has perhaps never had more attention. Particularly with Stranger Things coming to an end, Keery's music received a heightened level of interest, with one of his most popular songs, "End of Beginning," topping Spotify's charts.

Whether Djo will announce new tour dates of course remains to be seen, but for now, fans are living for the clips of Keery dancing in previous Djo performances.

Savannah Guthrie's Mom Nancy: Video of Vehicle of Interest Turned Over to Police

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:47pm

As Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie's mom, Nancy Guthrie, remains missing seven days after she was abducted from her Tucson, Ariz., home, a video of a vehicle of interest was recently turned over to police.

On Friday, Feb. 6, NBC reported that law enforcement officials were searching for a vehicle in Arizona that might be connected to Nancy's case.

A Circle K spokesperson confirmed that law enforcement visited one if its stores on Oracle Road in Tucson after “receiving a tip regarding a vehicle of interest, and our team has provided them access to the store’s surveillance video.”

Additionally, a different car—Nancy's blue SUV—was towed from her garage on the evening of Feb. 6, People reported. Video footage from NBC showed the SUV being placed on the back of a tow truck and taken away.

Video footage captured by NBC News shows the vehicle being placed on the back of a tow truck and subsequently taken away from the residence.

"This remains an active and ongoing investigation, which includes the review of multiple pieces of evidence," The Pima County Sheriff’s Department (PCSD) told People. "At this time, we will not confirm or release additional details regarding what is being analyzed."

In other recent updates in Nancy's case, a camera was found the roof of her home after a neighbor spotted a key detail in aerial footage that prompted police to investigate.

On Feb. 1, the PCSD launched a search for Nancy, who was last seen on the evening of Saturday, Jan. 31, at her home in Tucson. The PCSD has since declared her Tucson residence a crime scene and determined that she had been “taken” from her residence “against her will.” Law enforcement confirmed that the blood discovered at Nancy’s home belonged to the 84-year-old.

In the days since, investigators returned to Savannah’s mom’s home several times, including with K9 units. Nancy has still not been found after looking into multiple ransom notes and issuing video messages to the captors through Savannah.

Those with any information about Nancy’s missing case are advised to contact the FBI tip line at 1-800-CALL-FBI.

‘Law & Order: SVU’ Fans Want to See More of This Character — Despite Being Absent For 4 Years

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:44pm

With the show being on air since 1999, it's understandable that there's been a revolving door of characters in Law and Order: Special Victims Unit. For instance, recurring character Captain Declan Murphy, played by Donal Logue, made appearances during just nine Law and Order: SVU episodes from 2014 to 2022, per IMDb.

However, despite his limited screen time on the NBC police procedural, Declan made quite an impact on fans. Several Law and Order: SVU viewers revealed that they wished Declan had appeared in more episodes on a February 4 Reddit thread on the show's subreddit.

The original poster uploaded a picture of Logue as Declan with the caption reading, "This guy rules and should appear more often."

Other Law and Order: SVU fans agreed that Declan should have been in the show more.

"Agreed! He’s so well balanced in his ruling hand vs his compassion and understanding for appropriate work life balance for his teams wellbeing," wrote a commenter.

"Yeah, I like his style," added another.

"I love when I catch episodes with him!! I wish he was around more," shared a third person.

"Agree, he was brilliant!" commented a different fan.

"YES!!!! I don't know how long I've been in love with Donal Logue!!!" chimed in a fifth Reddit user.

"Agree. Love him, and his character. I wish they gave more of the story with him and Rollins, or at least mentioned he was involved in Jesse’s life," added another, in reference to Declan being the father of Amanda Rollins' (Kelli Giddish) daughter, Jesse.

Some Fans Expressed Their Dislike of Declan Murphy

Some fans, however, took to the Reddit thread to share that they weren't fans of Declan because of his lack of presence in Jesse's life.

"Declan! He is Jesses biological father. He is a worthless father but it’s time he will meet his daughter," commented a Reddit user.

"I agree that Declan was done dirty by the show, but Amanda didn't say she wanted to do it on her own, but that she was able to. He said to call if she needed anything and then went back undercover in Serbia and got hooked on drugs," added another. "When he came back to New York, he didn't even tell Amanda, never mind try to find out anything about his daughter, who was like 9 years old by then. The one conversation they had about Jesse, he pretty much knew nothing about her and seemed more concerned with whether Amanda was single or not. He even apologized for being such a garbage father and missing out on his daughter's life."

"Do you really think that Declan did a good job as a father? Or a decent man or as the captain? First he knocked up his subordinate junior detective who he outranked. This was power abusive as he will admit years later. They talked for 2 minutes on the streets," commented a different person. "She told him she didn’t need help. Knowing Declan is always undercover and in dangerous situations. How could he help when he was for years in servie? They talked for 2 minutes and then he disappeared and never looked back He was never there for his daughter. She probably has no idea who he is. They talked 2 minutes when she was pregnant and 2 minutes when jesse was 5. And canon wise they never met or talked again. He is a worthless father and captain."

The Former Showrunner of 'Law and Order: SVU' Discussed Donal Logue Not Being a Series Regular

The former showrunner of Law and Order: SVU,Warren Leight, discussed Donal Logue not being a series regular in a May 2016 interview with E! News. Leight, who was the showrunner for four years until the show's 17th season, said he had some regrets about not being able to ensure Logue could star on the series. He explained that Logue snagged the role of Detective Harvey Bullock on the series Gotham, which premiered in 2015.

"We were falling in love with him and he was falling in love with the show and he got offered Gotham and we were not yet picked up at that point, so I couldn't guarantee him a job," said Leight to the publication. "So, he did the pilot and we were hoping that would fail. He was great to work with."

Logue starred as Harvey until Gotham's fifth and final season, which ended in 2019.

When Is Nancy Guthrie's Birthday? She Turned 84 Days Before Her Suspected Abduction

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:34pm

Nancy Guthrie's birthday quickly became a topic of conversation on social media on Saturday, Feb. 7. It seems as though a new video posted on Instagram by Savannah Guthriesparked some curiosity, based on the wording used.

In the video, the Guthrie siblings (Savannah, Annie, and Camron) can be seen holding hands as Savannah spoke.

"We received your message," she said. "And we understand. We beg you now, to return our mother to us, so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace. This is very valuable to us and we will pay."

Some people wondered what the family wanted to "celebrate" with their mom, and began searching the internet for details around Nancy's birthday.

As it turns out, Nancy turned 84 on January 27, just four days before her disappearance, according to Tucson. com.

View this post on Instagram

Some people following the case believe that Savannah's message may have been more grim.

"They probably told them she passed away while they had her and her kids are saying we will pay any way to get her body back to 'celebrate' with her, meaning have a memorial for her. It's so sad," one person wrote on a Reddit thread about the newest video.

"I took that as 'celebrate her life' as in be able to properly say goodbye," someone else said.

"I’m sadly taking this as Nancy is gone. She said 'we understand' and the sister just about starts weeping. She then goes on that returning her is the only way they can 'celebrate' and 'have peace.' If sounds like the kidnappers have told them Nancy is gone and they’re still willing to pay for her body," a third comment read.

Nancy has been missing since Sunday, Feb. 1. Authorities say that Nancy had dinner at her daughter Annie Guthrie's home about four miles down the road. The mother of three took an Uber over to dinner and was driven home by her son-in-law, Tommaso Cioni, later that night.

‘The Jeffersons’ Star Reveals What Sherman Hemsley Was Really Like on Set

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:32pm

Garrett Morris has nothing but fond memories of his Jeffersons co-star Sherman Hemsley.

Morris, 89, reflected on his experience acting alongside Hemsley in a People interview published on Saturday, February 7. Morris portrayed con artist Jimmy for five episodes during seasons 9 and 10, while his late co-star helmed the sitcom as George Jefferson.

“Really, he was great to work with, man,” he recalled. “Every Wednesday he would feed the whole cast. He would hire this Asian restaurant to come in and feed us.”

Morris also credited Hemsley with giving him “a lot of room to do stuff that I wanted to do.”

“I could throw in a couple of words and a couple of things that had went on the page. Of course, if you know anything about writers, particularly then, you don’t veer away from what they’ve written down, even if they ain’t working,” he explained. “But it was a great cast to be with.”

Morris made his debut as Jimmy during the season 9 episode “True Confessions,” which aired in February 1983. Jimmy convinced George and his wife, Louise “Weezy” Jefferson (Isabel Sanford), that he was a poor child they were sponsoring by sending him money for years when in fact he was an adult con man.

“I was really happy when [Jeffersons creator] Norman Lear came up with that idea [for Jimmy] because I wanted to work with both Isabel and Sherman Hemsley,” Morris told People.

Later that year in October, Morris returned in a season 10 three-part episode titled “Mission: Incredible,” in which George enlisted Jimmy and his cousin to recover $15,000 taken from Tom Willis (Franklin Cover) by con men posing as investors.

Morris made his final appearance as Jimmy in the season 10 episode “In the Chips,” which aired in May 1984. In the installment, Jimmy informed George that some men were planning to kill him for a bag of casino chips. However, he used George’s name instead of his own, so they were really looking for George.

The Jeffersons aired on CBS for 11 seasons from January 1975 to July 1985. In addition to Hemsley and Sanford, the main cast featured Cover, Roxie Roker (Helen Willis), Marla Gibbs (Florence Johnston), Paul Benedict (Harry Bentley), Berlinda Tolbert (Jenny Willis-Jefferson), Mike Evans and Damon Evans (Lionel Jefferson), Zara Cully (Olivia “Mother” Jefferson) and Jay Hammer (Allan Willis).

Hemsley died in July 2012 at age 74 of complications from lung cancer.

Morris, for his part, celebrated his 89th birthday earlier this month on Sunday, February 1. In his interview, he joked that he marked the milestone by “regretting the passage of time” and shared his thoughts on retirement.

“I just felt if you enjoy your work, why not do it to the best you can in whatever way you are asked to do it until you transform,” he explained. “I mean, let’s be realistic. There are less roles for an 80-year-old who’s got arthritis—but there are roles out there.”

While Morris is already known for his stints on Saturday Night Live, 2 Broke Girls, Martin, The Jamie Foxx Show and more, he’s still working today.

He continued, “I just act like time has not passed. I just act like there’s got to be a role for somebody who’s as old as I am. And usually I’m right. Because every other movie has an old person in it and they’ll get a young actor to do it and put on makeup. Why not get old motherf----rs like me to play the role? We don’t have to stretch.”

Dimitri Faces Arrest on 'Days of Our Lives'

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:22pm

The walls are closing in on Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte), but questions remain about whether he actually committed the crime he’s now accused of.

The official Days of Our Lives YouTube channel a new weekly promo teasing what’s ahead on the Peacock soap for the week of January 9 – 13 2026.

In the promo, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is shown arresting Dimitri in Horton Town Square as he sits with Leo Stark (Greg Rikkaart).

🎬 SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox🎬

On screen, Dimitri recently returned to Salem claiming that after his release from jail, his wife Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) arranged for him to be kidnapped in an effort to gain control of the von Leuschner fortune.

Dimitri arrived back in town shortly after his former lover Leo said “I do,” marrying Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon).

Elsewhere, several members of the DiMera family, Chad (Billy Flynn), Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews), Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), and Tony (Thaao Penghlis) were kidnapped by Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier).

It was revealed that Peter hired henchmen to abduct his family members and assist in carrying out the scheme, but the DiMera’s were ultimately able to overpower Peter and escape.

Rafe later partnered with FBI agent Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) to investigate the kidnappings, which led them to question Vivian Alamain (Lousie Sorel) about her possible involvement.

During the investigation, they discovered a tablet linked to a surveillance camera hidden inside the DiMera family crypt, where the kidnappings took place.

When questioned, Vivian alleged that the tablet belonged to Demitri, who had been living at her residence as a guest of Nicolas Alamain. The men also discovered clothes belonging to Demitri in the room, seemingly corroborating her claims.

After Rafe and Eli left, Vivian revealed to a henchman that the tablet and clothing had been shipped by Gwen in an effort to frame Dimitri, ultimately leading Rafe to arrest him for his alleged involvement in the kidnapping.

With Dimitri now under arrest for a crime he appears to be framed for, the question remains whether Vivian and Gwen’s plan will succeed, or if the truth will ultimately set him free.

Days of Our Lives streams weekdays on Peacock.

Brooklyn Beckham Removes Tattoos of Siblings and Dad Amid Bitter Family Feud

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:20pm

Brooklyn Petlz Beckham is making a very permanent statement amid his ongoing family feud.

The 26-year-old chef appears to have covered up several tattoos dedicated to his famous family members, including his siblings and father David Beckham.

Brooklyn previously had the names of his siblings—Romeo, Cruz, and Harper—tattooed across his fingers. While the ink was still visible in a cooking video he posted on January 29, those names have since disappeared beneath a black-and-white cloudy design that now spans his hand and fingers, per photo obtained by Page Six

The new artwork was first spotted during a February 5 outing with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. Notably, the many tattoos he has honoring Nicola remain fully intact.

Brooklyn has also seemingly altered a tattoo honoring his father, per the outlet. He previously sported an anchor design on his right arm with the word “DAD” printed in bold lettering at the center. That tattoo now appears to be covered with imagery resembling a starfish and two life preservers.

🎬 SIGN UP for Parade’s Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬

The tattoo changes follow a scathing message Brooklyn shared on Instagram Stories last month, where he claimed he had no interest in reconciling with his family. In the post, he accused his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, of spreading “countless lies” and attempting to “ruin” his marriage. He also alleged that Victoria sabotaged his 2022 wedding to Nicola and “danced very inappropriately” with him at the reception.

That accusation resurfaced weeks later after a December 2025 video shared by Cruz went viral. The clip shows Victoria dancing with Cruz to Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock & Roll,” prompting tons of chatter online. While some viewers called the moment harmless, others argued it reinforced Brooklyn’s initial claims.

7 Common Things That Make You 'Instantly Unlikable' to Your In-Laws, According to Psychologists

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 6:10pm

It might be a cliché, but the truth is that you only get one first impression, so you'd better make it count. And this is especially true when it comes to your partner's parents. But let's be honest: you have to continuously put your best foot forward with your significant other's family because whether it's your second or 40th time getting together with them, you can still do something to make them dislike you.

Even if they aren't particularly intimidating, it can be anxiety-inducing to know that they're observing what you do and say. And if you accidentally make a wrong move or unintentionally blurt out a comment that someone takes offense to, it can negatively impact their opinion of you. So if you're nervous about one of your first outings together, or want to make sure you never do something to ruin the relationship you already have with them, it would be good to learn what things can make you "instantly unlikable" to your in-laws, according to psychologists.

Dr. Kathryn Smerling, a family psychologist, tells Parade that a healthy relationship with in-laws is one that “has boundaries,” as well as “resilience and flexibility.” But to build that relationship, you have to start with a good foundation. And that means avoiding any missteps that might make your in-laws cringe.

To find out what behaviors to avoid with your in-laws, we spoke to Dr. Smerling as well as psychologist Dr. Meera Khan, PhD, PsyD, to find out what common things make you “instantly unlikable” to your spouse's family.

7 Things That Make You ‘Instantly Unlikable’ to Your In-Laws, Psychologists Warn 1. Not making eye contact

While we can't all be perfect with this one 100% of the time, not making eye contact can be a real downer.

“It doesn't make the person feel important and heard,” Dr. Smerling shares. “It doesn't make the person feel as though you're really trying to make contact with them and it becomes a very artificial relationship.”

Related: This Is the #1 Mistake People Make During Small Talk, Jefferson Fisher Warns

2. Coming on too strong

There's a fine line between asking genuine questions and interrogation, and you shouldn't let your first few interactions with your in-laws veer into the latter.

“This can be perceived as aggressive, fake and not likable,” says Dr. Khan, “Which impairs your ability to build genuine connection with your in-laws.”

Of course, this doesn't mean you can't participate in a discussion with your in-laws, but if you are a talker, she suggests taking a beat to “observe and learn the family system” before jumping in too aggressively.

3. Constantly looking at your phone

In 2026, it's hard not to look at your phone regularly, but constantly checking your cell in front of your in-laws without a valid reason is a big no-no.

“That makes people feel very insignificant,” says Dr. Smerling, adding that it sends the message that something else is more important than your relationship with your in-laws.

4. Not saying “thank you”

It sounds pretty basic, but not saying “thank you” when the occasion calls for it is always a major red flag. Therefore, sharing your gratitude can only earn you points with your in-laws.

And Dr. Smerling says that being polite and gracious, especially earlier on in your relationship, is key because “it shows that [you 're] willing to be kind.”

5. Being negative

We all know the stereotype about in-laws being overbearing and hard to connect with, but going into a meeting with that in mind can severely affect your relationship.

“If you already think in-law relationships aren't good, then you're likely to feel that way and confirm the bias or not give it a full chance,” says Dr. Khan.

6. Being combative

It's normal to argue with family members, but early on in your relationship with your in-laws, it's important to try to avoid framing your interactions as a battle you need to win.

“This creates contention and makes the focus about ‘winning’ over each other instead of fostering connection,” says Dr. Khan. “There will be disagreements and differences when two different family structures come together; focus on joint solutions and mutual ground.”

Related: 9 Things Healthy Couples Do Differently During Disagreements, Therapists Say

7. Disrupting the family dynamic

“Conflict with in-laws can often stem from people feeling their pre-existing relationships are being replaced or broken in place of the new one,” Dr. Khan shares. “The best way to address this is to make sure those people [and] relationships still have time together.”

In other words, don't try to get in between your partner and their parents.

Dr. Smerling agrees, saying, “When there is a healthy level of intimacy between a mother and a child... that should be maintained.”

How To Make a Good Impression

Psychologists recommend doing two things consistently to make sure your good impression continues month after month, year after year.

Be on time

Punctuality is a very easy way to convey respect right away. Though running a few minutes late might not hurt, being an hour late without warning will definitely send the wrong message.

Related: 8 Things Emotionally Intelligent Mother-in-Laws Do Differently, According to a Psychologist

Be curious

Keeping an open mind and an open heart is critical when it comes to fostering a good relationship with your in-laws.

“Approach with warmth, kindness and curiosity to understand and get to know them without bias as much as possible,” Dr. Khan shares.

Dr. Smerling agrees, saying, “You have to start out being open and loving to your in-laws because they're the ones that brought you your partner.”

That said, don't feel like you have to limit your conversations with your in-laws to your partner, either (though asking about their childhood can certainly be a good place to start).

“Be curious about who they are. Be curious about what they do on a daily basis,” Dr. Smerling advises. “Curiosity is the thing that makes you likable.”

The Super Bowl Halftime Rock Renaissance of the 2000s

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 5:42pm

In recent years, polarizing opinions surrounding Super Bowl halftime performers have flourished, but in the 2000s, it was a completely different story. Between 2001 and 2010, Super Bowl halftime shows were stacked with beloved rock icons, capturing a 10-year run of unity among football fans.

Let's recap this Rock Renaissance.

Super Bowl XXXV (2001): Aerosmith

The iconic 1970s hard rock band Aerosmith was the headlining act for Super Bowl XXXV. The performance featured Aerosmith this, "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" and "Jaded" and popular pop band *NSYNC songs "Bye Bye Bye" and "It's Gonna Be Me." The groups upheld the theme of the halftime show, "The Kings of Rock & Pop," with an electrifying set filled with high-energy choreography, comedy and organized chaos. To wrap the hectic show, Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige and Nelly joined Aerosmith and NSYNC onstage for a multi-artist performance of the '70s classic "Walk This Way."

The high-energy set was accompanied by stunning visuals, including iconic laser effects and elaborate lighting. The futuristic set design deviated from the classic field-crowding performances of past years, closing out the decade in style.

Classic Rock Legends Signal Possible Farewell After 2026

Sat, 02/07/2026 - 5:24pm

After more than five decades of defining American rock music, the Eagles may be approaching the final chapter of their storied career.

Don Henley, a founding member and vocalist for the legendary rock band, suggested in a recent interview that 2026 would "probably" be the final year for the Eagles, signaling the end of an era for longtime fans.

Henley, who has served as one of the Eagles' primary songwriters and singer since their formation in the early 1970s, acknowledged that time is becoming an inescapable factor. While stopping short of announcing a formal farewell tour, his comments offered one of the clearest indications yet that the band is beginning to think seriously about taking the show off the road for good.

"I think this year will probably be it," he said. "And I've said things like that before, but I feel like we're getting toward the end,” he added. “And that will be fine too.”

The Eagles are currently in the midst of a massive run of shows at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The residency is part of the band's The Long Goodbye tour, but when the residency ends in March, the future looks uncertain. The Vegas residency was originally only supposed to last for eight shows, but the astonishing demand resulted in the run being extended multiple times. The final performance is set for March 28.

At 78, Henley is ready to live a quieter life and spend more time with his family. Surprisingly, given his history of touring all over the world, he also yearns to travel.

"I've been all over the world, but I haven't seen much of it, because we see the airports and the hotel room and the venue and we don't get out much," he said.

If retirement looms on the horizon, the Eagles have earned it. The band formed in 1971 when Henley and Glenn Frey met while playing together backing Linda Ronstadt. The band's lineup has changed and evolved since those early days, and the Eagles have become one of the most acclaimed and bestselling rock bands of all time. Throughout their career they have won six Grammy Awards, been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and sold over 200 million records.

After 55 years, the Eagles can say farewell knowing the band's legacy is firmly cemented and their music will withstand the test of time.
