A Sullivan man is being held in the Franklin County Jail on $100,000 bond after he is alleged to have assaulted his 50-year-old mother, Wednesday, July 31, in the 100 block of Cortez Street.
Sullivan Police are investigating the alleged rape of a 65-year-old female from the Virginia Street neighborhood who is reportedly deaf and partially blind.
