One new case of COVID-19 and one recovery were reported Wednesday by Franklin County Presiding Commissioner Tim Brinker.
The Sullivan City Council met in open session on Tuesday, April 21, with some aldermen attending in person and others via conference call due to social distancing requirements for COVID-19.
Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital has remained and continues to be vigilant in the battle against COVID-19, however, the increased volume of those infected with the virus has remained low.
Eight cases of COVID-19 were reported in Franklin County over the last week while three more people died from complications related to the disease.
Franklin County reported three additional cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday morning along with five recoveries.
To date, Franklin County has had 126 cases and 63 recoveries.
