County Reports 11 COVID-19 Cases

The Franklin County Health Department said Thursda there were 11 new cases of COVID-19.
The county has confirmed 9,285 cases and there are 2,059 probable cases.
The seven-day positivity rate is 6.6%.
There is one active case in long-term care facilities.
Two people are hospitalized.
