County Reports New COVID-19 Death, Hospitalizations Rise To Highest Level Since February

Franklin County said in its weekly report on Friday that 79 new COVID-19 cases were detected.
The county also said hospitalizations rose from four to six.

The seven-day positivity rate climbed to 8.1%.

The total now stands at 9,689 cases with 2,305 probable cases, 179 deaths and 31 probable deaths.
Franklin County reported the death of a 40-year-old Union female from COVID-19 on Friday morning in its weekly report.
The woman died in May.
