County Reports 10 New COVID-19 Cases

Franklin County reported 10 new COVID-19 cases on Friday.
Hospitalizations have jumped back up, going from two to five.
The county still has just one active case in a long-term care facility
Franklin county has confirmed 9274 cases.
The seven-day positivity rate is 5.7%.
