LD is seen waiting for a table at a fancy restaurant, only for Hannah/Miley to immediately snag one as soon as she arrives. His real-life daughters watch it all go down and one of them says, "Face it dad, she's bigger than you."

Another detail behind this cameo that makes this one especially fun? Larry had taken his daughters to a taping because they were huge fans and the producers asked him to do an appearance. 3. Ray Liotta Liotta attended the Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert movie premiere with his daughter, Karsen, in 2008.

In a truly unexpected piece of casting, the late, great Goodfellas star appeared in the Season 4 episode "Hannah Montana to the Principal's Office." Ray Liotta played Principal Luger, the strict, no-nonsense principal of Seaview High. When Miley misses the deadline to register for her senior year, Luger rigidly refuses to let her enroll.

However, she quickly realizes a major loophole: She can just enroll as Hannah Montana instead! In a desperate bid to get a tabloid to hand over a photo that would reveal her secret identity, Miley has to provide the paparazzi with an embarrassing photo of another celebrity in exchange.

Miley and Lilly masquerade as complimentary hotel beauticians, tricking the massive wrestler into getting a full-blown spa makeover. Ultimately, Miley's conscience gets the better of her and The Rock eventually helps her get her photo back by casually dangling the paparazzi guy upside down!

In this Season 2 episode, Donny Osmond guest stars as a charity event's fast-talking auctioneer. First up on the block is Everybody Loves Raymond star Ray Romano, who's auctioning off a round of golf with himself. After practically begging the unimpressed teenage crowd, Oliver ends up calling out $11 in a pity bid. Next on the auction block? A dinner date with Hannah Montana, which quickly reaches $15,000. Why It’s Going Viral

Part of the appeal is how oddly convincing it is. The pacing, narration and editing mirror Love Island so closely that it feels familiar—even when the "cast" is entirely made of fruit.

Then there are the viewers trying to decode what they’re watching and how it’s being made.

There’s also a humor factor. The contrast between serious reality-TV drama and completely absurd characters (like a dramatic mango or a jealous grape) makes the content instantly shareable and something worth mentioning, at least in then group chat.

No—this has no official connection to Love Island.

The abuse has started to bleed into his work. "When that starts leaking into your art, it becomes a problem, because then you don't want to even be on screen anymore," he told SiriusXM. "It is disappointing for the fans, but it's also disappointing that my little boy has to read all of this stuff when he gets older."

None of it has slowed down his career. Keoghan just appeared as Duke Shelby in Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, which premiered on Netflix on March 20. CEO Daniel Heaf didn't mince words during the company’s Q4 earnings call earlier this month. He told investors that the brand is moving away from being the budget-first option. “We have relied too often in the past on deeper and more frequent discounts," Heaf said, adding that moving forward, the company expects to "get paid for our innovation.”

For decades, the appeal of Bath & Body Works was the art of the sale. It was the place where $20 could buy an entire collection of home fragrances. But the new "Consumer First Formula" is a gamble that you’ll pay full price for upgraded containers and richer fragrance loads. Heaf was clear that the company no longer intends to use frequent markdowns to chase growth, stating bluntly, “We know that is not in the best interest of the business long term.”

The company claims they aren't trying to become a prestige brand with luxury price points, but they are cutting back the lever of deep discounts to shore up their bottom line. Chief Financial Officer Eva Boratto framed it as "rigorous cost control" to ensure "sustainable long-term growth."

The internet, however, is calling it a "rude awakening." On Reddit, the consensus is that the brand is having a total identity crisis. “Nothing about BBW screams luxury lmao. It’s a cheap fix and it’s always been,” one user noted. The sentiment among fans is determined: if the brand isn't a bargain, it loses its magic.

There’s also the very real threat of shoppers jumping ship to drugstore staples. As one customer pointed out, “I recently picked up an Olay body wash and it’s vastly more moisturizing than whatever new formula BBW body wash is. It may be a generic scent, but it’s lovely.”

In a retail landscape where the thrill of the hunt is half the fun, removing the "Buy 3, Get 3" sign is a massive risk. If the brand isn't a bargain, it risks falling into the "boring middle"—a place where even the best-smelling candle can't save the quarterly report. As one frustrated fan warned: “I do not buy Bath & Body Works full price. Your goal Sir, should be to GET people to that counter.”

She not only shares her definition of emotional maturity and reveals eight clear signs of it, but she also reveals the surprising ways you can begin to reparent yourself, heal your inner child and become more emotionally mature "in small moments."

What Is 'Emotional Maturity'?

"Emotional maturity means being able to stay calm and present when something feels hard," Dr. LePera tells Parade. "It does not mean you never get upset. It means you notice your feelings and choose how to respond instead of reacting right away."

"Many of our big reactions are not planned," she continues. "They come from old memories stored in the body. When something reminds us of the past, our nervous system can react before we even think. Emotional maturity is being able to say, 'This feeling makes sense. But I can choose what to do now.' It is when your adult self can sit next to your younger, hurt self instead of becoming that younger self."

According to Dr. LePera, emotional maturity also means:

• You can calm your body.
• You can take responsibility for your actions.
• You can notice your feelings without attacking yourself.
• You understand that discomfort does not mean danger.

She adds, "Most of all, emotional maturity is feeling safe enough inside yourself to pause and choose."

8 Clear Signs of Emotional Maturity1. Pausing before reacting

When you're emotionally mature, you're OK with biting your tongue and taking a beat instead of "word-vomiting" and potentially saying something you'd regret.

"You feel your heart race or your body tense," Dr. LePera says. "Instead of yelling or shutting down, you take a breath. That pause can change the whole moment."

2. Taking responsibility without shame

People-pleasers, listen up.

"You can say, 'I’m sorry. I hurt you,' without thinking, 'I’m a terrible person,'" Dr. LePera tells Parade. "You learn from the mistake instead of drowning in guilt."

3. Setting boundaries calmly

Emotional maturity means you're comfortable prioritizing what you truly need—even if it's not what someone else wants to hear.

"You can say no without being mean. You can say yes without feeling resentful. You speak honestly about what works for you," Dr. LePera explains.

4. Letting others feel differently

"Someone can disagree with you, and you don’t fall apart," Dr. LePera says about being emotionally mature. "You understand that different opinions do not mean rejection."

5. Repairing after conflict

Emotional maturity doesn't mean you never bicker or fight—but it does mean you make things right.

Dr. LePera explains, "You come back after an argument and say, 'Can we try again?' You know that relationships grow stronger when people repair."

6. Feeling emotions without numbing them

It can be difficult to acknowledge complicated or painful emotions, but facing them head-on is a sign of maturity.

"Instead of overworking, scrolling, overeating or avoiding, you stay with your feelings long enough to understand them," Dr. LePera says.

7. Letting go of old roles

Even if you've previously had unfair expectations placed on you, like the parentification of eldest daughters or having to be the "peacekeeper" in your family, a sign of emotional maturity is stepping away from those roles and finding your own path.

"You stop believing you must always be 'the strong one' or 'the fixer.' You allow yourself to be human," Dr. LePera explains.

8. Choosing what is healthy over what is familiar

"Often your nervous system prefers what feels known, even if it hurts," Dr. LePera shares. "Emotional maturity means choosing what is good for you, not just what feels familiar."

How To Let Go of Emotional Immaturity and Actually Heal Your Inner Child

Becoming more emotionally mature is a process—and it might take some time. That's OK.

"People often expect big breakthroughs," Dr. LePera tells Parade. "But real change often happens in small moments." She gives the following examples:

• Noticing your body.
• Taking a slow, deep breath.
• Speaking kindly to yourself.
• Repairing after conflict.

"Small, repeated actions teach your nervous system that it is safe," she explains.

This process of successfully healing your inner child might surprise some people.

"You do not have to relive every painful memory to heal," Dr. LePera explains. "Your body responds to safety in the present moment. Healing is about how you show up today."

And acknowledging the process itself can help you heal.

"Reparenting is not about staying stuck in the past—it is about noticing old patterns and choosing awareness instead of reflex," Dr. LePera shares, pointing out it's also not about holding grudges.

"It’s not about blaming your parents," she continues. "It’s about honoring what shaped you and deciding how you will respond now. Change takes time. The goal is not perfection. The goal is growth and a safe inner world."

As the star of Hannah Montana, Cyrus played Miley Stewart, a farm girl turned California megastar, for five years.

“I love her. She’s everything,” Cyrus said of the character in 2025. “I would have nothing, none of this [without her]. I mean, maybe I could have figured it out, maybe I could have gotten myself from Nashville, Tennessee, to Los Angeles. I don’t know. But she did it a lot faster and better and set me up for the life that I have now.”

Still, once the show ended in 2011, it seemed Cyrus couldn’t ditch her Disney image fast enough. Her 2013 album Bangerz leaned heavily into hip-hop influences and featured lyrics about partying, sexuality and drug use. The era culminated in one of pop culture’s most headline-generating moments at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she performed “We Can't Stop” before joining Robin Thicke for a provocative rendition of his own controversial song “Blurred Lines.” Cyrus’s revealing outfit, twerking and overall shift in persona was met with a loud backlash.

One of the most mind-bending facts about the casting of Hannah Montana? Jason Earles was nearly 30 years old when he began playing Miley’s teenage brother, Jackson Stewart. But, hey, it worked: the character’s goofy personality and constant get-rich-quick schemes made him a fan favorite. 

After Hannah Montana, Earles continued working with Disney, starring as martial arts instructor Rudy Gillespie on the Disney XD series Kickin’ It from 2011 to 2015. He’s also taken on voice roles and frequently appears at fan conventions. In addition to that, Earles has directed episodes of Disney shows like Kickin' It, and worked as a dialect coach and mentor on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. On March 17, 2026, in honor of the 20-year anniversary of Hannah Montana, he launched a podcast about the show called Best of Both Our Worlds: The Official, Unofficial Hannah Montana Podcast.

Mitchel Musso Today (Oliver Oken)

Mitchel Musso played Oliver Oken, Miley and Lilly’s energetic best friend whose obsession with celebrity gossip made him especially thrilled when he discovered Miley’s secret identity.

During the show’s run, Musso expanded his Disney resumé by voicing Jeremy Johnson on the animated hit Phineas and Ferb and starring in the Disney XD series Pair of Kings. But his time on the network took a hit after a 2011 DUI arrest, which led to him being written out of Pair of Kings.

More than a decade later, Musso made headlines again when he was arrested in 2023 and charged with public intoxication and theft—of a bag of Ruffles potato chips from a hotel lobby. However, these charges were later dropped. "I foretold that the truth would inevitably come to light, and indeed, it has," he told Entertainment Weeklyin a statement. "I am now also directing my attention to forthcoming film and television projects."

Unfortunately, he next made headlines for his messy personal life, starting with his 2022 divorce from Tish Cyrus after 30 years of marriage. Soon after, Cyrus began dating Australian singer Firerose, whom he had first met years earlier on the set of Hannah Montana, and the pair married in October 2023. But by May 2024, their love story fell apart: Cyrus sought an annulment, accusing Firerose of fraud and inappropriate marital conduct, and she countered with allegations that Cyrus had been emotionally and verbally abusive. Country music legend Alan Jackson is celebrating a joyful family milestone while preparing to say goodbye to life on the road. 

The 67-year-old singer recently shared that he has welcomed his first granddaughter, bringing a bright moment to fans amid news of his retirement from touring.

On Monday, Jackson posted a heartfelt update on Instagram, revealing that he and his wife, Denise Jackson, are now grandparents. 

“Denise and I are thrilled to announce the birth of our first granddaughter Charlotte Ann (Charlie) Smith,” he wrote. “Charlie joined our family on Feb 13. Proud parents are Mattie and Connor Smith.”

The baby girl is the daughter of Jackson’s eldest child, Mattie Jackson Smith, and her husband, Connor Smith. The couple had already shared their excitement earlier, describing their daughter as a “tiny pink blessing” loved by the whole family.

Charlie also joins her older brother, Wesley, making Jackson a proud grandfather of two young grandchildren.

The happy news comes at an emotional time for the country star. Jackson is stepping away from full-scale touring after more than 40 years in music. His decision follows his ongoing battle with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a condition that affects nerves, balance and movement.

He first shared his diagnosis publicly in 2021, explaining how it has slowly made performing more difficult. Despite the challenges, Jackson continued touring to give fans a proper farewell.

Now, his journey on the road will officially end with one final concert on June 27, 2026, at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, a place deeply tied to his career. The event, Last Call: One More for the Road – The Finale, is expected to be a major celebration of his legacy, featuring top country stars.

Jackson has made it clear that this final show is personal. “We just felt like we had to end it all where it all started,” he said, pointing to Nashville as the heart of country music.
