Sullivan Wins Second Straight District Volleyball Title

Sullivan captured their second straight district volleyball championship Tuesday with a 25-21, 25-12 sweep over the Owensville Dutchgirls at Owensville.
The Lady Eagles (18-12-2) were the top seed in the tournament and defeated Cuba 25-22, 27-25 in the first match earlier in the night. Sullivan will play Logan-Rogersville on Saturday in a Class 3 sectional, hosted by the District 12 champion. The game will be a rematch of last season's quarterfinal, won by Logan-Rogersville.
