Lady Eagles Top St. James

Sullivan had no problems against St. James.

Playing their third game in four days, the Lady Eagles swept their Four Rivers Conference opponent 25-10, 25-11.

Through four FRC games, Sullivan is unbeaten. They will face two of the conference’s best this week, hosting New Haven on Tuesday and traveling to Pacific on Thursday.

Against St. James, Sullivan received a big night from Alex Blankenship. She had 13 points and four aces, leading the team in both categories. Blankenship also added two assists and a kill.

Lauren Hoffman had seven points and two aces. She had three kills and 15 assists. Riley Lock had five points, two aces, two kills and a block.

Katie Creek finished with four points, three aces and three kills. Avery Carey and Zariah Richards each had one point.

Mallory Shetley led the team with nine kills. Sullivan finished with 23 on 45 attempts. Hailey Volkmann had two. Claire Shetley, Kristin Lucas and Avery Carey had one.
