St. Anthony School News
This past week, St. Anthony and all schools in the Archdiocese celebrated Catholic Schools Week. We kicked off with a Mass and Open House. Each day we show our appreciation to all those who support Catholic education. We appreciate our parishioners and alumni on Sunday with a reception after Mass. Our students enjoyed an assembly with "Kinetic Kevin" as well as a dress down day on Monday. We gave gratitude to our selfless volunteers on Tuesday. Our wonderful staff were treated to a luncheon on Wednesday (as well as a break from some duties). Thursday, Student Council delivered cookies and cards to area community supporters. Lastly, on Friday, we praised our wonderful parents, who go above and beyond for their children (and us!). We also had an alumni who attends Borgia High School come and present a Distinguished Educator Award to our own Mrs. Mallory! Throughout the week, we had alumni come and speak to the students about their experiences at St. Anthony. The students absolutely loved hearing the alumni's perspective on their days of Catholic education and how it has shaped their lives. Much appreciation to Paige Hulsey, Adam Weiland, Jeanette Mallory and Alyssa Cooper! It was a wonderful week!
