The Spring Bluff Wellness Committee has started a Brain Break Activity each day at 10 a.m. Brain Breaks give students and adults that little bit of activity to recharge their bodies and brains. The two minute break starts with a warm up, then moves into an activity and the last thirty seconds, a deep breathing exercise is done. Each day is a new activity to keep the fun and variety going. In the pictures, students are acting out a fishing activity and casting their imaginary reels.
