Warren E. Myers

Warren E. Myers, 56, of Sullivan, MO, passed away June 12, 2017 at his residence.

Warren Eugene was born on October 21, 1960 to Lowell E. Myers and Frances Ann (Parker) Myers in Washington, MO. He grew up and attended Sullivan Schools graduating in 1978. Warren started out delivering newspapers for the Globe Democrat and the St. Louis Post from 1983 to 1986. He then owned Meramec Taxi from October 1994 to June 1995 and most recently Warren’s Taxi from March 1, 1996 to the present. Warren loved watching and riding trains; which he did as often as he could. Warren had accepted Christ as his Savior and attended First Baptist Church in Sullivan. He will be missed by his family and friends.

Warren is survived by his mother, Frances A. Taylor of Bourbon, MO; two brothers, Wayne Myers and wife Renee’ of Robertsville, MO; Kenneth Myers of Sullivan, MO; two sisters, Kerry Taylor of Bourbon, MO; Louise Stringer of Cuba, MO; one stepbrother, Joseph Taylor of Sullivan, MO; three nephews, Wayne Myers, Jr., Jessie Myers and Richard Stringer; five nieces, Pami Pope, Crystal Taylor, Anita Stringer, Kassidy Taylor and Caitlin Taylor; one great niece, Cortney Enke.

Warren was preceded in death by his father, Lowell E. Myers; his stepfather, Gilbert Taylor; one brother-in-law, Richard Stringer and special friends, Ralph Price, Jr. and Teresa Moleski.

Funeral services were conducted 10 a.m., Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, MO.

Visitation was from 4:30-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, MO.

Memorials to the Diabetes Foundation are appreciated.

All arrangements are under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, MO.
