Valerie V. (Waits) Mueller, 55, of Holts Summit passed away June 30, 2018, at her home after a battle with cancer. She was born in Sullivan, MO on February 22, 1963, to D. Victor and Nina C. (Ice) Waits. She grew up in Sullivan until the family moved to Elkview, WV,
