Bob H. Bridges, 48, of Villa Ridge, MO, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018 in Pacific, MO.

Robert Howard Bridges, known as Bob, was born on September 19, 1969 to Robert E. and Lorraine (Conaway) Bridges in St. Louis, MO. He attended and graduated from Pacific High School. Robert was a carpenter by trade; however, he was employed by Bays Tires in Pacific for many years. Bob was known for his large outgoing personality and big soft heart. He was his mother’s baby and the family clown. Bob had many friends, but his best friend was Butch Anthony. They grew up together and remained life-long friends. Butch even served as best man in Bob’s wedding. Bob loved his children and family more than anything and was devoted to them. He also enjoyed women, fishing and shooting pool...in that order. Bob attended church at Sullivan Family Worship Center and he will be missed by his family and many friends.

Robert is survived by five children, Kayla Peveto (nee Bridges) and husband Edward Lee Peveto III of Mont Belvieu, TX; Robert F. Bridges of Pacific, MO; Justin Bridges of FL; London and Loren Bridges both of Villa Ridge, MO; his parents, Bob and Lorraine (Conaway) Bridges of Villa Ridge, MO; three grandchildren, Paisley Peveto and twins, Evelyn and Edward Lee Peveto IIII; two brothers, David (Addie) Sitton and John Sitton all of Robertsville, MO, two sisters, Donna (Chris) Bay and Robin Bridges all of Villa Ridge, MO; dear friend, Mark “Butch” Anthony; aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Robert was preceded in death by two brothers, Pete Sitton and Donald Neier; his grandparents, Frank and Florcie Bridges, Henry Conaway, Isabell and Henry Schmidt.

Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m., Monday, February 26, 2018 and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, all at Sullivan Family Worship Center in Sullivan.

Funeral Services were conducted 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Sullivan Family Worship Center in Sullivan.

Memorial Contributions to the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
