Penelope Seaton (nee Stodghill), age 76, of Sullivan, MO, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 following a long illness.

Penny wore many hats during her lifetime; from PTA to Cub Scout den mother to champion horsewoman. She also worked many different jobs and spent many years doing volunteer work for various organizations; such as, Meals on Wheels. She was very proud of her time working as Director of the O’Fallon, Wentzville and Sullivan Senior Centers for Mid-East Agency for the Aged. Penny founded the St. Charles County Golden Games and was Co-founder of the Franklin County Silver Games. In 1996, she began her own business, directing and escorting tours across the United States. Relaxation Station Tours brought many people to beautiful places, like Niagara Falls and the Grand Canyon. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Penny is survived by her husband, Benjamin Seaton of Sullivan; 3 sons, Robert Moore, Jr. and wife Karen, Edward Moore and wife Stacey and William Moore and wife Cappy; stepdaughter, Robin Becks; one sister, Nichole Sikinger and husband Roland; her grandchildren, Jennifer Ernst, Michelle Edwards and husband Sam, Casey Moore and wife Christy, Ziggy Moore and wife Liz and Jimmy Moore; great grandchildren, Clayton, Austin, Jonathan, Ethan, Izzy, Cooper, Avery and Colton; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Carol Stodghill and stepson, Scott Seaton.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, with Pastor Brian Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. 

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at the Eaton Funeral Home.
