Patty Jo Harmon
Patty Jo Harmon, 80, of Cuba, MO, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
Patty Jo Loher was born on April 20, 1937 to the late Clarence and Valana (Roedder) Loher in Champion City, MO. She was one of eight children. On October 2, 1959, Patty was united in marriage to Lowell C. Harmon in Sullivan. In 1964, Patty and Lowell made their home in Florissant, MO and raised their family there. Patty was employed by St. Louis Screw and Bolt for 35 years. In 1995, the Harmons moved to Cuba and have remained there up until Patty’s passing. Patty loved her children and grandchildren with all her heart. She enjoyed being in the sun, time spent with her family at the lake and river, water skiing and boating. Patty Jo was a member of First United Methodist Church in Bourbon; she will be missed by her family, friends and church family.
Patty Jo is survived by her husband, Lowell Harmon of Cuba; four children, Pamela (Timothy) Kirn of St. Charles, MO; Terre Rosciglione of St. Charles, MO; Gregory (Diane) Harmon of Florissant, MO; Natalie (Billy) Hielscher of Spring, TX; eight grandchildren, Amie (Matt) Gossett, Kelly Kirn, Timothy Kirn, Jr., Mandy Rosciglione, Lindsay (Bill) Dischbein, Gregory Harmon, Brittany and Weston Salyers; six great-grandchildren, Nora Gossett, Austin Kirn, Aaron, Dustin, Jacee and Colton Dischbein; one brother; Delmar (Ida) Loher of Sullivan, MO; one sister, Shirley Haase of St. Peters, MO; nieces & nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Patty Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Valana (Roedder) Loher; one grandson, J.P. Rosciglione; three brothers, Sanford, Robert and Vernon Loher; and two sisters, Lillian Tinker and Lucille Ropel.
Funeral services were conducted 10 a.m., Thursday, February 15, 2018 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan with interment in I.O.O.F. Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.
