Michael A. Frigo, age 88, of Sullivan, MO, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Life Care Center in Sullivan, MO.

Michael was born on November 3, 1930 at St. Louis, MO, the son of Angelo and Jenny (Mitra) Frigo. He was raised on The Hill (St. Louis, MO) and attended Saint Ambrose Catholic School and Church. Michael honorably served his county as a United States Marine during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. He was employed by General Motors - St. Louis, MO, then to Bowling Green, KY. Michael retired from GM in 1987. After his retirement, Michael moved to Miramiguoa Park in Sullivan and remained in the Sullivan community until his passing. 

Michael loved to have a good time and was always the life of the party. He was a hard worker and could build anything. He was also very artistic and enjoyed painting, fishing and hunting. Michael was a member of the VFW, American Legion, Eagles and Knights of Columbus. He loved attending and working at his clubs. He was also a member of Saint Anthony Catholic Church in Sullivan.

Michael is survived by four children: Keith Frigo and wife, Janie, Kenneth Frigo and wife, Yali, Kendra Floyd and husband, Gary, of Imperial, MO, and Kristen Frigo; two sisters, Rosemary Cerutti of Oakland, MO, and Margarette Boveri of Chesterfield, MO; five grandchildren: Matthew Frigo, Lynn Becker, Blake Frigo, Bryan Felts, and Randolph Arns; two great-grandchildren, Colt Felts and Anthony Becker; other relatives and many friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Angelo and Jenny (Mitra) Frigo; his first wife, Jackie (Quarternik) Frigo, second wife, Carol (Misemer) Frigo; and one brother, Tony Frigo. 

Mr. Frigo was cremated and will be laid to rest at a later date.

All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home of Sullivan, MO.
