Margaret M. Tomasek, known as Peggy, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.

Peggy grew up in St. Louis and moved to Sullivan, where she lived for the last 25 or so years. She was innovative at interior design, architecture and landscaping. She was an animal lover, enthusiastic sports fan, a gracious host and loving mother and grandmother.

Peggy is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Tomasek of Sullivan; three children: Tim Pryer and wife, Diana, of Sedona, AZ, Laura Sumpter of Orange Park, FL, and Patty Geller and husband, Keith, of Florissant, MO; five grandchildren: Christopher Sumpter of Orange Park, FL, Shannon Sumpter of Orange Park, FL, Sam Geller of St. Peters, MO, Nick Geller of Florissant, MO, and Zoey Geller of St. Louis, MO; two sisters, LaVerne Bast and husband, Kenny, and Bernice Grimwood and husband, Carl; one brother, Charles Henricks and wife, Louise; sister-in-law, Nora Henricks; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Augusta (Menz) Henricks; and her beloved brother, Marty Henricks.

A Memorial Service was held 12 p.m., Monday, August 12, 2019 at the Eaton Funeral Home, located at 347 N. Clark St., Sullivan, MO 63080. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
