Lorraine A. Wittneber, 90, of Sullivan, MO, passed away Friday, November 17, 2017 at Meramec Nursing Center.

Lorraine was born on February 28, 1927 to Paul and Thelma (Stock) Jablonski in St. Louis, MO. She lived the last 35 years in Sullivan where she was employed by the Sullivan School District in the cafeteria at the Middle School. Lorraine had a great sense of humor, loved to dance and sing “Karaoke.” She will be missed by her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by two children, Cynthia Thornton and husband, Daniel St. Louis, Randy Laskowitz and wife Marion of Bourbon; three grandchildren, Jennifer McCullough of St. Charles, Heather Sharp of Columbia, MO, Daniel Thornton of Lake St. Louis; five great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Francis, Maddison McCullough, Alex Francis, Haley R. Thornton and Daniel Thornton; one great-great-grandchild, Westley; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Lorraine is preceded in death by one son, David Douglas; her parents, Paul and Thelma (Stock) Jablonski; one brother, Donald Jablonski.

Graveside services were conducted 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis, MO.

All arrangements were under the care of the Eaton Funeral Home, Sullivan, MO.
