Lex J. Davis

Lex J. Davis, son of the late John Elmer and Connie Mae Overman Davis,was born February 17,1932 in Blytheville, AR and departed this life Thursday, July 6, 2017 in Sullivan, MO at the age of 85 years, 4 months, and 19 days. Lex was a retired employee of the Coca Cola Company in St. Louis, MO and also was owner and operator of KOA and Uncle Lex's Canoe Rental in Stanton,MO. He was a veteran of the United States Army.

His survivors include:

Son: Donald Crocker and wife,Shirley of Petoskey, MI;

Daughter: Patricia Noble and husband Michael of Sullivan, MO;

Three Grandchildren, five Great-grandchildren, one Great-great-grandchild;

Two Brothers: Donald Davis of Piggott, AR, and Ronald Davis of Campbell, MO;

Sister: Katherine Back of Republic,MO;

Special Nephew: Lonnie Dildine of Troy, MO;

Other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. on July 10, 2017 at Landess Funeral Home in Malden, internment was immediately after at Memorial Park Cemetery, in Malden, MO, with full military honors.
