Kathleen E. Palmer
Kathleen E. Palmer, age 59, of Bourbon, MO passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family.
Kathy Elaine was born on December 2, 1958 to John C. Green and Sharon J. Crow Green in Alton, IL. She grew up and graduated from Bourbon High School, class of 1977. Kathy was united in marriage to Donald Palmer on December 1, 1979 and they were blessed with three beautiful daughters, Jennifer, Emily and Cassie. She was employed by Bourbon Barn & Grill, formerly the Hen House, for 33 years and she was very loved by the patrons of Barn & Grill. Kathy loved to read and take walks in the park. Her grandbabies were most important to her. Kathy will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Donald Palmer of Bourbon; three daughters, Jennifer M. Asbury (husband, Matthew) of Bland, MO, Emily Palmer (partner, Larry Fleeman) of Cuba, MO and Cassie Weber (husband, Chris) of Bourbon, MO; her mother, Sharon J. Crow Green of Bourbon, MO; one brother, Steven Green (wife, Jo) of Bourbon, MO; two sisters, Donna Ruble (husband, Alan) of Hannibal, MO and Susan Wilson (husband, Darrell) of Bourbon, MO; seven grandchildren, Hallie Palmer, Bryce Fleeman, Liberty Fleeman, Ty Fleeman, Kylee Palmer, Dayton Palmer and Matthew Palmer; other relatives and many friends.
Kathy was preceded in death by her father, John C. Green and one brother, John M. Green.
Visitation was held from 5-6 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan.
Memorial Services were held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, at the Eaton Funeral Home with Pastor John Blackmore officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the ALS Association –St. Louis Regional Chapter.
